Before we start, I want to let you know that I posted the first three chapters of my She-ra Story, and I'm going to have a tight schedule this semester, so it may take me some time to post chapters. Also Pokemon Legends of Arceus came out and I've been spending my free time on that instead of my stories. And since this is the end of the second arc in the game, I'm not going to put the new Pokemon of Legends of Arceus into this story.
Now the reason this one took so long, was because things have been busy or me, it took long then I thought to write my Fire Emblem chapter, I've been playing Legends of Arceus instead of writing, and I wanted the battles in this chapter to me more then Pokemon attack and a punch, and they win.
Now onto chapter 33.
Chapter 33
A Day With A Mega Problem
Oliver P.O.V.
After flying for a bit, we reached The Enduring Shrine of Zaude. "So that's Zaude. It's huge." Yuri said to everyone. "It's sort of shaped like a ring." Karol said to everyone. "Anybody with fingers big enough for that wouldn't have any trouble taking over the world." Raven said to everyone. "There's no way Alexei could fit that on his finger." Patty said to Raven. "I wonder if we'll get in without being seen." Karol asked everyone.
"We have a better chance, if we land and sail there instead of Ba'ul carrying us the rest of the way." I said to everyone. "Whoa, look! Over there!" Rita said to everyone, pointing to the side, making us all see Phaeroh flying at The Enduring Shrine of Zaude at high speed. "Phaeroh…" Judith said. "What's he doing here?" Hugo asked everyone.
Then we watched as the large crystal on the top of The Enduring Shrine of Zaude shot beams of energy at Phaeroh. But Phaeroh dodged the beams and landed under the crystal. There Phaeroh drain some of the energy from the crystal. But then the Vesperia fired a large beam of red energy at Phaeroh. The beam knocked Phaeroh off The Enduring Shrine of Zaude. Then The Enduring Shrine of Zaude let out a giant red magic circle, making Phearoh fly away.
"He's…" Karol said to everyone. "Leaving!" Ava said, finishing Karol's sentence. "But Pharaoh's one of the strongest Entelexeia…" Judith said to everyone. "And even he couldn't do anything to it. What'd we get ourselves into?" Raven asked everyone. "Something big I say." I said to everyone.
"It reconstituted itself by manipulating the aer. What processing speed." Rita said, surprised by it. "Is that the power Alexei was after…?" Flynn asked everyone. "Considering what it just did to the strongest of the Entelexeia, I'm going with, probably." Hugo said to Flynn. "Let's do what Oliver said, and go in from below. Phaeroh's distracting them for a moment and made them look up. We should move before they look down." Yuri said to everyone.
Ba'ul then took us down, and we sailed to an isolated part of The Enduring Shrine of Zaude. After leaving the ship, we noticed how massive it was. "Man, up close, this thing is bigger than I thought." Yuri said to everyone. "Is this really one big blastia?! There's no way…" Rita said to everyone. "It's gotta be a hoplon blastia designed to threaten everyone in the world!" Patty said to everyone. "I don't think that's it. I have the feeling it's used for something else." Hugo said. "In any case. It must possess unimaginable power." Judith said to everyone.
"Hey, look! It's a ship!" Karol said, as we noticed a ship nearby. "Is it the Knights'?" Estelle asked everyone. "No. I can't believe they'd make it here this fast. It's probably the Royal Guard." Flynn said to everyone. "That must mean..." Raven said. "That Alexei and what's left of his grunts are here." Ava said to everyone, as we noticed her above us.
We all ran up and noticed the large group of knights blocking the entrance. "Yep, the entrance is closely guarded." Raven said to everyone. "They're swarming like sea roaches." Patty said to everyone. "There aren't that many. We could blow 'em away before they knew what hit them." Rita said to everyone. "Probably not a good idea. Alexei might have men on the other side of the door. We make some noise and they barricade the door." I said to Rita. "Let's see if there isn't some other way in." Yuri said to everyone before we started to look around.
After looking around we found a large vent. "There's a breeze… it's a vent." Yuri said to everyone. "Actually this is our way in." I said to Yuri. "Leave it to me!" Karol said to me. "Are we going to enter through here?" Flynn asked everyone. "It might not be what you're used to as a knight, but yeah." Yuri said to Flynn, as Karol started to get the vent open.
"Rita, don't worry. I'm fine." Estelle said, making us all turn and see Estelle and Rita looking at each other. "Please, I-I'm not worried." Rita said. "You clearly are." Judith said to Rita. "It's written all over your face." Hugo said to Rita. "Aye." Patty said to Rita. "Oh, shut up! Hurry up and get that thing open!" Rita said to everyone and told Karol. "You're the only one shouting." Yuri said to Rita. "Yes, so be quiet before you blow our cover." I said to Rita.
"Got it!" Karol said, as he finished removing the vent. "Wonderful, let's take a look." Raven said to everyone. Then after some pushing and pulling on a few of our Pokemon. We made it inside with no trouble. Inside was a sight to behold, dispiet it falling apart and half flooded. We also noticed that the place was too small to let all of our Pokemon out so me, Hugo, and Ava just let out two of our Pokemon.
"Okay Manectric, Doublade come on out." I said, letting them out of their Pokeballs. "Gallade and Vaporeon I could use your help." Hugo said, letting them out of their Pokeballs. "And let's not forget you two Houndoom and Hawlucha." Ava said, letting them out of their Pokeballs.
We then started to look around for a while trying to find Alexei, but Yuri stopped us. "What is it, Yuri?" I asked Yuri. "I've been wondering about this for a while now." Yuri said to me. "What?" Raven asked Yuri. "Care to explain more?" Ava asked Yuri. "How come the Royal Guard is so loyal to Alexei?" Yuri asked everyone. "That's true. You'd think they'd have come to their senses by now." Patty said to everyone.
"Well, did you know that most of the Imperial Knights are taken as apprentices from the nobility?" Raven asked everyone. "Yeah. I wish I could forget." Yuri said to Raven. "Well, the Royal guard protects the emperor, and they're made up of the finest soldiers in the Imperial Knights." Raven said to everyone. "Hasn't it been several years since we've had an emperor, though?" Rita asked Raven.
"Exactly. In that time, the Commandant's cleverly made those knights into his own personal army." Raven said to everyone. "It doesn't seem like that'd be enough to turn them into such little lapdogs, though." Yuri said to Raven. "Well, the ideas he offered them were attractive in their own ways. "Lead our empire to prosperity!" and what have ya." Raven said to Yuri.
"They were all so enamored with him, earnestly believing his every word. Even now, I imagine they believe in him. I cannot blame them for that." Flynn said to everyone. "But if you realized what kind of person he is, Flynn, then why can't they?" Karol asked Flynn. "Karol, some people are like Mareep, they can't think for themselves or see things for what they really are. I doubt the Royal Guard is putting much thought into whether or not this is right or wrong." I said to Karol.
"The world would probably be a better place if all those guys figured out the truth on their own." Raven said to everyone, making Estelle sigh. "But here we are. And they won't hesitate to kill us. So no holding back." I said to everyone, before we got back to walking.
After walking for a bit, we found ourselves in a large room, with a glass dome around it, and under water, making a majestic room. "It's beautiful…" Estelle said to everyone, as we looked around. "You have to admit, the people who made this place had a sense of style." I said to everyone. "Yeah, I can't believe we're inside a weapon." Karol said, as he and his Pokemon started to walk around. "Karol, Gogoat, Mawile, wait." Judith said to them. "Huh?" Karol asked Judith, before they stopped and turned to Judith.
Then Repede ran forward, and started to growl. "Get out here. You're too old for hide-and-seek." Yuri said. Then Yeager came up from behind a pillar. "Bravo, bravo, my lad." Yeager said to Yuri, clapping, as he walked to us. "Splendid! Such keen intuition, such sharpened instincts. Simply splendid!" Yeager said to Yuri. "Yeager!" Karol said, as we reached for our weapons, but didn't pull them out.
"What is it this time? Are you gonna show us how to get to Alexei?" Rita asked Yeager. "Ja, oh ja. I will show you the way. To hell, that is!" Yeager said, as she pulled out a scythe. This made us pull out our weapons. "Just which way's the wind blowin' with this guy, anyway?" Raven asked everyone. "Who cares, we still have a score to settle with him anyway." Ava said to Raven.
"Looks like she hasn't forgotten, my pretties? We are still sworn enemies, you know. Things were destined to end this way between us." Yeager said to us. "Is this another trap?" Karol asked everyone. "It's just like you said. We're enemies. So let's do what enemies do." Yuri said to yeager. "You are correct! Come!" Yeager said to Yuri. "Bring it!" Yuri said to Yeager. "Attack!" I said, before we charged at Yeager.
"Gallade use Leaf Blade, and Vaporeon use Ice Beam." Hugo said as he charged at Yeager. "Gallade." Gallade said, as his wrist blades glowed green and grew longer. "Vaporeon." Vaporeon said, as she fired a light blue beam at Yeager. But Yeager dodged Hugo and Gallade's attack, and blocked Vaporeon's with the blade part of his scythe. Then Yeager slashed Vaporeon's right side, dealing some damage, and leaving a shallow cut.
"Bisharp use Metal Claw, and Banette use Shadow Sneak." Yuri said to Bisharp and Banette. "Bisharp." Bisharp said, as he and Yuri charged at Yeager with Bisharp's wrist blades out and glowing silver. "Banette." Bannette said, as he sunk into the shadows. Then Yeager blocked Yuri and Bisharps with his scythe, breaking the ice on it. But Banette popped out of the shadow under Yeager ,and struck the back of Yeager's legs.
This made Yeager fall backward a bit, but while falling backward, he hit Bisharp in the right side of Bisharps face, with the stick end of his scythe. This made Bisharp fall onto Yuri, and gave Yeager a chance to roll away and get back up before anyone else could attack.
"Gogoat use Horn Leech, and Mawile use Iron Head." Karol said, as he rode Gogoat, and they charged at Yeager. "Gogoat." Gogoat said, as his horns glowed green. "Mawile." Mawile said, as her ponytail turned silver and rough.
"Cramerant use Scald, and Slowbro use Water Pulse." Patty said, as she fired shots at Yeager. "Cramerant." Cramerant said as he fired a steam of hot water at Yeager. "Slowbro." Slowbro said, as she fired a sphere of water at Yeager.
"Houndoom use Dark Pulse, and Hawlucha use Acrobatics." Ava said to Houndoom and Hawlucha, as she shot arrows at Yeager. But Yeager dodged Ava's arrows. "Houndoom." Houndoom said, as she fired a stream of black rings at Yeager, but Yeager doged that too. "Hawlucha." Hawlucha said, as he started to jump around Yeager.
"Excadrill use Drill Run, Sableye use Shadow Claw." Raven said to Excadrill and Sableye, as he shot arrows at Yeager, but Yeager dodged Raven's arrows. "Excadrill." Excadrill said, as he charged at Yeager after clamping his claws to his horns, and started to spin. "Sableye." Sableye said as he charged at Yeager, with his claws encased in black energy with a purple outline.
But Yeager dodged their attacks, making Karol, Gogoat, and Mawile run past him, and was able to hit Excadrill in the side, making Excadrill crash into the floor. Then he uses his scythe to force Hawlucha into Cramernat. Then Yeager started to attack everyone.
"Audino use Dazzling Gleam." Estelle said to Audino. "Audino." Audino said, as she let out a bling multi-color light. This made Yeager freeze and cover his eyes. "Togekiss use Zen Headbutt." Estelle said, as she and Togekiss charged at Yeager. "Togekiss." Togekiss said, as her head and the horns on her glowed light blue. Estelle slammed her shield, and Togekiss' head into yeager forcing him back.
"Reuniclus use Future Sight, and Metagross use Psychic." Rita said as she started to cast a fire spell and fired it. "Metagross." Metagross said, as his eyes glowed pink and a pink outline appeared in the fire ball, making it shatter and hit Yeager. Yeager covered his face to prevent the fire from hitting his face. "Reuniclus." Reuniclus said, as she held her arms close together and made a ball of psychic energy, and then split it into a few portals, before Yeager noticed this.
What Yeager noticed next was Judith charging at him. "Flygon use Dragon Breath and Shelgon use Flamethrower." Judith said to Flygon and Shelgon. "Flygon." Flygon said, as he fired a burst of teal energy on Yeagers left side. "Shelgon." Shelgon said, as he fired a stream of fire on Yeagers right side. This made it so, Yeager couldn't dodge Judith's attack, but Yeager was able to use his scythe to block most of the damage, but was still forced back.
Yeager then charged at Flynn, and Flynn blocked his attacks with his sword. "Lucario use Bone Rush, and Corviknight use Dual Wingbeat." Flynn said to Lucario and Corviknight, as he took the hits from Yeager. "Lucario." Lucario said, as he made a glowing red bone in his paws, and used the bone to hold Yeagers scythe in the air. Then Corviknight flew in behind Yeager and slammed his wings into Yeager, making Yeager wobbly.
"Doublade use Iron Head, and Manectric use Quick Attack." I said, as I charged at Yeager. "Doublade." Doublade said, as his swords turned silver, and he started to spin. "Manectric." Manectric said, as he moved at high speed and slammed into Yeager's chest. Then Doublade landed his attack, and while Yeager used his scythe to block most of it, Doublade still cut the scythe in two. Then I came up and slammed my maces into the chest right below his neck, tearing off some of his clothes under his neck, and sending Yeager rolling back a little.
Then the Future Sight hit Yeager, dealing quite a bit of damage. Then Yeager got up. "Well aren't you something? I suppose it's time to reveal my true power!" Yeager said to us, before a bright purple light came from his chest. That's when we noticed the overcharged blastia in Yeagers chest. "He's just showing off!" Yuri said to everyone. "Hey, if he tries to use it like that…!" Raven said to everyone. "Wait, that's a hermes blastia?!" Judith said to everyone. "Even be on guard. Things got tougher." Hugo said to everyone.
Then Yeager started to move around at high speed. And he used both sticks of his broken scythe as weapons. And while we tried to block Yeager's attack, Yeageager was able to get some good hits on us.
"Bisharp, Banette, get those weapons out of Yeagers hands with Thief, and Knock Off." Yuri said to Bisharp and Banette, as he tried to hit Yeager. "Bisharp." Bisharp said, as he tried to take yeagers weapons away. "Banette." Banette said, as he tried to knock the weapons out of yeagers hands. But Yeager dogged their attacks, and used the scythe to hook into Bisharp, and force him into a pillar.
"Gallade use Brick Break, and Vaporeon use Iron tail." Hugo said to Gallade and Vaporeon, as he charged at Yeager. "Gallade." Gallade said, as his arms glowed white, and he locked with the stick part of Yeager's weapon, and Hugo locked with the scythe part of Yeagers weapon. "Vaporeon." Vaporeon said as she jumped up and her tail turned silver. But Yeager unlocked his weapon with Gallade, and slammed it into Vaporeon, before she could hit her and send her flying. With the Pokemon off him, he forced Hugo off him.
"Gogoat use Horn Leech, and Mawile use Ice Fang." Karol said to Gogoat and Mawile as they charged at Yeager, with Karol still riding Gogoat. "Mawile." Mawile said, as her ponytail's mouth started to let out a chill, and its teeth became longer and light blue. "Gogoat." Gogoat said, as his horns glowed light green. But Yeager dodged Mawile's attack, and used the scythe part of his weapon to hook onto Gogoat's horns, and force him to crash into the ground, making Karol roll away from Gogoat.
"Shelgon use Protect to protect them, and Flygon use Rock Slide to get him off them." Judith said to Shelgon and Flygon. "Shelgon." Shelgon said, as he reached Gogoat, and formed a green bubble around him and Gogoat. "Flygon." Flygon said as he made rocks fall from the sky. This made Yeager jump back, and Judith saw where he was going to land. So she charged at Yeager, and was finally able to get a hit on Yeager. But it wasn't that much damage.
"Reuniclus use Psyshock, and Metagross use Take Down." Rita said, as she started to cast an earth spell. "Reuniclus." Reuniclus said, as she started to make purple orbs. "Metagross." Metagross said, as he glowed white and charged at Yeager, but Yeager was able to dodge Metagross' attack, by jumping over him. Then Reuniclus fired the orbs at Yeager, but he dodged that as well, even dodging the spot Rita's spell was going to burst out of the ground from.
Then Yeager charged at us, and Flynn used his shield to take the attacks. "Corviknight Drill Peck." Flynn said, as he took the attacks from Yeager. "Corviknight." Corviknight said, as his beck grew longer and it started to spin. But Yeager dodged the attack, and jumped onto Corviknight's back, and used the scythe part to stay one. Then Yeager started to slam his stick weapon into Corviknight's back, repeatedly.
"Lucario get him off Corviknight with Aura Sphere." Flynn said to Lucario. "Lucario." Lucario said, as he placed his hands together, then as he pulled them apart a dark blue sphere appeared in the middle of his hands. Lucario then threw the sphere at Yeager. But Yeager jumped off Corviknight, and dodged the sphere.
"Excadrill use Metal Claw, and Sableye use Fury Swipes." Raven said to Excadrill and Sableye, as he fired more arrows at Yeager. "Excadrill/ Sableye." the two said, as they changed at Yeager, with Excadrill's claws glowing silver, and Sableye's claws glowing white. But Yeager pushed Sableye away with his stick, half of his weapon, and locked and twisted Excadrill's right arm, then slammed his stick half into the side of Excadrill.
"Slowbro use Psychic to stop him." Patty said to Slowbro. "Slowbro." Slowbro said, as her eyes turned pink and a pink outline appeared on Yeagers weapons. Then the weapons were sent flying. Yeager then ran to get his weapons back, making him leave, Excadrill. "Cramerant use Liquidation." Patty said, as she shot at Yeager. "Cramerant." Cramerant said, as he charged at Yeager with this beak cover in water. But Yeager was able to reach his weapon before Cramerant could get to him, and used both of them to swat him away like a fly.
"Houndoom use Flamethrower." Ava said to Haoundoom, as she fired arrows at Yeager. "Houndoom." Houndoom said, as she let out a steam of fire. But Yeager was on the move again, and dodged the fire and arrows. "Hawlucha use Flying Press." Ava said to Hawlucha. "Hawlucha." Hawlucha said as he came crashing down. But Yeager dodged the attack, making Hawlucha crash into the floor. Then Yeager jumped onto Halucha's back, pinning him to the floor.
"Togekiss use Air Slash." Estelle said to Togekiss, as she forced Yeager off Hawlucha. "Togekiss." Togekiss said, as she flapped her wings, and fired two wind blades. But Yeager got off Halucha and charged at Togekiss, dodged the wind blades, and ram his weapons into the joints of Togekiss wings. But Estelle attacked Yeager, making him move away from Togekiss.
"Audino use Heal Pulse." Estelle said to Audino. "Audino." Audino said, as she started to let out a pink pulse, healing Vaporeon, Hawlucha, Bisharp, Togekiss, Gogoat, Reuniclus, Excadrill, Flygon, Cramerant, and Corviknight.
And while that helped the Pokemon, Yeager was still running around like a mad man didn't help. We were holding our ground, but Yeager was moving and acting like Beedrill, and stinging us like a Beedrill, even stinging Doublade in the eyes. "Doublade! Manectric use Discharge!" I said to Manectric, as I ran to Doublade. "Manectric!" Manectric said, as he let out a surge of electricity, making Yeager stay in place. I then reached Doublade, and I had an idea. "Doublade I have an idea." I said to Doublade.
Then Manectric Discharge ended. Then I charged at Yeager, with my maces behind my back. Then I whipped my maces forward, and Yeager jumped back a little, but that's when he noticed the blue fabric on my maces. "Doublade use Iron Head." I said to Doublade, as Yeager noticed Doublade attached to my maces, missing their sheath, and about to hit Yeager, with the blades glowing silver. The two blades hit Yeager in the sides, and broke some of Yeagers ribs.
"Doublade use Shadow Claw." I said to Doublade, as I started to wildly swing my maces. Then Doublade's blades became incase in black enerogu with a spike on both sides, and a purple outline. Yeager tried to block my attack, but with Doublade attached to my weapons, Yeager could either block my maces or Doublade's blades, but not both, and we started to deal some major damage.
"Doublade use Sacred Sword." I said to Doublade, as I slammed my maces into Yeager's chest, cracking the blastia in Yeagers chest. "Doublade." Doublade said, as his blades became curved purple energy blades, and I pulled him down, leaving a massive X shape slash on Yeagers chest. This made Yeager fall to the ground.
"Wunderbar…" Yeager said, laying on the ground, defeated. With Yeager on the ground, Doublade's eyes got a little better, and he flew off my maces and grabbed his sheath. Raven and Ava then moved to Yeagers side, both with an arrow at the ready. "You know, I'm not really one for vengeance and all, but… this is for the Don." Raven said to Yeager. "And for everyone else you hurt." Ava said to Yeager. "Be careful. He might still have something up his sleeve." Rita said to Raven and Ava.
"No no no. These sleeves are empty. This is… ja, this is it." Yeager said to Rita. "Your chest… Did Alexei do that to you as well?" Judith asked Yeager. "My… I wonder. But what's done is done." Yeager said to Judith. Then Estelle ran to Yeager. "Why? Why did you fight alone? With nothing and no one to help you…" Estelle asked Yeager.
"Heh… Goodbye." Yeager said to Estelle, as he closed his eyes, and before Flynn ran to Yeager's side. "Wait, where's Alexei?! What is he trying to accomplish?!" Flynn asked Yeager. But Yeager didn't answer, for the light of his blastia faded. I checked his pulse, and found nothing, "He's dead." I said to everyone. "Why?" Raven asked, as we all wondered why he did all of what he did. "Leviathan's Claw… What a sad ending…" Patty said to everyone. "May you find peace in the next life." I said to Yeager, as I got up.
"Hey…" Karol said, as we turned around and noticed Gauche and Droite standing behind us. But before anyone could say or do anything, Gauche and Droite ran away with tears in their eyes. "They were both crying…" Flynn said to everyone. "What…? What was that all about?" Rita asked everyone. "He was… an awful person. But maybe he also…" Estelle said to everyone. "Let's keep moving." I said to everyone, as we got back to walking.
We tried to move as fast as we could but the damage Yeager did to Doublade, Vaporeon, Hawlucha, Bisharp, Togekiss, Gogoat, Reuniclus, Excadrill, Flygon, Cramerant, and Corviknight, made us go a little bit slower. Even After Audino's Heal Pulse and Heal Bell a couple times, they were still hurt. I don't think it's anything major, I think they're just tired after fighting Yeager. Which isn't good since Alexei is going to be worse.
But as we reached a long hallway, with two statues on the sides of it, Patty stopped at the base of one of the statues, we then all looked at her. "Hm? Is something wrong?" Yuri asked Patty, as we walked to her. Then we noticed a crystal star in the base of the statue. "This looks just like… Could it be…?" Patty said. "Oh? What's that?" Judith asked Patty.
"This… is the Maris Stella." Patty said to everyone. "That's the Maris Stella…? The treasure that you've been searching for?" Estelle asked Patty. "Aye…" Patty said to everyone. "Whaaaa…? Seriously? I never imagined we'd find it in a place like this." Raven said to everyone. "I've been searching for it for so long… and now I've finally found it…" Patty said to everyone, before taking the Maris Stella.
"Well? What are you gonna do next? Weren't you gonna use that as a clue to find your grandpa?" Rita asked Patty. "Aye. But now's not the time." Patty said to everyone. "Wait… But wasn't Aifread the one who hid the Maris Stella…?" Karol asked Patty. "Now's hardly the time to be excited over some treasure." Yuri said to everyone. "Aye! We need to hurry up and beat that scallywag alexei to a pulp!" Patty said to everyone. "Then let's get to it." I said to Patty, as we got back to walking.
Then after walking for a bit, we found a small group of Knights forming a while in front of a large decorated door. "That's far enough… we'll never let you through!" One of the Knights said to us. "The Royal Guard! Then Alexei must be just up ahead." Estelle said to everyone. "He's gotta be. Alright, guys! Let's do this!" Yuri said to everyone. "Let's be quick and quiet people." I said to everyone, as we attacked the Knight walls.
"Togekiss use Aura Sphere and Audino use Dazzling Gleam." Estelle said to Togekiss and Audino. "Togekiss." Togkiss said, as she clapped her wings together and separated them, making a dark blue sphere appear in the middle of it. Togekiss then fired the sphere, but I could see the back in her wings. The sphere scattered the wall, but didn't get them out of our way. "Audino." Audino said, as he let out a blinding multi-color light, making the knights cover their eyes. This gave us the chance to charge.
"Manectric use Quick Attack, and Doublade use Iron Head." I said to Manectric and Doublade. "Manectric." Manectric said, as he moved at high speed and ram in the gut of a knight. Then Doublade strock with his blades glowing silver, but only one of Doublade blades actually hit him, I think it's eyes are still bothering him. But the other blade knocked the knight's weapons out of his hands and gave me an opening to strike.
"Gallade use Double Team, and Vaporeon use Ice Beam." Hugo said to Gallade and Vaporeon. "Gallade." Gallade said as he made multi shadow copies and surrounded a knight. "Vaporeon." Vaporeon said as she fired a light blue beam, and froze part of the knight. Once Vaporeon was done, she started to cough a little, as Hugo finished the knight.
"Hawlucha use Iron Head, and Houndoom use Flamethrower." Ava said, as she got ready to fire an arrow. "Hawlucha." Hawlucha said, as his head turned silver and rough, then Hawlucha rammed his head into a knight's shield leaving a hole in it, and it could see an ack in Hawlucha's back. "Houndoom." Houndoom said, as she fired a steam of fire at the shodul, and went through the hole, burning the knight. This gave Ava an opening to finish the knight.
"Corviknight use Rock Smash, and Lucario use Power-Up Punch." Flynn said, as he locked weapons with a knight. "Corviknight." Corviknight said, as his talons glowed white. "Lucario." Lucario said, as his fist glows orange. Lucario then attacked from below, and Corviknight from above, the two slammed into the knight and finished the knight. Then I noticed Corviknight rolling his neck, as if flying gave him a ack
"Flygon use Dragon Breath, and Shelgon use Flamethrower." Judith said. "Flygon/ Shelgon." The two said, as Flygon fired a burst of teal energy, and Shelgon fired a stem of fire at a spellcaster knight, destroying her staff. This made the knight helpless and easy for Judith to take down.
"Cramerant use Scald, and Slowbro use Water Pulse." Patty said to Cramerant and Slowbro, as she pointed a gun at a knight. "Cramerant." Cramerant said, as he fired a stream of boiling water at a knight, but Cramerant started to cough and stopped his attack. Lucky Slowbro picked up the slack and fired a sphere of water at the knight, making the knight raise his weapon. Then Patty fired a shot at the knight finishing him.
"Gogoat use Vine Whip, and Mawile use Play Rough." Karol said to Gogoat and Mawile. "Gogoat." Gogoat said, as vines came out of his side, and grabbed the knights weapons, but the knight was able to play tug a war with Gogoat, and wining. Guess his legs were still sore. Then Mawile jumped and made a cloud of smoke, and soon, pink hearts and yellow stars came out of the smoke. When the smoke cleared, it showed a tired knight that gave Karol no trouble.
"Metagross use Bullet Punch, and Reuniclus use Shadow Ball." Rita said, as she started to cast a fireball spell. "Metagross." Metagross said as he charged at the knight at high speed, and knocked the knights weapon and shield out of his hands. "Reuniclus." Reuniclus said as she and Rita fired a black sphere and a fireball at the knight, finishing the knight.
"Sableye use Power Gem, and Excadrill use Metal Claw." Raven said, as he ready an arrow. "Sableye." Sableye said, as he summoned some gems and fired small beams of light from them, getting in the knight's eyes. Then Raven shot the arrow at the knight, hitting him in the shoulder. "Excadrill." Excadril said, as he charged at the knight, his claws glowed silver, and slashed the knight. Then I noticed Excadrill grabbed his right arm.
"Banette use Shadow Sneak, and Bisharp use Aerial Ace." Yuri said, as he and Bisharp charged at the last knight, with Bisharp moving a little slower. "Banette." Banette said as he sank into the shadows, and appeared under the knight, hitting the knight in the back legs. Then Bisharp disappeared and reappeared behind the knight and forced him forward. Completely off balance Yuri had no trouble finishing him.
After the battle, Doublade, Vaporeon, Hawlucha, Bisharp, Togekiss, Gogoat, Reuniclus, Excadrill, Flygon, Cramerant, and Corviknight, we're even more tiring, and I was worried about how they would fight the next fight. "I almost feel sorry for them." Judith said to everyone. "Captain, are you all right." A voice said to Flynn. A voice I hoped I didn't have to hear today. We turned around to see Sodia and Witcher running to us.
"Sodia! Wicher! Were you able to withstand Zaude's attacks?" Flynn asked Sodia. "The ships are anchored at a distance, we're the advance party. Those who came after us have divided into small groups and are proceeding with the landing." Sodia said to Flynn. "You're being cautious." Karol said to Sodia. "Given what Zaude can do, no surprise." Ava said to Karol. "That's smart. If you came in force and got caught. That'd be the end of that." Raven said to everyone.
"From here on, this is our duty. You need to withdraw." Sodia said to us. "Perky as ever, aren't you? Sorry, but we're gonna ignore you on that one." Yuri said to Sodia, walking to Sodia. "If we did that, everything we've done up until now would be for nothing." Patty said to Sodia. "Besides, Empire Ioder gave us permission to be here. So unless you have more power than him, we're not going anywhere." I said to Sodia.
Sodia then reached for her sword, but Flynn stopped her with a look, before she could pull out her sword. "I think we should cooperate, but that's just me." Rita said to everyone. "Aye! We've all come to defeat Alexei, after all." Patty said to everyone. "I don't think so." I said to everyone, looking at Sodia's hand still on her sword. "She's right. We're all here to bring Alexei down." Flynn said to me and Sodia. "Well, and save the world in the process, right?" Yuri asked Flynn. "Yeah. I heard." Flynn said to Yuri, as Sodia finally let go of her sword.
"Okay then, let's all play nice and go pound this guy." Yuri said to everyone. We all nodded yes, and we moved to the large door. "The Knights will take point." Sodia said, as she tried to open the door, but it wouldn't move an inch. "If you want to take point, then you should open the door." I said to Sodia, leaning against the door. Sodia got mad, and started to put more force on the door, but it still wasn't moving. Sodia then got madder and started to hit the door with her sword, but still nothing.
While Sodia was banging against the door, I noticed that the decorations on the door were of a woman and a Latias, and in the middle of their chest was two sphere shaped holes, the one in the woman being smaller than the one in the Latias, and the holes connected by three yellow lines. It took me a few seconds to figure out what the lock was, what was behind the door that needed this kind of lock, and how to unlock it.
"Stop." I said to Sodia. "I think I know how to open it." I said to Sodia. Sodia huffed at me, and let me move to the door. I then took out Manectric's Mega Stone, and pulled the Keystone I got from Yuri out of my pocket.
I put Yuri's Keystone in the hole of the woman, and Manectric's Mega Stone in the hole of the Latias. Once they were in, the door glowed a yellow glow, and it opened. "I think I figured out why Alexei wanted my Keystone." I said, as I took Yuri's Keystone, and Manectric's Mega Stone out of the door. "Why?" Rita asked me.
"This is the control room, and it was locked by using the Keystone in Dein Nomos and the Latias Mega Stone. But now that he has my Key stone, he can unlock the door." I said to everyone, as I pocketed Yuri's Keystone, and put Manectric's back in his collar. "Now, since I opened the door, Brave Vesperia will take the lead." I said to Sodia, as we walked into the room, and even though I couldn't see her, I could sense her mean look.
The room was very large, surrounded by waterfalls for walls, a few large green crystals around the room, and a long bridge that led to a platform in the middle of the room. And on the platform were a few knights guarding Alexei, and by the looks of it, Alexei was playing with what I guess are the controls to this place. We all then walked to Alexei.
"Well, well. Everyone's here, Welcome to the very depths of the ocean." Alexei said to us, turning to us, and looked at us. "It's over, Alexei. Don't add to your crimes any further." Estelle said to Alexei. "Ahh, Princess Estellise. How nice to see you up and about." Alexie said to Estelle bowing to her. Togekiss then got in front of Estelle, and growled at him.
"Which tells me Yeager was useless." Alexei said to everyone. "He's dead." Yuri said to Alexei. "I thought surely he'd come through in the end, but oh. How I was mistaken." Alexei said to us. "Is toying with the destinies of others how you have your fun?" Judith asked Alexei, as Flynn ran to the front line of the group. "Alexei! What happened to the ideals you held? What changed?!" Flynn asked Alexei.
"Flynn, are you still saying things like that?!" Yuri asked Flynn. "Yeah, he's trying to conquer the world, the reason he changed doesn't matter." I said to Flynn. "Nothing has changed, except my methods. Absolute power is all that can revive this rotting, stagnant empire. Indeed, the world." Alexei said to us.
"Can you, can it with the rotten world speech? We heard it planety of times from our old enemy Lysandre." I said to Alexei. "And we'll bet you like we bet him." Hugo said to Alexei. "And if you're following his lead, then chances are this place will be the thing that kills you, not us." Ava said to Alexei. "You don't understand. No true reformation could occur so long as I followed the means presented by the empire." Alexei said to us. "I said, Can it! We've heard it all before." I said to Alexei.
"You should understand this well." Alexei said to Flynn. Flynn lowered his head. "Whoa, whoa. Don't tell me you're actually listenin' to this drivel." Raven asked Flynn. "Nonsense… It's all nonsense! Every word out of his mouth is a lie!" Patty said to Flynn. "Why have you taken such a hurtful path? Some of your stature could have found another way…" Estelle said to Alexei.
"At times, dreamers must suffer being branded as criminals. But I'll suffer such burdens gladly. I promised to free this world from the Entelexeia, from the aer, from the pitiful empire, and the fear of Arceus! This world shall be reborn!" Alexei said to us. "I don't give a damn what you're doing this for. But you're making a lot of people cry. And that's enough of a reason to take you down!" Yuri said to Alexei, as we pulled out our weapons. "There's no turning back now." Flynn said. "How tedious… If you'll excuse me. I'm a very busy man." Alexei said to us, before the platform under him started to rise.
"Ah, he's getting away!" Karol said to everyone. "No, he isn't!" Patty said to everyone. "Everyone move!" I said, as we started to charge. As We charged, Sodia, Wicher, started to fight the knights guarding Alexei. And to give us a chance to reach Alexei, Doublade, Vaporeon, Hawlucha, Bisharp, Togekiss, Gogoat, Reuniclus, Excadrill, Flygon, Cramerant, and Corviknight, held back the other nights and give the rest of us the chance to jump onto the platform with Alexei on it.
"Hey Boss, so you really want to go through with this?" Raven asked, as Alexei was still working on the controls. "Must I put up with such questions even from you? None of you- NONE- thinks the empire is in the right." Alexei said to everyone, not looking at us. "The ends don't always justify the means, boss. These kids taught me that." Raven said to Alexei. "I could never agree with your way of doing things, a way that is filled with pain. If you truly have no intention of changing your ways, then." Estelle said to Alexei.
"The guilds and the empire both have good points. You can't just wipe them out and start over." Karol said to Alexei. "Using force will surely breed resentment and contempt. You do know that, don't you?" Judith asked Alexei. "There's no guarantee the world you'd make would be any better than this one!" Rita said to Alexei.
"I didn't place my trust in you so you could force your ideas on the entire world. If realizing your vision requires destruction, then I have no choice but to end you here and now!" Flynn said to Alexei. "All the booty in the world couldn't make me sign on as part of your twisted dream!" Patty said to Flynn. "Nobody's gonna buy what a bastard like you says." Yuri said to Alexei. Alexei just sighed at this. "I see my explanations are wasted on you. The small minded always fear change." Alexei said to us, still not looking at us.
"It's better to be small minded than to be a fool like you." Ava said to Alexei. "And you aren't changing things, you're destroying things." Hugo said to Alexei. "Alexei the world's not perfect, never will be. But you can't just wipe the slate clean and think that will solve everything. You are so blinded by the idea that you and you alone can save this world, you forgot what it means to be a part of the world." I said to Alexei.
"Always such a preacher Olivier. But it's pointless. All the aer in the world is now in my grasp. You have no hope of victory." Alexei said to me, still not facing us. "Yeah, right. You're still trying to figure out the formula for this place." Rita said to Alexei. "What? Rita, what do you mean?" Estelle asked Rita. "This guy still hasn't completely unlocked Zaude's controls." Rita said to everyone. "Is he just buying time?!" Karol asked everyone. "That explains why he hasn't looked at us." I said to everyone.
"Ah yes, Rita Mordio. How very careless of me." ALexei said to Rita, as he closed the controls, and turned to us. "Are you serious? And you think you can change the world? Don't make me laugh." Yuri said to Alexei. "Ava's right. You are a fool." I said to Alexei "How very right you are. Very well, then this will be one more trial along my path to my rightful place as ruler." Alexei said to us, before pulling out his sword and letting out a pulse of energy, knocking us off our feet.
Then a beam of red energy came crashing down from the sky. Then a red light appeared, it had a ovla body, with an X fin shape on the lower half, with the bottom wings being smaller, small arms with three claws on the end of it, a long neck, and two horns on its head. It was the spirit of Latias. Then Alexei raised his sword, and three streams of black energys came out of it, and hit the spirit, making it let out a cry of pain, before it started to glow purple.
Now the Latias spirit was purple, and her amrs became larger, and the top half of the X moved to the back of her arms, with the fins facing the opposite way of her now longer three claws. It was the spirit of a Mega Latias, as it looked like she was in pain.
"You will be the first sacrifice made for the new world's dawn…" Alexei said to us, as we got up. "Come!" Alexei said to us, as the Mega Latias got ready for a fight. "Whoa, whoa whoa. I thought he didn't have all of Zaude's Power yet?" Raven asked everyone. "He doesn't, but he may have enough." Rita said to everyone. Heh, he's betting the world on this. He's gotta pull out all the stops." Yuri said to everyone.
"We'll have to go all out with what we have. Not enough room for any more Pokemon to join the fight." I said to everyone. "Let's go!" Yuri said to everyone, as we charged at Alexei.
"Manectric use Thunderbolt to keep the Latias away." I said to Manectric, as we changed at Alexei. "Manectric." Manectric said, as he fired a bolt of electricity at the Latias. But Latias moved at high speed and dodged the electricity. Then Latias fired a burst of purple energy with a dragon head from her mouth and it hit in the middle of us, scattering us.
"Lucario use Bone Rush." Flynn said to Lucario as he resumed charging at Alexei. "Lucario." Lucario said, as he made a red bone, and charged at Alexei. But even though it was two on one, Alexei's skill with a blade was impressive, and he had no trouble blocking their attacks, and even got them off him.
"Mawile use Iron head." Karol said to Mawile, as he charged at Alexei. "Mawile." Mawile said as the top of her ponytail became silver and rough, and she followed Karol. But before the two could reach Alexei, Latias came down on them with her head glowing teal, and slammed into them, making them roll away from Alexei.
Rita then cast a fireball spell at Alexei, but Alexie used the power of his Dein Nomos to cut it in half to dodge the fireball. "Metagross use Psychic and gets that sword out of his hands" Rita said to Metagross. "Metagross." Metagross said, as his eyes glowed pink, and a pink outline appeared on Alexei's Dein Nomos. Then Alexei's Dein Nomos was sent flying. But then Latias eyes glowed pink and another pink outline appeared on Alexei's Dein Nomos and it flew back into Alexei's hands
"Slowbro use Water Gun." Patty said to Slowbro, as she fired shots at Alexei, but Alexei used his Dein Nomos to block the shots. "Slowbro." Slowbro said as he fired a stream of water at Alexei. But Latias' eyes turned pink again, and a pink outline appeared on the stream of water, and it missed Alexei.
"Sableye use Shadow Claw." Raven said, as he fired arrows at Alexei, but Alexei used his Dein Nomos to block them. "Sableye." Sableye said, as he moved quietly, with his claws wrapped in black energy and a purple outline, and was able to strike the back of Alexei's legs, leaving a mark.
"Banette use Shadow Sneak." Yuri said to Banette, as he charged at Alexei. "Banette." Banette said as he sank into the shadows and appeared under Alexe's sword arm, forcing his arm up, and giving Yuri a clear opening to slash Alexei's side.
"Gallade use Leaf Blade." Hugo said to Gallade, as he and Gallade charged at Alexei. "Gallade." Gallade said, as he followed Hugo, with his arms glowing green. Gallade reached Alexei first, and blocked Gallade's attack with his Dein Nomos. But Hugo was able to land a solid hit on Alexei, and as I saw the two of them back up, I saw a small line on Alexei's Dein Nomos.
Then Latias let out a pink pulse healing Alexei of the damage Sableye, Banette, Yuri, Hugo, and Gallade did. "This Latias is stubborn. Houndoom use Flamethrower on that Latias." Ava said, as she tried to shoot arrows at Alexei, only for Alexei to block them again. "Houndoom." Houndoom said, as she fired a stream of fire at the Latias, but the Latias was able to fly around and dodged the fire.
Then Latias fired another purple beam with a dragon head at everyone, this time it got close enough to deal some damage to a few of us. "Audino use Heal Pulse." Estelle said to Audino, as she gently started to heal us. "Audino." Audino said, as she let out a pink pulse, healing the Pokemon a little.
"Shelgon use Headbutt." Judith said, as she locked weapons with Alexei. "Shelgon." Shelgon said, as he charged at Alexei. But then Latias' eyes turned pink, and a pink outline appeared on Judith and Shelgon, and they were sent flying, making them fall to the ground.
Hugo ran and reached Judith, then helped Judith up. But as he did that, Latias charged at Hugo and Judith. But before Latias could reach them, Shelgon jumped in front of them, and took the hit, but he held his ground. Shelgon and Latias then got into a pushing game, each trying to make the other move. Then Shelgon started to glow light blue and it forced Latias to back away.
Shelgon grew, his shell breaking, and wings the shape and axe head came out of his back, he grew a long tail, grew a long neck, with the sides on his head having three blade fins on it, a mouth with two sharp teeth on the top middle, and button middle, his legs got longer, and gain three claws on each of them. When the light faded, we could see his light blue sacels, with patches of red on it, the remains of his shell on his belly, and his wings were soldier red. "Salamence!" Shelgon, or Salamence now, roared at Alexei. "Awesome, he's a Salamence now." Hugo said to Judith, as Estelle pulled out the Pokedex.

Salamence is an unusual Pokemon in that it was able to evolve a body with wings just by constantly wishing to be able to fly.
Then Estelle put the Pokedex away. "Look like we're ready to kick things up a notch. Judith placed the Salamencite on Salamence, and let's do this!" Hugo said to everyone. Judith nodded, and placed the Salamencite in the upper right fin of Salamence's head. As she did that, I pulled out the Keystone again. Then we all touched our Keystones, and three streams of energy came out of our Keystones, and the Mega Stones, and conceded, this made the Pokemon Mega Evolve. Manectric, Gallade, Houndoom, Banette, Slowbro, Mawile, finished evolving and were ready to go.
Lucario's new look was wild, and he had red hands and feets, two spikes on the back of his hands and the front of his feets, he gained another pair of sensors on the back of his head, and black fur that looked like it was adrenaline all over his body.
For Sableye, he looked like his old else, but was sharper, and the jewels in him disappeared, but his crystal eyes turned red and stayed, then a red gem, that was as big as him, append in front of him, and her grabbed it and hid behind it, making his face seem larger in the gem.
With Audino, her pink fur turned white and popped off her, and looked like a short dress, her ears were standing up and fluffy, white fur that looked like shoes, and a fluff of white fur on her chest.
For Metagross, he was floating now, gain four extra legs, and the back legs became smaller, and the front legs became longer, and the legs turned so they face the back or front of Metagross, he gain two triangle spikes on both side of his body, a long metal spike under his chin, his X was now gold, and the claws on Metagross' front legs curved to the direction of Metagross' face.
Lastly Salamence, his wings was on a single wing looking like a crescent moon, his shell turned grey and grew until it went over his shoulder and had an opening, his head fins were longer and sharper, then Salamence moved his front legs into the opening in his shell.
"Audino use Dazzling Gleam." Estelle said to Audino. "Audino." Audino said as she let out a blinding multi-color light, but this light was even brighter and made Alexei and Latias lose their sight for a bit.
"Lucario Quick Attack." Flynn said to Lucario. "Lucario." Lucario said as he moved at high speed, and hit Alexei in the chin, and sent him flying into Flynn's shield. Then Flynn and Lucario started to fight Alexei. To get them off Alexei, Latias came down on them as her head glowed light blue.
"Salamence use Headbutt." Judith said, as she joined in the fighting with Alexei. "Salamence." Salamence said, as he and Latias rammed into each other. This made a small shock wave and knocked them out for a few seconds, before regaining their focus and getting back to flying.
"Banette use Knock Off." Yuri said to Banette, as she charged at Alexei. "Banette." Banette said, as he reached Alexei first, and knocked Alexei's Dein Nomos out of his hands. Then Yuri, Flynn, and Judith attacked Alexei, and sent him flying backwards, and dealt major damage to Alexei.
But then Latias' eyes glowed pink and a pink outline appeared on Alexei's Dein Nomos, and Alexei's Dein Nomos went back into Alexei's hands. Then Latias let out a pink pulse, healing Alexei of the damage Yuri, Flynn, and Judith did.
"Sableye use Power Gem." Raven said, as he tried to shoot arrows at the Latias. "Sableye." Sableye said, as he fired beams of energy from his large gem. One of the beams hit Latias in the eyes, and made her fly low to the floor.
"Mawile use Crunch." Karol said to Mawile. "Mawile." Mawile said, as she jumped up with the teeth in the ponytail glowing white and is longer and sharper. Mawilte then clamped down on the sides of Latias and held on. Latias then tried to fly around shaking Mawile off her.
"Gallade use Leaf Blade." Hugo said to Gallade, as he and Alexei locked weapons. "Gallade." Gallade said, as his blade arms glowed green, and he slammed his right arm into Alexei's Dein Nomos, leaving another line on Alexei's Dein Nomos.
"Metagross uses Take Down." Rita said to Metagross, as she cast and fired a fireball at Alexei. Hugo and Gallade jumped out of the way, dodging the fireball, and making Alexei put up his arms to block the fire attack. "Metagross." Metagross said, as he charged at Alexei while glowing white. Then Alexei noticed Metagross charging at him, and barely dodged the attack. But the force of the attack made Alexei roll away, and covered him in scripps form rolling on the floor.
As Alexei got up, Latias was finally able to shake Mawile off her and let out a pulse of pink energy. "We need to get rid of Latias, she's undoing everything we do." Yuri said to everyone. "We need to break that sword, it's keeping her here." Rita said to everyone.
"Okay then let's free Latias, Slowbro use Psychic and raise that sword." Patty said to Slowbro, as she tried to shoot Alexei's Dein Nomos. "Slowbro." Slowbro said, as her eyes glowed pink and a pink outline appeared on Alexei's Dein Nomos. Then Alexei's Dein Nomos was held into the air, with Alexei still holding onto it
"Manectric/ Houndoom use Flamethrower and melt that blade" me and Ava said to Manectric and Houndoom. "Manectric/ Houndoom." Manectric and Houndoom said as they fired a burst of fire at Alexei's Dein Nomos, hitting it in the blade. The heat from the Flamethrower didn't destroy Alexei's Dein Nomos, but was heating it up, a few more seconds of this and Alexei's Dein Nomos would be bladeless.
Trying to stop us and scatter us, Latias fired another purple pulse with a dragon head on it. And while it did make a cloud of dust, it didn't scatter us, but it did make Manectric and Houndoom stop their attacks.
"Manectric/ Houndoom use Flamethrower again and knock Latias out of the sky." Me and Ava said to Manectric and Houndoom. "Manectric/ Houndoom!" The two of them said, as they let out a surge of fire. This fire burned Latias, and made her crash into the floor, definitely running low on energy.
"Banette use Shadow Claw." Yuri said to Banette, as he once again charged at Alexei. "Banette." Banette said, as he followed Yuri, and his claws were wrapped in black energy and purple outline. Yuri and Banette, then slashed Alexei in the sides, leaving a deep cut on Alexei. Weakly, Latias raised her head, and let out a pink pulse healing Alexei's cut, before dropping her head, completely .
"Gallade use Brick Break." Hugo said, as he and Gallade charged at Alexei. "Gallade." Gallade said, as hei blade arms glowed white. Then the two of them clash with Alexei's still-hot Dein Nomos. The force of the attacks might have been hot for Hugo and Gallade, but their attacks make a large crack appear on Alexei's Dein Nomos.
"Slowbro use Water Gun." Patty said to Slowbro. "Slowbro." Slowbro said, as he fired a stream of water at Alexei's Dein Nomos. This cooled Alexei's Dein Nomos, making more cracks form on Alexei's Dein Nomos.
With Gallade's, Hugo's, and Slowbro's comided attack, Alexei's Dein Nomos was broken, losing most of its blade, and Alexei dropped to his knees, as Hugo and Gallade jumped back. "It's over, Alexei." Yuri said to Alexei. With the sword broken, the Latias turned back to red, got up, and looked at Estelle. Then she moved to Estelle and reached out her hand, and Estelle reached out her. The two shook hands and the Latias spirit faded away, that's when we noticed we're right under the massive blastia on the stop of Zaude.
"Is this the top of Zaude?" Estelle asked everyone, as we all looked at it. "Looks like it." Ava said to Estelle. "Is that the core? It's so big." Judith said to everyone. "Massive is the more appropriate word." Hugo said to Judith. Then a control panel appeared near Alexei. Then Alexei started to laugh as he stood up. "You continued the analysis this whole time?!" Rita asked Alexei. "I've heard of multitasking, but this was crazy." Hugo said Alexei.
"We will witness together… the might of Zaude." Alexei said to us, as he raised his broken sword. "Noo!" Me and Yuri yelled, as we charged at Alexei. "You fools!" Alexei said, pointing his sword at us. "Yuri, Oliver, look out." Flynn said to us, as he forced us to the side and took the energy burst from Alexei's sword, sending him flying back. "Flynn!" Yuri and I said, as we watched Flynn hit the floor.
It was at this point Sodia, Wicher, Doublade, Vaporeon, Hawlucha, Bisharp, Togekiss, Gogoat, Reuniclus, Excadrill, Flygon, Cramerant, and Corviknight, came running up some stairs, with Sodia the only one not gasping for air. Sodia and Lucario then ran to Flynn's sides. Then I noticed Sodia giving us another mean look
"Banette use Embargo!" Yuri said to Banette, as he got up. "Manectric use Thunderbolt!" I said to Manectric, as I got up. "Banette/ Manectric!" the two said, as Banette fired two glowing black shadow chains from his hands, and wrapped them around Alexei's Dein Nomos, trapping the energy in it, and as Manectric let out a bolt of electricity, slightly paralyzing him.
But then Alexei broke the chains with his own version of Dein Nomos magic, but Yuri countered it with the real thing. The two energies collide and the force of the swords we're pushing against each other. I help Yuri, by using my weapons, to support his. But the force of the two energy just knocked us off our feet and realized the energy.
Then me and Yuri got up, and noticed Alexei wasn't moving. Carefully we walked to Alexei. "Ugh! So that sword… turned against me after all.. But behold." Alexei said, as Zaude massive blastia started to glow. Then it shot a massive burst of energy into the sky, hitting the part of the sky Brave Vesperia was located. Then the sky was covered in red hexagons, and when the hexagons faded, a creature, a smoky black octopus, thing, that's the size of the world appeared in the sky.
This made Alexei stand up and look at the monster. Needless to say this freaked all of us out. "Wh-what the hell is that?" Rita asked everyone. "I've… seen that somewhere before…" Patty said to everyone. "We all have." Hugo said to everyone. "That it was on the mural…" Judith said to everyone. "The catastrophe?!" Estelle said to everyone. "It's the Adephagos!" Yuri said to everyone.
"That is the power of Zaude?! No… But I thought… This cannot be…" Alexei said, his mind breaking. "The Adephagos?! Did you use that much aer?" Raven asked Alexei. "No… This catastrophe has always waited there." Alexei said to Raven, grabbing his head. "Alexei you fool Zaude isn't a weapon, it's a prison cell! Meant to keep that thing from getting loose. All You did was pull back the curtain." I said to Alexei. "Wh-what do you mean?" Karol asked me and Alexei.
"The Adephagos was never eliminated. It was just sealed off far from sight!" Judith said to Karol. "Using the energy of Latias to power the cell to keep it at bay." Hugo said to Judith. "Yes, and now it has returned to spread the ruin it once rained down upon the ancients. And to think, I caused it all! The ultimate irony! Hah hah hah!" Alexei said to everyone, as he moved around wildly. "Yep, he's lost his mind." I said to everyone.
"You mean Zaude had been holding it back this entire time?!" Rita said to everyone. "Looks like it, and it's power source is a Child of the Full Moon, and her Latias partner." Ava said to Rita, before we heard sparks. We looked to see the Blastia was acting funny. "Look out!" Estelle said, as energy shot up of the blastia. "We were never more than worms writhing before an approaching storm." Alexei said to us, before stones from Zaude started to float in the air.
"The time has come: our death draws near… Now one can escape it's doom! Hah hah hah!" Alexei said to us, before laughing. "Shut up already, you bastard." Yuri said to Alexei. "Let's finish this, Yuri." I said to Yuri, as we charged at Alexei. Yuri then slashed Alexei across his chest, as I slammed one of my maces into the side of Alexei's face, this dealt a lot of damage to Alexei, and forced him under the blastia. "It seems in the end… that I… was the greatest fool of all…" Alexei said to us, before the blastia came crashing down on Alexei. And I noticed that Alexei didn't even try to dodge it. Us on the other hand satter, as it crashed down.
This made a cloud of dust, as I coughed I noticed Alexei's Dein Nomos on the ground. "Just like Lysandre. Killed by his own weapon." I said, as he put my maces away and grabbed Alexei's Dein Nomos. As I did that I noticed My Pokeballs were gone. "Where are my Pokeballs?!" I said worriedly looking around. Luckily all six of them were nearby. "Oh there you are." I said, as I reached for them. But then I noticed Sodia and Yuri standing behind my Pokeballs.
Then to my horror I saw a knife with the tip covered in blood, fall from Sodia's hands. Then Yuri started to move back, and I saw a blood stain on his clothes. It took me a second to figure out what happened. I ignored my Pokeball and ran to Yuri, while I put Alexei's Dein Nomos in my mouth.
Then Yuri fell over the edge, so I jumped over the edge, and I was able to grab Yuri's left hand with my left hand, and the edge with my right hand, I was losing my grip on the edge. I looked at Sodia and noticed her face was consumed by regret and shock. I hoped that Sodia would help us, but she just stared at me as I lost my grip, and me and Yuri fell.
I then pulled Yuri close and moved Alexei's Dein Nomos to my hands, and got ready for the impact of the water below us. As we fell, a single regret I had, was all I could think of, knowing there was nothing else I could do to stop us from falling to our certain death. A regret of not asking Ava that one important question. Then we hit the water hard, and everything went black.
NO P.O.V.
Once Oliver and Yuri hit the water, it knocked them out. Then a black and purple kelp/seahorse creature noticed them in the water. "Dragalge?" the creature said, swimming to them, and noticed they were unconscious. Concerned, the creature grabbed them, and took them away, with Yuri and Oliver having a very tight grip on the Dein Nomos'. The creature swam them to a shore, and on that shore Duke and Absol were waiting.
