Back at QUILL HQ, there was chaos. Asimov was just getting back from somewhere he knew he never should have been.
"Asimov, why didn't you tell me about those other two guys? Are you hiding something from the rest of us? Wait a second, why are you not in uniform? And why are you back so late?" Gunvolt wondered.
Why is he so concerned about this? I already set up a mission to eliminate him and now he wants to question why I didn't tell him about Rick and Allen. Hopefully he'll give up wanting to know eventually. Asimov thought.
"I guess it's finally time you know the truth." Asimov stated.
Great, what does Asimov want with me now? I just got done with my mission yesterday and I want to relax for a little bit. Maybe I'll finally get some vacation time. Gunvolt mentally ranted.
"That reminds me, I want you to put your gear on I have a new mission for you." Asimov added.
This mission will surely result in GV's demise. And with him out of the way, the next phase of the plan can begin.
So, Asimov decided to contact Nova and tell him off his plans.
"I've found a sure fire way to eliminate GV and make sure he doesn't interfere." Asimov notified.
"I'm listening." Nova commented.
"I told GV he's going on another mission. So this is my list of all the possible ways to eliminate him. Plan A: Rick and Allen corner Gunvolt and threaten to take him to Sumeragi HQ. Plan B: Kidnap Lumen from his apartment by Rick and Allen and the only way to save her is by fighting. And then there's plan C: I approach Gunvolt telling him that Joule has be taken by the Sumeragi and tell him your location. When he gets there, he'll realize too late that it's just a trap. Then I'll be there to take him to the Sumeragi."
"Plan C sounds the most logical."
Asimov quickly ended the call to prevent suspicion and walked over to Gunvolt.
"Hey Asimov, who was that?" Gunvolt questioned.
"The landlord from your apartment complex said someone walked out of the building with Joule." Asimov answered.
"They took her again!? I'm on my way right now! If they think they can get away with taking Joule they've got another thing coming! I'll save her, even if it kills me or means that I'll have to surrender myself to the Sumeragi. As long as she's alright, nothing else matters." Gunvolt said to Asimov.
The latter smirked slightly at the formers words.
Moniqa's voice then came on the radio
"GV are you okay? I haven't seen you in a bit; where are you going?" Moniqa spoke.
"Moniqa, I'm going after Joule the Sumeragi took Joule and I'm going after them." Gunvolt announced.
"GV please be careful. I want you to be safe and make sure to get her back from them no matter what happens".
