What if Prince Julius had memories from his previous life, but he wasn't some Japanese rando, no he's a Red Blooded American who likes to quote random lines from movies. He's also a former machinist from one of the worlds largest Gun manufactures and a huge otaku to boot!

The boy's navy blue eyes snapped open. With a strained gasp he looked around the room. His bed was huge compared to his small framed body. After his breath normalized he fully sat up and looked around. The décor looked like a castle from the middle ages, but the furnishings looked to be more on the modern side.

What happened, he thought while pressing his hand to his head to attempt to alleviate the massive headache he was suffering from. Where the fuck am I, he questioned both bewildered and disoriented.

While clutching the side of his head and wincing he walked over to the tall mirror that was in the corner of the room his eyes shot open really wide when he saw the small child with navy blue hair and eyes looking back at him. His reflection paled and he went into a state of shock.

I… I know this kid he's that shitty prince from that horrible Otome Game, Love something or other… A sharp pain in his head made him double over and clutch his head using both hands. Why does it hurt so much every time I try to remember the damned title of that shitty game?

He turned around when he heard the door to his room open and a maid who had neon green hair tied up in a bun on top of her head walked in her emerald eyes went wide when she spotted him.

Releasing the ornate cart she was pushing the maid ran over to where he was kneeling by the mirror.

"Prince Julius, Prince Julius you're up and out of bed," She cried in horror. "You shouldn't be out of bed!" She forcefully lowered his hands so that she could press her hand against his forehead. "See you still have a slight fever and you look awful, now," she gently helped him to his feet. "Get back into bed and I'll give you your medicine." She assisted him back to the bed.

What, he thought. I'm sick… I don't remember… why can't I remember?

While the maid pushed the cart the rest of the way into his room he sat down on the edge of his bed. The maid dumped a purple inky liquid, into a teaspoon, out of a very ominous looking opaque bottle.

The smell made him gag. "I know that it smells awful your highness, but you still must take it."

He clenched his fist and shut his eyes tight when she shoved the vile smelling purple stuff in front of his mouth, which he slowly opened for her.

"Good boy, your highness," the maid smiled at Julius's vain attempt at bravado.

If the smell was bad then the taste was even worse, he felt like he'd eaten an anchovy covered pizza covered with maggots, a flash from his memories of an old Spawn live-action movie where the evil clown ate the maggot covered pizza ran through his mind. The memory alone almost made him throw up the vial stuff that was forced down his throat.

The maid was at least kind enough to give him a glass of water to wash down the vial tasting medicine. He eagerly took it from her and gulped it down without taking a breath.

"Very good boy prince Julius," the maid beamed while taking the empty glass from him.

"I'm sorry, uummm, miss maid san?" He lowered his eyes. "But could I please have another glass of water I still have a bit of an aftertaste in my mouth…"

The maid's eyes widened at the strange way Prince Julius had addressed her. "I will get another one right away," He must be really sick if he addresses a mere maid like me with such honorifics, she thought while placing the glass on the cart and hurrying out the door. She halted in the hallway when she remembered something very important.

"Prince Julius," She poked her head through the door and watch him pause while he was climbing back into bed. "I have some really good news for you," she smiled at him. "Now that you're awake your fiancée has come to see you!"

Prince Julius face fell and he frowned. "My what," he cried right after the maid closed the door of his room.

He must be very excited to see her, she thought, but then she frowned. But he actually addressed me with such polite kindness and he didn't kick up a fuss when I gave him his medicine this time and he even asked for another glass of water because of the aftertaste? The maid slowed her pace a bit. "Why does he know such words, he's only seven…" She shrugged and sped up again, she still had to get to the kitchen to fetch him another glass of water. She couldn't help but smile at the way Julius had treated her.

He was nothing like he was yesterday, She thought. Perhaps the fever did something to his personality? She shook her head. "I'll have to leave the diagnosis up to his doctor and pharmacist." She glanced at the medicine bottle that still had a few servings left inside. I hope that it wasn't the medicine that caused such a change of personality and behavior, that would be awful if Delark Sama was sentenced to death for poisoning Prince Julius… She shook her head to chase her fears away, while she did a very upright young lady with big red eyes, blond hair, wearing a black and red frilled dress gracefully headed toward Prince Julius's bedroom.

Angelica Redgrave gave the maid that was pushing her cart a curt nod when she passed by. She didn't even knock when she got to Julius's room she just opened the door.

A very grave faced boy looked at her when she walked into his room. Angelica gave him a polite curtsy before she walked over to his bed. "I've heard that you've regained consciousness Julius Sama," Angelica gave him a smile. Remember he's the crown prince I must make him like me, Angelic was nervous and scared witless behind the wall that she'd built up over the last year when she found out that she was going to be prince Julius's fiancée.

Even so small Angelica is absolutely adorable, Julius thought. Why in God's name would the shitty prince betray her like that and go for Olivia… He sat up in bed and crossed his arms and closed his eyes to ponder this. "Granted Olivia is going to be the destined saint, but leaving such a gorgeous girl like Angelica like that is unforgivable…" His eyes snapped open to look at Angelica who looked both confused and beat red with embarrassment.

"Julius… Sama," Angelica covered her face with both hands. "Did you really call me gorgeous and…" She lowered her hands to look at him. "Who is Olivia and you mentioned something about a saint?"

"Ummm," Julius rubbed the back of his head, but then clutched the side of it when his headache returned. He winced in pain.

"Julius Sama," Angelica cried in alarm. "Are you alright?"

"My head," Julius muttered between rasping breaths.

"Hold on Julius Sama, I'll go fetch someone…" Angelica who had gotten up on his bed to see if she could help in some way was about to leave, but Julius even while wincing in pain grabbed her arm to prevent her from leaving.

"Angelica Redford," Julius said between gasps. "I will not leave you like the shitty prince did…"

Julius's words on served to confuse her even more. What… Angelica thought. Who's this shitty prince that he's talking about? Is he referring to Jilk Sama? She didn't have much time to ponder this because Julius brought her in close and hugged her tight.

"I'm not an idiot like that shitty prince and his faggotty friends," Julius made Angelica's heart race and her eyes spin in confusion.

"What, are you talking about prince Julius Sama," Angelica stuttered while steam erupted from her head like a geyser.

"I'll tell you everything," Julius released her from his embrace and gave her a small pain filled smile. "Right now I…" He collapsed into his bed, his head bounced off his pillow a few times before it settled.

"Julius Sama," Angelica cried in alarm, she'd gone through a tumult of emotional turmoil in the last few minutes that she didn't realize that Julius wasn't the Julius that she remembered meeting last year, what she did know was that she really liked this Julius a lot more than she realized. "Julius Sama," she screamed and tears rained from her eyes. The door opened and the maid that she passed in the hallway pushed her cart inside the room.

"Please," Angelica jumped off the bed and ran over to the maid. "Julius Sama has collapsed while he was talking to me… please help him!" She didn't even know that she was practically begging for the maid to help Julius.

"Don't worry Angelica Sama," the maid reassured her while placing her hand on the girl's shoulders. "I've already contacted Delark Sama, he'll be here shortly…"

The iron wall that Angelica had formed around her heart broke down and crumbled inside of a torrent of emotions. She didn't understand why Julius had changed so much, but she also was afraid to know and he even promised her to tell her later. The things he said about a girl named Olivia, saints and shitty princes scared her but also made her heart soar. Now in her heart she wanted Julius to wake up, get better and tell her what is going on.

Doctor Delark was the head of medicine for the royal family, his aged face still exude a lot of strength. Even thought his hair had long ago turned white he still took care of it using a style that matched those who were thirty years younger. He picked up the pocket watch in his green vest pocket to check the time. His brow furrowed and he even frowned.

I was told that Prince Julius had come too, about an hour ago. Delark thought, placing his pocket watch back in his vest pocket. He clutched his medicine bag a bit tighter with his right hand while he fished around in his black pants pocket with his left. He fumbled a bit before he found what he was looking for. He flicked his handkerchief snapping it open so that he could use it to wipe away the nervous sweat that was pouring from his brow. He shoved the now damp handkerchief inside of his back pocket haphazardly so that it would be easier to get to when he needed it again.

If my timetable is correct, Prince Julius should have only been conscious for a few moments, Delark frown deepened and a sense of dread washed over him. Not for a full hour… If I'm right then I might be able to prove my master's theory… His frown grew even worse and he shook his head several times. "But if I'm wrong then I might just lose my life… And Julius will also lose his…"

Delark reached down and pulled his spectacles from his other vest pocket, flicked them so that the two ear-rests opened and he placed them on his face, pushing them up on his nose. It was a rather bad decision to do that though, because the sweat that was pouring from his brow stained and streaked both sides of his eyeglasses blurring his vision. Aggravated, Delark reached around to his back pocket to retrieve his handkerchief to wipe away the sweat from both is brow and his glasses. He placed his glasses back on his face when he reached the door to Julius's room. After swallowing his nerves, he gripped the gold handle, and with what seemed like the weight of the world stacked up against him he lowered it and pushed the door open.

Delark tried to give the two women in the room a lighthearted smile. "Greeting's ladies," He closed his big blue eyes and nodded to Angelica who was in tears. "And how is my patient doing today?"
