12. Married with twins (S8 pre-canon)
She and Samantha went out shopping during lunch just to relieve some stress from the firm. Their first stop is Bergdorf Goodman. Samantha was walking ahead of her and ready to check out some clothes.
"Welcome back Mrs. Specter" the woman greeted Donna. Samantha turned around and was in shock.
"Did she just call you-"
"Yeah yeah I used to have Harvey's card before and I didnt want anyone asking me questions why I have it so I just told them we're married" she explained.
"Hi Mrs. Specter it's nice to see you again!" Another associate came by to greet her.
"Hi Anna. Long time no see"
"Yeah! How's the baby?" The associate asked.
"Oh they're wonderful! I gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl" she lied.
"Oh thats great! Congratulations! Well call me if you need any help with the dresses."
They went on and started browsing for clothes.
"Does Harvey know about this?"
"Us being married? Yeah. About us having twins, no"
Samantha laughed "you're gonna get in trouble if he finds out"
"Well I hope you're not a tattle tale" Donna said.
"Dont worry my lips are sealed"
They finished shopping and headed back to the firm.
Harvey was buried in paperwork when he received a phone call from Tiffany's.
"Hi, is this Mr. Specter?"
"This is. Who's this?"
"I'm Mel from Tiffany's. Your wife forgot one of the paperbag here at our store"
"My wife?!" Harvey was surprised.
"Uhm yes. Miss Donna?"
"Yes. Okay I'll pick it up later" He said. Harvey knows that Donna goes shopping with his card before when she was his secretary and told the staff that they're married. He never thought he'll hear those sentence again. He went to Tiffany's to pick up the said paperbag for Donna.
"congratulations on having twins, Mr. Specter" the woman said.
"Twins?!" Harvey almost choked with what the woman said so he just said his gratitude and left the store.
Once at the firm, he went straight to Donna's office. He found her buried in paperwork as well. He went in and didnt knock but she sensed him.
"Harvey, what can I do for you?" She said without even looking up.
"Wanna tell me the name of our twins?"
"What?! How did you-" this time she looked up to him. Embarrassed with her cheeks flushed.
"Tiffany's called. you forgot your paperbag" he said while dropping the blue paperbag on her desk.
"Oh shoot! Sorry. You didnt have to pick it up"
"What kind of husband would I be if I didnt. So...twins huh?!" He teased her.
"Harvey, they know we're married for 12 years now. I need another story to tell. And I like the benefits of it. I get freebies!"
"Tiffany gave onesies. What are you gonna do with that?"
"How about I keep the one for the girl and you keep the one for the boy. For future purposes..when you have a kid with someone"
He left her office with one of the onesies.
The idea of being married to Donna isnt bad. The thought of having a kid too isnt scary, as long as its with Donna.
He started to think the what ifs. But he shoved it to the back of his head when he found out weeks later that Donna was dating Thomas.
