Chapter Twenty-eight: From here then to there?! When you risk it for the biscuit!
Gourry and I spent most of the morning fighting over the scrap of leftovers after breakfast. While the others wrapped up and pushed up their chairs. Prince Phil was the first to take his leave, as he excused himself and his daughter quietly. Pokota seemed taken back when Amelia spoken to Zel and not him.
"Wait! Where are you going?" He cried out moving quickly as the princess trotted behind her father. She barely turns to him as she responds.
"Father and I have some business to attend to." She said in a brisk tone; it's not unusual to see her in the professional manner. "We have a couple of thing to discuss to the mayor-"
"OH, well could I tag along then?" He waved as she let out a sigh. "Who knows? Maybe I could get something arrange to benefit both our kingdoms while we are at it-"
"But who said this was supposed to be benefiting anyone? What if it was just a go about with a plan Daddy and I came up with at assist the people in readjusting their lives into a more compatible one with the rest of the land?" She arched her eyebrow as he swayed in his place, tapping him chin as if he was pertaining to take careful thought to what was said.
"Still…" He whispers before a wide grin formed on his face. "I can learn a thing or two on what to do to get my kingdom going once more awake-"
"-Shouldn't you be worry about getting the rest to wake up? It's not going to be so sudden with, especially when it comes to any of Rezos' spells…" He glared at the blue chimera as a frown took over his smirk. "You know it will take some time before that type of magic to wear off-"
"This doesn't pertain to you-"Pokota had interrupted him before he got to finished. "I know it will take some passing of time before all of them are awake, but I rather be in the know so my kingdom doesn't collapse!" He didn't seem like he was in a rush to get everyone moving, but he was tense about something that hasn't been stated. I guess if I was an heir to a throne, and my kingdom was left idle for over a decade; then I would too have concerns of the outcome due to that long passage of time, and the pace has changed. A lot has changed sense the Red priest has stepped foot, deceived everyone and left them a crystallized slumber.
"Stay out of this Zelgadis." That was the last thing the younger prince announced daringly before glancing back at Amelia. "Ladies first: I'll follow your lead." His politely gesture to proceed, and in return she gives him this harden stare as she pass him along with her dad. Pokota slightly grimace as he turn heel behind them in pursuit. After they left; I took a look at Zel, who was gritted his teeth in a rather angst way.
"What an ass…" He hissed as he grasped his cup till the point where it cracked faintly. "I don't care who he thinks he is, but I will not tolerate being spoken to like that!-"
"Hey Zel!" Gourry gave this deepen look at his fellow comrade. "Just let it go. Wasn't he like a kid or something?" We all looked at the blond, who sat there blinking blankly in question.
"What?" His voice squeaked a bit. "Did I say something wrong again?"
"No!" I was the first to assure him, at least not this thing he didn't say some off the wall comment that throws everyone off. "You kinda made a point for once…"
"I did...?"
UGH! "Yes when you mentioned about Pokota before he swapped bodies with Duclis!"
"Wait…So Pokota was a kid?"
"Gourry," This time Xellos, who sat in silence for majority of the morning, decide it was time for him to speak. "If I must, At the time when his kingdom fell under the sleeping spell that Rezo the Red Priest casted, that was a little over ten years ago, and if my sources say correctly; Prince Posel Korba of Taforashia was at least of his early teens. That would make him slightly older then Lina. His companion, the one named Duclis was just a bit older then Gourry at that. So I imaged he is not used to the current body at the slightest." He let out a chuckled, amused with whatever sick idea that played throughout his wacky brain. "I believe humans experience a period in their youth called puberty; I'm under this assumption that the prince may not have been a part of due to being under such predicaments." Oof! What a way to say he skipped out on the major part of growing up!
"For once, I have to agree with you on that." Zel concluded in a brassy manner. I had to laugh, because I knew where he was coming from with that. In meaning to how Pokota tends to act like his shoe size and not his age.
"Yet," A question came to mind as I ponder things about the body the younger prince choose to reside in. "How old do you think Duclis was?" There was a pause before Zelgadis gave his best answer.
"I'm going with what Xellos said; that he had to be around Gourry and I age at the time they were put to sleep." I can see that, though it's pretty hard to place an age on a chimera; Like Proserpina for an example. It was a first time actually asking that to someone when normally I guess which I'm usually on the spot.
"Wait…" Gourry gasped as he turned and face the blue chimera. "We're the same age?"
"Give or take…But I think so…" The other mutter as there was a moment of an awkward stare down before Zelgadis twitched. "What!" The blonde' expression grew into that of an even of a blank one as his mouth went agape for a minute.
"Nothing…I just forgot how old I was!" He scratch his head as we all stared at him with matching shocked expressions.
"Are you trying to joke?" Zel croaked as he strained his voice from the mirth that leaked out. "You really don't know how old you are…?"
"IS that normal?"
"No! Everyone knows how old they are…at least all but you apparently!"
"Do you know how old you are?"
"YES!" Gourry then spun his head at Xellos. "What about you?" The priest did nothing but sigh as they blonde shrugged looking back at Zel. "How old are you again?"
Bang! Zel's face made contact with the surface of the table, along with a few strains of hair that manage to be embedded into the surface. He made a sound that I could not distinguish it was that of frustration or despair. Most likely both by the way he heavily heaved as he pulled himself back up.
"Physically we are peers, but mentally no…" he muttered in a single breath shaking his head. "There are times I feel like the oldest; even though I was under this impressed that Gourry has me by a least a year…" The blond then peered at him though squinted eyes.
"I could never figure out how old you are…" He said breathily as the other furrow his brow. "I mean, don't get it wrong, it's just hard to tell with all the rocks-" There was a very audio growl as Gourry trailed off from the middle of his sentence. I think anyone dumb enough, at least for his sake that is; you would caught on that a very sensitive nerve that was just stroked at. Zelgadis is one who takes his appearance unfortunately very serious, even in a statement as harmless as the other intended. Though it is something we have all accepted about him, he on the other hand feels extremely indifferent about the whole ordeal. I think he knew this and had to remind himself, because instead of completely loosing it and going off on poor Gourry; he took a moment to himself, shutting his eyes close as he breathe deeply. A new technique he picked up along the way?
"That actually worked…" He opened his eyes and was back to his usual composure, reaching out for his cup, yet only to discover that the tea within the ceramic leaked out. A slight frown formed on the corners of his mouth as he sighed out of habit. This has so far been an interesting morning.
"I wonder if the new girl will be joining us soon." Xellos spoken up once more, in hopes that one of us would engage in conversation with him. I felt that was highly unlikely, because no one is going to answer any kind of questions unless if it was her who was giving that call, of course! I just glance in his way; his cheerfulness bored a rather brooding feeling of suspicious as he careful observed me in his own manner.
"Hey!" Gourry looked at Zel as the chimera tilted his head, realizing that the blonde was addressing him. "Uh. Since we are the same age, I was thinking….You went though this thing called puberty too, huh?" OH he was dead serious on that as well. All Zelgadis could do was stared at him with this somewhat horrid expression as a sort of tension begun to rise.
"Yes Gourry…" I'm shocked he would respond at all to something like that. "I believe we both experience it…." This was starting to make me feel pretty weird, so I figured I'd be the one that changes the subject at least.
"Zel…" His dark orbs shifted in my direction, and I could feel his gaze. "When you have a minute, there is something I need to ask your opinion on?"
"I have time now if you like to ask." I gulped hard before taking a peep at Xellos before looking back at him. I had to think of something fast before I say this without perking the attention of the lingering monster.
"OH I was wondering if we could talk in private…If that's not asking much." He seemed pretty confused at first of why I would ask such a thing, but my obvious glancing back and forth from the trickster priest to him could had given him a slight hint. He nodded before saying "Sure." That was a bit easier than I anticipated. I kept shifting my eyes before I signal Zelgadis to follow me, with Gourry in pursuit.
"Hey wait a minute!" He cried as the two of us pause midstride. "Where are you guys going in such a hurry?"
"I just remember something and now I have to go talk to Zel about it…" Come on! Be a good boy and just listen up for once will ya! "It's kinda important and I want to mention about it before I forget."
"Well can I come with you?" No Gourry! Just stay here and distract Xellos for a bit while I sneak off to see if Proserpina is awake. As much as I would love for you to play permit bodyguard, I think for once you can handle being on your own.
"Why not I join as well?" Dammit! That was the last thing I wanted to hear from that certain pitch of voice; as I turned my head, I found that Xellos stood from his seat, his staff in hand as he cocked his head to side waiting for his answer. I stare wide eyed at Zel, hoping that maybe he could come up with a fast solution.
"She did say this was private…" He causally avowed as the two scrunched their eyes at him. I felt my heart raced as the intensity grew. "It probably won't take long; I just feel like she is up to the usual scheming of some sort." OH ho! I see what you did there! Zel took the effort to make it sounded as if I wanted to strike a deal with him in some instance. Though in my opinion, he did it a little too well if you ask…I shoot daggers at him before glancing back at both Gourry and the monster priest. Of course the warrior bought my story, but Xellos was keen of otherwise as he held up his finger to motion us to wait.
"May I ask, if so," He begun as he motion his hand. "Out of curiosity, of what exactly is the agreement between the two of you?"
"I don't know." Zelgadis muttered as I swayed as the first thing that came through my mind blurted out of my mouth.
"I found out something about the cure he searches for…" The blue chimera raised an eyebrow as his eyes glinted at me. "I just happen to have a rather juicy lead I want to at least share with him."
"Is that so?" Crap! I don't think he's buying it! My palms became damp as I maintain the rest of my posture as unreadable as possible. I know that Xellos can see though people and even situations. Then again, if I was around for over a thousand of years, then I too would be that way. You have to think way ahead with guys like these, thus what I aiming to do as he continue to observe our body language.
"Is that the case, Master Zelgadis?" He asked as the other gave him a rather crossed look as he folded his arms. The chimera shrugged. "It's something that is worth hearing if the possibility is at large." I just stood there in silence, thinking to myself as I blinked at what was occurring eight in front of me. Oh that's pretty sly of ya… You already know something about that anyways. I know this, but the priest on the other hand.
"That's kinda right…" I laughed as Xellos continue to stare down the both of us. Gourry on the other hand, finally caught on at least to my awareness.
"OH!" He exclaimed as he held up his hands as he moved to the space between Xellos and I. "I see what Lina is doing here; she's trying to get Zel involved with some kind of bargain!" The priest gave him this most dumbfounded look before shaking his head in utter disappointment.
"I disagree, Gourry." He yet turns his back, giving us the opportunity to take a leave while the blonde was insisted on holding up this argument around. "Why so?" He inquired as the other turn his head facing him. "Because, I think it's a tactic for an ulterior motive." What a fancy way of putting it that is. "I personally think their trying to slip and talk to Proserpina! Now am I right, Lina? Zelgadis?" The chimera rolled his shoulders again as I shook my head rapidly keeping my gaze on him.
"I'm unaware of what Lina is intending to arrange." He said in his defense, which was as true as it was going to get. "I glance back at the priest, who still had his back facing us in a rather haughty way.
"I think Zel is telling the truth; there's no telling what Lina has in store." Gourry declared as I yanked Zelgadis by his elbow; I took this as my hint to take the exit stage left! "So just let them talk it out and stay here with me. Whatever Lina has to say will sure piss him off anyways…" I choose not to retaliate from Gourry's remark, but instead remain my brisk pace as we stead thought he doors.
"I really hope this is worth that whole charade back there." Zel barked as he paced close behind me as we race up the stairs.
"Oh I think it is." I assured him as he gave me a skeptical gaze in return. "I'll give you a hint at least; she has the next lead."
"Lead?" He question and I gently rapped on the surface of the door. I waited a moment before searching for the key.
"Yep. It's for the next one-"There it is! The knob jingle as it clicked, and with a twist, I slowly a jarred the door and peaked in. It looked like she was sleeping along with a small bundle snuggled next to her that I presume was Baby; which I was right about as they rolled over and to greet me with hazy eyes.
"Hey." I articulated in a soft way as they steadied their head. "It's me. Ms. Lina. "They first tilted their head before slowly bobbing their small head. A big part of me thinks that this creature, humanoid and even toddler if that's the case, is probably way smarter than Gourry by far. "Do you think you can wake up Proser -erm- Mommy up so we can talk to her?" At first, I thought the little thing was going to say no, but when they're eyes lingered above my head, it then rolled over and began to pat Proserpina's shoulder.
"Mmhmm." There was a shuffling as she stretches out from her sleep. "What is it little one?"
"Mommy you got people here who want to talk to you."
"Baby, who is it?"
"It's Daddy and the crazy one?" OH HO! A tad ballsy there aren't you, little one! I gave a quick glance at Zel behind me, who seem tickled in a way being call such a thing. He bared this odd look on his face, but it quickly faded as he realized that I was looking at him. He scoffed as he gestured his head towards the entrance, and I could hear her give a soft sign. "Come in." I was the first to entered, while Zel peered though with caution first to make sure she was somewhat decent from what I could tell. She slowly sat up fixing her dark blue sweat shirt, with a blanket warped around her lower half.
"I hope we aren't being a bother…" Zel quaver first while I snatched the chair from the desk, which was still littered with paperwork, cans of a strange assortment, and books that were left opened. She rubbed her eyes as she shook her head slowly. "Nah. You're both okay. I didn't want to sleep for long anyways."
"I'm sure you didn't rest well last night." Not to forget about the night before at that. I'm image she is stilled wiped from our battled with a rather powerful undead and her lackeys at that. She had this exhausted yet anxious air to her as she took a peek while Zel close the door behind him.
"Yeah. " She exhaled as Baby climbed back to her side. "I've been on an edge since that basterd showed up."
"I can imagine that it must be uncomfortable." Zel empathized and I concord along with him. "He's quite the pest if you ask me." The pearly woman snorted. "I got this feeling he's more than that…" Oh if you only knew sweetie! I giggled along as Zel took a seat on the banister by the window.
"So Lina," He insinuated leaning forward. "I do recall you mentioning about another lead?" Zel is never the one to really 'beat around the bush' if you can say that; straight to the point is his usually approach, and he is observant unlike Gourry.
"Yep. I did." I could feel my smile broaden as I fought the urge to giggle. "You have an excellent memory, you know!" He was unfazed by my praise and remains there with his always stoic expression. Okay…Being a tough shit today aren't you? Fine I get it, enough with the pleasantries then! "Anyways Zel," I changed my tone into something way less playful. "Last night before Xellos decided to dropped in late and uninvited , Proserpina and I had a small run down of her next project-"
"Project isn't the correct term for this." She corrected before I had the chance to finish my damn sentence. "I would say this more of a …mission…"
"If it's anything like what we already done prior to now, then I would go with the word mission as well..." The blue chimera concluded his piece as I felt like the both of them where kinda ganging up on me to some degree. Okay! So maybe 'project' wasn't the greatest choice of words. My freaking bad!
"Okay…then it's a mission, not project." I gave a nervous laugh as the both stared at me waiting for me to finish I guess. So that's what I did.
"So you're next mission… is to retrieve the beast from Wolf Pack Island?" There was a slight hint of disbelief as Zelgadis stared with a horror etched in his features. I heaved a sigh; that was a lot to say. Proserpina had remained quietly as she rolled on of those special cigarettes she is so fond of. I image she was listening out for the door, as from time to time she would pause and face in its direction. I did my best to maintain my 'volume' as low as I could, hoping that there wasn't a certain minster eavesdropping this whole time. We may be considered lucky this time; for once we were able to talk without a single interruption.
"You are aware of who resides on that particular island?"
"Yeah." Her and I said in unison. "We're aware, Zel." I concluded. "I've already explain to her the details."
"Already ahead of things, I see…" He murmured while being professed at the same time. "Good. Saves me the thing from having to explain in length about that in this case, but Lina do you really know what we are facing the moment we set foot on that island?"
"Probably demons and lesser monsters of all sorts…" I emphasized greatly on that alone, since I don't think I personally brought that up. The idea alone did not discourage any of us on bit. With a quick take at the door, Proserpina hopped from her spot and on to the edge of the bed. I thought her shorts were rather…short to say and I couldn't tell at first if she was wearing them. Not that I'm shaming her at all in what she choose to wear, but Zel on the other hand had a particular expression along with his widen eyes. He must've thought the same thing! I giggled softly at this; it's not often to catch a guy doing…guy things. I didn't have to utter a word at all; I knew he sensed that I was watching him with smirk as Proserpina rummaged though her desk.
"What!" He mouthed as I smiled even bigger at him, fighting the urge to go hysterical as I even manage my inside voice.
"I saw that…" I murmur playfully and he contorted his face as he blushed. "You were looking at her butt!"
"Lina!-"He attested."I wasn't doing that. I was just watching her." My shoulders bounce as I muffed my amusement at his slight denial. He narrows his brow but with him turning much redder was not helping the situation.
"You were watching her alright." I retort mirthfully. "And probably wondering if those are shorts or underwear-"
"Shut up you idiot!"
"What are you two doing?" The pearly woman's request had caused the both of us to twitch in surprise as she stood before us with a few books and papers in her grasp.
"I was just picking on Zel here…"
"Ah…" She kneels in the center of the rug and begins to layout the papers-which turn out to be one of the maps of our world, along with some foot notes she wrote out. "It sounds like he didn't find it funny, Lina."
"Not particularly." He declared in a huff folding his arms across his torso. Again his denial somehow tickled me as I fought against the urge to show it. I blink my eyes as I gaze innocently at Proserpina. She raised her eyes in a way that an older sibling does when you can't fool them.
"You need to behave yourself, ma'am." She leered as she rapped at my cheek lightly. I let out faint growl; it's something that I was never fond of, you know when people touch your face. I think those are called pet peeves.
"I'll show you how I behave …" I chided as I took my place on the floor near the two. We help with placing the maps, carefully placing two; one in the north, and the other below that. The third was set to the side, being that she has yet research the whereabouts yet. We already recovered the first one; this next one is going to be a tricky one.
"Shit." Proserpina sworn under her breath as she quick glanced at the door. "This isn't good; there is someone behind the door." Zel beat me as we both rushed to our feet. I flung it open only to find a well dressed but staggered Amelia.
"Heh. Well Hi Ms. Lina-!" Her sky blue orbs were pretty wide, like she really wasn't expecting anyone to be here. "-oh and hello Mr. Zelgadis and Ms. Proserpina." She blurted after peering at them from over my shoulder.
'What's up?" The pearly woman causally greeted the princess back before she walks stiff inside with an air of awkwardness about her.
"Ooh not much." She spilled as she ogled at the notes we had scatter across the floor. "I just finished up with daddy and I'm hoping the arrangements we made will work out well for everyone." Zel gave an observant hum as I bobbed my head.
"What kind of arrangements are we talking about here?" Proserpina adjured as she tipped her head in a curious manner. The princess inhale before giving such a lengthy response.
"Oh, you know. Just ways to improve the trade system and existing vampire issues that may still be at high even now with the vampire duchess that was defeated in the name of Justice-" The pearly chimera gave out a groan, but Amelia continued one. "- I'm hoping that reopening the roads to both Salliune and Taforashia will help benefit this recovering town from the tyranny that nearly wiped out this whole area. Daddy will have troops prepared and sent here by tomorrow to start a station, and eventually a branch where protection will be provided for the citizens to rely on."
"So it seems that Pokota did manage to take part in this after all…" Zelgadis bespoke though I think the princess might've overlooked his slight bitterness.
"He's got some role in this, so yes." She admitted her tone passive and soft. "It will be beneficial to his kingdom in the long run. With people slowly waking up, at least he can have opportunities set up for the workers to resume with their lives." I suppose part of his intentions on tagging along were to be involved, but by the way Pokota has been, I would say that it's more than his country that he's trying to get expanded with…If you can catch my drift. Makes me wonder why Amelia was acting odd when she saw all of us…I want to say it's just me over thinking this all, but the way how Zel asked her, it sounded like his feelings gotten hurt somewhere being that she allowed the younger prince to tagged along instead of refusing him.
"On a brighter note," The princess chimed frantically trying to change the topic. "They have a lead on the heir of the estate! It turns out that Madam Maria, the very owner of this hotel, is the one in line, next to the mayor. Apparently they are siblings…" Her voice trailed off as she drifted off into a passing train of thought. "It made her mad when she saw him, but he did call her by the wrong name…"
"What did he call her?" Proserpina amiably inquires and Amelia tapped her cheek trying to recall in her memory. "I think he called her…Martin."
'That's…odd." There could have been a mix up, or maybe her brother knows something about Maria that we don't know, or could be very aware of.
"Yes. Tell me about it. I've never seen someone get so angry in my life, Ms. Proserpina."
"Eh. You'd be surprised." There was a pause as Amelia lean over the pearly woman's shoulder and do some investigating herself.
"If you don't mind me asking, but what is all of this?"
"My next…. Mission…" She uttered softly with a faint paranoia in her eyes as she kept a peek at the entrance. I already was on the idea that her vagueness was in case a certain priest decided he was going to stop by for a listen.
"Ah! It looks very serious, Ms. Proserpina."
"It most certainly is due to where it is located at!" I exclaimed, but not loud enough for those below to hear. Amelia stares determinedly to find out on her own where it was next… It didn't take her long.
"Oh no!" Yeah, it doesn't seem like she was quite fond out the location she figured out (on her own at that. Zel just gave her this stoic look as she did her best to figure it all out by the way) as she cringe in her place.
"Yes, but don't say it out loud!" He harshly whispered in a depicted way. "There is a reason why we are all here…"
"You know, I was wondering that to myself when I first got here." Amelia noted resoundingly. "I wasn't sure until I saw all the stuff here."
"What did you think we were doing? Smoking weed?" Proserpina remarked sarcastically without batting an eye. The princess just stood there awestricken at the other woman's feistiness. 'Don't you worry; it was just me doing that." Amelia stood there in disbelief at what she had just heard, with a shake of her head she brushes it off as if nothing was said.
"I was just saying, Ms. Proserpina, that the island that you all wish to venture off to, is way more dangerous than the feat we manage to pull off at that manor."
"I figured that it would be."
"I don't think you really understand," The princess appeal to the other as she exaggeratedly wave her hands. "There are way more creatures- Hell demons and monster of all sorts that lurk within the depths of woods- that are certainly much stronger then the vampires… You must know that you're just walking right into a death trap!"
Proserpina motioned her head with a stillness assuring the princess that she was listening. "I guess if you were to experience entirely what I've been though, then whatever you just ranted about would only be a joke in comparison to what I've faced back home…" I'm pretty sure that address was meant in a reassuring manner, yet Amelia down casted her eyes briefly, in an attempt to have the whiff of grief she might've experience from her testify from one of the other worlds. She may have taken that bit too far in my opinion; Proserpina was just laying facts, and Amelia was just being cautious about the peril that remains on Wolf Pack Island. The pearly woman didn't seem swayed at the princess's warning.
"I just need three days…"she reassuringly mutters eyeing that door again. "I only need that long to get everything ready and all sorted to go." I don't think there was any form of disagreement from anyone after her request; we just all mutually come to terms with it. Besides it gives us all the time to rest and just be lazy, like I like to do or you could run around crazy, such as Amelia and get things complete before their deadlines. As for Gourry and Xellos, I still have this feeling that they're both out of the loop. I don't think anyone bothered to update them on this; or at least not the clueless blond who stared me with a demanding expression laced on his strong features. I could help but to grin from ear to ear as I bolted towards him. He didn't seem as enthuse to see me as I was for him at the least…
"There you are!' He scolds as I went to greet him with an attempt of a hug, but was denied when he stepped to the side, causing me to crash below. "It took you long enough!"
"Sorry Gourry…" I groan as I lifted up from the floor, carefully brushing my robes off from the specks of dirt. "I wasn't intended on taking that long."
"So what was the big deal?" Okay! I don't remember him being this demanding? Since when this started to happen?! I exhaled deeply as I took a quick glance to make sure the area was trickster priest free.
"We get to be here for three days," I begin inching closer to him as I kept my voice as low as possible. "After that then we will head out on our next…mission." He stared at me with his mouth agape as he pieced together what I just said to him with the limited detail I provided.
"Wait! There is another mission we have to do?" I hushed down his excitement he display more so of an outburst then the question it was meant to be.
"Yes Gourry, we are going to partaking on another quest…" That is when his eyes went wide, and mines as well when I just sensed a strong presence behind me.
"Going on another quest, you say?" A voice I was dreading to run into leered as I spun around to being greeted by Xellos who bared a sly grin on his face.
Author's rant: And another one added to the collected of this ever growing story. Now that Lina and company know somewhat of the next part it's time to start making things weird between the characters. What! You don't like the sound of that? Well too bad, so stick around a hold tight as the gang go though some wild times, that of battle and parties along with the trails and errors we experience as young adults… Certain characters worlds are going to get disturbed and shaken up, but isn't that what makes them dynamic and strong? Lina is older, and so are the rest of her company, and being a grown up is not easy. These future upcoming chapters are preludes to the emotional storm some of our most beloved characters in this alterative Slayers existence. Things such as heartbreak, jealously, desires (especially a certain someone's repressed ones at that. A character will lead to that huge reveal after her discovery) and what's it like to be in or to fall in love. There are times we get lucky and stick with someone for a really long time, and there are those who it just doesn't work out for whatever reasoning, and they take their separate ways. OH don't say that you intend to break their hearts Stevie? Sadly life is life is like that, at least it will happen to where the character are still original as possible. Oh you will see, to those who do read this, that is…
"SO what are your plans Stevie with this story you got going on here?"
Look…this has been something that been lingering in the depths of my imagination since 2010… Just you sit back and enjoy the ride.
Again! Thank you for your view, reader! I can't say it enough!
