Above Atollon inside a CR90 corvette, Sabine was sitting in a prison cell across from Rau, who was wearing a black flight suit as they were a holographic Mandalorian game known as cubikahd, where each player has four knives which would be moved to various positions on a cube where one of the players intend to capture their opponent's knives with Rau's knives being red with two of them being on the top of the cube and the others being on the side in front of the cell's entrance and the other in front of Sabine, while Sabine's were blue and two of them were on top of the cube like Rau's were as the other two were in front of Rau and the other in front of the cell's entrance as well with Chopper projecting the game with his holoprojector outside the protector's cell as two rebel troopers stood on both sides of the cell as they were guarding the Protector.
"Blade to cube face four?" Rau scoffed with his arms crossed, while Sabine had both of her arms under her chin with her elbows on top of her thighs as her right hand was on top of her left hand, "That's a showy move. You play with too much bravado as does your sister."
"Strategy is an art, Rau," she explained as she moved her arms away from her chin, "Maybe I'm lulling you into a false sense of security."
"There's nothing false about it," Rau chuckled, "Blade to cube face two." One of Rau's knives on the top of the cube then moved towards one of Sabine's, turning it red, "I win. I'll bet your game has slipped since you left Mandalore, Satele's as well since your father left her with friends of his on Lothal. Why do you both keep coming back here? Your sister and your rebels have imprisoned me. My protectors have orders to give you safe passage through our space. What more do you and Satele want?"
"Rest the board, Chop," Sabine ordered Chopper, who grunted a response as he reset the cubikahd board as its knives disappeared from on top of the cube and hovered over three sides of the cube, in front of Sabine, Rau and Chopper, "Me and Satele both want the same thing we've always wanted. For you and your Protectors to join us, to fight the Empire, besides if they actually have our father imprisoned, you and your Protectors may be able to help us free him."
"I made a deal with the Empire to survive. I made a deal with your Rebellion to survive," he reminded her, "But joining you and Satele? My only true loyalty is to Mandalore."
"Well, we'll keep trying," she told him.
"I admire your persistence, Sabine Wren as well as your sister's," Rau admitted, "You and her both would have made fine Protectors, if not for your traitorous past and training to become Jedi."
"Oh, not this again," Sabine muttered, "My and Satele's true loyalty are to Mandalore than anything else as well but are also loyal to the Rebellion as well, besides Satele is thinking of creating a sect of the Jedi Order for Mandalorians that is loyal to Mandalore with me being her second-in-command after we overthrow the Empire."
"We along with Satele could still work together now, if I were free," Rau told her, "Not for the rebels, not for the Empire. For Mandalore."
"Sorry to interrupt playtime, but Hera wants you in the war room for a briefing," Zeb announced as he appeared outside the cell, "Both of you." Chopper grunted as he switched off the cubikahd board with his holoprojector as he rolled away, following Zeb to the corvette's war room.
In the corvette's war room, Hera stood on one side of the room's holotable, which displayed the planet of Concord Dawn on it as Sato and Lux standing next to her, while Zeb stood across from her with his arms crossed with Rau standing next to him with stuncuffs around his wrists as both Sabine and Satele standing next to their fellow Mandalorian as Kanan stood across from Zeb and next to his Padawans as Chopper stood next to him.
"We've lost communications with the Mandalorian base on Concord Dawn," Hera told the three Mandalorians, Zeb and Kanan.
"Rebel leaders are concerned your Protectors are setting a trap for us," Sato informed Rau.
"And I'm one of those rebel leaders that are concerned about that," Lux added, "We need to know if they actually are setting a trap for us or not."
"Impossible," Rau said with disbelief in his voice, "My men are loyal to my word. Your safe passage through our system is secure. If you've lost communication, something's happened."
"I'll go check it out," Sabine said, volunteering to go to Concord Dawn.
"Me too," Satele said, agreeing with her twin sister, "It's a system of our people after all."
"I should go with you two," Rau suggested, "They're my men. I can talk to them."
"Wait. Isn't he our prisoner?" Zeb said with confusion.
"More like a cranky guest," Kanan corrected him.
"He can go, but he stays in binders. Take Chopper with you. Do a recon sweep of their base, then come right back," Hera told Sabine and Satele, "Neither of you are to land or engage. And try not to wreck the Phantom II. We just got that thing."
"Understood," Sabine responded.
"Will do," Satele said, agreeing with her sister before they along with Rau and Chopper left the corvette's war room.
Satele sat across from Rau in the Phantom II, which had been modified to have two forward-mounted cannons on both sides of the shuttle with two rear ventral turrets with an astromech port on the ship's right side and was repainted white, yellow and red along with a stylized version of a Tipidee on the left side of its fin, while Satele had repainted it blue around the fin and the cockpit with a starbird painted around the shuttle's main body.
"So, I heard Sabine was trying to recruit you and your Protectors like I have earlier," Satele told the Protector as she had her jetpack over her back, which she had repainted to match her armor's current paint scheme.
"I'm not in the mood for speaking to you about that," Rau told her before she began whistling as she stood up and approached Sabine in the Phantom II's cockpit.
"You know, despite being a Mandalorian, I sometimes tend to forget the destruction our people have done during the thousands of years of warfare we have done," Satele said as she saw the shattered southern hemisphere.
"As you know, Satele, we Mandalorians have endured wars since before the formation of the Republic," Rau reminded her, "Just as we'll endure the Empire and your Rebellion."
"Too bad our people can't stop fighting each other," Sabine remarked.
"Yeah, I agree, Bine," Satele said, agreeing with her sister, "But I bet some people wouldn't get the whole part of fighting in our culture."
"Satele, watch him!" Sabine warned her sister as she saw Rau sneak up behind Satele.
"What?" Satele said before being knocked unconscious by Rau as he entered the cockpit and picked up one of Satele's WESTAR-35s from one of her armor's holsters as Sabine stood up as he aimed it at her as she took out one of her WESTAR-35s and fired it at him with the blaster bolt hitting his stuncuffs as he switched the setting on Satele's WESTAR-35 from lethal to stun as he fired a stunblast at her, stunning her as she slumped to the floor before he walked up to the pilot's seat as he began to pilot the Phantom II towards Concord Dawn's third moon.
A while later, Chopper stood in front of Satele with both of his metal arms out from his dome as he grabbed her nose with it as he pinched it as he pulled her head towards him
"Ow. Ow!" She said, grabbing her nose as it was in pain from Chopper pinching it before he hit her on the back of her head with his other metal arm before he grunted in a laughing tone, "Ow, Chopper, knock it off." She then realized that she and Sabine were stuncuffed together, "Hey, Sis."
"I'll live, Sat," Sabine groaned as she regained consciousness as Chopper used his spark projector to free them from the stuncuffs after he placed his metal arms back in his dome, "Where's Rau?"
"I don't know, but he's got our weapons," Satele answered before turning to Chopper, "Hey. Did we land?" Chopper then grunted a response, confirming her suspicions as the Phantom II had indeed landed. Both Mandalorians then grabbed their helmets and placed them over their heads as the shuttle's ramp lowered before they walked out of the Phantom II with Chopper following them. They saw Rau standing on top of a cliff ahead and above them and climbed up the cliff behind Raul, while Chopper did the same with his rocket booster as they noticed that Rau was holding one of Satele's WESTAR-35s in his left hand and both Sabine and Satele's lightsabers on his flight suit's belt before Satele extended her arm forward and used the Force to grab her WESTAR-35 from his left hand and aimed it at him, "Turn around. Slowly."
Sabine then noticed that the rest of their weapons were on the ground in front of them and picked up her WESTAR-35s along with her sister's WESTAR-35 and placed hers inside their holsters before handing Satele her other WESTAR-35, who placed it inside its holster as well, "Rau?" Both Sabine and Satele then began to approach the Protector as she knew that something was wrong with Satele aiming her WESTAR-35 that she was holding at him before lowering it as they removed their helmets from their heads as they saw what was bothering him as they saw that the Protectors' camp was attacked with everyone who were inhabiting it being killed, "Your men weren't laying a trap. They were ambushed. The Empire?"
"Not the Empire," Rau dismissed, "Other Mandalorians."
"Precision detonations, laser strikes from above," Rau said as he and the twins, who had their helmets back over their heads as they wandered around the Protectors' camp before he picked up the helmet of one of his Protectors, which had a blood stain over the front of the helmet, "Definitely a surprise attack by another clan."
"This is so rare to happen," Satele told them, "Another clan attacking another clan, I don't think that's happened since the Mandalorian Civil War that happened before the outbreak of the Clone Wars."
"Yeah, I agree, Sis. I don't think any of this has happened since then," Sabine said, agreeing with her before turning back towards the Protector, "Look Rau-"
"This is all your fault!" He said as he snapped at both Sabine and Satele with anger as he turned around towards them, "If I'd been here instead of locked away by both of you and your rebels, I could have prevented this."
"We didn't mean for this to happen. You know that," Sabine reassured him, "They were our people, too."
"Yeah, it's not our fault any of this happened," Satele said, agreeing with her sister.
"Don't either of you talk about your people," he spat at them with anger, "What do either of you know of loyalty?"
"We are not your enemy, Rau," Sabine assured him as she removed her helmet from her head before gesturing to the remnants of the Protectors' camp for a second, "None of this makes any sense. Which of the clans has the power to do this?"
"Yeah, which one?" Satele asked, agreeing with Sabine as she removed her helmet as well, "Was it Clan Fett, Ordo, Skirata?"
"Is it one of the clans Satele listed? Who would want to attack the Protectors?" Sabine asked him as unbeknownst to them an Imperial probe droid was listening in on their conversation from a distance behind them, "The Protectors are loyal to the throne, and they recruit the best warriors from within all the clans."
Chopper grunted as he activated his transmitter as he picked up the signal from the probe droid in the distance behind them.
"Chopper's picking up a signal from over there " Satele announced as she looked around and saw the probe droid.
"It's Imperial," Sabine said as she and Satele placed their helmets back over their heads as she pulled out one of her WESTAR-35s and began firing it at the probe droid as it began to fire upon them with it's built-in blaster, "It's trying to transmit." As she said that they hid for cover behind containers next to one of the buildings within what was the Protectors' camp before Satele stood back up as she extended her arm out towards the probe droid, trying to grab it with the Force.
"I can't hold it!" Satele grunted as she struggled to grab the probe droid with the Force as Sabine started to fire upon the probe droid with one of her WESTAR-35s.
"Got it," Sabine said as she continued to fire her WESTAR-35 at the Probe droid, "I got it!"
"Think it got a signal out?" Satele asked her sister after the probe droid sparked with electricity and blew up as it fell to the ground in front of them as Sabine placed her WESTAR-35 back in its holster as she crouched down towards the destroyed probe droid.
"Well, we're either fine, or a few Star Destroyers are on their way," Sabine answered as Satele stood back up, "You wanna wait and see?"
"Good point, Sis," Satele said, knowing that her sister was right, "We're leaving." Chopper then grunted in agreement as he activated his rocket booster as he began to fly away.
"We have to go," Sabine told Rau as she turned to him.
"I have no intention of leaving, and certainly not with either of you," Rau said as he stepped forward.
"The Empire could be on their way right now," she told him.
"I've dealt with them before, and I'll deal with them again," Rau said as he began walking away, "But now, of course, I have the location of your rebel base as a bargaining chip. It's no less than either of you deserve after causing all this."
"I can't let you do that," Sabine said as she pulled one of her WESTAR-35s from its holster and aimed it at him.
Chopper soon landed near the Phantom II as he deactivated his rocket booster as he rolled up the shuttle's ramp and entered the cockpit as the alarms started beeping and began flashing red, telling him that the Empire had already arrived as he grunted the word 'Uh-oh' as he went to contact the others.
"Sabine, wait," Satele said, trying to stop her sister as she saw her aiming one of her WESTAR-35s at Rau when suddenly her wrist's communicator went off.
"Last chance, Rau," Sabine warned the Protector as Satele activated her wrist's communicator as Chopper began grunting through her communicator.
"The Empire? Already?" Satele said in disbelief as Sabine placed her WEATAR-35 back in its holster as they walked forward and flipped down their helmets' macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinders and saw six figures flying towards them with them wearing a type of Mandalorian armor with five of them being all white, while the one in the center was their leader with his armor being mostly white with red being around his chest, shoulders and most of his helmet as well as having dark red around his arms with the Imperial insignia near the tops of their arms as did the rest of them, holding blaster rifles as they flew towards the three Mandalorians as they flipped their macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinders back up, "What are those, Mandalorian stormtroopers?"
"In a sense, yes," Rau confirmed, "They're Imperial Super commandos, traitors who serve the Empire."
"Satele, run," Sabine warned her sister as she and Rau began to flee the area before Satele did the same but went in the opposite direction of where her sister and Rau were going as the Imperial super commandos landed in front of the destroyed probe droid.
"Spread out," the leader of the Imperial super commandos ordered his men and as he said that, his Imperial super commandos began to spread out as they began to search for the rebels.
Meanwhile on the Phantom II, Chopper grunted as one of the Imperial super commandos walked up behind the astromech in the shuttle's cockpit, which he sensed as he turned around and grunted as he pulled out both of his metal arms and held them up as he surrendered to the Imperial super commando as they aimed their blaster rifle at him.
"Stay alert. They're around here somewhere," the leader of the Imperial super commandos said as he and his super commandos continued to patrol the area for rebels. As the leader of the super commandos began to walk past the area where Sabine and Rau were hiding, Satele pulled out both of her WESTAR-35s from their holsters and fired them at him, causing him to turn around and see her, "Get her!" Satele then began to run away as he said that as the leader and his super commandos began to chase her as they began firing their blaster rifles.
"Come on," Sabine told Rau, wanting to save her sister.
"No," Rau protested as he walked backwards, "Her sacrifice saved us. Don't waste it."
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Stop! I give up! Don't shoot!" Satele pleaded as she held her hands up as the super commandos, along with their leader, began to surround her.
"We have to help her," Sabine pleaded with Rau as they stood near a few buildings within the camp away from the Imperial super commandos.
"Think, Sabine," Rau said as he turned around towards her, "Your only advantage is that they don't know about you yet."
"You still have both of her lightsabers along with mine," Sabine reminded him.
"That just might save her life and possibly yours if they had captured you as well," Rau added, "Come. I know a place where we'll be safe and where we can watch them."
"Search the area," the leader of the super commandos ordered his men as he stood in front of Satele, "I doubt that she's alone."
"Who are you?" She asked him.
"I am Gar Saxon, Imperial Viceroy of Mandalore," the leader of the Imperial super commandos answered as he removed his helmet from his head and placed it under his arm, revealing himself to be a middle aged man with a light skin tone, gray eyes and gray hair with both sides of his head being shaved of hair.
"Is this who the Grand Inquisitor was referring to back on Stygeon Prime, when he tried turning me to the dark side?" Satele muttered to herself as she recalled what he said after he realized that she could use the Force when she was planting her thermal detonators on the walls of one of the corridors of the Spire on Stygeon Prime.
"And you, rebel, are now my prisoner," Saxon added as he knew that he had captured a Mandalorian rebel.
"How many are with you?" Saxon asked Satele, who was on her knees and had stuncuffs over her wrists as the super commando who commandeered the Phantom II landed the shuttle outside of a building where Saxon was interrogating Satele with two of his other super commandos standing on both sides of Saxon with his helmet on a ledge behind them with Satele's helmet nearby as the super commando that captured Chopper entered the building with the astromech.
"I'm here by myself," she lied as the super commander that had captured Chopper walked up behind her with Chopper grunting at her, "I mean, except for my droid, and, uh, he doesn't really count." Chopper then scoffed a grunt as she said that.
"We checked the base," the super commando reported, "No sign of anyone else."
"See?" She said, hoping that Saxon would believe her from the super commando's report.
"You'll excuse me if I don't take the word of a rebel spy who looks similar to Sabine Wren," Saxon told her.
"Who's this Sabine Wren, you are referring to?" She asked the Viceroy of Mandalore, pretending to not know who Sabine was, "And I'm not part of any rebellion. I'm a Dar'manda. I told you. I'm a scavenger. Part of Hondo Ohnaka's crew. He'll vouch for me."
"Oh, I don't think so," Saxon said, dismissing her claim, "The Empire is fully aware rebels have been using the system as a thruway to avoid patrols in this sector."
"I don't care about that. I just came here looking to salvage some spare parts," she told him.
"You're dealing with your fellow Mandalorians now, girl, not some Imperial officer fresh out of the Academy," Saxon reminded her.
"Look, uh, Saxon is it? I didn't even know our home planet of Mandalore was part of the Empire," she said, lying to him, thinking that her home planet wasn't part of the Empire when she already knew that it was.
"Search her ship. Maybe we'll find the truth there," Saxon ordered his super commandos, "Until then, perhaps target practice with your droid will encourage you to talk."
"Look, Viceroy, Sir. Shooting at my droid isn't gonna get you any answer," Satele told Saxon as he aimed his blaster rifle at Chopper, who grunted as the super commando who captured him left the building to search the Phantom II for the answers Saxon was searching for.
Meanwhile outside the building, Sabine had her helmet's macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinder flipped down to scout the building where Saxon and his super commandos were interrogating her sister as she and Rau stood on a cliff above the camp with one of their knees bent on the ground as they saw one of the Imperial super commandos exit the building and began walking towards the Phantom II.
"We're going back," Sabine told Rau.
"For Satele?" Rau said with disbelief in his voice, "Why?"
"For one reason, she's my twin sister," she answered as she flipped her helmet's macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinder back up, "Two, Satele can take care of herself. And three, she's a Mandalorian like us and family to me and family is important to all Mandalorians. But the Phantom has our base coordinates on board. We cannot let the Empire get their hands on that."
"You think I actually care about her, despite being a Mandalorian and a traitor to Mandalore like you are, or your rebels?" He said, scoffing at what she just told him, "To think the Protectors fell to these traitors."
"The leader… he looked familiar," she said as she recognized Saxon, but couldn't figure out where from.
"He should," he stated, "He's Clan Vizsla, like you and Satele. His name is Gar Saxon. Near the end of the Clone War, he became one of Maul's super commandos, but once he was overthrown, he joined the Empire as he wanted to be our ruler, but he had no honor."
"That's why the Empire put him in charge," Sabine realized.
"You think you and Satele are any better than him," Rau said with disbelief in his voice, "Everything that's happened here is because of you rebels."
"Okay, look. You may not like it, but right now, we need each other. Help me get my ship, get Satele, and then we'll all get out of here together," she bargained, "Deal?"
"You want to get yourself killed trying to rescue your sister? Be my guest," Rau said, refusing her offer, "All I care about is making Saxon and his traitors pay. But now is not the time for that."
"Well, I'm not after revenge. Just my twin sister," Sabine assured him.
"I'll tell you the truth. I promise, okay?" Satele told Saxon after he fired his blaster rifle at Chopper who grunted as he had both of his metal arms out from his dome, only for the blaster bolt to miss the astromech as he held up his blaster rifle before she sighed, "My name is Satine Kryze, former Duchess of Mandalore turned smuggler. I heard there was lost treasure here. I made a deal with pirates, okay? I swear."
"Every lie you tell holds a shred of truth," Saxon told her as he walked next to her, "You're giving me what I want to know whether you realize it or not. Besides, I know you're not Duchess Satine Kryze of Mandalore, I was there when she died."
"You have to believe me," Rau heard Satele say on the comlink of one one his fallen Protectors' helmets after he placed it over his head as he and Sabine hid near the building that Satele was being held captive at after he hit the side of the helmet as static was coming from the helmet's comlink for a second.
"I believe you've run out of lies," Saxon retorted.
"Set frequency to 337," Rau told Sabine before she did just that with her helmet's comlink to listen in on Saxon's interrogation of her twin sister.
"Blast the droid," Saxon ordered his super commandos as he kicked Satele in the back, causing her to fall on her stomach before sitting back up as one of the super commandos aimed their blaster rifles at Chopper, who now had his metal arms placed back inside his dome, "Perhaps its memory circuits hold the secrets I want."
"Okay! Okay!" Satele said, not wanting them to terminate Chopper as she sighed, "I was sent here by the Protector, Fenn Rau."
"You know where he is, then?" He asked her.
"I don't. But I sure wish I did," she answered.
"Is that so?" He asked her with disbelief in his voice, "You know, I planned to strike this base and destroy these defiant Protectors for some time. Missing Fenn Rau was disappointing. But his absence did make the destruction of his men… easier. I have been waiting for Rau to return. I only allowed rebel ships to move through Concord Dawn to lure him back. But now, I have you." He then grabbed her by her armor's neck as he lifted her up from the floor, "And I think you know exactly where Rau is! And you will take me to him."
"He was gonna kill us anyway," Rau said in a saddened tone and expression as he and Sabine both removed their helmets from their heads.
"Rau, I'm sorry," Sabine told him, feeling bad for what happened to his fellow Protectors.
"Had Satele and your Jedi not captured me, I'd be dead alongside my men, executed by the Empire," Rau sighed as he grabbed Satele's lightsabers along with hers from his flight suit's belt and handed them to her, "A truce, then, for now. You go get your sister, I'll secure our ship."
"Thank you," she said as she took her lightsaber from him and clipped it to her armor's belt before doing the same with her sister's, "First, let's thin them out and get you a weapon."
"I like the way you think," Rau complimented her as they placed their helmets back over their heads before he knocked out one of Saxon's super commandos patrolling the area as he hid their body behind one of the buildings within the camp and took their blaster rifle from them.
"Oh! Been wanting one of these," Sabine chuckled as she took the super commando's jetpack from their back and placed it on her back, "And it seems Satele was right about me getting my own jetpack one day as she predicted before we went to the Spire on Stygeon Prime." The two of them then ran in opposite directions to save her sister, while Rau went to free the Phantom II from the super commandos.
Rau hid behind one of the buildings near the Phantom II as he held the blaster rifle that he took from the super commando that he knocked out in his hand as he watched a super commando walk up the Phantom II's ramp before sneaking aboard the shuttle. As he snuck up on the super commando, who was sitting in the cockpit's pilot seat before they sensed Rau and went to kick him with his knee before head butting Rau with his helmet, causing him to drop his blaster rifle and began to pull the super commando's blaster rifle from him before elbowing him in the neck and kicked him in the shin, knocking him to the floor on his stomach behind Rau before he punched him in the helmet again, knocking him out this time.
"Where is he?!" Saxon demanded Satele after throwing her back on the floor and on her stomach.
"I don't know!" She answered before he lifted her back up from the floor and threw her across the room and aimed his blaster rifle at Chopper, who took out both of his metal arms and grunted before he went to fire his blaster rifle at the astromech, only for Satele to use the Force to deflect the blaster bolt away from Chopper, he then went to fire at Chopper again, only for Satele to deflect it with the Force again but as she deflected the blaster bolt with the Force the second time, Saxon turned to her and saw how her hands were gestured and cocked his blaster rifle as he aimed it her as he realized what she was.
"You just became a much more valuable captive, Mandalorian Jedi," Saxon told her when suddenly thermal detonators were thrown into the room as they were beeping rapidly, "Get back!"
"I can't see!" One of the super commandos said as the thermal detonators exploded, causing smoke to fill the room.
"Where's my helmet?" Saxon asked as they all began to cough.
"Get up! Come on!" Sabine said as she entered the building and approached her sister after grabbing her helmet from the ledge next to Saxon's before she grabbed her by the wrist as she began to pull her out of the building with Chopper following them as Satele began coughing.
"What took you so long?" Satele asked her before noticing that Sabine now had a Jetpack of her own now, but unlike the one she has, it bore more of a resemblance to the ones that Saxon and his super commandos were wearing, "And it seems like I was correct about you getting your own jetpack one day just before we infiltrated the Spire on Stygeon Prime."
"I was using strategy. It takes longer. And yeah, it seems that you were correct that day about me getting my own jetpack one day," Sabine answered as she grabbed her lightsaber from her armor's belt and ignited it after handing Chopper Satele's helmet as he pulled out both of his metal arms and grabbed it from her as she used her saber to cut her sister's stuncuffs before she deactivated her saber and clipped it back onto her armor's belt as Chopper handed Satele her helmet as she placed it back over her head before Sabine grabbed both of her lightsabers from her armor's belt and handed them to her as inside the building, the smoke cleared as Saxon grabbed his helmet from the ledge and placed it over his head as he left the building to follow the twins, "Rau should already be in the ship."
"Oh, he's in the ship, all right," Satele muttered sarcastically as they watched the Phantom II lift off of the ground as they rushed towards it, "How's strategy working out for us, Sis?"
"Not so great," Sabine answered as Chopper grunted and rolled backwards between Sabine and Satele as he raised both of his metal arms up in a surrender-like manner as both Mandalorians turned around and grabbed their lightsabers from their armors' belts and ignited them as three super commandos slowly walked towards them as they aimed their blaster rifles at the twins with Saxon using his jetpack, flew towards them before landing a few feet from Sabine, Satele and Chopper and in front of his super commandos.
"Sabine Wren, so you're a Jedi too, that explains why you were so talented at the Imperial Academy," Saxon said as he noticed that both Sabine and Satele were wielding lightsabers of their own before turning to Satele, "And you must be Satele Wren."
"I don't know you," Sabine told the Viceroy of Mandalore.
"Nor do I, except that you told me that you're Gar Saxon and the Imperial Viceroy and Governor of our home planet of Mandalore after you captured me," Satele said, agreeing with her sister.
"Well, I know both of you and all about how you both have joined Phoenix Squadron, but I mainly know you, Satele from the message that you beamed out from Lothal, two years ago but don't know any about you besides that and being related to Sabine," Saxon told them, "I also know that your mother is looking for the both of you."
"Don't believe him," Sabine muttered to her twin sister.
"She's right, I don't believe you that Mother is looking for us, Viceroy," Satele said, agreeing with her sister.
"You don't know much about your family do you, girl?" Saxon said in disbelief, "Well, they lie as you do. Your mother stands with me and the Empire now."
"I doubt that you gave her much choice, traitor," Sabine spat at him, causing the super commandos to cock their blaster rifles.
"Yeah, I agree with her and besides you're just a sellout to the Mandalorian people for power and glory instead of honor," Satele said, agreeing with her sister.
"She came around herself after the trial you had on Krownest with her, your father and brother after you abandoned the Imperial Academy, Sabine," Saxon explained, "Your cowardice shamed your family's name and standing. Had you honored your commitment, you could be wearing this armor now and we wouldn't have imprisoned your father to ensure that your mother and clan would comply with the Imperial occupation."
"Sorry, Saxon. I like a little more color," Sabine told him.
"Me too and if you ever offered me to join you, I would immediately refuse as the Empire would use us for their own gain and I wouldn't trade my armor in for one with that barely has any Beskar," Satele said, agreeing with her sister.
"You think yourselves loyalists?" Saxon asked them, "The Empire will make Mandalore stronger than ever before, even stronger than during Manda'lor the Ultimate's rule during the Mandalorian Wars."
"The only one who's gotten stronger under the Empire is you," Sabine retorted.
"Out of respect for your family, I'll give one of you a choice," Saxon told them, "Give me Fenn Rau and swear allegiance, or you both die."
"I yield," Sabine said after a few seconds of silence.
"Sabine, don't," Satele said, pleading with her to not yield to Saxon.
"We have no choice," Sabine explained to her as she deactivated her lightsaber and clipped it back onto her armor's belt before removing her helmet from her head and handed it to Chopper, who grabbed it with one of his metal arms as he pulled one of them out from his dome, "One my mark, send feedback to frequency 337." She then got on her knees as Satele deactivated both of her lightsabers as well and clipped them back onto her armor's belt as Saxon began to approach them.
"Say it," Saxon said, demanding her to swear loyalty to him as he threateningly aimed his blaster rifle at her.
"I swear… that you're a fool!" She told him before turning around towards Chopper, "Chopper, now!" Chopper then grunted the word 'whoa,' as he sent a feedback to every Mandalorian helmet that was tuned in on the frequency 337, causing Saxon and his super commandos to clutch their helmets in pain as they groaned and fell to the ground as Chopper threw Sabine back her helmet before she placed it back over her head before turning to her sister, "Time to go!"
"What do you mean?" Satele asked her with confusion, "How do we escape them?"
"How else do we escape from them, our jetpacks of course," Sabine answered as she activated her jetpack and flew up into the air away from Saxon and his super commandos.
"Right, yes of course," Satele said as she activated her jetpack as well as she began to follow her sister before Chopper activated his rocket booster and began to follow them.
"I want those rebels alive!" Saxon ordered his super commandos after the feedback that Chopper sent them through Sabine's helmet ended and after he fired his blaster rifle at the twins, only for his blaster bolts to miss them.
As the Phantom II was leaving the system of Concord Dawn, Rau was sitting in the pilot's seat within the cockpit and placed his hand over the Hyperdrive lever as he began contemplating on leaving the twins, who've shown him that they are as much of Mandalorians as he was.
Satele, Sabine and Chopper were being chased by Saxon and his super commandos as they flew through and above a canyon.
"So what's your strategy for this?" Satele asked as he noticed that Saxon and his super commandos were chasing them.
"They must have a ship nearby," Sabine answered as she looked at Chopper, "Chopper, find it." Chopper grunted as he flew ahead of them.
"Make it quick, Chop. Our evil cousins are coming," Satele told the astromech as she saw that Saxon and his super commandos were catching up to them with the corner of her eye, "They're flying faster than us."
The three of them then flew downwards into the canyon, hoping to lose Saxon and his super commandos, only for Saxon and his super commando to continue following them and began firing upon them with their blaster rifles.
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking, Sis?" Sabine asked Satele.
"Firing back at them? Yeah," Satele confirmed as both of them pulled out both of their WESTAR-35s from their holsters as both both of the Mandalorian twins turned around and began flying backwards through the canyon as they began firing their WESTAR-35s at Saxon and his super commandos and within a few moments of firing at them, one of Satele's blaster bolts, collided with one of the super commandos' jetpacks, causing it to short circuit as they flew towards one of the canyon's cliffs and fell to the ground below as both Sabine and Satele turned back around.
"Cut them off!" Saxon ordered one of his three remaining super commandos as they flew ahead and began to fire upon them with their blaster rifle as Sabine placed one of her WESTAR-35s back in their holsters and took out a pair of thermal detonators and flung them onto a cliff next to her and Satele as they flew past it and immediately blew up as they latched onto the cliff, causing it to fall, taking one of the super commandos out.
"Nice work back there, Sis," Satele said as she complimented her sister as they flew around a corner from their pursuers in the canyon as Saxon began to open fire upon them with his blaster rifle, causing Sabine to pull her other WESTAR-35 back out from its holster as she and Satele turned back around and began firing upon them and within a few seconds of firing upon Saxon and his two remaining super commandos, one of Sabine's blaster bolts collided with one of the super commandos in the chest, killing them as they fell to the canyon's ground below before their jetpack exploded.
"Tell me we're close," Satele said as she turned back around.
"Chopper?" Sabine asked the astromech as she turned back around as well before he grunted a response, "It's just up ahead."
The twins and Chopper soon neared a plateau, where Saxon's Mandalorian ship, a Kom'rk-class fighter was landed on top of and as they continued to fly towards it, the only remaining of Saxon's super commandos began firing upon Sabine, causing the three of them to crash land onto the plateau below as Sabine was flown into Satele, who was then flown into Chopper before they dropped their WESTAR-35s on the plateau.
The supercommando soon landed in front of them as he kicked one of Sabine's WESTAR-35s away with his foot as both Sabine and Satele stood up as Chopper rotated his legs around as he stood back up as well.
"Finish Satele," Saxon ordered his super commando as he landed next to him on the plateau and aimed his blaster rifle at Sabine, "Sabine is mine."
"Gar Saxon!" They all suddenly heard Rau's voice call out to Saxon as he and his super commando turned around and saw the Phantom II hovering behind them and aimed their blaster rifles at the shuttle, "Those twins are under my protection."
"Rau!" Saxon yelled with anger as he fired his blaster rifle at the Phantom II as Rau fired the Phantom II's cannons as Satele used the Force to grab both of her WESTAR-35s and placed them in their holsters before grabbing both of her lightsabers from her armor's belt and reignited their blades as Rau flew the shuttle past both Sabine and Satele as he lowered its ramp and opened the shuttle's rear entrance.
"Go, Sis," Sabine urged her sister as they reactivated their jetpacks' thrusters, "I'm right behind you." Saxon then grabbed onto Sabine's back, tackling her to the ground as Satele landed on the Phantom II's ramp as she deactivated her jetpack, while Chopper landed inside the shuttle's astromech socket.
"Sabine!" Satele said, calling out to her sister with her hand outwards as to reach her.
"You're not going anywhere, traitor. I'll hand you in to the Empire," Saxon told Sabine before she kicked him in the helmet, causing him to let her go before she stood back up and kicked him in the arm as he backed away, aiming his blaster rifle at her before she kicked it away and punched him in the chest.
Satele removed her helmet from her head and deactivated both of her lightsabers and clipped them back onto her armor's belt as she entered the Phantom II's cockpit as the super commando began to fire upon the shuttle with his blaster rifle before flying away before turning the shuttle around as Rau started firing the Phantom II's laser cannons as the super commando started flying away, only to stop as the lasers from the laser cannons hit his jetpack as Rau began firing the Phantom II's laser cannons at Saxon's Kom'rk-class fighter and destroyed it with the lasers cannons as Chopper pulled out both of his metal arms and spun his dome around as he grunted the word, 'Yahoo,' excitedly.
As Saxon went to punch Sabine, she evaded him before jumping onto his back, causing his jetpack to short circuit as it began to spark with electricity before he threw her across from him as he looked at his jetpack with the corner of his eye as she stood back up as she went into a Mandalorian combat stance as he went to punch her, only for her to dodge his attack as she moved behind him before he went to kick her, only for her to not be kicked backwards as she kicked him onto the ground, causing him to begin sliding off the plateau as the Phantom II flew back towards towards them as he picked his blaster rifle back up as he aimed it at the Phantom and went to fire it at the shuttle as Sabine kicked him in the helmet, knocking the blaster rifle out of his hand as she reactivated her jetpack's thruster as she began flying back towards the Phantom II and as she neared the shuttle, Saxon picked his blaster rifle back up again and fired it at her jetpack, damaging it, causing her to begin falling as she and Satele, who was standing on the shuttle's ramp both yelped with surprise as Satele grabbed her by the hand.
"They shot my jetpack!" Sabine told her as Satele pulled her back up.
"I know how you feel, Sis, remember something similar happened to my jetpack back at the Spire on Stygeon Prime," Satele reminded her as the Phantom II flew away from Saxon, who lowered his blaster rifle as he watched the Phantom II leave the third moon of Concord Dawn.
"I really thought you left us," Sabine told Rau as she removed her helmet from her head as she walked past her sister, who was leaning against one of the walls in the passenger area after the Phantom II's rear entrance closed and the ramp was inserted back inside the shuttle as she sat down in the co-pilot's seat, next to Rau.
"I considered it," Rau told them as he set the shuttle's coordinates, "Then I realized that you were willing to die for your people, Sabine, you too, Satele for nearly sacrificing yourself for them as well." He then turned to Sabine and looked at Satele with the corner of his eye, "You both haven't forgotten our ways. That has earned my respect."
"Like I said earlier about some people probably not getting the whole fighting part of our culture, I bet some people would consider us Mandalorians crazy as well," Satele told them.
"Crazy enough to join you," Rau said, chuckling as he agreed with her, telling them that he's ready to join the Rebellion.
"Honestly?" Sabine asked him as she turned to him with surprise in her voice.
"If you'll have me," he confirmed.
"It'll be nice to have another Mandalorian besides us, especially now that we have confirmation that the Empire has our father hostage," Satele told him, telling him that she'll be glad to have him join the Rebellion.
"Welcome to the family," Sabine said, welcoming Rau into the Rebellion as he pulled the Phantom II's Hyperdrive lever forward as they began to leave the system of Concord Dawn.
