I woke in a warm embrace. It felt so good that I automatically snuggled closer, inhaling deeply. A warm, alluring, scent that was purely Axel. My heart went into overdrive and I blushed at my body's response. The arms around me tightened comfortingly and I didn't dare look at him, afraid he'd know exactly what was happening to me.

"Good morning, gorgeous," he murmured softly. I burrowed into his chest, hiding from him, and he chuckled wryly. "Are you still tired?" he hummed softly. A large hand found my hair and stroked gently. It felt amazing. When I didn't respond, he purred my name, and it wasn't fair how sexy he made it sound. I pouted up at him, unable to help myself, and he smiled at me. I swallowed at the adoration reflecting in those green depths. His lips curved up and he sighed in contentment. I blushed furiously.

"What?" I whispered back, feeling self conscious.

"Well, I was feeling happy," he told me with a small smile. "So happy that I was thinking about skipping class just to keep you in my arms but," he said with a pause, his expression softening, "you probably need to go too, right?" I blushed, realizing that I hadn't set an alarm. I hadn't been thinking at all! He must have seen how panicked I felt because he reassured me. "It's only a little after seven," he told me gently.

Nodding, I sat up, looking for my clothes. A warm, gentle hand grasped my shoulder and my eyes were drawn to his. I opened my mouth but my words died on the tip of my tongue when he gently pushed me down onto my back and took my lips in a tender kiss before murmuring against them. "We have plenty of time," he assured me.

"I have to be there in an hour. We won't be late?" I asked stupidly. He just smiled.

"I'd be happy to give you a ride to campus, I have class at nine," he answered. I swallowed, not sure of what to expect.

"What exactly do we have plenty of time for, Axel?" I murmured back. He smiled at me archly.

"Whatever you'd like," he purred. "Breakfast… coffee… kissing… sex, just name it and let me enjoy you." I could feel myself blushing furiously and he chuckled a little, kissing me deeply. "Sorry, I forgot that you're shy." I swallowed the lump in my throat.

"You're trying to tempt me into skipping class, aren't you?" I whispered back. Axel chuckled.

"Maybe. Is it working?"

"Yes," I told him helplessly. His lips covered mine in a sensual caress.

"We should be good for now…" he murmured, descending to take my lips again. I moaned helplessly. I buried my hands into his hair, pulling him back enough to speak.

"Can we do all of the above first?" I panted. His lips quirked up into a satisfied grin. His answer was to take my lips and to thoroughly explore my mouth with his tongue until I was trembling helplessly under him.

"How do you want it?" he purred. My face flushed from embarrassment. Was he really going to make me say everything I wanted? Well then…

"Surprise me," I murmured back. He flashed me a Cheshire grin and I swallowed hard.

"Don't you know how much I enjoy teasing you when you're stubborn?" he purred back. I swallowed hard.

"Too bad we have to leave soon, huh?" I answered. Axel chuckled.

"That won't save you," he purred back. My heart was pounding out of control. I hated but loved how he was like this. "If not now," he murmured huskily into my ear, "I can find you at school, come to your room, or even Friday night, and make you beg to be taken, step by step." I moaned helplessly and felt him smile, "oooh you'd like that huh?" He asked before teasing my earlobe in between his teeth. I gasped, moaning my response.

"N-no marks please," I whimpered as he worked his way down my chest.

"I promised to be discreet, didn't I?" he reminded, smiling when I relaxed. I let him guide me until I was settled in his lap with my back pressed against his chest. He grabbed the lubricant, warming in on the fingers of his right hand as he steadied me with the other. Our lips met and it was electric. I sighed into his mouth when he began to finger me, playing with my prostate as I got used to him stretching me. It had been so many times now, that I'd almost forgotten it could hurt. He was too good at this. Just as I was completely melting into the kiss, he guided me up, seating me on his lap. I broke the kiss, moaning as his hot, throbbing, length replaced his fingers. "Hold on," he purred into my ear, and I shivered at the soft command. I scrambled to grasp something, anything, as he pulled me close and began to move very deliberately. I settled on his hair, pulling hard. Axel hummed pleasurably, increasing the speed and force, pulling me into him until we were both climaxing, one after the other. I lost myself in the kiss that followed, completely dazed, finding myself thinking that I could get used to this. He rumbled against my lips pleasurably, caressing them one more time before pulling away. He was smiling, looking pleased.

We followed his suggestions in reverse order, ending with breakfast before he was taking me to school and we were parting ways. I felt like I was walking on a cloud. Axel made me feel so good. I actually forgot to dread the fact that Sora was in this class too.

"Roxas!" I rolled my eyes before dropping my head into my folded arms dramatically.

"Whaaat?" I groaned.

"Don't whaaat me, mister! You ignored me all night!" I stared at him impatiently.

"I have no plans of changing that now," I deadpanned. His jaw dropped and I gave him a wicked little smile. "Oh? Have I rendered you speechless?" His lips quivered and his big blue eyes watered. I sighed. What was he? Two? Well I was in for a scolding later. "What do you want, Sor?" I muttered darkly.

"You just stormed off and I was worried about you!" I shrugged.

"Well maybe you shouldn't be rude," I replied shortly. The professor called for our attention and I smiled despite myself. Like a bratty little kid. I'd never been so excited for a three hour lecture about Shinra's Mako Theories in my entire life. It was probably the most boring subject in the universe. Sora hadn't been able to stop himself from making eyes at me and had actually gotten moved because he was bothering me. I might have been a little too smug about it. I purposely took my time after class, smiling despite myself. Your move Sora, wait for me or be late for class! I pressed the end of my pen against my lips teasingly as I worked on my assignment. I didn't have to be in a hurry. This was my only class today. I chuckled a bit, watching Sora storm out. It was so satisfying. I hummed softly. I felt oddly confident today. My phone pinged and I paused to glance at it. My skin prickled. It was Axel.

Hey gorgeous, are you done? I texted him back that I was finishing my assignment and then I would be. I smiled at his response. Wanna grab some coffee after?

I happily agreed. How could I refuse such an enticing offer. Especially when he was so nice to look at.

I met him at the fountains. "Hey," I murmured. He glanced at me with a smile. My heart skipped several beats.

"Are you ready?" He asked casually. I nodded, scanning for my friends. He chuckled.

"Yeah, I've been running into them all morning," he purred softly. "We'd better hurry before they catch us."

"Maybe we should let them and bore them to death," I muttered back. He shook his head and looked up at me, his warm eyes found mine and I blushed. They were absolutely burning in desire.

"I want to devour you, so that won't work for me," he answered. My face was on fire. He rose and we walked together, ending up at the shop where he worked. Axel ordered the drinks from our first date. I took a deep breath, grasping the strap of my messenger bag as our drinks were being prepared.

"Uhm any better now?" His eyes met mine and he motioned for me to follow him. Confused, I followed him to the restroom. I had enough time to confusedly mutter "Uh..?" before I was gasping as he pinned me against the door, his lips attacking mine. I moaned, my eyes fluttering. I could not believe his stamina. I was a gasping mess as his mouth worked its way down my neck. "A-ah-Axel," I moaned, "what if someone comes in? You work here…" without missing a beat, he clicked the lock shut and went back to making me completely lose control.

"Baby," he chided, making me shudder, "are you trying to tell me you don't want me?" I gasped when he worked the button to my jeans, the fabric giving away. He paused to look into my eyes.

"No, I want you," I whispered, no, moaned back. What was he doing to me?! He gave me a wicked little smile and went down on his knees to finish me with his mouth. I was a mess, trying my hardest to stay quiet, but I couldn't hold in the moan that spilled out of my lips as I came in his mouth. I was breathing harshly, even after he'd fixed my clothes. I felt weak everywhere.

"Let's practice that," he murmured gently. I blushed, my heart pounding harshly. He loved it. I could see it written all over his face. I swallowed hard.

"What?" I whispered breathlessly. He smiled at me archly.

"You can be as loud as you want at my house, but you'll have to be quieter when I'm at yours," he purred back and, if possible, my blush darkened. He was blatantly teasing me about being too obvious.

"You're the one that wanted to hear me from the start," I answered with a pout. His lips covered mine.

"Precisely why I'm happy to help you now," he told me with a satisfied grin. "Catch your breath," he purred, chuckling. He waited until my face was somewhat normal and then went with me to pick up our coffees. "Wanna stay here or go somewhere?" he asked, looking completely innocent as he drank his coffee. Oh but I knew better.

"As much as I hate to say it, it might be suspicious if I'm never home," I muttered with a sigh. He nodded.

"Want me to walk with you? I can protect you from unwanted stares." he offered. I nodded.

"That sounds nice."

We walked to my place, chatting casually and drinking our coffee. It was really nice. The weather was gorgeous. Perfect for a long walk.

"Aren't you going to have to walk back to campus for your car?" I asked, wondering if he had forgotten.

"Nah," he answered dismissively. "The restoration committee is meeting pretty close to your place. I'll just get a ride from Reno." I nodded.

"When is that?"

"This afternoon," he answered. Chuckling a bit he added, "I thought leaving my car at campus might throw Kairi off." I smiled despite myself.

"Thanks," I murmured. He nodded.

"Of course, Roxas." We got to my place and I fished out my keys, unlocking the door. I was relieved that it was just us. When we were safely in my room, I locked all the locks and finally relaxed, flopping down on my bed. Axel sat beside me, smiling at me archly.

"Worried they'll break in again?" he asked. I sighed in exasperation.

"Sora tries all the time," I complained. His smile softened.

"You're pretty tense, just being here," he observed. "Want me to help you relax?" he asked in my ear. I blushed. "I know the perfect thing." I closed the space between us, kissing him. He looked pleasantly surprised, which surprised me, just before he dominated my mouth. When he broke the kiss, he held up his hand. I blinked, realizing that he was showing me a key. He set it on my night stand.

"Is that…?" I felt my heart melt a bit when he nodded and told me,

"Come over whenever you want." We made out and it was awesome. Axel was so good at kissing. I was completely surrendering to him. Before I knew it, I had lost my shirt and his hand was in my pants, stroking me in time with his tongue. I was panting and whimpering into his mouth. He was still happily occupying my mouth when we heard the house come to life as my friends returned. He grinned a bit, slowing the movements of his tongue and making me squirm from the tantalizing pleasure as his fingers slid along my hardened flesh in slow delicate movements. I scoffed at him and he broke the kiss. His fingers trailed my skin and I looked at him questioningly. He bent forward, his warm breath tickling my ear. "Let's have dinner together," he whispered. I shuddered, goosebumps raising my skin at the way he was purring in my ear. I bit my lower lip, nodding. He smiled in satisfaction and took my mouth as a reward, humming in approval. "Text me what you want," he purred softly. I swallowed.

"What do you want?" His lips curved up and he let his eyes do the talking as they practically devoured me. I was shuddering and his lips curved up.

"I think I'll have dessert first," he teased softly. My eyes fluttered and I bit my lower lip as he straddled my hips, grinding our arousals together. I gasped when he thrust his hips into mine. His eyes were absolutely glittering as he pressed a finger against his lips teasingly. My face was on fire as that same hand caressed my face and his thumb worked my lower lip out from between my teeth. My eyes slid shut as he covered my mouth with his, and I completely melted, letting him do whatever he wanted. His mouth swallowed up my moans, even as our bare arousals met and he squeezed them together with his warm hand, moving it up and down. I struggled just to hold on and be quiet. It felt so good I felt like I was going to die, until with an arching cry, I came with him. I panted against his lips, absolutely shivering in pleasure. "Good job, baby," he breathed against my lips. My eyes fluttered shut and I bit my lip hard. He cleaned us up and took a moment to pull me close to stroke my sweaty skin. I could not believe that we had just gotten away with that. My brain was so melted that when he pressed his lips to my temple, my body completely gave out on top of him. He chuckled softly. Just as I was contentedly drifting off, there was a soft knock on the door. I exhaled in frustration. Axel's fingers were gently touching me and I couldn't believe how much it was helping.

"Uhm Roxas? You home? Dinner's ready if you're interested."

"Sleeping," I muttered back in irritation. There was a second voice, giggling in response. Kairi.

"Oh did you stay up too late with Axel?" I snuggled into said gorgeous creature and muttered,

"Ha ha funny. I was with Hayner." The perks of having a best friend who was always willing to be an alibi. No questions asked. "So nice of you to care," I muttered sarcastically. Axel's warm hands squeezed me and I peeked up at him. He was smiling gently as if telling me he approved. I smiled back, despite myself.

"Did you know…" There was a smile in Namine's voice, and her tone made me freeze, "that you've been smiling more since you met Axel?" I chuckled breathlessly, focusing on the beautiful red-head in my bed. Circling right back, huh? Vultures.

"What can I say… its nice to have a friend who actually acts like a friend."

"Oh not fair Roxas," Kairi protested. I sighed dramatically, annoyed that they couldn't take a hint.

"Why are you interrupting my nap? Wasn't it enough to stalk us all day?" I complained. Then I stared at Axel in horror. "Wait. You're trying to see if he's here. Aren't you? Oh my God." That's when I noticed Axel's phone was lit up as Kairi called. It was silently ringing away. He gave me a look that said would I let you down in such a basic way? I laughed a bit breathlessly. "Go away."

"We know the two of you are hiding something." Kairi wasn't backing down. "Its just a matter of time Roxas!"

"Even if we were its none of your business!" I muttered in horror. I swiped my pillow and shoved it over my head as the lecture continued. Apparently I was going to die alone and was the worst brother and friend in the whole universe. Ha! "I said to go away!"

"Roxas, you can't hide in your room forever!" My chest was tight. This wasn't ever going to end. I was absolutely freaking out.

"I can't do this anymore. I'm moving out!" I yelled back, my voice tight from panic. It startled everyone into silence. Including myself. Just as I began to freak out over what I'd said, Axel pulled me down into a hug. That's when I noticed how angry he looked as he stared at my door. He looked like a tiger ready to attack.

"Roxas… we didn't mean it like that…" Axel simply put a hand over my ear. The other was pressed to his chest, listening to his racing heart. He was tense as he held me like that for a long time, only letting me go when I assumed they had left. I was so embarrassed that I didn't think I could look him in the eye. He pressed his lips to my forehead.

"Get dressed, let's get something to eat and talk about this," he told me gently. I nodded, following his suggestion. I smiled despite myself as he climbed down the tree with me without question.

"Wait… weren't you supposed to meet up with the restoration committee?" He smiled a bit, shook his head, and told me,

"Reno will understand."

We found a small diner that served breakfast all day long… and of course, my beloved coffee. Once we'd gotten our orders in, he took my hands seriously. I adverted my gaze, really hoping he wouldn't ask me to move in with him just because I'd said I wanted to move out. I didn't think I was strong enough to tell him no, and I knew that was a rabbit hole I wasn't ready to go down.

"Did you mean it when you said you want to move out?" I closed my eyes, waiting for it. He squeezed gently and told me seriously, "I think you should." Our eyes met. Mine were wide as they got lost in his concerned gaze.

"I can't live with you," I blurted out in a blind panic, "no matter how wonderful you are I-" He blinked at me and then smiled.

"Roxas…" he sighed gently, "that's not what I was going to say." I exhaled in relief but at the same time felt disappointed. Trapped. I didn't really have anywhere else to go and would be trapped in my current living situation. His smile widened a bit, as if he knew what I was thinking, and somehow it was soothing. "I have some connections." I tilted my head at him. "The restoration committee is actually working on an affordable housing project for full-time students who are getting good grades."

"...what?" I gasped softly. He smiled gently.

"I might have mentioned what you're going through to Reno. He wanted me to bring it up to you when I got the chance." I couldn't breathe. "Would you be interested in checking it out?"

"Really?" He smiled wryly, humming in affirmation. My heart was lurching, like it was being pulled out of my body and drawn to him. It made my stomach churn. The waitress approached and he pulled his hands back. I stared at the food that was placed in front of me for a long moment before stirring creamer and sugar into my coffee. "I don't know what to say…" I told him truthfully. He hummed softly and I looked up to see him watching me over his coffee.

"How about yes?" he suggested.

"But there are so many students that need it and I already have a place."

"You do have a place," he conceded, "but can you say you're happy or feel safe?" I sighed and shook my head. "The project's actually massive," he mused, "so you don't need to feel like you're taking from someone else." I bit my lower lip and he studied me for a long moment. "What else is upsetting you?" he asked softly. I blushed.

"Axel I… don't want to feel like I owe you." He smiled at me archly.

"Why would you owe me? I'm doing this for all the students attending HBU on behalf of the RC. We want safe, affordable housing, and for every student to do their best." I fidgeted a bit and he simply continued to smile. "You don't owe anyone anything. Its okay to let your friends help you sometimes. Ya'kno?" I nodded silently. "Baby…" he purred, making me shiver. My eyes were drawn to his. "Please say yes." I sighed in defeat.

"Okay… yes."

Axel wasn't satisfied until I'd met his expectations and had cleared my plate. Then he gave Reno a call and explained what had happened. Which resulted in Reno demanding that we wait for him because he was coming right now. My head was spinning. Axel and I shared another cup of coffee together as we waited. He broke the silence first.

"...if it isn't too much like moving in…" he murmured, making my skin prickle, "I want you to stay with me until Reno gives the okay for you to move." I froze, blushing.

"That's uhm nice of you." He chuckled a bit.

"What? No protesting?" I ducked my head a bit. He was really teasing me right now? I swear he was lucky that my head was spinning and I couldn't focus.

"I recall you shutting down my complaints," I muttered, making him chuckle amusedly. The bell chimed and shortly after, Reno was sliding into the booth beside Axel.

"Hey Axe! Nice to see you again Roxas," he chattered excitedly. "Thanks for waiting for me, it's been crazy busy tonight." The two red-heads bantered with ease. It almost made me feel like a third wheel. I felt completely out of place. My ears prickled and I blushed as Axel explained that I was being bashful about accepting help. I scoffed at him and Reno chuckled. Axel gave me a teasing smile back. Reno laughed a bit. "Sooo I hope it doesn't creep you out but… I checked in with your grades already. They're good enough, so you don't have to worry about feeling bad." I blushed and wanted to disappear. Again. "And… Axel's not the only one who expressed concerns about your living situation. So have your professors. Dr. Crescent mentioned there's been tension between you and your friends?" I shifted uncomfortably.

"Just how much did you find out about me?" I muttered, completely embarrassed. He grinned at Axel.

"Well I've been looking for students to pilot our program. Just part of my recruiting process! You can think of this as an interview if you want. Just super informal." I bit my lower lip for a long moment before nodding slowly.

"So… Axel said the program is for students. Does that mean I have to move out as soon as I graduate?" Reno shook his head.

"Actually, if you get a job in Hallow Bastion, you can keep renting at the same rate. Think of it as a way of recruiting our college grads to better the community."

"Ok um… what's the move in timeline?" To be honest, it kinda sounded too good to be true.

"I've actually got some ready over in the mid-town district. They're close to the square, shops and HBU." I fidgeted with the hem of my sweatshirt.

"And what do you want from me in return." Reno smiled a bit.

"Just succeed and do your best while you're in school." Reno enticed me further, telling me there were scholarship programs that could help with living expenses, as part of the program. Before I knew it, he and Axel were taking me on a tour of a small townhouse. It was actually bigger than my current living situation, with a small laundry nook and appliances. It was so quiet. No roommates, no annoying brothers or their stupid cat or lover. It even came furnished. I smiled despite myself and Axel chuckled a bit.

"Much better," he told me gently. Reno nodded in agreement, smiling.

"Would this one be alight?" I nodded.

"Its awesome. I don't even know how to thank either of you." Axel really was… wow… amazing. Reno went over some paperwork with me and exchanged phone numbers before he handed over keys.

"It should be good to go, but give me a few days to get everything formally submitted." I nodded, thanking him as we parted ways, and belatedly realized this is probably what Axel had meant about not moving right away. He wrapped his arm around me, steering me toward the university.

"So…" he murmured casually. "Will you stay with me until Reno gives the final okay?" I gazed up into his beautiful green eyes for a long moment before nodding. He smiled a bit. "Good," he purred back. "Do you know how hard it was for me to stay quiet earlier?" he murmured seriously. "I might go crazy if you go back there alone." My skin prickled and I shivered.

"Really?" He nodded.

"Promise you won't," he commanded softly. I laughed a bit. This was the bossiest I'd ever seen him. He gave me a look and I apologized. I paused at the fountains. They were beautiful, lit up at night in our school's colors. I smiled at him.

"Okay, I promise."
