Nine years later...
A set of eyes, ocean blue and lilac purple, looks around the lush green plants of Endor. An Ewok squeaks and the eyes quickly glances at them kindly before turning cold again, looking around once more. "Eh, nothing to see here. Let's go home." A strong and curvy body gracefully drops to the ground and then starts to speed walk away from the tree they were previously on. A visor clicks into place on the midnight black helmet it's connected to, covering the eyes. The visor is a dark, blood red color that can only scream out one word: danger.
The figure reaches their ship eventually and gets on, waving off the Ewok. The little creature listens and gets out of the way just as the door to the ship closes shut. The figure then takes off their helmet, revealing long and luscious black hair styled in braids, which reaches the bottom of their back. Heterochromia blue and purple eyes looks at the controls, paying attention as the ship rises and starts to fly. The figure presses a button and an image of a handsome blue eyed male appears.
"Have you found any species of our target, yet Neji?" He asks. The person, now revealed as Neji Ashanti, shakes her head. "Nope! Nothing so far. But I did got some intel, apparently they are on Tatooine. So I'm heading there to look." The male raises an eyebrow, "Are you certain that you will find the target this time?" Neji smiles at him and winks, "Have I ever been wrong, Kairo?" The man chuckles, "Yes...but I will not make fun of you about it this time, I trust you. Come back home safe to me, Neji. Promise me that." He then lightly demands, voice turning serious.
Neji raises her right hand and moves it slightly forward, with Kairo doing the same. "I promise you that I will come back. No need to worry about me." Kairo sighs and his eyes now sport a dreamy look. "Please marry me." Neji cackles and shakes her head. "I am not someone worthy of such love and devotion. Besides, doesn't that Twi'lek girl like you or something? She is beautiful, sociable, skinnier..." Kairo huffs in impatience, interrupting Neji's rant. "Beauty is the eye of the beholder. Get that through your head, now. You deserve the world, and don't you dare forget it." Kairo then salutes and his image disappears.
Neji snorts but lets Kairo's words sink in, maybe he is right. Maybe the two are able to get married some day. All she has to do is wait and keep on hoping that it's their destiny to be together as a couple. But what she doesn't know is both of their worlds will be shaken up at some point.
Will Neji be able to handle everything life has in store for her?
Will her and Kairo get together?
Will everything be okay even after facing the biggest challenge yet: Darth Vader?
Well, let's just wait and see.
