Note: This is gonna be the Avengers chapter, where errybody gets together and stuff. yay. thanks for reading. btw ive kinda messed with the timeline of the original story of the Avengers.

The Helicarrier was sitting in the ocean, looking like any average aircraft carrier- because aircraft carriers are so average. Anyhow, on deck, three people were meeting each other for the first time. They didn't know it yet, but they would play crucial roles in ensuring the survival of their planet.

Natasha Romanoff looked over Steve Rogers as they walked away from the jet he'd arrived in. "There was quite the buzz around here, finding you in the ice. I thought Coulson was gonna swoon. Did he ask you to sign his Captain America trading cards yet?"

Looking confused, Steve asked, "Trading cards?"

Natasha smirked. "They're vintage. He's very proud."

Steve nods absentmindedly. Spotting the third member of their party, he walks up to him and shakes his hand.

Banner looks nervous. "Oh yeah. Hi. They told me you'd be coming."

Steve nodded seriously. "Word is you can find the cube."

Looking at him, Banner asks, "Is that the only word about me?"

"Only word I care about," answers Steve.

Banner nods, in both appreciation and understanding. "Must be strange for you, all this."

Steve almost smiled. "Well, this is actually kind of familiar."

Suddenly, Natasha looked up and spoke. "Gentlemen, you may wanna step inside in a minute. It's gonna get a little hard to breath."

The Helicarrier starts shaking. Frowning confusedly, Steve wonders, "Is this a submarine?"

Banner scoffs. "Really? They want me in a submerged, pressurized container?"

Suddenly, the craft starts rising. They all see the four huge turbines spinning rapidly, bringing the Helicarrier up.

Banner smiles, looking faint. "Oh, no, this is much worse."

"We got a hit. Sixty-seven percent match. Wait, cross match, seventy- nine percent."

Coulson turned towards the Agent that had said this. "Location?"

"Stuttgart, Germany. 28, Konigstrasse. He's not exactly hiding."

Nick Fury looked at Steve. "Captain, you're up."

Steve nods and leaves.

Loki stood in front of a huge crowd of people. Arrogantly, he demands, "Kneel before me."

The crowd ignored him rushing about, trying to escape. Suddenly, illusions of Loki pop up all around them, trapping them together.

"I said, KNEEL!" Cried Loki.

The people listen, this time. Loki smiles. "Is not this simpler? Is this not your natural state? It's the unspoken truth of humanity, that you crave subjugation. The bright lure of freedom diminishes your life's joy in a mad scramble for power, for identity. You were made to be ruled. In the end, you will always kneel."

An old man stands, slowly. Loki looks at him, dumbfounded. The man replies defiantly, "Not to men like you."

Arrogantly, Loki replies, "There are no men like me."

The man glares. "There will always be men like you."

Snarling, Loki raised his staff. "Look to your elder, people. Let him be an example."

As Loki fires a beam of energy from the staff, Captain America rolls in, blocking the beam and knocking Loki down.

"You know, the last time I was in Germany and saw a man standing above everybody else, we ended up disagreeing," Captain America says.

Loki stands. "The soldier. A man out of time," he glowers.

"I'm not the one out of time," Captain America replies.

A S.H.I.E.L.D Quinjet arrives, a huge machine gun pointed at Loki. Natasha's voice rang from it. "Loki, drop the weapon and stand down."

Loki snarls and flings a bolt of energy at the Quinjet. With Natasha distracted, he quickly focuses his attack on Captain America. Slowly, Loky beats him down, and presses the tip of the scepter to his helmet. "Kneel."

"Not today!" Captain America flips Loki, but Loki is still in the fight, grappling with him. Suddenly, they both stop. They turn their gazes to the sky. "Is that... music?

Iron Man appears from the sky, soaring in, weapons aimed at Loki. "Make your move, Reindeer Games."

Loki puts his hands up in surrender.

"Good move," said Tony.

Tony looked up from his workstation. "It's good to meet you, Dr. Banner. Your work on anti-electron collisions is unparalleled. And I'm a huge fan of the way you lose control and turn into an enormous green rage monster."

Bruce looked at Tony as if he had sprouted another head. "Thanks," He replied, not really knowing what else to say.

Getting down to work, Bruce noticed there was another man in the room, lounging in an armchair. Bruce looked at him. He looked back. "Hello?"

The man sat up, and moved to shake his hand. "Hey. My name's Harry. I've heard a lot about your... condition."

Bruce looked away as he noticed Harry looking him over, not in pity or fear, but understanding. "You mean how whenever I get mad I turn into a huge green rage monster."

Harry chuckled. "I know- well, knew, someone, that you'd get along famously with. He was just like you. Always talking about how he was a monster."

Bruce looked at him. "Well, that's nice and all, but unless he turned into a crazy murderous beast like I do, he's nothing like me. Whatever you want to say about him, to me, won't really help."

Harry grimaced. "Like I said, he was just like you. In that respect, too."

Bruce was shocked. "You mean, he'd... change, sometimes, and be a completely different, murderous, and violent being?"

Harry nodded. "His name was Remus Lupin. And he was a Werewolf."

Bruce scoffed. He had hoped to learn about someone else with a similar condition, to maybe find a way to help his own condition. Instead, all he got was a crazy person and a fairy tale.

Harry frowned. "I'm not joking."

"So, you're telling me, werewolfs exist," Bruce said sceptically, "and that you knew one."

"Not here," Harry replied. "I come from an... alternate reality. I'm not just a regular person, like you may think."

Bruce opened his mouth, as if to speak, but Harry quickly tagged him with a Silencing Charm. Grasping at his neck, Bruce looked shocked. Harry removed the charm. "How did you do that?" asked Bruce.

"I just told you, Bruce," replied Harry. "I'm from an alternate reality. And I am a wizard."

Tony, who had been watching the whole ordeal, now joined in. "Wait wait wait... so when we fought Obadiah, what you did, that red laser thingy... that was magic?"

Harry nodded. "Yes. A Reductor Curse."

Bruce and Tony both looked awed. Just before any one of them could speak again, Steve barged in. Scowling, he demanded, "What are you doing? You're supposed to be locating the cube!"

Tony glared at the man. "We are. The computer is running a search right now."

Steve glowers. "Do better." He leaves.

Tony scoffs in disbelief. "That's the guy my dad never shut up about? Wondering if they shouldn't have kept him on ice."

Harry cuts in. "Don't be too harsh on him. He's arrived in what's essentially a new world. Give him some time. When he fell asleep, he was in a war for his country. Now he's woken up, and he's been pushed into a war for the world."

Tony nods slowly, understanding. "Anyhow. Back to the topic earlier; you, a wizard?!"

Harry nods. "Yes. I lived in a world of magic. However, due to some... special circumstances, I had to leave. I ended up here."

"Can you tell me about this werewolf?" Bruce asks, shyly.

"Sure," Harry says. "As I said, his name was Remus Lupin. He was bitten at a young age, turned into what he considered a monster. His whole life, he was filled with self-pity, and prejudice. He hated himself. It took him his whole life to see that- it isn't what you turn into that defines who you are. It's what you make of yourself, what you do, that determines your character."

"Thank you, Harry," He replies, after some time. "I will think on this."

Harry smiled sadly. "Just make sure you come to a decision before it's too late."

Bruce looks at him. "A decision?"

Harry nods. "To accept that you are indeed what you turn into, or to start making yourself into something more."

Note: done with this chapter! i'll probably finish the avengers arc tomorrow, maybe the day after. Im trying to write a chapter a day, but it's very time consuming. please, for my efforts, review and give some feedback. I would appreciate it a lot.
