Naruto led Fenrir out of the Uzumaki Grounds.
Through the doors, over the overgrown grass (Which when Fenrir saw made her absolutely furious) and to the Gate.
As he opened the gate, and closed it behind Fenrir, he breathed deeply through her nose.
"The air is stale and without presence… They have abandoned this part of the village?" He asked, looking slightly annoyed.
"I think so, I've never been here before, so I wouldn't know" Naruto answered.
"Hmmm…" he hummed in thought and looked towards the Hokage mountain.
"The Hokage residence is near the foot of the mountain, yes?" He asked
"Yeah, I've been there once or twice when Hiruzen wanted to talk…" Naruto said.
"Heh… Well, then let's go and have a chat to that Decrepit old Toothless wolf" he sneered
Fenrir suddenly kneeled down, "hop on my back, it will be quicker if we ride at full speed, just hang on tight!" Fenrir said as Naruto did what he was told.
Suddenly as he wrapped his arms around Fenrir's neck and held on for dear life, the world blurred for a few seconds, and wind rushed past his ears, with great big woosh, before everything returned to normal.
He hopped off, and looked around.
'This is the Hokage residence… Just how fast is Fenrir?' he thought in shock.
Fenrir, pushed his way through people and to the gate of the Hokage Residence, where the Guards stopped him.
"We're sorry sir, but the Hokga is in a meeting at the moment. We ask that you come back in half an hour" the Male guard said respectfully.
Fenrir… he didn't say anything, but what he did, was absolutely terrifying.
he grabbed Naruto's hand, whispered "Don't let go" and suddenly, a wave of pressure and force burst out from him, and he was covered in a thin Aura of Blue light.
Most of the civilians were either knocked back or knocked unconscious, some ran in fear.
The Guards on the other hand, were shaking in their boots as they drew Kunai and got into a shaky attack position.
"You tell your Hokage that an Old friend of the Uzumaki Clan has come Knocking. And that if that toothless, spineless old Fart, won't answer my summons. I'll Burn this village to the ground and slaughter everybody" as Fenrir said this, his voice slowly becoming more angry and rage filled, one of the shinobi nodded and disappeared.
The other was now shaking more and a look of pure panic was in his eyes.
Naruto looked up at Fenrir, "you wouldn't actually do that would you?" he asked.
Fenrir smiled warmly, which made Naruto's heart skip a beat and his body warm.
"If it's for their Family, A true wolf would do anything it needs to" he said quietly, his eyes focusing on the Residence.
Naruto felt strangely happy, he never had anybody say stuff like that to him.
He held his hand tighter, and muttered a soft Thank you.
Soon enough a group had appeared.
Several very powerful and cool looking Shinobi, and Hiruzen…
It used to be that seeing Hiruzen made him happy.
He has so many fond memories with the man at Ichiraku's.
But now… He just wanted to kick the old man in the crotch.
Hiruzen stepped out of the group. And looked at me, "Naruto, it's good to see you… Who may your new friend be?" he asked, seeming to be as calm as a gentle river.
Fenrir, just smirked and chuckled, "... You really have gone senile, haven't you you old Fool?" He asked.
"I'm sorry but I don't believe we've met, and as Hokage, I ask you treat me with respect, or I will have you removed" he said sternly.
"Oh? And what, you think these Shinobi are a match for me? Hiruzen Sarutobi… The professor of Konoha, You were like a Second Father to Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki. But look at how you've treated their son? He lives alone and sad, nobody to call his own… You truly are a pathetic excuse for a Kage"
Hiruzen's eyes widened as he looked at me.
But I didn't react, and as he saw this, his calm facade seemed to crack.
"... Who are you?" he demanded
Fenrir grinned as the thin aura of chakra around her exploded upwards and formed what looked to be a grinning wolf made of Chakra.
"I am Fenrir, Head Wolf of the Lycan clan. Son of the former protector of Uzushino. Hiruzen Sarutobi, you stand before me, under my judgment for failing to do what you should have done. How do you plead?" He asked with a sneer.
"Fenrir… It… Has been some time, hasn't it?"
"Yes. Unfortunately, not merely long enough"
"How is your father?" He asked.
"Dead, killed in the Battle of the Whirlpool… The one your people abandoned us in" he snarled.
"I'm very sorry to hear that. He was a good man, your father" he said.
"Yes… But the past is the past, and I am here for the present… Now answer my question… How do you plead?" He asked once more.
"Oh? And what crimes am I being charged with?" he asked.
"The crime of dishonoring your own Clan, for failing to keep your word, and for having Naruto live in the dark about who and what he is… These are great crimes in the Lycan tribe… I may be out of my Jurisdiction a little, but Naruto has summoned me and answered my questions, giving me closure… And for that I will give my life to help him, and if I must impose my rules on you unfairly to do so, I shall"
Hiruzen looked at me, a faint feeling that he was disappointed in Naruto seemed to wash over the boy.
"... Fenrir, I ask that you retain your chakra… It seems to be disturbing the Civilians and my shinobi" he asked.
"No" was his answer.
Naruto looked at Hiruzen, "Why did you lie to me?" he asked the Elderly Hokage.
Hiruzen felt a pang of guilt and shame in his heart, but he pushed that aside, he had to deal with this situation and get Fenrir to restrain herself before he had an outburst and killed somebody.
"Naruto… I will answer your questions when this is over-" "No, you will answer them now" Fenrir interrupted the old man.
Hiruzen glared at the wolf, making him chuckle, "If you think you can make me be quiet, just try. I can guarantee that this village won't survive the attempt" he said with a mocking and threatening grin.
"Naruto… I did what I could. But people are blind and afraid of what they do not understand. Everything I've done was for the best" he said.
Naruto's hand clenched, his free hand forming a first and his other squeezing Fenrir's.
"The best? So you lying to me about everything was what was best?! You bastard! I'm Alone because of you, I'm alone because you failed to do what you said you'd do! Weren't you supposed to be the most powerful Shinobi in the village? Why couldn't it have been you that died?! Why couldn't my mother live and you die?!" Naruto was crying, and felt a heat burning in his chest and he just wanted to tell.
He was angry, and he didn't want to stop being angry.
"... If I could have done something, I would have Naruto. But the world is far too unfair to let everybody have what they want" Hirizen answered in a low voice.
"What about letting me have something?! I have nothing! I've never had anything! The world hasn't given me anything the entire time I've lived in this Damn village!... So Why… why couldn't you just die!"
The shinobi entourage were shocked at Naruto's words, Fenrir just stood there glaring at Hiruzen.
And Hiruzen?
He was done.
He wanted this day to end, or at the very least, he wanted Fenrir to go away and stop causing him unnecessary trouble.
Naruto was breathing heavily, his face red in anger and his chest on fire with hate.
"Naruto… I believe it is best to calm down, the Nine-Tails will cause trouble if you continue" Fenrir said as he pulled the boy into a side hug.
Naruto looked at him and nodded, he took a few deep breaths and tried to think calmly.
Fenrir looked back at Hiruzen, Hate in his eyes.
"Whatever meeting you were in is over… And this one will begin" Fenrir said as he finally reigned in his Chakra.
Hiruzen sighed and nodded.
"Would you like to come to my office? We can discuss things there" he said, Fenrir nodding and leading Naruto by his hand after the Hokage.

Hiruzen sat at his desk, two Anbu at his sides, with Naruto and Fenrir on the other side of the desk.
Fenrir sat in silence, and so did Naruto, he didn't want to get worked up, so he just stayed quiet and let Fenrir do the talking.
"... So what is it you wanted to talk about?" Hiruzen asked.
Fenrir looked at Naruto, who just shrugged, he was tired of today and seeing that, Fenrir patted his head with a smile and turned back to Hiruzen.
"Naruto deserves a few things. First is an actual Apology, from you, for how You've treated him"
Hiruzen nodded, "Naruto. I'm sorry. I wish I could have done more. I'm ashamed to call myself Hokage knowing that I've done this to you" he said as he lowered his head.
Fenrir squinted a bit, but nodded, "Good, it seems your not just all lies and Politics. And now we get onto the real stuff. I demand Naruto be made Clan head of the Uzumaki Clan, and I become His reagent for until he passes the necessary exams and becomes Jonin"
"... It can be done" Hiruzen said with a sigh.
"Next, I demand that We be given complete control of the Uzumaki clan Compound and the surrounding Abandoned Areas"
"Complete control isn't-" Hiruzen stopped talking as Fenrir's chakra burst forth straight at the old man.
"... Fine… Next" he said, after taking a breath.
"I demand that everything be given back that is rightfully Naruto's. Any Scrolls, Objects and money that originally belonged to the Uzumaki, shall be returned"
"...It will take time to make copies of ever-" Fenrir interrupted again.
"No copies for you! You do not deserve the knowledge of any Uzumaki, Yuki or Kaguya from Uzu. Kushina wouldn't want this, but I am here for Naruto, not for her. So I will repeat myself. All Knowledge, Items and money that belonged to the Uzumaki Clan, shall be returned! And you shall not be able to access them, unless Naruto and myself say so… Are we clear?" Fenrir asked.
Hiruzen rubbed his temples and nodded with a sigh "agreed"
"And lastly, There is a shinobi here, one that I demand be inducted into the Uzumaki clan"
"Clan induction? That's a very old practice" he said.
"I'm old fashioned like that" me said with a grin.
Hiruzen nodded, "Which shinobi?" he asked.
"Kakashi Hatake, Former Student of Minato Namikaze" he answered.
One of the Anbu next to Hiruzen froze, Hiruzen looked at that Anbu and gestured for them to take off the mask.
When the mask was taken off it revealed the half-covered face of a white-haired man with one of his eyes covered with an Eyepatch.
"Hi" he said with a nervous wave.
"Oh? You were here the whole time Little Fang?" Fenrir asked, surprised.
"Yes. It's… good to see you Fenrir" The Anbu now named Kakashi said with a nervous nod.
"It is up to him if he wants to do this" Hiruzen commented.
Fenrir nodded and looked back to Kakashi.
"Little Fang… You were a big part of Minato's life, almost like a son to him, and Kushina felt the same. She told me so herself. She hoped you would be there, to be like a brother to Naruto" Fenrir said with a gentle tone.
"I'm… I'm sorry I failed her…" he said with a sad look in his eyes, and a few tears in his uncovered eye.
Fenrir shook her head, "you have not failed… Not yet. You'd only fail if you went on with this path. I can smell the guilt and shame on you, not a smell fit for the young man who tried to give his life for his best friends" as Fenrir said this, Kakashi froze, and started to shake a little.
"Calm down" he ordered with a harsh tone of voice, which surprisingly did work.
He stopped shaking and stood at attention.
"You do not smell like a failure, And my nose is always right. So I ask you, Kakashi Hatake. Will you become a part of the Uzumaki Clan?" She asked.
Kakashi stood in silence for a while.
But when he did give his answer, it made Fenrir smile.
"I… I choose…"
