A week later, Gwen and Max stood in line at a chocolate store, waiting in line to get candy while Lincoln was back in the RV playing his video games. The line was long, and Gwen didn't have enough patience to wait anymore.

C'mon, it's chocolate; it doesn't take that long to order, Gwen thought.

Gwen almost asked her grandpa if they could go somewhere else, but then they heard a massive crash and the screams of people. They looked to see Four-arms; for a moment, they thought Lincoln would save the day as usual, but this was different as he was the one causing trouble as he picked a car up and threw it through a game shop window, and grabbed a bunch of games. Max and Gwen couldn't believe what was happening in front of them.

Why is Lincoln doing this? Gwen thought

Gwen tries to confront Four-arms but gets stopped by massive SUVs and jeeps with a triangle logo, a black triangle, and the words under it were SACT. Stepping out of the vehicles were people armed to the teeth with guns, and they aimed their guns at Four-arms. Seeing the situation involving Four-arms, he got out of the game shop and jumped away with the SACT following him.

Immediately, Max and Gwen rushed to the Rust Bucket, only to find Lincoln coming out of the bathroom.

Lincoln looked at Gwen and Max. He asked, "What?"

"What can you say?" said Gwen.

"I have no idea what you're talking about?"

"Lincoln, we saw you go on a rampage four minutes ago," said Max, crossing his arms.

"Four minutes ago, I was getting done with my game. Seriously, what's going on?"

Gwen and Max looked at each other as it seemed like Lincoln wasn't lying. Gwen thought of an idea, and she pulled out her phone and showed a recent news video of Four-arms rampage, and Lincoln was shocked.

"What I didn't do that I'm getting framed," said Lincoln.

"So you didn't do it?" said Gwen.

"No, I didn't. I swear I'll prove it."

He hasn't lied to us so far. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, Max thought.

Later that day, Lincoln looked around for any sign of Four-arms to prove his innocence. But he managed to find the Four-arms fake in the alleyway before he could get close to him. He jumped up to the top of the building.

You gotta be kidding, "Lincoln thought as he went after him.

Meanwhile, Max and Gwen followed Lincoln to see if he was telling the truth, but they lost him when he entered a building. But coming out of the building was Heatblast, and he smashed down to the ground. But then they saw Lincoln right behind him.

"Lincoln was telling the truth," said Gwen, who then thought Now I feel bad

"Alright, time to stop you, faker," said Lincoln, who transformed into Big Chill.

Heatblast tried to fire Big Chill, but he disappeared but then gave a left hook, sending Heatblast on top of the roof, and he went after him. The two fought on the rooftop, with fire and ice spreading across the building. Then two got off the building and landed at the back of the building.

"Who are you?" demanded Big Chill.

"Well, it's nice to you too, Lincoln," said Heatblast, who then punched Big Chill in the gut.

"How?"

Suddenly, Heatblast turned into Kevin 11, and Big Chill was shocked to see the crazy kid again, but this time far worse than he could imagine.

"KEVIN!" said Big Chill.

"Ah, good to see you, Lincoln, and I've got to say your reputation is in the toilet right now," Kevin said with a smile.

"So you've been smearing my alien names; let me guess, for revenge."

"That's right, every time I commit a crime, they blame you for it."

"Oh, that's stopped now, you psychopath. How did you even turn into any of my aliens?"

"I got enough juice from your watch in New York to turn into an alien form you've been. Speaking of which." Kevin turned into Ghostfreak. "I've got to go." and he vanished.

Big Chill then looked to see that SACT was about to surround him, and his Omnitrix was flashing red. So he took off quickly before the armed forces got him. The Commander of the force looked at the escaping Big Chill.

He won't get away forever, The commander thought.

Lincoln meets up with Max and Gwen at the Rustbucket, who tells them Kevin is back. Gwen looked up information from her laptop about Lincoln aliens, and she found some bad news about them.

"It seems that Kevin has been using your alien to commit crimes in different cities, from Chicago, Rhode Island, and Portland," said Gwen.

"Ah, that jerk. I have to stop him before he does something extreme," said Lincoln.

There was a knock on the RV door. Max opened the door to be the commander of the SACT.

"Hello, sir. I'm Lieutenant Steel from the SACT. I was wondering if you have seen anything strange?" said Lieutenant Steel

"No, I haven't said I do," said Max.

Then Steel looked behind Max and saw Lincoln and Gwen. He noticed his Omnitrix, he asked.

"Nice watch, kid; where did you get it?"

"The Internet," said Lincoln.

Before Steel could ask another question, the radio on his hip started to speak, and it was loud enough for everyone to hear.

"One of the aliens is blasting people at the Crissy beach!"

Steel turned off his radio and rushed over to his vehicle, leaving the three who went to the beach as well. When they arrived, they saw Kevin as Waterhazard blasting beachgoers with his water power. Lincoln wanted to change into Rath but instead turned into Fasttrack.

That's exactly what I need right now for the watch to go wrong again. Fasttrack thought sarcastically.

Fasttrack rushed to the beach, and when Waterharzard tried to blast a couple, Fasttrack stopped him by kicking him in the gut and knocking him back.

"Well, look who showed up, but it's a little too late to be the hero," said Kevin.

"No matter, this has to end," said Fasttrack.

"It will, but not today." Then Kevin used his water power to go up in the air and fly off.

Leaving Lincoln to deal with the SACT.

"C'mon, guys, I'm not the bad guy here," said Fasttrack.

They didn't listen as their weapon. Fasttrack sighed and ran off with SACT after him. Fasttrack tried to ditch them, but they had a helicopter keeping pace with him.

I had to think of something fast before they got me. Fasttrack thought, "God, I made a pun.

Then an idea came to Fasttrack's mind, and he ran in a circle to make a small tornado to distract the SACT to slip by. As the Omnitrix began to time out, Fasttrack entered a clothing store and turned back to Lincoln. He walked out of the store, but he didn't notice Steel looking at him walking out.

He and the other two have something to do with the alien and have to do with that watch. Steel thought

Later, at the parking garage, Lincoln was frustrated with Kevin getting away.

"How did he keep escaping like that?" asked Lincoln.

"I guess it's luck," said Gwen.

"Yeah, well, his luck is going to run out sooner or later."

"We know that Kevin isn't going anywhere since you're here, so he's going to plan an attack again," said Max.

"What else can he do besides blasting, destroying, and stealing?"

Then there was a pounding on the door, and Gwen looked at the door to see several SACT members and Commander Steel outside of the Rustbucket.

"Guys, we've got trouble," said Gwen.

"Alright, open up in there. I know that you three are involved with these aliens," said Steel.

"What are we going to do?" said Lincoln.

"I'll think of something," said Max.

Steel was about to kick down the door, but he got informed by one of his team members.

"Sir, we got a report of an alien rampaging on a bridge."

"Okay, we head to the bridge. I'm sure we'll meet these three again," said Steel.

….

Steel arrived at the Golden Gate Bridge and saw Kevin as Diamondhead, causing destitution. He sent SACT to deal with him, but there was no match for Kevin to clear them out.

I had enough of this Steel thought.

Steel took a rifle and went up against Diamondhead, but just like the rest of his men, he was no match. As Diamondhead was about to end Steel, but he was saved by Rath.

"Let me tell you something, Kevin, you really are annoying me," said Rath.

"You say you want to finish this, right? Now this is a perfect time and place," said Kevin.

The two started to fight. Landing blows on each other. Then Kevin took the fight on top of one of the Golden Gate Bridge pillars, with Rath following him. Then SACT's backup came, and they aimed their guns at the two fighting aliens. But Gwen stopped them.

"Don't shoot the big cat; he's trying to help," said Gwen.

Steel told his troops, "Don't shoot until my command."

Kevin tried to stab Rath by turning his arm into a sharp crystal blade, but Rath dodged the blade, and he suplexes him and then delivered a hard punch in the face. Kevin tried to turn into Ghostfreak, but he turned into his normal self.

"What the?" said Kevin as he tried to turn into Heatblast, and nothing happened.

"I guess you ran out of juice there, Kevin," said Rath.

"Now, what are you going to finish me?"

"Let me tell you something, Kevin, you are not even worth it,"

"What? I'm not worth it!"

Kevin, in a rage, tried to change into any alien, but he turned into a bizarre mashup of Lincoln aliens. He had the body of Four-arms. His four arms were Rath's hands. His chest was Waterharzad. He had the Big Chill's cloak-like wings, heat blast eyes, and Diamondhead legs.

"Oh no, what happened?" said Kevin. He tried to turn back to his human self, but nothing happened. "I'm stuck like this," he said to Rath, his eyes burning."Look what you have done to me."

"Hey, it's not my fault; you did it to yourself, psycho," said Rath.

Before the fight could happen, Steel tells his men to shoot at Kevin, causing Kevin to shoot up and fall into the water below.

I guess that was the end for Kevin, Rath thought.

Rath got down from the pillar. Steel didn't order his man to take down Rath as well.

Hm, I guess she was telling the truth, Steel thought.

Later, as Lincoln and the Tennysons were heading out of San Francisco, they were stopped by Steel one last time at a barricade and asked.

"Do you guys know why these aliens show up here at all and try to do some good?" said Steel.

"I guess that's a mystery," said Max.

"I guess that is."

Steel let the three go on their way.

….

Somewhere out on the outer coast of San Francisco, Kevin emerges from the water, coughing up water and looking at the ground. He slammed his hand to the ground.

Lincoln, I'm going to make you pay for this. Kevin thought
