A few weeks later on the planet of Mandalore, Sabine, Janus and Satele, who had repainted and reforged her helmet, armor and breastplate from mainly white with green as its secondary color to being mainly red with its secondary color being silver and orange being its tertiary color along with white Jaig eyes on her helmet as well as a cape over the back of her armor, which was gifted to her by her and Sabine's mother as the three of them wore their jetpacks over their backs as Satele had repainted her jetpack to patch her armor's current color scheme with Chopper standing next to Satele along with about a dozen of their fellow Clan Wren Mandalorian warriors around them as the three Mandalorians flipped down their helmets' macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinders as they stared at a prison complex in the distance as they hid in a trench within the planet's outskirts.

"You know I want to rescue Father as much as you do, Bine," Satele told her sister as she flipped her helmet's macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinder back up, "But how sure are we that he's in there?"

"Well, our spies say he's in here, and they've been right so far," Sabine explained as she flipped her helmet's macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinder back up.

"Let's just hope they were right," Janus said as he flipped his helmet's macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinder back up as well.

"Rau, me, Satele and Janus have got a squad of stormtroopers in front, plus multiple cannons," Sabine said into her wrist communicator as she, Satele and Janus ducked back down into the trench.

"Copy that, Specter-5," Rau replied from Sabine's wrist communicator, "Moving to your right flank."

"Sabine, Satele, doesn't it seem suspicious that the Empire would move your father so far from the capital?" Kanan asked the twins as he followed Rau, who had his helmet over his head as they along with multiple Clan Wren Mandalorian warriors stealthily walked through another trench from the one that the twins, Janus and Chopper were hiding behind.

"Our father has many friends. He's not just important to me and Satele," Sabine explained on Kanan's comlink as Rau looked over the trench as he pressed at button on the side of his helmet as he began scanning the area with his helmet's built-in rangefinder before zooming his helmet's built-in rangefinder onto a landing platform at the top of the prison complex and saw Imperial troops standing on top of the prison complex, "The Empire probably locked him up out here to prevent someone attempting what we're about to do."

"I think that was the idea, Specter-5," Janus told Sabine.

"That may be true, but I'd put nothing past these Saxon and Kast clan traitors," Rau commented as he hid back behind the trench walls in the trench that he, Kanan and a few of the Clan Wren Mandalorian warriors were hiding within before he clicked a button on his wrist communicator, "We're in position, Specter-5."

"Copy, Rau. Over," Sabine responded before turning to her, Satele and Janus' Clan Wren Mandalorian warriors, "All right, Clan Wren, check your fire for the captive. We're going in the front door, on my and Satele's lead." The Clan Wren Mandalorian warriors along with Janus backed away to get ready as Sabine climbed up the trench followed by Satele.

"Targets acquired," one of the two stormtroopers guarding the front of the prison complex told the other stormtrooper as he saw Sabine and Satele standing in front of the trench.

"Sir, we have two targets approaching from the north," the other stormtrooper said, contacting his superior as he activated his helmet's comlink as other stormtroopers began heading towards the two Mandalorians.

Sabine then grabbed the Darksaber and her lightsaber from her armor's belt as Satele did the same with her lightsabers before they ignited their sabers' blades as Sabine swung the Darksaber upwards as the rest of the Clan Wren Mandalorians along with Janus climbed up the trench holding their WESTAR-35s in their hands.

"Correction, more than two targets. We have more than two targets," the stormtrooper said, contacting his superior again.

"Forward!" Sabine cried before yelling a battle cry as they all rushed towards the Imperial stormtroopers before Sabine, Satele and Janus activated their jetpacks and flew up into the air after Satele moved her cape over her right shoulder, while Chopper watched from the trench as he pulled his camera scope out from his dome as he grunted.

Stormtroopers around the prison complex began firing their E-11 blaster rifles at the Mandalorians as the prison complex's cannons began to fire upon them as well, while Sabine flew around with her jetpack as she evaded the cannons' lasers and began to fly towards it with Satele by her side and Janus on the other side of her as well.

Meanwhile on the ground, Kanan ran across the battlefield with his saber ignited, while Rau followed him on his side as Jumptroopers activated their jetpacks and jumped down from the prison complex's platform and flew around them as Kanan deflected their blaster bolts, while Rau fired his WESTAR-35s at them.

"I'll handle it," Kanan said as the Jumptroopers continued flying towards them before he used the Force to jump onto the back of one of the Jumptroopers and slashed his saber across the Jumptrooper's jetpack, causing the Jumptrooper to crash into another Jumptrooper flying next to him, while Kanan used the Force to jump onto another Jumptrooper behind the one he jumped onto previously and slashed his saber against the Jumptrooper's jetpack before using the Force to jump back off the Jumptrooper as the Jumptrooper began flying down to his death.

"Show-off," Rau muttered as he walked away from Kanan.

"Sis, Janus, you both take out the two on my left," Sabine ordered Satele and Janus.

"Got it," Satele and Janus both replied as Sabine twirled around as she slashed the Darksaber against one of the three stormtroopers that the twins and Janus were approaching, while Satele and Janus stopped as Satele activated her Vambrace's flamethrower at one of the stormtroopers as she aimed it at them, burning the stormtrooper through their armor as Janus fired his WESTAR-35s at the other stormtrooper before they continued to follow Sabine with their jetpacks as Sabine slashed both the Darksaber as well as her saber against one of the prison complex's cannons.

"As you and Commander Kast both anticipated, Sabine and Satele Wren are both leading the attack," a Jumptrooper with an orange pauldron that had the Empire's insignia on it reported to a hologram of a man wearing Jumptrooper armor that had a red color pauldron over his left arm's shoulder with light skin, blue eyes and blonde hair with their arms behind their back and this man was the brother of the late governor and viceroy of Mandalore, Tiber Saxon as the Jumptrooper was contacting him via holocommunicator as he stood on the prison complex's landing platform.

"You may do away with their allies, Commander, but I want Sabine alive, while Commander Kast wants them both alive," Tiber informed the Jumptrooper as he moved his left arm from his back.

"Lord Saxon, I cannot even guarantee we can hold the tower," the Jumptrooper stated.

"Me and Commander Kast both know how stubborn Clan Wren can be. That's why we've dispatched reinforcements to help you," Tiber told him as he lowered his left arm as he moved his right arm from his back as well.

Soon Sabine, Satele and Janus landed on the ground below the prison complex as a Gozanti-class cruiser flew in, carrying two AT-DPs.

"Well, this just got more and more…" Satele began to say.

"Interesting. The word you're looking for is 'interesting,' Sis," Sabine finished for her.

"Yep, this has gotten a lot more interesting," Satele said, agreeing with her Sister.

"Definitely. Things have gotten a lot more interesting," Janus said, agreeing with them as the AT-DPs were deployed from the Gozanti-class cruiser and landed on their feet.

Their fellow Clan Wren Mandalorian warriors flew around the area with their jetpacks as they fired their WESTAR-35s at the AT-DPs before one of the cannons from the prison complex above fired at one of the female Clan Wren Mandalorian warriors that were flying in the air, colliding with their helmet as they fell to the ground below.

Sabine then flew in front of one of the AT-DPs before landing across from it as she fired a rocket at the AT-DP from her Jetpack and began to fly towards it as she activated her Vambrace's personal shield, the AT-DP then fired at her with its laser cannon, only for her personal shield to block the AT-DP's laser, causing her to be knocked to the ground.

"Sabine!" Satele cried out to her sister as she went to run towards her, only for Jumptroopers to land around Sabine with some of them firing their E-11 blaster rifles at Satele, only for her to deflect their blaster bolts with both of her lightsabers before pulling them towards her with her Vambrace's grapple and slashed them with one of her lightsabers, killing the Jumptrooper instantly as the Jumptrooper commander approached Sabine as he switched his E-11 blaster rifle to its stun setting and fired a stun blast at her, stunning Sabine.

"Stand down, Mando or she dies," the Jumptrooper commander ordered Satele as he aimed his blaster rifle at Sabine at blaster point with Satele looking on with disbelief as the Jumptroopers aimed their blaster rifles at her with an AT-DP behind them doing the same as it aimed its laser cannon at them before Rau placed his WESTAR-35s back in their holsters with Janus doing the same as the Jumptrooper commander aimed his blaster rifle at Sabine as he cocked his E-11 blaster rifle, "Surrender. Now!"

As much as Satele wanted to, she knew she had to comply as she deactivated her lightsabers, causing the Jumptrooper commander to chuckle when suddenly a rocket was flown into the AT-DP as three Mandalorians flew into the area with blue and gray colored armor with two of them being female as one of the female ones with one of them having a Nite Owl helmet with the same color as her armor as they had their jetpacks activated.

"Don't just stand there," the leader of the three Mandalorians yelled at them, "Protect her!"

"It's Clan Kryze," Rau stated as he and Janus took their WESTAR-35s back out from their holsters.

One of the Clan Kryze Mandalorian warriors jumped over to a Jumptrooper and kicked him with her foot before going into a fistfight with him, while the male Clan Kryze Mandalorian warrior rushed over towards a Jumptrooper that he threw before activating his jetpack and landed behind two stormtroopers and bashed their helmets together, knocking them out before flying away as the leader of the Clan Kryze Mandalorian warriors landed on the ground and began running towards two Jumptroopers.

"Fall back," one of the two Jumptroopers ordered, "Abandon the base."

The two jumptroopers then jumped and activated their jetpacks as Sabine regained consciousness as she stood up and reignited both her lightsaber and the Darksaber as she reactivated her jetpack and flew into the air as Satele did the same with both of her lightsabers and jetpack, while Janus only reactivated his jetpack as Satele slashed her lightsaber with the blue blade across one of the AT-DP's legs, causing it to fall to the ground.

"Clan Wren, follow me and Satele," Sabine ordered Clan Wren and Rau as they landed back on the ground as Satele moved her cape behind her back as she moved it away from her right shoulder before they entered the prison complex, while Kanan used the Force to leap onto the landing platform at the top of the prison complex.

"Did you find your father, girls?" Kanan asked the twins as they along with Rau and Janus exited the prison complex through a door behind him on the landing platform as he sensed their presence.

"The outpost is empty," Sabine answered as she removed her helmet as Rau and Janus did the same and placed them under their arms, "There's no one here."

"This must've been a trap," Satele stated as she removed her helmet and placed it under her arm as well, revealing that she had dyed her hair from purple with yellow tips to navy blue with red tips.

"And you'd be right, Satele, this was a trap set to lure both of you in," the leader of the Clan Kryze Mandalorian warriors said as she and the other two Clan Kryze Mandalorian warriors landed in front of them on the landing platform, "Your mother received this intel, but she couldn't get word to either of you. The Empire was jamming all transmissions. She sent me ahead to reinforce you both. I understand she's on her way."

"Who are you?" Sabine asked her, causing the leader of the Clan Kryze Mandalorian warriors to remove her helmet and placed it under her arm to reveal a woman with light skin, green eyes and red hair, wearing a Mandalorian headband around the top of her forehead and as she did this both Sabine and Satele realized who she was as she was an old friend of their mother's from the Clone Wars when she was part of Death Watch as a Nite Owl and was the leader of the Nite Owls, Bo-Katan Kryze.

"Kanan, this is Lady Bo-Katan of House Kryze," Rau said, introducing Bo-Katan to the blind Jedi Knight, "Her sister, Satine, once ruled Mandalore. Bo-Katan was made regent by the Jedi before the end of the Clone War. She's still seen by many including your Padawans and Janus as Mandalore's rightful ruler."

"So what happened?" Kanan asked Bo-Katan.

"After the Empire took over, I refused to obey the Emperor and was betrayed by the Saxon and Kast clans," Bo-Katan answered.

"Do you know who was setting the trap for me and my sister, Lady Bo-katan?" Satele asked Bo-Katan, "Was it the Empire or someone else?"

"It wasn't the Empire, Satele, it was Governor Tiber Saxon and Commander Rook Kast," Bo-Katan said, answering Satele's question.

"Your commitment to Mandalore's freedom is legendary, my lady," Sabine said as she approached Bo-Katan as she extended her arm and the Darksaber out towards her, "This belongs to you."

"I had my chance to rule and I failed," Bo-Katan said, refusing to accept the Darksaber, surprising Sabine, "I am not my sister." She then turned around and placed her helmet back over her head, "I am not the leader you seek." She then walked forward past them with both of her fellow Clan Kryze Mandalorian warriors.

"Rau, Janus, see if you both can contact our mother," Sabine ordered Rau and Janus.

"Right away," Rau and Janus replied as they left with Bo-Katan and the others, while Satele stayed with her sister on the prison complex's landing platform.

"Remember when we went to Concord Dawn's third moon, Sis, before Rau joined the Rebellion?" Satele asked her sister as they stared out at the desert landscape of their home planet.

"Yeah," Sabine answered, "Why?"

"Because I was thinking about what I said about that I sometimes tend to forget the destruction of constant years of warfare that our ancestors have caused," Satele explained.

"And why are you bringing it up, Sis?" Sabine asked her.

"I was thinking that maybe this is our chance for these plains to finally grow back," Satele explained when Chopper suddenly rolled up to them and grunted as he pulled out one of his metal arms and pointed at the sky with it as a group of Clan Wren Mandalorian warriors along with two Mandalorian warriors with orange and white armor with one of them being male and the other being female as their helmets included macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinders with two of them being Tristan and Ursa as they along with the Mandalorian warriors with orange and white armor removing their helmets and placed them under their arms, revealing that they had dark tan skin, brown eyes and dark brown hair with the male one having it slightly graying as well as a mustache, while the female's hair wasn't slightly graying.

"Uncle Leto?" Sabine said with surprise in her voice.

"Aunt Ara?" Satele said at the same time as she was also surprised to see them.

"What are you both doing here?" Sabine asked them.

"Been a long time, girls, haven't seen you, Satele since our brother gave you to Mira and Ephraim Bridger on Lothal and we haven't seen you, Sabine since you joined the Imperial Academy before defecting," Leto told them before answering Sabine's question, "We've come to help you guys free our brother."

"And our clan have joined your clan within the Mandalorian Resistance," Ara added.

"Anyway, Mother, any news?" Sabine asked Ursa.

"The Empire's changed their plan," Ursa said as she looked at both of her daughters, "They're moving your father back to the capital for a public termination."

"Do either of you see anything yet?" Janus asked Satele and Sabine as they were crouching on a cliff with Rau doing the same in front of them and Bo-Katan crouching next to Sabine as the three Clan Wren Mandalorian warriors had their helmets' macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinders flipped down as Sabine held both her lightsaber and the Darksaber in her hands.

"Not yet, Jan, but I know that she'll do something soon with Tristan and both our aunt and uncle," Satele answered.

"Yeah, just give our mom a chance, Janus," Sabine said, assuring her sister's boyfriend that their mother will do something soon.

"We were hoping you could have freed him by now," A hologram of Hera told Kanan, who had her arms crossed as she was being projected by Chopper with his holoprojector behind Satele, Sabine, Janus, Bo-Katan and Rau as the twins and Janus flipped their helmets' macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinders back up, "What's the outlook?"

"The Empire is moving Sabine and Satele's father to the Mandalorian capital of Sundari," Kanan answered as he sighed, "Only chance we've got for a rescue is to ambush the convoy before it gets there."

"What's the status of the Imperial occupation?" Hera asked him.

"Mandalore is under complete lockdown. Civil war is raging," Kanan answered as he placed his hands over his hips.

"I'm sorry. I hate to say it, but it sounds like the planet is lost," Hera told him.

"Sabine and Satele's father is important, not just to them, but to their people," Kanan stated as he crossed his arms.

"That's how I persuaded Mon Mothma to let you help. But once that's done, I need you to come back," Hera told him.

"Oh! Having trouble overthrowing the Empire without me?" He asked her.

"Our team is an important asset to the rebellion," Hera explained.

"An asset? Is that what we are?" He asked as he began to flirt with her.

"You know what I mean," she answered as she placed her hands over her hips.

"Well, you know how I feel," he explained.

"Are we still talking about the mission?" She asked him.

"That depends," he answered.

"On what?" She asked him.

"You know," he said as he continued to flirt with her, causing Chopper to grunt frustratedly as he pulled out both of his metal arms.

"Be careful. See you soon," she said, crossing her arms after sighing as Chopper deactivated his holoprojector as the projection of her turned off as Kanan placed his left arm and hand under his chin and held the elbow of the arm with his other hand before Chopper rolled over to the others as they heard an explosion in the distance, causing Sabine, Satele, Janus and Bo-Katan to flip down their helmets' macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinders.

"Yep, that's our mom," Sabine stated as she flipped her helmet's macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinder back up.

"Blowing things up definitely runs in your family within our clan more than mine did," Janus told his girlfriend and her sister as he, Satele and Bo-Katan flipped their helmets' macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinders back up.

"As you know Janus, it's a Wren specialty," Satele reminded him.

"Sabine, Satele, we've engaged Tiber Saxon and Rook Kast's Imperial dogs. The prisoner convoy has changed course towards the canyon," Ursa announced on Sabine and Satele's wrist communicators.

"Then the diversion worked," Bo-Katan stated.

"There," Rau said as he began scanning an incoming convoy of three Imperial troop transports being escorted by four speeder bikes being driven by scout troopers as Sabine, Satele, Janus and Bo-Katan flipped their helmets' macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinders back down, "I'm scanning a single passenger, no armor, in the center transport, the one most heavily guarded."

"If we attack the lead vehicle, our father's transport will fall back," Sabine said as Bo-Katan flipped her macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinder back up before the twins and Janus did the same with theirs, "Then someone could sneak up and sabotage its controls, forcing it to stop."

"By then, the rest of the convoy will be too far ahead to do anything about it," Rau added, "So who's going in?"

"Yeah, that sounds like a me plan," Satele told them, "I'll go get Father out."

"Wish you luck, Sis," Sabine said as she looked at her twin sister.

"Yeah, you too," Satele replied before removing her helmet for a second as Janus did the same as they gave each other a quick kiss, "Wish you luck as well."

"Yeah, I'll be alright, Teal," Janus assured her as they placed their helmets back over their heads as Kanan began to approach Chopper as Satele walked over to the edge of the cliff as Chopper grunted a response.

"She can do it, Chop. Just get ready to jam their comms," Kanan told the astromech droid as he crouched beside him as Chopper's transmitter began to spin around in a circle.

"The traitors are putting up a stronger fight than expected," A hologram of Tiber stated as he was speaking to Captain Hark, one of his Imperial super commandos in the middle transport, "What's your status, Captain?"

"We have altered our route to avoid the battle, but remain on schedule, Governor Saxon," Hark answered.

"Good. Continue to Sundari with the prisoner," Tiber told him, "Me and Commander Kast are ordering the weapon to be readied."

The holocommunicator then switched off as Hark entered the troop bay where Sabine, Satele and Tristan's father, Alrich Wren, who's hair was slightly graying was sitting on one of the seats with a harness over his chest and had stuncuffs over his wrists and were tied to the harness.

"The rescue effort failed, traitor," Hark told Alrich, "We will reach the capital within the hour."

"I do love the capital. It is a masterful expression of our architecture," Alrich said as he looked at the Imperial super commando.

"I'm glad you enjoy it. It will be the last thing you see," Hark stated before turning back to the front of the Imperial troop transport.

"Don't go easy on them, Sis," Satele told Sabine as she and the others walked away from her.

"You're right, Sis. I'm not gonna go easy on them," Sabine replied as she ignited both her lightsaber and the Darksaber before jumping down from the cliff as she activated her jetpack's thruster as she neared the ground below and began flying around.

"Sir!" The combat driver of the middle Imperial troop transport said, calling out to Hark as Sabine fired a paint bomb from her jetpack's rocket launcher, which collided with the transport's viewport as the paint bomb caused it to be covered in purple colored paint as Imperial super commandos flew up from the transport's troop compartments with their jetpacks.

"Paint?" Alrich muttered to himself as he saw the purple colored paint covering the transport's viewport, causing a purple tint-like glow to surround the interior of the transport as the Imperial troop transport behind them slammed into the back of the Imperial troop transport that was escorting Alrich.

"I can't see," one of the combat driver's stated.

"Sabine! Satele!" Alrich called out as he realized that it was one of his daughters that used a paint bomb to cover the transport's viewport with paint.

"Blast her!" Hark ordered before the Imperial troop transport began to fire upon Sabine alongside an Imperial super commando as they fired their blaster rifle at her as she flew past them and stopped as she hovered in open space as more Imperial super commandos began firing at her as she deflected their blaster bolts with her lightsaber.

"Now," Sabine ordered Rau, Bo-Katan and Janus as they flew out from hiding with their jetpacks as she continued to deflect the Imperial super commandos' blaster bolts with her lightsaber as Janus fired his WESTAR-35s at a scout trooper, killing them instantly as they fell off their speeder bike.

Bo-Katan flew behind one of the Imperial troop transports and fired her WESTAR-35s at one of the stormtroopers that were stationed in the troop compartments and was killed instantly as the blaster bolt collided with their chest and fell limp as they fell out of the troop compartment and onto as the other stormtroopers began to fire their E-11 blaster rifles at her.

As Sabine flew up to one of the Scout troopers riding their speeder bikes, Janus fired his WESTAR-35s at an Imperial super commando that was flying on the other side of his girlfriend's sister as Sabine deactivated her lightsaber and clipped it back onto her armor's belt as she grabbed the scout trooper she grabbed the scout trooper's arm and forced him to fire at the Imperial super commando flying in front of them, only to miss as she yelled as she forced the scout trooper off the speeder bike and flew past the Imperial troop transport before climbing up onto the seat of the speeder bike.

A scout trooper in front of Sabine fired at her as he flew in front of her from a distance with their blaster pistol as she flew past him as Rau, Bo-Katan and Janus flew in front of the transport carrying Sabine, Satele and Tristan's father as they fired their WESTAR-35s at Imperial super commandos, while Kanan stood in front of the convoy escort from a distance and ignited his lightsaber before rushing towards them and used the Force to jump onto the scout trooper's speeder bike, knocking it and the scout trooper piloting it to the ground before leaping onto the transport that was behind the speeder bike and began to use his saber to deflect two of the Imperial super commandos' blaster bolts as they began to fire their blaster rifles at him as they hovered in front of him with their jetpacks activated before he extended his arm out towards them as he used the Force to push the two Imperial super commandos towards the Imperial troop transport carrying Alrich.

"Fall back," Hark ordered as Satele began flying towards the Imperial troop transport carrying her father captive with her jetpack activated and grabbed onto the bottom of the transport as a stormtrooper jumped onto one of the other Imperial troop transports as they flew next to the other Imperial troop transport as Bo-Katan flew in between the transports as the door to one of the transports opened up with a stormtrooper walking out of the doorway, only to be knocked to the ground by Bo-Katan as the stormtrooper began to knocked past the Imperial troop transport backwards as Satele held onto the bottom of the transport before she grabbed one of her lightsabers and ignited its blue blade and stabbed it through the bottom of the transport and through the dashboard's controls before accidentally letting go of the transport and flew to the bac before grabbing the transport's ledge in the back as Hark checked below the transport, only to see that Satele has moved from the bottom of the transport as Satele grabbed onto one of the railings on the back of the transport as she began to climb up onto the top of the transport.

As Kanan continued to fight stormtroopers on the transport that he was standing on, the transport that was carrying both of his Padawans along with Tristan's father rammed into the transport he was standing on top of, causing a stormtrooper that was hanging onto the edge to fall off of the transport as Kanan back flipped and let go of his lightsaber as it deactivated and began rolling towards the other edge of the transport.

Satele then gestured to Sabine to pull the speeder bike she was piloting backwards as she continued to climb the railing before Sabine did just that as Kanan threw a stormtrooper off the transport he was on top of.

"Hold your speed," an Imperial combat driver ordered another combat driver on the transport's communications system as the stormtrooper that Kanan threw off the transport was flown off the transport past the window next to the Imperial combat driver.

"Copy that," the other combat driver replied as Rau, Janus and Bo-Katan hovered beside the side of the transport and fired their WESTAR-35s at the Imperial super commandos and scout trooper that were firing at them before they flew in front of the transport, hiding below the viewport.

"Me and Janus will take the two on the left," Rau told Bo-Katan.

"I got the other two. Break!" Bo-Katan replied as he split up from Rau and Janus and flew into the transport and fired upon one of the Imperial super commandos hovering outside the transport before landing inside the transport as Rau and Janus hovered on the other side of the transport.

Chopper flew around the area with his rocket booster, grunting as he picked up an E-11 blaster rifle of a stormtrooper nearby, who began to regain consciousness before he hit the stormtrooper in the helmet with the blaster rifle as he flew past the stormtrooper before dropping the blaster rifle.

Sabine flew the speeder bike behind the transports and reignited her lightsaber as Kanan picked up one of the stormtroopers that he was fighting and flung them backwards before turning the other stormtrooper around before throwing him off the transport as well as Sabine approached a scout trooper in front of her riding a speeder bike before she slashed the front of the speeder bike with her lightsaber before deactivating it and clipping it back onto her armor's belt.

Kanan grabbed his lightsaber as it continued to roll off the transport, picking it up as it reached the edge of the transport and jumped and crouched onto the front of the speeder bike that Sabine was piloting.

"How we doing?" He asked her as he reignited his lightsaber.

"It could be worse," she answered.

"Yeah, keep telling yourself that," he told her as he began to deflect blaster bolts from both an Imperial super commando hovering behind them and a stormtrooper that was standing on top of one of the transports before leaping on top of the transport and slashed their E-11 blaster rifle in half with his lightsaber as the stormtrooper fell off of the transport as the hatch that he was standing on top of slid open as Sabine piloted the speeder bike that she was piloting ahead.

"Drop your weapon," one of the five stormtroopers surrounding Kanan within the transport's troop bay ordered the blind Jedi Knight as they aimed their E-11 blaster rifles at him.

"I've got a better idea," Kanan said as he turned the lights within the troop bay off with the Force before he began to slash his saber against one of their blaster rifles before doing the same to another one before using the Force to push them out of the transport before heading to the dashboard in the front of the transport and stabbed his lightsaber into the controls as Rau and Janus hovered next to him on both sides outside of the transport, "This is where we get off," Kanan then jumped out of the transport as he said that.

"Satele, quit messing around, and get our father out of there," Sabine told Satele as she reactivated her Vambrace's personal shield as a blaster bolt was fired at her and deflected the blaster bolt with it.

"Yeah, working on it, Sis," Satele replied as she climbed up the back of the transport that was carrying their father as Hark stood at the doorway and began to fire their blaster rifle at Sabine, only for her Vambrace's personal shield to deflect the blast bolt before jumping off the speeder bike as the laser cannons of the Imperial troop transport behind her began to fire at her before she was knocked to the ground by the laser cannons.

Satele reignited her lightsaber with the blue blade as she ran up to the front of the transport and kicked Hark back into the transport from the doorway as Hark fell out of the transport, rolling on his stomach.

"Satele?" Alrich calling out to Satele, recognizing her by her armor as he saw her fighting the Imperial combat drivers with her lightsaber with the blue blade and slashed one of their rifles in half before using the Force to push them out of the transport, "So you realized why I left you with Mira and Ephraim on Lothal all those years ago?"

"Yeah, I have, Father," Satele answered as she turned to face her father after deactivating her lightsaber before Chopper began grunting on her helmet's comlink as he flew above the transport near the top of the canyon, "A cliff? What cliff?" She then looked out the transport before heading to where her father was restrained.

"I see that you have two lightsabers instead of one, Satele," Alrich told his daughter as he saw that Satele had her other lightsaber clipped to her armor's belt, "And I heard your message of rebellion to free the planets of the Empire from Lothal."

"Let's catch up after we escape this transport, Father," Satele said as she slashed his stuncuffs with her lightsaber's blade.

"Satele, get out of there!" Sabine called out to her twin sister with her wrist communicator before she began to run towards the transports as they all began to fall off of the cliff.

"Let's go!" Satele told her father as he held onto her back as they exited the transport as it fell off of the cliff and evaded the other transports that were falling with them and soon landed on top of the cliff.

Meanwhile on a Star Destroyer that was docked outside the domed city of Sundari, Tiber Saxon and a woman with fair skin, blue eyes and purple hair wearing Imperial super commando armor with it being mostly orange around her chest and shoulders along with her helmet as she held it under her arm as well as having orange around her arms as well and this woman was none of than Commander Rook Kast of the Imperial super commandos as they were studying a battle map of Clans Wren and Qarl, the clan that Leto and Ara were a part of along with their forces before Tiber contacted Hark, "Captain Hark, is there a problem with the prisoner?"

"The renegades and their Jedi ally attacked my convoy and were able to liberate Alrich Wren," Hark answered.

"They planned well. Please withdraw all remaining forces, Captain. We are going to deploy the weapon," Rook told him.

"Before the end, they will all kneel before the Duchess," Tiber added.

"Thank you, Satele," Alrich told Satele as Rau and Janus approached them on speeder bikes with Chopper landing nearby as Kanan stood near them as Bo-Katan walked with Alrich and Satele as Bo-Katan removed her helmet and placed it under her arm.

"No problem, Father," Satele said as she removed her helmet and placed it under her arm.

"Father…" They heard Sabine calling out to Alrich as the two of them stared at each other for a few moments before she removed her helmet and placed it under her arm.

"When I got word that you had returned with your twin sister, I did not believe it," Alrich told her.

"And…" She began to ask him.

"Sabine, like Satele, you are my daughter," he told her, causing her to smile as he embraced her in a hug as Janus removed his helmet as he placed it under his arm as he walked towards his girlfriend as Alrich looked at both Sabine and Satele, "I was pleased then. Even more now."

"Well, we would never leave you in the hands of the Empire," Sabine told him.

"Yeah, she's right, Father," Satele said, agreeing with her sister, "We would have rescued you, no matter what."

"Oh, that was fine," he told them, "I meant your artwork. You've both progressed. Your use of color and line are better. And you've seemed to have practiced ever since I left you with Mira and Ephraim, Satele."

"Better? What do you mean, better?" Sabine asked him with confusion in her voice.

"They're great," Satele said, finishing her sister's train of thought, "And besides me and Sabine sometimes have art competitions, Father."

"It… It's getting there," he told them as he placed his hand under his chin for a second, "Your design aesthetics are still derivative of the Pre-Exile Masters."

"Oh, Tojnun was an influence, obviously, but I made it my own," Sabine told him.

"Same with me, Father, but with another of the Pre-Exile Masters," Satele said, agreeing with her sister, "We thought you had a sharper eye."

"Now I see where you both get your creative side, my young Padawans," Kanan told them.

"Oh, no, Master Jedi. Sabine and Satele's artistry comes from their mother. Ursa knows how to destroy her enemies in so many creative ways," Alrich told Kanan, "But what did you mean by 'Padawans'?"

"What Kanan meant, Father is like me, Sabine is able to use the Force as well," Satele explained.

"She's right," Sabine said, agreeing with her sister before grabbing her lightsaber from her armor's belt and showing him her lightsaber's design.

"So it seems that you've passed some of your artistry to your lightsaber as well," Alrich muttered, "So how come you never showed signs of Force-Sensitivity like your sister did?"

"It's a long story," Sabine told him as she clipped her lightsaber back onto her armor's belt, "Maybe we can explain it when we get back to Krownest."

"I'll accept that," he told her before turning to Janus, "So who are you?"

"Janus, sir," Janus answered as he cleared his throat, "Janus Wren, Satele's boyfriend. I was born from another family within our clan."

"I hope you're treating my daughter well," Alrich told him.

"I am, sir," Janus responded.

"I was hoping your father was another warrior like your mother is, girls," Kanan told both of his Padawans, "Hmm."

"Our dad fights with his art," Sabine explained.

"We need to get moving. We're too exposed here," Bo-Katan said as she placed her helmet back over her head.

"Agreed," Janus said, agreeing with Bo-Katan as he placed his helmet back over his head as well.

"Countess Wren, tell Count Qarl and Ara that we've rescued your husband and their brother," Rau said, contacting Ursa with his wrist communicator, "Alrich is free."

"Then we have two victories today," Ursa responded from her battlefield as Saxon and Kast's forces were retreating as she stood in front of a wrecked Imperial troop transport as it was burning, "Saxon and Kast's forces are in retreat." She then began firing her WESTAR-35s as Leto and Ara stood near her doing the same with their WESTAR-35s at Saxon and Kast's Imperial forces as well.

"Hold on. They're not all running," Tristan said as he flipped his helmet's macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinder down with Ursa, Leto and Ara flying up next to him and did the same with their helmets' macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinders as a Gozanti-class cruiser flew in, carrying a modified AT-DP, "Looks like we've got an incoming transport." Tristan then flipped his helmet's macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinder back up before Ursa, Leto and Ara did the same with their helmets' macrobinocular viewplate's rangefinders.

"Reinforcements to cover their retreat?" Sabine said with confusion.

"They've deployed a single scout walker, with no other support," Tristan responded from Rau's wrist communicator.

"It also has a machine attached to where its laser cannon should be," Ara added on Rau's wrist communicator.

"It's moving into attack position," Tristan told them from Rau's wrist communicator.

"Laughable," Ursa scoffed on Rau's wrist communicator, "Destroy it."

"That sound… It can't be," Sabine said with disbelief as she heard a familiar sound from Rau's wrist communicator that she'd hoped that she would never hear again as she placed her hand on Rau's left pauldron, "Tristan, get out of there! Now!"

Ursa, Leto and Ara removed their helmets as they along with Tristan saw a burst of light come towards them with Ursa, Leto and Ara's eyes widening in shock.

"Mother? Tristan? Uncle Leto? Aunt Ara?" Sabine called out before they all heard an explosion in the distance.

"What is that?" Satele asked as she turned around towards the explosion that they all heard.

"No…" Sabine muttered, fearing for the worst as she placed her helmet back over her head before going to the epicenter of the explosion with her jetpack before Satele also placed her helmet back over her head as Rau, Janus and Bo-Katan began flying with Sabine to the epicenter of the explosion with their jetpacks.

"Let's go, Chop," Satele told Chopper as she moved her cape over her right shoulder before she activated her jetpack, flying with her fellow Mandalorians, boyfriend and sister as Chopper flew with them as he activated his rocket booster as Kanan rushed to his speeder bike with Alrich riding on the back of the bike.

Sabine removed her helmet as she landed at the epicenter and location of the battlefield that Ursa, Tristan, Ara and Leto were fighting Tiber Saxon and Rook Kast's forces at and saw the disintegrated bodies and damaged Beskar armor of Clans Wren and Qarl warriors.

"No. No," Sabine muttered to herself as she was clearly horrified and soon Satele, Janus, Rau and Bo-Katan landed on the battlefield.

"What happened here?" Satele asked as she removed her helmet.

"Where are the survivors of this battle, the wounded, the victors?" Bo-Katan asked as she removed her helmet as well.

"Yeah, there should be survivors of the battle here," Janus said, agreeing with Bo-Katan as he also removed his helmet.

"I see only the defeated," Alrich told them as he and Kanan arrived at the battlefield on the speeder bike.

"Beskar?" Satele muttered as she noticed the damaged armor and helmet of one of her fellow Clan Wren Mandalorian warriors, "Was this your weapon, Sabine? You told me that you destroyed it a month or so after we reunited when you admitted that was the main reason why you escaped the Imperial Academy."

"As did I, Satele," Alrich said, agreeing with his youngest daughter as Sabine got on her knees as she dropped her helmet in despair and began to cry over the body and armor of one of her, Satele, Janus and Alrich's fellow clan Wren Mandalorian warriors as everyone watched Sabine crying in despair as Rau now had his helmet removed from his head.
