"We have to take over. There's no other way." Lee answers confidently. Most look uneasy about this idea. Kenny looks agitated.

"You're not even gonna humor the idea of a vote?" The fisherman questions.

"I know this is the right choice. Look, Luke's right. None of us are in any condition to travel. I'm sure none of us want to resort to Carver's ideologies to survive, either. We don't wanna be prisoners, but we don't wanna die walking through that herd of undead either. Look at this place, food as far as the eye can see, an entire armory chock full of guns and ammo, walls that hold up well, hard working people, working water, working radios, this place is a goddamn treasure trove." He throws his arm up for emphasis. The unease in the people's eyes continues to reflect their states of mind, but everyone, including Danny, is listening.

Luke takes a few steps forward. "This is really risky, Lee. There are more guns against us, they know the area better. I mean, we haven't even thought this through."

"Have we thought through what happens once we get past that horde and rendezvous at that old civil war spot? Then what, Luke? Do we keep moving down the road? Do we hope we find food in some clean picked town? Does anyone really expect for any surrounding area not to be looted, by Howe's or otherwise?" Nobody replies, some awkwardly scratching their necks. "I didn't think so. And look, I know we're scared. I know many of you don't like me after all I've done. I've hurt you.. Bad. I killed a good man today, and I'll never stop thinking about how that was all my fault. I'll never stop thinking about how I murdered him to get Carver's favor. I'll never stop thinking about how hard I've fallen. But instead of dwelling on it, I'm gonna do something about it. No more Carver. No more Troy. No more dictatorships. We aren't like Carver: we're alive inside."

He licks his lips, taking a deep breath as he paces around the group. "Each and everyone of you has something to offer, each a trade that can help build this place up from a prison to a fortress. I know that together, not divided in a vote, we can overthrow this evil bastard and take this place for ourselves. We're gonna take this evil, disgusting, greed ridden psych ward, and turn it into a safe haven. I know that's what Shawn initially wanted when he formed his camp and brought everyone here. So let's do it. Let's separate ourselves from the walking dead of the world, and show everyone that inside we are human."

More confidence glimmers in some of the prisoners' eyes. Pete rolls up next to Lee and faces his friends. "I'm convinced. You've won me over, son. If you're smart, you'll think the same, all of you." Slowly, Nick, Molly, Carlos, Sarah and Rebecca move forward as well. Kenny narrows his eyes at Lee, but Ben walks right past him and stands by Lee's side.

"How would we even do this? Carver's has guards patrolling all the time, and there's no doubt he's in that office of his right now looking over us." Jane questions. Lee had two plans in mind:

Choose a Plan

A: Loud and Aggressive

Bonnie gets pistols for everyone in the camp, using Shawn as a distraction where he'll show Bill a breach he created and report on it as if a prisoner made it. While this is happening, Bonnie unlocks the door while Molly slips up to the roof and kills whoevers on watch duty for the herd. Molly slips into Carver's office through the roof and turns on the PA, saving Christa in the process. They leave guns blazing whilst the rest of the prisoners go by the buddy system and stick together in various rooms, taking guards out together until only the prisoners remain. If any elites are found, they can be convinced to join us, but if they're hostile, shoot first and ask questions later. If Carver or Troy are found, try not to kill them just yet. Their time will come. Shel, Becca and Carley will also be given guns, and have the choice to convince the other elites if they wish. After Carver and Troy are dealt with, five people will barricade the garage door in the stock room so the herd can't get in, while everyone else stands on the roof and rains bullets on the dead until enough are killed to not be an issue.

B: Stealthy and Passive

We don't kill anybody but optionally Carver and Troy. Bonnie brings the group bindings and gags from the armory, giving Lee and Molly guns just in case. We tie up Danny. Molly gets sent up to the roof, jumps on Carver and binds him up. After saving Christa she stays with Bill until someone comes in and she has to shoot them or until Lee comes in and tells her it's safe to come out. Meanwhile, Bonnie opens the pen door to let Jane, Luke, Lee and Mike out, gives Clem, Shawn, Shel and Becca bindings as well so that they can restrain any wandering guards. All walkie talkies are taken off bodies and turned off. Then, after every major guard is restrained, Lee delivers a speech to the elites over the loudspeaker with Molly and Christa covering him and everyone else protecting the door in case of an attack in hopes of a peaceful take over. When the peaceful takeover is complete, we exile whoever we have to. We wait for the horde to blow over instead of firing on them.

C: Stealthy and Deadly

Same plan as B, except killing is permitted. Instead of bindings and gags, the parties involved are given knives. We tie up Danny and figure out what to do with him later. A small team is sent out to different areas to take out the guards, optionally the elites as well. When everyone is dealt with, we take out the horde with guns from the armory instead of waiting for it to blow over.

D: Maybe we should vote?
