A/N: Didn't realize until just now that I forgot to upload one of the previous chapters here. (I have this split up into three different fics on ao3 so I didn't notice the difference in the total number of chapters before.)
Most of the stuff in the Horrible Gremlin Chronicles is about stupid things I've done, but this one is about a glitch in the game that annoyed me.

I hate portals, I hate portals, I really fucking HATE portals.
I was on a quest to search a cave where a sorceress had made her lair, and... you guessed it... it was full of fucking portals. I could not parkour my way through this dungeon, either. It was either use the portals or fall to my death. (Not gonna lie, falling to my death would have been preferable, but anyway.)
So I stepped into a portal and it teleported me into the floor. I was trapped. I panicked and blacked out. When I came to, I was back in front of the same fucking portal. I was afraid to go through it in case the same thing happened again. It didn't happen again the second time... but I still hate traveling through those things.
