"I don't like your little games
Don't like your tilted stage
The role you made me play
Of the fool, no, I don't like you
I don't like your perfect crime
How you laugh when you lie"
-Taylor Swift "Look What You Made Me Do"

Harry was curled into Draco's side when he woke up. He thought of their first time the night before and smiled to himself. He kissed Draco's shoulder but the love of his life did not move or make a sound so he got up to use the bathroom and get dressed. Harry checked if Draco had woken up but he had not. He quietly went down to the kitchen to make himself breakfast. During his meal, Harry received an owl from Narcissa about coming for tea. He replied that he would be there around one o'clock. He looked the time and realised how late it was. It was already noon. Harry quickly finished his breakfast and quietly went back to the bedroom he shared with Draco, only to find Draco still asleep. He was surprised but he knew it had something to do with their activities the night before. He tiptoed out of the room to use the guest bathroom to get ready for tea at the Manor. After he was finished getting ready, he checked on Draco one last time. Harry kissed him on his shoulder again and left a note for him on the nightstand saying he was summoned by Narcissa.

Harry tiptoed his way down the stairs once again. He checked the time once more. Surprisingly he was a bit early but he knew Narcissa would not mind. He apparated out of Grimmauld Place hoping Draco would not be cross with him for leaving without saying goodbye. If he was, he would make it up to Draco somehow. When he apparated into the Manor, he stumbled like he always did.

And of course Severus was there to greet him. "Ever the graceful one, Potter. It is always a wonder to me that our world still stands because of you when you can not even apparate properly. You are so much like your father. The klutzy hero." He smirked and sneered.

Harry straightened himself out and huffed in frustration. "I am nothing like my father. Yes I believe he was a great man but he kept many prejudices. I refuse to be like that. Our world needs someone who can bridge the gap between houses and blood statuses. And I would like to think that I could be that. I mean I'm actually friends with Slytherins and I'm dating a Malfoy. You and I have put most of our differences aside. We are all just people at the end of the day after all. Why can't everyone just get along? It's bloody frustrating!" He sighed.

Severus rolled his eyes at Harry's rant. "Potter, you are like your father in many ways but it seems that you have learned from his mistakes. It makes a better version of what he is. You saying that you could be the person who could bridge that gap is very Gryffindor of you. Though if anyone could it would be you. I am pleased that you have made friends with some Slytherins. They make brilliant and cunning friends and that can always be useful. You making my godson happy and in love is quite nauseating but I am thankful. Draco deserves to be happy. As for you and I am pleased that we have worked out most of our issues. I will not argue that we are all just people because that is quite true but it is the long standing traditions of our world that caused the gap in the first place. I am not sure if there will ever be a time when blood status will not matter and what house you are sorted into will not matter. It is a lovely kind of thing to think about though. I do hope it happens. Between you, Draco and Hermione I am sure you will think of something."

Harry was about to reply when Narcissa walked in. "Ah welcome Harry! I do hope Severus has been hospitable." She smirked at Severus. "What were you two discussing before I rudely interrupted?"

Severus cleared his throat. "Potter and I were discussing who could bridge the gap between blood status and house sorting. He seems to think he could. Though, he may be right but he will not able to do it alone like he seems to think. It will be a team effort, much like defeating Voldemort if I remember correctly."

Narcissa chuckled at what Severus said. "I do believe that Severus is right but I also know that no one will listen unless you are a part of the change, Harry. You and Hermione will do wonders for our world. I truly believe that." She smiled at Harry. "Oh Severus speaking of Hermione I believe you are going to be late for your date with your witch if you do not leave now." At that Severus blushed a bit and quickly left in a huff.

Harry laughed. "Narcissa, you are bloody brilliant. I don't think I've seen Severus blush like that before."

Narcissa smiled. "Well someone other than Hermione has to put him in his place sometimes. Otherwise his ego would be too inflated to deal with." She smirked. "Let us have tea. I believe it is ready now." Narcissa walked out of the room and Harry followed.

Narcissa gracefully sat at the table and she instructed Harry to sit as well. "The reason for this visit involves Lucius. I went to see him yesterday and I need to talk to you about what he said and what happened."

Harry's eyes went wide. "I didn't know you were going to visit Lucius. If I had I would've come with you so you wouldn't have to deal with the dementors alone."

Narcissa smiled softly at him. "I thought it necessary to visit him. It is quite sweet that you are so concerned for my safety but it is unnecessary since Kingsley accompanied me to Azkaban."

Harry sighed in relief. "I am very pleased you weren't alone. Anyway, what was said during this meeting and what does it have to do with me?"

Narcissa sipped her tea. "It concerns Draco actually and that is why I summoned you for tea. Lucius told me of your visit with him and his views have not changed one bit. I do not want my Draco to be subjected to that man's toxic filth any longer. I forbid Draco to see him ever again. I know my son will not be pleased but I think it is for the best. I have actually petitioned for divorce and my request was approved considering who my husband, or rather my former husband, is. I have also gone back to my maiden name, Black. As it happens all of Lucius' money will go to Draco regardless of what he said about cutting his son off. He no longer has that authority since he is in Azkaban. Draco has the option of relieving himself of the last name Malfoy or keeping it. It is entirely up to him. I thought he could give some or all the money from his father to charities benefiting muggleborns. That would really grind Lucius' gears."

Harry was speechless for a moment while he sipped his tea. "I remember how devastated Dray was after that visit and hoped he would never want to see his father again. I don't think he should ever be near that man ever again. I'm happy to hear that you are once a Black. I will let Draco know about the last name change. If I know him, he might actually agree to changing it. As for the inheritance, he will most definitely give it to the most deserving of muggle and muggleborn charities of that I'm sure of. I can imagine the headlines in the Prophet saying 'Malfoy Heir Gives Inheritance to Muggleborn Charities' or 'Reformed Death Eater Rejects Inheritance By Donating It To Good Causes'. Lucius would be beyond livid to hear of that." He smirked and Narcissa chuckled lightly.

Narcissa looked at him curiously. "Speaking of my darling how is he fairing living with you? I hope he is content."

Harry looked away and blushed. "Uh, Dray is doing well at Grimmauld Place. He's settling in quite nicely." He bit his lip nervously.

Narcissa laughed. "Harry, you do not have to be so nervous around me when talking about my son. I know you love him and you take great care of him. That is all I need to know. As long as Draco is happy, I see no reason to worry. He could not be in more capable hands. I trust you." She reached for his hand and squeezed it reassuringly.

Harry smiled at her. "Of course, Narcissa. Dray's happiness is the most important thing to me as well. It's just that last night we got even closer than we had been. It means a great deal to me that you trust me with your son. I have never felt this way before. I don't want to mess it up. It would kill me to ever hurt Dray. He means the world to me." He blushed.

Narcissa chuckled and smiled. "Oh Harry you are too precious. I am certainly not naive and I do know you will never hurt Draco, at least not intentionally. I believe you two will get married some day and I will get to call you my son-in-law in the near future. My Draco will one day be a Potter, of that I am certain. Honestly, I already think of you as my son. You are quite dear to me and you have my unending and unwavering support." She gave him a watery smile.

Harry got a bit teary eyed. "I never thought I'd ever be lucky enough to find someone as brilliant and unique as Draco. I also never thought I'd fall for him but it happened and I couldn't be more happy. I do plan to marry him some day. I was hoping he'd take my last name. Imagine Harry James Malfoy? The Prophet would have an absolute field day with that. I can imagine all the hate mail I'd get for changing my name to a former Death Eater's. I suppose if he took the last name Black, I could change mine to that but I do like the sound of Draco Lucius Potter. You really think of me as a son already? Never in my wildest dreams, I thought I'd have one motherly figure in my life but having two is unfathomable and incredible. And it means a lot that I have your support wholeheartedly."

Narcissa and Harry finished their tea in relative silence for the most part. The Malfoy house elf retrieved the tea tray and left with it. As Narcissa stood and started to walk into the foyer of the Manor, Harry followed.

Uncharacteristically, Narcissa pulled Harry into a tight hug. He responded immediately and hugged her back. "Harry, thank you for saving this family and for loving my son. No words can express how I feel about it. And I could never repay you because what you have done has no price." She kissed his cheek softly and pulled away.

Harry had tears welling up in his eyes and he brushed them away. "I don't know what to say. I could never regret helping you and Draco out. Even if there was a way to pay me back, I wouldn't accept it. Just having Dray with me is enough for the rest of my life. I've grown to love you both, obviously in different ways. You're family."

Narcissa looked like she was going to cry at any moment but quickly recovered. "You are family to us as well. Anyway, best be going before we both start weeping uncontrollably." She gave a watery chuckle. "As always it was a pleasure to see you again, Harry. Please tell Draco I miss him. And keep me informed about his decision to change or keep his last name."

Harry gave her another quick hug. "Thank you for the tea. I will owl you about his decision. Goodbye, Narcissa." He apparated as she said her goodbyes to him.

As Harry arrived back at Grimmauld Place, Draco greeted him angrily. "Potter, I woke up and you were gone. You should have woken me up to say goodbye. I mean after last night I thought you would have enough sense not to disappear and having me wake up alone. At first I thought I dreamt it all. Loving you and being with you but then I looked around realised that it really happened and the person I love just up and left after we were intimate. What was so bloody important? I saw the note you left. What did my mother want that was so important you could not wait and say goodbye to me?" He was livid.

Harry sputtered to think of what to say. "Oh Merlin! I'm so sorry! I wasn't thinking. It seemed urgent from what I gathered and just had a momentary loss of logic and just left. I really didn't mean to upset you."

Draco stared angrily at Harry. "So what did my mother want?"

Harry sheepishly looked at Draco. "Your mother went to visit your father yesterday. He was still spouting hate even after our visit. She is forbidding you from ever visiting him again and I agreed with her. He is too toxic for us all. She also petitioned for divorce and the courts granted it. She changed her last name back to Black. Also, you have a choice whether you want to keep the name Malfoy or changed it to her maiden name. All your father's money is going to you despite him trying to cut you off. Your mother and I joked that you should give it muggleborn charities. We also had tea together." He looked at Draco nervously.

Draco's expression softened slightly. "Potter, you are so bloody frustrating. I want to be furious with you but you start talking and I just can not stay angry." He sighed. "I am not at all surprised by my father's actions. At first I did want to see him one last time but as I thought about it I think best that I never see his face again for as long as I live. I am pleased that my mother got a divorce. She deserves so much more. And I think I will change my last name to Black. I want to shed this toxic Malfoy skin and the only way to do so is to walk away from it. You and my mother are brilliant. I will definitely give his money away to muggleborn charities. Was there anything else you two talked about?"

Harry blushed. "Uh, um, well she gave me her blessing to marry pretty much and we talked about who would take what name. Saying that she can see you becoming a Potter one day. She also told me that she already thinks of me as her son and she looks forward to me becoming her son-in-law. We joked about how the Prophet would have a field day if I changed my name to Malfoy. And all the hate mail I'd get. I said that I couldn't believe I now had two motherly figures in my life." He smiled softly.

Draco looked stunned. "Harry, really? She gave her blessing? Though I am not surprised in the least. She is quite fond of you. I would be honoured to take your last name. Oh Merlin! The Prophet would go mad with the news of their Saviour taking the Malfoy name. And my mother has spoken quite a lot about you over the years. Though, in the more recent years, she has nothing but lovely things to say and she can be quite tender. I am happy she thinks of you as a son. I know how rough your childhood was. You can not have too many mothers especially if they are like Molly and my mother." He smiled sweetly at Harry.

Harry smiled widely back at Draco. "Does this mean you forgive me, future husband?" He blushed at the word husband.

Draco stepped forward and wrapped his arms around Harry. He looked straight into Harry's eyes. "This time you are forgiven, future husband of mine. But remember next time wake me up when you leave, okay?" Harry nodded in agreement.

Harry closed the gap by kissing Draco softly. After a few seconds, their kiss got more intense. Without breaking the kiss, he backed up until the back of his knees hit the loveseat. As he sat down, he pulled Draco down with him until he had Draco sitting on his lap. They continued to kiss for quite some time until air became an issue.

Harry looked at Draco so lovingly. "Dray, I love you beyond words. I can't wait to call you my husband someday. I can't think of anyone else who I'd want to spend the rest of my days with." He kissed Draco's forehead softly.

Draco had watery eyes. "Love, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love you beyond life itself. And I look forward to becoming your husband someday. No one else compares to you and our future life together." He kissed Harry softly.

Draco and Harry just held each other thinking about what life had in store for them in the future. All they knew was that they would have each other and that's what truly mattered.
