Disclaimer: This is the second Chapter of "Vicky's Return To Dimmsdale", and this is a fan-fiction of The Fairly OddParents. I did not create any of the canon characters from The Fairly OddParents, but I did create the storyline of this fan-fiction. This is also a bit of an A.U., since I don't like Butch Hartman. Please set this fan-fiction to your follows and/or favorites, if you like it, and please review. And to the guest, I did add Veronica to this fan-fiction, and Trixie as well to this Chapter. I hope that you will like it, and there will be more in the next Chapter, of course.

Chapter 2: "Vicky's Secret Admirer".

"I still don't have a plan to help out Vicky." Timmy says to Chloe Carmichael, on the next day.

"Have you tried pretending that she has a secret admirer? I don't have any other ideas, but that's what most people do on T.V." Chloe says.

"I've seen that happen a lot too. And I know that you and Tootie wanted me to directly tell Vicky that I would be interested in dating her, but I think that you and Tootie are both right that it could end badly." Timmy says to Chloe.

"I'm optimistic, but let's just face the truth. Vicky doesn't think that she deserves to be happy because of what happened after her parents neglected her. You did save her life once or twice, so maybe that could convince her that you care about her, and that you're not like Vicky's parents or like Ricky, Vicky's ex-boyfriend," Chloe says.

"Thanks. I wonder if she's home right now." Timmy says, and then he walks towards Vicky's and Tootie's home.

Timmy knocks on the front door, and then he waits for someone to open the front door.

Vicky opens the front door. "What do you want right now, Timmy?" Vicky asks, as she looks at Timmy.

"I care about you, Vicky. I saved your life two times before, and I would do it again if you were ever in danger of dying or getting hurt." Timmy says to her.

"Seriously? You'd be the only person who cares that much about me." Vicky says.

"Tootie cares about you too. She loves you. And she was the person who told me that your parents neglect you all the time." Timmy says to her.

"I was wondering how you found out about that." Vicky says.

"I know how you're feeling though, Vicky. My parents forget to take me to places, and I always spend the most time with them on Christmas Day when they aren't going to be too busy working." Timmy says.

"Oh, I know that, of course," Vicky says.

"Then why didn't you just tell me that your parents may not love you?" Timmy asks.

"Most people aren't that direct. They hide their true feelings, and keep secrets from people. Besides, with you thinking that I'm your enemy, you wouldn't care enough to know why I'm like this. Even if you did save my life once or twice." Vicky says.

"Oh, I can kind of understand that, actually. I don't really see the point in even telling a girl that I loved her, because she's more than likely just going to reject me like Trixie Tang has done multiple times." Timmy says.

"Or they will constantly stalk you like Tootie does, or pretend to love you like Ricky did to me," Vicky says.

"Is she the only girl who loves me? I thought there was a second girl with the name that started with the letter V. or something," Timmy says.

"It's really shocking that there aren't many girls who love you. You're caring, compassionate, brave, and kind." Vicky says.

"Maybe her name was Vanessa or something? And thank you. I bet you have some good parts of your personality too, Vicky," Timmy says.

"It's probably that blonde friend of Trixie Tang. You're welcome. Uh, than—" Vicky says, but then she stops.

It sounded like Vicky was trying to thank him. "No, it's okay. You don't have to thank me." Timmy says.

"And don't you have somewhere to be right now? Like work, or college, or something?" Vicky asks him.

"I left to New York for a couple of weeks to see Trixie, but she clearly didn't want to see me there. She probably thought that it was pretty creepy that I followed her to her new school." Timmy says.

Then Timmy realized that he didn't answer her question. "Oh, I'm unemployed, and I don't really want to go back to school right away." Timmy says.

"Well, I'm sorry, for everything that I did to you in the past." Vicky says.

"No worries. I completely understand, and I forgive you again." Timmy says.

"I'll see you again later, then?" Vicky asks him.

"Sure, I'll just go check on Chloe. She's my best friend. I just wanted to tell you that I care about you, and that I missed you when you weren't living here for the past six years." Timmy says.

"Thanks. I missed you too," Vicky says.

Timmy smiles at Vicky, and then he waves goodbye to her.

Timmy walks back to Chloe Carmichael's house. He knocks on the front door. Chloe opens the front door, and then she looks at him.

"So, how did it go?" Chloe asks.

"It went pretty well, I think. I think that she believes me now." Timmy says.

"Great! I received a text message from Remy that told me that Trixie Tang is here now. Do you want to try to ask her out again?" Chloe asks.

"My feelings for her aren't romantic anymore. I don't love her anymore. I'm tired of getting rejected by her. If I'm not popular, then she won't love me." Timmy says.

"I'm going to go to my house now. I'll see you later, Chloe," Timmy says. He waves goodbye to her, and then he walks out of her house. Timmy walks towards his own house, and then he sees Tootie and that blonde girl, that he couldn't remember her name, arguing about something.

"Timmy is mine, Veronica. You need to step off, and let me win him over." Tootie says.

Oh, that's what her name is. Veronica, Timmy thought.

"I, like, totally have a better chance of becoming Timmy's girlfriend, Tootie. I always get what I want anyways. Is that even your real name?" Veronica asks, and then she starts snickering and laughing at Tootie.

"What's going on here, girls?" Timmy asks Tootie and Veronica.

"Timmy, you need to, like, totally tell Tootie that she has absolutely no chance of becoming your girlfriend, and confess your love for me," Veronica says.

"I'm, uh, actually in love with someone else, but I don't ever plan on telling her that," Timmy says to Tootie and Veronica.

"It's not either of us? Is this a joke?" Veronica asks.

"It's not a joke, so just stop fighting with Tootie. I don't love Tootie, and I don't love you either, Veronica. I couldn't even remember what your name is," Timmy says.

It was now Tootie's turn to start snickering and laughing. "He didn't know what your name is, Veronica. How could he ever be interested in you?" Tootie asks.

"And, yes, my name is really Tootie," Tootie says, with an annoyed look on her face as she looks at Veronica again.

"It's probably Vicky. My sister," Tootie says.

"This is unbelievable! You're choosing her over me?" Veronica asks Timmy.

"I'm not saying that I'm choosing Vicky, Veronica. You need to calm down. Can you just go home now?" Timmy asks.

"Aren't you a little young for her?" Veronica asks.

"Just go home," Timmy says.

"Sorry, Tootie. I guess I acted a little too mean to you," Veronica says to Tootie, and then Veronica walks towards her house.

Tootie looks at Timmy. "Are you in love with my sister?" Tootie asks Timmy.

"Look, Tootie, I'm going to be extremely honest with you. I was very sad when she moved out of Dimmsdale and I started to have a crush on her, but I knew that we have an age difference of six years. So, when she left, I told her that I hated her so that she wouldn't think that I loved her," Timmy says.

"Oh. I'm sorry about how I acted with Veronica. I understand now that the last thing that you probably want is for girls to be fighting over you," Tootie says.

"No worries, Tootie. I can't say that I blame you, since you and Veronica both knew that I'm single, and not dating anyone right now," Timmy says.

"I don't think that you've ever dated anyone before. Unless you were dating Trixie or Chloe without telling me that," Tootie says.

"I've never had a girlfriend before. I was twelve-years-old when your sister moved away. It was, like, she had changed sometime when I was ten-years-old," Timmy says.

"I wonder if pretending that someone else is her secret admirer would help," Tootie says.

"So, like, someone that she doesn't even know? I suppose. I could write the letters, and then send them to her, but she can't ever find out that I wrote the letters," Timmy says.

"That would be great, Timmy! Thank you!" Tootie says, and then she hugs him.

Timmy hugs her back. "You're welcome, Tootie. You better get back home before Vicky becomes angry at you for being late," Timmy says to her.

"I'll text you later tonight, Timmy!" Tootie says, and then she kisses him on the cheek.

Tootie walks towards her house.

"Darn it. I can't believe she managed to do that without me being able to stop her," Timmy says.

Timmy walks towards the burger restaurant because he is starting to get hungry now. Timmy walks into the burger restaurant. He sees Trixie Tang there with her family.

Timmy sighs. "I'm tempted to go and talk to her, but I know that she's just going to call me a loser, and call security to pull me away from her," Timmy says to himself.

Timmy orders a cheeseburger, French fries, and a Wild Cherry Pepsi, and then he sits down. He opens his backpack, and then he grabs a pencil and a piece of paper.

"How do I write this without her suspecting that it's me?" Timmy asks himself.

Timmy starts writing the first secret admirer note. Trixie walks towards Timmy. "I see that you're writing a love letter to me. I have told you many times, Tommy, that I do not love you. I'm really only here on a vacation to see my parents and my sister again. I'm not here to become your girlfriend," Trixie says.

"Trixie, I don't love you anymore. You can't even care about me enough to remember my first name correctly. This letter is for Vicky, if you have to know everything," Timmy says rather bluntly. He isn't really that afraid to hurt Trixie's feelings, since she hurt his feelings many times before in the past.

"You're in love with Vicky, and not me?!" Trixie asks.

"Every time that I ask you out, you turned me down. I go on an airplane to fly to New York to make yet another attempt to ask you to become my girlfriend, and you got really mad at me, and you called security on me. And every time that I had actually succeeded in impressing you, it didn't stay that way. Something about it got ruined, and then you ended up hating me, and calling me a loser again. I vaguely remember some secret about you liking boy-related things, but you probably wouldn't want me to tell you that in public," Timmy says.

"How did you find out about that? I only told Timantha about that," Trixie says.

"Like I said, my memories of that day aren't really that clear, so I don't remember who Timantha is, or how I found out about it," Timmy says.

"If I'm not good enough for you, then don't get mad at me for wanting to write a letter to someone who might be feeling depressed," Timmy says.

"Vicky is depressed?" Trixie asks.

"Timmy Turner!" The cashier calls out Timmy's name.

Timmy stands up, and then he walks back towards the counter. Timmy takes his order, and then he sits down on his chair again. Trixie wasn't going to return to her parents and sister though.

"I think so. I don't think she wants everyone talking about her backstory though," Timmy says.

"Oh, well, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to break your heart, but rules are rules. You weren't popular, and I was popular. You're, uh, probably not going to reconsider your decision though, are you?" Trixie asks him.

"More than likely no," Timmy says honestly. "You're beautiful, but the more beautiful you became, the more frustrated I was every single time that you rejected me. Do you know what it's like to get neglected by your parents, and also get turned down by the only person that you had ever loved? You don't know what I'm going through," Timmy says.

"No… Unfortunately, I don't. My parents spoil me all the time, and I'm sorry to hear that your parents neglect you," Trixie says.

"Okay, maybe you're not so bad, but I still don't love you anymore, Trixie. I hope that you will have a good vacation though, and maybe we can become friends someday," Timmy says.

"Thank you. Enjoy your meal and soda," Trixie says.

She walks back towards her family.

Timmy felt odd. He kept getting this strange feeling that something in his life is missing, but he just couldn't figure out what he doesn't have anymore. He only knew that he had many green and pink clothing, and green and pink backpacks, and he didn't know what those colors symbolized, or even if they symbolized something. Timmy sighs. He began eating his cheeseburger. He also thought back to that very last day that Vicky was here, back when he was twelve-years-old.

"I'm really glad you're moving, because I hate you," Timmy had said.

"Same to you, Twerp," Vicky replied. She sighed, and then she walked towards his parents to say goodbye to them.

"Oh, we're going to miss you so very much, Vicky! Do you really have to leave? You can still babysit Timmy. He's still a kid," Mrs. Turner says to Vicky.

Timmy walks downstairs, and then he groans. They always felt that Timmy is still a child, and that he always needs to have a babysitter. They would probably never think he is old enough to not need a babysitter.

"I'm going to miss Timmy too. And you guys of course. I got accepted into a college, and it's in New York City," Vicky said.

Timmy knew that she didn't really mean it. There's no way in hell that she would actually miss him.

"Vicky is leaving now, Timmy. Say goodbye to your favorite babysitter," Timmy's mother says.

Timmy sighed, knowing that it would be for the best if he acted like he didn't have any feelings for her.

If only they didn't have an age difference, and they were the same age as each other.

Timmy walked towards Vicky. "'Bye, Vicky. Take care of yourself, okay? And good luck in college," Timmy says.

Vicky put on a pretty believable act in front of his parents, smiling at Timmy, and then she hugs him. "Thank you, Timmy. I'm going to miss you so much," Vicky says.

Timmy opens his eyes, and then he resumes eating his cheeseburger in the present time. He wished that he knew that she was secretly very miserable and depressed.

But what was the meaning of so many green and pink items in his bedroom? Timmy didn't remember anything about that.

Timmy finishes eating his cheeseburger, and then he starts eating his French fries.

He also finishes writing the secret admirer message to Vicky.

Timmy finishes eating his French fries, and then he returns his tray to the cashier. Timmy starts drinking his Wild Cherry Pepsi, and then he takes the letter, and he walks outside. Timmy walks towards Vicky's and Tootie's house, and then he leaves the letter on the front porch. Timmy quickly leaves the house, before Vicky could notice that he was there.

Eighteen-year-old Timmy Turner quickly walks into his house.

A few minutes later, Vicky opens the front door, and then she looks down at the secret admirer letter. Vicky takes the letter, and then she starts reading it.

"This is strange. Very strange," Vicky says, and then she walks back inside her house. She closes the front door, and then she locks the front door.

Tootie looks at Vicky. "What is that, Vicky?" Tootie asks curiously to her older sister.

"Someone that I don't even know is confessing his romantic feelings for me," Vicky says to Tootie.

Tootie continues to act like she is hearing about this for the very first time. "Wow! Maybe he isn't a jerk, and he's a really nice guy. You should write him back!" Tootie says.

"I don't really know what to think about this. Guys never seem to see pass this "Icky Vicky" alter-ego, and think that I'm a kind and compassionate person," Vicky says.

"Do you want to try to find out who he is?" Tootie asks.

"It's probably not likely that he will want to reveal his true identity to me," Vicky says.

"So, if he comes out, and tells you in-person, you'll believe that someone cares about you and loves you?" Tootie asks.

"Maybe. I'm going to watch T.V. now," Vicky says.

Tootie starts typing a new text message as Vicky sits down on the couch. "You need to ask a guy to tell Vicky that they are her secret admirer." Tootie sends the text message to Timmy's cell phone number.

"Darn, really? Alright. I just hope that this will work, Tootie." Timmy's reply came after ten minutes.

Timmy sighs. He didn't know who to ask though. Chester McBadBat wouldn't do it, and neither would A.J. But who else did Timmy know who would have a similar personality to his own personality? Timmy sighs a second time.

He couldn't think of a single person who wasn't one of his own friends, and also wasn't a gold-digger like Ricky was. Maybe he would be able to think of someone, or even met someone new, in the next day. Timmy brushes his teeth, and then he walks into his bedroom. He starts playing one of his brand-new video games as he tries to think of a guy who isn't already taken and isn't a liar.
