Lucia and Camilla were sitting on their dining table in Breezehome eating steak sandwiches for breakfast, when they heard the front door open. They saw Lydia, but were confused to see her holding the hand of a young Nord girl instead of the owner of the house being beside her.
"Oh, hello, Lydia." Camilla greeted, before gradually standing up. "Where's my husband? And... who's the girl?"
"The Thane and I found this girl living on the streets of Windhelm, so he ordered me to ride her back here." Lydia explained. Camilla's eyes softened as she brought them to the girl beside her, before she calmly approached her and kneeled to her level.
"What is your name, young lady?" Camilla asked softly.
She hesitated, before looking Camilla in the eyes. "S... Sofie." She answered.
Camilla smiled softly. "Such a pretty name for a pretty girl." She said to Sofie, making her smile bashfully. Camilla then stood back up and faced Lydia. "Thank you, Lydia. You may go back to Dragonsreach."
Lydia nodded and left, then Lucia stood up and walked over from behind Camilla.
"Um, hi. I'm Lucia." She introduced herself.
"Hello. I'm... I'm Sofie." Sofie replied, slightly nervously.
"Would you like to come eat with us, Sofie?" Lucia offered with a friendly smile. Sofie returned the small smile and walked with Lucia to the dinner table, where Camilla made more sandwiches.
A short while later, after Sofie had inhaled an entire loaf, the girls had finished their breakfast. "Wanna come play outside with my friends?" Lucia asked Sofie as she got up.
"Um, sure!" Sofie answered, following Lucia outside.
"Remember to stay within the city's walls, girls!" Camilla called over to the girls as she left.
Lucia closed the door and then looked at Sofie. "C'mon, let's go see if Mila and Lars are around."
"Who're Mila and Lars?" Sofie asked.
"Oh, they're my friends." Lucia answered as they began walking towards the Market District. "Lars is the youngest member of the Battle-Born Clan. Mila Valentia's an Imperial - like me. She helps her mother sell fruit and veg at her stand in the market." Lucia explained further. "But watch out for Braith. She plays with us sometimes, and it can be kinda fun! But she's usually a bully. Especially to Lars." Then, they reached the market and saw Mila at her mother's stand, helping to prepare the produce.
"Hi, Lucia!" Mila greeted.
"Hi, Mila. Hello, Ms. Valentia." Lucia greeted back.
"Hello, Lucia." Carlotta responded. "And who's your friend?"
"Oh, this is Sofie - she's come to live with me and my parents. Daddy found her alone in Windhelm." Lucia explained.
Carlotta smiled at the girls. "Well, Sofie, you're in very good hands over at Breezehome. Now, Mila and I have to sort these fruits out. If you're looking for Lars, he may still be at the Battle-Born house."
Lucia and Sofie waved goodbye and went over to Lars' place. Lucia knocked on the house of Clan Battle-Born and waited for a few seconds, and Lars' grandmother, Bergritte Battle-Born, answered. "Yes?"
"Hi, is Lars home, ma'am?" Lucia asked.
Bergritte gave a little smirk, before looking behind her. "Lars! Two girls at the door for ya!" She boomed.
Lars came from within the house and towards the door almost immediately, and Bergritte went back inside. "Hi, Lucia." Lars greeted as he shut the door. "Um, hi, Miss." Lars said rather timidly to Sofie.
"Hey, Lars. This is Sofie; she's gonna be living with me now." Lucia explained.
"Hello, Lars." Sofie greeted with a small smile, and a slight blush. The trio then walked towards the Gildergreen.
"Have you met Mila yet, Sofie?" Lars asked.
"Yes, I met her and her mother at their stall. They're nice people." Sofie answered warmly.
"Well, stay clear of Braith, the Redguard girl. She's horrible." Lars warned.
Lucia decided to change the subject. "I used to be homeless, too, Sofie. Only for a short while, until Daddy saved me. I think you're really gonna like my parents - they're the best!" Lucia told Sofie with a hopeful smile, before Sofie smiled back. "But Lars was lucky enough to be born into wealth." Lucia teased.
"Hey, it's not as easy as it looks, you know!" Lars responded, making the two girls cover their mouths as they giggled at each other. "All right, whatever. We playin' tag or somethin'?"
Meanwhile
Dovahkiin was now getting off the carriage that had taken him back to Whiterun. "Thanks." He said as he tossed the driver a small coin purse. After a short jog, he was at the main gates to the city, and before long, he was back at Breezehome. "Oh, my love!" Camilla greeted happily as she looked up and saw her husband, before jogging up to him and jumping into his arms, pulling him into a deep kiss.
After a moment of making out, they both pulled back. "I missed you, beautiful." Dovahkiin said with a sly smile as he squeezed Camilla's ass much harder.
Meanwhile
After half an hour of running around and tagging each other, Lars, Lucia, and Sofie became fatigued, and so sat on a bench by the Gildergreen. "Wow!" Sofie panted. "This is the most fun ever!"
Lucia stood up. "Hey, why don't we all go back to Breezehome and Mama will pour us some drinks!" And so, the trio then walked down the steps towards the Market District and went towards Breezehome. However, as they walked towards the house, they saw Braith walking down the path towards them; she didn't say anything, but she glared at Lars with daggers in her eyes as she walked past the trio.
"And I'm guessing that lovely lady is Braith?" Sofie asked sarcastically.
Lars sighed. "Yep."
As Lucia opened the front door to Breezehome, she thought she could hear a long moan come from upstairs; it sounded like her mother. "Mama?" Lucia called out.
Upstairs in the master bedroom, as Camilla lay on top of her husband now satisfied and more, she heard her daughter downstairs. "Oh crap!" She whispered as she frantically got up. "Coming, sweetheart!" She called out as she picked her dress back up.
Lucia, Sofie, and Lars heard Camilla comign down the stairs, and when she finally did, they saw her hair in a mess, her dress half-undone, and her feet bare. "Hi, Mama, we were just getting some milk, if that's okay?" Said Lucia.
"Oh, um, of course!" Camilla panted.
"Are you okay? You seem outta breath." Sofie pointed out.
"Oh, of course! Just tired from housework!" Camilla lied cheerily as Lucia went to pour some drinks, when Camilla noticed Lars staring at her with his mouth slightly agape. "Hello, Lars." Camilla said rather sternly.
"Oh- um, hello, Mrs. Valerius." He responded, before going over to the table with Sofie, where Lucia had finished pouring the drinks; this is when Camilla realised that she was showing some generous cleavage, having not done the best job in concealing herself a minute ago. A short minute later, the childen had finished their milk and got up to leave, when Dovahkiin came downstairs, wearing his fine clothes.
"Papa!" Lucia ran up and hugged her father; they hugged for a sec before Lucia pulled away and smiled.
"Hello, girls." Dovahkiin said to Lucia and Sofie. "Hey, Lars."
"Hey." He greeted casually.
"Why don't you girls go out and play some more - you might discover a new game!" Dovahkiin humoured the children, making them smile as they left the house. As soon as they shut the door, he turned to his beautiful wife. "Ahem- back to business?"
Camilla then grabbed the sides of his and and smashed her lips onto his, whilst simultaneously jumping into his arms, prompting him to catch her and hold her under her buttocks; he then carried her back upstairs like that.
Back outside, the three kids ran cheerfully up to the Market District, which Carlotta noticed. "Mila? You can go play if you want - I've got things sorted here."
"Are you sure? I don't mind helping you today." Mila assured.
"It's fine, honestly - especially since there's more children here now." Said Carlotta.
"Okay, thanks!" Said Mila, before she went and ran up the steps to the Gildergreen. "Hey, wait up!" She called after her friends.
The three turned to see Mila, and greeted her. "Wanna play hide-and-seek, Mila?" Lucia asked.
"Sure!" Mila answered excitedly.
"Sofie?" Lucia asked.
"Um, what's that?" Sofie asked.
"What, are you serious, you've never played hide-and-seek?!" Lars asked, rather stunned.
"Tsk. Hush, Lars." Lucia said to the boy, before turning back to Sofie. "It's where one person counts to twenty whilst the others find a place to hide, and then the 'seeker' has to find everyone else; the last person to be found is the winner! You up for it?"
"Oo, sounds interesting - sure!" Sofia replied confidently.
"Great! You're it, Mila!" Lars proclaimed, before quickly running off, prompting Sofie and Lucia to run off also, as they giggled.
"Aw nuts..." Mila cursed to herself.
Hours Later
By the afternoon, the four children were now sat on the steps that lead towards Jorrvaskr, chatting amongst themselves, when three lightly-armoured women came from behind them and walked past them down the steps.
"Hello, children. Having a good day, are we?" One of them greeted more sweetly than they'd expected. This woman had a more tan skin complexion compared to the other two women, and slightly smaller arms - an Imperial, no doubt.
"Just fine, ma'am. And yourselves?" Lucia responded.
"Such a polite young lady. We're well, thanks." The Imperial woman responded sweetly.
The Nord woman with a bow on her back then looked at Mila and Lars. "Who're your friends, kids?"
"I'm Lucia. This is my friend Sofie." Lucia answered. "May we ask who you are?"
"Oh, forgive us. I'm Ria." The Imperial woman answered, before putting her hand on the shoulder of the Nord woman with a bow. "This is Aela the Huntress." Ria then put her other hand on the shoulder of the Nord woman wearing a helmet. "This is Njada Stonearm. These are my shield-sisters."
"Shield-sisters?" Lucia asked.
"Why, yes. We guard each other's lives when we fight alongside each other in combat." Ria elaborated.
"We're members of The Companions, see?" Aela expanded.
"Oh, I've heard about you! You protect Skyrim against evil!" Sofie acknowledged.
"Heh, well, in a manner of speaking." Ria said with modesty. "When did you girls come to Whiterun?"
"Oh, I came a few weeks ago, when I didn't have a home, so I was just wandering the streets, when my daddy saved me and took me in." Lucia answered. "He lives in Breezehome. He even rescued Sofie today - it's her first day here."
"Hm. Int'resting." A gruff male voice came from behind the children, making them realise that two large Nord men had been standing behind them as they spoke to the women; they looked identical, but one of them was slightly larger, had less armour, and longer hair. "I didn't know that our Harbinger was a family man." The larger man said.
"Excuse me? Harbinger?" Lucia asked, confused.
The man beside him then spoke. "The man who lives in Breezehome you said? He is The Companions' Harbinger. He guides us and sees to it that we don't fail." He explained in his Nordic accent.
"Haw, that's so cool!" Lars grinned.
"Wait, really?" Lucia and Sofie and in unison.
Aela smirked. "Go right ahead and ask him."
The four children looked at each other, before bolting straight for Breezehome in excitement and anticipation. The five Companions watched on in amusement. Aela was expecting those kids to probably get the story of their lives once they'd nagged her ex-lover about his glory days. Within less than a minute, the four kids were back at Breezehome.
Meanwhile
As Dovahkiin and Camilla had just finished in the bedroom once again, Dovahkiin dressed in his clothes and went downstairs, leaving Camilla to recover from her lustful haze as she fanned herself to cool down. Just then, the front door opened. "Daddy, are you also the Harbinger? You know, of the companions?" Lucia asked without warning.
Dovahkiin rolled his eyes in amusement as the four children waited for him to tell his adventurous stories.
