AN: This is a drabble I wrote for a friend on Tumblr who had an adorable headcannon that Minnie was a cuddle bug as much as Mickey was, and they had put in the tags that they wanted a drabble of it so I stepped up to the plate. Enjoy! ^.^
It was movie night, so Mickey and Minnie were watching something as they sat on the couch. They just popped the movie in and hit play, so at the moment they were in a standard sitting position on the couch. Minnie said it had been a long day at the Bowtique, so Mickey was keeping a respectable distance for now.
Then sometime during the movie's prologue, he felt Minnie's hand slip into his. Now his attention was completely on her movements despite keeping his eyes on the screen, pretending to not have noticed anything. As time went on he felt her snake both of her arms around his arm, and lean her head on his shoulder.
With tongue in cheek, he debated whether or not to silently tease her a little. Deciding to go for it, he leaned on the arm rest, holding his head in his left hand, feigning boredom. In response to his movements, he heard Minnie make a small grunt of what sounded like annoyance. Then she made her own movements, as she maneuvered his arm to wrap it around her and moved herself in closer, laying her head on his side and wrapped her arms around him completely.
Mickey let out a sigh as now he wasn't all that comfy with their positioning. Where his arm around her was and where her head was as he himself leaned on the armrest just felt awkward. So he relented and turned his upper body towards her so she could lay her head on his chest, while he now used his left arm to scoop her up just enough so he could swing his legs onto the couch and under her, making her side saddle his thighs. Minnie then leaned back to reach a pillow, and Mickey leaned up so she could place it between his back and the armrest.
Now he was comfy, and so was she it seemed, as he felt her snuggle further onto his chest, nearly reaching the crook of his neck as she sighed contently at the new position. Mickey couldn't help but let out a small chuckle and promptly kissed the top of her head. Minnie then turned to look at him with a bemused grin. Mickey looked back at her with a bashful yet cheeky looking grin with his eyes practically saying, 'you started it, I just merely went along with it.'
Minnie then moved her arms from around his torso to up and around his neck, and leaned up to kiss him. Of course once lip locked, neither had the intention of letting go as they breathed through their noses whenever it necessary. The movie was long since forgotten about.
