The story begins with Eri Kurokawa, a pregnant woman from Earth in her 9th month of pregnancy carrying twins, who dies by blood loss from continuous coughing. However, she is given a second chance at life in another world, where she finds herself still pregnant with her twins but unable to give birth due to the side effect of being transported to another world.
