"In zero-ten, I will discuss the dramatic events transpiring in your Imperial…" the HoloNet news broadcaster, Alton Kastle began from Chopper's holoprojector before disappearing in the Ghost's cockpit as the astromech stood between Satele, who had dyed her hair back to it being being mostly purple with its tips being yellow, Zeb and Hera as the Ghost hid on the remnants of a Separatist frigate with two fuel pod cylinders attached to the Ghost on both sides of the bottom of the ship.
"Hope we're not going to be hiding in this can forever," Zeb said as he crossed his arms for a second, "There's only so much HoloNet I can take."
"Well, I'd say they're late, but we don't know when they're supposed to show up, or who we're meeting. Besides I should be in a holo-meeting with Sabine, Rau, Mother, Tristan and my boyfriend, Janus for their attack on Sundari to free Father," Satele told them as Chopper grunted a response.
"Whoever they are, Senators Organa and Bonteri want them to get where they're going, and they're trusting us to get them fuel," Hera explained as she turned around in the pilot's seat towards them.
"If they trust us, why are they keeping us in the dark?" Satele asked the Twi'lek.
"You know as much as I do," Hera told her as she turned back around in the pilot's seat.
"No wonder Kanan volunteered for that supply run," Satele muttered as she leaned back in her seat.
"Heh," Zeb chuckled as Alton Kastle reappeared on Chopper's holoprojection of the HoloNet.
"Imperial Senator Mon Mothma of Chandrila has shocked the Senate with her treasonous remarks against Emperor Palpatine," Alton Kastle said before the hologram of him was replaced with one of a middle aged woman with light skin, blue eyes and auburn hair.
"I name the Emperor himself for ordering the brutal attacks on the people of Ghorman. Their peaceful world is one of countless systems helpless against his oppressive rule. This massacre is proof that our self-appointed Emperor is little more than a lying executioner, imposing his tyranny under the pretense of security. We cannot allow this evil to stand," the hologram of Mon Mothma stated.
"Wow! Did she really say that about the Emperor?" Satele said with shock as Chopper switched his holoprojector off.
"I'm surprised she's still breathing. Lady's got guts," Zeb remarked when the alarms started beeping as a tactical infiltration pod jumped out of Hyperspace.
"Maybe that's our contact," Satele suggested.
"I don't think so," Hera told her before turning to her astromech, "Chopper, scan." The tactical infiltration pod opened up as an E-XD- infiltration droid appeared from the pod and began speaking Imperial as he began to explore the wreckage of the Separatist frigate.
Chopper grunted as he projected a hologram of the pod with his holoprojector.
"A probe? What's it doing way out here?" Hera asked everyone.
"Speaks Imperial," Satele noted, "That's bad."
"Let's blast it before it spots us," Zeb suggested.
"Satele, get in the nose gun, but hold your fire," Hera told the Mandalorian as Chopper switched his holoprojector back off, "We don't want to attract attention if we can avoid it." She then turned to the Ghost's console and powered down the ship, "That includes you, Chopper." Chopper began grunting a protest as he pulled both of his metal arms out.
"Shush it," Zeb said as he powered Chopper down, while Satele climbed down the ladder down to the nose gun.
"Nobody make a move," Hera ordered quietly as Zeb walked towards her.
"I don't think it saw us," Zeb told Hera as the pod flew past them.
"I'll be convinced when it leaves," Hera responded when the pod swung back around as it began to scan for organic life forms.
"That doesn't look like leaving," Satele noted from the nose gun.
"It's headed right for us," Zeb observed as he saw the pod floating towards them.
"Must be scanning for life signs," Hera surmised.
"Well, that's just great," Zeb remarked, sarcastically before chuckling,"We can't shoot it with the power down."
"Satele, be ready," Hera told Satele.
"Just say when," Satele said as the pod's spotlight shined over the hull of the Ghost, "Move a bit closer. Just a little bit closer."
"Now!" Hera ordered as the pod shined its spotlight above the cockpit as it hovered over the Ghost's cockpit as she powered the Ghost's power back up as the pod closed as it began to fly away as Satele began to shoot the Ghost's nose gun at it.
"Come on, Satele, hit it before it transmits our location," Zeb urged Satele as the lasers from the Ghost's laser cannons missed the pod.
"Thing's quick," she explained as Hera began to pilot the Ghost, chasing the Infiltrator droid's pod and soon knocked something from the debris, causing it to spin away, "I can't get a clean shot."
As she said that, the Infiltrator droid contacted the Empire in Imperial and got a response on his communications system in Imperial.
Seconds later, a taylander shuttle and a squadron of Y-wings jumped out of Hyperspace in the distance ahead of the Ghost.
"Whoa, who's that?" Satele asked as she saw the taylander shuttle and squadron of Y-wings.
"Never mind. Stay on target," Hera grunted as they continued chasing the pod as Satele continued firing at the pod before the lasers from the Ghost's laser cannons collided with the pod, destroying it instantly on contact as Satele leaned back in her seat, sighing as she rubbed her hand across her forehead.
"Phoenix Leader, this is Gold Squadron," a masculine voice suddenly came through the Ghost's communications system as they saw the Y-Wing leading them, who was codenamed 'Gold Leader' and had fair skin, brown eyes and hair, "We catch you at a bad time?"
"Sorry about that, Gold Squadron. Close call with an Imperial probe," Hera answered.
"Were you detected?" Gold Leader asked her.
"Chances are high, it called for reinforcements," Hera answered.
"Begin fueling immediately," Gold Leader told her, "We need to get out of here before the Empire arrives."
The Ghost soon docked with the taylander shuttle with the Y-wings escorting the shuttle as Satele, Hera, Zeb and Chopper walked through the airloc as they were greeted by Gold Leader, who had his helmet off and another man with fair skin, brown hair and eyes, wearing a blue and white uniform with a helmet of the same colors.
"Captain Syndulla, I presume. I am Erskin Semaj, Senatorial attaché," Erskin said, introducing himself to Hera and the others after saluting her as Gold Leader placed his arms behind his back as Erskin gestured to him after the airlock's door slid shut behind them, "And this is Captain Vandar, he leads Gold Squadron."
"This is Satele and Zeb and Chopper," Hera said, gesturing to her team after saluting Vandar.
"So, what're ya transportin'?" Satele asked after she, Zeb and Chopper saluted Vandar.
"Please understand, due to security concerns, your crew will not be allowed to board our vessel," Erskin warned them.
"Well, you're all welcomed aboard ours," Hera told them, "Let's get to refueling."
Soon a Y-wing ascended up towards the Ghost's cargo hold as Zeb used the Ghost's hoist as Satele stood at the wall with Vandar as he held a datapad as she held her helmet under her arm as a female pilot of Gold Squadron with light skin, brown eyes and black hair codenamed 'Gold Two' exited her Y-wing as she took her helmet off and placed it under her arm as she turned to the Mandalorian.
"We've heard a lot about you, Phoenix Squadron," Gold Two told her.
"You have?" Satele asked her.
"Yeah," Gold Two confirmed as she sat on the hull of her Y-wing and set her helmet down, "You blew up the comm tower on Lothal, and Tarkin's Star Destroyer."
"The tower wasn't us, but the Star Destroyer, guilty as charged," Zeb corrected her as he chuckled.
"You might think twice before you pull another stunt like that. The Imperials have tightened security throughout the entire Outer Rim as a result. You're making things harder for all of us," Gold Two told them.
"Well, we don't mind doing things the hard way," Zeb stated.
"And what were we supposed to do?" Satele asked her, "Let the Empire keep Kanan and take him to Mustafar?"
"Let's have this argument another time," Vandar suggested as he and Gold Two stood up, "Your little encounter may have jeopardized this mission."
"Oh, you mean the probe. What did you expect us to do?" Zeb asked him.
"It would have been prudent to avoid detention, as ordered," Vandar answered, "This assignment is extremely sensitive."
"Yeah? Well, maybe you should have given us a few more details instead of being so sensitive about your assignment," Satele responded as Chopper grunted an insult at Vandar and Gold Two.
"Did your droid just insult us?" Gold Two scoffed in disbelief.
"My crew did the best we could, but you didn't give us much information to go on," Hera told Erskin as they stood on the catwalk above the others in the cargo hold.
"Look, that probe, it was probably looking for us, specifically," Erskin admitted, "We are carrying cargo highly valuable to the Rebellion, and desperately wanted by the Empire."
"We have incoming!" Hera announced as the Ghost's alarms went off as an Imperial Light Cruiser and Gozanti-class cruiser jumped out of Hyperspace right behind the Ghost and immediately began deploying TIE fighters.
"Gold Leader, we have enemy contact. Imperial cruisers and fighters," a dark skinned male pilot with brown eyes and black hair codenamed 'Gold Three' reported from their Y-wing as they were piloting it outside the Ghost.
"Move to intercept. I'm on my way," Vandar said with his comlink from the Ghost's cargo hold before the Imperial Light Cruiser and TIE fighters began to open fire upon taylander shuttle, critically damaging it as it caused Gold Two to fall on her stomach in front of Satele, falling unconscious and Vandar to fall off of the ladder that he was beginning to climb as he left the cargo hold.
"Gold Two is down," Satele told Vandar.
"Zeb, get her to medical, and then get on the guns," Hera ordered the Lasat.
"What about her ship?" Satele asked as Zeb jumped behind her and grabbed Gold Two, "We need all the firepower we can get."
"You got anyone who can fly it?" Vandar asked her.
"Yeah, me," Satele answered, surprising him as he looked up at Hera.
"She can do it," Hera assured him before Vandar began to climb up the ladder again as Hera turned to the Mandalorian, who ran towards Gold Two's Y-wing and hopped in the starfighter, "Just be careful, Satele."
"I will," Satele said as she gave her a thumbs up as the Y-wing's cockpit closed above her and descended from the Ghost's cargo hold as she placed her helmet over her head.
"We need to detach from the transport or we're all going down," Zeb said as he fired at the TIE fighters from the Ghost's rear turret.
"Chopper, jettison the fuel pod and get ready," Hera ordered Chopper as she entered the Ghost's cockpit and sat back in the pilot's seat as Chopper grunted as he rotated his scomp link as he had it inserted in the cockpit's astromech port, causing the fuel pod cylinders to detach from the Ghost before grunting again as he couldn't detach the Ghost from the taylander shuttle. "The Hatch is jammed? We'll have to detach it manually." She then got up from the pilot's seat and began to run out of the cockpit with Chopper following her, "Come on."
"Form up a defensive perimeter. We have got to protect our transport from that cruiser," Vandar ordered as he and the other Y-wings, including the one that Satele was piloting, made a defensive perimeter around the taylander shuttle.
Hera and Chopper rushed back to the Ghost's airlock as the Imperial Light cruiser continued to fire upon the taylander shuttle with its turbolasers.
"Transport's lost shields," they heard Erskin inform them from the taylander shuttle on the Ghost's communications system as Hera removed a panel from one of the walls to reveal a lever inside of the wall.
"Get everyone off the transport and on the Ghost, now," Hera said as she began to pull the lever, only to be knocked back towards the wall behind her by a jolt from the Imperial Light cruiser's turbolaser fire as the airlock's door that leads to the taylander shuttle slid open as Erskin, another crew member with dark skin and Mon Mothma walked through the airlock's door.
"Let us be of assistance, Captain," Mon Mothma told Hera.
"Senator Mon Mothma?" Hera said with surprise as she stood up.
"Proper introductions will have to wait, I'm afraid," Mon Mothma told her as Chopper plugged his scomp link into the airlock's astromech port.
"Right. If you could help my droid, I'll get us out of here," Hera requested the senator as she left for the cockpit as Mon Mothma reached for the lever as Hera sat back in the pilot's seat as a TIE fighter fired its laser cannon at the taylander shuttle's airlock, "Gold Leader, we need a diversion."
"Copy. Gold Squadron, follow my lead," Vandar ordered everyone piloting Y-wings.
"I'm right behind you," Satele told Vandar as she followed him in the Y-wing that she was piloting.
"Take your shot, Satele," Vandar ordered Satele before she fired the laser cannons of the Y-wing that she was piloting and destroyed a TIE fighter with them as Vandar fired an ion cannon from his Y-wing at the Imperial Light cruiser with the blast hitting the Imperial Light cruiser in the Bridge, disabling the Imperial ship.
"Whoa! Was that an ion cannon?" Satele asked with amazement in her voice.
"Yep, it sure was. Disabled their shields," Vandar confirmed.
"How's the detach coming?" Hera asked Mon Mothma as the senator was still trying to pull the lever in the airlock down as she grunted.
"We almost have it," Mon Mothma answered as Chopper grunted before she finally pulled the lever all the way down, causing the Ghost to detach from the taylander shuttle, "Detach complete."
"Finish their cruiser," Hera ordered Vandar, Satele and the other Y-wing pilots from the Ghost's cockpit as the Ghost flew away from the taylander shuttle.
"Hit 'em, Gold Three," Vandar ordered Gold Three after the taylander shuttle began to go down as Gold Three fired three proton bombs from his Y-wing at the Imperial Light cruiser, crippling it as the Y-wings and the Ghost jumped into Hyperspace.
"Senator Mon Mothma, this is my crew, Zeb Orrelios, and out there, in one of your bombers, Satele Wren," Hera said, introducing her crew members that were on the mission to the senator and Erskin as they stood in the common room of the Ghost as she stood up from the holotable and placed her left hand over her hip as Zeb entered the room and crossed his arms, while Erskin had his arms on his hips.
"I know of the young Mandalorian, Satele Wren, and I thank you, Captain Orrelios," Mon Mothma told them as she turned to Zeb.
"We saw your speech on the HoloNet," Satele told the senator from the Y-wing she was piloting, "You really let the Emperor have it."
"I really wish words had more of an impact," Mon Mothma admitted on the Y-wing's communications system.
"Senator, let's forget this mission and get you back to Chandrila to a proper hiding place," Erskin pleaded with the senator.
"No hiding," she refused, "My presence at the meeting is not optional."
"You mean the meeting?" Hera asked her.
"Erskin, I trust them to get me there," Mon Mothma told her Senatorial attaché as she placed her hand over his right shoulder before approaching Hera and Zeb, "We're in the process of building an alliance, uniting the various rebel cells across the galaxy. My challenge to the Emperor was a call to stand up against the Empire. My hope is, all who answer it will see that they are not alone. I must be there to meet them."
"Her involvement has been a secret, but the Empire will be attempting to track any ship that tries to leave this system," Erskin informed Hera and Zeb.
"I know a way to sneak you out of the sector," Hera told them, "Senator, we'll get you to that meeting."
"Give them the coordinates to Dantooine," Mon Mothma ordered Erskin as he turned to her before she placed her hand over his right shoulder for a second before he turned away from the Senator.
Meanwhile within Capital City on Lothal, Konstantine stood in front of a holotable on the Chimaera with Pryce standing next to him, while Thrawn, who had his arms behind his back stood on the other side of the holotable as it projected a holographic image of Mon Mothma's taylander shuttle.
"The rebel squadron defended their transport vigorously, but we thwarted their attempt to refuel," Konstantine reported to both the Governor and Grand Admiral, "A scan of the vessel before it was destroyed revealed no cargo aboard, only a small crew."
"Their cargo was something prized, a certain Senator, I suspect," Thrawn surmised.
"Senator Mothma?" Pryce realized as she switched the image on the holotable's holoprojector from the taylander shuttle to a Star Map, "Her capture is a priority. If she escaped aboard the Ghost, where is she now?"
"Not where'd you expect," Thrawn answered, "Captain Syndulla will be creative in avoiding your blockades. She will brave the unlikeliest path to transport her passenger out of the sector." He then pointed at one of the Star systems on the projected Star Map as it switched to a map of a smuggler route, "There, the Archeon pass, a favorite of Outer Rim smugglers."
"Through the nebula?" Konstantine said in disbelief.
"Our capital ships can't follow her," Pryce stated.
"Precisely," Thrawn said, agreeing with her, "So I've readied my new prototype and our best pilots to hunt down this rogue Senator."
"Grand Admiral, allow me the honor of silencing her," Pryce volunteered.
"Very well, Governor. Take Admiral Konstantine to the far side of the nebula and wait there," Thrawn told them, "When our fighters flush the rebels out into the open, you'll be in position to capture Senator Mon Mothma alive. She could be our key to locating the true rebel fleet."
"As you wish, Grand Admiral," Pryce relented as she left the bridge with Konstantine.
"Sometimes I envy pilots like you, traveling through the stars," Mon Mothma told Hera as she entered the cockpit with two cups of caff as the door slid open as she handed one of the cups to Hera as the door slid back shut as the Ghost traveled through Hyperspace with the Y-wings escorting the ship on all sides, "You can always leave your problems far behind you."
"Can't imagine you running from your problems," Hera told the senator.
"I've spent my life in the Senate trying to do good, to preserve the rights of the people," Mon Mothma said as she sat in the co-pilot's seat, next to Hera.
"And we're grateful," Hera told her.
"Little good it's done. The Emperor has crushed freedom over the years, bit by bit. I've opposed him where I could, but I've begun to see that the fight cannot be won in the Senate," Mon Mothma went on.
"The stakes are a bit higher out here on the front lines," Hera told her, "Instead of being outvoted, you're outgunned."
"Life or death," Mon Mothma stated, "It's a new experience, being on the run. But if that's what it takes…"
"Whatever it takes, this Rebellion is worth it," Hera finished for the senator, who took a sip of her cup of caf as the Ghost along with the Y-wings jumped out of Hyperspace and began flying towards a yellowish-orange nebula made up of fiery gasses.
"The Archeon nebula," Vandar said, identifying the interstellar cloud of gasses in the distance, "There are stars forming in there. Get too close and you'll burn up."
"I can handle it," Satele reassured him, "Mother taught me, my sister and brother when we were children, but with Hera, she's the best pilot I know."
An Imperial Light cruiser and Thrawn's secret project, a TIE Defender then suddenly jumped out of Hyperspace behind them.
"Fighter inbound. Looks like a TIE of some kind, closing from .19," one of Gold Squadron's pilots, a human male with light skin, blue eyes and brown hair codenamed 'Gold Four' announced from his Y-wing as he noticed the Imperial starfighter approaching them on his Y-wing's scope.
"Since when do TIEs have Hyperdrives?" Vandar asked with confusion.
"Oh, no," Satele muttered to herself as she looked up and saw the TIE Defender as she instantly recognized it from the plans from the factory on Lothal when she, Kanan and Chopper found out that Kallus was Fulcrum.
"Attention, rebel ship, this is Commander Vult Skerris of the Imperial Navy," the pilot of the TIE Defender said, contacting the rebels as he began to intercept them, "You are harboring a traitor to the Empire. Surrender immediately."
"Gold Three and Four, send him our reply," Vandar ordered two of his squadron's pilots as the two Y-wings began to fly towards the TIE Defender.
"Get out of there, both of you. I know that ship. It's a prototype TIE Defender. It's armed with heavy cannons and shields," Satele told them, trying to warn the two Y-wing pilots as they flew towards the TIE Defender and fired their laser cannons at the TIE Defender's pod, only for it to not get damaged from its shield absorbing the lasers and fired back at the two Y-wings, destroying them instantly.
"Go," Mon Mothma ordered Hera as she turned to the Twi'lek.
"Close formation," Hera said, contacting the others, "We might be able to lose them in the nebula."
The Imperial Light cruiser then began to fire upon the rebels with its turbolasers as they began to fly towards the nebula.
"Stay on the Ghost tight," Vandar said from his Y-wing's communications system.
"And disable proton torpedoes," Hera added from the Ghost's communications system.
"Why?" Satele asked them.
"They've been known to ignite the gas in clouds like these," Hera explained.
"Those shields are too strong," Zeb said as he fired at the TIE Defender from the Ghost's rear cannon, which was now accompanied by two TIE Interceptors on both sides of the TIE Defender as they traveled through the nebula as the TIE Defender locked its targeting system on the Ghost.
"He's got a lock on you!" A human female with fair skin and brown eyes codenamed 'Gold Five' told Hera before she flew her Y-Wing in front of the Ghost's thrusters as the TIE Defender began firing its laser cannons with the TIE Defender's lasers colliding with Gold Five's Y-wing destroying her starfighter and killing her in the process.
"We lost Gold Five," Vandar reported.
"It's just us now," Satele muttered to herself as Zeb continued to fire at the TIEs with the Ghost's rear cannon.
"They're too fast. We can't outrun them," Vandar stated as the TIEs continued to pursue them through the nebula.
"Ain't over yet. Gold Leader, stay tight," Hera reassured Vandar, "We're going in to close to that forming star. Put all power in your deflector screens." The TIE Defender continued to fire upon them as they headed towards the star that was forming within the nebula, "This is our only chance." The Ghost's console began sizzling up as one of the TIE Interceptors blew up from overheating by the star that was forming within the nebula.
"You got one!" Vandar told Hera.
"No, you don't," Zeb told the last remaining TIE Interceptor as it began to flee as he fired the Ghost's rear cannon at it, causing the TIE Interceptor to spiral down towards the star that was forming within the nebula as the cannon's lasers collided with the bottom of the TIE Interceptor's pod.
"Break off, Satele! Break off!" Vandar ordered Satele as Skerris continued his pursuit with them and began firing upon them with his TIE's laser cannons, only to miss.
"Hera!" Satele called out to the Twi'lek.
"We're burning up," Mon Mothma warned Hera in a worried tone as the Ghost's hull began to take damage from the intense heat as Skerris fled the area as his TIE Defender's shields began to take a hit from the heat from the forming star within the nebula.
"He'll be back," Hera said as she exhaled, "And that star took its toll. We're losing power."
"We'll hold off the Defender while you get the Senator out of here," Satele told Hera.
"She's right," Vandar said, agreeing with the Mandalorian, "Go now. We've got this."
The Ghost flew out of the nebula with steam coming off of the ship's hull as two Imperial Star Destroyers jumped out of Hyperspace.
"Hera, got a new problem. Two of 'em," Zeb told the Twi'lek from the Ghost's rear cannon as he saw the two Star Destroyers.
"Chop, get me emergency power," Hera ordered Chopper, who grunted a response as he looked at her as he rotated the astromech port around with his scomp link before the Ghost began to fly away from the Star Destroyers.
"They've sustained damage to their core systems, and it seems Commander Skerris has dealt with their Y-wing escort in the nebula," Konstantine reported to Pryce, who had her arms behind her back as they stood on the bridge of one of the Star Destroyers.
"Hail the rebel ship," Pryce ordered one of the Imperial officers inside one of the crew pits below them.
"This is Governor Pryce. You have been charged with treason against the Empire. Now, submit or be destroyed," Pryce said on the Ghost's communications system.
"Very well," Mon Mothma said before Hera switched the Ghost's communications system off.
"She'll never keep her word," Hera told the senator.
"I know. I'm stalling her while you figure out a plan," Mon Mothma explained before chopper grunted a response.
"I'll take what I can get. Keep working," Hera told her as she went to repair the Ghost's systems.
"Look out! He's on top of us," Satele called out to Vandar as she saw the TIE Defender flying towards them in the nebula as Skerris fired his TIE Defender's laser cannons at them as both Satele and Vandar spread out from one another, causing Skerris to miss them before she saw that the TIE Defender was about to swoop back around, "Uh, he's coming around. Gold Leader, I'm bringing him right to you. Be ready with that ion cannon."
"He's too fast. I'll never hit him," Vandar argued.
"Sure you will," she assured him, "Just fire when I tell you."
Skerris continued to fire his TIE Defender's laser cannons as he continued to chase them.
"That is an impressive list of demands, Senator," Pryce remarked on the Ghost's communications system.
"You must understand, I cannot allow others to pay the price for my actions," Mon Mothma explained as Chopper grunted.
"Charging the Hyperdrive," Hera quietly told Chopper, "Just a few more moments."
"They are in range now, Governor," Konstantine told Pryce.
"Activate tractor beam," Pryce ordered the Admiral.
"Your requests are denied, Senator. Prepare to be boarded," Pryce told Mon Mothma on the Ghost's communications system before the ship shook as it began to be pulled towards the Star Destroyers.
"Chop, divert all power to the engines," Hera ordered Chopper after sighing as he rolled back over to the astromech port after he was flung to the other side of the cockpit.
"Get ready!" Satele told Vandar as the TIE Defender continued to chase their Y-wings, "I'm gonna fly right through your sights."
"What if I hit you?" Vandar asked her.
"He can't, so you won't either," she reassured him, "And fire!" Vandar then fired an ion blast from his Y-wing's ion cannon at the TIE Defender as Satele flew her Y-WIng upwards as the TIE Defender began to hurtle into the nebula as she chuckled, "Oh, you got him!"
"He'll recover from that ion blast, but you bought us some time," Vandar warned her as she began to fly next to her.
"We've got to get out of here and find the Ghost," she told him.
"You take the lead," Vandar told her as they continued to fly through the nebula.
"Hera, what's the plan?" Zeb asked from the Ghost's rear cannon as the ship continued to be pulled towards the Star Destroyers.
"We're not gonna be able to break free," Hera told him before turning to Mon Mothma, "I'm sorry, Senator. I'm going to have to shut her down."
"Hera, do you read me?" They suddenly heard Satele's voice coming from the Ghost's communications system.
"Satele?" Hera said with relief as the Y-wings flew out of the nebula, "Satele, I'm afraid I've got some bad news."
"Oh, great," Satele muttered, sarcastically as she saw the two Star Destroyers and began flying toward them.
"Admiral, two rebel fighters have exited the nebula and are moving to attack our flank," an Imperial officer standing inside one of the crew pits below him told Konstantine.
"Well, shoot them down," Konstantine ordered, "They're too little, too late." The Star Destroyers' turbolasers then began firing at the Y-wings, only to miss.
"We're caught in a tractor beam," Hera told Satele and vandar with the Ghost's communications system, "Can you break us free?"
"Satele, charge your ion cannon and arm your proton torpedoes," Vandar told Satele from his Y-wing's communication's system.
"Proton torpedoes?" Hera repeated before contacting them, "Negative, do not attack the Star Destroyers. Fire at the nebula."
"The nebula?" Vandar asked with confusion.
"Of course," Satele said as she realized what Hera meant, "Remember what Hera said about firing torpedoes in the nebula?"
"I understand, Phoenix Leader," Vandar said as he realized what they meant, "We're going in."
"You think this will work?" Mon Mothma asked Hera.
"We'll know in a minute," Hera answered, "Chopper, be ready on the Hyperdrive." Chopper then grunted a response.
As Satele and Vandar fired their Y-wings' proton torpedoes at the nebula, the gasses within the nebula began to ignite, causing it's gas clouds to begin to envelope one of the Star Destroyers, causing extensive damage to it before they fired two more proton torpedoes at the nebula, causing the gas clouds to envelope the other Star Destroyer, the one that Admiral Konstantine and Governor Pryce were aboard.
"We lost the tractor beam," one of the Imperial officers inside one of the crew pits reported to Konstantine and Pryce as the alarms began blaring.
"We're free," Mon Mothma said, happily as the Ghost flew away from the Star Destroyer that was pulling them in with their tractor beam with the two Y-wings flying next to the Ghost on both sides.
"Make your jump now!" Hera said as the Ghost and the two Y-wings jumped into Hyperspace.
"Phoenix Leader, that was some of the best fighting I've ever seen," Vandar told Hera as he and Satele walked into the Ghost's common room with their helmets under their arms after both Y-wings docked with the Ghost and entered the Dantooine System as they saw Hera sitting around the holotable as she had her arms crossed with Mon Mothma and Gold Two as Zeb climbed down the ladder from the rear cannon.
"I could say the same, Gold Leader," Hera replied.
"Satele, you can fly in my squadron any day, but I'm sure you'd rather fly with your fellow Mandalorians," Gold Two told Satele.
"We're coming up on the rendezvous point," Erskin said as he entered the common room with his helmet under his arm, "Ready to transmit, Senator."
"Let's just hope someone's listening," Mon Mothma said before heading towards the cockpit with the others.
"This is Senator Mon Mothma. I've been called a traitor for speaking out against a corrupt Galactic Senate, a Senate manipulated by the sinister tactics of the Emperor," Mon Mothma said as she began to transmit a broadcast onto the HoloNet as Chopper stood in front of her, while Hera sat in the pilot's seat and Satele in the co-pilot's seat as Gold Two and Erskin sat in the seats behind them, while Zeb and Vandar stood behind the senator on both sides of the cockpit's entrance.
"For too long, I've watched the heavy hand of the Empire strangle our liberties, stifling our freedoms in the name of ensuring our safety," Mon Mothma went on as her HoloNet broadcast was being played at a base on a planet where Organa, General Dodonna, an elderly man with light skin, blue eyes and white hair along with a pinkish-orange Mon Calamari with yellowish-orange eyes named Admiral Gial Ackbar.
"No longer. Despite Imperial threats, despite the Emperor himself, I have no fear as I take new action," Mon Mothma said on the HoloNet screen at Old Jho's pit stop, where Old Jho, Ryder and a few other Lothalite rebels were watching as Ryder crossed his arms as he watched the Senator's broadcast.
"For I am not alone. Beginning today, we stand as allies. I hereby resign from the Senate to fight for you. Not from the distant halls of politics, but from the front lines," Mon Mothma said as her HoloNet broadcast was being played from the holotable of Chopper Base with Commander Sato, Rex, Lux, General Kalani and a few more of the Phoenix Squadron rebels watching with Sato having his arms behind his back and Rex a few of the other Phoenix Squadron rebels having their arms crossed, while a few of them had their arms over their hips.
"We will not rest until we bring an end to the Empire, until we restore our Republic. Are you with me?" Mon Mothma said as she finished her speech.
It was quiet for a few moments as Hera looked at the senator until suddenly a CR90 corvette jumped out of Hyperspace into the Dantooine System.
"Look!" Satele said, pointing in the distance as she saw the CR90 corvette jump out of Hyperspace followed by more corvettes, Hammerhead corvettes, GR-75 transports, Nebulon-B frigates and a modified Mon Calamari Star Cruiser, "They came. Look how many there are."
"This, my friends, this is our rebellion," Mon Mothma told them as she placed her arms behind her back as more starships jumped into the Dantooine System from Hyperspace.
Please favorite and review. Would you like me to continue adding the Imperial scenes or not?
Also who else have seen the third and fourth episodes of the Obi-Wan Kenobi show?
