"We're being accompanied by a fighter escort to ensure safe passage," a human male rebel transport captain with brown hair, blue eyes and fair skin told a hologram of a human woman with tan skin that was projected from a holoprojector on the Bridge of GR-75 medium transport as the transport along with a squad of 6 A-wings jumped out of Hyperspace near the planet of Teralov, "Don't worry. You'll get your food supply."
"We're grateful, very grateful. I had no idea the rebels were so well equipped," the woman replied.
"Truthfully, they're not," the captain admitted, "We're fortunate to get some of the few pilots they actually have."
"Sir! There's an Imperial warship coming out of Hyperspace, dead ahead," one of the transport's rebel officers reported as they heard an alarm beeping from one of the consoles within the Bridge as he sat in front of the console that was beeping.
Just as the rebel officer said that, an Imperial Light Cruiser jumped out of Hyperspace with it deploying three TIE Interceptors from its docking port.
"They brought fighters," the leader of the A-wings, who was codenamed 'Green Leader' said, "Green Three, Green Four, stay with the transport. All others, follow me."
The TIEs began to fire upon the A-wings as the rebels began flying towards them with them firing back at the TIE Interceptors before the TIEs destroyed a few of the A-wings as they flew towards them.
"Headed for the transport!" Green Leader announced as the TIEs began firing upon the transport, causing damage to the ship.
"Deflector shields are down!" One of the other rebel officers announced to the transport's captain on the Bridge of the ship as the consoles began to spark with electricity.
"They're too fast. I can't get a shot!" One of the A-wing pilots exclaimed as a TIE Interceptor began firing upon the A-wing from behind before the A-wing's alarms began to beep, "This thing's all over my scope!" Just then the A-wing exploded as this happened, while Green Leader was chasing two of the TIE Interceptors before being shot from behind by a TIE Interceptor, killing him instantly.
"Transport to Imperial fighters. Stand down!" The transport's captain pleaded with the TIEs as he used the transport's comm system, "We are unarmed! You have no right to fire on us."
"I beg to differ," the leader pilot of the TIE Interceptors stated before he and the other two TIE Interceptors began firing upon the transport, destroying it as well as killing everyone on board the transport.
"Hey. We heard the supply run to Teralov failed," Satele said as she, Sabine and Zeb ran towards the holotable at Chopper Base as Hera, Sato, Lux and Kanan stood around the holotable.
"It gets even worse," Hera told her, "We lost the entire escort of A-wings. Six pilots and the entire transport's crew."
"How many is that this month?" Satele asked with disbelief, "At this rate, there's not gonna be anyone left to fly for the Rebellion."
"Fortunately, I have been working on a solution with the help of Fulcrum," Sato told her.
"As have I," Lux said, agreeing with him.
"Ahsoka?" Satele asked with shock and surprise as she widened her eyes.
"No. Fulcrum's a code name we give to our secret informants," Hera explained, "It was Ahsoka's idea. There are other Fulcrum agents. She was among them."
"I have information that may help you replace your stable of pilots," the distorted voice of Fulcrum said, but unlike Ahsoka's, this one sounded more masculine as the symbol of Fulcrum appeared from the holotable's holoprojector, "There are Imperial cadets at the Skystrike Academy who wish to defect to the rebels. I do not know their names but they require some assistance to escape. I suggest you move quickly, before the Empire discovers their intentions. Fulcrum out."
"This is enough to act on," Sato said as the recording and symbol of Fulcrum disappeared as the holotable's holoprojector turned off.
"The mission is yours, Sabine," Hera told Sabine, "We've arranged to insert you into a squad of new cadets headed for Skystrike. AP-5 will prepare fake credentials."
"Wait, wait. Shouldn't I be the one to go in?" Satele asked them, "I infiltrated the Imperial Academy on Lothal by disguising myself as a scout trooper when I helped one of the cadets there defect with another of the cadets there that found me opting out to stay at the Academy to act as a spy for us."
"Yeah, and I was an Imperial cadet once," Sabine recalled, "For years, remember?"
"The Empire knows you too well, Satele and knows how you act. You'll be identified within a matter of time. Your sister is the least recognizable of all of us. I need you and Kanan to shadow her. You'll stay in communication while she's inside and be ready to help her escape," Hera said, explaining why Satele shouldn't go and the plan to everyone, "Zeb and I have to supervise the escort for the new relief mission to Teralov."
"We've got our plan," Kanan told both of his Padawans as he crossed his arms, while Sabine walked up to him and handed him her lightsaber, "Let's go."
Hours later, an Imperial shuttle entered the Montross System, where Skystrike Academy was located and flew into the atmosphere of Montross before landing in a hangar bay within the Academy with its wings folding up and its ramp lowering as cadets wearing TIE fighter flight suits and helmets over their heads walked down the ramp as they exited the shuttle, handing their ID cards to an Imperial officer before the Imperial officer placed them into a black and yellow astromech, which beeped before the Imperial officer handed the ID cards back to the cadets as they walked away as their ID cards were accepted by the astromech. The cadet behind the one who just walked away handed their ID card to the Imperial officer, who placed it into the astromech before the Imperial officer handed the cadet's ID card back to them as they walked away before the cadet behind did the same as Sabine, who was wearing a TIE fighter pilot's flight suit and helmets like the other cadets took out he fake ID card that AP-5 prepared for her as the cadet in front of her walked away after the Imperial officer handed them back their ID card after placing it into the astromech as Sabine walked forward and handed her ID card to the Imperial officer, who inserted it into the astromech, only for a warning beeping sound to come from the droid as the ID card was rejected.
"There seems to be a problem with your credentials, cadet," the Imperial officer told her as he took the credentials out of the astromech, "Security."
"Wait! That, um… that happens from time to time," she explained as two stormtroopers walked up next to the Imperial officer on both sides, "Can I see that?" The Imperial officer then handed her back her ID card as she removed her TIE fighter pilot's helmet, revealing that she had dyed her hair back to its natural hair color, dark brown, "Yeah, these new ID cards can be temperamental." She then blew on the ID card twice, causing one of the stormtroopers to look at her suspiciously as she rubbed it on her arm before handing it back to him, "Now try it?"
The Imperial officer took the ID card back from her and inserted it back into the astromech, which beeped a few times before beeping that the card was accepted and handed it back to her, "Proceed."
"Thank you, Sir," Sabine said as she walked away from him with her TIE fighter pilot's helmet under her arm as she sighed as she took her comlink out from the helmet.
"She's in," Satele announced as she sat in a chair on the Bridge of Sato's CR-90 corvette with Chopper standing behind her, while Kanan stood behind her with his arms crossed as she looked at a computer next to her, "Well, I guess all we can do now is sit and wait."
"Don't worry. She'll be fine," Kanan reassured her as he placed his hand over her armor's left pauldron, "She's a Force-Sensitive Mandalorian like you after all."
"I'm just not a fan of these solo missions," she explained.
"Unless it's you," he retorted as he walked away from her.
Back at Skystrike Academy, a human male Imperial flight instructor with a fair skin tone, brown eyes, eyebrows and hair named Goran walked down a hallway filled with Imperial cadets wearing their TIE fighter pilot helmets over their heads, including Sabine, "Listen carefully, cadets. You are here because the Empire sees the potential in you to join the ranks of its most elite pilots. Most of you will fail. Whatever you have achieved means nothing. Here, only the best survive. Prepare yourselves. Your first combat training will begin at 0600. Squadron dismissed!"
Sabine took her TIE fighter pilot's helmet back off as other cadets spoke to each other as she walked into a room with four heads and sat on one of the beds.
"This is TIE SS-3-6 on patrol at .149, awaiting wingman," Sabine said from a TIE fighter with her TIE fighter pilot's helmet over her head the next morning in a training simulation with an Imperial cadet.
"Copy that, 3-6. This is TIE SS-2-5," she heard a masculine voice say over her helmet's comlink as she saw a simulated TIE fighter fly overhead, "You can call me Wedge. What's your name?"
"I'm Ria Talla," Sabine answered, using the undercover name that Hera provided for her.
"Don't break protocol. Comm numbers only," Goran suddenly said over the comm systems of the simulated TIEs that Sabine and Wedge were piloting.
"Copy that, Commander," Wedge said with his simulated TIE's comm system.
"Comscan is tracking rebel ships entering sector 2. Move to intercept," Goran ordered both Wedge and Sabine on the comlinks of both simulated TIE fighters.
"Acknowledged," Wedge told the fighter instructor, "Let's go, 3-6."
"Right behind you, 2-5,"Sabine replied as she went to follow him.
"You have anything, 3-6?" Wedge asked her.
"Mm, nothing yet," she answered before detecting something on her simulated TIE fighter's scanner, "Wait. There they are! Four ships coming in at .847."
"Ah, I see 'em. Y-wings," Wedge said, seeing a squad of Y-wings entering the system, "Heavy shields and turret guns. Command, how should we proceed?"
"Eliminate all targets," Goran answered as both simulated TIE fighters flew towards the Y-wings, firing at them with the Y-wings firing back at them.
"They're splitting up, 3-6," Wedge told Sabine on a monitor that was being projected from a holotable where Goran, an Imperial officer and two TIE pilots were watching Wedge and Sabine in their patrol training.
"Circle around to .4," Sabine said, "I've got these two." She then fired upon the Y-wings, destroying one of them as Wedge destroyed two of the Y-wings as well.
"Good kill, 3-6," Wedge said, complimenting her.
"Oh, one more and we're even, 2-5," she told him before firing upon the last Y-wing, destroying it.
"3-6 and 2-5, proceed to the transmitted coordinates and destroy the rebel vessel located there," Goran ordered through both simulated TIEs comm systems.
"Yes, Sir," Wedge replied as both he and Sabine flew to the coordinates that Goran sent them.
"Huh, no power readings. It's disabled," Sabine observed as she saw a heavily damaged transport in the distance.
"Please, do not fire! We surrender!" A masculine voice pleaded from the comm system of the transport, "We're heavily damaged and have wounded aboard! Repeat, we surrender!"
"Destroy the vessel as ordered," Goran said, repeating himself.
"But Imperial protocol is to board the…" Sabine said as she began to protest.
"Destroy the vessel as ordered, 3-6!" Goran said, repeating himself yet again.
"Is breaking protocol part of the test?" She asked him with disbelief.
"What was that, 3-6?" Goran asked her, wondering if he heard her correctly.
"Um, comm malfunction, Sir," Wedge answered for her.
"Hold on. New target coming in at .17," Goran suddenly said as a familiar VCX-100 light freighter to Sabine appeared.
"Look out! Sabine called out to Wedge as the light freighter destroyed his simulated TIE fighter before doing the same to hers as she screamed.
"Simulation complete. Cadets, exit your pods," Goran said as the simulation ended and the holographic screen of the simulation disappeared from the holotable, "Report from debriefing."
Sabine then exited out from one of the simulation pods with her TIE fighter pilot's helmet under her arm after a ladder moved towards the pod with another ladder doing the same with Wedge's pod as he climbed out of his pod as well as they climbed down the ladders.
"What kind of rebel ship was that?" Sabine asked as she approached Goran as Wedge removed his helmet, revealing that he had light skin, brown eyes and hair as he stood next to her, "That was no transport."
"Ah, but you are wrong, cadet. It was a transport called the Ghost which has been modified for combat. The rebels are a desperate group of extremists," another flight instructor with a masculine voice said as they climbed out of the third simulation pod and climbed down their ladder as they removed their helmet, revealing that they had light skin, blue eyes, brown hair and a mustache, who was named Vult Skerris as he approached them, "They'll fight with any ship, using any means necessary to undermine our authority. That is why orders must be followed without question. Insubordination like yours will get you and your wingman killed. Understood?"
"Yes, Sir," Wedge replied.
"Understood, cadet?" Skerris said, repeating himself as he looked at Sabine.
"Yes, Sir," she answered as Skerris and everyone but Wedge left the room.
"I see you don't just take risks when you're flying," Wedge observed as he stopped her from walking away as he grabbed her by the arm.
"Well, I trust my gut and I know right from wrong,' Sabine explained.
"I respect that," Wedge told her before walking away, "A lot of people here won't."
Soon another Imperial shuttle flew through the atmosphere of Montross with two TIE fighters behind the shuttle before the Imperial shuttle's wings flipped back up as it landed inside Skystrike Academy's hangar bay in front of a group of TIE fighter pilots with one of them being Goran as the TIEs flew past the Academy as the shuttle's ramp lowered with Agent Kallus and Governor Pryce standing in the Imperial shuttle's troop bay with two stormtroopers behind them.
"Governor Pryce, Agent Kallus," Goran said, greeting them as they walked down the shuttle's ramp, "May I ask the reason for this unscheduled visit?"
"ISB has information that some of your cadets are planning to defect to the rebels," Kallus answered.
"You have traitors in your midst," Pryce added.
"Impossible," Goran said with disbelief, "My cadets are unmatched, both in their skill and loyalty."
"Nevertheless, I will be conducting a thorough investigation and you are to extend your full cooperation," Pryce told Goran before he walked away after nodding as she turned to the ISB agent, "Agent Kallus, you may begin. My hope is that I may teach you something today."
"I told you it was too risky," Sabine heard a masculine voice say at the end of the corridor she was walking down.
"How are we gonna get out of this?" Another masculine voice said at the end of the corridor.
"Yeah, how will we get out of here, Wedge?" She heard yet another masculine voice say as she turned around and saw Wedge standing with three men, one of them with a light dark skin tone with brown eyes and black hair, one of the other men having a fair skin tone and blond hair as the last one of Wedge's friends had a light skin tone and black hair.
"Will you just relax? They don't know," she heard Wedge reassure his friends as she realized that Wedge was one of the cadets wanting to defect, "If they did, we'd be in the brig," Wedge and his friends then left in two separate directions as Wedge walked down the corridor on her right, while his friends walked down the corridor on her left.
"Something wrong, Wedge?" Sabine asked Wedge as she walked towards him on the catwalk in the hangar bay after following him.
"Uh, no. Why?" He responded, not sure why she asked him that.
"You look nervous," she explained.
"Actually, I've been thinking about what you said in the simulator today," he said as he sighed, "About how this wasn't what you signed up for."
"Look, I want to do my part for the Empire, but firing on unarmed ships wasn't what I had in mind," she told him, "What about you?"
"I was flying cargo ships when the Empire recruited me. At the time, I figured, why not? Seemed a whole lot more exciting than hauling spare parts around the galaxy," he answered, "What if this is what the Empire's becoming, I don't know."
"Hmm. You ever think about getting out?" She suggested.
"That's not really possible, is it?" He asked her.
"Maybe more possible than you realize," she admitted as she approached him.
"What are you talking about?" Wedge asked her with confusion.
"My real name is Sabine Wren. I was sent in to get you out," she explained.
"So the Rebellion did get my message," Wedge realized.
"Yes," she confirmed, "But I heard there were other pilots who want out, too."
"There are," he said, confirming what Fulcrum told her and the others back on Atollon.
"Okay, we need to leave now before the Empire closes in," she told him, "Can you get them ready?"
"I'll talk to them," he said, telling her that he'll get his friends ready, "What's your plan?"
"Well, I'll tell you when I figure it out," she answered as she began to walk backwards.
"Are you serious?" He asked her with disbelief.
"Welcome to the Rebellion," she answered before going in a separate direction from Wedge as she ran across the catwalk out of the room, while Wedge did the same as he went to get his friends.
"Satele, you need to calm down," Kanan told Satele as he sensed that she was pacing back and forth in the Bridge of Sato's corvette with her hands behind her back.
"How can I be calm, huh? My sister's stuck over there and there's nothing I can do," she argued as she moved her arms from her back as she looked at him.
"That's right. There's nothing you can do. So nothing you are doing right now is going to help," he told her, "Sit down." She then sat back down in the chair next to her as he leaned towards her, "Satele, part of a Jedi's wisdom comes from learning to accept when a situation is out of our control. Do you trust her?"
"Of course, I trust her," she answered, "She's my sister for crying out loud!"
"Good. Then trust she'll succeed," he reassured her.
"My investigation is nearly complete, Governor," Kallus told Pryce as he and Goran approached her on the brig of the Academy, "I have found nothing as of yet."
"Then perhaps it's time for me to take a more direct hand in this enquiry," Pryce suggested.
"With all due respect, Governor, I am trying to train pilots here," Goran interjected, "How are they to progress under these circumstances? Certainly not while they are grounded."
"You're quite right. Perhaps getting your cadets back into space would be to our mutual advantage," Pryce suggested.
"Squadron 22, report to hangar 6," Goran said on the Academy's PA system as Sabine approached Wedge, who approached her with his friends in one of the Academy's hallways.
"Sabine, this is Biggs, Rake and Hobbie," Wedge said, introducing his friends that wanted to defect to the Rebellion to her.
"Are you sure you're all committed to this?" Sabine asked them as they walked down the hallway.
"We've made our choice," Hobbie answered.
"Yeah, and from what we hear the Rebellion would have more use of our piloting skills than the Empire," Biggs said, agreeing with Hobbie.
"There's no turning back now," Rake added.
"Kinda surprised they're letting us go up in the middle of all this," Wedge said as he, Biggs, Hobbie, Rake and Sabine began to approach a TIE fighter from a catwalk in hangar bay 6.
"Well, we have to make the most of this chance. We might not get another," Sabine told them, "Okay, listen. There's a rebel ship nearby, waiting for my signal. Watch me. When I go, you go. But you have to trust me. Agreed?"
"These rebels you say are waiting for us… you trust them?" Hobbie asked her.
"Yeah, do you trust them?" Biggs asked her, agreeing with Hobbie, "'Cause we're depending on them."
"With my life," Sabine answered.
"Yeah, and all of ours," Rake said before he, Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie walked towards the other TIE fighters.
Sabine placed her TIE fighter pilot's helmet back over her head before hopping into the TIE fighter below her, "Well, here goes nothing," she said as the TIE fighter powered up and took her comlink out, "Specter-6, this is Specter-5. If you're receiving this lock onto my signal." She then detached the TIE fighter from its stationary position in the hangar from it hanging from the ceiling and flew the TIE fighter out of the hangar with multiple TIEs, including the ones that Wedge, Biggs, Hobbie and Rake were piloting doing the same as they left Skystrike Academy and flew out of Montross' atmosphere and into space.
"Squadrons, prepare to break formation and engage in a simulated dogfight," Goran told the cadets from the Academy's brig as Pryce and Kallus walked towards him. "Your lasers have been nullified but your hits will still register and be scored. Beginning on my mark. Three, two, one. Mark."
Every single TIE fighter and Interceptors broke formation as the TIE fighters' nullified lasers began firing at each other as Hobbie fired his nullifed laser upon Wedge's TIE fighter.
"Nice shot, Hobbie," Wedge complimented him.
"Come on, Sat. Where are you?" Sabine muttered to herself as the TIEs continued to fire upon each other with their nullified lasers when suddenly Sato's CR-90 corvette jumped out of Hyperspace and began to approach them.
"Sir, a rebel vessel just entered the system," an Imperial officer below Kallus, Pryce and Goran reported to the ISB agent and Governor as they looked out the brig's viewport with Goran as Pryce had her hands behind her back, causing them to turn to the Imperial officer.
"Sabine? Hope we're not too late," Satele said from the corvette, using the computer next to her to contact her sister with the ship's comm system as Chopper stood behind her as she was still sitting in the chair next to the computer.
"Right on time," Sabine told her with her comlink, "Come on, boys."
"Here we go. Biggs, Hobbie, Rake, on me," Wedge said as he began to fly towards the corvette with Sabine leading them.
"Five cadets have broken off from the main group toward the rebel ship," Goran reported to Pryce and Kallus.
"We have our defectors," Pryce stated before contacting them, "Cadets, return to base immediately. This is your only warning."
"Negative, command. You're gonna have to come and get us," Sabine said, dismissing the warning as she used her TIE's comm system when the wings of all five TIE fighters were suddenly detached as they neared the corvette as Pryce clicked a button from a console in the Academy's brig, causing them to float in space and without power, "We've lost power! Our fighters were rigged!"
"Captain, destroy one of the pods," Pryce ordered Skerris, who was piloting one of the three TIE Interceptors as the three Interceptors flew towards the five pods of TIE fighters that Sabine, Wedge, Biggs, Hobbie and Rake were in.
Skerris then fired upon one of the pods of the TIE fighters with the lasers, destroying the pod instantly.
"Rake!" Wedge said, crying out to Rake in horror as his pod was destroyed, killing him instantly.
"Now, target the rebel transport," Pryce ordered Skerris from the Academy's brig again.
Skerris and the two other TIE Interceptors began flying towards the corvette as they began firing their laser cannons upon the corvette, damaging it.
"Satele! Abort! Get outta here!" Sabine ordered her sister as she saw the corvette getting damaged from the TIE Interceptors.
"No, Sabine! We're coming for you," Satele protested as the corvette continued to fly towards the pods when Chopper suddenly chirped loudly.
"We can't take another hit like that," Kanan told Satele, pleading with her to take her sister's advice and leave the Star System as he sat in a chair at one of the consoles with Chopper standing next to him.
"We're not leaving her behind," she said, arguing with her master, not wanting to leave her sister with the Empire when the corvette was suddenly hit again by another TIE Interceptor.
"We don't have a choice, Satele!" Kanan told her, "We can't help her if we're dead. Chopper, get us into Hyperspace now!"
Sabine removed her TIE fighter pilot's helmet from her head as the corvette jumped back into Hyperspace.
A while later, Sabine, Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie were placed inside an interrogation chamber within the Academy, like the one that Kanan was placed in when the Grand Inquisitor, Kallus and Tarkin captured him on Lothal 2 years ago after he, Satele, Sabine, Zeb, Chopper and Hera hijacked one of the Empire's communication towers to send a message of Rebellion before they joined Phoenix Squadron with this one having an interrogation table like the one Tarkin's Star Destroyer had before it was destroyed after Satele and the others rescued him with them having stuncuffs over their hands and over their back as Kallus and three stormtroopers standing behind and aiming their blaster at them when the entrance of the interrogation chamber opened with Pryce standing at the doorway with her arms behind her back.
"I have so many questions," Pryce said before walking down the steps into the interrogation chamber, "But first, I would like to know which one of you is the rebel agent." Neither Sabine, Wedge, Biggs or Hobbie said a word as she approached the interrogation table, "Do you know what this is? It's most effective at extracting information from the non-compliant." She then clicked a button on a remote-like device in her hands that was for the interrogation table, causing it to tilt upwards and one of the electrocution devices from the table as it started to flow with electricity before turning to Wedge, "You." One of the stormtroopers pushed Wedge forward with his blaster and his hand as he escorted him to the interrogation table.
"No, wait! It's me. I'm the rebel," Sabine said as she suddenly spoke up as the interrogation table's electrocution device began to approach the back of Wedge's neck.
"Sabine, don't!" Wedge pleaded before the stormtrooper removed him from the interrogation table.
"And now we have a name," Pryce stated.
"Thanks," Sabine muttered bitterly to Wedge.
"Blast it. Sorry," Wedge apologized to her.
"Agent Kallus, escort these three back to their cell," Pryce ordered the ISB agent, "Sabine and I have a lot to talk about."
"Looks like they found someone who can do your job," Sabine told Kallus as he left the room with Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie with the door closing behind him as she turned to the Governor, "I won't talk."
Well, let's see how far we can get without you needing to," Pryce said as she pulled up a file of the Mandalorian with wanted poster of her with her hair color and style being that of when she was reunited with Satele being projected from the holoprojector of the device she was holding, "Sabine Wren, is it? You are far too versed in Imperial protocol not to have been a cadet." She then deactivated the device's holoprojector as she began to approach her, "And now you've come home, little Mandalorian." She then gripped her face from her chin, "So proud. And tough, I think. We shall see." Sabine then moved her face away from Pryce's grasp.
"We have to do something," Wedge told Biggs and Hobbie after they were pushed back into their cell that they along with Sabine were in before the Empire transferred them to the interrogation chamber by stormtroopers with Kallus standing with the stormtroopers after unlocking their stuncuffs before Hobbie and Biggs sat on the cell's metallic couch behind them.
"And end up like Rake?" Hobbie said in disbelief.
"Hobbie's right, Wedge. If we attempt to leave the cell, we'll be gunned down," Biggs said, agreeing with Hobbie.
"What the Empire has planned for us has gotta be worse," Wedge told them as he placed his hand over his chin for a second before removing it from his chin, "Sabine came here to get us out. We owe her. We have to try."
"So what's your plan?" Hobbie asked him.
"Yeah, what's your plan on getting us outta here, Wedge?" Biggs asked, agreeing with Hobbie.
"I'll tell you both when I figure it out," Wedge answered.
As the stormtroopers pushed Sabine towards the interrogation table, one of them unlocked her stuncuffs, only for her to elbow them as they fired their blaster rifles with the blaster bolts missing her as Pryce ran towards the Mandalorian, knocking an E-11 blaster rifle she just took from a stormtrooper as she knocked them unconscious out of her hands as they began to punch each other in unarmed combat before Pryce kicked her back a bit.
"Huh. Not bad," Sabine said, complimenting the Governor on her fighting style.
"The Empire taught me well," Pryce explained before Sabine rushed toward her, pushing the Governor towards the interrogation table, punching her in the stomach as Pryce tried pulling her head towards the interrogation table's electrocution device before Sabine twisted her arm a bit as Pryce kicked her back a bit with her knee.
"My clan taught me better," Sabine retorted before kicking Pryce into the interrogation table's electrocution device, causing her to be electrocuted before falling to the floor on her stomach, unconscious as Sabine's rolled onto the floor before the Mandalorian picked it up along with the E-11 blaster rifle that she previous took from one of the stormtroopers that knocked out back up as well before leaving the interrogation chamber.
"Maybe we can surprise the guards," Wedge suggested to Biggs and Hobbie.
"What, with our lack of planning?" Hobbie said with disbelief.
"He's right, Wedge, with our lack of planning, we'll never succeed," Biggs said, agreeing with Hobbie.
"Well, why don't either of you think of something!" Wedge snapped at them when the cell's door suddenly opened and saw Sabine standing in the doorway holding an E-11 blaster rifle in her right hand.
"I hope you're better pilots than you are soldiers," Sabine told them.
"Sabine. We were coming to rescue you," Wedge said as he ran towards her up the cell's steps with Biggs and Hobbie doing the same after they got up from the cell's metallic couch.
"That's cute. Come on. Let's go," she told them before firing her E-11 blaster rifle upon a stormtrooper behind them as Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie ran past her.
As Sabine, Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie ran from the stormtroopers and their blaster bolts, they ran through a blast door as an alarm started blaring throughout the Academy as a blast door in front of them sealed shut, the one they ran through sealed shut as well as Sabine aimed her E-11 blaster rifle forward as Kallus walked up to them after walking out of a side door.
"Don't shoot," Kallus said, pleading with the Mandalorian to not shoot him.
"Give me a good reason not to," she said, wanting to know why she shouldn't shoot the ISB agent.
"Avoid levels three through five," Kallus said as he opened the blast door behind him by pressing a button on the panel next to the door, "Hangar 24 is your best possibility."
"Wait. Why should we trust you?" Sabine asked him as she slowly walked around him towards the opened blast door as Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie ran through the blast door.
"Tell Garazeb Orrelios… we're even," he explained, causing her to lower her E-11 blaster rifle as she slowly walked towards Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie, "Go." He then closed the blast door again as they ran through it.
"That tub? Are you kidding?" Wedge said to Sabine with confusion after they ran across a catwalk in Hangar 24 with Biggs and Hobbie and stopped above a TIE bomber and its stationary position as it was hanging from the ceiling like the TIE fighters were.
"Hey, it can take a hit," she explained, "Now, can you fly it or not?"
"I can fly anything," he answered.
"Freeze! Don't move!" A stormtrooper ordered them from a doorway as he and another stormtrooper ran into the hangar's catwalk from the doorway opposite from the one they came from before they began running towards Sabine, Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie, firing their blasters at them as Sabine, Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie hopped into the bomber with Wedge sitting down on the bomber's pilot seat and powered up the bomber, while Sabine, Biggs and Hobbie walked into the room across from the pilot's room as Vult Skerris walked into the hangar from the floor below with stormtroopers, who immediately began firing their blasters upon the bomber as it detatched from its stationary port and flew away and left the Academy.
"Young fools," Skerris muttered as he placed his helmet back over his head.
"Fighter closing at .06!" Hobbie announced from the room across from the pilot's room as he checked the bomber's scanner with Sabine and Biggs standing next to him on both of his sides.
"That's gotta be Skerris," Wedge surmised.
"I agree with you, Wedge," Biggs said as Skerris, who was in his TIE Interceptor began firing at them, hitting one section of the bomber's right wing.
"Wedge, can't you go any faster?" Sabine asked Wedge as she poked her head through the doorway to the pilot's room for a second.
"I told you this thing was slow!" Wedge reminded the Mandalorian as Skerris fired his TIE Interceptor's laser cannons at the bottom of the bomber, "Where are those friends of yours?"
"I can't signal. Comms are jammed," Sabine told him as Skerris continued firing at them, damaging the bomber more as it began to spiral downwards, "Whoa!" She shouted as Wedge regained control of the bomber as Sato's corvette suddenly appeared between the bomber and the TIE Interceptor.
"Sabine? We knew you'd come through," Satele's voice suddenly came through the bomber's comm system.
"Great timing, Sis," Sabine said with relief as she was also glad to hear her sister's voice.
"Get to the docking port, quick," Satele told them from the corvette as the bomber's engine started to sputter as a docking port lowered down towards the bomber as it began to leave the planet and its atmosphere as Skerris followed the corvette with his TIE Interceptor, firing upon them with his TIE Interceptor's cannons.
"Thought I told you to leave," Sabine told her sister as she, Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie entered the corvette's Bridge after they entered the corvette through the docking port.
"We stuck around, just in case, Sis," Satele explained before the corvette jumped into Hyperspace just before Skerris fired his TIE Interceptor's laser cannons upon them again before he removed his helmet from his head again.
"Commander Sato, allow me to present Lieutenants Wedge Antilles, Biggs Darklighter and… Hobbie, formerly of the Galactic Empire," Sabine said, introducing Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie to Sato as she, Wedge, Biggs, Kanan, Satele and Chopper walked towards Sato, who walked towards them with Hera, Zeb and a rebel transport pilot.
"Commander, we heard you're looking for some good pilots," Wedge said, greeting Sato.
"Indeed, we are," Sato confirmed before saluting them, "Welcome to the Rebellion." Sabine, Wedge, Biggs and Hobbie then returned the salute back at him.
