Chapter 1

Chef awoke from his alarm clock and rose up from his bed stretching his arms and giving a big yawn. It has been two weeks since his return home to South Park, and Chef regained his house and furniture let alone have his loving old job back as the cook and gym teacher of the elementary school. He smiled to himself of being back home after a crazy fucked up experience with the Super Adventure Club, which almost had brainwashed him and the others to be child predators if they haven't explained what they do in the club. But that is in the past for Chef. Now, he is looking forward to today and the future.

"Welp, time to go to work." Chef nudged the woman who was currently sleeping in his bed to wake up. "Come on, Victoria, it's time for us to go to work."

While Chef took the time to fix his side of the bed before heading to his bathroom to wash up, Victoria slowly got out of bed and put her glasses back on her face before yawning. Yes, after the finished celebration of Chef's return, Victoria confessed her true feelings to Chef and told him how much she longed to be his woman. Which Chef responded to his boss, best friend, and now girlfriend that he too had strong feelings for her as well. Since then, they have been a couple in the past two weeks which everyone in South Park had congratulated them, including Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny who trusted Victoria for both things. Which are for one that they know that Victoria won't get in the way of their friendship with Chef and second is that they trusted her for years of not being a succubus.

"Alright, Chef, I'm up," said Victoria, giving out a yawn before getting out of bed to fix it.

"Today for breakfast, I'm making my classic strawberry syrup on two french toast with the side of cinnamon oatmeal and scrambled eggs. The kids love that breakfast," said Chef.

"You know, I will love it too, love," said Victoria, after making her way into the bathroom.

Then she came closer to Chef and kissed the man she loves before getting herself ready for the day. Chef smiled at his longtime best friend and now girlfriend after finishing up in the bathroom and headed to get dressed. After the two were done getting dressed they hopped in Chef's car and began driving straight to the elementary school. Since it wasn't time for the school to open yet, it gave Chef approximately two hours to make the breakfast and be ready to serve it. Victoria helped Chef cook enough food to serve the kids in the morning.

After done preparing breakfast the two helped themselves to some of the food and sat down at the cafeteria table. They were currently discussing tonight's school meeting in the auditorium which everyone in South Park will be attending. Let alone Chef had an uneasy feeling about this new hire employee to the school.

"Are you sure he is the only one that was qualified for the job?." asked Chef, taking another bite of his food.

Victoria nodded and said, "He has to be since he is recommended by many in the other states and has done so well as an intern. And more importantly, it would be nice to have a vice principal in our school to help me out for once. In the past, you know as well as I know, that we could not afford a vice principal due to our strict budget. But thanks to your generous donation, Chef, we were able to afford a few things that the school needs. And one of them is being able to afford to hire our very first vice principal."

Chef took the moment to wipe his face with his napkin while having that stern look on his face. "I still don't feel like this guy we hired is suited to be here."

"Well like it or not, love, he is staying. He just purchased a new home in South Park and finished moving in and such. But don't worry Chef, I'm sure you and he will get along just fine." said Victoria, after done eating her meal.

Chef nodded in defeat. He knows better than to judge someone right off the bat without even giving them a chance. Still, his uneasiness about the whole is still hanging over him. Once the two were down eating, Victoria headed to her office and started her day as the principal while Chef resumed his work as usual. The opening time of school has begun and the kids came pouring into the cafeteria as they greeted Chef good morning before taking their breakfast. Some of them asked him troubling questions which he had no problem answering.

Things were the same as usual all except for two things. Tonight's meeting and a surprisingly unexpected surprise. Once after Chef returned back to the front after grabbing a chart of orange juice packs from the cooler and looking to see the next kid get breakfast. And that kid is someone who he himself and everyone in South Park presume was dead.

"Good Morning to you, Mr. Chef. It's so good to see a familiar face and all."

Chef gasped in pure shock and disbelief as he had to rub his eyes to make sure that his eyes weren't playing any tricks. Once doing this, he looked at the blond-headed boy who was still there with a big smile on his face and can not believe that it is him.

"P...Pip?. Is that really you?." That's all Chef could say at that moment.

Pip smiled and said, "Yes, Mr. Chef, this is me. The one and only British boy of South Park."

Chef raised an eyebrow. "But didn't you die after being stomped on by that Mecha-Streisand bitch after you stupidity asked that damn thing to stop destroying South Park?."

"Why yes, I am surprised the same as you. It turns out that after Mecha-Streisand had crushed me, I somehow got pushed through the ground and got hit on the pavement of the sewer. One of the paramedics had found me and rushed me to the hospital where I spent all this time in a coma. Just came two about last week and had to take a short physical therapy before they officially released me. Unfortunately, due to people having believed that I was dead, the school had ended the foreign exchange program which means that I am out of a home. I know I can not return home since my big sister inherited my fair share of the money that our parents left us and would refuse to let that go, if I dared to return, and possible that she would kill me to make sure that she keeps my half of the inheritance." said Pip, sighing sadly on his situation.

Chef felt extremely sad for the young boy. Chef knew that Pip has no one else to turn to or live anywhere which sadness him much worse. If he had known that this boy was still alive and unconscious he would have visited him and made sure to inform everyone that he was indeed alive and well. Then, an idea had come to mind. An idea that would help Pip's current situation and give Chef the perfect opportunity to gain a legacy.

"Pip, I have an excellent idea." Chef smiled big after getting the boy's attention. "How about you move in with me and I'll adopt you as my new son?."

This made Pip from sad to joyful as he loved the idea of having both a new home and gaining a new father to take care of him. After all, he has no other option except for living on the streets.

"Yes!. Yes, I would love to move in with you Mr. Chef, and be your adopted son!." said Pip feeling so happy now.

Chef smiled in happiness as well. "Great!. Now then why don't take your breakfast and I'll call the adoption agency to give me papers to sign later on today. Once school and tonight's meeting are over will drive home. Cool?."

"Cool!. Thanks so much, Mr. Chef...oh, I mean Dad. See you then." said Pip, grabbing his tray and heading out to go eat it.

As soon as Pip had exited out to go eat his food, Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman had walked in with smiles on their faces with the mindset of eating Chef's yummy breakfast.

"Oh, hello there children!." Chef spoke with enthusiasm.

"Hello, Chef," said Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman together.

"How are you?. Oh, hey, guess what children?. It turns out that Pip had survived his assumed death from Mecha-Streisand and was in the hospital along with having a deep coma after all this time. Wild huh?."

"Wait, you mean french boy is still alive this entire time?." asked Kyle who had a look of shock on his face.

"Wow, dude, what are the chances of that happening?." asked Stan, looking at his three best friends.

"Unlike my ass, I'll say zero to zero chance." said (mumbled) Kenny.

"Oh, boy, there goes the neighborhood," said Cartman.

"Now, children don't be too hard on Pip. He already lost everything after the events of that Mecha-Streisand fiasco including his fair share of the inheritance that his dead parents had left for him. Luckily, I told him that he can move in with me and I'll adopt him." said Chef, receiving surprised looks from the kids.

"Wait, you're going to adopt Pip, Chef?. Why?." asked Stan.

"Why because he has no one to turn to, Stan. That and he needs a good father figure in his life," responded Chef.

"He's not the only one that needs a father figure you know," mumbled Cartman with jealousy.

"I can still be a father figure to you as well, Eric. And another thing since I am going to adopt Pip, I would like for you boys to be his friends and let him hang out with you four," said Chef, while fixing the kid's breakfast.

"Ah, Chef, Pip is going cramp our style," said Kyle, not liking the idea.

"Yeah, and frenchy is going to be all annoying and such." pointed out Cartman.

"Damn straight." said (mumbled) Kenny.

Chef frowned at this as he could not believe that his favorite kids are acting like this. "Now, children, you have no right to be hating towards Pip. Remember this lesson children. A friend in need is a friend indeed. Now, I'm sure that you boys can craft Pip into a likable kid by the time of today and moving forward into the future. Now, I would hate to convince your parents and Victoria to send you four back to Tolerance Camp due to having a lack of tolerance towards Pip. Now, do you understand?."

Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman looked at each other with scared looks on their faces at the idea of returning back to Tolerance Camp, as neither one of them did not want to revisit or reenact the harsh moments. Without any options or trying to get around it, the four had no choice but to submit to Chef's request.

"Okay, Chef you win," said Stan, in defeat.

"Will let Pip join our group," said Kyle, sighing to himself.

"I rather do that than go back to Tolerance Camp. That place is far worse than Fat Camp and Juvenile Hall combine," said Cartman, in deep honesty.

Kenny nodded and said (mumbled), "Man, Tolerance Camp can kiss my family's poor ass."

"I'm glad that we have got that settled. Here take your breakfast and I'll see you, kids, at gym and lunchtime," said Chef, pushing four trays towards the four with a big smile.

"Thanks, Chef," said Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman, as they grab their trays and headed out to go sit and enjoy their meals.

Time had gone on throughout the day as Chef did his time as the gym teacher as he was teaching the kids how to play cricket. Ironically since Pip is an expert in that field and showed his classmates how to play. Then after that, Chef made today's lunch which is his signature salisbury steak and buttered noodles with sides, let alone got done serving it to everyone before spending the remaining school time in Victoria's office. Along with Mr. Mackey, all three sat together in the office talking amongst themselves about random things like football, the economy, and most importantly about tonight's meeting.

"Now, I heard that this new guy is very strong forward in his authority. I think that might be positive for what this school needs," said Mr. Mackey, before taking a sip of his coffee.

"Now I hope that this new vice principal isn't going to do too many changes around here. Everything is fine the way it is. For the children's sake that is." said Chef, sitting in his chair that was facing the front of Victoria's desk.

"Oh, Chef, we have to give this man a chance. By the way, please make sure that you made your yummy lemon squares and fruit punch for the night's meeting," said Victoria, while messing with her hair.

"She's right, Chef. We can not just feel uneasy about the new guy until we get to know him. M'kay?." said Mr. Mackey, taking another sip of his coffee.

"Yes, I know that Mackey, but still it is one of those things that gives you that old fashion heebie jeebies. But I'll give this guy a chance. That, and I already made my famous lemon squares and fruit punch for the night." said Chef, while taking the moment to discuss another subject.

As the school ended for the day, Chef along with Garrison, and Mr. Mackey had spent their free time setting up the cafeteria for tonight's school meeting and finished in the nick of time. After this, in another two hours, everyone in South Park started coming in taking their fair share of lemon squares and a cup of fruit punch, and sitting down. During that time, they all took the moment to have conversations amongst themselves before the meeting can get started to give others who have not made it to the school enough time to get here. Chef along with his soon-to-be adopted son, Pip have both sat down together at the first tables and waited patiently for Victoria and Mr. Mackey to come on the stage to begin. The time had finally come as both Victoria and Mr. Mackey came onto the stage as everyone began to quiet down.

Victoria came up to the mic and had a good grip on it and said nice and clear. "Parents, friends, and staff faculty, I would want to say thank you for showing up to this special night of school meeting. Now, the reason for this meeting is to announce that South Park Elementary now officially has a first-ever vice principal. Now, over the years we could not afford the needed materials or new hires for this school due to our small budget. But thanks to Chef's large generous donation we were finally able to afford things that our school and students need. Much less be able to afford a first-ever vice principal."

Victoria stepped to the side to let Mackey have his turn on the mic. "Now this person was strongly recommended by many school districts and this will be his first permanent job since he was a temporary and former intern for schools. M'kay. So without further ado everyone, please welcome South Park Elementary's first-ever and new Vice-Principal. PC Principal."

As soon as his name was announced, the man who goes by the name of PC Principal started coming right on in all confident and uptight as he walked his way in. Everyone watched this man come on in with boldness and the look of unwanted determination as he looked like he means business. Once again, Chef had the jitters again when seeing this man come on the stage after done drinking what appeared to be a sports drink and grabbed the microphone and began talking. Right after he threw his bottle to the side.

"Alright, listen up. My name is PC Principal, your new vice principal. I don't know about you, but frankly, I'm sick and tired of how minority groups are marginalized in today's society. I'm here because this place is lost in a time warp! Students who still use the word "retarded"! A teacher who said women without wombs should get an AIDS test!"

Garrison rolled his eyes in both shame and disgust upon his old actions. "I was a lesbian back then but managed to return straight again and changed my sex back into a man. I'm not perfect you know."

Chef heard that defended statement before focusing back on PC Principal's rants.

PC Principal removed his shades and showed his serious face while walking back and forth in the front and said, "A chef 'person of color' who the children had sing soul songs and who the children drove to make his life dull and boring, and caused him to leave this town and join a sick fruity club that involves grown people to rape kids!."

Chef frowned after hearing this as the guy had the last park wrong. "Now, hold it right there, PC Principal. For your information, my black ass did not know that the Super Adventure Club is a club for molesters. And second, I escape that sick place just in the nick of time and manage to return home to South Park and regain my job and home. Get your facts right!."

PC Principal looked at Chef for a few seconds and then said, "Thanks for clearing that up, Jerome."

Chef blinked in confusion for a second and looked at Pip and said, "Did that cracker just call me by my real name?."

Before Pip can even open his mouth, PC Principal responded back to what Chef just said.

"And another thing. Racial slurs will no longer be tolerated in this school anymore while I am here and still the vice principal!. Thanks for the reminder, Jerome." said PC Principal.

Chef could only frown a bit more when being called by his real name and said underneath his breath, "Now, I'm really starting to dislike this guy."

"Let me ask all of you this. We're in Colorado, right?!. So where are the Hispanic kids?! Huh?!. Where are the ethnic and racial minorities?!." asked PC Principal, waiting patiently for an answer.

Mr. Mackey grabbed a second microphone and said, "Well, in honesty, we do have Tolkien and Chef. They're both black."

"Seriously, Mackey?!." Chef offensively asked his best friend.

"Well, congratulations, Mackey." PC Principal pointed his index finger at Mackey. "You just got yourself two days' detention starting tomorrow just by showing some strong racism tonight."

"What I got detention?. I wasn't being racist at all, M'kay." Mr. Mackey had a look of shock and disbelief on his face.

"Now, PC Principal do you think that you may be going overboard on this?. That's kinda overkilled," said Victoria, defending Mr. Mackey.

"Same goes to you Principal Victoria, for supporting Mackey's racism," spoke PC Principal.

"Now, what the hell man?!." Chef asked out loud without getting a response as PC Principal ignored him.

PC Principal then started to walk down the aisle to have a good look at everyone else while resuming his monologue. "In conclusion, all the things that you guys got away with both school and this town itself are over. Tonight and moving forward in the future, the PC reign begins. Thank you and good night."

After the meeting was over everyone exited the school and headed home with different opinions and emotions toward the new vice principal. Especially for Chef. Chef can not believe that PC Principal was highly recommended by many people for stupid reasons and tonight just proves that. Sure, Chef can agree with what the guy was talking about racism and all but he knows full well that you can not enforce people to stop. No, it takes time and a lot of team effort to make it possible. He took the moment to look at Pip who was in the front passenger seat sleeping adorably as it brought a smile to Chef's face.

He had to remind himself that he have to sign some papers to make Pip legally his and change his last name to his. Once arriving home, Chef took Pip out of the car and carried him up the stairs and into the guest bedroom which will be Pip's very own room. After done taking his clothes and shoes off and leaving the boy only in his t-shirt, underwear, and socks, Chef put Pip in bed while putting the idea of clothes shopping on the list to do later on tomorrow.

"Good night, Pip," said Chef before reaching over and giving the British boy a kiss on his forehead before walking out of the room.

"Good night to you too, Dad." said a tired Pip, when moving around in his sleep.

Chef stopped from existing out of the bedroom after hearing what Pip just said. It instantly put a smile on his face as he closed the door behind him and headed to his room for bed. Knowing full well that he needed his rest and to be able to tackle whatever the new vice principal has in store for not only himself and the faculty and staff, but so for the kids as well.

"It's going to be a long school year. Oh, futch it," said Chef, before turning the light off from his lamp and going to sleep.
