"Gotham City, it was once a place where most criminals as well super villains ran most of the city. As well were beaten by none other then the dark knight, Batman. Though he's gone, as well with no one left to protect the city. Since he, as well the Justice League are MIA, Gotham has become a full raging war for villains to try and take control of it. Especially of the recent updates that strange creatures have begun appearing out of no where. Including of a turtle creature by the name of Slash, who was first discovered by Barbara Gordon. After she revealed the Riddler's twisted plan to generate electricity for his university. By using students he had Slash kidnap, as well taken to be forced to run on giant hamster wheels. Though when the fighting was over, Slash was left alone as well without anyone to look over. The girl saw there was a good soul underneath the spikes as well mutated like appearance, as well ready to punish the people who hurt others for their own gains. In which she wanted him to join her to help repair the city, one crime at a time. It was going be strange having a mutant turtle as a partner, but Gotham was never normal to begin with."

Gotham City-Night time

In the chaotic crime filled city, there were plenty of robberies happening all around the people. Especially in the shopping district where store owners were either being robbed, or possibly killed for money. Right now, a small gang of thugs were right now coming out of a store with money as well a few snacks along the way.

"Come on guys! We got get going!"

The driver spoke in the car as he was the getaway driver, though the others were right now enjoying the vandalizing they were doing as well of how much trouble they were making.

"Stick a cork in it! There's no cops, no superheroes and no one to stop us."

A masked robber spoke putting the money in the cars, along of enjoying himself. However the driver felt like there could still be something to be afraid of, in which it was soon answered by something flying over them casting a shadow.

"What the fuck was that?"

One of the men asked as they tried to see what cast the shadow, aiming their guns in the air they saw nothing. Along of hearing some growling from behind one of them. A masked man, turn to fire at whatever was behind him. Though it was soon ended with a three fingered being grabbing him by the face and dragging him into the shadows.

"Joey!"

The men shouted as it was down to four men. The three of them that were outside begun firing in the shadows to see whoever took their friend, in which they heard nothing. Just their bullets falling on the ground, which wasn't a good sign for them.

"It's the bar, he's come back. The fucking bat is..."

A panic goon was about to run, however was soon kicked in the face quickly as well taken into the shadows. The two men outside looked to see what hit him. As wel think that it couldn't be the Batman. He's been gone for months now, they headed into the car as well had the getaway driver punch it. Soon enough, the car was moving away from the chance of Batman being behind them. They were right now passing by burning garbage cans as well broken apartments by their side, along looking over if the dark knight was chasing them.

"I knew this was a bad idea. I should have just binge watch them go with you guys! Worst mistake I.."

The driver spoke out feeling afraid, until suddenly he soon see's a mail box coming right towards them. It smashed right onto the hood of the car as well stopping it along crashing into a light pole. The driver was passed out as well leaving the only masked men to be conscious, along the lines of noticing a pair of white eyes from the shadows looking at them from a alley.

"Shit, it is Batman."

Spoke a frighten robber as the two rushed out of the wreck car as well ran up to a fire escape. They were running upwards faster not wanting to look back, however. Just before the second robber could make it to the rooftop, his leg was snatched in a instant which made him yell. The only remaining robber looked to see his friend gone, along the fire escape looking banged up. As well of, claw marks on the stone edge.

"Your not getting me Bats, your not getting me!"

He shouted as he soon begun to run away from this menacing purser, running across rooftop to rooftop. He felt like he was getting away Scott free, however he could hear footsteps running right behind him. Remembering that he had his pistol, he soon fired at whatever was coming from behind him.

"Eat this you.."

Stopping in mid sentence, he looked up seeing not of Batman. But that of a teen girl, who had the similar bat suit only dark purple and yellow. Her bat symbol was yellow as she descended upon him with a strong kick to the face, rolling onto the ground she see's the man with a broken nose.

"I prefer, Batgirl. Kind of sticks to theme of me being both a bat and girl."

Explaining him about the difference as he quickly pulled out a knife, as well about to try and stab her. Threw fast reflexes she was able to avoid the knife attacks, along putting him in a arm hold as well throwing him to to the ground.

"Talk about your workout, that'll teach you not to steal in a city that's still in ruins."

Informing him as she noticed the man wasn't getting up, which meant his he was down for the count. As she was about to place some handcuffs on him, she noticed that of someone coming from behind her. Right near the edge, there was a whooshing sound which her eyes widen to who it was, it was Batman. The actual Batman who was standing in front of her as well giving her the same look that he gives to everyone.

"Your reaction time is slow, if I was a thug you be on the ground wounded."

Speaking serious along noticing how she displayed herself when taking down the criminal, along of knowing her surroundings. Batgirl however, merely got excited as well jumped with joy as she finally got to meet Batman face to face.

"Your him, your Batman! Your back! As well looking dark and brooding as ever. I can't believe it, as well in my own bat suit as well wearing you logo."

Batgirl sounding more of a fan girl then a vigilante, in which he could see that she wasn't ready for this type of life. To go out in the night to battle dangerous enemies, even when Gotham is screaming for help and for anyone to answer the call.

"The logo, is a symbol. As well that shouldn't be taken granted. Especially in a city that will kill anyone who wears it."

Informing her that it was more then a sign, it was to put fear in the hearts of criminals. As well a target sign for every criminal to go after whoever follows the cowl. In which, she didn't notice the masked man getting up as well about to shoot her. Though in that instant moment, he heard a growling coming from behind him. As well Batgirl, who heard it as well merely smiled at that.

"Which is why, I got back up for helping me protect the city."

Answering Batman's question as the robber, turned slowly to see whatever was growing behind him. Standing over him like a monster, it was Slash. The monster size mutant turtle, with a clean black bandanna over his eyes along his body being cleaned up. As well also holding a iron mace, he snarled at the man as well showed him his rows of teeth.

"Mask man, bad."

Talking like a beast as the man shot at his chest, though the bullets reflect off his shell chest and hit the ground. This made Slash angry, as well raised his mace up about to strike him. Though Batman, was able to fire a grapple gun at the man and knock him out from behind making the robber unconscious.

"Batman, say hello to my sharp. As well large reptile friend who's my partner in crime. Slash."

Introducing the giant turtle to him, Slash as well Batman were almost the same size. Though from the looks of the dark knight, the human could tell he was a mutant. Just like the ones he encountered when he met Harley, which spelled trouble.

"He's a mutant, a danger to the city. I've already seen the destruction two of them could make in a day. He needs to leave Gotham, now."

Sounding serious as well looking at Slash, in which the turtle growled at him as well walked over to the adult male not afraid of him.

"Slash, is not danger. I'm, a hero."

He spoke in a angered voice sounding a bit upset that the male thought he was a monster, to which he was. Batgirl, saw the tension between the two as well went in the middle to separate them.

"And you are, which is why it might be good to maybe learn from lessons from you. We want to help, and right now there no heroes in Gotham."

Looking to Batman, as he wasn't exactly in the mood to teach anyone how to be a crime fighter. Especially in this situation that had almost every villain running a muck as well destroying the city.

"No, it's to dangerous. For both of you, just stop wearing the costume and protect your family. As well the turtle, that's the only thing you can do. I'll handle it."

He spoke sounding a bit selfish that he was the only protector here, grabbing a grapple gun from his belt. He fired it off towards a taller building and grapples right towards it making a dramatic exit. Both the teen and mutant watch him leaving in the sense of being both awesome, and upsetting.

"Batman, a jerk."

Telling Batgirl seeing that he was suppose to be a hero, not someone to tell people to help others. Her however, realized this as wel knew what he met. The symbol was a target for every villain to come after. Along the lines of a threat to their business.

"He just wants us to be safe, but staying indoors isn't going solve anything. Not like right now, even if Batman thinks we're not ready. We got each other's back. Batgirl and Slash."

Explaining to her not so smart turtle friend that he was saying it because she could get hurt, though Barbara knew she could handle herself. Since she had him with her, however Slash looked upset that Batman told them to stop. In which, the cowl wearing girl pulled out her phone knowing how to cheer him up. Going to a streaming website, she hits record to where she was live.

"Hey guys, Batgirl and Slash here to say that we saw Batman. That's right, the Bat is back. As well that, oh wait he's looking down on us right now."

Checking above her as well talking to the viewers who were watching the video, as well the girl and turtle looking up seeing Batman from the building looking down upon them. As well moving away, this made her excited as well saw the hearts coming up on her phone.

"That's right, Gotham is going be saved by him. As well that with me and Slash helping out, this city is going be back to normal. Along with don't do crime, cause why Slash?"

Asking him in which Slash looked at the phone which showed his face, as he held his mace ready for action along showing a growl.

"Cause they'll be bashed."

He spoke in the camera as the people on the phone sent emojis of a turtle, along hearts for both of them as Batgirl shuts off her phone. Seeing that their job was done, both her and Slash take the beaten up goons money as well going to send it back to the shop owner.

Meanwhile for Batman, was right now groaning as he wasn't exactly at prime. Due to the fact that he had injuries involving his rips being broken, along of his legs needing to heal. It was like this due to the collapse he experienced at the joker's tower.

"You realize that she might figure out your not well master Bruce."

Spoke through his communicator as well it being a proper British man, which was Alfred. His personal butler, best friend as well servant to the Wayne family. Batman, merely nodded as he found a spot to seat down as well try to ignore the pain.

"Which is why I have to get back into the street, after you and Fox found me. I was broken, as well in a comma. Now after learning about Gotham being taken over, I have to do something."

He explained to Alfred that after his survival from the collapse, that he was left in a comma unable to do anything. As well waking up in a nightmare that he tried to avoid, as well had now left for his enemies to make this city theirs.

"That I understand, as well of how you and Batman devoted your time in protecting Gotham. I can assure you that Commissioner Gordon has a plan to get the city back into shape, which is what I advise of you."

Telling him that the city was going be saved, which Bruce found it hard to believe. Though right now he needed to rest, just for a little before he could find a way to get back into the fight. He slowly gets up and then descends to the ground, which he lands softly into his Batmoblie that was there for him. He placed it on auto pilot so he could relax, along putting on some music to try and rest up. Feeling like he needed to get in the fight, as well needed time to think about how he could do it.

Barbara Gordon's home

At the home of commissioner Gordon, was right now the man himself. Who was in charge of the GCPD, on the couch upset. Sad as well holding a pillow close, seeing how that he lost everything. From his police force, to the city, and even his wife who just couldn't stand him due to how stressed out he was with Gotham.

"I don't know how I let this happen, we should have used the tanks but oh no. Batman didn't want us, but now where we are. New Gotham, more like doom Gotham."

He spoke sounding upset that with Batman gone, there was no one left to protect Gotham. He soon heard the door open as well see's his daughter Barbara, in regular clothing as well holding some boxes of pizza.

"Hi dad, sorry I was late. Had to get some food, the only thing that was left standing was pizza."

Telling him as he quickly enough rushed to her as well hugs her, he felt afraid for her safety ever since Riddler got taken out. Especially that when the university went open, everyone rushed in to take everything in the college. Lucky both of them were able to get out, as well in one piece.

"You have to be careful, the street isn't safe for anyone. Even cops, I don't know what would happen if I wasn't there to help you."

Sounding scared for her safety, which was right. Though she could take care of herself in more ways then he could imagine, she places the boxes of pizza on the table as well gets some plates for her and him.

"Well, you should know that Batman. Just came back as well helped out Batgirl with a robbery, which means.."

Telling him rather good news, which made him almost drop his pizza as well making his eyes widen. He stood there for a mere seconds before yelling out loud in excitement as well hooting in the side.

"Hot damn! Finally he's back! And that means I can get this city back into order, as well watch my games without those bastards stealing my cable."

Listing how things might go all be good for once, including of the fact that he didn't mention Batgirl. This made Barbara a little upset since, she was actually Batgirl. Rushing over to his room, the girl could hear that of her father getting his commissioner clothing on. As well straighten his tie along making sure he looked ready to meet his friend.

"Also that Batgirl was with her, as well Slash. Maybe the three of them could help restore Gotham together?"

Seeing if he might listen, in which Gordon came out getting his pistol along a slice of pizza seeing that he needed to have a full stomach.

"Yeah, as back up. But right now Batman needs some help, which is why I'm heading to him right now to signal for him."

He spoke quickly as well gave his daughter a strong hug and kiss to the forehead before he headed out. As well showed her bat the protection tools just in case a burglar tried to bust in. Which involved mace, a taser as well a Tonga. Barbara merely smiled little, seeing how he wasn't thinking about Batgirl but more of the dark knight. Hearing the car go off, she looks at the boxes of pizza she had left.

Carrying them to the back, she headed to that of the basement where she opened it up. Carefully walking downstairs, she turned on the lights to see that of her Batgirl uniform on a mannequin. As well of a chart of Gotham City as well the sights where most of the high leveled villains were. Walking to the table right in the basement, she heard that of sniffing coming from behind her. Which was from Slash, as the large turtle noticed the boxed pizza she had.

"Easy there big guy, wait till I get it ready."

Asking him to be patient, as the large mutant merely growled in a manner of hunger seeing it's been a while. Placing the boxes right on the table, both of them begun to eat as well enjoy their slices. Looking over to Slash's corner, she saw his iron mace as well sword lying at the wall. As well several drawings he did, since he couldn't wander around the house. She offered him something creative to do, in which he accepted as well drew that of people that he knew.

"So, did you do any new drawings?"

Asking out of curiosity as well seeing if he did so, the large turtle with three slices in his mouth nodded. Finishing his food, he walked over to where he grabbed some sheets of paper. They showed of the city he was from, which was the big apple along of him with that of other turtles. Though much more color, as well smaller then him.

"Are these your friends?"

Noticing that although they were poorly drawn, they were all around him as well in that of a small home. Slash nodded slowly as well there were other pictures of them fighting off men in black suits as well one with that of blades all around his body.

"Yes, but smarter. Slash, different."

He spoke as Barbara could tell since after she got Slash here along of keeping him hidden from her dad, she did some research on mutants. Apparently they only appeared in New York, along of rumors of 'ninja turtles'. Apparently Slash might one, to which something must have happen.

"Well, do you remember how you got here? As well with the Riddler?"

Thinking there had to be a reasonable explanation on how a turtle like him could end up in the hands of Enigma, to which Slash. Merely growled at the name, like if it was a trigger as the giant spiked turtle was about lose his temper. Though the girl quickly showed him the pizza which soon calmed him down, Slash tried to think for a moment as he looked through the drawings. He found one with the man covered in blades, defeating him as well throwing him into the sewers.

"Blade man, hurt Slash. Drifted off, found riddle man."

Slash showing that whoever this man was, had defeated Slash along casting him in the sewers like if he was nothing. In which this soon led to him going through the sewer to be taken here to Gotham. Which might have been the explanation how Riddler found him, as well turned him into his own monster. She felt sorry for him since he may have looked dangerous as well acted like it when he was threaten, he had a good heart.

"Don't worry, once Gotham is back to normal. As well get everything in order, as well possibly find the Justice League. We can head to New York as well make this man pay for what he did to you, as well find your friends."

Promising that once her city was straighten up as well the heroes found, she bring Slash back home as well find out whoever hurt him. This made the large spiked turtle look curious at her, seeing if she tell the truth.

Though from how Barbara had helped as well feed him, he merely showed a razor sharp smile to her seeing that he could trust her. The touching moment soon gets interrupted by her phone going off, she checks it out as someone had posted a video of Batman visiting the docks to stop a exchange of weapons.

"Trouble?"

Slash looking at how she saw the video of Batman in a fully armored suit, it meant there was trouble. Removing her glasses, she quickly got into her bat uniform along of Slash getting some of his weapons. The two looked ready as well heading out to see where they might be heading, getting right out of the basement the two begun running towards whatever trouble Batman might be in.

Gotham city Docks

Right at the harbor was that of several men which belong to Two Face's gang, they were all right now in the middle of transporting some weapons. In which they got into some trucks about to leave, as they did so they noticed something. Right on the road was that of a large like shell with spikes, it was right in front of the truck in which the men got out to check it out.

"What the hell is this? As well how it got here?"

The two face goon asked thinking it was strange, he tried to move it but weighed a tone. The other two face goon got out with a crowbar to try and lift it, while they were distracted. Batgirl, saw her chance as well rushed to the truck in which she hijacks it. Soon enough the two men notice the car backing up, taking out their guns they try to stop it.

"Hey! It's that bat bitch!"

The man spoke out while the two didn't notice, the inside of the shell showed a pair of white eyes. Along that of a pair of arms and legs coming out. Standing right up as well coming up right behind them, was Slash as he let down a cold like growl behind their necks. Picking up their collars, the men saw Slash face to face as well him growling at them.

"No, insulting friend!"

Telling the two as he threw both of them across the street through some shop windows making them both get pass out, as well cut up at the same time. The turtle rushed over to Batgirl as she had a plan, though this was stopped by someone from behind her. Stopping the truck, she looked to see a man in a Englishman type uniform. With a large like wig, with white makeup along with a mustache.

"Pardon me my lady, but I believe you might need assistance in this matter."

Walking up to the driver window which Batgirl got surprised, that this was another hero in Gotham that came up after the League and Batman disappeared. The Macaroni, the gentleman hero. She got out of the truck looking at him as well shocked to see him.

"Your the Macaroni, talk about meeting my share of heroes. But what do you mean?"

Sounding a bit worried, in which the wigged hero showed her a video on his phone of Batman being brutally beaten by Bane. As well right now being strung up to be cooked alive by Two faces goons. This made her look concern as Slash was able to catch up to the two looking curious, along of the gentleman showing her something. Her very own custom made bat belt made for her size as well that of being yellow.

"There is a time and place for words, but for now. These men need good thrashing, don't you agree?"

Looking up to Slash as the turtle nodded while holding his iron mace, getting into the truck with Batgirl. Slash headed into the back as they were going rescue Batman from being killed. Putting it into gear, the gentleman hero soon hits the pedal as well heading back to the docks. Driving pass the gate as well looking right up ahead of them, they were witnessing Batman hoisted up near a fire badly broken along his legs as well. In which he needed help, the men noticed the truck coming towards them fast.

"Hey, isn't Mack driving the truck to Two.."

The goon got confused in which the truck soon drives the back as the back opens up, letting Slash come right out. As well rushing right towards them, the men fired upon him as the giant monster turtle let out a roar. But he didn't get effected as well smashed his weapon to the ground, this sent the men back as well making Slash charge right at them. Coming out of the driver's seat was both Batgirl and the Macaroni, both masked heroes begun knocking out the men as well seeing Batman still injured.

"My lady, go to the right side of the belt pack."

Instructed her as Batgirl did so, she instantly pulled out her very own batarang. Both thin and light like herself, she hurled the batarang right at the rope holding Batman. In which at that moment, Slash was able to catch him but accidentally hurt Batman since his bones were broken.

"Slash is hero, right?"

Smiling to the injured bat in which he placed him down, along of watching both the masked girl as well the Macaroni handling the men. Soon enough the men were taken down, as well the fight had settled down. Walking over to him, Slash kept a good hold on him as the two looked at him.

"As I said before my liege, that the city would be taken care of."

The butler spoke which at the very moment, he realize that the gentleman was Alfred. He merely remain silent as well couldn't accept the fact that they were helping him, especially that Batgirl had her own belt.

"Did, you give her a belt?"

He asked the gentleman as he nodded as Batgirl still looked excited at how she was able to save the Batman, along of pulling out her phone going to stream a video for everyone to see. Soon enough she pressed record, as well point towards the beaten two face goons.

"Hey people, whether you know it or not. Crime hasn't stop, it's growing by the day since Joker's defeat. Which is why we need to stop this, not just us masked heroes. But you, the people. Gotham is our city, and we need to protect it. All of us."

Showing of how the city needed help, along of showing a video of both Macaroni, Batman as well Slash that they were going help out. Batgirl pointed the video at all four of them as they could do much for the city, but they needed more help if they we're going get things to normal. As well that it was going to be tough, but they would get through this together.
