As the limo drove onto the island, you and Mal shared an unimpressed look. "How are we supposed to get into that?" You asked, throwing your hand at the vehicle. Mal groaned, "Uncomfortably." "Time to go!" Evie called up the stairs. You and Mal went downstairs, bags in hand and throwing them into the trunk. You both hugged your mother, feeling her hug you back and her wings wrap around you two. "Do you remember everything?" She asked. "Yes, mother." "Do you have everything you need?" Maleficent asked, pulling away to look at you two. "Yes, mother." "And you remember how to use your magic, yes?" "Yes, mother." "We remember everything." "We'll be fine." "Promise." You and Mal reassured her, kissing her cheeks. Maleficent placed a kiss on your foreheads, "Be safe." You and Mal gave her smiles and nodded before looking at the limo warily.

"Mal, (Y/n), why don't you two go in first and try to get comfortable?" Carlos suggested, having seen the inside. You and Mal nodded before awkwardly stepping inside the limo. After a few minutes of rustling around inside, you and Mal were sitting on the floor, your wings pulled tightly towards yourselves and heads bowed. You both could feel the pitying looks your friends were giving you as they stepped inside as well. Evie let the boys have the seats and sat on the floor with you and Mal. "It should be a while till we get to Auradon so just... Try to relax. Jay, Carlos, and I will make sure to stay out of your way." Evie said, sitting on her knees as you and Mal were tightened into balls. "Remember, when we make then invisible, they are still there, so be careful not to bump into them," Mal said quietly. Evie and the boys nodded before Carlos and Jay saw the sweets on the side of the limo. You could bee by the way their muscles tensed that they were about to pounce on them, however, your wings were in the way, so they held themselves back. Noticing this, you picked up the containers and tossed them to the boys. You laughed as they dug in with muffled thanks.

As you passed the barrier around the island, both you and Mal could feel your magic pulse within you. Apparently, it showed on your faces as you felt it. "What is it?" Evie asked, catching the boys' attention. "My magic..." Mal laughed a little as she looked down at her hands. "It's back..." You breathed. You and Mal waved your hands over your wings and horns watching as they disappeared. "Your magic, they are different colors." Carlos grinned, "That's so cool!" "I mean, it does kind of makes sense. They might be twins, but they don't really look alike with their hair and faces. Why wouldn't their magic be different colors too?" Jay asked casually as if it was no big deal. You and Mal were watching your magic play within your hands. Yours was amber colors just like your hair while Mal's was green like her eyes. "That is so cool," Evie said, reaching out to touch it. "Woah!" Mal pulled her hands closer, "Let's not do that. We don't know what would happen if you touched straight magic E." Evie looked a little down but nodded, understanding. After a while, the school came into view and the limo passed a sign reading 'Welcome to Auradon Prep. Goodness doesn't get any better.' "Alright guys, let me and (Y/n) get out first so anything that falls, you guys can catch. Okay?" Mal asked, knowing for a fact that you two were going to stumble out. "Let me get out first actually Mal." Evie piped up, "That way I can hide you getting out and you have someone to hold onto if you need." Mal nodded in agreement, "Alright."

After some shifting in the back, everyone ignoring the band that was playing, the door opened. Evie stepped out first and lingered at the door for Mal to grab onto her and fit her wings out. She ducked out and gently nudged Evie to step aside. Carlos reached out and grabbed one of the electronics that was about to fall out as her wing knocked into it. You copied your sister except for when you went to step out of the way of the door for Jay and Carlos, your wing caught on the large black rectangular electronic and knocked it off its perch. Jay and Carlos lept for it and ended up looking like they were wrestling for it as they tumbled out of the limo, yelling about how they got it and the other should let go. You watched with slight amusement as Fairy Godmother cleared her throat and they looked at her like deer in headlights. Jay helped Carlos up as Fairy Godmother warned with a sing-song voice, "Leave it as you found it. And by that, I mean just leave it." She chastised. Jay tossed it back onto the seats and shut the door, bells chiming behind you all. Paying attention to those in front of you now, you saw Fairy Godmother standing in the middle of a boy and girl. The boy had honey brown hair and hazel eyes. The girl had brown hair and brown eyes. They were both dressed like preps, which is honestly to be excepted. "Hello, foxy." 'Oh no, Jay's noticed the girl.' You mentally groaned. Jay walked forward, the girl looking a little confused but trying to stay polite. "The name's... Jay." Jay crossed his arms and looked over her. She laughed a bit, though it was clear she didn't enjoy Jay very much now.

Fairy Godmother leaned in front of the girl, "Welcome to Auradon Prep." She straightened and looked over you all. "I'm Fairy Godmother, the headmistress." She gave a little curtsy, though it was only for show. Mal's eyes lit up a little, "The Fairy Godmother? As in, 'Bibbity-bobbity-boo'?" Mal asked, waving her hand like she had a wand in it. Fairy Godmother seemed pleased, "Bibbity-bobbity, you know it." She chuckled. The girl smiled and looked at the boy, who was looking a little awkward under her gaze. "You know, I always wondered what it was like for Cinderella when you just appeared out of nowhere with that sparkling wand and a warm smile... And that sparkling wand." "That was a long time ago. And as I always say, 'Don't focus on the past or you'll miss the future.'" Fairy Godmother gave a warm smile and the boy and girl stepped forward. "It is so good to finally meet you all. I'm Ben." Ben greeted, clasping his hands. "Prince Benjamin! Soon to be king!" The girl's voice sounded like Evie when she was squealing about princes. You frowned slightly, sensing something off about this girl. "You had me at prince. My mother's a queen, which makes me a princess." Evie curtsied to Ben, being polite but the girl stopped her with a smile, cruelty laced in her voice, "The Evil Queen has no royal status here... And neither do you." Ben laughed awkwardly and moved on as Mal took Evie's hand and pulled her back gently. "This is Audrey." Ben introduced the girl, his voice sounding uncomfortable. "Princess Audrey. His girlfriend!" Audrey corrected Ben once again and took his hand. You and Mal shared a look. Rather than a relationship, this looked a lot more like ownership. "Right Benny boo?" Audrey asked, giving him a look.

"Ben and Audrey are going to show you all around," Fairy Godmother started kindly, "And I'll see you tomorrow." She threw Ben and Audrey's hands apart, startling you and your friends as well as Audrey. "The doors of wisdom are never shut! But the library hours are from 8 to 11 and as you may have heard, I have a little thing about curfews." Fairy Godmother smiled at you all before walking away, the band that you didn't notice was behind her following after. Ben stood for a moment smiling before he approached Jay, "It is so, so, so good to finally me-" He grunted as Jay punched his chest in a friendly greeting. "Meet you all." Ben finished, his smile a little wider as he recognized the greeting as friendly. Jay was grinning as well as Ben moved over to you and paused for a moment while shaking your hand, just gazing at you before moving on to shake Mal's hand. It was almost like he snapped himself out of a daze, "This is a momentum occasion." He moved onto Carlos and shook his hand, surprised at the sticky feeling, "And one that I hope will go down in history... Is that chocolate?" He mumbled the last part, very amused before shaking Evie's hand. "As the day our two peoples began to heal." He grinned even brighter as he finished, not noticing Audrey lurking closely next to him. "Or the day when you showed five peoples where the bathrooms are," Mal called, her hands on her hips as swayed sassily. Ben laughed and moved over to you and her, "Too much?" He asked, his eyes sliding from her to you. You grinned, aware of Audrey right behind him. "Just a bit." You answered playfully. "Well, so much for my first impression." Ben laughed and you joined him.

You and Ben shared a grin and look that went on a little too long before Audrey shoved herself forward with a fake smile on her face. "Hey! You're Maleficent's daughters, aren't you?" She asked, looking between you and Mal before focusing back on you. "Yeah, you know what? I totally don't blame you for your mother trying to kill my parents and stuff." Audrey shook her head, seeming to be very much blaming you two. "Oh, my mom's Aurora. Sleeping beauty." You caught on quickly and with a regal air you caught from your mother, you gave her a predatory smile and tilted your head, "Oh? How good considering we weren't born at the time and have no say over what our mother does in the first place. As you well know, people aren't objects you can control." You hinted strongly at Audrey's seeming impression she owns Ben. "Besides, it wasn't your mother and father she was trying to kill. It was your paternal grandmother after she spread rumors about our mother and tried to murder all the faeries including our mother!" Mal chirped towards the end, mocking Audrey's fake tone. "Ha, water under the bridge." Audrey hide her sneer with her plastic grin. "Totes!" Mal bites back, the two girls laughing as you controlled yourself from tearing into Audrey. But that would ruin the mission and you couldn't care less what this snit said. You would be telling Aurora and Philip about her behavior as soon as you could. "Okay! So how about a tour?"
