Hello everyone I hope all of you are enjoying this story so far. I do not own Pokemon or Mario, all of those go to their respective companies. So in this chapter, Ash and Felicia will start to tell each other how they feel about each other and we will also learn some interesting facts about Ash's past. This will also be the chapter where Felicia will learn that the glowing light was a mushroom all this time. There is going to be some fighting going on in this chapter as well. So let's get the show on the road and I hope that everyone is liking this story.
When Ash and his friends got to the lake he and Pikachu couldn't wait for Felicia and Rosemary to see this place. They are going to think that it is the most beautiful place that they have never seen anything as beautiful as this place. So when they arrived at the lake Ash told Felicia and Rosemary to close their eyes because Ash and Pikachu wanted to surprise them. The moment that Ash and Pikachu stepped on the grass of the lake they were taking in the fresh air. " ahhh do you smell that Pikachu? It is the smell of freedom. I can't wait to see the looks on the girl's faces once they see this place they are going to love it" said Ash talking to Pikachu who was on his shoulder. " So are you ready to surprise them? They are going to love it like the way how I and Rosemary are going to love the surprise that you and Felicia have for us" reminded Pikachu. " oh don't worry Pikachu you and Rosemary will love your surprise too. I also hope that nothing goes wrong tonight because I was planning to tell Felicia how I feel about her tonight. " Said, Ash. That's the spirit Ash so where are the girls anyway," asked Pikachu. " They are waiting on a bench because I wanted to make everything look perfect before I show it to her. She is also with Rosemary as well and I told her that after I see how the place looks then I will come to get her and to me, I got to say that everything does look perfect for tonight. We should get them and bring them out here". Said Ash as he was walking back to where he left Felicia who was sitting on a bench waiting for him to come back with Pikachu.
But Ash does not know that it will not be perfect for long because up in the sky kamek and his army are right about to enter the mushroom kingdom so that he can ruin this happy moment Kamek wanted to make sure that he is the one that was right about Ash all this time and that is he does not care about Felicia whatsoever he only cares about money and that the only reason why he wanted to take her out of the castle so that she can see the glowing light the only reason he is doing this for the money. " Woah straight ahead troops we are almost there at the mushroom kingdom, I can't wait to see the look on Felicia's face when she finds out the truth about that money-hungry thief and she will learn that I am the one that is right she will come crying home and she will learn the truth that the outside world is a really dangerous place for a sweet girl like her to be in." Said Kamek as he was leading the troops to the mushroom kingdom.
Meanwhile back at the mushroom kingdom, Ash found Felicia on a bench waiting for him. He ran up to her and told her to come with him because I and Pikachu have a surprise for you and Rosemary as well but we want you girls to close your eyes" Said Ash as he pulled her up to her legs At first Felicia was a little bit unsure about it but she just did what she was told then her and Rosemary both closed their eyes. To make sure that their eyes were indeed close Ash waved his hands in front of her face and he started to lead her towards the lake with Pikachu doing the same thing with Rosemary. " on their way to the lake Felicia kept on asking where he was taking her but he kept on saying that it is the place that I was telling you about and trust me I can't imagine any place to watch the glowing light than the place that I am taking you. Said Ash as he grabbed her by the hand. When they were making their way to the lake Felicia kept on asking Ash if he could give her any hints about the place that he was taking her and he was not going to do that because it will just ruin the surprise. As they were walking deeper into the lake entrance Ash and Pikachu lead them to a lake that had the perfect view of Princess Peach's castle the lake had a boat where Felicia and Ashcan have a better view of the light but then when they got to the lake Ash sat her down on picnic blanket that was placed right in front of the lake and on the blanket was a basket of food which was where Ash put the cake in. " Are we almost there yet I am feeling the grass under my toes. I guess that this place has grass?" She asked. " oh yes we are getting close. Now I want you to sit on this blanket and when I tell you to open your eyes I want you to open them okay, that goes to you too Rosemary" Said, Ash. As Pikachu was placing Rosemary right next to Felicia. Then Ash and Pikachu looked at the lake one last time before they showed it to the girls. " Wow this place does look beautiful does it Pikachu," said Ash. " Yes, it looks like the place knew that we were coming because just look at all of the flowers and the fireflies. This will be the perfect place to tell them how we are feeling for them. " Pikachu pointed out. " oh yes so do you think we are ready to show the girls this place yet," asked Ash. Pikachu turned to look at the girls who were sitting on the blanket waiting to open their eyes, " Yep I think they are ready oh I can't wait to see the look on their faces once they see this place." Said Pikachu as he jumped down from Ash's shoulder and ran right in front of Rosemary who was sitting on the blanket and who was sitting right next to Felicia and her eyes were also closed as well. After the boys took one last look at the lake and each other asked " So are you ready for this Pikachu, Ash asked him. Oh, you bet I am also ready for that Surprise the most he said. Then both of them turn to look at the girls. " So can we open our eyes now?" Asked Felicia who was getting impatient with keeping her eyes closed but she didn't want to spoil the moment so she didn't say anything . " alright you both can open your eyes now," Said Ash as he sat next to Felicia. When Felicia and Rosemary opened their eyes they were amazed by what they saw. This is what they saw an amazing view of the castle which was just breathtaking by the way. " Oh my gosh, look at this place. I guess that this was the place that you were telling me about all my gosh. I can't imagine a better place to watch the glowing light than at this lake. Like just look at this place, all of the trees, the lake, and the amazing view of that castle. oh, this is just perfect thank you so much. " Said Felicia as she hugged Ash. Ash was so happy that Felicia loved the lake and he wrapped his arm around her as they were watching the stars together. Then he told her that he was so happy that she loved it.
But as Ash and Felicia were enjoying a nice moment together what they don't know is that danger is just around the corner. Still, up in the sky, Kamek and his troops were up in the sky looking for Ash and Felicia but it seems they have not found any signs of them and looked like they were searching for hours. That was when Kamek was starting to think maybe the spell that he put on them did not work the way that he wanted to work. He made an invisible spell that no one in the mushroom kingdom can see them instead of Ash and Felicia but maybe he did it wrong and just made everyone that is in the mushroom kingdom will not be able to see them. " oh no don't tell me I did the spell wrong, ugh what is wrong with me lately I can't seem to get any of my spells right. Kamek said as he and his troops were up in the sky that they could find Ash and Felicia but it seems that they haven't found any signs of them yet. Then one of the troops saw that Kamek was having a hard time figuring out what to do but just when Kamek was about to give up some of the troops spotted two figures on a boat that were looking up at the sky and they thought that it could be them so one of the troops said that he saw a couple in a lake we should see if that is them," said one of the troops. Once Kamek heard that one of the troops had found something he came right over to see what he saw but they were way too high to see clearly so they flew down to a bush to see if it was them and not just some random couple having a nice moment together.
When they got close to the couple they realized that it was not them and it was just a random couple. After they realize that Troopa gave the wrong info he was sent back to Bowser's castle and was sent into the dungeon. When that was done. Kamek and the rest of the troops looked again to see if they missed something and when they were about to give up. Kamek noticed something near a lake that a picnic blanket and 2 people and 2 Pikachu were sitting on it. Kamek didn't mention it to the troops because he was planning to ambush them and he is waiting for the right moment to get them. So in the meantime, Kamek sneakily hid in a bush that was right behind them, and this time he found them. As Kamek was hidden Pikachu smelled something that was coming from the bushes he was about to warn everyone else but he stopped once Ash called out to him. " Hey Pikachu come over here it's almost time for you and Rosemary to get your surprise. Then Pikachu ran up to Ash and the others when he got onto the picnic blanket Rosemary realize that Pikachu was nervous about something so she whispered something in his ear " Hey Pikachu are you sensing something over in that bush what do you think it is '' Rosemary whispered into Pikachu's ear. " I don't know but what I do know is that it is a very familiar scent it was the same smell when we were at the castle earlier I just hope that is not what I think it is, But don't say anything to Ash and Felicia yet because I don't want to ruin their special moment together and I don't want to scare them. " Pikachu said to Rosemary as he sat right next to her. Oh don't worry I wasn't planning on telling them and you are right I don't want to ruin this special moment either. I just want to wait until we get our surprise and after we see the glowing light and then we can tell them" Rosemary said to Pikachu. " I am so happy that we agreed on the same thing. Said Pikachu. " Do you want to leave them alone so that we can spend time with each other because I think we will have a better view of watching the glowing light over in that flower bed that was covered with trees"? Said Rosemary. Pikachu thought that would be the perfect spot for him and Rosemary to have their alone time and try to win her heart by the flower garden because he remembered how much Rosemary loved flowers.
So Pikachu ran up to Ash who was watching the stars with Felicia on his shoulder as she thought about how great today went and was wondering if the missing princess is also seeing this light too. He wanted to ask him if he and Rosemary could watch the golden mushroom from the flower bed. " hey Ash will it be okay if I and Rosemary can watch the glowing light from the flower bed Pikachu asked Ash. '' of course you can but first I think it is time you two get your surprise and I and Felicia got the best seats in the lake" he says as he pointed to the boat that was in the lake. Rosemary couldn't help but overhear that they are planning on getting their surprise soon and this will be the perfect time to give her flower crowns to her friends as well. She was so happy that she and Pikachu can have some alone time together. Ash was also right, the best place for them to watch the glowing light is at this lake.
Ash noticed that Felicia was on his shoulder so he rubbed her on the back trying to wake her up " Hey Felicia do you think it is time to give our Pikachu their surprise" he asked as he was rubbing her on the back trying to wake her up. Felicia let go of Ash's shoulder and looked up at him and said " oh of course I can't wait for you guys to get your surprise you two or going to love it. " She said as she walked over to the picnic blanket where the surprise was.
But before Ash was about to open the blanket Felicia remembered that she had a surprise for him as well. So she told everyone that she would be right back. Rosemary decided to go along with her too so that she can help Felicia with the dress and she wanted to show the flower crowns that she made for her friends and she wanted to show them to Felicia first before she gives them out to the boys. Ash said sure we will be right here just don't get lost okay '' Ash shouted as she was running back into the village so that she can get changed. Once Kamek saw them leave he thought that this would be the perfect time to catch him but it will be too easy so he decided to set up a little trap. The rest of the troops are still out there looking for them but they also lost track of Kamek too so they give up on looking for Ash and Felicia and decide to look for Kamek instead.
Anyway, now that Ash was alone with Pikachu he was holding a necklace that he brought for Felicia as a birthday present and he wanted to show it to Pikachu to get his opinion on it. " Wow, Ash that is a very beautiful necklace is it for Felicia that will look so beautiful around her neck. Said Pikachu as he was admiring how shiny the necklace was. " It will also look better with the jewel that Peach gave you. Pikachu pointed out. Ash didn't think of that and thought it was a great idea so he took the jewel out of his pocket and lean it out to the moon so that he could get a clear view of it. Once he did that the jewel started to shine " that is a good idea Pikachu so that I can turn two gifts into one gift, after all, it will be much easier to give it to her that way as well and I am sure that Felicia is going to love it and she will probably never take it off. Peach did tell me to give this to her as well I don't know why but it was nice of her to do that" Ash said as he placed the jewel onto the necklace after he put it on the necklace he took one last look at it before he put in his pocket for later.
Meanwhile, somewhere in the village, Rosemary was helping Felicia with her dress. " Thank you so much for helping me with the dress Rosemary. I can't wait for Ash to see me in this dress. So what do you think of the lake that the boys have shown us they were right about it won't you think? I didn't imagine watching the glowing light from a lake like that one. Oh, this is so much better than watching it from my window back home. I am so happy that I decided to do this. '' said Felicia happily as she twirled in the dress as they were in the dressing room that was right next to the entrance of the lake. So in the dressing room, Once Rosemary saw Felicia in that dress she told her that she was very beautiful in it" oh yes Felicia you do look beautiful but the dress will not be complete without this flower crown that I made for everyone she said as she grabbed the flower crowns which were in Ash's backpack. Felicia looked down at her and kneeled and patted her on the head and said oh they do look beautiful would you mind putting it on my head and you found these flowers when we were returning chippie to his family" She asked. " yes it was, here you go" She said as she placed the flowers on her head and then Felicia stood up and look at herself in the mirror and she loved it " oh my gosh Rosemary you were right the dress does look perfect with this flower crown on my head now let's return Ash's backpack to him before he thinks that someone stole it she said as she picks up the backpack. Then she reached her arms out so that Rosemary can climb onto her shoulder "come on we can't be late for your surprise and I am sure you are going to love it" She said as she was walking out of the dressing room and headed back to the picnic blanket with Rosemary in her arms and with Ash's backpack on her shoulder.
When they got back Ash saw Felicia wearing her new dress and he thought that he was seeing an angel that was coming from the heavens just to see him. " Oh my goodness, that dress looks very wonderful on you Felicia, and that flower crown also makes it stand out. He said as he walked over to her and wrapped his arms around her waist. Felicia blushed and rubbed her head and said, "You think so it was something that I picked out for tonight." well I got you to say you do look absolutely beautiful in that dress it makes your eyes sparkle like a Starley night." he said as he took her hand and both of them sat back on the blanket again. " Oh, by the way, Felicia have you seen my backpack I thought I put it next to a tree but when I went over there it was gone. So do you know what happened to it," he asked. " You might want to ask Rosemary that because she took your backpack because she wanted to show me what she made for us. Said Felicia. As she turned around and saw Rosemary behind her. She looked upset because she took Ash's backpack without permission and she should have told him that she wanted to grab something out of his backpack instead of taking it without asking. But he wasn't mad at all. Once he saw her behind Felicia he walked over to her and patted her on the head and said '' well now I know what happened to my backpack so what is it that you wanted to give us is it the same flower crown that Felicia is wearing" Ash asked her. " Yes, I only make flower crowns for those that are close to me and I have to say that you three are my closest friends so I made these flower crowns for all of you. She said as she hands Ash and Pikachu their flower crowns too. Once Ash put it on he thought that he looked silly with it on but Felicia thought that he looked really cute with it on. But the one that loved his flower crown the most was Pikachu. '' Wow Rosemary you made these flower crowns all by yourself I love it. I promise that I will wear it all night long," Said Pikachu as he hugged her. " You are very welcome," said Rosemary. Then the Pikachu turns back to look at Ash and Felicia " okay now can we get our surprise now I am tired of waiting and I bet that it is something that we can eat am I right ' Pikachu asked, Then Ash and Felicia looked at each other and thought that the Pikachu had waited long enough so they both opened the basket. When they took out the berry cake both of the Pikachu's mouths started to water and lucky it was still warm from all of that traveling and the smell was even making them even more excited to eat it. " Oh my goodness is that cake the surprise it smells so good oh can we have a slice of the cake now please, please," Said Pikachu as he ran over to the basket so that he could try to sneak a slice of the cake. Which caused Ash and Felicia to laugh. Rosemary was also impressed how it was decorated. " wow those are all of my favorite berries who was the genius who thought of this I can't wait to try a piece," She said as she was trying to push Pikachu out of the way so that she can get a slice for herself but Ash just pull it away from them before they started making a mess out of it and ruin all of their hard work. Which the Pikachu didn't like so they just growled and just sat on the blanket with their arms crossed. " Wait a second you two before you make a mess out of yourselves. You should thank the person who decided to make this cake for you and if it wasn't for her. You two wouldn't even get this cake right now if it wasn't for this person." Said Ash. Then the Pikachu paused for a second and thought about who could have made them a cake. Pikachu knows that it couldn't be Ash because he doesn't even know how to cook or bake. So it couldn't be him but then their minds were set on Felicia. So they all looked at her and they were shocked to know that Felicia can bake cakes when they realize who baked the cake Rosemary was the first one that said something to her" Felicia you made this cake it is so beautiful and not to mention it even smells so wonderful" Said Rosemary as she ran up to her and gave her a hug which meant she was saying thank you. Pikachu followed after her and started to hug Felicia too. Felicia just laughed and said, " you two should also thank Ash as well because he helped me make it for you because if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have got this cake done in time if it wasn't for Ash." Felicia said as he wrapped her arms around the Pikachu. As Ash was watching from the sidelines and enjoying the friendly moment from afar. Then his stomach started to growl. Which caused everyone to stop hugging and laughing. Then they turned to look at Ash and said Will I guess I am excited about the cake too." Said Ash. " Will okay I guess we can have the first slice of the cake but we must save a slice for when the show starts". Said Felicia.
Then after the Pikachu cut the cake with their iron tail. The two couples went to have some alone time with each other so they found private areas where they could talk to each other.
When everyone got their slice of Cake two of the couples went to have some alone time together. The Pikachus sat on a flower bed that was right next to the lake and Ash and Felicia sat on a log and all of them were watching the stars together. As they were eating their cake this allowed Ash to tell Felicia more about himself and she has been wondering what has been bothering him lately. So he looked at her and started to talk. " Hey, Felicia I know this is the only night that we get to spent time with each other so I was wondering if you wanted to know anything about me there is so much that I want to know about you and you are probably wondering what has been bothering me all day," he asked. Felicia looked up from her cake and said yes I did want to know that I was worried about you so would you mind telling me what is going on please tell me more about yourself and after you are done talking about yourself. Then I will tell you about myself. She said.
Ash took a deep breath and started to speak " Will there is something that is on my mind and it has been bothering me ever since we saw Chippie with his family. You see I am a treasure hunter who is always on the run and always looking for his next adventure and some of the adventures that I get paid for the adventures I do. That is why I had to go to that castle today because the mother of the princess wants me to find her but I haven't found anything about her yet. That was why I was so happy when you mention something about the lost princess when we were at the fair earlier. But I was not always a treasure hunter and this is the only job that I have ever known because when I was a little boy my parents died in a fire a long time ago and this is why everything in my life is all about money because I am trying to build a better life for me and Pikachu and ever since my parents died Pikachu has been the only one my friend and the only family that I ever had. So that was why I was so upset before and the reason why I didn't tell you earlier is that I didn't want to ruin your birthday and when we saw chippie and his family it just reminded me how I was with my family and it also gave me bad memories" Ash explained to her. While Ash was telling his story Felicia was in tears as she was listening to every word he said and she wanted to know what happen to his parents. " All my gosh I never realize how much pain he went through it is no wonder he is so obsessed with money so much is because he thinks the only way he will be able to find love is through money that is what Felicia thought when Ash was telling his story to her. " But ever since I met you in that castle Felicia you have shown me there is more to life than money and gold and the only way for me to find love is that you have to work for it and that is what I did tonight, " Ash said. Then Felicia decided to kiss him on the cheek because she felt bad for him and she wanted to show him that there is someone that loves him. which caused him to turn red in the face and asked her what was that for," he asked as his face was still red. " I'm sorry I couldn't help myself I am so sorry that you went through that if you don't mind me asking would you mind telling me about what happened to your parents and what caused the fire, oh now I understand why you love money and gold so much is because you were poor and you thought the only way to find love was through money and gold and that you also miss your parents too but I have to say if your parents were alive they would be so proud of you Ash," said Felicia. " Yes, they were the only ones that loved me before I met Pikachu. You think that they will be proud of me because all my life I have been stealing gold and money" he asked. " Will not for the stealing part they will be proud of you that you are trying to make a healthy life for you and Pikachu so you are doing it for the right reasons she said. " Will yeah I guess if you put it that way will I am dying to know what happened to your real parents and how you ended up in that castle in the first place that is what I want to know," he asked. " Will let's finish with your story first and then I will tell you what happen to me but all I know is that my father has told me so many different stories about how I ended up at that castle he told me that someone left me there when I was a baby and my parents abandoned me a long time ago and he is trying to protect me from this crazy man that killed them a long time ago and that is why I wasn't allowed to leave that Castle because my father does not want this crazy man to come and find me Felicia said. " That is interesting after I am done with my story I want to know about this man that your father is protecting you from. Said Ash. " will okay go on ahead". She said
As Felicia and Ash were talking about their past. The Pikachu went to go lay down on the flower bed together as they were eating the cake that Felicia made and every time that they took a bite it was like heaven was in their mouth. " Wow I can't believe how good this cake is, I never had a cake that is as good as this. " Said Pikachu as he was taking a bite of his slice of cake. Rosemary loved it but she was overhearing what Ash was talking to Felicia about and she was starting to feel bad for him and Pikachu and she would like to know how he and Ash met. Once Pikachu realized that no one was talking to him he looked at Rosemary and noticed that she was upset about something so he scooped over and asked her what was wrong. He said as he placed a hand around her shoulder trying to give her some comfort. Rosemary looked up at Pikachu and said I'm sorry I was just listening to Ash's story and I am so sorry about all of the trouble that you've been through" She said to him. Then Pikachu looked over at Ash and Felicia who were still talking about their past He was just happy that they are getting along with each other. After all, that they had been through tonight it is about time they sat down and talked about their backstories.
So anyway back to Ash and Felicia. Ash was telling Felicia how he lost his parents and it was a very sad story indeed. Ash and his family did not have a lot of money and his father was not always around but on this day his dad was home. " you see when I was younger I didn't have much so it was really hard for us to live and I hardly ever see my dad but this time he came home because he wanted to tell me about all of the adventures that he went on and that is how I wanted to be an explorer to so that I can go on great adventures and discover new places too. But one day I and him were playing with each other in the front of the house but as he was telling me one of his traveling stories. There was smoke coming inside of our small house. So my dad told me to wait outside. I did what I was told which was a bad idea. As Ash was telling his story. Felicia started to listen to every word that he said and she couldn't help but feel sorry for him. So he stopped for a second to see if the story was bothering her and she said that it wasn't and she told him to go on with the story. " Is this story getting a little bit scary for you?" he asked. " No not at all please continue it is just that it's so sad I am sorry that you have to go through that. she said as she was holding her heart close to her chest.
Then Ash continued the story so anyway when my father told me to wait outside. It seems I was waiting for a very long time but at that moment I was starting to get scared so I decided to go back into the house to see what was going on and when I got in the house my heart broke what I saw was my parents losing chances to breathe. So at that moment, I didn't know what to do. I tried to wake them up but it was not working so I went out to look for help but luckily a fireman saw me and I told him what happen and I told them that there was a fire in the house and my parents were in there so the fireman used his water pokemon to take the fire out and then after the fire was put out then my parents were being carried onto a gurney which made my heart sink.
Then I was sent to an orphanage that had lots of kids that had pokemon. I made lots of great friends there but I didn't have enough money to stay there. I stayed there for only a year. After the year was over I was out on my own looking for food and a friend. When I was out looking for something to eat. I saw an apple tree that did not have a lot of apples it looked like all of the apples were taken will except for one apple that is when I knew that my search for food was over will that is what I thought. So I reached out my hand so I can grab it then I saw a small yellow paw that was also hungry as well. Once I reached for the apple. I felt bad for the creature so I decided to share the apple with him and that small yellow paw belonged to a Pikachu and that was how I met Pikachu and ever since I met Pikachu he has been my only friend and my only family since then. He was the only one that taught me how to love but that was until I met you, Felicia". Ash finished. Felicia was in tears when she was listening to his story but also thankful that he feels that way about her but she also feels bad that he never had love right after his parents died and that was why he is so obsessed with money is because he is poor and he thinks that the only way to find love is through money. Which is so sad that is what Felicia thought when she was listening to Ash's story.
" I am sorry that you went through that, you know I kind of have the same problem too because I know that my father says that he loves me but I don't think that he means it. The only ones that I know that love me are Kroopa and Groompa. Whenever I am in trouble with my father or if I am ever alone they will always be there to help me whenever I am having problems with my father or with my chores. Felicia said. Then it was Ash's turn to ask the questions " so um I have a question for you Felicia how did you end up in that castle in the first place why does your father treat you like that and why don't you ever try to escape because he does not treat you like a daughter he mostly treats you like a prisoner and no one shouldn't be treated like that " Ash asked. Felicia just looked down at the ground and tried to come up with a way to answer his questions. The first question that she answered first was how did she end up in that castle in the first place and why doesn't your father want you to go outside it sounds like he treats you like a prisoner than a daughter. " Will when I was little my father always told me stories about my parents abandoned me when I was a baby and then one day my father was walking nearby and found me and then he took me in and so to repay him for saving my life back then I promise that I will take care of all of the chores in the castle but I always try to find some free time trying by baking some of my cakes that is why I never left that castle and that is why I was never allowed to leave," Felicia said. Ash was also starting to feel bad about how she has been treated all of her life and he does not even understand why she didn't leave in the first place. " So why doesn't your father want you to ever leave?" he asked her. " Felicia signed and said will my father told me that he is only doing this to protect me from the dangers of the outside world. But ever since I came out here with you. I started to see there is more to life than being stuck in a castle all of my life and he also told me that he is trying to protect me from this crazy man that has been trying to kidnap me ever since I was a baby. That is what my father always told me but now that I am out here and when I go back I can show him that the world is not the scary place that he thinks it is and I can prove to him that I can handle myself out here and it's all thanks to you Ash, I couldn't have the courage to come here and meet so many great people and creatures. She said as she kissed him on the cheek. Then his face turned bright red. " will after all that I can't believe that you still want to go back." he asked. " Will I have to go back after all he is my father and if he knew if I was out here he would be so mad? But once I tell him that I didn't do anything dangerous I am sure that he will change his mind about the world " Felicia explained to him.
" I still can't believe that you still want to go back after all he has done to you. Ash said to her, " I know but I have to because after all he is my father and I have to go back so that I can help out Kroopa and Groompa. Who will know what would happen to them if I wasn't there to protect them from my father, I don't want to go back but I know that I have to because it is the right thing to do. She explained to him. Ash didn't feel right leaving Felicia in that castle because it might be too dangerous but he knows that ever since she got out here she has got a lot stronger since the first time that he saw her and the time that they had spent time together will never be forgotten. Then that was when he forgot to give her his birthday present. So he reached out his pocket so that he can give her the present that he got her.
" Hey Felicia before I forget I brought something for you it's something that will help you remember the good times that we had today and it is also a birthday present too," he said to her. Felicia looked at the box and started to open it she was also very happy that Ash decided to buy her something and she said that she will treasure this present forever and she will never take it off. So when she opens it was the most beautiful necklace that she has ever seen. " oh my gosh this necklace is beautiful you really shouldn't have I will always wear it and this will remind me of all the great times that we had tonight and it will never let me forget this night and it will look perfect with the necklace that I won at the fair today ".She said as she turns to look at him. " oh Felicia I wanted to do it, after all, you are the one that showed me how to love and that necklace really does make you stand out". He says as he moves closer to her before they knew it they were up close to each other. They looked up at each other in their eyes they can feel that they were in love with each other by just looking at each other and they can tell how they felt about each other by just looking at them . " thank you so much Ash that was very sweet" she says as she was about to lean her lips into his as he was starting to do the same thing too. Until they heard a voice in the distance telling them that the show was about to start. This gave Ash an idea of where they can see the bright light up close. " Hey Felicia, I got the best seats where we can watch the glowing light up close," he says as he grabs her by the hand and takes her to a boat. Once they were on it Ash was stirring the boat towards the wall so that Felicia can have a better view of the glowing light . " wow the night sky does look breathtaking doesn't it Ash" she said to him as he was still rowing the boat. " oh yes it is a perfect night to watch some magic happen. He said as he parked the boat and went to sit next to her. Then both of them started to cuddle with each other as they were watching the stars together and they were laying inside the boat enjoying each other's company and not knowing that they were being watched. " So what do you think do you like it because best of all we got the best seats there is? said Ash. " oh Ash it is everything that I dreamed it would be," She said. " Will I just want you to have the best birthday before I take you back home," he said. Then at that moment Ash and Felicia started to stare at each other as thoughts were running through their heads. Felicia can tell that Ash cares about her a lot and she does not even know if she should go back to the castle but if she doesn't then her father will have a heart attack so she does not have a choice but to go back to the dark castle that she has always known for. " thank you, Ash, will this has been the best birthday that I ever had and now I just can't wait to see where that glowing light is coming from and now I can see it from here right?" she asked. ", Oh yeah I wouldn't have the chance to go on this boat if you couldn't see it, trust me we got the best seats in the entire lake and in the kingdom as well. He says proudly. Then they continue to cuddle with each other until it was time for the show to start. But she was still wondering if this was what she expected and why does this light only arrived on her birthday but hoping from her spot she will find out the answers hopefully. While Ash and Felicia were watching the stars together. Pikachu and Rosemary were having a little fun of their own.
Back on shore Pikachu and Rosemary were watching the whole thing from the flower bed and they couldn't be more proud of their trainers but Pikachu is sensing something that was coming from the bushes and he has a feeling that it is not good. This was starting to make Pikachu worry about his friends and he didn't know what to do about it. Should he stay with Rosemary and keep her safe or should he look for the danger before it finds them? He thought that he should stay with Rosemary but he is still high alert just in case there is something bad around the area. Rosemary noticed something was wrong with Pikachu. " hey Pikachu are you alright you look nervous" Rosemary asked him. Pikachu turned to look at her and said are you smelling something that there was danger around here. I can smell it in the air and it is not too far away. I feel like I have smelled this scent before. It was the same smell when we were at the castle in the forest." Pikachu explained to her. Who was also starting to get nervous too because she was smelling the danger too. " what do you think we should do Pikachu because I don't want to tell our trainers. After all, they will be scared and it will just ruin everything that we had planned for tonight " Rosemary asked nervously. " I think we should look for it before it finds us and if they were ever in danger I am sure that Ash can take care of it. Trust me I have seen Ash battle so many dangerous monsters even without me by his side. But I think we should look for the scent so let's look at all of the bushes that are in the lake and if we find it we have to use a thunderbolt on it" Pikachu explained to Rosemary. " okay that is a good idea." said Rosemary. Then Rosemary kissed Pikachu for a bit of good luck and then they went their separate ways to look for the danger.
The smell that the Pikachu was smelling was Kamek who was hiding inside of the bush waiting to attack them and turn Felicia's dream night into a nightmare but he just needs to find a way to get her away from that boy and he has just the thing to do it. Kamek remembers that the boy loves gold more than anything I wonder how he feels about his Pikachu" said Kamek as he was In a bush that was right behind them as he was listening to everything that they were saying to each other and right next to him was the gold coins that Felicia was supposed to give to Ash earlier but she never did so this time he is going to do it but he needs to find a way to get him alone so that he can capture him and try to make it look like he was leaving her.
Meanwhile, all of the troops were all up in the sky still looking for Kamek. So they thought that they would just wait for him to call them because they are sure if he needed them he will call them. So they are probably thinking that he must have found the kids until then they will wait for him to call them. The light show was about to start soon as well. Speaking of Kamek he was still in the bush spying on Ash and Felicia he was talking to a walky-talky and telling the troops that he is near a bush that is near a lake that is right next to the castle. " hey troops just to assure you that I am in a bush behind the princesses castle. Please come meet me here and we will not attack them until everyone in the mushroom kingdom is done with the golden mushroom ceremony so that no one can see us and because I don't know if the spell worked and also make sure that you don't get spotted by anyone in the mushroom kingdom and also make sure that the Pikachu don't see you too because we are going to ambush them and do not go out there until I say so" he said to the walkie talkie. All of the troops headed straight to where Kamek was and once they found him Kamek told them to be quiet and wait here. I need something that will help us and if those Pikachu find you I want you to capture the male one because is supposed to be the boy's Pikachu" he said to the troops. " you got it sir" they all said at the same time. Kamek left he went to go get one of the troop flying boats. So he called one on his walkie talkie and then it appeared like magic. As the boat appeared then Kamek jumped into the front of the boat and getting everything ready for the attack.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Princess Peach's Castle~~~~~~~~~~
We know what is going on outside of the castle lets see how Peach is doing with getting herself ready for the golden mushroom to be planted. In Princess peach's castle, Peach was in her room putting on her dress as she was getting herself ready for tonight but as she was getting ready she was feeling a little bit nervous about planting it tonight" As she was sitting on her makeup table she looked at herself in the mirror and said to herself. " you can do this Peach everyone in the mushroom kingdom is counting on you. This time I am sure that my baby girl will come home tonight and Mario I promise I will not let you down. I just hope I know what I am doing' she said as she looked at herself in the mirror. Then she heard the door open. It was Daisy and Toadsworth to see if she was ready to go and Daisy came to see if she needed help with her hair. But once they saw that Peach was sad they came over to her and asked " Hey Peach we know that you are nervous about planting the mushroom tonight but you just have to say if Mario was here he would be so proud of you" Said Daisy as she grabbed a brush and started to comb her hair with it. " I just don't want to screw up that's all. I just don't know if I can do this" Said Peach with her head down. " oh come on princess all you got to do is believe in yourself and we all know that you can do it you seen Mario doing it so many times and now it is your turn to do it. I know that you wish that he was here right now but you have us and we all know that you are going to be just fine" Said Toadsworth. Peach looked at her friends and knew that they were right and if Mario was here he would be proud of her. She just can't give up and that is what Felicia would have wanted to. So Peach stood up from her makeup table and looked at them and said you guys are right I have nothing to worry about and as long I have all of you supporting me I have nothing to lose. Now Come on I think I am ready to do this I just have to believe in myself and if Mario was here he would be proud of me and I am sure that this time that my daughter will come home tonight I just know that she will. " Said Peach proudly. Daisy was happy to hear Peach like this but then she forgot something " I am so happy to hear you say that Peach" Said Daisy as she walked over to her and placed a hand on her shoulder." oh Peach are you forgetting something like the promise that you made before dinner that you were going to show us the cake that you made." Said Toadsworth as his mouth was starting to water as he was thinking about how delicious the cake will be after it is done.
" oh don't worry I did not forget about that. But before we do this how do I look in this dress," She says as she stands tall so that they can see her full outfit. " I think that dress looks perfect on you Peach," Said Daisy. " I have to agree with Daisy too that dress is one of a kind and it looks like it was designed just for you princess, Toadsworth agreed with Daisy that she looks ready to go to. So let's get down there and plant that mushroom because I am sure the people of the mushroom kingdom can't wait any longer so let's do this thing," Peach says. As she was walking to the balcony with her friends following her.
Then Daisy and Toadsworth all followed Peach onto a balcony that had the perfect view of the kingdom. When they got there all of the toads were all out of their homes and waiting for the mushroom to be planted. Once the toads saw the princess they just waved at her and Peach returned a wave to them as she was walking up to the podium where she was about to say a speech and which is where the mushroom is going to be planted and right next to it was a toad that was holding the chest that held the seed of the golden mushroom. Peach just said thank you under her breath. He responded with a head nod and said you got this and don't worry I am going to be here with you the whole time so you don't need to be nervous ok" he said to her. " Thank you toad that means a lot and thank you for helping me," she said. Then right behind her came Daisy and Toadsworth who waved and smiled when they came on stage. Toadsworth was looking around for the cake but he couldn't find it which Peach noticed and told him. " I know what you are looking for Toadsworth we will have the cake after I am done making my speech and after I plant this mushroom okay," she told him. He just nodded and smiled at her. So when everyone was looking up at the princess waiting for her to say her speech. She took a deep breath and this is what she said.
Peach's speech
Hello, everyone in the mushroom kingdom before I plant this mushroom I just want to thank everyone for coming out here and helping me with this very important task. I know that this is my first time doing this usually my husband will normally do it but this time I am going to be planting this mushroom. But as you all know this is a very hard day for me and my husband and we couldn't have gotten this far if it wasn't for our friends supporting us at this time of need and we are very grateful for that and we couldn't have asked for a better family then these amazing people. She said as she turns to look at Daisy, Toad, and Toadsworth. " Since day one these amazing people had helped me stay positive about this situation but I know that all I have to do is hope and that is what we need right now is hope that our future princess will return to her kingdom and her loving family. As I plant this mushroom tonight let's all pray together that my daughter will come home safely. I just want to say thank you for all of the support that I have gotten from all of you and all of my friends. I and Mario couldn't have asked for anything else right now than the love and support of our loving friends and our loving people. So I hope all of you have enjoyed today's activities like the fair and every dress and jewelry store were all free today. But I saved the best for last. She said as she turns to look at Toad. Which meant I think it is time we plant the mushroom. So Toad handed the seed to Peach. Then she showed the crowd and said with this seed will be the source of finding what I have lost and I promise that I will plant this mushroom with pride. As Peach was still doing her speech. Toad went to a flower bed that was right behind the podium. He started to remove some of the dirt out of the way so that he can make a hole in it so that Peach can place the mushroom seed into the hole. So when Toad was busy digging a hole in the flower bed that was right behind the podium. Peach was just about to be done with her speech. " So I just want to thank you one last time for all of what you have done for us at this time of need and now let's pray together that the lost princess will return to her kingdom. So one last thank you and before we end the ceremony I like to gave you all a treat it was something that I use to make back when I was young. Toads would you please come out here and show the people what I have made" Said Peach as she reached out her arms so that she can show the crowd what she made. Then two toads came out with a big cake that was as big as a house. " This cake is a huge thank you to all of the people that have given me and Mario all of the support that we need so please help yourselves with some cake but first I think I need something really important and that is to plant this mushroom and let's all pray together that the lost princess will return to her loving family and her kingdom, okay Toad I think it is time that we start planting this mushroom," she said as all of the people all started to bow their heads as they were praying for the lost princess to come home. Then she placed the seed right into the hole and then she poured some magic water that can grow it much faster. Then when it was planted the seed magically turned into a mushroom that had a glowing light that can be seen from anywhere around the world even people from space can see it. After the mushroom has grown Daisy, Toad and Toadsworth were so proud of Peach for what she has done so they all ran up to her so that they could give her a group hug, " See Peach that wasn't so hard now was it. I told you I got it under control. Said Toad. " yeah all of you were right all I have to do is believe in myself and now that I have done my part now our last hope is on Mario and Ash now let's all pray for them before we start handing out slices of cake to the crowd below. She said. Then all of them agreed and all of them started to bow their heads as the light of the mushroom was glowing. Then after all of them had said their prayers some of the toads went down to the town square so that they could hand everyone a slice of cake. Which leaves Peach, Daisy, and Toadsworth to have their share of the cake as they were watching the golden mushroom work its magic. " oh my darling, pretty soon you will come home to your loving parents I am sure of it. Oh Mario you would have been so proud of me if you were here. My hope goes out to you too Mario and Ash please find each other safe." Peach says as she looks at the stars as she was eating her slice of cake as she was enjoying the night sky with her friends.

Right before the show was about to start Ash and Felicia were still looking up at the stars waiting for the bright light to appear, but as they were waiting Ash thought the stars look a lot more beautiful tonight than they usually do will that is because he is in love and it felt like him and Felicia were the only ones in the world right now." wow what a beautiful night to watch the stars don't you think so too Felicia like just look how beautiful they are. it's like they were shining just for us ." Said Ash as he looked up at the stars as they were shining on only him and Felicia but he realized that she didn't hear him. Felicia was not paying attention to him she was lost in her thoughts and she looked kinda nervous as she was playing with the flowers that were in the lake. So Ash saw that she was getting nervous about something so he scooped over to her side of the boat and tried his best to comfort her the best that he can and he asked " hey what's wrong. I thought you would be happy right now because you told me that you've been dying to see this bright light all of your life. Are you still upset about the missing princess or about the story that I told you about my past" he asked as he placed his hand around her shoulder. Then Felicia looked up at him and said " it's just that all my life I have always wanted to see where this bright light came from and now that I am here I just don't know what am I going to do after I see it like what am I going to do then and I don't know what to expect. You can say that I am just nervous and excited at the same time" she said as she leans into his chest " I just want to know what is going to happen when it is over. She continued to say to him " That is the funniest thing about dreams is that you can always find a new dream that is even better than the last one. Take me for example my dream is to be a rich man but everything changed ever since I met you and the Pikachu. So what I am trying to say is never stop dreaming he said to her as he was rubbing her back." thanks Ash that made me feel a lot better" she said as she leaned on his chest.
Then all of a sudden they heard a voice that was coming over the wall. Ash knew exactly who it was and it was Peach. So Ash and Felicia stopped hugging each other and started to listen to whatever Peach said. After Peach was done saying her speech the toads were not the only ones that heard her speech down at the lake Ash and Felicia were listening to what she was saying as well. Ash just smiled at how strong and positive that Peach was being right now. To Felicia, she thought that she saw her before. it was the same thoughts that Felicia had when they first got to the kingdom were coming back to her again, " wow she is very pretty is that your friend Felicia asked him. " oh yeah that is the queen of the mushroom kingdom and she is a friend of mine. She is also the one that lost her daughter. Ash explained to her.
As Ash and Felicia were listening to Peach's speech. Ash couldn't be more proud of how confident she was being right now and he knew that she can do it all she had to do was just believe in herself and she did an amazing job with her speech. After Peach was done saying her speech the toads were not the only ones that we're proud of that speech down at the lake Ash just smiled at how strong Peach's speech was right now it was a strong and positive speech. When the speech was over it was time for the glowing light once Felicia saw the mushroom she was very confused but she didn't bother to question because she didn't want to take her eyes off of the sky. When the mushroom shines a very bright light that can be seen all over the skies. So to get a closer look she ran out of Ash's arms and went on the edge of the boat so that she could get a better look at the light. Ash was right this was the perfect place to watch the golden mushroom work its magic because it was all over the sky and Felicia couldn't even believe how close she was to it. Ash just rubbed his head after being pushed over by Felicia but once he saw how happy she was he was grateful that he decided to do this because he hasn't made anyone this happy before and it felt very good. Then on the corner of his eye, he noticed a flower that he happily picked as the boat was swimming past a lake garden. As Felicia was watching the light sparkle in the night sky it made everything that she ever wanted was right here and she couldn't ask for anything else will maybe there is one thing. " wow have you ever seen anything so beautiful in your whole life" said Felicia with joy as she was looking up at the sky. " I have seen something that is even more beautiful," said Ash as he grabbed her hand.
But the night changed when Felicia and Ash decided to watch the light together and it looks like it was shining only for them. Then Ash laid down on the boat as he reached out his arms so that Felicia could climb into them and so that they can enjoy the magic of the light together. Then at the moment, Ash decided that it was time to tell Felicia something that he has been keeping from her ever since he first met her in that castle so he took a deep breath and started to say "um Felicia there is something that I need to tell you?" he says as both of them sat up and looked at each other in their eyes as Ash started to speak this also reminded Felicia that she wanted to tell him something too but she wanted him to go first since he asked first. . " I also have something that I want to say to you too, I know that we just met but I can't help but feel this emotion right now and it is so warm that it is unstoppable and I know I have said this all day but I couldn't have the confidence to escape from that horrible castle if it wasn't for you. I was afraid At first and now I am not anymore and is all because you have let me see things in a whole new way that I have always dreamed of. So thank you for everything. I feel like when I first met you it felt like the only thing I can feel was freedom and that was what the power of love has brought us. The moment that I fell in love with you I also felt I had freedom as well. Love was the reason that gave me the freedom that I always wanted. Said Felicia with tears of joy that she has been holding in for a very long time. Ash wrapped the tears off of her face. " That is what I wanted to talk to you too. You see before I met you I was a guy that the only thing in the world will make anybody happy was a bit of money and gold and the only beautiful thing in the world was a golden necklace and now that I spent all this time with you has let me see what is more beautiful and that is someone to share your life with you. I thought that I will never find someone as brave, passionate, and adventurous as you are Felicia I know you have to go back to the castle and we might never see each other again after this I just want to say is that I love-" before Ash could finish talking Felicia kissed him on the lips before he could finish " I feel the same way about you too she says sweetly already giving him a huge kiss on the lips and he returned a kiss back to her.
Then right in the middle of their kiss Ash spotted something in the bushes which was on the corner of his eye he thought that he saw Kamek in the bushes that were right behind Felicia. Felicia saw that Ash was worried about something so she asked " hey what's the matter. is there something wrong" she asked as she turned around to see where Ash was looking behind her. " I don't know but I think I need to check something". Ash says as he parked the boat on the side of the river. When they got to the edge of the river Ash told Felicia to stay there. " Felicia I need you to stay here. I will be right back. I promise there is something that I need to check out okay," he says as he kisses her on the cheek. " okay I trust you," said Felicia as she waits on the edge of the boat. Then Ash ran behind a bush trying to see if what he saw was what he thinks it was and hoping that he didn't see kamek because he knows that their night will be ruined when he is around But whatever it was he has to find the Pikachu and hope that they are okay as well. Ash was running through the bushes but he stopped running until something stopped him in his tracks and what stopped him made his heart break at what he saw.
But before we can get into that let's see what happened before all of this happened.

When the kids were having their fun out on the lake. Back on shore, the Pikachu was having a search party as they were looking for anything that could spoil their good time and the Pikachu will stop at nothing until they find it because they don't want to ruin their trainer's date. So anyway back onshore Pikachu and Rosemary were coming up with plans that can help them find the imposter. Rosemary thought that Pikachu was probably just imagining things and thought that he is probably smelling Felicia's cake. " Pikachu are you sure you smelled danger and not Felicia's cake?
" trust me, Rosemary, I know what I smelled was danger," Pikachu shouted at her because Rosemary was not believing him. " You know what Rosemary I think we will be able to find the danger if we look at different sides of the lake," said Pikachu. " Or you can just follow your scent and that should show you where the smell was coming from because we did that already and we didn't find anything, " Rosemary pointed out.
Pikachu agreed with Rosemary's idea after he called himself an idiot because he should have thought of that before. Then Pikachu lift his nose and started to smell the air for any smells that could lead to the danger that he was smelling earlier ' what do you think the smell was Pikachu?' Rosemary asked as she was trying to smell out the danger as well. As the Pikachu was smelling for any signs of danger in the bushes Kamek was right behind them waiting for the perfect moment to capture the male Pikachu. But as he was thinking of a plan to capture Pikachu there is an airship that is above the lake but it is invisible right now and is being driven by one of the Koopa Troopas. So anyway back in the bush Kamek was trying hard not to be seen but the Pikachu can find him by his scent. But Kamek has to come up with a plan before they find him because he wants to attack them by surprise and he has to do it fast before they find him and ruin everything.
"Oh okay I have to find a way to capture that little mouse before they find me and I also have to do it fast, So how am I going to do that will the first thing I need to do is get him away from that female Pikachu because I am sure he will be easy to catch if he is alone but how am I going to trap him. "let's see if there is a spell I can use, " he says as he looked through his spellbook to see what can help him to look for the perfect way to catch a mouse. While he was searching through his book. The Pikachu was still looking for the smell but after a long time of searching Rosemary was starting to get tired and wanted to have some alone time with Pikachu on the flower bed before the night ends but Pikachu is too worried about the danger that he is smelling. So Rosemary went up to him and asked " hey Pikachu we have been searching for this threat for about hours and I think it is time we take a break and watch the stars like our trainers or doing right now and I want to spend time with you" she asked him as she holds him by his arm trying to lead him towards the flower bed. " As much I will love to do that with you Rosemary but I am sure that I have to be getting close I can almost smell it from here and we can't stop because what if it hurts Ash and Felicia and we have to stop it before it reaches them. Rosemary understood why he wanted to stay aware of the danger so she realizes if he is so worried about something that is out there maybe it will be much easier if he finds it on his own. That is what Rosemary thought. " hey Pikachu I was thinking I think that I am going to take a break for now and when I am ready to help you I will send out a little spark and you can send me a spark if you find anything okay" said Rosemary. " that is another great idea Rosemary wow it is no wonder why I love you is because you are so smart" said Pikachu as he kissed her on the cheek which caused her to blush. " oh Pikachu I feel the same way about you too so I want you to be careful okay and sent out a spark if you need help or if you find the danger that is out there. She said as she blew him a kiss. " no problem Rosemary when I come back we will spend the rest of the night together I promise I just want to make sure that nothing goes wrong for my friend's date tonight" said Pikachu as he ran into the bushes alone and continued to smell for any signs of danger.
As Pikachu was away from Rosemary he was so happy that he told her how he felt about her and now he is hoping that everything is perfect for Ash when he tells Felicia how he feels about her. As he was far away from the lake he was so happy that he couldn't help but squeak as loud as he can because he finally did something right for a change. But not too far away Kamek heard Pikachu's squeaks as he found the best way to trap Pikachu. This is how he did it. He set so many traps around the trees and he has to fall in one of them that is what Kamek was hoping for. The type of traps that he set was like he put a berry in a rope which will capture Pikachu when he steps on it and then his paw will be stuck. He also set up some pitfalls as well and if Pikachu lands in them he will be trapped in a cage. Pikachu almost got past all of the traps by dodging and jumping and using his quick attack. But there was one trap that he missed and this trap was right above a tree that was where he was standing and before Pikachu had a chance to do anything he got caught in a net and was thrown into a nearby cage with Kamek laughing evilly at what he caught. As Pikachu was trapped inside of the cage he set out a spark to let Rosemary know that he was in danger and he needed help. Rosemary heard his stress call and ran off to find help. " don't worry little mouse you are just going to be used as bait because my real prize is your trainer." he says to the little mouse that is trapped inside of the cage trying so hard to get out but it was no loose. Once Rosemary heard Pikachu's cry for help she went into the bushes to find him. When she found him he was in a cage that was being held by Kamek. Rosemary tried to use a thunderbolt on him but she missed. When Pikachu saw who did the thunderbolt he was worried for Rosemary's safety so he told her to leave him behind and warn either Ash or Felicia where I am and don't worry about me I will be fine just remember how much I love you, Pikachu said he was so lucky that Kamek didn't see her miss him with her thunderbolt. But she was also worried about Pikachu so she told him. " No Pikachu I can't leave you here" she cried. " Rosemary don't worry I will take care of him just go get Ash or Felicia please you gotta trust me" he shouted back at her and hurry before Kamek sees you. It looks like Rosemary didn't have a choice and went out to look for help. While she went into the forest she cried out and said "I love you too Pikachu and I am going to make sure that nothing bad happens to you, not on my watch there isn't. She shouted as she ran into the bushes to get help. So this is what happened when Ash and Felicia were out on the lake looking at the stars. So now let's see how Ash is going to free his Pikachu from this mess and what is he going to find when he gets there. What is Kamek going to do with Pikachu?

When Ash was running through the forest trying to find the figure that he saw when he was out on the lake with Felicia but he stopped running once he saw kamek holding his Pikachu in a small cage. Once Kamek saw him he threw an energy ball at him if he came any closer to him or the cage. The energy ball made Ash crash into a tree " Pikachu what happened here and what are you planning to do with my Pikachu Kamek let him go now" he said as he was running towards them but Kamek just continued to threw a laser at him every time that Ash came too close to the cage which Kamek was holding him on a very large poll that looked like he was going to drop Pikachu into the pool which was not opened yet. After he finished throwing his last laser Kamek finally spoke and said " well, well, look who decided to show up we were waiting for you he said with a glare. " What do you want with my Pikachu Kamek? Is this another way for me to let you take Felicia home? Will, you can just forget it because that is never going to happen" Ash shouted . " oh it is funny that you mention her because pretty soon she will forget all about you and she will come back to her normal life and she will learn the truth about the outside world is not a safe place for a girl like her. Ash was in a fighting stance as Kamek was speaking to him so that he will be ready to fight him if he needed to. "I know you don't have feelings for Felicia the only reason why you are doing this so that you can get some money and I am going to make sure that I was the one who was right about you all along and once Felicia sees the truth she will never want to leave the castle again. I will set your Pikachu free. At least you do exactly as I say and you are going to help me if you like it or not. said Kamek as he stares right at Ash '' No I will never help you because I know it is something that is going to hurt Felicia so no I will never help you," Ash said. Kamek was not happy with his answer "well then I guess you care more about Felicia than your Pikachu then oh what a shame I really don't want to do this but you forced my hand ". Said Kamek as he opened up the pool that was filled with lava that was placed underneath Pikachu's cage. Ash looked at Pikachu in fear; he knew that he had to do something to save Pikachu but what can he do? But then he realizes he has one more option and that was Rosemary but he doesn't know where she was. So he has to come up with a better plan to save Pikachu before he is all burned up. So he went back into the forest so that he can find her but before he heard Kamek saying that he was going to cook Pikachu so he has to find Rosemary and fast.
While Ash was running through the forest hoping to find some help Kamek decided to make Pikachu his dinner because after all this searching can make a Koopa very hungry " Will it looks like your trainer has given up on you hum I wonder how you taste and just so you know I'm in the mood for some roasted mouse right now and I am getting hungry so your trainer better come back here fast," Kamek says as he opened up the pool of lava that was underneath Pikachu's cage. In the forest, Ash was getting frustrated and didn't know what to do and he hadn't seen any signs of Rosemary so he ran back to where he last saw her but right before he was about to leave he shouted back to Pikachu that he will be right back because he was going to find some help. " Don't you worry Pikachu I will get you out of there I promise and I will make sure that this creep does not cook you? I just need to get some more help he says as he runs into the bushes hoping to bump into Rosemary. When Ash left Kamek shouted back at him and said " Will you better hurry because I don't think you will like it when I am hungry." he says as he glared at Pikachu which was scaring him a little bit.
Speaking of Rosemary she was running back to the lake so that she could find someone that can help her but luckily she did. When she got there she saw Felicia sitting on a boat that was parked on the right side of the river waiting for Ash to come back. So she ran over to her and started to call out her name " Felicia thank goodness that I found you I have to tell you something that is very important and it has something to do with Pikachu." Rosemary shouted when she was running towards her. When Felicia saw who called her name she was confused to find Rosemary here and why she was freaking out so she picked up her Pikachu and asked her " what's the matter, Rosemary, you look like someone or something scared you and what happened to Pikachu?" she asked her. Then Rosemary told Felicia everything that Kamek is here and he has kidnapped Pikachu and is planning to use him as bait so that he can capture Ash. Once Felicia heard that Pikachu was kidnapped which made sense why Ash was in a hurry before and why he looked worried when he parked the boat. " oh no we have to save Pikachu and I bet that has to be where Ash ran off too oh I hope that they are alright and I wonder why Kamek wants Pikachu ". She said. As Rosemary was taking her spot on Felicia's shoulder. Then Felicia said " Come on Rosemary, We need to help those boys before Kamek does something horrible to them she says as she runs in the same direction that Ash went.
In the bushes, Felicia was running as fast as she could through the forest until she bumped into someone when she was on her way to save her friends. Which caused her to stop running and once she saw who she bumped into she was very happy to see the person safe and sound and that person was very happy to see her as well and the person was Ash and he was even happier to see them the most. " Oh my gosh Felicia thank goodness that I caught up to you and is Rosemary with you because I need her to help me save Pikachu," he said. Then Rosemary appeared right behind Felicia and heard everything that Ash said about Pikachu. So she jumped off of Felicia's shoulder and asked him " you knew about Pikachu too that was the reason why I came to find you guys and now come on we have to stop Kamek before he hurts Pikachu." Rosemary shouted as the two trainers both followed Rosemary to an opening of the forest.
When he saw Felicia and Rosemary together he was so happy to see them and forgot to apologize to her for leaving her without telling her the reason why he left. " Oh Felicia are you alright I'm sorry for running off like that I should have told you where I was going so that you wouldn't get worried about me," he said as he hugged her. " It's alright Ash but what is going on here". She said as she looked up at him but he didn't say anything and just told her to look ahead. When Ash told her to look ahead she saw kamek was about to drop Pikachu into a pool of lava. Ash and Felicia were holding each other close. when they got there Felicia was shocked that Kamek would do such a thing to her friends so she let go of Ash and walked right up to Kamek and ordered him to let Pikachu go. " Kamek what are you doing here and let Pikachu go right now she ordered him.
But Kamek was not listening to her because he was too busy making his dinner. He didn't even notice that Felicia was even here until he saw her walk in front of the machine which made her mad since he didn't hear her the first time so she asked again and this time he did hear her. " Alright Kamek what is the meaning of this and let Pikachu go now" she ordered. After he heard and saw Felicia walking up to him. He was surprised to see Ash and Felicia together but was happy to see that Felicia because now she will have no choice but to come home now and it will be much easier to bring her home now. "ah Felicia it is about time you came here because we are just about to have roasted mouse for dinner tonight and awww I see that you brought your boyfriend with you and not only that I give you front row seats of watching this little mouse turn into dinner, but whatever you do it will not save your Pikachu from becoming my dinner and it is also not going to ruin my plans either and you are coming home with me and if you don't come home let's just say things are going to get ugly. " said Kamek as he raised his wand as he was about to drop Pikachu deeper into the pool. Which was making Ash very nervous but this gave him an idea. He thought that he should have a battle with him but it is kind of dangerous though.
Before Felicia was about to defend herself and her friends Ash was coming up with a plan that will make Kamek leave them alone and he plans on challenging Kamek to a battle and if he wins he can take Felicia home with him and if Ash wins Kamek will have to leave them alone but he didn't want to see Felicia get hurt so he decided to take on this wizard with a little help from Rosemary so Ash pushed her right behind him as a protected shield because Ash wanted to Protect her and he didn't want her to get hurt. " Ash, what are you doing?" Felicia asked. " I will take care of Kamek with Rosemary because I have an idea I will have a battle with him that way he will be too busy to worry about his dinner and I want you to find a way to get Pikachu away from that lava okay because this is too dangerous for you and I don't want you to get hurt," he said to her with his arms wide opened and blocking Kamek from getting close to her. Before Felicia had a chance to say anything Ash told her to hold on a second before she leaves to do her job because he wanted her to hear Kamek's answer. So he turned to look up at Kamek " alright Kamek I want to make a deal with you and the deal is that we will have a battle if I win you will leave us alone and you will give me my Pikachu and if you win you can take Felicia home with you". Said Ash. After Ash told him about his deal it took Kamek a while for him to think about it.
But when Felicia heard the plan she didn't think it was a good idea. She didn't want Rosemary and Ash to fight Kamek because she knows that Kamek is a very powerful fighter and she doesn't know if Ash and Rosemary have ever battled something like him before and she was also worried about what is going to happen if Ash loses. The reason why is because she knows that he can be very sneaky and tricky so they will have to be very careful when they are fighting him. Rosemary noticed that Felicia was getting worried. So she ran into her arms but without turning back to Ash. So that she can let him know that she needs to help Felicia first because she wanted to make sure that it will be okay if they can fight him but by the look on her face, it looked like she was worried" hey Ash before we fight I think I need to make sure that it will be okay with Felicia because she does not seem fine with us fighting Kamek she explained to him. Then Ash turned around and noticed that Felicia did look nervous but he can't do anything to help her right now because he has to wait for Kamek to make up his mind so he told Rosemary to try to convince Felicia that everything is going to be fine during this fight and they will do whatever it takes to take him down he told her as he was keeping his eyes on kamek still waiting for him to give him an answer Kamek was thinking about Ash's challenge and doesn't know if he should challenge him because he thinks he could be playing a trick on him and does not know if he is going to play fair. So when Kamek was thinking about his challenge with Ash. Rosemary was coming up with a plan that will make Felicia change her mind about them fighting Kamek. But she was just wondering what is going to happen if they lose and how are they going to beat him because he is a strong and powerful wizard. So Felicia just held Rosemary in her arms and hugged her close and said " I am just worried because what would happen if you guys lose and I may never see you guys again that is what is going to happen if Kamek wins so promise me you will be careful. She says as she hugs her Pikachu close to her. Rosemary just nuzzled her on the cheek and said " you have nothing to worry about Felicia because I and Ash will do whatever it takes to win. But now all we need now is your support and we will need someone to save Pikachu and we know that you can do it Felicia" Said Rosemary as she was rubbing her face against Felicia's. Then Felicia just said okay but be careful he can be tricky and I don't know if you guys ever fought a wizard before " she says as she blew Ash a kiss and said good luck you guys I am counting on you" she says as she runs off to save Pikachu. Ash just smiled that Felicia will be alright with them fighting Kamek but now they all have to wait for Kamek to make up his mind. After a long time of waiting Kamek finally said his answer " oh right boy you got yourself a deal but one more thing if I win I will give you something and I know it is something that will make you want to lose this fight and what I have for you is a surprise but you will have to beat me if you want the surprise. Ash didn't know if he should trust him as well but it looks like he didn't have a choice; it might be the only way to save Pikachu. " alright Kamek but I don't trust you with the surprise after the battle, show me the prize first so that you are not playing jokes with me and then we can start the battle ". Ash said. Then Kamek took out a bag of gold coins and shakes it in front of Ash. " I know that you came all this way so that you can have these gold coins. I can make this easy for you. I will let Pikachu go if you tell Felicia that everything that you have told her was nothing but a lie and you never cared about her and the only thing that you care about is money and that was the only reason why you decided to help her in the first place and that is also the reason why you took her out of the castle as well" said Kamek as he had an evil smile on his face. When Ash heard what Kamek said it was making him very mad because it will just ruin everything that he had with Felicia and this will also break her heart and he didn't want to do that not after all they been through tonight and he didn't want to lose all of that but it looks like he doesn't have a choice so he looked up at the kroopa wizard and he is not going to let this kroopa wizard ruin it for him. Ash thought about his deal but he didn't have time to think because Rosemary was getting tired of waiting so she just threw a thunderbolt at Kamek and at Ash to get them to focus on the battle. '' Fine whatever you say Kamek but let's get this battle going before we get zapped again." Said Ash as he glared at Rosemary and also thanked her for getting him out of that. Then Ash and Kamek started their battle. At first, Ash started to use Rosemary to help him but she seems not to be doing so good so Ash was starting to get worried and that Kamek seems to be too strong for a female Pikachu. So Ash will have no choice but to fight him on his own without a pokemon . " hey Rosemary, are you alright?" said Ash as he runs over to her to see if she was hurt or anything. " oh no I'm good just a little cuts but I'm alright . So now what are you going to do now" said Rosemary as she looked up at him and felt bad that she lost. " don't worry about it, Rosemary. I will take care of Kamek from here. You just go and help Felicia free Pikachu but I do have to say you did such a good job out there. Said Ash as he was helping Rosemary back onto her feet. But Rosemary didn't want to leave Ash by himself. But he told her not to worry about him because I did some training just in case I ran into a battle like this one. Ash assured her so that she wouldn't worry about him too much. After Rosemary was told to help Felicia. This left Ash and Kamek to finish the battle on their own. " aww what are you going to do now boy. You don't have other Pokemon to help you so you will have to fight me all on your own. You know I feel bad for you and I am in a generous mood right now so how about I just give you the gold and the rat and you can just give me Felicia and we can just end this whole thing because I know that is what you want" said Kamek as he flew down to where Ash was and handed the gold to him but he just glared at him and got back on his feet and said I will never give her up. After what you and her father have treated her I will never let anyone take her away from me because she was the only one that showed me what real love is!" said Ash as his face was turning red with anger. " I am not finished with this fight until I win and I promise that I will beat you" he says as he got up and was ready to fight and this time he was determined to win.
While Ash was starting another fight with Kamek without using any other pokemon. Rosemary finally caught up to Felicia and she was almost at the top of the poll that was holding Pikachu. Then Rosemary just used a quick attack to catch up to her. Felicia was glad to have some help but she was also starting to get more worried about Ash now. But she has to worry about him later because right now they have to save Pikachu. So when Rosemary caught up to her she just jumped onto her shoulder and continued staying on it until she got to the top of the poll. As Felicia was climbing to the top she felt someone was on her shoulder she looked over at her shoulder and noticed that it was Rosemary. " Hey, Rosemary, what are you doing here. Were you supposed to help Ash?" Felicia asked her. " yeah but I couldn't battle anymore so Ash is fighting Kamek on his own right now but he told me that he did some special training that is supposed to help him win," she said but that just scared Felicia even more and said. Oh no, we better get down there and help him because there is no way he can take on Kamek all on his own even if he had special training but first we need to get Pikachu out of here first but we should do it fast before something bad happens to Ash because he will not be able to defeat Kamek on his own we have to help him and fast." Said Felicia as they almost got to the top of the poll. Meanwhile, Pikachu was still in the cage waiting for the girls to save him and he heard that Ash was fighting Kamek all on his own but before he had a chance to come up with a plan to get out. Rosemary and Felicia were already at the cage and once they got there Rosemary used her iron tail to cut the cage in half and once he was free the two Pikachu shared a passionate kiss and Pikachu thanked them for saving him but now they have to go down there and save Ash and help him win his fight against Kamek. " Pikachu are you alright," Said Rosemary as she opened up the cage and Pikachu flew right into her arms and said I am now," he said as he kissed her back, and then he noticed Felicia was also there too so he went over to her and hugged her as well. " thank you all for saving me now we have to help Ash with his battle with kamek." Said Pikachu as he jumped into Felicia's arms. " Don't worry Pikachu I am sure Ash is doing just fine on his own but we should go down there just in case he needs you Pikachu?" she says as she looked at the battle that was going on underneath them.
Once Pikachu was out of the cage thanks to Rosemary and Felicia. Pikachu saw that Ash was having a battle with Kamek all by himself with no help from anyone and he didn't like that Ash was taking on a strong wizard all by himself so he thought that he should go down there and help him. But before Pikachu had the chance to go down there and help him. Felicia stopped him before he could leave because she didn't want Kamek to know that Pikachu had escaped. " Wait not yet Pikachu we can't have Kamek know that you escaped just yet because I am sure that Ash is doing a great job so far and who knows what Kamek will do if he finds out that you escaped so just wait until Ash needs you okay. Said Felicia as she put Pikachu on the ground. At first, it looked like Ash didn't need any help at all so Pikachu decided to wait for him to call him out to battle. But he will jump in if he needs to that is what he told Felicia which she understood and said " that sounds good to me you can go down there when Ash tells you too okay" Said Felicia as they were watching the battle from the sidelines and trying to make sure that Kamek does not see Pikachu escape from his cage.
So anyway when Ash was fighting Kamek with his arms and his legs since he didn't have another pokemon with him so he decided to face him on his own and he was not a bad fighter at all. It looks like Kamek could beat him but after all of the training that he and Pikachu had done, it did come in handy during this fight. But that was not going to stop Kamek from bringing Felicia home and that was when Kamek started to see how tired that Ash was getting and thought that he has to be stupid to even think that he can take on a wizard-like him. " wow you are a fool aren't you. You are fighting a strong and powerful wizard. Do you think a puny little boy can defeat me? If I were you I would just give up because look at yourself you can't beat me and let's be real here without your Pikachu you are useless, How about we forget about this deal because I don't want to embarrass you then you already are? So how about I just give you the gold and the rat and you can just give me Felicia because come on you don't have a chance against me and my magic powers. " Said Kamek with a smirk. Then Ash jumped from a nearby tree and threw a kick in his face and said " Will I'm not giving up Felicia without a fight". He says as he lands right on the ground. Then on the corner of his eye he noticed that Pikachu was out of his cage which gave Ash an idea that could distract Kamek from winning this battle . " you're right, Kamek, what is a puny boy like me fighting a powerful wizard-like yourself? But there is one last thing that can help me win" Said Ash as he turned around and saw Pikachu was behind him and gave him a wink. " Will I am glad that we agree on that but come on let's finish this so that I can take Felicia home," he said as he was looking around for Felicia but it looks like she wasn't around. " Wait where did she go all well? I guess she doesn't want to see me destroy her true love right in front of her face and after I am done with you are going to regret taking her away from that castle," he said as he turned around to look at Ash but when his back was turned Pikachu stands right in front of Ash as he was getting ready to fight. When Kamek saw Pikachu out of the cage he was very surprised and confused that Pikachu was right in front of him and was wondering how did the rat escape. " Wait what is that rat doing here and how did it escape from his cage," said Kamek. Then his mind turned to Felicia must have been the one that freed the Pikachu without him knowing and this whole thing was a way to distract him so that Felicia can grab Pikachu. " Will that is funny that you mention that Kamek because he got a little help from us and now it is time for you to leave says Rosemary as she stands right in front of Felicia and right next to Pikachu as she was holding him close to her. Kamek knew what was going to happen so the next thing that he did was that he pulled out a remote and pushed a button that was supposed to control a ship that was right behind the tree which was also being controlled by some Koopa troops as well. Then the trainers and their Pikachu just looked at each other and they told them to use thunderbolt which Kamek knew that they were going to use and when it hit him it sent him flying towards a ship. Ash and Felicia were shocked to see how big it was and thought they had more work that has to be done. " Hahaha try to beat me now you foolish love birds lets see if the power of love can stop me and my army and Felicia after I am done destroying your boyfriend you will never step foot outside again because after all my darling you do not deserve to live with these selfish and spoiled creatures. " he shouted back at them " Don't listen to him, Felicia. He is only trying to trick you, not all boys are like that," said Ash. Felicia was not listening to Ash but she had enough with Kamek always trying to ruin their fun" Enough Kamek you have no idea what I've been through tonight and I am not going to let you ruin this special day for me" Felicia shouted at him. " well if you don't believe me how about you ask your boyfriend why he wanted to take you out to see that glowing light in the first place," said Kamek as he got them where he wanted them.
When Ash and Felicia were having their battle with Kamek and trying to figure out what is he talking about but they are not the only ones that have work to do. The Pikachu was busy fighting all of the canons that the Koopa troops have been throwing at them but there was one canon that was aiming right at Pikachu but Rosemary stopped it by using her iron tail on it and caused it to cut in half. " Thanks for saving me Rosemary," said Pikachu. Then Rosemary just gave him a wink and just continued to fight all of the canons. they were using all of their powers to help them fight the cannons and the kroopas that were on the ship but as they were fighting out of nowhere a giant rock flies right past the Pikachu and headed right towards the flying ship that was being controlled by the kroopas. As the Pikachu were fighting the cannons and the kroopas. Down on the ground Ash and Felicia were right in the middle of helping their Pikachu but they stopped once Kamek showed up right in front of them and mention something about a deal that Ash made with Kroopa and Groompa which Felicia didn't know about which made her very curious.
So anyway after Kamek said something about Ash wanting to bring Felicia out of the castle to see the glowing light but there seems to be more to it than she thinks which made her very curious about what Kamek was talking about so she looked at Ash and said " Ash what's going on " she asked " hey lover boy tell her the reason why you decided to take her out of the castle in the first place was it because of a deal that you made with sudden minions''. Said Kamek. Then Felicia started to get more curious than ever and looked straight at Ash which meant what deal is he talking about " Will that was my first reason why I wanted to take you out of the castle is so that I can get some money but once I saw you how much you needed help and after all we've been through today I haven't had anyone show me that there is more to life then gold and money and the only way to get through life is to have someone that loves you and that is the greatest prize of all and that is what I learned today ?" Said Ash as he held her hands in his. " Come on boy tell her about the deal that you made with the minions back in the castle, oh and Felicia I don't think you will like him after you hear this so go on Ash tell her about the deal that you made with Kroopa and Groompa." Said Kamek. Felicia was getting annoyed with Kamek trying to push Ash to talk so she stands in front of him and says " whatever kind of deal that he made with them I am sure that it was something to let me come out here. Said Felicia. Then she felt someone holding her hand and it was Ash and said Felicia there is something that I got to tell you. Felicia looked at him as he continued to speak " you see back at the castle your friends have made a deal with me and that was if I take you out of the castle so that you can see the glowing light tonight they will award me with some gold coins that is what got me to do this in the first place but everything changed ever since I saw how brave and wonderful you were that was when my feelings for you started to shine through and I never want anything bad to happen to you and I am not going to let this kroopa Wizard ruined everything that we been through tonight " said Ash as he turned to look at Felicia who looked like she was surprised that her friends would have done this for her. Then Kamek flew down to Felicia and offered his hand and said "so my dear would you like to go home now and say that I was the one that was right all this time. See he does not care about you the only thing that he cares about is money. Said Kamek. Then Felicia snapped his hand away and said " no I am not going with you Kamek. Yeah, I know what Ash did was a shock but you have no idea why he does it that is because he lost someone very special to him and second of all he doesn't care about just money and gold. He cares a lot about his Pikachu and if he cared more about money and didn't care about me he could have run off with those gold coins by now but he is right here in front of me and have you ever stopped to think maybe there was a reason for all of that stealing that he did and that was to have a better life for him and for his Pikachu and that I completely understand that you will do anything in your power to make the ones that you love the happiest even when it leads to danger and that is what I love about him " Said Felicia as she walked towards Ash as She hugged him close to her. Then Ash wrapped his arms around her and gave her a huge hug and said thank you so much for trusting me" he says happily. Then Ash lean in and kissed her on the lips as Felicia returned a kiss to him. what made it more romantic was that when they were kissing there was a gust of wind that was circling them.
Meanwhile when Ash and Felicia were kissing this made Kamek sneak away and got onto the ship and was about to aim a cannon right at them. Once Ash and Felicia were right in the middle of their kiss Ash notice the cannon that was being aimed right towards them so they broke away from their kiss. Then Ash used his arms to block the cannon from reaching Felicia but before the cannon was about to hit them they were saved by Pikachu's iron tail which cut the cannon in half. Once Ash and Felicia saw the cannon was cut in half they looked up from the trees as they were holding each other and saw that it was Pikachu that stopped the cannon from reaching them then Ash and Felicia broke away from each other which caused Pikachu to run up to them and gave Ash a huge hug and thought that he was never going to see him again. When Ash and Pikachu were hugging each other. This made Felicia worried about Rosemary. After Pikachu was done hugging Ash he saw Felicia and ran up to her arms and hugged her as well and she returned one to him until she broke away from the hug and wanted to know what happened to her Pikachu Felicia asked Pikachu what happened to Rosemary. " Will Rosemary is still on that ship and man you do not want to be on her bad side she is killing it up there. But before anyone had a chance to respond they saw a Pikachu that was falling from the sky and it was Rosemary as she was falling Felicia handed Pikachu to Ash so that she can catch Rosemary once she did she gave her a huge hug and asked her what happened up there and what did you do " she asked. Then Rosemary just told them to look up at the ship. As they did the ship started to explode which caused Kamek to fly and some kroopa troops out of the ship and landed right in front of the Pikachu. So both of the Pikachu used thunderbolt together and formed a powerful blast that sent Kamek flying out of the mushroom kingdom and hit a tree. He was so mad that a group of kids had beaten him but then again he had a thought and that was Ash is going to return Felicia to the castle and this will be the perfect time to tell Bowser so that he can get his trap ready for when Felicia comes home. " oh my sweet you may have defeated me this time but just you wait until you get home young lady. You are going to wish that you never left the castle he says as he laughed evilly and flew back to Bowser's castle with the rest of his army following behind him which were also mad that they got defeated too. So they slowly followed Kamek back to Bowser's castle.

When the fight was over the trainers and the Pikachu were happy to be with each other again and they were so proud of them for how hard they have battled tonight. But the celebration did not last long because Felicia was feeling sad because now she figured out what the glowing light was and the night was over which means it was time for Felicia to go home and she didn't want to go home she wanted to stay with Ash. But she knows that she can't because she knows that Groompa and Kroopa need her but she was still confused about the deal that Ash made with them.
Once the trainers and the Pikachu saw each other they gave each other a group hug. As Felicia was hugging her friends she felt sad for a second. Ash noticed that she was upset and he probably knows why she is it is probably what he said to her earlier. So he came up to her but without turning back to the Pikachu telling them that he will be right back because he needs to talk to Felicia about something and he needs to tell her this alone. The Pikachu understood and ran back to the flower bed so that Ash and Felicia can be alone. After the Pikachu left. Ash walked over to Felicia who was sitting on the edge of the lake who looked like she was lost in space.
So Ash walked up to her and placed a hand on her shoulder and said " hey what's wrong are you upset about what I told you before" he asked her as he sat right next to her. Felicia was looking down at the ground before she spoke. " Will I am happy that we have beaten Kamek but what is going to happen now when I get back to the castle because after you take me home you know that we will never see each other again and yes I am mad that you made a deal with my friends behind my back but I know why you did it. She said as she laid on his shoulder. At that moment Ash was starting to get nervous and thought that she was not going to like him after this. So he said " you do understand why we did it," he asked. " oh yes because it was my birthday and I know that they want me to be happy and when they saw you they might have thought that you have to be the man that I been dreaming about that will take me out of the castle so that I can see that blight light because I know that they will do anything to make me happy because that is how much they care about me or should I say the golden mushroom which I still can't believe that all this time that glowing light was a mushroom and I haven't been that up close to something like that before it was so much better than watching it from my window in my room because it was so bright that anyone can see it and I am so happy that I discovered what it was all this time," Felicia says as she was lost in conversation. As Ash was listening to Felicia about how happy she was. he loved that he made someone this happy before and listening to how happy she was and he couldn't be so proud of himself for helping someone that needed help and he couldn't be happier with how tonight went. As he was watching her he decided that it was his turn to speak. " Will the first reason why I did it was for the money but that was not the only reason is that I felt bad how your father treated you so I agreed to let you come back to the mushroom kingdom with me since I was supposed to come here anyway and I thought a girl like you shouldn't be treated like that so I decided to do you a favor," Said Ash. Then Felicia hugged him with all of her might and just continued to kiss him on the cheek. " Will today is a birthday that I will never forget and thank you so much for everything I couldn't get out of that castle if it wasn't for you. She said as she gave him another kiss on the cheek. Then she started to look down at the floor again and signed. " but it is too bad that this night can't last forever and I think it is time for me to go home to the castle. I have to make sure that Kroopa and Groompa are alright". She said to him. When Ash heard that she will have to go back to the castle he started to get worried and didn't want her to go back to the castle because it is too dangerous for her and after all he still has to find Mario and Luigi. So he took a deep breath and stood up and said " well I guess we better get going now but before we go let's take in one last moment looking at the stars together". He said. " Oh Ash as much I would love to do that but I think it is really time for me to head home but we can stay for a little while and then we can leave," she says as they continue to walk and look at the stars together. As they were walking together they couldn't get the thoughts about what is going to happen to them after tonight is over. So after they walked around the lake one last time. Then they came back to the flower bed so that they could pick up their Pikachu and said that it is time for them to go. Even the Pikachu didn't want this day to end but there is nothing that they can do as they made their way to the entrance of the lake Ash and Felicia took one last look at it before they continued to leave it forever. When they left Felicia's heart started to break knowing that she will never see Ash or the Pikachu's when she gets out of this forest and Ash does not feel comfortable leaving Felicia in that dark castle with that monster in it that treats her like a prisoner and thought that she should come with him. But he knows that he will have to let her go so that she can help her friends so they decided to take one last look at the lake. Felicia looked up at Ash and said I am going to miss this place" She said as she buried her face in Ash's chest as he wrapped his arms around her as tears were coming out of his eyes as well. " I am going to miss this place as well" he said softly as he held her close to him. Then the Pikachu tried to pull their trainers apart because they had to take Felicia home. So when they couldn't separate their trainers from each other they decided to take one last look at the lake as well before they leave it forever.
When everyone was taking in their last moments at the lake it was time for them to head out. They have to get through the village and the forest so that they can get Felicia home. Ash was happy that he did this but it does not feel right. So when they finally left the lake Ash told the Pikachu that it was time to take Felicia home. Then all of the Pikachu climbed onto their trainer's shoulders and walked through the village as Felicia turned around and watched the lake disappear before her eyes. Once she saw it disappear she decided to hold hands with Ash. Ash turned to look at her and noticed that she was very upset and it looked like she does not want to go back but Felicia knows that she will have to go back for Kroopa and Groompa because who knows what Bowser will do to them if she does not come back. As Ash was comforting her by wrapping his arms around her he kept on telling her over and over again that everything is going to be alright. You know you are doing the right thing. The only reason you want to go back is to help your friends and that is very brave of you." he said to her. " Will when I do get back I guess you will get your gold after you drop me off," she asked. " When they do give the money I will just tell them that I don't need it. The only thing that I want from them is to make sure that you are happy and safe and I think that is more important than any gold coin". He said to her. " oh Ash you have changed the boy that I knew wouldn't care about girls and when there was a money award you will go straight towards it I remember you telling me that girls will never fall in love with you. Will look at you now at least you have one girl that is in love with you and I am proud of you" Said Pikachu as he was watching Ash trying to cheer up Felicia. " thank you Pikachu? I couldn't have gotten this far it wasn't for you trying to push me I wouldn't be able to do it " he said as he petted Pikachu on the head. As Ash and his friends have made it to the hill where they first came to the mushroom kingdom where they can see the entire kingdom Ash and Felicia took one last look at it before they were about to take the long journey back to Bowser's castle but when they get back Felicia is going to be in huge trouble when she gets back home. Ash and Felicia were walking side by side as they were holding hands with each other. Their Pikachu was also doing the same thing as their trainers were doing as well. All of them are afraid about what is going to happen to them when they get there. But when they do get back there, they will be in huge danger that will be waiting for them when they get there. So as they sadly made their way through the forest they couldn't keep their minds off of what is going to happen when they drop Felicia off at the castle. They do not even know what is going to be waiting for them when they get there.

When Kamek was on his way back to the castle so that he can tell Bowser everything that happened and he will give Bowser's trap ready for when Felicia comes home. But first, before Kamek did get back to the castle he made a call to Bowser to let him know that he was on his way back and said that he was sorry that he failed. Surprisingly Bowser was not mad at all and now that Kamek told him that she will be coming home soon. " Would you hear that son our darling maid is coming home and I bet you love your new room don't you?" Said Bowser as they were walking in the hallway as they were on their way to Felicia's room. " oh yes papa all of my toys are all over her room but I do want to know what are you going to do when she comes back" he asked his father. " oh you don't need to worry about that son. All you got to know is that she will be staying in the dungeon and she will only come out if we need her because she is a slave and it is about time we start treating her like one especially after she disobeyed me and everything that I did for her and this is how she repays me will no matter I will take care of her and I am going to make her wish that she never have lifted and disobeyed me." he said to Bowser jr. Bowser jr loved the sound of that and couldn't wait to get started on making Felicia his own personal maid. " I am looking forward to it papa and I can make her do whatever I want right?" he asked. " yes you can do whatever you want with her because she lost all of her freedom now. As Bowser and Jr were on their way to Felicia's room as they were talking about how much they are going to make Felicia's life a living nightmare. As Bowser and Jr were walking through the halls he got a phone call from Kamek. So he decided to walk and talk at the same time and he knows who it was it was Kamek.
When he reached into his pocket to get his phone when he answered it he got a call from Kamek and who was afraid of what Bowser is going to do to him when he gets back and that he didn't capture the kids when he told him that he has failed at capturing them he was not mad at all and he was happy that Kamek was on his way back home and he didn't seem to care that he didn't capture Felicia or Ash but he mostly cared about Felicia the most but he didn't care about it too much. " Oh kamek I was hoping to hear from you and I bet you have good news for me. I know that you failed at bringing Felicia home which is fine and I see that you are on your way back to the castle which is exactly what I wanted you to do because there is something that I need your help with and it is very evil " Bowser said as he was smile and laughed evilly. That was when Kamek started to feel better now that Bowser was not mad at him but now he was curious about what he had in mind so he listened carefully to Bowser's plan. This is what Bowser said to him " I know that you failed on capturing them but when you get back here we are going to surprise her when she comes home and you are going to love what I have in store for her so come home as fast as you can sp we can get started. " Said Bowser as he was on the phone with Kamek. Then Kamek just said right away sir and then he turned back to the troops and told them that it is time to head home because we have unfinished business to take care of when we get back there," said Kamek as he was flying on his broomstick and headed straight towards Bowser's Castle.
Everyone is probably wondering what happened to Peach after she planted the golden mushroom. Let's just say that everyone had a huge party and it lasted all night long. But Peach was not in a party mood because she thought that today was going to be the day that Felicia would come home but it looked like another year had failed. While that is what she thought. The night is still young and there is a lot of time left but we figure that out in the following chapters ahead so let's head back to Peach's castle to see how everything is doing with Peach and her friends and then I will be done with this chapter.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~Princess Peach's Castle~~~~~~~~~~
It has been a long day for Peach, Daisy and the toads so everyone went back inside and had a little party but not everyone was in a party mood. Peach was outside on her balcony that was right next to the ballroom which was where the party was and she was looking up at the stars and praying and talking to Roselina who happens to be listening to the princess. But their talk was not very long because it got interrupted by Daisy who was looking for her. " Roselina I really thought that today was going to be the day that my daughter comes back and not only that Mario has not even come back yet what should I do and I really thought if I did the golden mushroom this year I thought that I will get some Luck," Said Peach as she was looking up at the sky and talking to Roselina who was more listening than talking but she did give the princess some comfort. " Oh, Princess Peach I am sure your daughter will come home soon you just have to wait a little bit longer and you know what they say good things happen to those who wait even if you have waited for years. You did a great job planting that mushroom and wherever she is I am sure that she is probably wondering what her mother and father are thinking about her," she said as she comforts Princess Peach the best that she could but their conversation was cut short because Daisy came outside because she wanted to check up with her friend and why she wasn't at the party because she wanted to show everyone her new party dress. So she came out here to see if something was wrong with her friend. So she walked up to Peach and placed a hand on her shoulder and noticed that her friend was upset about something. " Hey what's wrong Peach I thought that you would be in there showing everyone your new dress and I came here because I was worried about you". She said to her friend.
Peach turned around and looked at her friend and said thank you for trying to cheer me up, Daisy. I couldn't ask for anyone to be my best friend then you" She says as she gives Daisy a hug which she gives to her as well. So as they were hugging Peach told Daisy where she was upset is because she thought that the glowing light will work this year but it looked like that it didn't and not only that she was also starting to worry about Mario. " Don't worry Peach I am sure you have all night to wait for her to come home but come on the night is still young and if Mario was here he will want you to have fun with or without him and I am sure wherever Felicia is right now she misses her parents as much as her parents miss her?" Said Daisy as she placed a hand on her friend's shoulder and trying her best to comfort her friend. After listening to Roselina and Daisy she started to smile and turned back to Daisy as they started to make their way back inside of the castle and as they were walking Peach was waving goodbye to Roselina who returned a wave to her Daisy also waved back to her too. So after Roselina left Peach turned back to her friend and said " You are right Daisy I shouldn't worry about Felicia or Mario because if anyone knows Mario is me or Luigi and I am sure that he is okay and the night is still young and maybe if I wait a little longer maybe she will come home I just have to believe and everything will turn out fine. I am also sorry for how much worry that I've been doing today Daisy. " ahh you don't need to say you are sorry Peach I understand why you were upset and that is why you have me so that I can help you feel better because that is what best friends are for and thanks for the support Daisy that really means a lot to me" so come on let's go back to the party and maybe if I sleep on it. if Felicia does not come back tonight it will be fine but I do know that she will come home someday and when she does I am never going to let her out of sight again. It does not have to be today but someday she will come home to her loving parents so in the meantime let's have some girl time after the ball tonight and then we can have a sleepover in my room. Said Peach. " That sounds good to me. When they went back to the party they did have a great time. They were dancing, eating, and talking to some of the people which were happy to see Peach in general and wanted to know how she was doing. It was just a fun party but the best part of the day was when it was time for them to go to bed. So after the party Peach and Daisy went up to Peach's room so that they can have their sleepover. As they were having their sleepover they couldn't stop talking about how much fun today was and they couldn't wait to tell the Mario bros how it was but then again they are still worried about them but they do know they will be fine because they have come in contact with so many challenges and as long as they are together they can do anything but what they don't know is that they are about to get a friendly visit that has been traveling with them and he happens to be headed to the mushroom kingdom at this very moment. Which we will find out in the next chapter.

Wow, what a chapter I hope I am not the only one that feels bad for Ash and the reason why he has become the man that he is today. But thanks to love he learned that love is the greatest treasure of all. So in the next chapter Ash and his friends or on their way back to Bowser's castle but Ash and Felicia wanted to spend some time with each other before they have to say goodbye forever. What does Bowser have in store for Felicia when she gets home. While the Mario bros ever find out the truth or will they ever find Ash. Wow, I don't know about you but I am pretty excited about how this is going. Not only that Yoshi has finally come back to the mushroom kingdom but he came back too late because by the time that he got there it was time for everyone to go to bed and he missed the celebration. So now what is going to happen when Peach and Daisy figured out that Yoshi has come back and would they be happy to see him or will this make them worry about the Mario bros even more even though he was with them ever since Mario left the Mushroom kingdom, Even Peach feels bad that Yoshi has missed the party so she decided to throw a party just for him. let's just call it an after-party. So it looks like lots of amazing things are going to happen in the next chapter I am really excited. I hope that all of you are. Now that Felicia finally saw the glowing light up close and figured out that light came from a mushroom. We also learned a lot about Ash's past in this chapter as well. Now that her search is over what is she going to do now. like Ash said before never stop dreaming.
