Chapter 43 (S.O.S Part 1)
Hiro sat tiredly down in his lab just after dropping off Jack-Jack with Edna, in which she was down right charitable about it after seeing a show example form the little boy and quickly begun making some modifications to his outfit. And on top of that, everyone in the team were still upset with him for not sharing this information with them, in which it won't last this long based upon Maymax's intellect. Hiro was currently been working on both his next Iron X battle suit and trying to find the real identity of the ScreenSlaver. Neither himself nor the team was not convinced that this person that Helen and the girls have captured was the legit. He looked at his hologram table that is showing him the person that was wearing the outfit of the ScreenSlaver, and looking at the other ScreenSlaver video that his aunt had sent him not to long ago.
"This whole thing is a set up. Their is no way that this man is the guy if he claims that he does not remember a thing." said Hiro, grabbing his soda to drink.
Maymax appeared beside him with her arms crossed and said, "And I put a lie detector on the recorded video and it all camed out the same.True. Some one is real clever at doing this because he or she had somehow hid themselves from Miguel's spiritual detection, and make it convincing for everyone to believe that it was this guy."
"Yeah, and speaking of my hispanic cousin, have you made contact with him through his comm?." asked Hiro, when beginning to throw his can in the recycle bin.
Maymax shook her head. "No. Wherever he is I'm sure that his find. Or he might be in the world of the Remember."
Hiro nodded before getting his fingers to move around on the hologram keyboard. "A thought had accrue to me, Maymax."
Maymax looked down at hiro. "And what your slightly above averaged brain have pooped out this time?."
Hiro begin to working with the other ScreenSlaver on his hologram screen and begin playing with its voice. He begin playing it as it came out the same since the voice was disguised before activating voice matching mode that can sounded identical to ScreenSlaver. The two waited for a brief moment as the computer was searching the match of every voice in the world, until it finally gave them the matching results of the true identity. This shocked Hiro as he can not believe it was this person the whole entire time without him even noticing a thing. Maymax placed her hands on her hologram hips and put her lip out in a none surprise look, as if she already knew who it was the whole time without letting Hiro nor Helen know about the information.
"So, what is your next move Hiro?. Either inform your Aunt's about this or you and the rest of the team are gonna get off your lazy assess, and go play hero?." questioned Maymax.
Hiro stay quiet for a short few minutes of the asked question. He promised Mr. Deavor on the behalf of himself and the team they were gonna to stay out of being heroes but, can no longer keep this up much longer as it already has been too much of a struggle. Let alone himself doing side hero work and probably got caught on CNN with Miguel, after they stopped trouble in the other country with ease. His thoughts were cut short when hearing footsteps coming from behind to his girlfriend carrying a tray of fresh fruits for him.
"Can't work without a proper nutrients." said Penny, smiling when putting food on the table.
"Huh, I thought you are still be mad like the rest?." Hiro asked, while still in his chair.
Penny shrugged. "Water under the bridge, Hiro. Besides, I always knew you and Miguel will slip up and sneak off to be heroes. Well, it is alright with Miguel since he has 'Spirit of Justice' privileges."
Hiro smiled a little while getting up to go over where Penny is and gave her the best kiss that she ever had since the day they begin dating.
"So, what's the status on the team?." Hiro asked, breaking the kiss.
Penny sighed. "Well, for starters Hiro. Violet is still in her room seating down on the floor and staring at that closet door. Again."
Hiro tilted his head and said. "Again?. She's been doing that since this tower was finally ready to be used. To this very day I still do not understand why she keeps looking at that closet door as if someone or something is suppose to come through."
"Right." Penny nodded. "And please answer my question, Hiro. Why did you installed that white door with cute pink flowers in Violets room?."
"Well, just like you and the others minus Dash and Vanellope since our team was only be just the total of five superheroes, but that is besides the point. Violet requested that door to be installed in her room even though that door does not match her bedroom." explained Hiro.
Penny scratched her head as if she has a pile of fleas in her hair. "You know I recall from Aunt Helen that a long time ago, Violet went missing at the age of two years old for a whole day back in Saint Louis, Missouri. Now, Aunt Helen and Uncle Bob believed that Vi was probably still in the house since her superpowers were acting up, and she had little to no control of. Heck, at the age of two she was able to go completely invisible with clothes and all. And yet, she can not do so now."
"Yeah, anyway your sister and Wilbur are watching tv together while Dash is still playing with the training hologram simulator. So, when are you going to head out?. The reason that I ask is because there's that look in your eyes that reads 'I'm about to pull another hero stunt'." said Penny, smirking at the japanese-american boy.
Hiro ate a little bit of what Penny have brought him and begin to eat one half fruit of a peach. "You know me to well Penny. Okay, here is the scoop. I finally managed to find out who is ScreenSlaver plus, our aunt's including your mom are in some serious trouble. I'm going to inform Uncle Bob and others on what's going on and get ready for the worst."
Penny nodded and was glad to finally be able use her armor suit for action, and not use it for everyday workout training. "When are you leaving?."
"As soon as possible. As in now actually." Hiro activated his silver color scheme armor suite and step on inside of the thing, before letting the thing cover him up with the face mask automatically closing his face and turned the inner screen on. "Just get ready. I'll inform you on what to do next. If I don't call you or either text you, then suit up."
After this Hiro activated the hatch shoot just when stepping on the metal launch pad and jumped right on out of the lab with the door shut behind him, before Penny take her leave and go check on Violet. In truth she idley wondered if she should have gone and just join Hiro, and felt that something bad is going to happen to him without hesitation. Penny quickly shook the uneasy feeling within her when exiting out of the elevator, and made her way to the steps carefully without tripping over. Next, she reached the hallway and made a straight walk to the right and reached Violets room, and enter in despict the door being slightly open.
As usual she would find Violet on the floor with her legs crossed in a mediation position and looking straight at her closet door waiting. Waiting for something to happen in which it never happened at all but, for some reason the bluish-black hair girl believes that it will one day come a reality. Penny eyed at the closet door for a brief moment before looking back down at Violet who is in her fresh clean hero suite with the mask in both hands.
Penny sighed while taking a seat beside her cousin and broke the silence in the room. "Who do you expect to see if that closet door did open on the inside?."
Violet answered with her eyes still on the door. "My Kitty. I'm expecting to see my big furry soft guardian monster."
"Um, excuse me?." Penny begin to look confused and lost. "Did you just say guardian monster?."
"I did not stutter Penny." Violet broke her eyes to look at Penny. "You're the second person that I told about my childhood secret."
Penny raised her brow. "You told Wilbur about it first didn't you?."
Violet nodded before returning her attention back to the door again. "Every since Kitty and Mike Wazowski send me back to my room after putting an end to my scare monster, and their company boss who is a huge spider from permanently sucking the scream out of me. I always opened that exact closet door to see and hope that I can get back to their world and see Kitty and Mike again. I tried that every single time everyday up until we moved out of our home after my dad have exposed our powers again. I saw the opportunity to make the attempt again when Hiro asked what we want in our rooms and such."
Penny took in everything what Violet have said to her while undeciding on weither to believe that it is true or think that it is nothing more but her imagination. Not knowing what to say at this moment without getting energy blasted by her cousin, Penny just stood quite and hoped that Violet would say something else in their conversation.
Violet managed to get off the floor to go into on of her drawers that is located at the top and took out what have appeared to be a small folded up piece of paper. Then she turned back to Penny who stood up before handing her the paper. "I show this to Wilbur when he doubted that what I said was nothing more but my imagination or dream."
"Oh, um, okay." Penny grabbed the paper and look at it. Then looking back at Vi who is looking at her and then motion her to opened it. Once open it she saw a two year old crayon drawing of what appeared to be a picture of a little girl in pink, holding hands with a big blue furry purple pokie dot monster with horns. "A...Are you sure this was not your imagination and you're just making things up."
Violet instantly pulled up her force field and used on Penny when she was not paying attention. Making the field wide enough to prevent Penny from getting around out of the thing when forcely pushing her on out, with a bit of anger on her face as this is the second time that someone claimed that she was making things up.
"You and Wilbur think I'm just making things up to get attention." Violet softly yelled, and used enough of her energy to push the redhead girl out and then slammed the door with lock on.
"Hey!.", whined Penny and ignored Wilbur and Vanellepe watching. "Look, I did not come to upset you Vi. Hiro wanted me to get the word out about us getting ready for the worst. Which means suit up for precaution."
"Thanks for the inform. Now, leave me alone!." answered Violet.
Penny then stick up her middle finger at Violet's door and hold it when walking away to the steps. Of course Wilbur and Vanellope stopped tv watching and go get themselves suited up, and wait on the next move without asking due to not wanting to get jump kicked by the redhead.
*Hours Later*
"Oh, what the hell!." Violet yelled, trying her all to hold her force field up while being punched by the huge muscular woman.
Penny who is in her suit was trying to fly off the owl hero who was not letting go while attacking., "I did not expect this to happen. Where's back up when we need them?!."
Both Wilbur and Vanellope worked together to take on the other supers while Dash is doing his best to escape the endless void but, unfortunately can not get himself out of it. Frozone and Big Hero 5 got themselves going through a endless pit that Void just put them in and it looks like fast pase.
"Where is Miguel when needed him?!." questioned GoGo.
"I'm searching for him as we speak. In the meantime I'll just call by brother Baymax and get his balloon butt up here." said Maymax, talking inside of GoGo's helmet screen.
"And you tell me what took place when Hiro went to warned our aunts about the setup?." Honey Lemon asked, while messing with her purse to formulate an escape route.
Maymax placed herself in her screen and nervously did not want to say but have to., "Well..."
