Hello everyone it's time for the news chapter of Trainer of Vesperia, and your wondering why it's been so long it's because I was working on my new story "Fire Emblem Awakening of Galarain Trainers" A Pokemon and Fire Emblem Awakening crossover that I have been waiting to do. And now I have. But now that the first few chapters have been posted it's back to the list, and it's finals week for me, but it's over. Now onto chapter 23.
Chapter 23
A Day Of Dragons
Oliver P.O.V.
We spent a few days at sea doing many things. Sometimes it was us practicing our fighting for the fight we know that's coming. Other times it was me and Ava trying to have some time together, only to keep getting interrupted by everyone else, Patty mostly. Other times where we practiced new moves. But we spent most of the time bonding with our Pokemon, so when Yuri or anyone Mega Evolves it won't be like last time.
Then, as the morning sun shined, we made it to the spot where we could dock our ship. "Are you sure this place is a good place to anchor the ship?" Estelle asked me as we got off the ship. "Well it's not like there's any place better close to Judith and Hugo other than Nordopolica." I said to Estelle. "Besides we were in a bay in the middle of nowhere surrounded by desert and mountains. Who in their right mind would be out here." Ava said to Estelle, as she pulled out the map. "You got a point." Estelle said to me and Ava. "Of course we do. Now If we're here then Judith and Hugo are that way." Ava said to Estelle as she read the map and led the way.
A couple hours of walking later we made it to the base of the mountains. "And here we are. Welcome to Mt. Temza." Raven said to everyone. Then Repede barked. "What is it, Repede?" I asked Repede, as we noticed footprints on the ground. "Are those?" Ava asked Karol, as Karol got a closer look at the footprints. "These are human footprints, right? There sure are a lot of them." Karol said to Ava.
"Could it be the Hunting Blades?" Estelle asked everyone. "That, or it might be the Knights." Yuri said to Estelle. "I think it could just be the Hunting Blade. After all they have a score to settle with Judith and Hugo." I said to Yuri. "But why would you the Knights be here?" Estelle asked Yuri. "Flynn was looking for Apatheia too. If that's what the Hunting Blades are doing here. Then the Knights could be here for the same reason." Yuri said to Estelle. "Riolu." Riolu said with a sad look on his face. "Corvisquire." Covisquire said, wrapping a wing around Riolu.
"Why is everyone scrambling to get their hands on apatheia all of a sudden?" Estelle asked everyone. "It was so pretty, all sparkly and glittery. I'm sure it's incredibly valuable." Patty said to everyone. "We never had the chance to get an explanation from The Don." Rita said to everyone. "Hopefully Judith and Hugo can tell us why." I said to everyone. "If they can clue us in on what they know, things might clear up." Yuri said to everyone.
"Judy… Hugo… I wonder if they'll tell us…" Patty asked. "I dunno, it's up to them whether they'll talk or not. Of course if they decide not to…" Yuri said to everyone, but I interrupted him. "I'm sure Hugo will at least talk. So let's not bust out our weapons." I said to Yuri. "Hey! You guys, come look at this! Th-this is crazy!" Karol said to everyone, as everyone turned to see Karol, Skiddo, and Mawile ahead of us. "Karol I have seen a lot of things. I'm sure it's not that crazy." I said as I ran to Karol leaving everyone behind.
When I got to Karol. I noticed that instead of a mountain we were standing in front of a barren waste land with hundreds of craters in the ground. "Raven, you said this was Mt. Temza right?" I asked Raven, as everyone started to walk towards us. "Yes." Raven said to me. "Then quick question. WHERE IS THE MOUNTAIN?!" I asked Raven while yelling. Then everyone ran up to us and looked with surprise looks on their faces. "What the heck is this? The mountain's been flattened." Rita said to everyone. "That's one word for it. Obliterated would be another." Ava said to Rita.
"What could have happened?" Estelle asked everyone. "Wrath of Arceus?" I said to Estelle. "Is there really supposed to be a town here?" Karol asked everyone. "Well, it was here ten years ago, that I'm sure of. But I can't vouch for what's happened since then." Raven said to everyone. "Ten years? That's quite a ways back. What were you doing out here?" Yuri asked Raven. "Uh, well…" Raven said to Yuri. But before Raven could answer Yuri, a familiar cry filled the air.
"That voice… Is that you, Freak!" Rita said to the air. "Here's hopin' everything's all right." Raven said to everyone, as a loud soundwave filled the air. "I'm going with, probably not. That soundwave sounded like Noivern's Boomburst attack. Which means Noivern's fighting something." I said to everyone. "Let's hurry!" Estelle said to everyone. "Yeah, it sounded like Noivern is far away. So we got to hustle." Ava said to everyone as we started to run.
After walking for a little bit, we stopped in front of a large crater and took a good look at it. "It's even worse from up close." Yuri said to everyone. "I've never seen a hole this big before…" Patty said to everyone. "There's no way this could have happened naturally." Rita said to everyone. "It looks like something exploded here." Estelle said to everyone. "An explosion… are there monsters that can do something like this?" Karol asked everyone.
"There were. But those monsters were all wiped out." Raven said to Karol, surprising everyone. "How do you know that?" I asked Raven. "And what do you mean, whipped out?" Estelle asked Raven. "Wh ya see here… this was a battleground in the Great War." Raven said to everyone. "What! Really?" Karol asked Raven. "Are you talking about the Great War that Belius was supposedly a mastermind of?" I asked Raven. "That's the one." Raven said to me.
"So that means… humans and Entelexeia fought here… The humans were victorious. But there were scarcely any survivors… the facts behind the war are shrouded in darkness… not even the official government histories give many details about what happened." Estelle said to everyone. "So the Entelexia did this to the mountains. What terrible power." Rita said to everyone. "Giving how strong Belius was I can believe it." I said to everyone. "And Belius was an old one. I dare not imagine how powerful an Entelexia in their prime is." Ava said to everyone.
"The Great War… Ten years ago…" Patty said to everyone. "That must've been when you were a baby, patty." Estelle said to Patty. "Aye.:." Patty said to Estelle. "But this is the first time I've heard that a battle took place here." Yuri said to Raven. "I'm not. Look at this place. Estelle said only a handful of people survived. I doubt anyone would want to remember this." I said to Yuri. "That and the Empire's kept a pretty tight hold on information about it. They've got a lotta secrets. You should know that by now." Raven said to me and Yuri.
"I thought it was strange that monsters would wage war against humans, but…" Rita said to everyone. "What they didn't want us to know was that those monsters were actually Entelexia…" Estelle said, finishing Rita's sentence. "You sure know a lot about this stuff, Raven." Karol said to Raven. "Yeah, why is that?" Ava asked Raven. "You come across a lot if you live long enough, kiddies." Raven said to everyone.
"Okay, enough history lessons. We came here so we could look for Judy and Hugo." Yuri said to everyone. "The monster's voice and Noviern's Boomburst we heard just now… What if they've already got Judith and Hugo corneed?" Estelle asked Yri. "Judy and Hugo are really strong. There's no way they'll go down easily." Patty said to Estelle. "Of course not. Besides… I've gotta give that dragon freak a beat-down." Rita said to Patty. "Rita if we want answers you have to cage that angre." I said to Rita. "He's right, let's first save Judith before we do anything to her." Ava asid to everyone. "Yeah." Yuri said to Ava. "Let's hurry!" Estelle said to everyone, as we started to move.
As we walked we ran into a few of the Hunting Blade, and defected them easily. But during the fight, the Hunting Blades had a hard time moving, breathing, or even lifting their weapons.
"That was easy." Patty said to everyone. "Yeah, too easy." Ava said as she started to look at one of the unconscious Hunting Blades female healer. "Ava what is it?" I asked Ava. "Look at this?" Ava said as she lifted part of the healer's dress, revealing her right leg all covered in bandages. "What happened to her leg?" Estelle asked Ava, as I started to inspect one of the Hunting Blades male rogues. "I don't know." Ava said to Estelle, as I lifted the chest plate of the rogue, revealing his chest covered in bandages. "Hey this guy has bandages all over his chest." I said to everyone. Then everyone started to inspect the Hunting blades.
We inspected them for a minute and noticed all the Hunting Blades had bandages covering parts of their body. "They all have bandages on them." Yuri said to everyone. "What happened to them?" Karol asked everyone. "Maybe it was Hugo and that Dragon Freak." Rita said to everyone. "I don't think so. Even if it was Hugo, Judith, and their Pokemon. This kind of damage looks like something missed them, but it was strong enough to tear apart with just the force of the attack." I said to everyone. 'Think it was a monster?" Estelle asked me. "I don't know. But let's not stick around and find out." I said as we started to move.
As we walked on a path that led us up, Yuri stopped. "Yuri? What's the matter?" Estelle asked Yuri. "I was just thinking about what Judy said to me and Oliver. "Ba'ul saved me during the war". I just realized that maybe she was talking about the Great War when she said that," Yuri said to everyone. "So maybe she fought against the empire with that dragon freak during the Great War?" Rita asked Yuri. "It'd be kinda sad if Judy was an enemy of mankind…" Patty said to Everyone. "I don't think that's the case." I said to everyone.
"Maybe Raven can tell us. You fought in the Great War, didn't ya, old man." Yuri said to everyone. "Huh? Why?" Raven asked Yuri. I think only someone who was on the scene would know so much about the war." Yuri said to Raven. "You know he makes a good point." Ava said to Yuri, as everyone looked at Raven. "Really? But, there weren't supposed to be very many survivors, right?" Karol asked Raven.
"Very true… I thought I was gonna die back then. Ah, if only I'd died then, things would've been so much easier, too." Raven said to everyone. "If only you'd died? What a weird thing to say…" Rita said to Raven. "Not really if you look around." Ava said to Rita.
"So, did you ever see Judith during the war?" Estelle asked Raven. "No, not a chance. I may be a player, but 10 -year-old girls are definitely off-limits for me." Raven said to Estelle. "Oh geez…" Rita said to Raven. "Then it sounds like Judy didn't participate in the war." Patty said to everyone. "Right. I mean, if it was ten years ago, she'd be nine. That's even younger than me." Karol said to everyone. "Hmm, I feel like I never saw Ba'ul, either. Maybe they ran away from the battle?" Raven said to Everyone. "Most likey. I don't know about Entelexeia biology but compared to Belius power, Ba'ul is probably a young Entelexeia." I said to everyone.
"So it was really the Entelexeia who fought in the battle?" Yuri asked Raven. "Yes, I guess so. Though at the time we thought they were only a really terrible breed of monsters." Raven said to everyone. "But wow, you were really in the war, huh Raven? That's so cool. I thought only Imperial Knights fought in the war." Karol said to everyone. "So Raven was part of the Knights." Ava said to Raven. "Maybe I'll tell you all more about it when you're all older." Raven said to everyone, before he conceited to walk, with us following him.
We soon found ourselves in some ruins, but all that was left were three buildings and two long bridges that were held together with wish thinking, all of which was high above the crater filled ground. We tried to see if we could avoid going on the brides, but they were the only way forward. Needless to say, everyone was really nervous as we crossed one of the bridges. Once we made it across, everyone felt safe and started to look around the ruins.
"This is a Krityan city?" Estelle said to everyone. "More like the remains of one." Rita said to everyone, "There might be some treasure around here…" Patty said to everyone. "Patty now's not the time for a treasure hunt." Ava said to Patty. "What do you think Judith would come here for?" Karol asked everyone. "Suppose it wouldn't make much sense to say she was feeling homesick." Yuri said to everyone. "No it would. After all this was her home." I said as I touched the door frame to one of the ruined buildings. As I did that Repeded started to growl. "What is it Repede?" I asked Repede as two Hunting Blades members came out of nowhere.
"The Hunting Blades!" Karol said to everyone, and noticed that the two of them were just as hurt as the others they ran into. "Where'd they come from?" Ava asked everyone. "Judith! Hugo!" Estelle said as we looked up and noticed Judith with her spear back in one piece with pieces of fabric holding together on her hands, Hugo next to her, with a few bandages on his arms, and Vibrava and Noivern behind them. "You…" Judith asid to everyone. "Hey guys, glad you decided to join the party." Hugo said to everyone as the Hunting Blade members started to get up.
"Damn you both!" One of the Hunting Blade members said to Judith and Hugo. "Go inform Tison and Nan!" One of the Hunting Blade members said to the other Hunting Blade member. "Hey! Nobody lays a hand on them." Yuri said to the Hunting Blades, making everyone look at Yuri. "We will settle things ourselves. Now get out of here!" Yuri said to the Hunting Blades. "We're only trying to follow a monster we're hunting! This doesn't involve you!" One of the Hunting Blade members said to Yuri.
"I think there's been a little confusion. You and the rest of your guild are labeled as criminals by the Guilds. So if you don't get out of our sight. We will destroy you without any complaints from the Guilds." Ava said to the Hunting Blades members, as she pointed her crossbow at one of the Hunting Blades heads. "You heard the woman get lost or die where you stand." I said to the Hunting blades, as we all drew our weapons. But the Hunting Blades didn't move. "Okay then Chesnaught come out." I said as I let Chesnaught out. "Goodra you too." Ava said as she let Goodra out.
"Get rid of them." Me and Ava said to Chesnaught and Goodra. "Chesnaught/ Goodra." The two of them said before, Chesnaught grabbed one of the Hunting blades, and threw him away, at the same time Goodra grabbed the other one with her horns, and threw him away. We watched as the Hunting Blades rolled across the bridge we just came from. "Judith… Hugo." Estelle said as they moved closer to us.
"You followed us here." Judith asked everyone. "Yeah. We're here to settle things for the sake of the guild." Yuri said to Judith. "That's why he was here. I, on the other hand, was worried. After all, our friends were being targeted by a group of crazy people. What else was I supposed to do?" I said to Judith. "Judith, Hugo. Tell us everything you know." Karol said to Judith and Hugo. "Why you destroyed the blastia. About the apatheia and the Entelexeia. Their relationship to Phaeroh. All of it." Rita said to Judith and Hugo.
"And even though you're one of us, your answers will decide your fate." Yuri said to Judith and Hugo, surprising everyone. "Punish the unjust… was it?" Judith said to Yuri. "Honestly, I don't know if that's really a good thing or not. You've already come this far. I suppose there's no going back now." Judith said to everyone. "But it's not safe to talk here. We can talk as we move." Hugo said to everyone. "Come." Judith said to everyone, as everyone, but me, Yuri, and Karol started to move.
"Yuri… What did you mean about their fate?" Karol asked Yuri. "If there's one thing The Don's last moments taught me, it's that I've been too soft. If a part is infected, you cut it off before it infects the whole. Even if it's a comrade, an Entelexeia, or a friend." Yuri said to Karol. "You mean even if it's Flynn or Phaeroh?"
"Yeah, It's the path I've chosen for myself." Yuri said to Karol. "Okay but please at least wait until they're done before you do anything or ask us what we think before you do anything." I said to Yuri, as we went after the others.
After walking for a bit of walking Hugo stopped everyone. "Ok this is a good place to talk." Hugo said to everyone. "So… you are aware that this palace was the ground on which the Great War was fought." Judith said to everyone. "Yeah. we heard from the old man here." Yuri said to Judith. "The Great War was sparked by a type of blastia." Judith said to everyone. "What?!" Rita said to Judith. "This was not a blastia that had been excavated. It had been constructed in the city of Temza using a new type of technology. The Hermes blastia." Judith said to everyone.
"Hermes blastia…" Estelle said to Judith. "I've never heard of it… and if you say it was newly built…" Rita said to Judith. "I didn't think you could make new blastia." Patty said to Judith. "People can. Belius told me the reason blastia was sealed and the ability to create blastia was lost. Was because of Arceus." Hugo said to Patty. "What do you mean?" I asked Hugo. "The Hermes models were even more effective at converting aer into energy. They were intended to… revolutionize the technology of blastia."
"But something went wrong." Yuri said to Judith. "The blastia using these Hermes-type formulas required massive quantities of aer. The aer krene began to producing abnormal amounts of aer in order to compensate." Judith said to everyone. "What do you mean abnormal?" I asked Judith.
"Belius told me that everything takes in aer at a slow and steady pace. But blastia draws in aer, lowering the levels of aer in an area. The aer krene helps solve this problem by making more aer until it's normal. The Hermes blastia was ten times worse. Using just one of the Hermes blastia drained enough aer as 10 regular blastia. This made the aer krene go into overdrive and spiral them out of control. If you need an example think back towards the aer krene in the Weasand of Cados. That's what an out of control aer krene looks like. Now imagine that all over the planet." Hugo said to everyone.
"That would mean the end. Not just of humanity, but all life on this planet!" Rita said to Hugo. "Wouldn't like ta see that happen everywhere." Raven said to everyone. "The Entelexeia realized the danger of the Hermes blastia before the humans. And they moved to destroy them." Judith said to everyone. "Which created a conflict that grew until it eventually became the Great War…" Yuri said to Judith. "So then the Entelexeia fought against the humans to help the planet?!" Karol said to Judith. "That's the job of the Entelexeia. To protect this planet." Hugo said to Karol.
"But why didn't they tell the humans how dangerous those blastia were?!" Estelle asked Hugo and Judith. "Neither side probably cared much if the other brought itself to ruin. There's never been any love lost between humans and Entelexeia. Probably didn't talk much." Raven said to everyone. "Or maybe there was another reason." Patty said to everyone. "There was." Hugo said to Patty. "And that was?" Ava asked Hugo. "Fear." Hugo said to Ava. "Fear? Fear of what?" I asked Hugo.
"Fear of Arceus' wrath. Belius didn't give me all the details, but aperaly a long time ago. Arceus and all the Legendary Pokemon came here. They saw how the world was broken, and fixed it, giving it a second chance. But Arceus told everyone on this planet that there would be no third chance, and that if we broke the world again. He would destroy it, insead of fixing it." Hugo said to everyone. "You don't think he would do you?" Estelle asked Hugo. "Maybe. Belius said that Arceus and the Legendary's all left with anger in their hearts, but I don't know why." Hugo said to Estelle.
"But that still doesn't explain why they didn't talk about it." I said to Hugo. "Over time the humans on this planet forgot Arceus and his warning. But the Entelexeia never forgot his warning or his power. So out of fear they started the Great War." Hugo said to me. "But… what does any of this have to do with you, Judy?" Patty asked Judith. "Temza fell to the flames of war, and the technology of the Hermes blastia was believed lost." Judith said to everyone. "But somehow, some of them got out of Temza." Hugo said to everyone.
"Wait, you mean there are still Hermes models in operation?" Karol asked Judith and Hugo. "Yes. At Regou's mansion, Ehmead Hill, Ghasfarost, not to mention…" Judith said to karool, but was interrupted by Yuri. "The ceres blastia on the Fiertia." Yuri said to Judith and Hugo. "That new ceres balstia must've been a Hermes blastia." Patty said to everyone. "So then. You've been destroying the blastia in place of the Entelexeia." Estelle said to Judith.
"You could have mentioned that! Why didn't you say something?! Were you gonna save the world all on your own? Are you stupid?!" Rita said to Judith with an angry tune in her voice. We then all looked at Judith and Hugo. "Well…" Hugo said to everyone, but stopped when we all noticed a blinding line coming from a nearby cave. "Wh-what's was that?" Karol asked everyone. "Ba'ul!" Judith said to everyone, as Hugo turned his head. "LOOK OUT!" Hugo said to Judith, as he pushed her. Then Tison came out of nowhere and swung his hands like an animal. Then once we all took a few steps back, Nan came out of nowhere. "Nan!" Karol said to Nan.
"It looks like we've found our mark." Tison said as he moved closer to the cave, only for a burst of fire and a pulse of energy with a dragon head came out of the cave. Tison then jumped back a few feet. "Did you really think that we wouldn't leave Ba'ul without some protection." Hugo said to Tison.
The first one was a lizard that was standing on its back legs with black skin, tan armor over it's skin, a long tail, red eyes, red claws on its hands and feet, and two black axe-like blades with red edges that came out from the side of its mouth.
The other creature was a large white ball with bumps in it, with small stubby black legs with red spots on the back of the legs, a black face, with yellow eyes. "Everyone says hello to our armor boys, Haxorus and Shelgon." Hugo said to everyone. "Haxorus? Shelgon?" Estlle said as she pulled out the Pokedex.

While usually kind hearted, it can be terrifying if angered. Tusks that can slice through steel beams are how Haxorus deals with its adversaries.

This Pokemon has covered its body in a hard shell that has the same composition as bone. Shelgon stores energy for evolution.
"Just more monsters to fight." Tison said to everyone as Estelle put the Pokedex away "You will not pass." Judith said to Tison and Nan as she, Hugo, Haxorus, Shelgon, Vibrava, and Noivern moved in between Tison and the cave. "You two are people. Aren't you?! How can you two defend a monster?!" Nan said to Hugo and Judith. "We're not defending a monster. We're defending our friend." Hugo said to Nan, as Judith pulled out her spear.
"Didn't you get the news? I said nobody lays a hand on one of our own." Yuri said to Nan and Tison. "W-we won't allow that! Not even from you Nan!" Karol said to Nan. "We were having a conversation over here! But out!" Rita said to Nan and Tison with an angry voice. "I can't believe these guys… Such scallywags!" Patty said to Nan and Tison. "I don't usually like ta get my clothes dirty, but…" Raven said to Nan and Tison, but was interrupted by Ava.
"For you two, we'll make an exception..." Ava said to Nan and Tison, but was interrupted by me. "And you're outnumbered 10 to 1, so don't suspect an easy fight." I said to Nan and Tison. "Everyone." Judith said to everyone. "Have the Hunting Blades added people to their list of targets?" Estelle asked Nan and Tison. "Wouldn't surprise me. After all their criminals now." I said to Estelle.
"Nobody who associates with monsters can rightly call themselves a person." Tison said to me and Estelle. "The same can be said about you Hunting Blades." I said to Tison. "Karol. Have you forgotten the credo of the Hunting Blades? Step aside." Nan said to Karol. "Monsters are evil... and the Hunting Blades pursue that evil. But the Entelexia aren't evil! They were fighting to save the world." Karol said to Nan. "Don't let them fool you with that credo nonsense. They're on a job. They're here for the apatheria." Yuri said to Karol.
"Humph. It seems you won't listen to reason." Tison said to us. "It is who's not listening to reason. If you kill all the Entelexia, then you doom the planet." Hugo said to Nan and Tison. "And while we're on the topic of reason. Where's the rest of your group. You had an army to fight Belius. Don't tell me that you thought Ba'ul would be easy prey." I said to Nan and Tison.
"Do you have any idea what happened to us?" Nan asked us. "No what?" Ava asked Nan. "That Green slug that turned into a green dog of yours killed 3/4 of the Hunting Blades and the rest seriously wounded, only a handful of us made it just scratches." Tison said to us. "Then you made an illegal guild so we couldn't get any help." Nan said to us. "That is not our fault. It's yours for being monsters and attacking a city." I said to Nan.
"Not your fault. It's all your fault. You and your monsters just showed up and completely ruined us. First your monsters took away our jobs, you ruined our reputation when you defeated us with your monsters, and then you had one of your monsters destroy most of our guild and made us all criminals, making half of what's left of the guild abandoned us. We were once the symbol of order in the guilds. We slay monsters and keep the peace. But then you showed up and turned us into freaks." Nan said to Me, Ava and Hugo.
"You were always freaks, nobody called you that because they need you to keep them safe. But now, a new age is coming. And people like you are no longer welcome." Ava said to Nan and Tison. "But it's not too late. Let go of your rage, before it cost you, your future." I said to Nan and Tison. "The Hunting Blade is and always will be our future." Nan said to me. "Then you leave us no choice. You want to act like monsters. Then we will put you down like monsters." Hugo said as we all drew our weapons out, and moved to Judith and Hugo's side. "Here Judith you'll need this." Ava said to Judith as she handed Judith a new spear. "A Green Dragon Crescent Blade not a bad weapon." Judith said to Ava take the spear and throw the old one to the side.
"If you still want Ba'ul, then you have to get past us. Because we're not moving." I said to Nan and Tison. "If you have no intention of moving…" Tison said to us, as he cracked his knuckles. "You leave us no choice." Nan said to us. "You always have a choice. You just choose to let your rage consume you." I said to Nan and Tison, as they charged at us.
"Togetic show them your new move Play Rough." Estelle said to Togetic. "Togetic." Togetic said as she moved to Nan, with Estelle and Audino following her. "What can you do?" Nan asked Togetic, as Togetic released a thick cloud of smoke. "What?" Nan said as she was getting hit all over the places with Pink hearts and Yellow Stars appearing where Togetic hit Nan. then as the smoke cleared nan became face to face with Estelle and Audino. "Audino use Dazzling Gleam." Estelle said to Audino, as she raised her shield to cover her face. "Audino." Audino said as she glowed a blinding light. "My eyes." Nan said, closing her eyes. One Audino stopped glowing. Estelle stabbed Na's shoulder with her saber.
But either Nan didn't feel it or power threw it and started to swing her blade at Estelle. "Bisharp uses Metal Claw." Yuri said as he and Bisharp, ran to Estelle's side. "Bisharp." Bisharp said as he let out his blades. Yuri and Bisharp then blocked Nan's attack, and locked weapons. "Banette use Shadow Sneak." Yuri said to Banette. "Banette." Banette said as he disappeared. Nan then started to move her eyes around to figure out where Banette went, but not moving her head, in case this was just a way for her to lose focus. Banette then stuck his head out of Nan's shadow, and pulled out one of his hands and hit the back of Nan's legs. Giving Yuri and Bisharp the ability to push Nan back, and for Yuri, Estelle and their Pokemon the chance to back up.
"Mawile uses Crunch." Karol said to Mawile as he tried to strike Tison with his axe. "Mawile." Mawile said as the teeth in her ponytail, but Tison dodged their attacks. "You little things think you can beat me." Tison said to Karl and Mawile. "Skiddo use Leech Seed." Karol said to Skiddo. "Skiddo." Skiddo said as he fired seeds at Tison. Once the seeds landed on Tison, they started to grow and wrap around Tison. "You really think weeds can beat me." Tison said as he started to tear off the Leech Seed.
Raven then fired two arrows, hitting Tison in the shoulders, going through his shoulders. "Sableye uses Shadow Claw, and Drilbur uses Metal Claw." Raven said to Sableye, and Drilbur. "Sableye/ Drilbur." The two of them said as they charged at Tison with Sableye's claws covered in black energy and purple outline, and Drilbur's claws turning silver.
Drilbur then slashed Tison's back, cutting off the arrows heads, and Sableye slashed Tison's frown, cutting off the arrow's tails. "You think wood in my shoulders will stop me." Tison said as he jumped past Karol and Raven and their Pokemon. "Chesnaught stop him with Spiky Shield." I said too Chesnaught. "Chesnaught." Chesnaught said as he got in front of the cave and slammed his hand together. Then as Tison was about to strike Chesnaught a green energy shield with spikes on appeared. "Aaa!" Tison said as he jumped back. "Noivern/ Goodra/ Haxorus uses Iron Tail." Hugo and Ava said too Noivern, Goodra, Haxorus.
"Noivern/ Goodra/ Haxorus." the three of them said as their tails turned silver. Haxorus then slammed his tail into Tison, sending him flying into the air. Noivern then slammed his tail into Tison, sending him to the ground. One for Goodra to slam her tail into Tison, sending him back into the air. "Corvisquire shows Tison your new move Dual Wingbeat." I said to Corvisquire. "Corvisquire." Corvisquire said as he slapped one of his wings into Tison, making him stop mid-air and then slapped Tison with his other wings making Tison Crash into the ground near the edge of the cliff.
"Riolu uses Quick Attack on Nan." I said as I charged at Nan with Ava and Patty firing a few arrows and bullets at Nan. Nan blocked my attack, but she took a few scratches from Ava and Patty's attack, and Riolu was able to get a good kick into her stomach. "Slowpoke use Water gun." Patty said to Slowpoke. "Slowpoke." Slowpoke said as she fired a stream of water at Nan making her block the water with her blade. I then jumped back. "Cramerant use Liquidation." Patty said to Cramerant. "Cramerant." Cramerant said as he charged at nan with his beak covered in glowing water. Cramerant then slashed across Nan's side, making her flinch.
"You weaklings relying on monsters to win your battles." Nan said to everyone. "You're only saying that because you're a sore loser." Rita said to Nan as she charged up a fireball spell. "Duosion uses Pyshock. Metang help me with Psychic." Rita said to Duosion and Metang, as she fired her fireball. "Metang." Metang said as a pink outline appeared around Rita's fireball. "Duosion." Duosion said as she made dark purple orbs around Nan, at the same time Rita's fireball turned into muti little fireball. Then all the orbs and the fireball rain down into Nan. Nan tried to stop them, and even block a few of them, but most of them hit Nan, and forced her to the edge of the cliff.
Then Nan and Tison tried to move again, but Judith, Hugo, and Repede came up to them jumping around them, keeping them in place. "Vibrava uses Rock Slide." Judith said to Vibrava. "Vibrava." Vibrava said as rocks started to fall from the sky. Hugo, Repede, and Judth then jumped back as the Rock Slide formed a circle around Nan and Tison trapping them, but left an opening, with Shelgon standing there. "Shelgon would you be a good boy and you Flamethrower." Judith said to Shelgon. "Shelgon." Shelgon said before firing a stream of fire at them, and with nowhere to go they took the full force of the flamethrower.
A few seconds later Shelgon stopped using Flamethrower. "You think that stopped them?" Rita asked everyone, as they looked at the rocks. "You monster lover. Now you really have done it." Tison said as he and Nan came out slowly with burned skin and clothes. "Guess not." Patty said to everyone. "What's it going to take to keep them down?" Hugo asked everyone. "I have an idea." Yuri said as he placed his hand on his keystone. "Yuri remember what happened last time you did that." Raven said to Yuri.
"You got a better idea?" Yuri asked Raven. Raven said nothing. "Banette, I know last time was rough but I know that we can do this. Do you trust me." Yuri said to Banette. Banette cracked a smile. "Banette." Banette said to Yuri nodding his head yes. "Then let's do this. It's time to forge our own path in the world, to live it our way and MEGA EVOLVE." Yuri said as three streams of energy came out of his keystone. "Banette." Banette said as three streams of energy came out oh his mega stone. Soon the energy connected and Banette started to glow.
A few seconds later Banette stopped glowing and was in his Mega form. "Banette you still with us?" Yuri asked Banette. Banette then turned to Yuri. "Banette." Banette said to Yuri as he raised his fist. "You did Yuri. you master Mega Evolution." I said to Yuri giving him a pat on the back. "You see this is what it means to connect your heart with another. To bring out the best in each other." Hugo said to Nan and Tison.
"You connected your heart with a monster. Discussing. " Tison said to everyone. "If you really think that contacting your heart with a monster will make you all stronger than you all are too far gone to be reason with." Nan said to everyone. "Why don't I show you Banette's strength. Banette uses Shadow Claw." Yuri said to Nan and Banette. "Banette." Banette said as he charged at Nan, with high speed.
Nan didn't have much time to react, but she was able to raise her blade to block Banette. But that didn't stop Banette. Banette's Shadow Claw was able to slash right through Nan's weapon and slashed from Nan's right shoulder down to her left side. "AAAAAH!" Nan yelled in pain as she fell to the ground not getting up. "Imposible. A monster couldn't cut through Nan's weapon like butter." Tison said before he started to swing his claws at Banette.
But Banette easily dodge Tison's attack. "Hold still so I can tear you apart." Tison said as he started to get angrier. "Banette." Banette said to Tison shaking his head no. "Banette uses Knock Off." Yuri said to Banette. "Banette." Banette said as he dodged one of Tisono attacks and hit Tison right in the jaw sending him flying up and back a few feet. Tsion made a dust cloud when he landed. "Nice work Banette." Ava said to Banete.
"AAAAAAHHHH!" something roared. "What was that?" Estelle asked as Tison's dust cloud faded away, revealing Tison standing on his legs growling like an animal. Then as if he wasn't in pain. Charged at Judith. "Vibrava." Vibrava said as he pushed Judith out of the way, but was unable to doged Tison, as Tison grabbed Vibrava and slammed him against the rock wall with his hand wrapped around Vibrava's neck.
"Vibrava!" Judith said as we all pointed our weapons at Tison. "Let him go Tison it's over you lost." I said to Tison. "NO! Our job is to kill monsters. I will not lose to monster lovers and their monsters." Tison said to everyone. "Look around you Tison. You're surrounded, and if you kill or hurt Vibrava we will run you rough and end you." Hugo said to Tison. "I don't care, I will not stop until I kill all the monsters." Tison said to Hugo. "But you are a monster, look at you, you're growling like one, you attack like one, you would kill humans like one. You have become a monster." Ava said to Tison.
"I'M NOT A MONSTER! THIS THING IS! AND ONCE I KILL IT I'LL KILL YOU!" Tison said to everyone while pointing to Judith, before laughing. "Okay it's official you've lost it." Rita said to Tison, as Vibrava looked at Tison with a mean look. "VIBRAVA!" Vibrava yelled as his body started to glow blue. "What?!" Tison said as he grip broke and Tison took a few steps back.
Soon Vibrava started to grow, becoming longer and turning light green, with his tall become long with a light green, dark green stripe pattern, with three light green diamonds with red outline. His wings became large green diamonds with red outlines. His back legs turned into thick green legs with long skinny feet, and patches of dark green on the joint of his legs. His front legs became light green arms with small hands with three white claws for fingers. His eyes turned black with half clear red circles over them, and two really long dark green horns that started right between his eyes.
"Flygon." Vibrava said, showing off his new form. "Vibrava evolved into a Flygon." I said to everyone. Then Flygon grabbed Tison and flew up a few feet before throwing Tison into Nan, making them both groan in pain. "Flygon." Estelle said, pulling out the Pokedex.

It is nicknamed the Desert Spirit because the flapping of it;s wings sounds like a woman singing.
"It doesn't matter if you get bigger we're still going to kill all of you." Tison said as he and Nan wealky got up. "Flygon." Flygon said with a frustrated look on his face. "I think Flygon had it with you two." I said to Tison and Nan as Flygon flew up. Flygon then came down and before he made it to the ground, he spinned around and slammed his tail into the ground. Soon everything was shaking. "And he learned Earthquake." Ava said to everyone. "This is a terrible time to learn that move." I said to everyone. "Why?" Rita asked me, as the ground stopped shaking.
Then a loud cracking sound filled the air and cracks appeared in the ground. Soon the ground started to sink. "That's why! Everyone into the cave!" I said to everyone as we moved as fast as we could. As we all ran into the cave Nan and Tison were coming at us. "Noivern use Boomburst." Hugoo said to Noivern. "Noivern." Noivern said as he fired a powerful ear aching sonic blast. This made everyone stop in place and cover our ears. Lucky for us we were all in the cave and on stable ground. Nan and Tison weren't so lucky. We watched as the cliff gave way and the two of them fell.
We just stood there in silence for a minute until Karol said something. "Nan... I'm sorry." Karl said with a sad look on his face. "She made her choice Karol. You have nothing to be sorry for. Besides I doubt we've seen the last of those two." I said to Karol. "Come on, we can't stay here. Who knows how many Hunting blades our battle attracted." Raven said to everyone. "I doubt we'll have to worry about the Hunting Blades for now, Flygon just destroyed the only way to reach this cave." Ava said to Raven.
"And are way out." Rita said to Everyone. "We can worry about that later, Judith and I need to check on Ba'ul." Hugo said as he, Judith, and their Poekmon walked deeper into the cave. "We're coming too." Estalle said as the rest of us followed Hugo and Judith.
We soon found ourselves in a very large open area in one of the mountains where Ba'ul was resting by the edge. "What's happening?" Yuri asked Hugo and Judith as Ba'ul started to glow. "Ba'ul is trying to evolve. As an entelexeia." Judith said to everyone. "So I was right Ba'ul is a young entelexeia." I said to everyone. "It looks like he's suffering." Karol said to everyone. "Ba'ul… come on…" Judith said to Ba'ul. "You can do it Ba'ul." Hugo said to Ba'ul, as he pet Ba'ul side. "You can do it!" Patty said to Ba'ul, as Estelle ran to Ba'ul side.
"No!" Judith and Hugo said as they stopped Estelle before she could do anything. "I want to heal your wounds., but there's nothing I can do… My power is poison to you, isn't it...?" Estelle said too Ba'ul feeling helpless. "Healing wounds isn't your power, Estelle." Yuri said to Estelle. "He's right." I said to Estelle, as me and Yuri walked to Estelle's sides. "What do you mean?" Estelle asked us. "Don't you remember Belius' words?" Rita asked Estelle. "That Power corrupts but you are different. Never lose that kindness. The compassion you so readily show to others." Ava said to Estelle.
"My compassion for others…" Estelle said to Ava. "Right. Remember Belius didn't want us to let her death ruin our lives or break our hearts." Ava said to Estelle as I placed an arm around her shoulder, and she nuzzled her head into my chest. "Wait are you two?" Hugo asked me and Ava. "Yeap." Me and Ava said to Hugo, making Hugo crack a big smile. Then Hugo shocked his head. "Anyway Estelle you can't use your magic, but you can use your heart and mind." Hugo said to Estelle, making Estelle look at Ba'ul. "Your thoughts are reaching Ba'ul. I'm sure of it…" Judith said to Estelle. "All we can do now is hope for the best." Raven said to Estelle.
Then Ba'ul released a blinding light. Then after a minute of blinding light, we rubbed our eyes to see Ba'ul was now the size of the wailord and had lighter colors now. "Well now." Raven said to everyone. "Amazing…" Karol said to everyone. "I knew you could do it." Judith said to Ba'ul. "Your partner seems like he's going to be just fine." Yuri said to Judith. "Yes. Thank you all for helping me protect him… This is something I couldn't have done with just Hugo and our Pokemon." Judith said to everyone. "You're one of us. Of course we'd help!" Karol said to Judith.
"He's right as we just showed Nan and Tison. We are stronger when we stand together in the name of friendship then when we stand for vengeance." I said to Judith. "That's tight." Patty said to Judith, agreeing with me. Estelle then started to pet Ba'ul. "Didn't I tell you? You got through to him." Judith said to Estelle, making Estelle laugh a little. "You may get through to Phaeroh as well." Judith said to Estelle, making Estelle turn to Judith.
"Judith are you sure seeing Phaeroh is a good idea?" Hugo asked Judith. "That's for her to decide." Judith said to Hugoo. "Will you be going to meet him?" Judith asked Estelle. "I'll go. It's been the purpose of my journey, after all." Estelle said to Judith. "Are you sure? What if you end up getting killed?" Rita asked Estelle. "Even still. I've got to stand firm on this…" Estelle said to everyone. "Okay then I suggest we get out of here. After all I'm sure whatever Hunting Blades stragglers are left here, are on their way." I said to everyone. "But we're trapped in here and even if we could get out. We ran into them." Karol said to me.
"You seem to be forgetting something Karol." I said to Karol. "The skies are wide open above us." Patty said to me. "Bingo Patty." I said to Patty. "Get on. We'll fly as far as the Fiertia. We can finish talking once we arrive." Judith said to everyone. "All aboard the train is leaving." Hugo said to everyone as we all started to get onto Ba'ul.
A minute later we were all on board and Ba'ul flew out of a large opening of the mountain. As we flew everyone was either excited by it or was sacred. Ava was one of those people that was scared. "We can't ride Ba'ul like this." Ava said to everyone as she held onto me and Ba'ul for dear life, not that I mind. Then I had an idea. "I think I know a better way for us to ride Ba'ul or should I say carry." I said to everyone getting their attention.
A few minutes later we made it back to the ship. That's when I told them my idea. They thought I was crazy, but they didn't have anything better. We then spend a few hours tying rope around the ship and Ba'ul. "Okay that's the last of it. All the ropes are secure. Judith, would you be so kind?" I asked Judith, as I finished tying the last of the ropes. Judith then gave Ba'ul a command and we were off. It was a little shaky but it was better than riding on Ba'ul back. "It worked." I said as Judith then faint, lucky Hugo was able to catch her. "Judy?!" Yuri said to Judith, as Estelle ran to Judith.
A few minutes later Judith, Flygon, and Shelgon were in the cabin Hugo and Estelle looking over her. Then they exited the cabin. "She's sleeping. She must be exhausted." Estelle said to everyone. "Yeah. I mean, she just keeled over. Wasn't expecting that." Karol said to Estelle. "I was. Even with the rest of us helping her keep watch over Ba'ul she refused to rest until he evolved." Hugo said to everyone. "She was putin' up a brave front, but she must've been near the end of her rope." Raven said to everyone.
"She's just dumb. She doesn't know how to express what she's feeling." Rita said to everyone. "I call her stubborn not dumb." I said to Rita. "And I call her charming." Hugo said quietly, and only I heard that. "What was that?" I asked Hug. "Nothing. Nothing at all." Hugo said to me. "But I'm really glad we were able to help Judy out." Patty said to everyone. "We can finish talking with her tomorrow. We should let her sleep now. In fact. I wouldn't mind a little shut-eye myself." Yuri said to everyone. "Agree let's get some rest. Those Hunting Blades fools have given me a headache." I said as we all scattered to different parts of the ship.
