"With the shocking defeat of the Riddler, Harley was relived that she as well the others were able to take him down. Due to the fact that Enigma had his own mutant, which was able to take down both Bebop and Rocksteady with little resistance. Right now she was glad that he was out of the picture, or sort to speak that he was now their prisoner of war. Meaning that King Shark along of Sy, hooked him up into his own hamster wheel in the mall. Which generated electricity throughout the compound of the building, which was good since now they could work on the next villain they were going to take down. Which was Mr. Freeze, the same ice villain that froze both her along with the mutants. As well took up the cold part of Gotham as well made it into his own snow globe fortress. It was the only place where he could rule, along be at peace with no distractions. Which wasn't going to stand by since Harley wanted to pay him a personal visit. That included a lot of explosives, some sharp weapons as well the desire to crack open his suit and make him suffer for what he did."
Mr. Freeze Territory
Across the side of Gotham City was somewhat of a winter war zone, every building around them was covered in ice as well of becoming a large glaciers. Through the possible months of working on this district of Gotham, Freeze was able to make this part of the city was his. Right outside of the territory was Harley and the crew, who had a stock pile of weapons that had enough fire power to blow up a building. They had that of some snow clothing that could help them threw this extreme freezing.
"You know, I never appreciate the time we spend together. Nothing says 'team bonding' like blowing up someone's place."
Smiling to her friends as she placed some thermal charges near the ice, taking a step back they all saw how the explosives went up into flames making them all cover their eyes. Though thinking they might have made a whole into the ice structure, it did nothing but leave a black spot. This got her upset as Clayface was roasting it with a flamethrower, along making a good spot as he had a plan.
"When mindless violence doesn't work, we need a fully thought out violence. Such as Matador running!"
Exclaiming rather proudly along of pointing at a spot where it might have been possibly to make a crack, Harley and the others looked at Bebop and Rocksteady. Who ever ready to charge, the warthog held his friend's head as well was ready to ram it.
"Ramming speed!"
Bebop shouted as the two muscle mutants ran towards right towards where Clayface had burned, with the momentum they were building up it was bound to crack open a doorway for them. However, right as both the warthog and rhino classed right into the ice. The two fell right onto the ground both getting the same black and blues, along of feeling like they ran right into a armored vault.
"I think I twisted my horn, damn it."
The rhino sounding rather scared as he looked at his horn, even with Clayface burning the ice it didn't break. She merely grunts as she proceeds to kick it out of frustration, while on the side of Poison Ivy who was right now reading some news about Gotham city's new 'sights'. As well King Shark, who was right now shuttering at how cold it was that they were here in the middle of a frozen wasteland.
"Harley? Maybe we should focus on Bane and Two Face? Where I don't end up as a frozen fish stick? Cause this cycle of violence is real for you."
Asking Harley since she wanted to come here first after taking down Riddler, the clown woman slowly sighs as well getting her composure back as well looks at her crew.
"Yes, but you guys are missing out the small teenie weeny idea of that. He froze me and two zoo animals in a block of fucking ice! As well displayed us in front of a bunch of drunk bastards! So, it seems fair. That we pay Freeze a warm heart killing, right boys?"
Turning to both Bebop and Rocksteady, as the two mutants were right now taking out there anger on the frozen wall. Harley just love that in them, always ready to smash everything and be themselves. As this was happening, Enchantress was right now keeping herself warm along raising her hand to Harley which got her attention.
"I must agree with the shark, I could melt our way in. Though the ice has been harden with a much more degree of permafrost. So it would take days, the best way to destroy this type of ice would be with that of a enhanced flamethrower."
The witch summarizing that the ice would be impossible to take down, even with her magic. This made Harley even more upset as well that it seemed impossible to get Freeze now. Though, Ivy looked in her newspaper to notice something. After the death of the Penguin, his customization umbrella's were taken from the iceberg lounge as well along any of his belongings.
"Hey, sorry to interrupt the cliché shit of the inevitability of getting your revenge Harley, but. I have the answer."
Telling her friend as Harley rushed over to check it out, looking in the articles she saw that of who was behind this robbery. It was a scrawny male by the name of 'Dr. Trap', a metal jawed villain who was known for setting up the most devilish as well horrendous of traps for masterminds. Along of testing them out on skilled thieves, he was located in the Gotham natural museum of history as well had a new exhibit, Firefly's flamethrower.
"Harley? Shall we continue this display of aggression on Mr. Freeze? It appears your friends are almost about to pass out."
Clayface issuing that both mutants, although with their powerful like strength and mutant ferocity. Even this indestructible ice structure was impossible to break, both Bebop and Rocksteady were on the ground huffing and puffing from how much this ice was wearing them out.
"We're getting our ass's kicked by ice. What kind of bullshit is that? I can pierce my horn through rock and one time metal. So how can't I get through this?"
The rhino complained as he got up shaking his head along Bebop, who was dusting the snow off his jacket as well jeans. Merely got frustrated as they were going grab some rocket launchers and blow up the ice. However, Harley whistles to them to not use up the ammo as the two looked at her.
"Come on boys, we got someone else to use this stuff on if we want to get to Freeze."
Pointing at the paper as both mutants rushed over to check out the metal mouth villain, the two follow her along with the crew as they were going to meet Dr. Trap at the museum. However with how much she was bringing along, it was possibly a good time to think logical.
"I think we should split up, me and Ivy will head to the museum and get the flamethrower. You guys head back to the mall and keep a eye on Riddler, kind of a bad idea to let Frank and Sy watch them."
Thinking of how a old man and a potted plant was a bad decision to make, along of that this may needed stealth. While the others agreed seeing how they wanted to get some warmth, as well possibly go somewhere that was warm. Both Bebop and Rocksteady looked a bit sad as well didn't want to leave Harley and Ivy.
"But boss, we can help. Me and Rock are good at stealing stuff, no matter how tough the security is."
Bebop Sounding rather wanting to get some action, including that of Rocksteady as the two mutants could do a heist. Harley looked at them as if they were football players waiting to get in the game, though she couldn't let them get caught by Trap. Or rather mess up on her plan to get a flamethrower, patting their heads like if they were her brothers. Her rather big, dumb, as well animal brothers.
"I know, as well love how you two are ready to wreck shit. But I don't want you two to ruin it OK? If you like, you can mess with Riddler. I promise you can join me when we get vengeance on Freeze, pinkie promise."
Being a bit hurtful as well telling the truth that they might botch this, both mutants looked a bit sad. Though still accepted it since she was their boss, the crew saw how Harley was trying to not hurt their feelings as they soon went into the truck that they use to get the weapons. Ivy, saw how Harley looked a bit upset at how she placed her two power houses on the bench.
"That, was a bit mature of you to do that."
"Yeah, still shitty. Cause those two are my muscle to match my brains, but I can't risk them getting in the way. Besides, I do come through for my friends right?"
Telling Ivy as well showing a smile, but this made her give her friend a look seeing that although it was right to put Bebop and Rock onto the side. The matter was that Harley had a long way to make amends to her friends, seeing how she has a lot of making up to do for each of them. Especially to King Shark, which she already did so when she stole him several new Wayne laptops.
Harley's Mall
It's been about two hours since Harley left her friends to look over the Riddler as they were heading to the museum to get a flamethrower that belonged to the infamous Firefly. Both Bebop and Rocksteady, the mutant duo were right now looking over the prisoner Riddler. As well of playing with both Bud and Lou, seeing how the two hyena's loved chewing on the rhino's thick skin.
"Come on guys, my skin is just warming up."
Joking around with the hyena's as the rhino found it amusing for them to chew on him like if he was a chew toy, though for Bebop. Was right now having some wings that they were able to steal from a store. Along torturing Riddler by shocking him a bit, soon enough he groans thinking about what Harley said. 'Ruin', that's what he and Rock has been doing since they started to work together, along of how no matter what they always ended up being punished or possibly got in trouble.
"I just can't take it. We can do the job as well without screwing up. Look at how much we've done! Destroyed a city, got a kick ass mall as well got so much stuff that our old selves would only drool to get."
The warthog pointing out that since they came here, the two mutant's lives had changed dramatically in a big way. Rock, looked at his friend seeing how it was troubling to accept that Harley placed them on the side.
"Don't take it that bad buddy, we're just sitting back till the good stuff happens. Remember how we always got first dibs on assignments from Shredder, then we get our ass's handed to us by turtles, humans as well a old rat?"
Listing the people who kicked their mutant butts in New York, along how they were always head first whatever they got called on. Along of that they never had a break, the warthog nodded as it was true. But they'd been on ice for about two months, and so far the warthog was itching to tear things up. As well leave nothing behind, as well breaking some bones for the boss and crew.
"Just relax, all we got to do is wait for Harley and Ivy to get the flamethrower. We bust some heads, get the city and we're in a mutant size Jacuzzi with women and free internet."
The rhino explaining that this was the most easiest job they had ever gotten, including that all they needed to do was wait. Which Bebop, took a moment to realize that his rhino friend was right. They just needed to wait for Harley to come with the gun, so they could hope on with her to take on the rest of the Injustice League. Though the moment between friends soon got ruin by a laughter, which came from Riddler. Who was on the hamster wheel continuing to run to not get electrocuted.
"You believe that Quinn will use you after this? The fact of the matter is, the two of you are muscles. Brawn with no leader, I bet you two couldn't follow your own footsteps to your own zoo.."
Before Riddler could continue to taunt them, Bebop electrocutes him with a press of a button making the human shut up. Bebop was the only one that could talk crap at Rocksteady as well the other way around, no one else. But it made Bebop think, sure they were muscle but they could also be brains as well.
"Well if you haven't shit bird, Harley gave us orders to watch you. Along permission to beat you up if you try any of your smart crap."
Pointing that out along smirking at him, which Riddler merely glared at him while he still ran. Though the human clearly chuckled at the warthog's frustration trying to ignore he was just muscle.
"Who knows, if Harley along with the others die. I could possibly extract your blood to see what makes you freaks, make it into my own venom serum.."
Continuing to prattle on, Rocksteady merely grabs the device and shocks the human seeing him twitch like crazy. Bebop smiled at how Rock had his back, along thinking of something in his mutant head. Rock, tapping on his warthog friend's shoulder merely snorts a bit.
"Maybe we can get the gun, as well possibly more weapons. We just need to act sly, stealthy and cunning. I think we can do it buddy."
Rocksteady smiled as Bebop saw how his friend thought that doing this could show Harley as well the others they had intelligence then just muscle. Though they were going need someone to look over Riddler if they were going to prove to Harley and the others they could look over Riddler. They look to see if the hyena's could do it, though soon enough they saw June. Who looked at the two as well possibly heard about their plan.
"If possible, I could watch Edward. I want to do something then just seat on the side lines."
Giving them permission to go off to help Harley get the gun, they both smiled as they rushed out to get the flamethrower. As soon the two rushed away, the girl looked at how Riddler continued to run, as well still wasn't afraid of her as he smirked to her.
"Sure, leave the girl to look over me. I'd say it's a improvement, but I doubt someone with a low IQ could keep a eye on me."
Explaining to her that June was little in intellect to keep him contain, she nodded as June walked over to place some ear plugs into the hyena's ears. Along handing them some food for them, she grabbed that Bebop's boombox as well grabbed out a small cassette tape. It was labeled 'Ricky' as she soon rewinds it.
"If you believe that music will make me suffer, then your just giving me more genius idea's to break out of here."
Claiming that the music she play would merely be to his advantage, June nodded. As well placed on some sound proof headphones as she seats by both Bud and Lou, She soon plays the boom box as the device played the song 'Never going give you up'. As soon the man heard it, he merely tried to ignore the rather loud and obnoxious song. Though he noticed something, June could restart it again without getting tired.
"I may not be scary like the others, or demented like Enchantress. But I do know how to make someone shut up."
Smiling at Riddler as the man soon covered his ears trying to not listen to song, as well June looked to the side seeing her reflection of Enchantress. Who gave her a thumbs up for clever idea, June merely cuddled with the hyena's while making the question theme suffer for the crimes he had done to the students at the university.
Gotham Museum of Natural History-Night time
It was night time when Harley and Ivy had come into Dr. Trap's museum, especially that they had to pick up someone just for the ride. Selina Kyle, also known as Catwoman the infamous burglar who was a long time enemy as well lover of Batman. Apparently she and Ivy had worked together on a heist, as well of causing quite of a commotion. Right now in the lobby, was both Ivy and Catwoman who were right now looking around for the possible flamethrower that Harley asked for.
"So I have to ask, why exactly work for a crew? Is it to get pass possible hard challenges like this? Come on, you and I know that you could tear apart this place with your plants."
Talking about how Ivy, who was once a loner along of being dependent on her own was working with a group of misfits. The two women were right now in the middle of avoiding some triggered steps that could set off some spikes, Ivy herself. Thought about it as well believed it was strange, but it still welcoming all the same.
"Well yeah, sure. The people I'm working with is, bit messed up. But it has perks, I mean I get to have conversations about the news is bought by the media to make couch potatoes more stupid then ever."
Responding to Selina about how that although the crew wasn't exactly like her, they could get along as well talk a little. As she continued to talk with her, Ivy accidentally steps on a dial which caused the ground to fall. She begun to run forward to avoid collapsing on a set of spikes, as well get pierced by them. Feeling like she might fall, but stopped in midair as Selina caught her hand.
"Boohoo, I thought we we're going to have salad, but I guess I'll get some in the lobby."
Spoke that of Trap himself, the two continue to walk pass the hallway pass several other items belonging to powerful and deceased villains.
"Also that your dating a C class villain, you realize that if he marries you. Both the time of trying to protect nature as well being a eco terrorist is bye bye."
"Something with you whenever Batman is around and you go into heat?"
Thinking of something else to say which Catwoman gave her a look seeing how it was possibly she had it coming, soon enough they arrived at the flamethrower exhibit. Showing off her claws, Selina was about to make a circle that would make a hole in the glass. Harley, made it in time as well doing a cartwheel along looking excited that she made it in time.
"Sweet! Good thing I made it in time to see the flamethrower get taken."
Sounding rather glad she made it in time, though both women were curious about how Harley was able to survive the traps. This was soon answered by a manly along panicking scream coming from none other than Ivy's boyfriend, Kite man. Who was right now covered in bug bites, some arrow shots in his legs.
"Hi babe, sorry that I didn't make it."
Smiling weak like, along almost going to pass out from how much punishment he took from the traps. Ivy, rushed to him seeing if he was alright. Selina, unsheathed her claws to the glass display of the flamethrower. As well soon opens it to make a large opening for Harley to take it, as well getting some jewels around them. Ivy, was still focused on tending to Kite man's wounds, though he stopped her as he needed to say something.
"I'm ok, but. There's something I wanted to ask you, since the last time I did. It, kind of ended badly as well making me feel. Less manly."
He spoke as Ivy knew exactly what he was talking about, it had been something he wanted to try but never got to sense whenever he did. It would always not go his way, Ivy was feeling a little embarrassed as well wanted to do this somewhere else. Though he seemed determine to tell her this, while he still had the moment.
"From the moment, I met you. I considered myself, really lucky. To fact be with woman, who was both strong as well smart. To which, I don't want to lose that. Along with, trying to be as good as you. Even if my powers, are based on kites."
Admitting that she was amazing with wanting to get as strong as her, Ivy tried her best to not get embarrassed while Harley. Merely smiled excited like to see this happen for her best friend, which was strange since she wasn't a fan of him. So something must have happen, turning to Kite man he had a small dark green box. Ivy felt her heart pumping as well the anxiety of the moment was getting to her.
"Pamela, Gertrude Ivy. Will, you do me the honor. Of.."
As he slowly opened the box, the two women noticed that the ring was gone. As well making Kite man shocked as the three looked upwards seeing Catwoman, who had taken the ring and sneaked off in a hurry as well not saying goodbye.
"OK, I was right. She is a cold B."
To which she goes through the hole and pulls out the flamethrower, but in a instant right above them was that of square glass container which goes right on top of them. Along that there were several smaller ones, ready to crush them. Coming from the shadows to witness this was none other then Dr. Trap, who had that of a pale like white skin, metal jaws as well black and red line clothing.
"I have to say, I congratulate you on surviving this long. But no one can escape my top five traps, shark tank glass. Strong enough to stop a great white!"
Announcing as Harley, used her bat to try and break through the impenetrable glass. Though it did nothing but make the glass shake, as this happened. Kite man merely hits the side of the glass feeling like a idiot for thinking this might have happened.
"Great, the only time I get something done right. It gets slipped away, as well that now. We're going get squished."
Thinking that things we're going his way, but it didn't since now they were about to be crushed in a instant. Though right now during the mushing was both Harley and Ivy, who we're trying to break the glass. Though Harley, realized that she had the flamethrower. She tried to burn the glass but it did a bit as it created a that of a hole for the three of them. Taking the chance, they all quickly got out as well looked at Trap, as they were all angry at him.
"Hold on, you won. There's no need for us to interact. Your free to go."
Pleading a bit as he wasn't exactly the attacker but more of a, trapper. This made Harley chuckle as she had a good punch liner for the rather scrawny villain.
"And your free, to shut your.."
Just before she could finish her line, the wall behind him burst wide open as well crumbling from behind making the three move back as well noticing the bricks falling right on top of Trap. The dust clearing away, Harley and the others saw both none other then Bebop and Rocksteady. Who had that on several historic clothing from the museum as well arrows in their bodies. Along of having their own cases of treasures, plus a few bruise marks.
"Hey Harley, Ivy, kite guy that I don't talk to."
Rocksteady greeting them in a friendly manner as Harley, merely groaned over the fact that the two ignored her to watch over Riddler. Which made her mad as Harley walked over to them making the mutants a bit jumpy as they moved back.
"I told you two to watch Riddler! He could be out heading to the university, or possibly killing our friends or.."
Listening the possible things that he might be doing, Bebop was able to bring out his own phone as well showed her a recording. It was Riddler, who was crying in misery while June, as well her hyena's had on headphones enjoying how Enigma was suffering over this.
"Well fuck me, that was smart."
"Yeah, also boss that we met this hot dark skin cat lady. She scratched my face, but I did get something pretty from her."
Bebop responding to her complement as well showing the ring that Kite man got for Ivy, it was the same one. This made Harley surprised along the others, to which the others see as Kite man rushed over to get the ring.
He got excited and hugs the two mutants, he soon rushed over to Ivy as well tried to remember the same words he said before they were almost crushed. However, Ivy stopped him seeing that he was still hurt.
"Chuck, I'll marry you. Just don't make it a big.."
Trying to finish her sentence, he got excited and hoisted her up in the air excited as well making Ivy laugh a bit. This made Harley almost tear up a bit from seeing this, her friend getting married. As well that her two mutants, although not listening to her had somehow able to make it in time. Not to get the flamethrower, but to make sure the moment between Poison Ivy and Kite man wasn't run.
