John looked out at the fleet as Ash walked up to him with Dawn. John looked behind him and said, "hey you two." Dawn kissed her husband as Ash said, "any word from Anakin's team?" John shook his head and said, "not yet, but I'm sure they'll be fine. I hope R2 is safe." Dawn looked at John and asked, "is it true that Anakin lost him at the Battle of Bothawui?" John nodded his head and said, "yeah, and with that Black and Gold astromech… I got a bad feeling about it." Dawn nodded her head as a clone said, "General, we're receiving a transmission from Senator Amidala." John told him to patch it through. When the clone did, Padmé smiled and said, "Greetings Master Bertrand, Dawn, Admiral Ketchum.
"Padmé. Please, I said you can call us by our names. What's up?" John said to Padmé. Padmé then said, "I was wondering if Dawn would like to accompany me on a mission of peace to Rodia." Dawn smiled and said, "I would be honored Padmé." Padmé smiled and said, "Good, I am with 3P0, and Jar Jar, we're on our way to pick you up." Dawn nodded her head and said, "got it." Padmé nodded and ended the transmission. John told Dawn to take 5 clones with her, but Dawn said, "It's a mission of peace, if clones are present then it won't be a mission of peace honey." John sighed, knowing that arguing was unwinnable so he conceded. After Padmé arrived to pick Dawn up, John had a special guest sneak aboard without anyone of them knowing.
In her H-type Nubian yacht, Padmé, Jar Jar, C3-P0, and Dawn, were all present as Chancellor Palpatine said to Padmé, "Senator Amidala, I just received word that you have ventured through enemy Territory into the Outer Rim." Padmé replied, "Senator Farr requested me personally, Chancellor. His planet is in crisis. His people are starving. He's a very old family friend. I could not refuse his plea for help." Then Palpatine said, "I understand, but in these dangerous times, you should be accompanied with a clone escort."
"This is a mission of peace. I put my faith in Diplomacy." Padmé told the Chancellor. We can't solve all of our problems by throwing troops at them.'' That was when Jar Jar stood up and said, "Yousa no needin' to worry, Chancellor. As Redemptive of Nab-" but as he stood up he hit 3P0 and made him spin and Padmé said, "Jar Jar, look out!" as 3P0's legs swept Jar Jar off his feet and made him hit a button. That made the engines roar. Padme was able to fix the ship as 3P0 asked what was happening and before palpatine said, "May I recommend that only those who are qualified for these delicate peace talks participate in them?"
Padmé and Dawn both looked at Jar Jar before Padmé said, "I will follow your advice Chancellor, thank you." ending the Transmission, Dawn looked at Padmé and said, "I know you think he's a good friend Padmé, but trust me…" Padmé nodded her head and said, "I know Dawn, it's just hard to believe it." Padmé then piloted her ship onto Rodia's surface before Jar Jar got up and said, "Lookie, lookie, it's a swamp planet just like home. Messa have to get going." but Padmé said, "Jar Jar, you would be doing me a great favor by staying with the ship." but Jar Jar said, "Meesa knowing meesa be big help with the Negotiations."
"I need you to watch over 3P0." Padmé said while looking at the gold droid. She then added, "You know how he always gets himself into trouble." but 3P0 said, "Trouble, me? Really?" Padmé then said that she and Dawn wouldn't be long. Jar Jar lowered his head and said, "Meesa understands, my lady." Dawn smiled as she and Padmé walked out of the ship and they were greeted by a Male Rodian who said, "His Excellency, Ah-Twa" before leading the two ladies away and to the person they were to meet.
In the city center, they saw the rodian waiting and Padmé said, "H'chu Apenkee, o' diogran, Tor-sene-ko Farr." The Rodian was Onaconda Farr and he said, "Chowbaso." Padmé smiled and said, "Oh I missed you so much." Farr said that he missed her too and was worried she would not come. He then said, "We are such a small and Humble system… who is she?" Padmé then said, "this is Dawn Berlitz, my assistant in peace talks. Dawn, meet Onaconda farr, senator of Rodia and old family friend." Dawn bowed to Farr and he bowed back.
"Anyway Uncle Ono, you are very important to me. We've been friends since I was a little girl, when you were my father's strongest ally in the senate." said Padmé as she, Dawn, and Farr walked and talked. Padmé then said, "Rodia is very important to the Republic, and of course, I'd come to help you." Farr looked at her and said, "You speak of friendship I have not witnessed of late. Where was the Republic when our supply ships were destroyed by Pirates? Where was the republic when my people starved? We… have been stranded out here, without any help at all."
"Senator Farr, it's almost sounds like you lured us out here…" said Dawn. Padme looked at Dawn and she went quiet. But Senator Farr went on by saying to Padmé, "I know it is not your fault, but my people starve all the same." Padmé then said as Dawn received a transmission, "I'm sure the republic Senate will approve a Relief effort. The vote was postponed, but you will get your food." Farr then said, "I am sorry. It is too late, my sweet. The Separatist leader Nute Gunray has promised to support us with a generous relief effort." he then sighed and said under his breath, "Neh-soo-bo-wah."
He then added, "He's giving us food, ships, and protection." but Padmé said, "Nute Gunray cannot be trusted. He will bring war to your system just like he did many mine years ago." Farr said that he had already done what he needed for his people as battledroids surrounded them. Dawn and Padmé then looked at Farr as he held up a holocommunicator and Nute Gunray appeared. Padmé clenched her fist as she said, "Viceroy, I should have known." Gunray then said that she would not get away this time.
"Who is she?" gunray asked, pointing to Dawn. Dawn smirked and jumped before grabbing a droid's blaster and blasting the other droids. Just then, the B2 Battledroid took a shot from a rooftop by a sniper as Farr ran for cover. Padmé then pulled out her own blaster to defend herself as Dawn pulled her behind a wall. Padmé looked and said, "Well this sure complicates things." Dawn nodded her head and said, "Sorry Padmé for the failed peace talks. My husband knew this would end up like it."
"Please Gunray, we had a deal!" Farr said to the Viceroy. Gunray looked and said, "I will send more droids to make sure she is caught. Until then you are not getting your supplies." he then ended the transmission. Farr was upset and shouted, "Padmé! You must understand I did not have a choice!" Padmé simply shouted back, "There's always a choice! To live in fear is no life at all!" Dawn saw more Droids and she said, "We have to move your highness!" Padmé agreed and ran but dropped her communicator in the process."
Back at the ship, Jar Jar and 3P0 were looking out at the swamp lands as the local swamp life made noises that 3P0 could translate and he said, "How rude! I'm afraid the local swamp life doesn't have a very high opinion of us." Jar Jar asked, "Whaten dey speaking?" but 3P0 said, "I couldn't possibly repeat it." Jar Jar then said that the Swamp dwellers were just like him and that he would convince them of their good fellowship. As he ran over, 3P0 said, "Do be careful Jar Jar, I don't think they're quite like your friends on Naboo." That was when there was a low Guttural noise, to which Jar Jar replied with his own noises. There were more low Guttural noises and Jar Jar said, "Messa make contact."
"Oh dear." was all 3P0 said as Jar Jar made more noises and danced around. Then more low Guttural noises were his response followed by fruit being thrown. Jar Jar ducked, but one fruit struck 3P0's face before he said, "I don't think that requires Translation." more low Guttural noises as Jar Jar ran over to 3P0 to wipe off the juices and said to the protocol Droid, "Thisen is a different swamp altogether. Sorry" that was when the doors to the hangar opened and battle droids walked through, making 3P0 say, "Oh, my stars. Battle droids."
"Weesa in trouble now," said Jar Jar before a LAAT Gunship came through and blasted the Droids. When the gunship landed, clones from the 898th jumped out with John too. 3P0 walked over and said, "Oh thank goodness the Republic is here." John looked and saw 3P0 and said, "3P0? Where are my wife and the senator?" 3P0 told John that they went to see Padme's friend. John nodded his head and said, "Clones, with me!" The clones nodded their heads and followed their general as John thought back to what he found out.
After an encounter with the local Pirates, John had prisoners and he got them talking. One pirate said, "Ok ok! So this guy paid us to attack Rodia's transports. He paid very well too." John got suspicious and showed them a hologram of Nute Gunray and the pirate nodded his head and said that he paid them. John was speechless, which meant that Padmé and Dawn were heading into a trap, but he could set one up for the Viceroy too. Back on Rodia, Dawn and Padmé were still running from Battledroids when Farr and other battledroids cornered the two of them.
"Please uncle, you can stop this madness." Padmé pleaded to Farr. but he looked down as the battle droids took their blasters away and were taken prisoner and then to the tower as Farr contacted Gunray again and told him that he had Padmé and Dawn. Gunray smiled and said he would be there shortly. Farr nodded his head and ended the transmission right before John and the clones arrived and disabled the droids. Walking up to Dawn, John hugged her tightly as the clones aimed their blasters at Farr.
"Stand down troopers!" John said as he walked over to Farr. Bowing to the Rodian, John said, "Senator Farr. I know what you had to do for your people. Rest assured I am here with supplies for your people. On behalf of the Republic." Farr sighed and said, "Thank you master Jedi for not having your men kill me… Padmé can you ever forgive me for betraying you?" Padmé smiled and said, "Of course Uncle. But the republic should be asking you for forgiveness, we failed Rodia. But rest assured something like this will not happen again." John smiled when he received a transmission that the prototype of their ships was ready.
"Good, have it ready for when the Viceroy arrives in his ship. He will be captured today." John said to Ash. Padmé looked at John and said, "So who was the clone you had snuck aboard my ship?" John chuckled and said, "the best sniper in my legion. I figured something might happen and I was not going to let my wife and the wife of Anakin become bargaining chips again." Padmé smiled and nodded her head. In space, Viceroy Nute Gunray was in his ship as it exited Hyperspace in Rodia's space.
"Prepare a shuttle, I will go down to the surface." gunray said as he left the bridge. Just then, three venators jumped in and opened fire. Rocking the ship and taking out the main engines and batteries. Nute Gunray was shocked as another ship jumped in. it turned and revealed a mega Ion Cannon already powering up and when he got into the shuttle and flew out of the hangar, the new ship fired the main cannon and it struck the Munificent-class star frigate, shutting all the droids on board down while one Venator caught Nute Gunray's shuttle in a tractor beam before he could escape. Meeting him on board the Venator was John with Farr, Padmé, Dawn, Ash, and Clones. When Nute Gunray walked out, he swore Farr would pay for the treachery as he was taken to the Tranquility where Jedi Masters Luminara Unduli and May Kirtman were waiting for him with Senate commandos and Ahsoka Tano after she came back from rescuing R2.
On the Republic frigate Marill, Jedi Masters Luminara Unduli and May Kirtman along with Anakin's Padawan Ahsoka Tano and several Clones under command of Clone Commander CC-1004 "Gree" and Clone commander Grounder. As the clones kept an eye on the viceroy, Master Luminara walked to the cockpit and asked the pilot, "May have we made contact with the cruiser?" May looked at her and said, "Yes master Unduli, patching through now." She then patched the cruiser's bridge and three senate commandos appeared as Master Luminara said, "Jedi Cruiser Tranquility, this is General Luminara Unduli requesting permission to land." the middle Senate commando said, "you are cleared, general. We await your prisoner's arrival." Luminara replied, "Thank you, Captain Argyus. I look forward to delivering him to you."
In the back, Nute Gunray tried to bribe the clones into letting him go, but Grounder said, "zip it Viceroy." before Gree put his hand up and said, "that is a very tempting officer, viceroy. In the meantime, I have a gift for you." as he pulled out a pair of cuffs for the Viceroy, making Grounder smirk. Ahsoka walked to the masters and said, "Finally, it's been such a boring trip." May looked at her and said, "Girl you don't know the half of it." before she docked the ship into the Tranquility's lower hanger.
On the Tranquility, Luminara, May, Ahsoka, Gree, Grounder, and Gunray walked as Nute Gunray said, "This is an outrageous miscarriage of justice. I demand my litigator." May looked at him and said, "and I demand you keep quiet, but we can't both get what we want now can we?" Luminara shot May an eyebrow raise and May sensed she was looking at her before looking back forward before Luminara said, "I sense much of your master's spirit inside you Master may." May blushed as Captain Argyus and 4 other senate commandos as Captain Argyus said, "Greetings Generals. We have the brig all ready for this traitor."
"Very good, Captain. Commander Gree, let's get underway." Luminara said to her clone commander, who replied, "yes sir, LET'S MOVE!" and he got Nute Gunray moving with the senate commandos as Ahoska said, "Senate Commandos? How does a money-grubbing Worm like Gunray rate all this security? He doesn't look that dangerous" May answered by saying, "don't let your overconfidence give Gunray another advantage Ahsoka. He's a slippery one." Luminara nodded her head and said, "Indeed Master May. Even Now Ahsoka, his allies may be conspiring against us."
"Indeed as well Master Unduli. We must be aware of all our surroundings. My master taught me that lesson very much." May said as the Jedi walked along the halls. Ahsoka looked at May and asked, "So tell me, what was he like when he was younger." May looked at Ahsoka and asked, "Who, my master?" Ahsoka nodded and May said, "well believe it or not… but before the Poké Republic was founded, we had a different war to win. It was against a group that took over the seven core regions. My master back then even before that… he and I… used to date."
Ashoka's jaw dropped as Luminara looked at May and said, "I see, but mind my asking what happened?" May told them, "Simply put, we could barely hang out outside of school so we broke up. From there he got with his current wife, helped liberate the core regions and then the world from evil oppressors." Luminara smiled and said, "It seems he cares a lot about the safety of his friends and doing what's right." May nodded her head and said, "yeah… he sure does."
Later, in the brig, May and Ashoka watch as Luminara did her best to interrogate the viceroy. She said his thoughts betrayed him, he was concerned for all the wealth and power he had been given by the war, but he said, "I have no idea what you are talking about." May slammed a hand on the table and said, "QUIT STALLING!" that scared the Viceroy as Luminara pulled May back before continuing, "you hide a great many things: the names of your secret allies, the locations of their bases." Gunray tried to say he was an innocent Pawn in all of this. Scoffing, Luminara said, "If you are merely a pawn, then who are you protecting?"
"No one. I… I know nothing." Nute Gunray. That was when AHSOKA slammed her hand on the table and called gunray a liar before pulling out her lightsaber and said, "I'm tired of all this whining! Tell us what we want to know right now, or I will gut you like a Rokarian dirt fish." that made Bunray fall out of his seat. May pulled Ahsoka back as Luminara said that terror was not a tool the Jedi Used. But Ahsoka said, "I wasn't serious. But the only way he'll talk is if he's scared enough." That was when Nute Gunray fixed his hat and said, "Perhaps I was too hasty… let us negotiate." the Jedi looked at each other when a explosion rocked the ship as Luminara looked at Gree as he asked, "Captain, status report?!"
"Droid fighters, incoming. They've brought boarding ships." the captain said to Gree. Gree then told Green company to prepare to repel the enemy as Grounder said, "Ground Pounders, ready the big guns!" After a while, the boarding ships smashed into the venator's hangar bay while Green company and the Ground Pounders moved to stop them. When the boarding ships opened, out came super battle droids and they marched towards the clones who were putting up a stiff resistance to them but were slowly being withered down as Green Leader said, "Green Leader to commander Gree. Super Battledroids have breached our hull." after pretending to be dead, he added, "They're heading to the detention level. We need reinforcements." before he got shot and died for real.
"Commander, I'll need your assistance." Luminara said to Commander Gree as Ahsoka was going to join her but Luminara told her to stay with May and Captain Argyus, she was to guard the viceroy. Ahsoka tried to argue it, but she didn't and obeyed her command. As Gunray began to gloat to Ahsoka about how the droids were here to rescue him.
"Rescue you? [scoffs] maybe they're here to make sure you won't talk." Said Ahsoka to the Viceroy, who gulped. Back in the hangar, Asaji Ventress hopped down from the boarding ship she was in and crept around until she saw a clone trying to get up and saw her. She ignited her red blade and ran towards the clone. He tried to warn his brothers while blasting her but she sliced his head off before he could finish warning the other clones. She then took the clone's comms unit as the clones began to lock down areas to keep the viceroy from escaping.
Soon enough, Luminara and the clones took down the last of the Super Battledroids as gree said, "looks like that's the last of them general." but Luminara said, "Yes, but I fear our troubles are far from over." In the Detention level, Ahsoka looked at Nute Gunray and said, "Sounds like your rescue didn't work after all." Gunray sighed and said, "I am ready to discuss our bargain again." May smiled but began to sense evil nearby as Captain Argyus called Ahsoka up to him and he told her, "I just got the all clear. The enemy has been repelled."
"I don't think so, Captain Argyus." May said as two red blades appeared in the ceiling, cutting a hole in it and Asaji Ventress dropped through it, knocking out the two guards in the one area as Ahsoka and May got to the hallway connecting the rooms. Ahsoka then said, "if it ain't the Hairless Harpy." and Asaji retorted, "If it isn't Skywalker's Filthy, Obnoxious little pet." May looked at Ashoka and asked, "you two know each other?" Ahsoka said, "not answering that. Tell you what Ventress, I'll give you a merciful death." Asaji responded by activating her lightsabers. The three began to duel as Luminara sensed Ventress and ran with the clones to help keep Gunray locked up.
Captain Argyus had the other two Senate commandos join him as Ashoka and May kept blocking the sith assassin's strikes until Ahsoka shouted, "Shoot her!" and they ducked, which allowed Captain Argyus and the commandos to open fire. But Asaji deflected the shots back, killing the two commandos and hitting Captain Argyus in his arm. Ventress then force choked him and knocked him out as she resumed dueling Ahsoka and May. As they fought, Ventress got gunray out of his cell and Ahsoka in it. May locked blades with Ventress until Luminara arrived with the clones. May force pushed the button on the cell, allowing Ahsoka to come out and Luminara had her blade ignited as she said, "Surrender assassin."
Ventress smiled, retracted her lightsaber blades and put them on her belt before placing her hands in the air, shocking Gunray. But Ventress smirked as the ship rocked violently and that gave her a chance to escape down the elevator shaft. Right as Ahsoka was going to go after her, Luminara pulled her back as the elevator came down and Ahsoka thanked the Jedi master. Captain Argyus said that everything was going haywire, elevators, Propulsion, Etc. she crippled the entire ship. May said, "That former Padawan has talent. I'll give her that." they all looked at her as Luminara asked, "That assassin was a Jedi?"
"No, just a padawan, until her master was killed." May said before Luminara said, "Well I am not afraid of her. I will face her alone. I am more than Capable of dealing with a lone assassin armed with undisciplined fighting skills." When Ashoka tried to argue, Luminara cut her off and said, "Stay here and keep a clear head." before she hopped down the shaft and into a hallway with clones and battledroids on the floor as she began to give chase. In the detention center, Ahsoka paced around as Gree, May, Grounder, and Captain Argyus looked at her as she said, "Luminara Unduli may be a Jedi Master, but she has no idea what that bog witch is capable of. No idea."
In the damaged engine room, Luminara walked along a gangway before Ventress dropped down and tried to kill her. They traded blows with their lightsabers, until Asaji pulled a dirty trick by cutting open a steam pipe and hot steam was shot into Luminara's face, making her scream and jump backward. Ventress smiled and charged forward. Ahsoka said that she couldn't let Master Undui face Ventress alone. That was when she asked Captain Argyus if it would be better if she and Luminara faced her together, and he told Ahsoka, "Sometimes, being a good soldier means doing what you think is right. That's why we're superior to droids."
Back in the engine room, Master Unduli and Asaji Ventress kept dueling as Ventress hopped around the Mirialan Jedi Master as she rubbed the eye that got the steam directly as Ventress said, "Do you think you'll still be able to call on the Force after I separated your head from your body?" Luminara rubbed her eye more as she said, "Even with my vision clouded, I recognized the fighting style of Count Dooku." That made Ventress smile, but soon Luminara said, "Your version is unrefined, Amateurish, sloppy." which angered Ventress and she screamed as she dueled with Luminata more.
"I can't disobey a direct order and leave my post, can I?" Ahsoka asked the group. Gree and Grounder said that they wouldn't. Captain Argyus then said, "Don't worry. We've got this under control, Master Jedi. You two should both go and assist her. Your friend won't be going anywhere." Then Nute Gunray said, "All I know is I never risk my own skin if I don't have to." Ahsoka, May and Captain Argyus all looked at him which made him ask, "what?" and May answered, "No one asked you, slime ball." Ahsoka looked at Captain Argyus and said, "Watch him closely." May agreed and as they ran, she came in over Grounder's helmet comm and told him something.
"Call us if you need help sir." Gree said to the jedi as they ran to join Luminara. Meanwhile, Luminara kept dueling Ventress after her eye healed until she got kicked off the platform they were on and her leg got pinned after Ventress sliced some pipes off and they came down on her. Walking up to Luminara, Ventress said, "Now you fall, as all Jedi must." but that was when Ahsoka and May ran in and May shouted, "VENTRESS!" The Sith assassin and Jedi Master looked as May ran up to them and said, "I know of your past. About why you hate the Jedi so much." Ventress snarled and said, "then you know why you must die!" Ventress then charged as May pulled out her lightsabers and blocked her while forcing the sith assassin backwards, allowing Ahsoka to help Luminara to her feet.
"I know, I know. You told us to stay." Ahsoka said as she handed Luminara her lightsaber, and Luminara replied, "Well as long as you two are here." that made Ahsoka smile as May dueled Ventress more. May kept talking while dueling the Sith assassin and she said, "Would Narec be happy his padawan fights for the side he swore to defeat?" Ventress blocked a blow while saying, "HE KILLED MY SLAVE MASTER!" Then May head butted her woman as she said, "that's right, you were a slave. He freed you from that life and tried to give you a brighter path."
"The Jedi abandoned us on Rattatak. My Master was killed there because of them!" Asaji shouted as they traded more blows. But May said, "I saw the hologram Ventress, it looked like no one could have survived. The comms were down and he chose to help the people, he helped you and showed you training. You two were heroes to the people of Rattatak. Weequay Pirates killed your master. That was what set you down this dark path. A Path you can walk away from." Asaji Growled and pushed May towards Ahsoka and Luminara. Trying to kill May, Ventress swung down but was blocked by Ahsoka and Luminara. After that she made her escape.
"We have to find her, we can't let her get to Gunray." Luminara said as the three Jedi jumped up to look for her. Meanwhile, she smirked and using the stolen comm unit she had pressed a button and it began flashing red. In the Detention center, Captain Argyus got a green blinking light on his comms and one senate commando asked while Grounder Readied his blaster, "What's that, Captain?" Captain Argyus simply replied, "Oh, nothing to worry about." before blasting the Senate commando that asked him that followed by the second one.
"What are you doing?" Gree asked Captain Argyus who instantly opened fire at him and Grounder. The clones took cover while Captain Argyus freed gunray from the cell and took him hostage as a personal shield while Gree and Grounder fired at Captain Argyus while not trying to hit Gunray while the traitor said, "Oh, do shut up. Count Dooku is paying me a fortune to deliver your slimy carcass, so please try to stay alive." Grounder fired more to make Captain Argyus move to his left a bit.
"How much did he pay you, Captain Argyus?" Grounder asked the traitor, who took shots at him. He then said, "a fortune. What, do you want some of it too?" but Grounder said, "No, but General Bertand's willing to double it if you act as a double Agent for us. You just have to let Gunray be delivered to Coruscant." but Captain Argyus simply tried to kill him as he said, "Sorry clone, but I'm not gonna fall for it. No Jedi has that much money." Grounder looked at Gree and they nodded their heads and Grounder covered Gree as he called Luminara, which he said, "General Unduli we've been betrayed. Argyus has freed Gunray."
Grounder then shouted at Captain Argyus, "Stop! This is your last warning!" Gunray pleaded with them not to shoot and said how he was an innocent pawn. Captain Argyus simply said, "they won't shoot, they don't want to damage their prize." Grounder shoot Captain Argyus's blaster out of his hand as Gree said, "It's over. Stand down Captain." Captain Argyus simply said, "Come and get me." As the clones moved closer, Argyus pushed gunray into Gree before he kicked Grounder's blaster out of his hands and his helmet off him.
The clone and traitor stared each other down and walked in a circle while Gree held Gunray. Gree asked Argyus, "Why'd you do it Argyus?" He chuckled and said, "Clones like you would never understand. I wanted a life with more than empty servitude." Then Grounder said, "And for that, you'd betray the Republic?" Argyus simply replied, "Like I told the Padawan, Sometimes, being a good soldier means doing what you think is right." Gree then said, "It's over though, we have…" was what Gree said before he got shot with a stun round from Grounder.
"That was unexpected." Argyus said while looking at Grounder. Grounder then looked at him and said, "Don't take it I'm gonna join you Argyus. You're a traitor in my eyes. I'm following orders from my generals. Take Gunray to the Frigate we used to get here and take Ventress with you." Argyus looked at Gunray before looking back at Grounder and asked, "Why?" Grounder simply said, "Like you said, Argyus. Sometimes, being a good soldier means doing what you think is right. But being a good soldier for me is following the orders from my Jedi General." Grounder looked at Gunray and told him, "I'm gonna need you to hit me on my head." Argyus said, "Allow me." and knocked Grounder out.
When gree woke up, he saw the Jedi generals and Grounder was on the ground. Gree stood up and asked, "What happened?" Ahsoka walked over to him and said, "they got away." Gree looked at grounder and asked if he would make it. May stood up and said, "He only got a concussion is all." Later, Ahsoka, Luminara, and May were talking to Anakin, Master Yoda, and John. They told them what happened and Ahsoka said, "I'm sorry that despicable wealth-worm Gunray got away."
"It's okay, Snips." Anakin told his young Padawan. He then added, "I know you did your best." That was when John added, "Indeed. I wish I could have been there to assist. But orders are orders. May I want your legion back here soon." May nodded her head as Master Yoda said, "Troubling is the treachery of the Senate guard, Captain Argyus. Revealed all around us, our enemies are." That was when Luminara said, "I'm not sure all is lost. Gunray and his accomplices stole a Republic Ship to make their getaway." That made John say, "So it can be tracked,"
"Indeed." replied Luminara. Then Yoda said, "A coward Viceroy Gunray is, but powerful allies he has. Swiftly we must move if we are to recapture him" John looked at the old master and said, "indeed master Yoda." That was when Luminara said, "Master Fisto's fleet was near Gunray's Position. I've already contacted him to follow the signal." Anakin told Ahsoka that he would meet her at the Rendezvous point and she replied, "Yes Master." Then the Transmission ended before Ahsoka said, "Master Luminara, I guess this is goodbye for now." Luminara simply replied, "I owe you both my life, Ashoka, May." She then walked onto the main bridge as Ahsoka said, "Protecting a Jedi Master is the role of the Padawan." that was when May said, "and Teaching is usually the role of the master."
"Indeed master May." Luminara said with a smile. She then said, "Master Skywalker and Master Bertrand should be proud." Ahsoka and May bowed to Master Luminara as the Venator went off to the next mission. Meanwhile, John was asked by Obi-wan, "The ship you showed to capture Gunray. What was it?" John told Obi-wan, "the Malevolence was scrapped and made into two smaller ships with the Ion Cannons as the main weapon. I named them after two legendaries in my world, the Zapdos, and Raikou." Obi-wan nodded his head and said, "I see, and what of the droids on the Munificent he arrived at Rodia?
