While also investigating the disappearance of Frank the Plant, who was essential in Ivy's plan in terraforming Gotham seeing that a villain might be responsible for the kidnapping. This was also a first for Bebop and Rocksteady seeing that they never attended a award show, however the issue for that was with dates. And Rocksteady who seemed to be in a relationship with Power girl would make things difficult since she was still a hero."

Harley and Ivy's Apartment-Morning

While Ivy would keep her research and that of any other important files she worked on at the legion of doom base for protection, both her and Harley would come back to their apartment for comfort. The two were right now talking about how they would go to the awards show tonight as well figure out which villain might have kidnapped Frank. Meanwhile for Rocksteady, he was on the rooftop looking at the sky thinking about how this event had to involve dates, and Power girl was somewhat his girl. Any one of them could have been responsible for stealing the foul mouth mutated plant, though the question was who would take Frank.

The clown woman was about to attack him thinking that he was here to have his revenge, however Enigma put his hands up in defense.

"Easy their clown, not here to start trouble. Actually I wanted to say, sorry for what I did to you last year. Apparently your 'friends' substance altered my brain and made me more hostile and not thinking about almost destroying Gotham City."

Making his peace with her due to while in the past Riddler always valued himself as a intellectual man, transforming into a fox mutant and letting his beast side takeover might have been a reason why he sided with Psycho. Bringing up a memory of how while she was still fondling over Joker who was still her boyfriend, Ivy hired Enigma to test her in seeing if he'd come to save her. However he didn't, while it was tough to accept that thought of Joker not saving her, it did allow Harley to trust Ivy even more.

Karai informing the two about there was no sign of any villain being involved with Frank. Ivy groaned at the moment seeing how this might have been a mistake, thinking about getting a drink. Her eyes widen at the entrance of who was the last one that entered, which was Charles. Also known as Kite man who was in a tuxedo and looking over at the tables.

"Oh fuck me with a branch."

Bebop breaking the silence as well slapping the side of his back seeing how this was a gathering of criminals and other types of people who enjoyed causing trouble, so they should enjoy the company they had. "Well it's been rather a wild year after what happened after the wedding. Was down in the dumps, had to do some traveling. Came back into the dating game and got myself a girlfriend, also strange enough. I found some friends like you two."

"Not at all. Actually I met up with them in this small town called 'Fission City'. Sounded like some power plant, told them about how Gotham City was a good place to get a job."

Explaining about his friends apparently looking for work as the table saw two shadows slowly making their appearances. Both Bebop and Rocksteady's jaws dropped as they recognized who they were. They were male creatures much like them, however aquatic based. The one on the left was a light blue swordfish with a drill shaped nose, wearing a dark purple tuxedo and having a huge fin from his back. The other was a muscular lobster with dark red armored skin with a his claw much bigger than his right while wearing a burgundy tuxedo. The two mutants growled at the sight as they soon noticed Bebop and Rocksteady by the table.

"What the fuck are you doing here?!"

The four calling out on each other as it seemed that there was a bit of confusion for the others as it seemed they had met one another. Both Harley and Kite man seemed curious at the four as the duos looked at one another with a unpleasant look.

"Wait. You know Spinner and Slobster?"

Kite man asking calling out their names since it seemed odd for the two to know about one another. Each of them shared a animalistic like growl acting like they were in the jungle.

"Know them? These wannabe chums are knock off versions of us. Cause we heard about outside mutation business happening, and Shredder sent us to check it out. Only for us to discover these fuckers."

Bebop announcing to Kite man since it seemed New York wasn't the only place that had criminals mutating people. Spinner, the swordfish humanoid creature merely scuffs at the word 'mutation' since it wasn't exactly like that.

"Correction. It's called 'Gene Slammed', and it didn't involve using green gunk you had to scrap off barrels. And that we're all aquatic fish, you are the knock offs."

Calling him out how there was a difference between them in which the four merely growled preparing for a fight. Seeing how this might lead to a full on animal mutant brawl, Karai walked over between Bebop and Spinner seeing how that she had known about the outside mutation business going on.

Talking to the two aquatic creatures as they merely looked at Bebop and Rocksteady who still didn't like them sharing seats with them. Though from the look on Charles face, made them annoyed since how nice he was to them and trying to get them to open themselves to the city.

"Do they at least have food that isn't hamburgers?"

Wearing only but black shorts with Kite man's symbol, Slobster had a jet pack which would help support his weight. Launching right off from the ground and joining his friend, leaving Kite man and Golden Glider to look at the others.

"It was nice seeing you again Ivy. Hope you and Harley are doing great with each other."

Smiling to her as well showing a hand in friendship since while the memory of their wedding was bad for both of them. He wouldn't mind being friends with them, Harley and the others looked at Pamela to see if she would shake his hand. To that of their surprise she did so, while also showing a smile to Kite man at the same time.

"Sure. Also make sure she tries the chili, it's got a hell of a kick. Maybe send you both flying in the sky."
