On the mountainous planet of Oosalon, Satele had her lightsaber ignited and her helmet over her head as Sabine had her electrostaff and had one side of it extended as well as having her helmet over her head as well with Kanan having his lightsaber ignited as well, while they were battling the Fifth Brother and Seventh Sister, who also had their lightsabers ignited. Kanan clashed his lightsaber against the Fifth Brother's as the Seventh Sister began to approach Satele as she deactivated her lightsaber and fired its blaster attachment at the Inquisitor as she backed away as Sabine charged at the Seventh Sister.
"I'm thinking this planet's not gonna work out as a base after all," Satele before reigniting her lightsaber's blade as she charged at the Seventh Sister.
"Seeing that the key part of secret base is the secret location, no it won't work out," Kanan told her as he went into the combat stance known as Ataru.
"I agree with Kanan, Sis," Sabine said, agreeing with their master as she clashed her electrostaff with one of the blades of the Seventh Sister's lightsaber, "The Inquisitors know we're here, so it won't work out in the end."
"Where's Chopper?" Kanan asked Satele.
"I signaled him," she answered as his lightsaber clashed with the Fifth Brother's lightsaber as he continued to battle him, "He's either lost or ignoring us."
"Oh, he's not lost," Kanan told her as his lightsaber clashed with the Fifth Brother's lightsaber yet again, "Cross!"
"Yeah, I agree with you, Kanan. He did seem cross when we told him that the three of us could handle this without him," Sabine said, agreeing with him as Satele began to run towards him as he extended his arm to use the Force on the Fifth Brother as Satele jumped, using the Force and twirled around as she approached the Fifth Brother and aimed one of her vambraces at him and launched a grapple from it and began to tie him together with it before he used his lightsaber to knock the grapple back at her with it pulling back into her vambrace.
"Your Mando tricks won't work on me," the Fifth Brother told her as she clashed her saber with his for a split second before she used the Force to push her master towards the Seventh Sister and next to Sabine as he landed in front of the Inquisitor and clashed his saber with one of her lightsaber blades, while Sabine clashed her electrostaff with the Seventh Sister's other lightsaber blade as the Fifth Brother jumped towards Satele as they clashed their sabers against each other.
"Such a handsome face," the Seventh Sister told Kanan as her mask retracted as their sabers clashed together along with Sabine's electrostaff.
"I don't go for crazy anymore," Kanan told her as he along with Sabine continued to clash their saber and electrostaff with the Inquisitor's lightsaber
"That's all right, I prefer brains," the Seventh Sister said as her seeker probe droid was deployed and climbed onto her shoulder.
"Ahhh!" Kanan screamed and gasped in surprise as the Seventh Sister's seeker probe droid jumped onto his head as he and the Seventh Sister continued to duel as their sabers clashed together as he slowly walked backwards.
"Kanan, be ready!" Sabine said as she pulled out one of her WESTAR-35s from their holster and fired a blaster bolt at the Seventh Sister's seeker probe droid, which fell off the Jedi's head as it fell down the ground as it was critically damaged from Sabine's blaster bolt.
"Do you even know how much those are?!" The Seventh Sister asked Sabine with anger in her voice as he looked at her with an angry expression.
"Do I look like I care?" Sabine asked, rhetorically as she charged back at her and clashed her electrostaff at one of the blades of the Seventh Sister's lightsaber again as Satele deactivated her lightsaber as she rolled forward, evading the Fifth Brother's lightsaber before he extended his arm out as he used the Force to push her off the platform-like plateau they were standing off, causing her to fly across the plateau.
"Kanan! Sabine!" Satele cried as she flew past them as Kanan grabbed her left foot.
"I got you! I got you!" Kanan told Satele as the Seventh Sister extended her arm as he used the Force to push Sabine a few feet away before she landed on her stomach next to Kanan, by the edge of the plateau after she and the Fifth Brother deactivated their sabers.
The Seventh Sister suddenly laughed from behind them as she and the Fifth Brother reignited their lightsabers and began to approach them.
"Satele, we need you up here!" Kanan told Satele as he struggled to keep hold of her leg as he saw the two Inquisitors begin to approach them from behind with the corner of his eye.
"Hold on. I'm busy at the moment," Satele said as she used the Force to summon a Tipidee, the same flying creature that helped them on Stygeon Prime when they first met the Grand Inquisitor when they were attempting to rescue Luminara from the spire after they realized that she was dead the entire time and that it was all a trap like what both she and Sabine suspected to their aid when he suddenly tossed her up, "Whoa!" The Fifth Brother was about to strike Kanan when Sabine clashed her electrostaff with his lightsaber as Satele fell back down as Kanan grabbed her left hand.
"Up on three?" He asked her.
"Fine!" She relented, "One…"
"Two…" Kanan said, counting down.
"Three!" Both Kanan and Satele finished counting down together as he pulled her up and ignited her lightsaber as jumped forward, past the Inquisitors as he clashed his saber with one of the Fifth Brother's lightsaber blades with Sabine doing the same with her electrostaff as he got back up on his feet as Satele began clashing her saber against the Seventh Sister's lightsaber.
"I got us a ride," Satele told Kanan and her sister as they evaded the Inquisitors' lightsabers, "Come on!"
"I don't like this!" Kanan complained as the three of them began running towards the edge of the plateau with both Inquisitors following them.
"Just be ready to jump!" Satele warned them.
"Jump? You're crazy!" Kanan told Satele as they neared the edge of the plateau.
"It's a Wren specialty," Sabine explained.
"Now!" Satele said as they reached the edge and with that, the three of them jumped off the edge with Kanan yelling as he jumped as the Inquisitors watched from the edge when suddenly a Tipidee appeared from below them with Satele, Sabine and Kanan on the Tipidee's back before flying upwards as it flew away from the Inquisitors and the plateau.
"This was you?" Kanan asked Satele with disbelief.
"Yeah," Satele answered, "Not bad, huh?"
"Isn't this the same creature that helped us escape the Spire on Stygeon Prime?" Sabine asked her.
"Yeah, it is," Satele answered.
Moments later as the Tipidee flew with two others of their kind, Chopper, who was in the Phantom's astromech socket appeared in front of them, flying with the shuttle's wings unfolded as Chopper grunted as he opened the Phantom's rear hatch as he rotated his dome around to look at them.
"After the two of you," Kanan offered both of his Padawans as he chuckled.
"Thanks for the lift," Satele told the Tipidee before jumping into the Phantom with Sabine jumping after her before Kanan followed them into the Phantom with the rear hatch closing as they entered the Phantom, which soon left Oosalon and jumped to Hyperspace.
"Phew, that was a close one," Satele said as she sat down on one of the Phantom's seats as she removed her helmet and placed it on her lap as she leaned back and placed her hands behind her head.
"Definitely," Sabine said, agreeing with her as she removed her helmet as well and sat across from her.
"Yeah, another close one," Kanan said, agreeing with them as he looked at his lightsaber for a second as he walked towards the pilot's seat.
"What's wrong?" Satele asked him as she looked at him with the corner of her eye.
"I think I know what's troubling him, Sat," Sabine said as she looked at her sister, "Everywhere we run into those Inquisitors and it's kinda getting annoying."
"Your sister's right, Satele and I don't like it," Kanan said, agreeing with Sabine, "If this keeps up, we'll never be able to help the rebels establish a base. At least as long as we're with them."
"So, what are we going to do about it?" Satele asked as she lowered her hands from the back of her head.
"I don't know. But it's endangering the whole squadron," Kanan said as he placed his left hand over his chin for a second before standing up as he placed both of his arms behind his back, "We're gonna need advice on this."
"You mean Ahsoka?" Sabine asked him.
"Yeah," he answered as the Phantom jumped out of Hyperspace as he turned around to look out the shuttle's viewport as it reattached with the Ghost deep in space as its wings folded back up.
Meanwhile inside the Ghost, Hera walked into the common room as Zeb sat around the holotable repairing his bo-rifle.
"Well, you three seem fine," Hera told Kanan, Satele and Sabine as they climbed down the ladder from the Phantom as she had her right hand on her hip, "How's the Phantom?"
"I don't know," Satele answered, "Chopper was flying."
"Oh, boy," Hera muttered as Satele walked past her.
"So, girls, either of you find us a base yet?" Zeb asked both Mandalorians as they approached him.
"No, but we did find two Inquisitors," Satele answered.
"The ones that's been hunting us since we encountered them on that abandoned Republic medical Facility all those months ago after we first met Rex," Sabine added.
"Oh, that's nothing new," Zeb told them as they walked past him.
"She's waiting for you," Hera told Kanan as she turned around towards him, "Why did you have us meet you out here away from the fleet?"
"It's safer this way," he explained.
"Keeping your saber moving is key to deflecting the fire of multiple adversaries," Satele and Sabine heard a familiar voice say from a holoprojector of a holocron as they entered Kanan's room where they saw Ahsoka sitting on Kanan's bed with her legs folded and eyes closed as the door to his room slid open with a holographic image of a man with light skin and brown hair of around 22 years old wearing a Jedi training uniform as he held a lightsaber in his right hand, "Fluid motion, one into the next, into the next, and so on." Both Satele and Sabine sat on the bench across from Ahsoka as the hologram of the man went on, "I've made some adjustments to the classic Form IV techniques that I think you'll find work well against droids and other ranged attackers. Here, I'll show you," the man then ignited his lightsaber to reveal a blue blade and began to deflect blaster bolts with it, "One, two, three…"
"He's amazing," Satele told the Togruta, "We've watched these recordings to help us learn Jedi lightsaber combat styles as Mother never taught us them when we were children as we Mandalorians aren't taught them."
"Yeah, he is," Sabine said, agreeing with her, "And we try them out when Kanan lets me borrow his lightsaber when we train together."
"You both should have seen him in person," Ahsoka told them as she opened her eyes, "Anakin Skywalker, he was my master."
"We've heard about him and his exploits during the Clone Wars," Satele told her, "Is it true that he tricked a Neimoidian, who was the captain of a Trade Federation battleship to blow up the battleship with a Venator-class Star Destroyer that was abandoned and heavily damaged, by pretending that he was surrendering himself and the Venator during the Battle of Ryloth to allow Republic forces to break through the Separatist blockade around the planet before escaping in an escape pod?"
"Yeah, that exploit of his was true," Ahsoka answered, "He was powerful, rarely lost a battle. What would have surprised people was how kind he was. He cared deeply about his friends, and looked out for them until the end."
"Practice these exercises mindfully, and you'll see improvement, I promise," the hologram of Anakin added as he stopped deflecting blaster bolts with his lightsaber as they stopped being fired as he deactivated his lightsaber.
"Do you know what happened to him?" Satele asked her as the holocron containing the hologram and holorecording of Anakin closed.
"The last time I saw him, he was rushing off to save the Chancellor," Ahsoka answered, "Then everything changed. The war ended and the Jedi were accused of treason. One by one, they were hunted down."
"By the Inquisitors," Satele stated.
"Or worse," Ahsoka told her.
"What could be worse than Inquisitors or Sith Lords?" Sabine asked her.
"Speaking of Inquisitors…" Kanan suddenly said as he entered his room as the door slid open before closing as Ahsoka and both Mandalorians stood up, "Ahsoka, what do you think about us doing the hunting for a change?"
"When you defeated one, two more came," Ahsoka reminded him as she crossed her arms for a second, "Who's to say we wouldn't multiply our problems yet again?"
"And there's Vader," Satele added as she and Sabine had a look on their faces, reminding Kanan and Ahsoka that the Inquisitors plan to turn them to the dark side to become Inquisitors as well and that the Inquisitors should get it through their thick skulls that they'd never turn to the dark side due to what dark siders have done to their people in the past.
"I don't disagree. But the fact remains, we can't protect our friends from Vader and his Inquisitors," Kanan said, agreeing with the Togruta and both Mandalorians before turning to both of his Padawans, "I can barely protect the both of you."
"We don't need protecting," Satele argued.
"Satele's right, Kanan we don't need protecting," Sabine said, agreeing with her sister, "We're Mandalorians."
"It's time like these that Anakin and I would turn to someone like Obi-Wan or Master Yoda," Ahsoka told them, "They always had the answer. Well, almost always."
"Then maybe we should ask Master Yoda," Kanan suggested.
"So, where are they going now?" Zeb asked Hera as she entered the cockpit as he stood at one of the computer systems as he looked out the cockpit's viewport.
"Sometimes it's better not to know," Hera told the Lasat as the Phantom detached from the Ghost and unfolded its wings as it flew over the cockpit before jumping to Hyperspace.
Meanwhile on the Phantom as it traveled through Hyperspace, Satele, Sabine and Ahsoka approached Kanan as the shuttle jumped out of Hyperspace and soon landed on Lothal as its wings folded back up, near the Jedi Temple where Satele got her Kyber crystal from after she learned that some of her and Sabine's ancestors were Jedi.
"Satele, you were raised on Lothal?" Ahsoka asked Satele as she, both Mandalorians and Kanan left the Phantom as the rear hatch of the shuttle opened.
"Yeah, our father gave me to Mira and Ephraim Bridger when me and Sabine were five for protection because of my Force-Sensitivity because who knows what the Empire would've done to me if they discovered my Force-Sensitivity when I was a kid," Satele answered.
"This is the Temple on Lothal where you got your Kyber crystal, Sat?" Sabine asked her sister.
"Yeah, it is, Bine," Satele answered as they began to approach the large Lothalian mound-like structure that was disguised as the Jedi Temple on Lothal with Chopper following them as he activated his rocket booster after jumping from the Phantom's astromech socket as R4-G6 rolled out of the shuttle as he followed them as the four Force-wielders stopped at a large circle in the middle of the ground as Ahsoka placed her right hand on her hip, "Here it is. If you and Kanan stand here, you can use the Force to open the temple."
"I cannot," Ahsoka told her as Kanan crossed his arms.
"Why can't you?" Sabine asked her with confusion.
"Because I am no longer a Jedi. It was my choice, I left the Order," Ahsoka explained as she placed her hand over Sabine's armor's right pauldron as she walked past her and looked at the Lothalian mound-like structure, "It's probably best if you three open it."
"All right then," Satele said as she turned to her master and Sabine, "Kanan? Sabine?" Ahsoka walked the three of them before standing behind them as Kanan, Satele and Sabine extended one of their arms out after both her master and sister walked up to her and closed their eyes as they began to use the Force as it began to rise in a counterclockwise direction and soon the door that Satele and Kanan went through when she got her Kyber crystal appeared but the temple rose higher as it continued rotating as Satele reopened her eyes, "Hey, where's the door going?" She then closed her eyes again as the temple continued rising and soon stopped as another door appeared as Kanan, Satele and Sabine lowered their arms and reopened their eyes, "This is new."
"What do you mean?" Sabine asked her.
"Me and Kanan went through the door above this one when we came here previously," Satele explained.
"Well, new door, new problem," Kanan told Satele, who began walking towards the temple with Sabine following her before he turned to Chopper, while Ahsoka turned to R4-G6, "Chop, stay here. Keep an eye out."
Chopper saluted him with one of his metal arms as he grunted a response with confirmation as Kanan began to follow both of his Padawans.
"RG, you better stay with Chopper in case he needs some back up," Ahsoka told her astromech, who beeped a response as she began to follow Kanan and both Mandalorians into the temple.
As the four Force-wielders entered the temple, the door began closing on its own, which they heard as they looked at the door as it closed shut.
"How did you two contact Master Yoda here?" Ahsoka asked Kanan and Satele as she looked at them.
"Well, he kind of contacted us," Kanan said, correcting her.
"He contacted me after I faced my fears, that being our family disowning me for becoming a Jedi and killing you, Sabine for standing with me and the other was facing a version of me, who fell to the dark side after meeting one of our Jedi ancestors and then he physically appeared to me after I received my Kyber crystal," Satele told her.
"And I was meditating," Kanan added.
"Then perhaps that's a good place to start," Ahsoka suggested as the four of them sat on the floor with their legs folded as Ahsoka and Satele sat across from each other, while Kanan and Sabine sat across from each other as well as they began meditating and within moments of meditating, Kanan heard a noise and opened his eyes as he saw a doorway glowing white at one of the corners of the room.
"I see a doorway," Kanan told Ahsoka and his Padawans.
"Where?" Satele asked him as she looked around for the doorway that her master saw, but couldn't, "I don't see anything."
"Neither do I," Ahsoka said, agreeing with her.
"I don't see a doorway either," Sabine said, agreeing with Ahsoka and her sister.
"The last time we spoke to Master Yoda, we were separated," Kanan said, recalling when he and Satele were separated when she received her Kyber crystal as he stood up, "Maybe this is my path alone."
"Be careful!" Satele warned him as he walked towards the glowing white doorway that only he could see.
"Yeah, she's right, be on your guard, Kanan," Sabine said, agreeing with her sister.
"Don't worry. I wouldn't do anything either of you would do," he reassured both Mandalorians before walking through the mysterious doorway and disappeared as he walked through it.
"Where'd he go?" Satele asked Ahsoka with surprise and confusion, "He just disappeared."
"Yeah, he just vanished," Sabine said, wanting to know what happened to him as well.
"As you know, Satele and what you've heard about, Sabine, these temples can be tricky," Ahsoka explained.
As Kanan exited the doorway, he saw that it led a dojo, similar to the one that was in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant before it was turned into the Emperor's palace and saw a Jedi wearing the armor and helmet of a Temple guard sitting in the middle of the floor with his legs folded with their lightsaber folded on the floor in front of them.
"I wonder when you would return," the temple guard said as he looked at Kanan.
"A temple guard," Kanan said before speaking to him, "I've come for knowledge. I need to know how to defeat Vader and his Inquisitors."
"Try to fight, and you will fail," the temple guard said as he picked up his lightsaber as he stood up and aimed it at him, "The Rebellion will be destroyed. You will die, and your apprentices will become servants of evil and will become the tyrant rulers of Mandalore."
"What are you talking about?" Kanan asked him with confusion.
"The dark side," the temple guard answered as he began walking towards him, "It pulls at them. It calls to them. Eventually, they both will be consumed by it and they will takeover Mandalore with the one you've been training the longest becoming Manda'lor the Immortal and with her sister being her second-in-command." With that said, the temple guard flicked his lightsaber into its saberstaff mode before igniting it, revealing a yellow blade from one of his lightsaber's emitters before Kanan connected his lightsaber's emitter to it's main body and ignited his lightsaber's blade as well, "Stand aside. The girls must be eliminated before they embrace the darkness and become the tyrant rulers of Mandalore."
"I won't let that happen," Kanan said as went into the combat stance known as Ataru like he did on Oosalon when he, Satele and Sabine fought the Inquisitors before the temple guard rushed towards him as their sabers clashed as they began to duel.
Outside the temple, Chopper was scanning the area with his dome's antenna dish and grunted the word 'uh-oh' as he detected two separate ships approaching and turned to R4-G6, who beeped a response before Chopper activated his rocket booster as he flew into the Phantom's astromech socket, while R4-G6 rolled into the shuttle as its rear hatch opened before closing after he entered the Phantom and Chopper lifted the shuttle up as its wings unfolded as the Phantom flew away.
Meanwhile back inside the temple in the room where Satele, Sabine and Ahsoka were, the three of them were were still meditating when Sabine suddenly heard a noise and opened her eyes as she saw a doorway similar to the one that Kanan went through from one of the corners of the room but this one was glowing grey instead of white.
"I see a doorway as well," Sabine told her sister and Ahsoka.
"Then it must be where you must go through," Satele told her.
"Yeah, I agree with Satele," Ahsoka said, agreeing with Satele.
"Then like Kanan said, this is my path," Sabine told them.
"Good luck, Sabine," Satele told her sister.
"Yeah, wish me luck, Sis," Sabine said, agreeing with her before walking towards the doorway that appeared to her and walked through the doorway before vanishing from the room.
As Sabine exited her doorway, she saw that she was at her family's ancestral home on Krownest in the Wren Stronghold in the throne room with her mother, Ursa sitting on the throne with her father, Alrich standing next to Ursa on her left side and her brother, Tristan standing on her right side as she had her helmet next to her on the throne.
"Sabine Wren, you are here on trial for betraying our people's heritage and tradition," Ursa said as she stared down at her daughter.
"Wait," Sabine said as she remembered what was happening as this was where her family disowned her, "This is when I was disowned."
Soon after the Phantom left the temple the Inquisitors' Advanced TIE fighters arrived near the temple and landed near the temple as the wings of the TIE fighters folded before both Inquisitors hopped out of their TIE fighters.
"They have fled," the Fifth Brother said, grabbing some dust from the ground as he bent down before standing back up, "Your instincts have failed you."
"Have they?" The Seventh Sister asked him with disbelief, "Our prey came here, and they are still here." With that said, both Inquisitors began walking towards the temple before clicking a button on a control pad that was on one of her arms, causing one of her seeker probe droids to be deployed from her back and floated in the air before her, "Tell me what you see." The seeker probe droid flew towards the Lothalian mound-like structure and as it flew around the Lothalian mound-like structure, it sent info to the Seventh Sister's control pad as holographic image of the Lothalian mound-like structure with the temple appearing underneath, "A Jedi temple."
"Their sanctuary will be their tomb," the Fifth Brother stated.
"You knew Master Yoda?" Satele asked Ahsoka as they continued to meditate as she reopened her eyes.
"Yes," Ahsoka answered, "He taught almost all of the younglings in the temple at one point or another.
"When I met him, he looked exactly like how Kanan described him to me and Sabine. Small, green, and wrinkly with pointy ears," Satele told her as Ahsoka reopened her eyes as she smirked, "But he didn't know what he was really like."
"I'm not sure anyone did. He was wise, kind, but when I was young, he seemed happier," Ahsoka said as she closed her eyes again, "As the Clone War dragged on, he carried a great burden, a deep sorrow, as if he knew before anyone else that one time was ending, and another beginning." As she finished explaining Yoda to the Mandalorian she reopened her eyes and saw that Satele had vanished.
"Whoa. I know this place," Satele said as she opened her eyes and stood up as she found herself in the Star Map looking room where she received her Kyber crystal from Yoda.
"Special to you it is, hmm?" She heard the voice of Yoda say from behind her and turned to see him, holding his cane and sitting on a log like when she saw him last when she saw him last when she received her Kyber crystal from him.
"Master Yoda," she said with surprise, "You're here!"
"Or here you are, hmm," he countered.
"Last time I saw you when you gave me my Kyber crystal, you told me that the next time we meet you'd explain to me how I saw you," Satele recalled as she folded her legs as she sat down.
"Ah, yes I did," Yoda said, recalling when he told her that when he met her, "Growing your abilities have been since you began your Jedi training. And with them, danger."
Kanan continued clashing his lightsaber against the temple guard's as the temple guard used his lightsaber to block his attack from behind his back as Kanan clashed his lightsaber with the temple guard's again and soon after this the temple guard clashed his saber against Kanan's before both of them went into a saberlock.
"Is this the limit of your knowledge?" The temple guard asked as their lightsabers left their saberlock position for a brief second as they clashed their sabers again and went back into a saberlock.
"I learned enough," Kanan answered.
"I think not," the temple guard responded before his lightsaber left the saberlock position and extended one of his arms out and used the Force to push him towards a wall behind him containing lightsabers before Kanan used the Force to throw his lightsaber at him only for the temple guard to block it with his lightsaber, knocking it to the floor underneath him before Kanan extended his arm out and used the Force to summon his lightsaber from the floor and it flew back into his hand and reignited his lightsaber's blade as the temple guard began to walk towards him. As this was happening, Kanan reached for the lightsaber board behind him and grabbed one of the lightsabers and immediately ignited the lightsaber he just grabbed, revealing the lightsaber to have a crimson colored blade, "You will never be strong enough to protect your pupils, and you will perish for your failure." Two more temple guards then appeared next to the leader of the temple guards on both sides, who ignited their lightsabers as they joined the fight as Kanan entered a dual lightsaber wielding battle stance before rushing towards the leader of the temple guards and closed both of his lightsabers against the temple guard's lightsaber.
Ahsoka was meditating alone in the main chamber of the temple with one of her lightsabers in front of her as she had her eyes closed, "Ahsoka," she suddenly heard the voice of her master, Anakin Skywalker say, causing her to reopen her eyes and look around to find where the voice was coming from before closing her eyes yet again, shrugging the voice off, figuring that she was just hearing things, "Ahsoka, why did you leave?" As the voice asked that, she reopened her eyes again as a vision of Anakin appeared behind her, "Where were you when I needed you?"
"I made a choice. I couldn't stay," she answered.
"You were selfish," Anakin accused her.
"No!" She said, denying his claim.
"You abandoned me! You failed me!" He yelled, causing her to start tearing up, "Do you know what I've become?" The vision of Anakin then changed to Vader surrounded by a bright red silhouette behind him with his mechanical breathing.
"No. No!" She yelled as a tear fell from her eye as she picked up her lightsaber and ignited and swung it around behind her as she turned around causing the vision to disappear before she sighed in relief, knowing that it was just a vision before deactivating her lightsaber.
"How do you plea, my daughter?" Ursa asked Sabine.
"Not guilty," Sabine answered, "Because I had no idea the Empire would use the Duchess on our friends and family of ours and planned to use it to crush rebellion on Mandalore."
"And yet by building it, you have doomed our people, heritage and tradition!" Tristan argued.
"How do you know the Empire won't rebuild it?" Alrich asked her.
"They won't!" Sabine yelled, "I destroyed the plans for it. So it'll be impossible for them to rebuild it."
"How do you know they don't have backup data for the plans?" Alrich asked her.
"Trust me, Father, the Empire don't have backup plans for weapons created by Imperial cadets," Sabine answered.
"Let's hope for your sake that you are correct," Ursa told her.
"Master Yoda, you're powerful," Satele said as she continued to speak with Yoda, "You must know a way to destroy Vader and his Inquisitors."
"Padawan, as you know, thousands of Jedi once there were. Then came war," Yoda sighed as he aimed his cane upwards as he began to show her a vision of a battalion of the Clone Army within the Grand Army of the Republic wearing Phase I clone trooper armor, mere hours after the First Battle of Geonosis, "In our arrogance, join the conflict swiftly we did." The vision then switched to clones wearing Phase II clone trooper armor fighting alongside Jedi, "Fear, anger, hate. Consumed by the dark side the Jedi were."
"Was it wrong for the Jedi to fight?" Satele asked him, "Is it wrong for Mandalorians like me and my sister to protect our friends?"
"Wrong? Hmm. A long time, fought I did," he told her, "Consumed by fear I was, though see it I did not."
"You were afraid?" Satele said in disbelief as what she's been told about him was that he's always been fearless.
"Yes, afraid," he confirmed, "Hmm, surprised are you? A challenge lifelong it is, not to bend fear into anger."
"What's happening?" Satele asked as she heard stones falling around her.
"Found you the enemy has," Yoda answered.
Outside the Jedi temple, both Inquisitors had one of their arms extended outwards as they began to use the Force to lift up the Lothalian mound-like structure with them straining in the process as the large circles in front of the temple began to glow red from their dark side affiliation.
Kanan continued to clash both of his lightsabers that he was wielding against the leader of the temple guard's lightsaber before clashing them with one of the other temple guards and then clashed them back against the leader of the temple guards again before he kicked Kanan back towards the board containing lightsabers as he landed on the floor underneath it as the Jedi temple continued to be raised up by the two Inquisitors outside as Kanan aimed the crimson colored lightsaber he was wielding at the three temple guards.
"Even now, the servants of the dark side come for your apprentices. You cannot fight forever," the leader of the temple guards said as he and the other two temple guards approached Kanan.
"You're right," Kanan sighed as he deactivated both lightsabers that he was wielding, "I can't protect Satele and Sabine forever. Not even from themselves. All I can do is what I've done, train them the best I could."
Kanan saw the leader of the temple guards raising his lightsaber upwards and closed his eyes, knowing what was about to happen and accepted it like any Jedi should, only for the temple guard to hover his lightsaber's blade over his right shoulder, "By the right of the council," he then hovered his lightsaber blade over Kanan's other shoulder, "by the will of the Force," he then hovered his lightsaber blade over Kanan's head, "Kanan Jarrus, you may rise."
"Wait, what does this mean?" Kanan asked the temple guard as he stood back up after the temple guard deactivated his lightsaber and gestured him to stand back up before walking away from him.
"It means you are what I once was," the temple guard said after taking his mask off and turned back around towards him, revealing to Kanan that he was the Grand Inquisitor as Kanan realized that he was a temple guard during the Clone Wars before falling to the dark side, "A knight of the Jedi Order." Kanan widened his eyes as he realized what he meant that he was now a Jedi Knight. The Pau'an then pointed at the white glowing door that Kanan came from as the walls started to crumble, "The temple is falling. Go. I will delay the enemy." Kanan then ran back through the white glowing doorway.
Ahsoka opened her eyes as she heard, felt and saw the temple crumbling down and got up as she saw a doorway, "There's still a way," she muttered to herself as she began to approach the doorway before running through the doorway.
"Yeah, but Master Yoda, how are we supposed to win if we don't fight back?" Satele asked Yoda as she continued speaking with the Jedi Grandmaster.
"Win?" Yoda chuckled, "Win, hmm. How Jedi choose to win, the question is."
"We already chose," the Mandalorian told him, "We're going to fight."
"Find Malachor," Yoda said as he sighed.
"Revan," Satele muttered as the wall around her continued to crumble with her looking around before turning back to Yoda only to see that had vanished as her vision ended, "Master Yoda? Master Yoda!"
"Sabine, do you want to know your sentence?" Ursa asked her daughter.
"Whatever punishment you give me, Mother, I'll accept the consequences," Sabine said with more confidence than she has had in years.
"We find you guilty," Ursa told her.
"If that's what you decide, I'll accept it, Mother," Sabine said, surprising Ursa, Alrich and Tristan as that's not what they expected Sabine to say when suddenly they disappeared as the room began to shake, "What's happening?"
"Starting to collapse, the temple has," Sabine heard Yoda say and turned around to see him sitting on the same log that her sister saw still holding his cane.
"Who are you?" Sabine asked him.
"Know me, you do," he told her.
"Master Yoda?" She asked him as she recognized his face from what Kanan told her what Yoda looked like a few weeks after she and Satele were reunited and before they went to the Spire on Stygeon Prime.
"Indeed I am," Yoda said before chuckling a little, "From accepting the punishment your mother gave you, ready to become Jedi, you are."
"So, what happens now?" Sabine asked him.
"Now, leave the temple you must with your sister and friends," Yoda answered as he pointed his cane at the glowing gray doorway that she came from.
"I hope I meet you again, Master Yoda," Sabine told him as she ran back through the doorway.
"Assure, you will one day," Yoda told her before he disappeared from the temple.
Meanwhile back outside the temple, both Inquisitors soon finished raising and began to approach it as the Seventh Sister's mask sealed back shut.
"The secrets of this temple will be ours," the Seventh Sister said as she and the Fifth Brother entered the temple as they grabbed their lightsabers as he grabbed it from his back, while she grabbed her lightsaber from her hip before they ignited them.
"Sabine, Kanan, Ahsoka, you won't believe what I…" Satele started as she found Kanan and Ahsoka who walked through three separate doorways like she did.
"Tell us later! Come on!" Kanan said, telling her that it currently wasn't the right time to tell them what Yoda told her as they began to leave the temple.
The two Inquisitors heard a loud clattering sound as they walked down the steps that led to the temple's main chamber and entered a battle position before they heard a lightsaber ignite behind them and turned around as they saw the Grand Inquisitor in his temple guard uniform holding his lightsaber in his hand with one of its blades ignited.
"Grand Inquisitor," the Fifth Brother said in disbelief when they suddenly heard more lightsabers ignite and saw the two other temple guards that were in Kanan's vision with their lightsabers ignited as the two Inquisitors began spinning their lightsabers around as they activated their lightsabers' spinning feature as the temple guards surrounded them in a circle as even more temple guards appeared around them.
"Up ahead! The way out!" Kanan said as he, Satele, Sabine and Ahsoka ran through the temple's caverns as he saw a bright light in front of them and as Kanan, Satele and Sabine began to approach the way out of the temple, Ahsoka suddenly stopped running behind looking behind her and saw a vision of Grandmaster Yoda sitting on a log with his cane on his lap and gestured her to go with the others before she followed them out of the temple.
As Kanan, Satele, Sabine and Ahsoka exited the temple, they ran across the ground's large circles which were still red from the Inquisitors' tampering with them when they used the Force to raise the temple from the ground.
"Chopper!" Kanan said, calling out to Chopper as he saw the Phantom flying past them before landing a few feet in front of them as he rotated his dome around towards them and grunted excitedly as he opened the Phantom's rear hatch.
"He says Imperial forces are on their way," Sabine said as they ran towards the Phantom before entering the shuttle's rear hatch and as all four Force-wielders entered the Phantom, its rear hatch closed back shut before it took off as it began to leave the planet.
"I saw Master Yoda," Satele told Kanan as the Phantom flew away from the temple as Ahsoka placed a hand on her Astromech's dome.
"As did I," Sabine told her.
"Saw him? What did he say?" He asked Satele.
"He said to find Malachor," she answered, "But wasn't Malachor V destroyed during the Dark Wars about 4 thousand years ago?"
"He wasn't referring to Malachor V, Satele," Ahsoka told her, "He was referring to another planet in the Malachor system."
"What did he say to you, Sabine?" Kanan asked as he turned to his other Padawan.
"After I had a vision of my trial on Krownest with Mother, Father and Tristan, which I was more confident than I was when I actually had my trial, he appeared to me and told me that the temple was collapsing and said that because I was more accepting of my punishment that Mother gave me I was ready to become a Jedi," Sabine answered.
"Does that mean…" Satele began to ask.
"I think so, Satele," Kanan said, confirming her suspicions, "Sabine is now officially my second Padawan."
Back at the temple on Lothal, an Imperial patrol transport hovered over the Jedi temple as two more appeared, one from behind the Lothalian mound-like structure as the other began to approach the temple from afar.
Meanwhile on the surface, Vader entered the temple as two stormtroopers stood on both sides of the temple's doorway, while two more stormtroopers were walking in front of the Sith Lord.
"My master will be most pleased with this discovery," Vader said as he saw both the Seventh Sister and Fifth Brother standing in front of ruins that were part of the temple's main chamber.
"Lord Vader," the Fifth Brother greeted Vader as he stood in the doorway, "The Jedi are growing in their power."
"It will be their undoing," Vader told him.
