Robin's eyes scanned the town, looking for anything that might signify danger. Now that she was closer it looked bigger than any town, perhaps this was some kind of city? A city means more people and the chance to blend in more. Without knowing where she was, she didn't want to draw in any more people than necessary. That meant keeping her fingerless gloves on and her head down, even back in Ylisse she didn't like showing off her Brand of the Defile. As she got closer the smell of sea salt filled up her nose. First in the middle of a forest and now she was near the sea?
Finally entering the place she could tell it was bustling. There were merchants everywhere in their stalls selling items from fish to weapons to exotic food. She walked through the pathway and different scents filled up her nose. First from the spices that a loud older man was selling, trying to get the attention from other passers by. Then further up the main street was where they sold some of the fish.
"Caught fresh today from our own harbour! Come buy some at a reasonable price!" Shouted a small woman, as she bagged a few for a worn out looking mother and her child.
To Robin's eyes they looked delicious, and her stomach gave another small growl. Like the trees in the forest, she didn't recognise the species. Her eyes stayed on the fish while her feet continued, she could find something cheaper she supposed. She dodged and weaved and took the time to scan everything. This place was a decent size, and seemed to have booming trade, their main export being fish if the smell and numerous fish stalls told her anything. Finally she came across a small fruit stall. She saw a small child with long red hair with her back to her, restocking some apples.
"Excuse me, miss?" Robin tried to get her attention. The small girl turned around and Robin noted the numerous shiny rocks around her neck. She smiled as she looked up at Robin.
"Yes, ma'am? How can I help? You here to buy some fruit?" The way she spoke made Robin realise this wasn't a child.
"O-oh. I'm sorry I thought you were-"
"A child?" The red haired woman's eyes slightly narrowed.
"M-my sincerest apologies." Robin stammered and bowed down in apology.
The fruit stall owner sighed, "It's ok, I get it a lot, actually. My group of so-called friends make fun of my height all the time." She took a proper look at Robin. "You're not from around here are you? I ain't ever seen robes like that before."
Robin looked down at her coat, "No, I'm not. I was wondering if you could help me." To this, the stall owner excitedly gasped.
"You're a total stranger!" She practically yelled. "My horoscope told me I'd meet one today! I would meet a mysterious stranger, and that I was to help them!"
Robin blinked. "Uh…"
"The names Aries, by the way." She held out her hand for Robin to shake. "My horoscopes are never wrong!" Robin looked at the hand and decided to shake it anyway.
"Uh, I'm Robin."
"SO nice to meet you, Robin! What is it you need? Help writing a musical?" Her eyes gleamed as she held Robin's hand ever tighter. Oh gods, Robin thought, why does she always attract the weird ones?
"Uhh no actually," Robin half laughed. "I just need directions."
Aries fell back a little in disappointment. "Oh." She even looked a little crestfallen. "But my stones are never wrong!" She grabbed the ones around her neck and showed them to Robin. "They tell me what my horoscope is, are you sure you just need directions?"
Robin looked at her, it was almost comical in a way, but by now she knew how to handle strange people. She actually even found herself liking Aries a bit, she didn't seem like a bad person.
"Yes, please Aries. I just need you to tell me which direction the Halidom of Ylisse is. It's very urgent I get back."
Aries immediately looked confused. "The halidom of what now?"
"Uh, Ylisse"
Aries shook her head, "Sorry Robin, I ain't heard of this place you're talking about. 'Round these parts I hear all sorts of tales from travelling merchants that have been all over Fódlan, but none of them have ever mentioned this Ylisse place."
Robin had a sinking feeling in her stomach. Fódlan? She must be far away. This seemed different to last time. When that happened, possessed Robin had come from the future and seeked her out, she was out cold as the result but it must have happened not far from where she was living. She must have travelled who knows how many miles this time. Nervousness crept into the pit of her stomach and she started to panic.
"W-where is this place then?"
Aries slightly cocked her head to the side. "You ok, Robin? You don't look so well." She gestured to the market behind Robin. "This is the harbour city of Nuvelle, right at the western-most corner of the Adrestrian Empire!"
Nuvelle? Adrestrian Empire? She'd never heard these places before. She took a small breath to ground herself. A panic attack in the middle of this place was not what she needed.
"Did you maybe hit your head? You look somewhat pale." Aries looked genuinely concerned. "Perhaps you'd like to sit down?"
Robin silently nodded. A sit down would be very appreciated right now.
"Come sit here with me! I keep a stool here when my feet ache." Robin watched as Aries grabbed a stool and set it down behind the stall with her and a small crate of pears.
"Thank you, I appreciate your help." Robin's small voice somewhat concerned her but she took the seat anyway, glad to be off her feet.
"Not a problem! After all, you needed help and my horoscope never lies!" Robin looked up at her as she continued to lift the crate of apples.
Robin wasn't sure about her methods of how she got her horoscope but she wasn't going to turn down the offer of help. Her mind was still reeling from the information she was just given. Aries had never heard of Ylisse, but this was just one person though, right? Surely there'd be someone out there who would have heard of the halidom. But Robin had never heard of the Adrestrian Empire, or Nuvelle. So she was on a different continent perhaps? That must be it, she had never heard of Valm or Chon'sin after she got amnesia. Though she remembered she scoured any book she could find on geography to find out all she can about other places in the world, mostly for the army so she can plan for tactics. But the Adrestrian Empire had never come up. She started to bite her thumb in worry.
"Hey, Robin! Don't look so down," Aries voice brought her back to the present. "You still look pale, you can take any fruit you like, free of charge!"
Robin looked up, "are you sure? I wouldn't want to take what isn't rightfully mine."
"Yeah, go for it! It's a rather slow day anyway, and I don't want to have to let these go to waste."
Robin sincerely thanked her and decided to grab a juicy looking pear. It tasted delicious. As she wolfed it down her eyes scanned the people passing by. They seemed like ordinary people, just doing normal business and trading. Over the tops of some roofs, she could spot masts where she surmised the ships that catch the fish must lie.
"You sure stare intently Robin," Aries chuckled, "keep it up and you just might scare some of my customers away."
"Oh, I'm sorry! That was not my intent," Robin stood up, "why don't I help you instead? There must be something I can do."
Aries combed through her long hair with her fingers, "well, my horoscope didn't mention the stranger helping me, but it could be welcome actually." She pointed to two large barrels just next to the stall. "You don't seem like the weak type. These here barrels contain apples of different varieties. I have one of my main sellers coming by any minute to come pick them up. Mind helping load them onto their wagon?"
Robin nodded. Manual labour was a small price to pay for a stranger's kindness, she reckoned. Also Aries did look too small to properly load them onto a wagon.
"Ah, here she comes now," Aries looked across the street. Robin looked behind and saw a startlingly familiar woman come this way on a large wagon. Her dark pink hair in a signature ponytail danced in the breeze. As she got closer Robin's eyes widened.
"Anna?" Robin couldn't believe who she was looking at.
The woman looked down at her before she jumped off, "do I know you, sweetie?" She said in what Robin guessed was her best customer service voice. Anna looked Robin up and down, "I would remember someone wearing odd clothes like that."
Something in Robin's head went off. She remembered that for some reason there was more than one Anna, and that they were all alike. She had met a few but it didn't look like this Anna recognised her. However Anna's travelled everywhere, perhaps this one has heard of Ylisse?
"Oh, this is Robin, Anna. She's not very well but she's the person the stars told me I would meet today!" Aries went up to Anna and shook her hand.
"Right, right. The stars…" Anna rolled her eyes like she heard this one before. "Do you have the apples?"
"I'm helping you load them," Robin nodded and went over to pick one up. Gods this was heavier than she thought.
"Don't strain yourself Robin!" cringed Aries.
"Yeah, these are going to well paying customers, you'll be paying if I find any of them bruised!" Robin half laughed, this Anna acted the same way all her sisters did.
Finally, she loaded both barrels on while Anna paid Aries for the apples.
"Thanks again for the business Anna! It's hard competing with a fruit stall when there's nothing but stinky fish all around you." Aries claimed as she pocketed her new money.
"Yours is the best fruit around these parts. Of course I come to you," Anna smiled "That and I got you to sell them to me at a low price." She muttered the last bit.
"What?" Asked Aries.
"Nothing sweetie! Pleasure doing business with you!" She shook Aries' hand one last time before getting on her wagon.
"Anna wait, before you leave." Robin came up to her.
"What's the matter? You want to sell me that coat? Sure looks interesting, I think I could find an interested buyer," Anna brought her chin up in thought, no doubt already going through a list of potential buyers.
"The coat is not for sale" Robin deadpanned. Anna looked somewhat disappointed but Robin continued regardless. "Have you or one of your sisters heard of or been to Ylisse?" Her heart decided to beat erratically at this point.
"Ylisse?" Anna's finger tapped her chin in thought. "No, I haven't and my network of sisters haven't either. Why? Are they looking for a new business partner?"
Robin dropped her head and sighed, "No, it's ok. Sorry to bother you."
Anna gave her a questioning look but decided not to press any further. "Ok, if you're sure. Thanks again Aries, see you next time." She yanked on the horses reins and set off.
"Hey, Robin," Aries came over and put her hand on Robins back. "Why don't you come with me? I'm gonna close up for a short break and we should discuss some things."
Robin looked at her and gave her a small smile and nodded. She was grateful to have picked this stall to ask for help. Aries packed up and closed her stall then together they headed towards the quieter part of the city, near the outskirts. Robin didn't quite know what to say, for once in her life she did not have a plan. Here she was in an unfamiliar place with no one she knew. Sure it had happened once before, and she relied on Chrom's help since she had nowhere else to go. It worked once so she decided fate may bring her good luck by following Aries. It was worth a chance.
"Where are we headed?" Robin's head was turned towards the harbour now she got a good view of it and watched as a trawler was docking.
"I was thinking about lunch. I normally get my midday tea from a great place that also serves some food, how does that sound?"
"That does sound wonderful, but I don't carry any money on me at the moment."
"I'll pay! I got some extra. You can work it off at the stall later?"
Robin nodded, "That will be fine. I think I need some food in order to plan my next move."
Aries led her up and further away from the sea until the smell of salt became a little less distinct. Robin noted how there were less people in these parts but it was by no means deserted. As they walked, Aries would occasionally greet passers by she seemed to know. Eventually they arrived at the place she told Robin about. Finally when Robin was sat down with half an eaten sandwich in front of her, she grasped her tea with both hands and just stared into its contents, wondering why fate would do such a thing to her.
"You're a thinker aren't you?" Aries asked. Robin looked up, out of her deep thoughts. "I reckon you think more than you say," Aries chuckled.
Robin just stared at her. That was true, in a sense. A lot of times in her life now she let comments from others slip by and kept what was in her mind. She was scared what would happen if she slipped up and her anger came pouring out, not that this was a healthy technique, she knew that, but she needed to remain in control at all times and her anger was therefore not to be allowed to show. But she wondered if this was Aries' way of asking what was on her mind.
"Forgive me," Robin sighed, "I am at a loss. Last time this happened I had a better plan."
"Excuse me? Last time?" Aries leaned in. "What do you mean by that?"
"I woke up near a village with complete amnesia. There were people there that found me, and well, let's just say it all followed from there." She explained.
"Whoa! Amnesia! You get more mysterious by the minute," Aries sipped her tea. Robin didn't say anything and just drank some of her own. It tasted bitter, but that was how she liked it. She was somewhat amazed by how Aries was taking this. Perhaps people stranger than Robin came by these parts.
"Aries, could you tell me a little bit more about this place? Like, this city of Nuvelle?"
"Sure! Well seeing you seem to have no idea about anything round here, this place is the harbour city of Nuvelle. We are in the Viscounty of Nuvelle, and we just happen to share the name of House Nuvelle. They occupy the western most part of the Adrestrian Empire, which is one of three nations that rule over Fódlan. This city is just a harbour town, but we see plenty of business, our main export being those stinky fish."
"Hmm," Robin sat back in her chair and drummed her fingers against her cup. She could leave and search for a place other than this city for somewhere who knows where Ylisse is. She needs more information before she can decide on such a thing first. "I am thinking of leaving, I hope you understand."
Aries gave her a strange look and gulped a little. "Robin, I do understand but there is something you should know first."
"What's that?" She asked, intrigued.
Aries sighed and rested her head on her hand while looking out the window. She waited a minute before continuing. "People round here see others come in from other countries, and they help with trade and we are both all the more better for it. So you could say we are more accepting with outsiders." She looked at Robin who immediately understood what Aries was getting at. "People might quickly pick up on that fact even if you didn't wear foreign clothes."
She was an outsider in Ylisse, her coat making her stick out and when she learnt of her Plegian descent she understood why. Her coat carried Grimleal symbols. She refused to give up her coat though, it represented who she was and it felt special to her. Xenophobia in Ylisse ran deep and it was a while before she was trusted by people other than the Shepherds. Perhaps something similar was happening in Fódlan.
"I see," Robin took a sip of her tea. "That isn't a concern, I have experience under my belt, so to speak."
Aries nodded but still looked worried. "I have friends from other countries, we get along just fine. I don't know why the rest of Fódlan doesn't see it that way."
"Give people time. People will slowly start to see that differences are what makes us all unique and therefore worthy of the same respect."
Aries smiled. "Ha, tell that to the people of Dagda. I see your point though, we should all get along. I just don't want you going out there underprepared. You seem nice."
Robin just smirked and ate the rest of her sandwich. She had just been in a battle with the fell dragon, she could handle a few xenophobes. She watched as a man hung up a poster on the other side of the room.
"What's that?" She pointed to it. She could read the words 'Mittelfrank' in bold letters.
Aries turned round to where Robin was pointed and let out an excited gasp. "The Mittelfrank opera company!" she ran towards the poster and Robin followed her out of interest.
"And what's that?" She asked after she had caught up to Aries.
"They're a well known opera house, with the best musicals! I would give anything to become a member!" Aries almost bounced up and down on the balls of her feet in excitement.
Robin read the poster, apparently they were doing a huge new show in the Empire's capital, Enbarr.
"Will you be going?" Robin asked.
"If I can get someone to run the stall, I might. I don't know though, it's still such a long way away and you can only afford to if you're rich."
"Hey, don't look so down," Robin placed a hand on her shoulder, "even if you don't get to go to this one, that doesn't mean you'll never get to go."
Finishing up they returned to the fruit stall, still discussing the possibility of going. Aries had cheered up somewhat. Robin still needed to leave, that meant finding a map and choosing a likely destination that will help her. It was well into afternoon by now when they both saw smoke coming from the main market place and people running in every direction.
"Oh no!" Shouted Aries as she darted off towards the smoke.
"Aries, wait!" Robin yelled but Aries didn't respond. "Dammit," she muttered and chased after the woman. As they got closer it became clear that people were not running away from just the fires. Robin spotted several people carrying weapons like swords and were attacking innocent civilians.
"Bandits!" Robin shrieked.
"Those bastards!" Aries came to a sudden halt, metres away from the carnage. "They must be getting desperate to attack such a big place like this, but they have been getting braver these past months."
"Aries, stay back, I can handle them." Robin pushed her back and brought out her sword in one hand and Arcthunder in the other.
"You know how to use that sword? And what's that book?" Aries asked, but soon coughed when the wind brought some smoke their way.
"There's no time, stay here." And with that, Robin ran off, leaving Aries to look helplessly on.
The first bandit she came to was knocking over a fish stall, he spotted her out the corner of his eye and smirked.
"Well, what do we have here? Some girl tryna be brave?" He snorted and brought his sword up.
Robin just wrinkled her nose and brought her sword to meet his, knocking his arm away from his body, then she shot out an Arcthunder dead in his chest and he shot backwards, a surprised look on his face. Before he got back up, she plunged her sword into his chest. Further down the street she saw the fire was getting worse, but not yet impossible to put out quickly. Running forwards, she found the bandits were more or less coalesced into the outskirts of the city, and thankfully not yet in the middle, where most of the population were. She saw two people with weapons and motioned them over, they looked terrified.
"How did this happen?" She asked and the taller of the two explained.
"These bastards have attacked us before ma'am," She said, "they want to get to the centre of the city where we keep most of the money! We've kept them at bay up until this point but they get braver or more desperate each time. Me and my lad here are just trying to protect what we got left."
"Surely this place has guards defending it?"
Then the younger boy spoke up, "We do! But we don't know where they are half the time! It's people like us that have to drive them bandits back each time!" He looked up at Robin angrily.
"Listen, you need to find a source of water to put out these fires, or they'll spread too far. Gather more people, I'll deal with the bandits."
"Good luck to you, ma'am," said the lady as they ran off towards the direction of the harbour. Robin watched them go for a second, praying for their safety, then she darted off towards the centre. She hoped there would already be people fighting the bandits. She knew they would move in groups, very few would separate in a city like this, the fact they'd attack at all is concerning. And they didn't know where the guards were half the time? Something was up.
The fire was now closer to the centre and she could see up ahead people trying to set fire to anything flammable. These weren't wooden houses so it couldn't spread that quickly thankfully, but these idiots still laughed as they torched the surrounding areas. She sent a particularly painful thunder to one of the bandits, causing him to yelp and fall to the ground in a mess.
"What the?" His burly friend yelled, just before a small fist came out of nowhere and clocked him on the jaw, sending a tooth flying. Robin could get really angry sometimes and she was pissed. This was the perfect outlet.
"You're gonna fuckin' pay for that, bitch!" he yelled. He was big but slow, Robin sidestepped out of the way and threw her sword into his back, then kicking with her feet, she threw him next to his friend.
Up ahead she heard shouting, "They keep the goods here somewhere! Hurry up, the guards said they won't turn a blind eye for long!" Now her blood boiled. Skidding to a stop next to a street corner, she peeked over and saw a small group of thieves. Some were just beginning to break and enter a building, while one seemed to be keeping watch.
"Boss!" A thief ran up to him on the opposite side of the street, clutching her shoulder. "Boss, some of the Nuvellians are attacking back, the fire isn't scaring them off as much as we thought it would."
"We're almost done here, we just need to hold out a little longer. Hurry it up in there!" He yelled at the thieves in the building.
That was when Robin decided to leave her corner and make herself known. She knew it was extremely reckless, but no one else was here to stop them.
"Stop it right there!" She shouted. The man who appeared to be 'Boss' turned to her and laughed.
"Take her out." He nodded towards the thief and she replied by brandishing her knife and rushing towards Robin.
Robin barely had time to dodge out of the way and knee her in the stomach. This got a satisfying grunt out of the thief but she stood quickly and slashed at Robin's face, but all she managed to get was a small gash on Robin's cheek. Grabbing the thieves wrist, she bent it at an unnatural angle causing the thief to yelp and drop the knife. Using her free hand, Robin punched her in the face, knocking her out cold. Wiping the blood off her face, she turned to the rest of the bandits, who were by now being ganged up on by angry city folk.
"Boss! W-what do we do?" Asked one of the bandits, who had just exited the building, holding a rather large chest.
"Dammit, this coulda gone better, and quicker!" He gave the bandit a glare and grabbed the chest. "Hold them off for as long as we can, we gotta hightail it outta here!"
He and a few others ran in the direction of Robin, who shot a Bolganone their way, inches from their feet and causing them to stop dead in their tracks.
"Give them their money back, and there won't be any trouble," she growled. She guessed this was actually where the city stored their savings into. So why were officials allowing this?
"Get outta the way!" Boss yelled. When Robin didn't budge, he brought out his own sword.
"Uhh, Boss? They're getting closer." A now timid looking bandit pointed behind them.
"It's just one girl! Let's rush through already!" Boss shouted and led the charge towards Robin.
She just smirked and brought out another tome from her cloak. Elwind. She waited until they were just close enough and caused a gust of wind to push them back closer to the Nuvellians, who by now had caught up to the remaining bandits and a fight ensued. Steeling herself, she locked onto Boss and pushed her way in. Punching him in the stomach, he let go of the chest and she grabbed a hold of it and rolled away, on the other side of the street.
"B-Boss! She got the chest! She got the-" an angry bandit shouted but was bashed on the head by Boss.
"Shut it and let's run!" Boss shouted. He pushed out of the angry mob and was chased by the few remaining bandits and some angry city folk.
Robin let out a breath she didn't know she was holding. She waited until she couldn't hear the shouts anymore and turned around. The fire was calming down at least, there was some serious damage but it was mostly on the outskirts and had not spread too far. She ran until she found a main street where damage was minimal and people were tending to the wounded. Someone noticed her arrival.
"Excuse me, miss? You alright? You ain't bleeding too heavily are you?" He asked. She looked up and saw a man who can't have been much older than her, he was sweaty but also had some soot covering him. He must've been close to the fires.
"I'm fine thank you, I was just recovering this from the ones who did this. Some people have already seen them off." She lifted up the chest. His eyes lit up.
"Ah! Looks like they got their hands on some of our savings. Can't thank you enough, miss. You sure did everyone here a favour." Robin just shook her head.
"It was the right thing to do." She glanced around them. "What has been going on?"
"I was just helping out with the recovery, I had to get awfully close to the fires when some people got stuck in the buildings near the outskirts but…" he trailed off, shivering at the thought, "but we brought everyone here, where we can treat them."
"What's your name?"
"It's Nate."
"Listen, Nate. I don't think you're a bad guy," Robin took a final glance around them and then dropped her voice. "While the bandits were trying to get their hands on this, I overheard them saying that the guards knew this was going to happen. So something odd is going on."
Nate's eyes widened as he took in the news. "You're serious? Oh crap. Excuse my language." He looked like he didn't say swear words often.
"Do you know why? Are the guards corrupt?" Robin asked.
"There's a fair chance," he closed his eyes and crossed his arms. "The leader of this town has always been dubious, and it's always been suspicious how he got elected. He works closely with the guards, of course."
Robin nodded, "Better keep this out of officials hands for now." She patted the chest.
"Robin!" Came a voice. She looked to where the voice was coming from and saw Aries running towards them.
"Aries!" Robin waved her over. Aries came to a halt, out of breath from running.
"R-Robin!" She panted. "Y-you ok?"
"I'm fine. I got what the bandits were stealing, but we can't hand it back just yet."
"Why not?" Aries asked.
"Robin overheard them saying the guards were in on this, so we can't take any chances." Nate chimed in.
"Oh, Nate! I'm glad you're safe." Aries hugged him. "If what you're saying is true, then who can we trust?"
Robin hummed. Indeed, who can we trust. She glanced over at Nate. He was risking his life out there for his people, the soot being the evidence for that. But she turned to Aries, who luckily knew him.
"Can I trust him?" She asked her.
Aries nodded immediately. "Yeah, he's helped a lot of people, including me! I wouldn't be surprised if he was the first one to help anyone trapped in a burning building."
"In that case, here Nate." Robin handed him the chest. "Keep it with you, and only tell those you deeply trust until it can be safely returned."
"Y-you sure?" He stammered, taking it in an uneasy grip. Robin offered him a nod and a small smile. To which he blushed at. She turned back to the street and offered any assistance in clearing up the mess and helping the injured.
The next morning there was still smoke around, but nothing was burning. Robin had spent most of the night tending to burns and clearing rubble. The extent of the damage to the city of Nuvelle was miniscule, really. Most of the attack happened on the outskirts. Unfortunately, a few people still died from the sudden attack, and that had angered a lot of people. Robin took in the sight before her, and a crying Aries.
"My stall! My fruit stall! It's gone!" Aries wailed. Robin patted her on the back and offered her condolences. It was a charred heap now, burnt fruit filling up Robin's nose.
"This was all I had!"
At this moment, Robin heard footsteps heading their way. Looking up she was surprised to see Nate, and a few others following him.
"Mornin' Robin, Aries." He offered a small smile.
"Morning," Robin said, but Aries was still a sobbing mess to talk properly. Robin even let her when she used her sleeve to wipe her nose.
"Listen, I met with a few people, and we discussed some things." Nate sounded serious. Aries stopped crying for the most part to listen and looked up at the group too.
"I told these fellas and gals what you did Robin, some even corroborated with what you said you did and they saw you fight the bandits and take the chest back." Some of the people behind him nodded in agreement.
"That's good, does this mean you've all come up with a plan?" Robin queried.
"Yup," Nate nodded.
"That bastard who's been running this city only got that seat because of his close ties to House Nuvelle," an older gentleman next to Nate said. "He's done nothing but give us hell ever since."
"That's why we've decided to do something about it!" Nate declared. "We've got people who're helping us get rid of him."
"I'm glad you are doing something about this. But please be careful, he sounds like a powerful individual." Robin cautioned.
"Don't worry little missy, we've had our fair share of evil politicians round these parts." Wheezed an old man.
Robin nodded, "Still, I would exercise caution."
"Thank you, Robin. Is there anything we can do to repay you?" Asked Nate.
"You could give me directions to the next city? I plan on leaving soon."
"I have a map you can use, it shows the Adrestrian Empire and beyond," answered Nate. "I'll go and fetch it."
Robin bowed in thanks and watched as the group dispersed, some thanking her before going on their way. She turned back to Aries who was just staring at the ground.
"Hey, Aries?" prompted Robin.
"Hmm?"
"Why don't you come with me and we'll go to Enbarr?"
Aries looked up to Robin in disbelief.
"You serious?"
Robin could only smile. She didn't like travelling alone, and who knows maybe while she takes Aries to see opera, she'll find some answers on the way?
