*Story will be heavily edited, especially in the beginning chapters. I am my own critic, so at some point I do intent on reediting the first few chapters. Again I have not been able to do so. So baby steps. First goal is to complete the story

DISCLAIMER: I only own my idea and my characters I thought of (Proserpina for a example is one that is certainly existing in that particular Slayers universe) The rest is rightfully The great Kanzaka! I do plan on buying all the releases of the collector edition of the light novels that are being reprinted. The second one is release in English in March! I'm stoked!

And now, for another chapter I managed to poop out. And enjoy friends!

Chapter Seven: When worlds are like Wines and Vines!

A man swathe in darkness watched from the distance as the group; with the strange woman precede on the path towards the kingdom of Taforashia with the prince, a boy known as Pokota, who soul now resides in his formal friend and ally, Duclis. The six, seven if you include the failed agent who was capture in the attack, disappeared pasted the gates that lead into the establishment. As smooth as a shadow, the man darts though the woods. He then races though the shrubs to the priest known as Xelloss, who was standing there waiting for him. His fingers rapped on the surface of his staff and the other man darted next to his side.

"My apologies for my tardy arrival, Master." The man in black kneels at his side, lifeless eye staring at the helm of his robes."I've did seen where that group, friends of the red headed girl, has lead the outsider to."

"And where's that?" Even though the silts out the priest's eyes, the man can still sense the overcoming darkness that dwell in that very beast. "They have set off with Prince Posel Korba Taforashia back to him kingdom, sire." Xelloss hummed to himself, head turn to the side as he smirked to himself. "Just continue to follow and watch. Hold off on any attacks until I say so." And with a deep bow, the assassin took off.

Being in this dungeon wasn't the greatest experience, I mean don't get me wrong, not all dungeon as suppose to be nice or well suited for life, but this one; got the other's beat. It's by the sea; there is water everywhere, on the floor, dripping out of the rocky ceiling. Then again, this place has been sitting unattained for over a decade now. It was gross thought, and the plus side was, I wasn't the one who was now chained and secured to the wall. That poor basterd passed out from crying while the guys fought to keep him still (Come to think of it, I don't think he passed out from crying, I think Zel might've hit him a little too hard). His head lolled to the side, and a trail of drool hung from his chin. Disgusting! Remains me of the glop that comes out of slugs! Gag!

I turned to the trio of guys, and Proserpina who had accompanied us down here. "I don't think we are going to get answers with him in that state." That means we will have to wait till whenever Mr. Sleeping BB wakes up from his nap induced state. "He just has a mild coconscious." Zelgadis professional stated as he rubbed his nose. "He will be up in an hour or so." Alright then, now what are we going to do for a whole hour or so, I'm sure not staying down here. "I could give you a tour of the castle." Pokota suggested. "Would you like that Proserpina?"

"Huh?- What did you say?" She wasn't paying attention; instead she has been standing off to the side, fumbling around with something in her hands. "Would you like to see around the castle?"

"Yeah. Sure." She was game for it; I turned and looked at Zel. "What about you?" He shrugged indifferently. "I don't know. I may figure out if Phil and Amelia are still around nearby so I can make my report." Pokota did say that they were residing in the duchy nearby, and it would probably be best for him to at least talk about that certain guard who attacked us.

"If you leave out of the western gate, the village they were last in is twenty miles from there. You may be able to be there in a few hours, if you tread fast that is." With that, Zelgadis gave a half hearted smile and left. His foot falls echoed off the walls as he climbed his way up the stairs.

"Well at least that jerk is gone." He looked at the remaining of us, which the three of us all glared at him. "What? I'm not really a big fan of him." Not many people are, but you don't have to be an ass about it. Give him a break, that's my friend you're talking about. "Don't get to full of yourself; there are probably people out there who would say the same thing about you!" I've heard my fair share in rumors; well most of it is true. I do have this nasty tendency of destroying cities, and I have been known to be the "smallest' in the land…

"Facts!" Proserpina butted in as she backed me up. "You're not always going to everyone's cup of tea, or whiskey." Wait that's alcohol! That's on a totally different spectrum in comparison to teas, but I believe what she was going at, was that everyone has their preference. Pokota stood awkwardly in silence, I don't think he liked the idea that two women had jumped on him about what he said behind Zelgadis back. His eyes flashed back and forth from Proserpina and I. "Shall we proceed then?" After you Pokota! Lead the way! We climbed up the spire of weather stairs, and enter the fresher, brisker air of the main area. I breathe in deep, hoping to get the smell of mold and decay out of nostrils.

"Let's make our way to the kitchens." Oho! Now you're speaking my language Pokota! Because if there is a kitchen, then there is most likely food, and I am starving! "I'm so hungry!" I whined as I tugged on Pokota's sleeve. "Well come on. There may not be as much, but at least we have a plenty of cheese and wine on board!" Is that all? Oh I forgot that the kingdom sat idle for a decade. Ugh! I wanted a hot meal so bad, should of harvest some stuff from the woods and have Proserpina make fish stew again. The four of us entered what looked like a large dining hall, and though a pair of doors, we have entered the kitchen. Not too shabby! It had quite the fire stove, and plenty of space for ingredients. There were some spices that still hung on the walls. Most of them were looking rather dry, with cobwebs daggling from them. "You have to excuse the mess. It's just been only me for a while until more people staring to wake up." Pokota went through a small door and returned with a wheel of cheese in one arm, and a couple bottles of wine in the other. "I can manage myself for the most part, so I let the ones who were able and moving to get a start on their lives before the plague." That explains why he had such a lack of staff around. He is really concern about the outcome of his kingdom.

"So you guys had a plague as well?" Proserpina asked as she watched Pokota use a corkscrew to open one of the wines. Then I recall her talking about the nightmare strain, and how it took over at a rapid speed. According to Proserpina, the survivors went to live on a series of islands nearby. The plague that seize Pokota's kingdom, was created by the corrupted Red Priest and was called Durum sickness. Since the cure was not able at that time, Rezo put everyone, including Pokota's father, the king, under some kind of time spell. Completely different then Proserpina's case, which if someone died, they came back as something outta of a nightmare! Pokota eyes went wide after Proserpina explained the dark overcome of her world.

"That's….Horrible." His sadden gaze fell on her as he pours a fourth glass of wine, he then passed one to each one of us. "And there is no cure for it at all?"

"No." She inhales the aroma of the wine before taking a sip. "It wasn't something that could be achieved. " She takes another go at her glass, this time half of it disappears in one gulp.

"I still can't imagine." Pokota swirl his glass, twirling it for a moment before taking a swig out of it. Gourry and I did the same, and wow! This is pretty delicious! Now to get that cheese open to go with it; I made a reach for a knife nearby, and stretched my arm as far as I can reach, and rewarded myself with a hefty wedge. Pokota refilled on Proserpina's glass, and cut him of a piece as well.

"That is why we are trying to get the survivors rounded up and bring them hopefully here," She downed half her glass already. "If everything works out that is."

"Sounds easier said than done." I picked the wax off of a bit of my cheese before taking a bite.

"It will be if Azazelus doesn't intervene."

"Where is he as of now?"

Proserpina mentioned that he was last seen on the Continent, which was around the same time her mother went missing. Her father and his friend (Tank I think the guy name was) swear that it was Azazelus, in a mutated host. It was also something that the government was hiding, and dismissed the idea of it ever been the Demon Lord of their mythos. Turns out they were right, which cause a riot lead by Proserpina's father, which lead later to his demise.

The room fell quiet again, and Proserpina downed the rest of her glass and with number four being poured, I couldn't help but to wonder about this woman's alcohol tolerance. "My father… found things about what they were hiding from us, for at least over a century. What he found out changed our lives quicker than we expected."

"What did he found out?" I down my first glass and waved at Pokota for a refilled. "I'm not your servant." He growled, so I sneered at him while I pour myself one.

"He discovered that Azazelus had more working more him." More? I want to take a guess that they too, have more then on subordinates, like they do anywhere else, even in Dark Star world. It seems like my theory was correct; Proserpina mentioned that at some point Azazelus influence grew to the point where he could "possess" his energy into other people, one person at a time. First one was Phobos, and his second, one by the name of Metus. Both of the possessed were originally low lives like the previous guy whom Azazelus took over. Her father also theorized that both Phobos and Metus were behind the mass breakout of the strain. They were both important higher up figures in their government, which is why it was so easy for them to spread influence and corrupt the ebb and flow of life, putting the wool over people's eyes, fooling everyone with the idea of bliss which was a form of enslavement after all.

"Eventually Azazelus grow in power, it took him over a millennium, but he managed to hold up on his own against Lucinana when she discovered that he has been freed for over hundreds of years."

"What happened to her? Was she killed?" Gourry down the rest of his glass. The Gods really don't die Gourry; even Proserpina said the same thing. See what happens after their physical body is destroyed, their soul is disperse back into the stream of life, but Proserpina called it something else. "All Souls are connected to the Amina Mundi, or the Cosmic World Soul." Which according to what she stated was taught her whole life; the Amina Mundi, a goddess centered in everything, plays a role in both creation or the soul and the energy that connects everything. "That is also how magic works and holy people are able to connect to the gods as well, because we are still yet fractions of this energy." Even the other worlds share a same bond according to the lore she shared. "I guess the way the connection would look-"She searched around for some nearby, before snatching a bundle of grapes. "-Would look similar to this." She fumbled at the grapes until one popped off. "The worlds are like these grapes, all with their own barriers, and inner influences, but are still all connecting to this vine." The grapes where then placed next to the cheese and she grabs the bottle of the remaining wine, and ditches the glass completely. The rest was gone in seconds; Proserpina slams the bottle down and licks her lips. Pokota proceeds to open the second one. " As for Luciana, They say that after Liltha and her fought Azazelus the first time around, she became weak from not the battle, but from having to recreate everything that was destroyed again. I'm going with that her power was never fully restored, and being that Liltha was not recorded of being around during that time, she was an easy target. There are two versions of the myth, one was that she sacrifices herself to Chaos and the other was that she was thrown into the underworld. Whichever is true, it is said that her power was keeping the balance of my world in check, and being that she ceased to exist, the power faded, and the corruption of humanity began. Before the nightmare strain, there was some peace, but also there were wars and famines. That was forgotten about since we are on the brink of extinction."

Gourry just stared at her with his mouth agape. "What's extinction? Is that a body odor?"

"Are you fucking kidding me Gourry?!" Proserpina slammed her head down on the table. "No Dumbass!" She yanked the bottle of wine from Pokota's side and aggressively pours her a glass full. "It is when something, like a species or a race, dies out completely!"

"It is from bad body odor?" I wacked him as hard I as could across his head, maybe that will help to knock some sense in him (If that is possible)! "No you idiot! It has nothing to do with a bodily function!" Pokota's eyebrows twitched as he rubbed the center of his forehead. "I see that some things will never change." What the hell do you mean by that exactly?! This is Gourry we are talking about! Proserpina sat silently as she poured herself another glass, shaking her head as she raised it, watching us bicker over the brim.

"What's wrong guys," She snickered. "You all can't hold your alcohol well? Do we need to be cut off?"

How many has this woman drunk since we have been sitting here? At least a whole bottle throughout the duration of this conversation! And yet she remains compose at most. I had a tag along once, heavy bust gal that goes by Naga the Serpent. She had the most annoying laugh, and was generally useless for the most part. She had a thing for alcohol, but would end up passing out at bars after five glasses of wine. I think Proserpina has so far consumed more than that, at least that of an average person that is. Grumbling to himself, Pokota got up from his seat and went his way back in the cellar. He returned with five setting nestled in his toned arms.

What felt like hours passed as the bottle collected, scattered about in both verities of empty and somewhat full (we decided to just let Proserpina have her own. Girl is a pro at drinking), and just like that I manage to catch a good buzz. Oh the euphoria! I have been here sipping away, listening to this engaging proposal to assist in the finical growth that could end up benefiting the both of them, in the long run

"You know," Pokota's head waved as he steady himself to drink out of his glass. "You have my interest on your business idea, but what is it called again that you want us to grow?"

"Cannabis." She was referring to little stinky, musty green thing she let me sniff at the beach. "It's known as other things, but I'll share those when we do cross that bridge."

"Well, what do we need to grow the cannabis then?" She started to list at least a couple of acres of land in a stable environment, it usually is grown indoors but the climate here is warm enough to maintain the plant's growth. Water, soil, fertilizer, you know the basics. She mentions something that it needs required attentions because animals (based off of her world) love to eat it.

"The seeds I have grown in at least between four to six months, and I have enough to get you started on a successful crop."

"You do?" And with that, Proserpina whipped out that good old Pandora's Box and gave it a twirl. It formed into a carton size box, which she removed the lid. Inside of it was little round seeds, and a couple of white parcels with strange writing on it. There were a set of small test tubes, and a bottle of fluid. She went over each item with him, handed him one of the packages of seeds. "We won't need the rest of this until you have a stable and successful crop system."

There was the sound of footfalls coming close, and we all fell silent as we listen in as they echo throughout the halls.

"Damn." Proserpina took a long hefty swig from her bottle. "People just walk on in like they own the place."

"It's probably Zel." I mumbled over my glass, nudging Gourry, who had his head slumped over.

"It sounds like more than one." As soon as Pokota said that, the doors open, and Zelgadis enters first, but he wasn't alone, behind him, was a girl with very familiar, ravened haired in a cropped cut hairstyle, and in a set of pastel priestess traveling tunic and cape.

"AMELIA!" Gourry shouted as he shoot up from him seat, only to froze and fall backwards.

"TIMBER!" He hits the floor with a loud thud. Proserpina and Pokota were laughing hysterically in their chairs as both Zelgadis and Amelia eyed us nervously. "Mr. Gourry? Are you okay?" She muttered as she kneeled next to him, patting her had on his forehead. "Eh he will be fine." I shrugged it off. "He just needs some milk."

"Holy Shit." Proserpina wiped her face as she huffed in between laughs. "He fell like a tree."

"Is that way you said that!?" Pokota had tears pouring from his eyes as he too used a napkin to clear them. "I wasn't expecting that!"

"I think the alcohol rushed to his head when he stood up." I heard of tavern stories of men drinking while sitting, only to get hit really hard once they rushed back to their feet. The alcohol rushes to the brain, giving a sense of being more inebriated then drinking while standing. I want to assume since Gourry has jellyfish for brains, it may have soak up too much of the wine, and drowned out whatever kind of brain he might've had in that thick skull of his. Also Gourry is not a heavy drinker, and I barely see him under the influence of anything, other than stupid.

"Looks like we all been having quite the merrymaking, hm?" Zelgadis moved his way towards the table, where all the bottles rattled when he slapped his hands on it. Pokota flinched slightly before glaring at him. "Oh you know," He grabbed his empty glass as he search for a bottle that may still have wine in it. "You always miss out on the fun." EEK! Pokota, that was rather rude on your part to even rub that in Zel's face like that, yet I don't think he was even fazed by that passive aggressive comment. He then stood next to where both Gourry and Amelia where at, kneeling next to his drunken, fallen friend.

"Gourry!" He tapped his face with his fingers. "Hey Gourry!" Zelgadis tapping turn into a light slap, and a audio groan slipped from the blonde's lips. Amelia sighed as she turned her attention to the newest addition to this world.

"Hey. You must be Ms. Proserpina." She said in a warm voice as she stood to her feet, looking at her. "You're the new girl, right? Mr. Zelgadis told me a bit about you." Proserpina bobbed her head, her cheek taking on a hint of rose as Amelia got closer. "From the distance, I seriously thought you were my big sister." I nearly spat out my wine. I suppose it has to be the height and dark, long hair that may have been what was behind the misidentification, but Proserpina is way different. She isn't annoying, or dressed in anything that's really revealing, or has that infamous, obnoxious laugh. Beside, even from what little I've seen her do, Proserpina is way more useful then the goldfish poop, and I'm not the one being followed like one being attach to me. I had a sudden shudder remembering having put up with that for at least since I've stepped foot out of my home town. Naga ditched me a bit before I met Gourry, and I haven't really teamed up with her (I stand corrected; at least a couple time). Though I do recall that suit of armor who called herself 'Nama' had some really uncanny likeness to the big sister, including that dreadful laugh of hers.

"When I first saw you from the doorway, I stopped myself from asking you "Gracie, what are you doing here?", but once I got closer, I saw that you weren't her. Though you do look a bit like her…" I violently shook my head as I oppose to the very idea of those two (Meaning Proserpina and Naga) being alike in any way. "Anyways. How rude of me! Where are my manners?" She then struck a pose by thrusting her fist into the air. "My name is Amelia! I am the princess of Salliune and the defender of Justice!" Both Proserpina and I grimaced as we exchanged glances.

"A defender of Justice, huh?" She took a long gulp from the bottle. "Lina I don't think I'm drunk enough for this." She muttered as Amelia went onto a rant about bringing righteous to the world and defeating all the evil that opposes her.

"Amelia!" Pokota chimed as he stood from his seat. "You forgot about someone?" She froze mid sentence from her speech and direct her attention to him. Her furious expression changed into slight embarrassment as she gathers her wits." Oh Hi Mr. Pokota, I didn't recognize you at first. "He frowns as he crossed his arms tightly. "I'm still getting use to you switching bodies."

"Yeah I get it." He grumbles as gaze downward and pouted. "You didn't want to say hello to me because Zelgadis is here."

"Excused me?" He glared at Pokota. "What are you trying to imply at?"

"Oh. I didn't want you to feel jealous. That's all."

I felt like that was a direction attempt to hit somewhere in Zel's pride, but he just stood there in probably what was confusion and insult. "What are you trying to say?" His tone was somewhat darker than usual.

"Oh nothing." Pokota waved his hand to dismiss the confrontational energy that the other was projecting at him. "I was just stating the obvious." I was getting the impression that Pokota was getting at Zelgadis's feelings and was trying to rub something in his face that he wasn't catching on to, or if he was, Zel wasn't going to be the one to point that out right away. Both of the dudes just stared at each other for a few minutes, and poor Amelia just stood there with her hands together trying to gain one of the either's attention.

"Um guys." The both look at her as she softly spoke. "What's going on here?"

"Pokota running his mouth-"

"I thought you didn't want to say hi to me because he is here!"

"WHAT DOES ME DOING HERE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT!"

Pokota began to sniff as he gaze at Amelia in a sadden manner. "He's yelling at me."

Zelgadis appeared even more annoyed as she showed to sorta take Pokota's side as she patted him on his shoulder. "It's okay. I just didn't recognize you right away. I got used to seeing the way you used to look like." She rubbed his shoulder as he grin. "Just give me some time and I'll know it's you. I'm sorry about that."

"I get it."He sheepishly said as Zelgadis scoffed. "Can I have a hug? That would definitely make me feel better." As soon as Amelia embraced him, whatever emotion Zel had on his face, faded to a bare state.

"Well that was awkward." Proserpina finished off the last of her wine, and placed the now empty vessel on the table with the rest. I think she might've been a bit keen on what just happen and may have picked up on something I apparently missed. Pokota lifted Amelia up and began to squeeze her and she squeal in protest. After a moment of angst, Zelgadis turn his attention to the rest of us. "Do you think that bandit is awake by now?" He seemed like he was deflecting something. I shrugged and glanced to Proserpina, who leans back in her chair.

"I don't hear anything." She contorted her face. "Then again I can hear over those two." In the midst of all this, Gourry lets out a groan and rolls from his spot. "What's going on?" He rubbed his forehead. "Ugh My head is pounding."

"You will be fine." I reassure him as I helped him back on his feet. "Just no more wine for you for the rest of the night." He let out a moan as he staggers a bit on his feet. "Lina." Zelgadis voice rang with concern. "Do you think we need to lay Gourry down?"

"I don't wanna go to bed!" He stomped his foot, which caused him to stagger a bit. "I'm not sleepy." No you're not, you adorable drunken jellyfish! You're just at you limited and its showing.

"Nah. Gourry will be alright." Just as long as he stays away from any source of alcohol, that is. "I'll think he will start to sober up once we get moving. I'm kinda wondering myself if Mr. BB is still alive or if he's done for it." Proserpina let out a snicker as she took on to my established nickname for the guy chained below us. "We could go see." Zel hinted as I got that he was ready to get away from those two as they started to engage in a conversation of their own. Now I see why Pokota meant by him getting jealous, and I do think that is something Zelgadis would never admit to.

"Then what are we waiting on? I'm ready for a smoke anyways." Proserpina lifted herself up from her seat and stretched. "I'm tired of sitting down anyways, and I think home boy is out of wine." Yeah there were quite the number present, and that was probably all that was available in the cellar. My ears and cheeks grew hot as the four of us left the two alone in the kitchen. I could feel my body get warm from the wine I consumed, and I felt pretty great. I should do this more often.

There was a chill as we made our way back down the crumbling stairs to the dungeon below. The draft from the neighboring sea blew in though the multitudes on cracks from the stone foundation. I was wondering to myself just how old this castle was. They do say that the people here are descents of those from old Sariaag, so this castle may be around that time when the survivors travels to here and became what is known as the Alliances of the Coastal States. The sound of water dripping echoed though the space as well stride towards the cell where the bandit was located. I was the first to step in though the cell's bars, and was fully awake, with a blank stare as his eyes were locked on to whatever he was staring at. The guy twitched as he heard us approach. His face showed displeasure as he gave the best, toothless leer he could muster on his silly face.

"Oi! Well I'll be damned!" He snarled sarcastically, pretending to be thrill at our sight. "Look who was kind enough to check up on me. Maybe you're not a bunch of psychos at all."

"Speak for yourself." This guy seriously had let anything he was holding on to go, because if he only knew just how psycho I can get, he wouldn't be so content on running his mouth! "Don't get a big head." Proserpina said as she walked up to him. "We're only here to get some information."

"Oh!" Mr. BB said in a mock surprising tone. "You want something from me!"

"Yes. Why do you think we haven't killed you yet?" Zelgadis icy statement may have hit the guy's nerve, which made him wince as he walked closer to the captive. "Now the more you comply with us, the longer you live. Understood?" The guy blink before laughed himself stupid at the ultimatum that was made to him. I don't think idiot realizes just how serious of a situation he is in.

"Ugh." Gourry grunted as he leaned himself against the cool, moss covered wall. "This guy isn't going to be easy, isn't he?"

"That's okay." Proserpina sized up as she eyed the pathetic excuse of a man that was still cracking up. "I know of ways that will make someone talk."

"Ya know what would make me talk, sweetie?" He chimed, as he slowed his laughter. "If you show me your tits, I may do more than talk. If you know what I mean." He tried to thrust his hips in her direction, which Proserpina just stared at him as she took the first insult. "Yeah he's more of a dumbass then I thought." She reached for her side, where her weapon was.

"Now." She directed her professional manner towards Mr. BB. "I highly suggest you apprehend the insinuation that you're in and answer this question: Who sent you-"

"I got a one for you!" He interrupted her. "Do your tits sparkle like the rest of you-"Next thing you know, she had her pistol in his face. "Keep running your mouth." She suggested as she wave the barrel in his face. "Or you gonna find yourself with this D in it." Proserpina tapped the tip of the gun on the guy's thin, crusty lips. He started to tremble as his eyes widen, staring down into the gun itself. It seems like he remembers what that thing is able to do, and for once, he hung there quietly.

"That's what I thought." She crossed her arms tightly. "So answer the question: who sent you?"

There was a moment where the silence had certain stiffness to it. The man moved his eyes rapidly amongst the four of us, as if he was looking for any kind of support of any of us. His mouth trembled as he glances back at Proserpina, whom stared fiercely at him.

"Some demon lady…" I could barely make that out from where I was standing, but that wasn't enough to go off on. We needed more, and what we really need is the biggest lead of them all: a name. Zelgadis stepped forward. "Can you recall what she was called?" The bandit shook his head. "I don't know what the bitch name was. I didn't care to know. I just wanted to fuck her." Everyone in the room join in unison of disgust at the following. That is one of the last things anyone really wants to know, especially the sexual feelings of a bad guy! They have no moral when it comes to that stuff.

"We don't care to know how much you fancied her." Zelgadis snapped as sparks formed in his fist. "We just want to know everything that you know about her."

The guy looked at him all like him had lost it over night. "Do you serious think I would really know that shit! That something that the big guy knows and you got the wrong guy, shithead!" Zelgadis didn't like the name that the dude called him, so he went on to shocking him. "I suggest you lose the attitude!" Mr. BB body convulses and quiver as the Mono Volt course though him. His flesh slightly singes as he moaned loudly, his pain echoing off the walls.

"Now care to share what you remember of the demon lady."

"She was some whore with dark blue hair." Zelgadis and Proserpina gazed at him hard. "Is that all?"

The man breathes heavily. "No. She wasn't alone. She had two guys with her. Probably fucking them both."

"What do you know about the men?"

"Jack shit." The guy spat as his body started to throb from the pain. "I just know they look like fucking weirdoes. Like your ugly ass." Zel went at him but Proserpina held up her arm, stopping him. "Do you remember what they look like?"

"What are you into fucking weirdoes?" She just stared at him. "So what if I was. I'm too much for a regular human man anyways." Oho! That plucked a nerve, and a noticeable reaction from Zelgadis. It was quick, as he look at her with his brow raised, and I caught it. "You fucking slut! I could take you on bitch!"

"Well if you wanted to get castrated that badly, then bring it." I had to laugh loudly at the guy's next reaction; he began to exert everything he had against his chains, looking like some kind of rabid dog. "I'll show you, fucking bitch. I'll show you!"

"Hey!" Gourry bellow from his spot. "Shut up. You can't show her a damn thing." Other then how sad you look, that is about all.

"I suggest you get you shit together." Proserpina held the gun again at his face and Zelgadis charged up another Mono Volt. "You better start talking fast, or I'll have my guy here sap you like the fucking bug you are." That was something really strong to come out of a woman's mouth, but she was at the point where she wasn't playing around anymore, and nor was Zel. "One was some creep with gills and other look like some half shark freak. They look like they both came out some bloody circus, like you two-" The spell got fired at him first, follow by a metallic slap as Proserpina's gun smacks across the guys face. He droops from his bindings, a line of blood trickle from his forehead.

"I think he may be done for." Both of the chimera stepped away after my remark. The guy's body seems pretty lifeless, anything else will be overkill.

"I think you guys killed him." I jumped at the sound of Pokota's voice, as both he and Amelia stood at the entrance of the prison cell. She had a mixture of anger with some kind "thought of righteous' that may had passed by. They must've had shown up during the event, which none of us heard them come down due to the noise that dirty sod was making.

"How long have you guys been standing there?" Pokota shrugged. "About a few minutes, or long enough to which the both of them finished that guy off." Amelia took in a deep breath and resumes her normal, bubbly persona. "That jerk said a lot of dirty things to both Mr. Zelgadis and Ms. Proserpina. It is not nice to call someone names just because of how they look."

"Eh that ass was as basic as they can get." Proserpina twirled her gun, placing it back in its holder. "He had it coming."

"Does anyone have any thoughts pertaining to the information that was shared to us?" Zelgadis asked as he looked around to see if anyone had something to say. Proserpina looked at me, probably senses that I may know of something, as well as the rest of them.

"What?" In my defense, I may know about some things, but not everything.

"Who do you think it may be, Lina?" Everyone's gaze on me made my heart beat faster. I looked down as I caim my nerves and try to focus my thoughts. A demon lady with blue hair. Like that narrows it down, but the two guys he mentioned do sound aquatic. She has blue hair… Has a dude with gills and some guy who looks like he's some kind of shark hybrid that accompany her? Oh Wait!

"AHA!" I exclaimed with made everyone either hop or shout in surprise. "I think I may be on to something!"

Author's Ted talk: Another installment to my saga! And as I said last week, every Sunday and new chapter will be posted. Every Sunday. I did not stutter. Not one bit. Also Amelia has entered the chat! OOOH! I wonder what I have in store for what kind of zaniness or drama I may have in store! I really want to say, but if I tell you, none of you will read the story. Though it looks like Lina is on to something! I guess we can find out in the next chapter! Maybe I'll throw in a naughty naughty scene in for ya. We shall see

Till next time my sweets!
