I'm so sorry for the wait, I had so much to do, in both life and in my Fire Emblem Story. And if you read the end of my latest chapter of Fire Emblem, then you know about the Cloaked figure and his story that's on the way. The Phantom Of Berseria. A story of a man from Hisui, a story I wanted to do when Pokemon Legends of Arceus came out. But I posted She-Ra: The Pokemon Alliance, and I wanted to give She-ra time to grow before posting The Phantom of Berseria. The story will be posted after Korra and before Fire Emblem, and fair warning unlike my other stories, this OC, not a nice one.

Chapter 35
A Day Of Water And Fire
Oliver P.O.V.
After flying for a bit, we reached The Blade Drifts of Zopheir as the sun started to ride. We had Ba'ul land the ship in a hole in the ice flow, and proceeded off the ship and onto the ice flow. And Raven was not happy about it. "Ohhhh, it's cold, cold, cold! So cold cold cold cold cold…" Raven said to everyone. "We get it. You don't have to keep saying it." Ava said to Raven.
"So? What are you gonna do at the aer krene?" Yuri asked Rita. "I'm going to use the energy to make an aer converter." Rita said to Yuri. "An aer… converter?" Estelle asked Rita. "My plan is to efficiently convert the aer into matter, decreasing the overall amount of aer. But for that, it's ideal to have the converter use energy similar to both aer and matter." Rita said to Estelle.
"How's that energy different from aer?" Patty asked Rita. "Elementally-separated aer transitions into matter in stages, and eventually becomes stable. I'm going to stop its transition between the two states and develop a converter formula." Rita said to Patty. "So it won't be aer or matter?" Karol asked Rita. "It's a state that's closer to matter than to aer, but it's still not quite matter. We call it "mana"." Rita said to Karol. "Mana…" Estelle said.
"To think that one short utterance could hold more gravity than the light used to lure fish of the frigid sea at night." Patty said to everyone. "It actually has a really long, complicated name. But mana's good enough. But it's still be less stable than actual matter, so we'll need something to act as a core." Rita said to everyone. "The apatheia…" Yuri said to Rita.
"And a lot of aer and Estelle's power recombine the formula." Rita said to everyone. "Using my power without the control formula will imbalance the aer. I'll just flood out again." Estelle said to Rita. "But we can't just sit here and ignore that thing. And…" Yuri said to everyone. "Yeah?" Karol asked Yuri. "It's a bet I'm willing to take." Yuri said to everyone. "Pulse if the people before us tried everything, then it's time for something new, and maybe something crazy." I said to everyone.
"I guess I should be the one trying to stop you two, but… I'm game to get in on this bet too." Judith said to me and Yuri. "Aye, I'll wager a billion Gald on that!" Patty said to everyone. "Theory is correct. It'll be okay." Rita said to everyone. "I'll return this billion Gald to you many times over." Rita said to Patty. "Oh, truly now?" Patty asked Rita. "Yep. Come on, let's head to the aer krene." Rita said to everyone, before we started to move.
After a bit, Raven stopped, and we all stopped. "I tell ya, thinking of a converter for aer, you're quite the thinker!" Raven said to Rita. "Well. I have a hint to go off of." Rita said to Yuri. "Come to think of it, you did say you'd investigated Zaude, didn't you?" Yuri asked Rita. "Despite its amazing size, it wasn't running off of aer. Even though it was a barrier blastia to protect the entire world." Rita said to Yuri.
"A barrier blastia?! Oh yeah, they were protecting the world from the Adephagos!" Karol said to everyone. "You mean to say it's been there for a millennium? It's as dogged as a philosophizing anemone!" Patty said to everyone. "Same goes for the Adephagos. It's been clinging to that barrier for just as long…" Karol said to everyone. "Alexei seemed to believe Zaude was a weapon, but he couldn't have been more mistaken." Judith said to everyone.
"But the runaway aer was the cause for the Adephagos awakening, wasn't it? Ah, so that's why they would use a barrier running on power other than aer." Yuri said to everyone. "But then, what sort of power was it using?" Estelle asked Rita. "The Children of the Full Moon and Latias, perhaps?" Judith asked Rita. "Most likely, the energy was taken in exchange for their lives." Rita said to Judtih.
"Hearing the world's prayers, joining their hearts, Life faded from the Child of the Full Moon and the Red Eon…" Estelle said to everyone. "So that's what Myorzo's legend meant." Judith said to everyone. According to Duke, they did it of their own free will. They wanted to save the world." Yuri said to everyone. "The love the Children of the Full Moon and Latias bore for this world is what created the barrier…" Patty said to everyone.
"The power of love… Makes ya wanna cry." Raven said to everyone. "They sacrificed themselves for the world… The Children of the Full Moon and Latias were protecting us this entire time." Estelle said to everyone. "Let's not waste their sacrifice." I said to everyone, as we got back to walking.
A few more minutes we made it to the aer krene. "That monster's not gonna show up again, right?" Karol asked everyone. "Mawile killed it, remember. So no." Ava said to Karol. "Even if it does, you and Mawile will beat it up for us just like the last time." Raven said to Karol. "You're mean." Karol said to Raven, as Rita pulled out the apatheia. The apatheia floated in the air.
"Okay. I'm ready, Estelle, come over here." Rita said to Estelle, as she walked closer to the aer krene. Estelle walked to Rita, with Togekiss on Estelle's right, and Audino on Estelle's left. "Now I'll release the control formula. Once I do that, the aer krene will react to you and produce more aer. I want you to recompose the aer formula into a stable formula closer to mana." Rita said to Estelle, making a control panel appear. "U-umm… I don't understand…" Estelle said to Rita.
"Yeah… Okay…The water element is strong here. So imagine flowing water and let your body flow with the aer. The theory behind materializing aer is the same as performing magic. If Estelle can recompose the aer into a state close to mana… then I should be able to guide the aer into the cyano ciel." Rita said to Estelle. "Can we do anything?" Karol asked Rita. "No. Go take a nap or something." Rita said to Karol. "We'd freeze to death if we took a nap here!" Raven said to Rita.
"We're pretty handy, you know! We can cook or fish, or anything you want! Just tell us what to do!" Patty said to Rita. "I wouldn't say "anything"..." Rita said to Patty. "We can use the conversion formula we found in Zaude." Judith said to Rita, surprising Rita. "That was for substituting life for aer! Your life! You can't do that!" Rita said to Judith. "But if this fails, then we'll all be swallowed up by a flood of aer. We'll be dead anyway, right?" Judith asked Rita.
"We're all risking our lives. Let us help." Yuri said to Rita. "Or at least have Togekiss and Audino help. After all it's their partner you are experimenting with." I said to Rita. Rita looked at everyone for a few seconds and thought about it. "All right… I'll use your life energy to guide the aer into the cyano ciel. If we do that. I think Estelle will understand the flow of the aer without interference from me." Rtia said to everyone. "All right, everyone. Let's do this." Yuri said to everyone.
"Ready, Estelle? Here we go. Everyone, come over here." Rita said to everyone, as we moved closer to her. "Go ahead." Estelle said to Rita. Rita then got ready to cast a spell. "Try and synchronize yourself with my formula. There… that's good." Rita said to Estelle, as we all started to feel weak. Then energy from the aer krene started to flow and enter the apatheia. "The aer is collecting in the cyano ciel… The formula's working. The force field is stable… it's going to be OK!" Rita said to everyone.
But Estelle said to feel tarbible and soon started to let out a shriek, as she glowed pink. "What happened?" Yuri asked Rita, very worried. "D-did it not work?" Karol asked Rita. "No! It's still under control. But what is this…?!" Rita said.
Then two streams of energy came out of Estelle and into Audino and Togekiss. The stream went through them, and into the apatheia. This made the apatheia glow light blue, as water started to form around it. The apatheia let out a blinding light.
When the light faded, we all saw a woman floating in the air where the apatheia was. The woman had long blue hair that went forward, and spread out wildy past her hips, she was wearing a multi layered dress, the first layer goes down to her hips with a yellow line on top of it, her second layer was gray and reached halfway in her hips, had very long baggy sleeves on her arms, the their layer was tan that reached past her hisp, and the last layer was dark blue that reached passed her feet and spread out, and finally her ears were two long fish fins.
"Uh? What just happened?" I asked everyone. "...I am…" A voice said. "That voice… Belius?!" Judith asked the woman. "Impossible!" Hugo said, having a hard time believing it. "Judith? Hugo? Yes, it is I. Belius… or rather… I was once belius… but no more." The woman said to Judith and Hugo.
"What's going on here?" Yuri asked Rita. "Could the will of Belius trapped in the apatheia have…? Amazing…" Rita said. "I feel the waters of the world. I'm a part of the water. But I'm also a part of three." Belius said to everyone, as she looked at Estelle, Togekiss, and Audino. "What?" Estelle asked Belius. "Your energy floated from you into your Pokemon, then into me. This bond restarted my life, and made me part of the world's water." Belius said to everyone.
"Okay… So… did it work?" Raven asked Rita. "It's gone way beyond working… I never thought it would gain a will of its own…" Rita said to Raven. "Nature's mysteries will forever transcend the limited scope of our imagination!" Patty said to Rita. "Yeah… I'd have to agree with you on this once…" Rita said to Patty.
"Humans, what creature am I? Though no longer Belius the Entelexeia. You have granted life to me. I ask that you give me a name." Belius asked us. "A being that is part of the essence of a material, but not a Pokemon… Maybe you're a spirit. "And so my name shall be…" Belius asked everyone. "The Splishy-Splashy Water-Colored Quee-." Karol said to Belius, but Hugo interrupted him. "We're not calling her that!" Hugo said to Karol, making him go quiet.
"An ancient word for the ruler of the waters…" Estelle said, thinking of what Karol said. "How about Undine?" Estelle asked Belius. "Undine… Henceforth I shall be known as the spirit Undine. Ash… I feel the power swell within me…such is the benefit of the aer which you saw to gather for me…" Belius, now Undine, said to everyone. "It wasn't any cakewalk, either." Karol said to Undine.
"Undine! We need to get the world's aer under control. Please lend us your power." Yuri asked Undine. "Very well. However, my powers alone will be insufficient." Undine said to us. "Huh?" Karol asked Undine. "I'm connected to the waters. You must gather those who connect to the other elements as well." Undine said to everyone. "So we need 17 more!?" Ava asked Undine.
"No, the elements we need are earth, water, wind, and fire… we need at least three more." Rita said to Ava. "Well that makes it a little easier." Ava said to Rita. "We'll need help from the other Entelexeia, won't we?" Raven asked everyone. "Aye." Patty said to Raven. "There are very few Entelexeia left, Phaeroh, Gusios…" Judith said to everyone. "And Ba'ul." Karol said to everyone, earning a mean look from Judith.
"Not Ba'ul. He hasn't taken in enough aer to create an apatheia. And on top of that. I won't allow it." Judith said to Karol. "Phaeroh should be easy to find. Gusios on the other hand. The guy moves under the earth, so it'll be difficult to find him." Hugo said to everyone. "Undine, do you have any ideas?" Yuri asked Undine. "The shining forest of Erealumen, and Relewiese, the root of the world. Your friend Ba'ul should know the location of these places." Undine said to Yuri, before disappearing.
"She disappeared!" Karol said to everyone, as Estelle, Togekiss, and Audino put their hands on her heart. "No… she is here. I feel her." Estelle said to everyone. "Togekiss/ Audino." They said, agreeing with Estelle. "It seems like the aer krene has quieted down too… Even though we're not controlling Estelle's power." Judith said to everyone, as we noticed the aer krene was calm.
"Really?!" Rita asked, before examining Estelle and the aer krene. "So… Undine is controlling Estelle's power…?" Rita said to everyone. "You mean Etelle is really free?" Karol asked Rita. "Yes… Yes!" Rita said to everyone, as we all started to get really happy for Estelle. "That's great, Estelle." Yuri asked Estelle. "Well, things are sure takin' a turn for the strange." Raven said to everyone.
"Yeah. I never would have dreamed any of this would happen. But we finally see the light at the end." Yuri said to everyone. "It's a pinprick, but as welcome as the rays of sun that pierce to the ocean's depths." Patty said to everyone.
We then started to move, with all of us talking about how great it was that Estele was free. "Is Undine really here?" Karol asked Estelle, making everyone stop right before the ship "Yes. I can't really explain it, but she is here. I can sense it." Estelle said to Karol. "Perhaps she dwells within Estelle." Patty said to everyone. "No, it feels like she is a part of my heart. The same way Togekiss and Audino are." Estelle said to Patty.
"Well, she was created through the Bond you all have, so maybe they all have a connection. Very interesting…" Rita said to everyone. "Hey, save the research for later, okay?" Yuri said to Rita. "I know, I know. You don't have to-" Rita said, before something flashed.
"Wh-what was that just now?!" Karol asked, as we looked out at the sea. "Isn't that where…" Raven asked everyone. "It came from the direction of Zaude." Judith said to everyone, as we saw a bright light shoot up into the sky. Then we saw the sky turn red. Then we saw a massive explosion in both the sky and sea. Then we saw things swarming through a hole in the sky.
"The Adephagos… No… Has Zaude Stopped working?" Rita asked everyone. "Uh-oh. Do you think we might've done something to set it off?" Raven asked everyone. "No. Chances are, without Latias' jewel powering it. Zaude has started to fall apart." Hugo said to everyone. "That is the true catastrophe…" Estelle said to everyone. "That thing does look like it could eat the whole world." Yuri said to everyone.
"What are we supposed to do about something like that?" Karol asked everyone. "It's a touch too big to fill with just my kitchen knife…" Patty said to everyone. "Hey, Rita, Duke said the Adephagos was born from aer." Yuri said to Rita. "Huh?" Rita asked Yuri. "So if the spirits convert aer into matter… could we do something about the Adephagos if we had enough spirits?" Yuri asked Rita.
"I don't know… I just… I don't know. But… I do think it's worth a try." Rita said to Yuri. "It's not like we have anything better up our sleeves." I said to everyone. "Let's try it, Yuri!" Estelle said to Yuri. "Then it's settled." Yuri said to everyone. "Ba'ul?!" Judith said, calling Ba'ul. "Yes. I see. Thank you." Judith said, probably talking with Ba'ul. "The servants of the Adephagos are attacking a city- Nordopolica." Judith said to everyone. "WHAT?! WE HAVE TO GO! NOW!" Hugo yelled to everyone. "I guess we can't ignore something like that. Let's go!" Yuri said to everyone, as we rushed onto the ship.
Ba'ul then took off and flew as fast as he could. We reached Nordopolica in a couple hours. Ba'ul landed the ship on the outskirts of Nordopolica, and we got off the ship. Then we saw the monsters on the edge of the city with some inside and attacking the city. The monsters were a group of the monster we battled in the desert. "Those things have over run the city!" Hugo said to everyone.
"Those black things… That's what we saw in the Sands of Kogorh!" Yuri said to everyone. "That was Phaeroh's Vision. This is real. Be careful." Judith said to everyone. "They look like they're trying to eat the aer of the shield!" Estelle asked everyone, as we noticed the monsters draining aer form the shield. "Is the Adephagos drawn to aer?" Rita asked everyone. "This thing looks pretty mean." Raven said to everyone.
"They may be, but they're what we've caught on our line. We'll reel them right in!" Patty said to everyone. "And we're stronger than the last time we faced these things. Gallade, Noivern." Hugo said, letting out Gallade and Noivern. "Houndoom, Delphox." Ava said letting out Houndoom and Delphox. "Manectric, Blastoise." I said, letting out Manectric and Blastoise. "Come on!" Yuri said, as we all Mega Evolved our Pokemon, with me Mega Evolving Manectric, and charged at the monsters.
"Manectric use Discharge." I said, as we ran into the city. "Manectric." Manectric said, as he let out a surge of electricity. The electricity knocked a few of the monsters out of the sky, and a couple of them dissolved into nothing.. We then started to ram our weapons into the monsters Manectric shot down, and they dissolved into nothing.
"Is it just me, or is this easier than we first thought?" I asked everyone. "We'll figure out why later. But for now, don't lower your guard." Hugo said to me, before we got back to fighting. Then two more of the monsters came flying in. "Blastoise use Water Pulse." I said to Blastoise. "Blastoise." Blastoise said, as he fired two balls of water out of his cannons and hit the monsters, and caused the monsters to dissolve.
While fighting, we noticed a guard and a Druddigon fighting one of the monsters and having a hard time fighting it. "Noivern use Iron Tail." Hugo said to Noivern. "Noivern." Noivern said, as his tail turned silver, and he slammed his tail into the monster forcing it into the ground. "Gallade use Leaf Blade." Hugo said to Gallade. "Gallade." Gallade said, as his arms glowed green. Hugo and Gallade then slashed the monster and made it dissolve. "Start getting civilians inside and off the streets. And tel; that to the other guards as well." Hugo said to the guard. "Yes sir." The guard said to Hugo, before saluting and doing what Hugo was told.
"Houndoom use Flamethrower and Delphox use Mystical Fire." Ava said, as she fired arrows at a few monsters, making them dissolve. "Houndoom." Houndoom said, as she fired a stream of fire at a few of the monsters. "Delphox." Delphox said, as she pulled out a branch, and a burst of fire out of it, with rings of around burst of fire. The fire hit a monster, and completely burned it away.
"Banette, surprise one with Shadow Sneak, and Bisharp, help me with Metal Claw." Yuri said to Banette and Bisharp. "Banette." Banette said, as he sank into some shadows. Banette poked his head out of the shadows above one of the monsters. Banette then jumped out of the shadow and onto the monster's back.
This startled the monster, and it tried to get Banette off its back. "Bisharp." Bisharp said, as curved silver blades popped out of his wrist. And when it got close enough Yuri and Bisharp slashed the monster, making it dissolve.
With Estelle, she was healing some wounded guards and their Pokemon when a monster charged at them. On instinct Estelle raised her shield, but form her shield a wall of water, blocking the monster's attack. "Audino use Dazzling Gleam and Togekiss use Play Rough." Estelle said to Audino and Togekiss. "Audino." Audino said, as she let out a blinding multi-color light. This blind the monster and made it screek. Then Togekiss charged at the monster, and made a smoke cloud appear around the monsters, then pink hearts and yellow stars came out of the smoke cloud. When the smoke cleared only Togekiss was left.
"Gogoat real them in with Vine Whip." Karol said to Gogoat. "Gogoat." Gogoat said, as he whipped out two vines from his sides. The vines wrapped around the tails of two monsters, and started to slowly pull them in. "Mawile I''l take the one on the right, you take the one on the left with Crunch." Karol said to Mawile. "Mawile." Mawile said, as the teeth in her ponytails glowed white. Then as Karol jumped up and slammed his sword into the monster, Mawile bit into it with her ponytails. Both attacks made the monsters dissolve.
With Rita, a few monsters were chagrin at her and her Pokemon. "Metagross charge threw them with Take Down." Rita said to Metagross. "Metagross." Metagross said, as he started to glow white, and charged at the monsters, going through many of them and making them dissolve. But a couple of the monsters avoided the attack. "Reuniclus use Signal Beam." Rita said to Reuniclus, as she got ready to cast a fireball. "Reuniclus." Reuniclus said, as she fired a beam of pink energy with shapes in it.
With Raven, he was shooting a few monsters out of the sky, making them dissolve. "Sableye help me with Power Gem, and Excadrill if any of them get close, use Metal Claw." Raven said to them. "Sableye." Sableye said, as he started to shoot out energy from his gem at the monsters, dissolving them. "Excadrill." Excadrill said, as his claws turned silver. Then a monster tried a dive attack on them, but Excadrill got ahead of it, and slashed it with his claws, making the monster dissolve.
With Judith and her Pokemon, the monsters surrounded them. "Salamence forces them back with Flamethrower." Judith said to Salamence. "Salamence." Salamence said, as he fired a stream of fire at the monsters, forcing the monsters back. "Flygon use Rock Slide." Judith said to Flygon. "Flygon." Flygon said, as he made rocks fall from the sky and crash into the monsters, making them dissolve.
"Slowbro, hold them down with Psychic, and Cramerant when you get a clear shot use Scald." Patty said to Slowbro and Cramerant. "Slowbro." Slowbro said, as her eyes glowed pink and a pink outline appeared on two of the monsters. "Cramerant." Cramerant said as he fired a surge of hot water at one of the monsters, at the same time Patty fired a few shots at the other monster. Both attacks made the monsters dissolve.
Then a monster whipped its tail at me, sending me flying into a wall. I then slid down to the ground, as Manectric, Aurorus, Togekiss, and Audino finished the monsters, Estelle ran to me. "I got you Oliver." Estelle said to me, before she started to cast her healing magic. But her healing magic felt different. It was like all the pain and exhaustion washed away. "WHOA!" I said getting up, full of energy. "Looks like Undine gave your healing a boost. I feel like everything was washed away." I said to Estelle, before we got back to fighting.
"Blastoise use Scald, and Manectric power that scald up with Thunderbolt." I said to Blastoise and Manectric, as I took another monster out. "Blastoise/ Manectric." Blastoise and Manectric said as Blastoise fired a stream of hot water at a monster, at the same time Manectric fired a bolt of electricity. The two attacks became one, of hot eleticifed water, and going straight threw a few of the monsters like they were nothing.
Then Hugo noticed a couple of monsters facing a group of guards, a few Drakloak, a couple Dragapult, all of which were protecting families and Dreepys from the monsters. "Gallade, distract the monsters with Double Team!" Hugo said to Gallade. "Gallade." Gallade said, as he made multiple copies of himself and ran in a circle around the monsters, getting the monster's attention.
"Noivern, send those monsters flying with Hurricane." Hugo said to Noivern. "Noivern." Noivern said, as he flapped his wings, firing a massive gust of wind at the monsters, sending them flying far off in the distance. But then another monster came charging at the group. But Hugo reached the monster first and slashed the monster, making it dissolve. "Hugo." some of the people said as they noticed him. "Everyone get inside! We got this!" Hugo said to them. "Yes sir!" The guards said to Hugo, as they led everyone inside.
With Ava, one of the monsters was flying around them, making it hard for them to hit it. "Delphox, hold it down with Psychic, and Houndoom, help me with Solar Beam." Ava said to Delphox. "Delphox." Delphox said, as her eye glowed pink, and she held out her stick at the monster. This made a pink outline appear on the monster, and made it stop moving. But it was trying to get free, forcing Delphox to focus hard on keeping it in place.
"Houndoom." Houndoom said, as she gathered light into her horns, and after a bit, she fired a large beam of light green energy at the monster Delphox was holding in place. At the same time Ava fired a couple arrows at it. These attacks blow a large hole and a couple small holes into the monster, making it dissolve.
With Yuri and his Pokemon, a monster surprised them, and scattered them. The monster turned to Banette. "Banette." Banette said, as his right hand glowed black. Then the monster charged at Banette. But then Banette moved in the blink of an eye, and slammed his right hand into the monster.
This caused the monster to fly into a building. Then Bisharp charged at the monster, as his helmet head turned silver. Bisharp rammed his head into the monster. This made the monster dissolve.
With Estelle and her Pokemon, two monsters tried to ram them. And while Estelle made a water wall blocking one of them, the other one came at them. "Audino." Audino said, as she made a glass wall. The glass wall was able to stop the monster. But the monster tried to break through it, making it crack.
"Audino aud audino audino." Audino said to Togekiss. "Togekiss." Togekiss said to Audino, nodding yes. Audino and Togekiss placed their hands and wings together. "Audino?" Audino asked Togekiss. "Togekiss." Togekiss said, before she and Audino started to glow blinding multi-color lights. This forced the monsters to scream and they ran away.
With Karol and his Pokemon. Karol was fighting a monster, as another one came at them. "Gogoat!" Gogoat said, as he fired large green glowing seeds from his mouth. The seeds hit the monster, and exploded, making a large burst of green energy. This knocked the monster to the ground. "Mawile use Ice Fang." Karol said to Mawile. "Mawile." Mawile said, as her teeth in her ponytail glowed light blue and had a bit of frost on them. Mawile then bit into the monster, making it dissolve.
With Rita and her Pokemon, they were fighting the monsters, and Reuniclus was watching Rita cast fireball spells. This gave Reuniclus an idea. Reuniclus started to channel green energy in a sphere. Reuniclus then fired the energy ball at the monster, hitting it, and making it dissolve. Then Metagross flew up to a monster, and stretched out his arms. Then he brought them down on the monster like a hammer. This crushed the monster and made it dissolve.
With Raven and his pokemon. They were dodging attacks from some monsters, with Sableye using his gem to block the attack from one of the monsters. "Sableye." Sableye said as black energy shot out of his gem and pierced the monster making the monster dissolve. Then with Excadrill he focused on a monster that was flying around. Then a target symbol appeared in his eyes. And once the monster got close enough Excadrill got close enough and rammed his horn on a weak spot of the monster, making it scream before dissolving.
With Judith and her Pokemon, they were dealing with a lot of the monsters. This made Salamence angry. Salamence then let out a surge or red energy and started to go on a rampage, with his eyes glowing red. This took care of most of the monsters. But when he was done with his rampage, Salamence was exhausted and confused. Judith rushed to Salamence's side to try and soothe him.
This gave the only monster that survived Salamence rampage a chance to attack them, but Flygon moved and blocked the monster's attack, with his wings turning silver. Flygon then forced the monster back, and slashed the monsters with his wings, cutting the monster in two, and made it dissolve.
Then a monster came out of nowhere and attacked Patty and her Pokemon, meaning for Cramerant. This made Cramerant panic, and he shot out a hard copy of himself. The copy took the hit from the monster, and made the monster stop. Then Slowbro stood in front of the monster. Then Slowbro made copies of herself, and formed a circle around the monster. This confused the monster, making it forget about Patty. Then Patty fired a shot at the monster and finished it.
We then made it to the colosseum, with Natz, Kommo-o, and some other guards and Pokemon fighting the last of the monsters. "Hold your Position! We're gonna stop them here!" Natz said to everyone. "Noivern use Boomburst!" Hugo said, as he and Gallade charged at the last of the monsters. "Noivern." Noivern said, before letting out a sonic burst from his ears, at the monster. This discombobulated the monster.
"Gallade use Leaf Blade." Hugo said, as he jumped into the air over the monster. "Gallade." Gallade said, as his arm blades glowed light green, and he got under the monster. Gallade slammed his blades into the monster from below, at same time Hugo slammed his blades into the monster from above. This kills the monster and causes it to dissolve into nothing.
Hugo then fell to the ground, this made Natz, Kommo-o, and the others notice us. "Things are getting wild around here." Raven said to everyone. "Hugo! Your back!" Natz said to Hugo. "I am. Let's go inside and talk." Hugo said to Natz, as we walked into the colosseum and moved to Belius' old room, with the Mega Pokemon turning back to their normal forms, and Rita and her Pokemon leaving the group.
"I guess we're saved again." Natz said to everyone. "It seems that this was the only city to be attacked. What bad luck." Karol said to everyone. "This isn't about luck." Rita said, as she and her Pokemon walked into the room. "Where were you Rita?" Estelle asked Rita. "I went to check the barrier blastia. Its power had been raised. And I guess the monsters were drawn to it. The power is returned to normal now." Rita said to everyone. "Natz, any idea how this happened?" Hugo asked Natz
"We thought raising the power would protect us, but it turned out to be the opposite." Natz said to everyone. "That was an easy mistake. None of us knew that the monsters would be attracted to those monsters." Hugo said to Natz. "I'll go see the citizens. Feel free to rest here as long as you please." Natz said to us. "Thanks for the other but we still have business to do. We better get moving." Yuri asid to Natz.
"You are all welcome at anything, try stopping by when you have the time." Natz said to everyone. "Thanks." Yuri said to Natz. "But before you go. There's something I need to tell you Hugo." Natz said to Hugo. "What is it?" Hugo asked Natz. "We discussed this while you were gone, we all decided to make you the new master of Palestralle." Natz said to Hugo.
"WHAT?!" Hugo asked Natz. "Hugo is the new master of Palestralle? That's so cool!" Karol said to everyone. "But I haven't been here long, and there are a lot more worthy people in the guild that can be the master. Like you for example." Hugo said to Natz. "It was unanimous. You were a Belius student, you cared for everyone in the city, and you rallied us all when Belius died and led the charge to take back our city." Natz said to Hugo.
"But I left that battle a minute after it started." Hugo said to Natz. "To protect Belius apatheia." Natz said to Hugo. "You're not going to stop until I accept?" Hugo asked Natz. "You don't have to take the job now. I'll run things until you're ready. But you're going to be the master of Palestralle." Natz said to Hugo. "Well then we should get going." Judith said to Natz, as we all started to go.
As we left the colosseum, Hugo was still trying to process what Natz said. "I still can't believe I'm going to be a new master." Hugo said to everyone. "Don't forget about Natz. He's working hard leading until you're the master." Karol said to Hugo. "Yeah. It looks like he's doing a good job leading since Belius passed away." Yuri said to Hugo. "Yeah. Natz and Belius are setting the bar high for me when I become the master." Hugo said to everyone.
"I'd like Natz to meet Undine. He'd be so happy." Estelle said to everyone. "But maybe we should keep the fact that Undine is from Belius apatheia, just between us and maybe a couple others. I have a feeling that if they knew Belius was reborn, they'd be arguing over who's really the master." I said to Estelle. "In any case. We can't right now. Once everything's settled down, though, let's give him a nice surprise." Yuri said to everyone. "Okay." Estelle said to Yuri
"Those monsters. Palestralle was no match for it. I can't figure it out…" Raven said to everyone. "So how did we take it out?" Karol asked everyone. "Maybe there's something different about us… I mean we do have Mega Pokemon. Maybe that has something to do with it?" Yuri said to everyone. "Could it also be the spirits, perhaps?" Judith asked everyone.
"If the Adephagos really is close to aer, then the spirits might actually affect it. And threw our bonds. Undine's power makes us stronger. Allowing us to hurt them." Rita said to everyone. "So can we put up more of a fight if we get the other three?" Yuri asked Rita. "Who knows… The four elements alone could control aer, but we're talking about the Adephagos. I just don't know." Rita said to Yuri.
"Yeah, and it's not like you can find apatheia lying around just anywhere." Raven said to everyone. "Especially after Alexei took most of them for himself, and destroyed them for his failed plan." Ava said to everyone. "There aren't many Entelexeia left, either…" Estelle said to everyone.
"Hey, there are tons of blastia all over the world, right?" Yuri asked everyone. "Yes, they're an indispensable part of our society." Estelle said to Yuri. "And cores are just pieces of apatheia. So if the four spirits aren't enough. We can just change all the cores of the world into spirits, too. Right?" Yuri asked everyone. "Then we may end up with as many spirits as there are grains of sand." Patty said to everyone.
"Maybe, but the blastia are just fragments of the apatheia. I doubt they'll be as powerful as Undine, and they may have mental problems after being reborn." Hugo said to everyone. "But we could have an army of spirits that could help us stop the Adephagos. And we'd also remove the problem of the blastia in the process. So we should do it." I said to everyone.
"Are you all nuts? How do you propose to do that?" Rita asked everyone. "Even if we knew how, we'd still have to go to every single blastia. I doubt the Adephagos would wait for us." Judith said to everyone. "I think that's your specialty, genius." Yuri said to Rita. "He's got a point Rita. This is your thing." I said to Rita. "Oh no, this is Yuri's genius plan." Rita said to everyone. "Even if Yuri's plan worked… All the blastia would stop working, wouldn't they?" Karol asked everyone.
"Yes, but like Oliver said in Myorzo. The use of blastia is going down as the use of Pokemon goes up. And while we'll have some problems for all the blastia being gone. I'm sure we'll figure something out." Ava said to everyone. "What would the world become?" Estelle asked everyone. "People would lose the safety promised by the barriers…" Judith said to everyone.
"All the functions that the blastia maintained. Gone. It'll be inconvenient, to say the least." Rita said to everyone. "Even bodhi blastia wouldn't work, oh…" Karol said to everyone. "It would be a problem at first. But over time, I'm sure Pokemon and working with Pokemon, can replace those functions." Hugo said to everyone. "Who cares! blastia or no blastia, with Pokemon or without Pokemon, a single oar is all I need to cross the ocean!" Patty said to everyone.
"I admire your spirit, Patty." Judith said to Patty. "Well isn't that all fine and dandy…" Rita said to Patty. "There'll be a lot of unhappy people. But we have to do it… Otherwise the world will fall to the Adephagos. Even if no one else ever understands why…" Yuri said to everyone. "Well, we can't make everyone happy. And besides, if they live to complain about it, they still live." I said to Yuri. "Fare point." Yuri said to me.
"Well, for now, let's just get the four elemental spirits." Raven said to everyone. "Aye. We'll cross those other bridges when we come to them." Patty said to everyone. "Ba'ul knows where the other Entelexeia are, right?" Karol asked everyone. "Yeah. Let's get back to the ship and ask him." Yuri said to everyone, as we moved back to the ship.
A few minutes later, we reached the ship and got on it. Then Ba'ul took us into "Okay, so we knew where to find Phaeroh. But what were the other two places Undine mentioned?" Ava asked everyone. "The shining forest of Erealumen, and the root of the world, Relewiese…" Estelle said to everyone. "I've never heard of those places." Karol said to everyone. "If only we could glimpse them." Patty said to everyone. "It would make things far easier." Raven said to everyone, as Ba'ul told Judith something.
"Ba'ul says he knows. However…" Judith said, before going quiet. "However, what?" I asked Judith. "He doesn't want to tell us. Apatheias only come from the death of Entelexia." Judith said to everyone. "He doesn't want to put his friends in danger…" Estelle said to everyone.
"Ba'ul listen. We want to protect the world. But we don't want to sacrifice anyone for it. We won't just take the apatheia by force." Yuri said to Ba'ul. "Ba'ul… please." Estelle asked Ba'ul. "We do not ask this of you lightly Ba'ul." I said to Ba'ul. "Tell us where the Entelexeia are." Yuri asked Ba'ul. Ba'ul then said a few things to Judith. "Erealumen is in the northeast part of Tollbyccia. Relewiese is… on the continent of Wecca." Judith said to everyone. "Thank you, Ba'ul." Estelle said to Ba'ul.
"We also need to go to the Sands of Kogorh, where Phaeroh is." Judith said to everyone. "And since it is just outside Nordopolica, we should go find him first." Hugo said to everyone. "Right." Yuri said to Hugo.
"Northeast Tolbyccia. I wonder if that's the place where a new land just recently crystallized." Rita said to everyone. "Weccea's that continent to the south of Ilyccia, where the capital is. Right?" Raven asked everyone. "Weccea…" Estelle said. "Let me guess there's something supper dangerous about that place?" I asked Estelle.
"The emperor Calx III sent scouting parties four times in onder to claim the land. But every time, they lost communication, and no one ever returned. It's the last unexplored land on Terca Lumireis." Estelle said to everyone. "Why does it have to be a place like that…?" Karol asked everyone. "What better place to hide than a death trap." Ava said to Karol.
"If Weccea's that bad, then let's leave Relewiese for last." Yuri said to everyone, as Ba'ul talked to Judith. "He says he'll leave things up to you." Judith said to Yuri. "Thanks, Baul." Yuri said to Ba'ul. "Okay, so first the Sands of Kogorh, second Erealumen, and last Relewiese." I said to everyone. "Let's go." Yuri said to everyone. "We can't exactly dawdle forever…" Patty said, as Ba'ul took us to the Sands of Kogorh.
Hugo P.O.V.
I looked at Nordopolica, as Ba'ul flew away. "I can't believe I'll lead all of this." I said looking at the city. "It's amazing isn't it?" A voice asked me. I turned my head to see Judith walking to me. "That isn't the word I chose." I said to Judith. "Then what word would you choose?" Judith asked me. "I think overwhelming is what I would choose." I said to Judith.
"What is so overwhelming?" Judith asked me. "Leading a city. Having people count on me. Being responsible for all those lives. I don't know if I can do this." I said to Judith. "I know you can do all of those things." Judith said to me. "What makes you say that?" I asked Judith. "Because in the battle with the monsters alone, you saved a group of kids, both human and Pokemon. You rushed over here the second you heard it was in danger. I've seen you do many things, and that doesn't even count all the stuff you did for me." Judith said to me, as she moved to my side.
"I never did thank you for helping me protect Ba'ul. You always help me fight off the Hunting Blades. And for watching over me while I sleep after Ba'ul changed." Judith said to me. "You're welcome." I said to Judith, before we both went quiet.
"So, after we save the world what will you do?" I asked Judith. "I don't know. Why do you ask?" Judith asked me. "Well, I was wondering if you… if you… if you would…" I said to Judith, having a hard time saying the words. "Yes?" Judith asked me, wondering what I was asking. "If you would be by my side when I become the master of Palestralle?" I asked Judith. "Oh? And here I was hoping you would ask me on a date." Judith said to me, surprising me, making me lose my balance, and I fell to the floor.
"What?!" I asked Judith, as I got up. "What? I find you an amazing man, and you're a great fighter. And you supported me when I needed you most. So I was hoping you would ask me out." Judith said to Hugo. "Well to be honest, I did think about asking you out. But you're such an amazing girl, I didn't think you'd like me like that." I said to Judith. "Well I do." Judith said to Hugo, before kissing me on the lips, which surprised me, and made me blush bright red.
"Forward are we, my new girlfriend?" I asked Judith, after she finished kissing me on the lips. "I know my new boyfriend likes it." Judith said to me. "Yeah I do." I said to Judith. "Also I would love to be at your side when you become the master of Palestralle." Judith said to me. "Thank you." I said to Judith. "And I hope once you become master, I get to fight in your colosseum all the time." Judith said to me. "I would expect nothing less from you." I said to Judith, before I kissed her on the lips.
Oliver P.O.V.
As we flew threw the Sands of Kogorh on the way to Phaeroh home, we saw a very hurt Phaeroh flying. "Phaeroh!" Judith said, very worried, and with Hugo trying to comfort her. "He's hurt! Why's he flying?!" Rita asked everyone. "He must have been fighting the Adephagos' monsters and is now retreating to his home." Hugo said to Rita. "But any idiot could come along and take him out. He couldn't put up a fight like this." Yuri said to everyone.
"Maybe he's flying around so humans won't get his apatheia." Raven said to everyone. "I guess if the apatheia falls and smashes on the ground. Then no one can use it for evil." Ava said to everyone. "I can't tell if that's smart or drespert." I said to everyone. "Human greed knows no bounds. Even the sky offers no sanctuary." Patty said to everyone. "Then there isn't anywhere that's safe…" Karol said to everyone. "Phaeroh…" Judith said, as she got really worried, and Hugo tried to comfort her more. I gotta talk about that with Hugo later.
"Hey, he's landing!" Karol said, as we all turned to see Phaeroh, dropping out of the sky, and onto the top of his home. "It looks more like he dropped from exhaustion." Ava said to Karol. Then we noticed Phaeroh looking at us. "It looks like he's… calling us." Estelle said to everyone. "Let's go." Yuri said, as Ba'ul took us in.
Once Ba'ul got the ship close enough, we rushed off it and to Phaeroh's side. "Phaeroh… Phaeroh… Come on…" Judith said to Phaeroh, placing a hand on Phaeroh's head. "I'm sorry. It was all for us…" Judith said. "What do you mean?" Karol asked Judith. "Phaeroh was a decoy for us at Zaude." Judith said to Karol.
"The fate of the world is set. We shall meet our end, duty unfulfilled. How unfortunate…" Phaeroh said to everyone. "Come on Phaeroh you can't give up now." Hugo said, placing a hand on Phaeroh's head, over Judith's hand. "Hugo's right. You give up pretty fast for someone who fought for so long. Sorry, but things aren't over yet." Yuri said to Phaeroh.
"Zaude is lost. The Adephagos has returned. Neither humans nor we possess the power of old. What more can be done?" Phaeroh asked everyone. "Something new." Hugo said to Phaeroh. "He's right. There's still hope! There is a new power!" Estelle said to Phaeroh. "We would like you to become a spirit… a being that can control aer even more." Rita said to Phaeroh. But to do that… we need your apatheia." Yuri said to Phaeroh.
"You ask me to hand over my life." Phaeroh said to Yuri. "We do not ask this of you lightly. We don't know what you're feeling. But if you trust us, we can save you, and maybe even the world." Hugo said to Phaeroh. "Your heart alone cannot save the world." Phaeroh said to Hugo. "It's not just my heart. It's all off our heart, people and Pokemon.
"Maybe you must have the heart to save it… I am not long for this world… do with me as you please." Phaeroh said to Hugo, before glowing and dying. When the light faded, Phaeroh's apatheia was in Hugo's hands. We didn't say anything, and just looked at the apatheia, as Estelle prayed for Phaeroh.
"What if he doesn't help us when he becomes a spirit…?" Raven asked everyone, breaking the silence. "Phaeroh loves the world. It'll be fine." Judith said to Raven. "I trust both Judith and Phaeroh. Rita, do your thing." Hugo said to Rita. "But the aer krene here is all dried up." Karol said to Hugo. "If I follow the flow of the aer back. I should be able to pull ift from within the world." Estelle said to Karol. "Are you sure?" Patty asked Estelle. "Undine is… telling me that." Estelle said to everyone. "Okay." Yuri said to Estelle.
Estelle focused the energy into the apathia, but the stream of energy went into Hugo. Then all of Hugo's Pokemon came out of their Pokeballs. Then the energy flowed out of Hugo and into his Pokemon. The streams went through Hugo's Pokemon and went into the apatheia, making it float into the air and glow red. The apatheia let out a blinding light.
When the light faded a burst of fire burst out of the ground, and out of fire, was a monster like creature, with no legs, long tail, a fire circle in his chest, massive arms with sharp claws on the end of the fingers, fire like wings, and two long horns that shot out forward. "It worked!" Rita said to everyone. "Hey hey hey hey! Hot! Hot! Hot!" Raven said, as he ran away from the fire, smoking a little.
"Not really. I thought he was going to connect with Estelle, why did he connect with Hugo?" I asked Rita. "I didn't think that theory was true." Rita said. "What theory?" I asked Rita. "There's a theory that Blastia connects to their users and becomes stronger. And with you, Ava, Hugo, and Estelle not using blastia you're free to connect with the spirits. And since Estelle has Undine with her, and Hugo was holding the apatheia. It must have connected to him." Rita said to everyone. "I always knew Hugo had some fire in him." Ava said to everyone.
"Ohh… I feel unlimited power." Phaeroh said. "I know what you mean. I feel a surge of energy in me." Hugo said to Phaeroh. Then Undine appeared. "It has been a long time, hasn't it, my leader. I congratulate you on your conversion." Undine said to Phaeroh. "Such consideration… Belius? So you too have…" Phaeroh asked Undine. "I am now called Undine. A spirit of the waters." Undine said to Phaeroh.
"I have changed form, so I, too, require a new name." you who have reincarnated me. Give me a name." Phaeroh said to everyone. "The Fearsome Fiery Fireball Ki-." Karol said, but stopped when Rita hit him on the head. "We really need to work on those names of your Karol." I said to Karol. Such a powerful, terrible fire… the blazing one, Efreet." Estelle said to everyone. "Efreet I like it. Sounds strong and gentle. Just like a fire." Hugo said to everyone.
"I am now connected strongly to the world, and all seems new again. Even this wasteland is filled with power. Hah hah hah hah! Wonderful!" Efreet said before flying away. "Hey, he flew away!" Karol said to everyone. "Heeey, where are you off to?" Patty asked Efreet.
"Fear not. We are bound to you. Wherever you go. We are with you. The entelexeia and the child of the Full Moon bear spirits, through the bonds of humans and Pokemon. Nature's Providence is great indeed." Undine said to everyone, before disappearing.
"Man, they are so different before and after becoming spirits." Raven said to everyone. "They have totally different points of view! It's like… Imagine if a fish became a bird!" Rita said to everyone. "This is better for them than being some sage, always worrying about the world." Yuri said to everyone. "That and I'm guessing reincarnation gives them a surge of energy." Ava said to everyone.
"Well now that we have Efreet on our side. We head to Erealumen and find the entelexeia there." Hugo said to everyone. "Let's see." Ava said, pulling out the map. "According to Ba'ul, Erealumen is Northeast Tolbyccia. And according to this map, it is on the other side of the world." Ava said, as I took a look at the map.
"If Ba'ul goes as fast as he can, we'll be there in a few hours." I said to everyone. "Good, then we can rest and eat some lunch before we get there." Hugo said, as he returned all but Gallade and Noivern to their Pokeballs, and we all got on the ships and Ba'ul took us to Erealumen.
While on the way, I talked to Hugo. "So Hugo? What's up with you and Judith?" I asked Hugo. Hugo then blush bright red. "Uh, well, here's the thing. And try not to make a big deal out of it. But uh, Judith and I talked to each other as we were leaving Nordopolica, and, well, we told each other we liked each other, and now we're dating." Hugo said to me, neviously. But what he said completely shocked me.
"WHAT!" I yelled, getting everyone's attention. "Oliver what's wrong?!" Ava asked me. "HUGO AND JUDITH ARE DATING NOW!" I yelled to everyone, making Hugo and Judith blush, and shocked everyone else. "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT!" Everyone yelled.
