Luke and Neji are having such a good time.

They went on various types of roller coasters, a spinning tea cup ride, a rocking boat ride that goes very high up in either direction, a flying swing set ride, and much more. They made sure to take a break and get something to eat before going on their last ride, the Ferris wheel. Being the gentleman that he is, Luke opens the door to their seat and lets Neji go in first. Then he went on and helps the operators securely shut the door before sitting down opposite of Neji.

Good thing he chose this ride as their last. It's slow and calming, it has a nice view of the planet they're residing in for the time being, and it gives Luke some time to talk to Neji. He smiles and looks at her, she still has so much innocence and brightness despite everything that she through that Luke knows of. He's impressed that Neji is still able to retain her inner child, unlike himself and probably the others as well. Neji has been such a great friend and ally to himself, Han, and Leia. He's sure the others feel the same way about this, but he's honored that Neji was placed with them all those years ago. That he got to see her be in a better head space, fall in love, become a mother, and so much more. He loves his friend dearly.

He's going to miss her, and her baby. That sweet and adorable baby. Luke rarely hears that little guy cry except during his infant years or if he thinks he hurt someone somehow.

Flashback...

That happened once with Luke, the older male was tickling Ulysses jr and the baby was laughing so much that he started to playfully hit Luke. Luke, the idiot, felt the little fists and pretended that they hurt. He gasps and falls over next to the baby, he covers his face and lets out an exaggerated cry. Ulysses jr immediately stopped laughing and looked over at his uncle in concern. "Bah...Baah..." Ulysses jr calls out, his way of asking if Luke is okay. But Luke didn't answer and continued to 'cry.'

This didn't sit well with the child, he looked down at his hands and back at Luke 'crying,' in shock. His hands did this? He didn't mean to hurt his uncle, he was just playing! Ulysses jr couldn't handle it and soon enough, his eyes started to tear up. He placed a soft hand on Luke as his lips wobbled, tears now slipping down his cheeks. "...B-B-Bah...Brrrrrrr...bah..." Luke looked at Ulysses jr over his arm and is shocked to see the baby this upset. Luke immediately stopped his act and lifted the baby into his arms, cuddling him close and shushing him.

"Don't cry buddy, don't cry! I'm fine," he made the baby stand in his lap and facing him, "see? I'm okay! I'm okayyy. Thank you for your concern, though. You're so sweet!" Luke remembered Neji telling him that the baby loves kisses, so he peppered kisses all over Ulysses jr's face. His heart soared as the little frown turned upside down and instead, let out a heartfelt, rumbling laugh mixed with snorts here and there. That laugh is contagious, it made Luke let out a chuckle of his own. This kid is definitely making it hard for Luke to stay true to the ways of the Jedi.

End of Flashback...

"Hellooooo, you there Luke?" Neji calls out to him. Luke blinks his eyes, coming back to reality. "Sorry, I was just reminiscing on something. That's all Neji. Anyways, tell me, what are you planning to do with your life once I leave?" Neji ponders for a second before answering, "I think that I will reside here with my son as long as it's peaceful. Maybe I can find a job as a mind healer or something." Luke raises an eyebrow. "This is interesting. Do you think you have what it takes to be one? You know that a lot of people in this universe have suffered their own tragedy one way or another. Some will be easier to help, some won't be." Neji knows Luke's concerns, but she is not like she used to be back then, not even the one when her love died. She says so to Luke, who decides to give up and instead, voice his support for her.

Neji was about to ask Luke a question in return when she suddenly hears screams from below. Both her and Luke sharply look at the source and saw two masked men who are only showing the upper half of their head and their hair. Neji and Luke share a knowing look. Luke leans back, "Go ahead. They're all yours." Neji nods her head and climbs to stand on the edge of their cart. She waits until it gets as close as it could to the culprits to leap forward and off the cart. Her eyes are glued onto the culprits who turn around and start to walk away.

Once she finally got close enough, she sticks out one firm leg and foot 'pair' before yelling out, "OH NO YOU DON'T BASTARDS!" She successfully connects her foot to the back of one of the men's heads, knocking him out instantly when his face connects with the ground. Neji doesn't waste anytime and does a roundhouse kick to the other man's face, causing him to stagger. "You're going to pay for this! I obviously don't know who you two are but you have no right to kill an innocent person! Especially if it turns out to be for no legit reason!" People from around the amusement park gather around as Neji jumps a bit high and slams her ankle against the top of the other masked man's head. She ignores the hiss and groan from him and stretches out her hand, closing her eyes and mumbling something before opening them again.

All of a sudden, the second masked man starts to float. Neji stares at him and throws him far outside of the amusement park. She does the same to the first masked man, who is still unconscious. Neji sighs and relaxes her hand. Neji doesn't use her power often and usually relies on her physical strength. That is what she learned while training with Kairo years ago.

'Your body can be your greatest ally Neji, even more so than some gun or supernatural power.' Kairo says as he watches Neji practice her side hits with her ankle that he recently taught her. 'If you do have some power, use it as an additional leverage. Don't rely too much on that power.' Kairo stresses. Neji snorts and rolls her eyes, 'Yeah, Yeah, I know.' Kairo smiles and starts walking towards Neji. This causes their to stop and watch with curiosity in her eyes. Once he is close enough, Kairo hugs her close, burying his face in the crook of her neck.

Neji is confused, 'What is this for?'

'Nothing baby...nothing...'

Neji shakes her head, taking away the rest of the memory from her mind. Instead, she focuses on Luke clasping her shoulder and smiling at her proudly. "That was amazing, you never told me you could use the force!" Luke praises. He continues doing so, which causes Neji to blush slightly in embarrassment. "Oh stop it, mine is not as impressive or strong as yours!" She protests with a slightly chuckle. Luke her a huge cone of vanilla ice cream with the force before making his own cone reach his hand, which he starts to eat almost immediately.

"Shall we go home now, Neji?" He asks.

Neji nods her head, "Yes, let's shall."

The two leave the amusement park and headed to their transport, eventually passing the two masked men, who are still unconscious. But one woke up at the sound of Luke and Neji flying away. He sighs as he looks up at the ship. "You did well Neji...you did well." He turns on his comm device in his ear. Well, that was such a big mistake on his part.

Kairo winces in regret as the man on the other line starts screaming at him.

His day just got "better" and "longer," wonderful.

"We're baaaaaack," Neji announces as she opens the door to the house,"heyyy buddy!" She greets her son, who is jumping in Leia's lap. The woman chuckles and stands up, handing him back to his mother. "Rarely have I seen or heard of babies being this easy to take care of. Especially at this age, I'm impressed!" Neji giggles and blushes bashfully, "I did my best to teach him in a way he could understand that mama may not always be here, but in a way, he will always find a way to be okay. It's nothing really, he got his intelligence from his father after all." Leia softens her smile and places a comforting hand on Neji's shoulder.

She looks at the other woman proudly, "This boy also has his mother's sweetness and big heart. You're such a good mother. Believe it or not, I aspire to be somewhat like you someday!"

"Oh you will! Just ask Han and he will gladly give you a baby." Neji jokes, snorting at Leia's shocked and scandalized expression.

"Neji!"

Han interjects and jokes along, "Yeah, I don't mind Princess! It would be fun to have a child with a scoundrel, wouldn't it?" He smirks in Leia's direction, causing her whole face to turn red and feel hot. She covers her face and shakes her head side to side, making Ulysses jr laugh at this whole chaos. Luke coos at the baby and walks over, gently smushing and pulling those chubby cheeks with his hands. "Seeeee? Even this cutie pie agrees, Leia." He says in his baby voice as he plays with Ulysses jr, who plays along with him.

"Well, as fun as this is, we do have to go you guys. Chewie is waiting for us on the Falcon." Han says.

Leia and Luke pout but didn't argue with Han on it, for he was right. They form a group hug around Neji and Ulysses jr, in which the mother-son duo hugs them back. Leia calls for Han to join but the man shakes his head side to side in rejection, too embarrassed to show his soft side. Leia rolls her eyes and leaves him be. Eventually, Luke and Leia pull away and wave instead. "We will miss you two." They said in unison.

Neji waves, "We will miss you guys too, stay safe out there!" She takes one of her child's hands and waves it side to side. "Say bye to your aunt and uncles!"

"B-Buh Bah!"

Everyone's heart soared at his overloading cuteness.

Leia had to be pulled away by Luke and Han, when she ran back to hug the baby once more. Finally, the trio close the door and left for good. Neji sighs and smiles, looking down at her son. Her pride and joy.

"What shall we do now?"
