I do want to thank everyone for still reading this story after all these years and with the slow updating on my part. Thank you for your patience and support over the years and I hope you enjoy this chapter.

Naruto was awake outside, just looking up at the stars above him. He did know he had to help these people, he started to walk bit outside of the village, he wanted some alone time. He did not mind being around people, he loved Anko yet sometimes he just need time to himself to think.

He did know this world he wished both humans and monsters could live in better terms, they did not need to kill each other. They needed to see that, yet he was going to show them all that. He would show this whole world that, they do not need war in it.

Naruto was someone that believed war will never fix problems, it was something to him that caused more problems than solved. All killing to him was pointless, if you kill someone then someone that had known that person will try to kill you or your family. It was a pointless endless cycle of killing.

He started to hear noise, he looked to see few bird demons walking away from the village, he slowly fallowed them. He did know what he was doing would be called crazy or risky, yet he needed to know what they were doing. No one even noticed them being this close to the village, which was very odd to him that they did not even attack them.

When Naruto got to their nest, he could see something in full plated armor with massive sword, along with a metal claw like hand that was oversized. Overall, this person gave him the chills due to just how vile he looked, the aura around him was just pure evil that even he could feel it.

"Master Nightmare, just give me more time and this village will be destroyed. My new slaves here will do just that, no one will ever dare go against you, my lord." A man in robe was begging for another chance.

Naruto did know there were many kinds of demons all around the place, all is in fear of this person along with being chained up. He did realize that they were being forced to do this, this Nightmare was the truly one behind all of it. He would stop him, but he watched him just gave his fallower one last warning before going into a portal.

"You heard the master, next time you fail then you will all be killed, even your children will die for failing him." He warned before leaving the area.

Naruto slowly walked over to them, yet the monsters did not attack him, nor did they yell. They all just watched him, which he did the same in return. He wanted to know what they would do if he had freed them, what would they do for their true freedom?

"Why are you scared of that man, who is he?" He asked, none of them were willing to speak to him.

"I cannot help you if you will not help me, I do not want this war nor do you, am I right?" He asked once more.

'They will not speak to you, which you are a human being. They do not trust you, nor will they trust you for that matter." He looked at the woman that was speaking.

She had long silver hair down to her rear, she had a massive chest to her which he just took note of that. Her eyes were crimson with slit in them, almost reminded him of a kitsune eyes but it was different in ways.

She was wearing what looked to be rags, which did little to cover up her body at all. She looked turned into a glare, she did catch him looking her up and down. She did not know what he was after yet part of her wanted to talk to him.

"I will ask you again, who was that man and why do you let him enslave you?" He fired back.

"If we could fight him, do you think we would have been enslaved in the first place? That man is just nobody, but his master is the one called Nightmare, Azure knight. His powers are massive, and he is above all other monsters, he steals the souls of ones he killed, these souls make him stronger with each one he gains." She explained to him.

"You can never be free if you are not willing to stand up, even if it against someone stronger than you! If you want freedom, you need to gain it with your own two hands!" Naruto yelled, not caring if anyone heard him.

"You are trying to get these cowards to fight, you truly are an idiot." The rob man appeared behind him, he just looked back at him.

"You are the only idiot here. I will beat you, then I will show them that no matter what, always fallow your heart and dreams." Naruto started to draw his blade.

His blade changed once more, yet he was starting to spin the chain to get ready for this fight. He could see the monsters all step back, he did not know why they were so scared. He could not understand how anyone could let others take their freedom without fighting for it back.

"If they will not stand up for themselves than I will for them! This world does not have to be black and white, human vs monster. We can learn to work together and to overcome anything that comes our way, it is a goal that I will fallow to the end." Naruto rushed at the robed man.

The man removed his robe to show that he was a monster looking being, with four arms and tattoos all over him. He had two blades coming out of his lower arms and his upper arms had what looked to be metal claws. Naruto did not know what this person was able to do, even so he refused to back down. He hated to show these monsters that no matter what, you cannot let yourself give up without first trying.

Naruto dodged the first attack, yet he sent a wave of ice towards the man. It hit hard yet did not turn him into ice like he had hoped. He took step back, dodging attack after attack, trying his best to find opening for him to strike.

The two of them danced around each time, dodging each other attacks yet the monsters could not believe their eyes. There was a human fighting for their sake, something that none of them would have thought would be possible. They did not know who Naruto was, they did not know just how much of kindhearted person he was.

Naruto rushed again, this time his blade had cut the man, bit of icing over happened this time unlike with the bird demons. He was still unsure to why his freezing was not working on his enemy, it was starting to piss him off. He wanted to end this fight already, not have it keep going on while the monsters were still chained.

Naruto took his blade in both hands, which he rushed once more before had cut off one of the man's arms before being knocked back hard. His back hit against a tree, the hearing of bone being crashed was heard, they all looked away. That blow had done hard amount of damage to his back, yet he refused to stay down.

Naruto slowly moved his way back to his feet, yet he did know if he had to, he could use Kyuubi's powers. He just did not want to have to go there just yet, he wanted to fight on his own powers not on the fox's powers.

He was staring at the man, which he could see that losing one of the arms were hurting him badly. Bleeding was massive and did not seem like he could heal himself, which was good thing for Naruto. He just slowly started to breath before going on the defensive this time.

When the man finally made it to Naruto, he was about to strike the younger man down. He looked down once before he moved his hands up to strike before he could do it there was sharp pain in his side. He looked to see that the girl from before had kicked him in the rib, sending him flying into a tree. She had same level of strength or even more strength than the man had.

"Why, did you save me?" He asked her.

"Because I was wrong, you truly do want to help us. We may not be able to kill or stop Nightmare, but maybe if we let you help us, we can." She admitted to her.

"What is your name?"

"My name is Moka, back to the fighting." She warned him, rushing forward at their enemy.

Naruto nodded his head, then he moved behind her. The two of them started to do their attacks, yet both seem to fail to stop him. Naruto dodged the next attack before he used his blade power to send a dragon into the man's chest.

The dragon forced him back into a tree, he could see his ice was starting have more effect on him, it still was not enough. He watched the man break free from his ice before rushing back at them without any care, he was insane at this point.

Naruto started to make shadow clones before ganging up on him, he was able to cut off another one of his arms, leaving him with only two. Moka had round kicked him again, this time catching him off guard which caused him to go falling backwards.

"That is some damn kick, your legs are insanely strong." He pointed out to her, which she just gave him a smirk in return.

"I can do many things with my legs, but enough of that because we still have to survive this fight against him." She warned before going back to fighting.

The rest of the monsters just watched on, watching both human and monster fighting side by side like that. They truly never thought something like that could ever happen, yet it was happening in front of them which made it hard for them to believe.

Naruto could see him moving slower now, he figured it was due to the pain and bleeding which he would use that against him. He did another wave of shadow clones before he slammed his rasengan into his chest, causing him to be slammed into the ground underneath him.

Moka slammed her right leg down into his chest before Naruto stabbed him in the same place she had just kicked. He looked down, hoping that was the end because otherwise this fight would have gotten more worse, he could feel his healing powers still healing him. He looked over at the woman that helped him, he could tell she was beautiful in so many ways.

"See, all you need to do is stand up for yourselves. So, work with the village to stop this bastard before he keeps putting more in chains. Stop him, before he can take more souls and ruin more families. You have the strength to do it, you are stronger than human beings. You just forgotten just how strong you are, so break these chains!" He ordered them.

They just looked at him before looking down at their chains, slowly they started to break them apart. The ones that were too weak, they had their chains broken for them. Naruto smiled because he did know that they were starting to believe in hope again, hope was something he would never give up on.

"Now, are you willing to collaborate with humans? I do know that this world is fucked up, but you have a chance to make it better. All it takes is for people to choose the hard and right choices over the easy ones, make choices that better this world." Naruto stated to them before heading back to the village.

"What would you do if this world treated you like monsters? To hate you for being different, to wish you were died because you were different than them?" Moka asked him.

"I asked myself that so many times, growing up with the Kyuubi sealed inside of me. The village where I live, hated me for having it inside of me because they looked at me, yet only could see the fox." Naruto stopped, to look over at her.

"I was the jail for the nine tailed fox, the same fox I have grown to call my family. The villagers and even the shinobi of my village could not see that, they only could see the one that killed their family and friends. I have not and will never let these bastards get me to stop being who I am and being person, I believe in, I will do what I believe in. I will never become cold or heartless to this world, there are people that are not assholes out there." Naruto started to walk again, if they wanted to collaborate with him, they would find him.

Few days later he could see Hana along with members of his village coming over to them, he did wonder why the Hokage had sent them so soon. He did not even get chance to finish writing up the report for him, he also did notice that monsters were walking over to the village.

"Do not attack them, like I said we need to collaborate with them to win this battle. They are coming here willing to end these battles with your people. They were forced to fight you, so let the hate go before it devours you." Naruto stated before walking over to them.

"We are here because we have agreed to help you, so please do not betray us like the humans in the past." Moka spoke to him.

"You have my word that we will not betray you, we do need to figure out a plan. I do not know how strong this Nightmare is, I just know he must be stopped." He was cut off by Taki.

"Did you say Nightmare, that bastard is the one behind this? I know him for years, the things he has done. The lives he has ruined, families gone due to him. He is a walking monster that only wants to devour souls, no matter how many he gets he always wants more. That cursed Soul Edge of his." Taki's blood was boiling, how she hated that monster to the very core.

"How do we deal with him and his minions?" Moka asked, wanting to know just how to stop this monster.

"I am not sure, because he keeps coming back after being killed. It takes years for him to, yet he still finds some way to come back like a damn plague. I have watched him die two times, two times brave men and women gave their lives to stop him. I refuse to let anymore die to stop him." She poured her heart out.

"Then that is what we are going to do, we will stop him. We will find a way to stop him for good so no more lives will be ruined. No more humans, no more monsters will ever have to suffer from his actions." Naruto vowed before walking over to Konoha members.

"It is good to see you two again, how have you been? Hana-chan and Tsume-chan, hope the trip was not too hard for you."

"Many things are going on back home, we talked the Hokage-sama into sending us right away so we can talk to you. We need your help, that something we will talk later in private but for now we just need know what the plan is." Tsume had told him.

"The plan is we need to work on the village defenses, we need to get ready for battle. Everyone in this village must remember that you will not be fighting humans, this will be a battle against a monster called Nightmare." He stated to them.

"I have already called for extra help, from my people." Tomoe spoke, she had asked for more of her people to aid them.

"Good because we are going to need as much help as we can get, this is going to be hell for everyone here. Nightmare is a force of chaos, because he is going enjoy killing everyone, he can get his hands on." Taki warned again.

"Then we need to find someway to put him down for good, even if it is not this time, we find way to finish him next time he comes back." Naruto vowed, he refused to keep letting that monster come back again.

"I would say you are crazy, but I have learned you seem to turn the impossible into possible. So, I will put my hopes and our future in your hands." Taki stated before she looked over the villagers that she kept safe.

"We need to put the past behind us, we need to move forward by working with the ones that we have been fighting against. It is the only way for us to survive, we must learn to move on for our future children to be born in a world of freedom." Taki explained to them, she believed her words to the fullish.

Can these two sides work together to stop this monster Nightmare? Can he even truly be stopped at all?

Will Naruto be able to find a way to truly stop him in the future?

Will the monsters turn on Naruto in the end, was he a fool to trust them?
