The summer holidays are over, kicking off the year for some girls, who would go to college, others who would start their careers, a little to relieve the tension that is about the cultists that are causing so much harm to the witches. " Wow, we're getting into the VIP entrance man, I remember I only used to pass through the spectator entrance, I used to stay in the stands watching everything, but we both can get in as VIPs " said the excited Hellene.
" Welcome Hellene McLaren Cavendish, please, who is that accompanying you? " asks the security guard.
" That's my girlfriend Marianne, she has the VIP badge too " McLaren said.
The two then pass through the barrier and go to where the backstage is, there were some skaters kind of getting ready, eating things in the dressing room, which was leaving Hellene and Marianne, quite excited, the two were already eating something, until they were approached by one of the guys.
" Yoooo, you must be Hellene McLaren? I saw you on the live stream before she crashed, you're a little monster on the skateboard, how do you do those things? " said one of them.

" Two pros want my autograph? " said Hellene, taking a marker pen and making sure to leave her mark on each of the boys' shirts.
Then she continued talking with her girlfriend, the guys even found it a little strange that they were holding hands, but they thought it was cool that she signed her name, some others were also getting closer as they arrived, they were talking about almost the same thing, showing the admiration they felt for the girl, for what they saw on the live.
" Dude, you were awesome, that insane McTwist, I felt like I was in a Tony Hawk game, you're gonna be as great as your mum, I'm sure, I was like man, I never thought a girl like you could be so great at skateboarding, seriously, that was awesome," said one of them.
" Man, I knew you'd show up here to compete " said another.
" I can't wait to see if all that is true, I doubted a bit in the lives and the last photos, but you are here among us competing professionally, let's see how a young girl like you will do.
And in this they went off and on, and McLaren was feeling a little bit off, even showing her girlfriend some emergency language, asking her for a little help with all that attention and men around, which she was then signing her own t"shirts leaving autographs, until she said she was going to the bathroom and rushed there where Marianne was also.

" Ladies and gentlemen! We are here to kick off another round of the British Skateboard Championships! And here in Edinburgh we have some new faces! Some faces you already know! You may have seen some of these people at amateur championships, but now as professionals, can they hold their own? " said the commentator, as the camera panned to a few shots, including Hellene's, where the audience was cheering, especially as Laura and Bernadette were there to watch.
Then the championship starts and it consists of single batteries of each skater, determining by note who is the best, in a kind of random choice each one goes in a battery, which was very close given how was the track and would not take long for Hellene to come to start, she was called, was waving to everyone where he leaned on the ramp.
" And that's the newcomer who has caught a lot of the spotlight and attention, Hellene McLaren Cavendish! She is competing for the first time as a professional! Check this out! How spectacular this girl is! " said the commentator.

" Woah, woah! And it was all true! This girl is from another planet! Woah, that's skateboarding skills, a little monster on four wheels! She is definitely the daughter of Bernadette Cavendish " said the commentator.
McLaren kept going, picking up more momentum she went to a session where she had a ladder, hitting a Double kickflip going up, which was already impressive and then fitting a nosebluntslide on the handrail next to it, where she went on manual with all the momentum to a ramp, where she fitted a Blunt, then the balances herself on an invert, shocking the whole world, dropping from there afterwards.
" This is impressive, she turns the skateboard into an extension of her own body, this is an art, I'm loving every second that this girl is on the skateboard, turned it all into a circus! " said the commentator.
Hellene was still in the concentration to do more maneuvers and combinations, the public was jumping with emotion, everyone was vibrating, on television people watching from home were going crazy, that was drawing good attention to the girl, that at the end of the battery and she was not pulling to the limit, just to warm up, she got a score of 98.3, leaving satisfied and waving to the public.

" Woah, woah woah! This is pure skill, Hellene McLaren Cavendish simply awakened the beast inside, she went with everything and with all the power against everyone, this McTwist is a demonstration of her saying that she came to compete with everything and not leave any gap, this is what we like to see, skill, a great skater demonstrating the human limits of a skateboard, the sport is very grateful with this " said the commentator.
Hellene continued her battery, hitting more risky maneuvers, where the public was amazed, some of them could even result in fatal mistakes, but she hit the most natural, the competitors watching that were discredited, it was like a video game but in real life, it even seemed like magic, but it was the pure skill of the Irish.
She managed in the second heat to simply score 99.9 points, she had no more points to give, she simply got the most she could in that hour, it was too impressive for the audience.

The redhead was called to do hers and it wasn't much different from the first one, where she didn't want to show much, scoring only 98.1 points, coming back a bit relaxed, sitting with her arms crossed, she was just waiting for the inevitable, everyone was trying some last heat, but nobody got even close to Hellene
's lowest score, and the closest was one with 98.0 points, but even so, what counted was only the score of the two best heats.
" It seems like an obvious thing to say, but my friends, we've seen a real massacre here, we've seen what a dominant skater is, what a skater who is beyond her league is and well, we have no other words but to say that the winner of the 2018 Edinburgh Open Skateboard Championship, is simply her... Hellene McLaren Cavendish! " Said the commentator calling the girl's name as she made her way to the podium celebrating and jumping up and down in excitement.
She was taking the trophy and the banners written "Champion", and also a wreath that was given to her that was jumping for animation waving to the public, where she was soon offered a can of energy, where she was sponsored, starting to drink it and showing everyone that she had won the trophy, then they gave the microphone to the champion.
" Hello to all of you who came , I have to say that I am very grateful for this opportunity and I will not throw it away, I will show everything I am capable of doing on a skateboard, I will make it like my art, how to express my desires, you will still see me a lot competing around the world, I will bring even more emotions, which I thank a lot for the wonderful mothers I have, who always supported me and now you see me here, winning my first trophy as a professional skateboarder and hired, I realized my biggest dream here and now, I hope you can see my presence every day more and who knows, maybe more monstrous skaters will show up for me to compete " said McLaren who then returned the microphone and left the ceremony.
From there she walked to the dressing room where she was hugged by her girlfriend who was celebrating the victory, as the other skaters were a little intimidated by the presence of the girl passing by, a lot because of her ability, that everything was real and she still finds the most peaceful thing of the world what she does on a skateboard.
" You are more impressive than we thought, how do you do it? How do you do it all? " said the shocked skater.

" Look it's going to be complicated, because I already tried, I was accused of doping, even though I had no proof, which in the more they still thought I cheated, but it might be good to see how people's minds are these days, we just need to get rid of those damn culitstas " Said the older Cavendish.
" I'm sure we'll make it, now let's go home, before we get a lot of people asking for autographs, both for me and for you," said the older McLaren, and then they all got into the car, heading back to the mansion.
When they arrived at the mansion they were well received by all, including Diana who hugged her younger sister feeling proud of her and how she has been advancing more and more in her career, just like Amanda who also raised her thumbs, with a smile on her face and also commented that she would be even a little scared if she came to face Cavendish herself in a skateboarding battle in some of these championships, Although she had trained hard to reach that level, she still thought it was something impressive, although the redhead considered her a rival that would be perfect in the championship she was competing in.
Hellene, for her first time competing as a professional skater, showed why she deserves this trophy and all the hype that the world was on the young skater who is about to make history, with great chances of becoming as dominant as her own mother in the 90s.
