"The secret to magic is imagination, and willpower, which most wizards have in their magical core, you have to tell the universe what you want to do, and you are able to do that by spells, the more advanced you become the more you can simply assert your will directly over the universe without wands or spells. Do you understand?"
Percy nodded.
"Now Percy, since you're the most powerful demigod that has ever walked the planet, you have more magic in your pinky than the strongest wizard has in his entire body, and your powers over water are legendary even among gods, you should be able to adapt quickly to magic"
Hecate was now staring at Percy with the intensity of a thousand suns trying to read Percy's reaction, she was apparently satisfied with what she saw as she continued teaching him the inner workings of magic.
"Let's start with every wizard's first spell, the levitating charm, simply say wingardium leviosa and imagine the object you want to levitate and it should levitate"
Percy took a deep breath and looked around before deciding to lift the coffee table. The exact pronunciation and history of the spell entered his mind.
"wingardium leviosa." Percy imagined the table floating like it was a furniture piece on the island of Ogiya and just like that the table started slowly floating.
After a few minutes, Percy started to grow tired of keeping the table in the air and it crashed into the ground, cracked the ground, and it sounded like someone had just dropped a flash bang.
"I am going to need a lot more practice if I want to annihilate the enemy." Percy frowned, he needed to get past the OWLs quickly if he ever wanted to start learning about more combat magic and start making spells for the upcoming war. The theory part of that was handled thanks to Hecate implanting all the knowledge that Percy would need but Percy needed to practice to make it effective.
"This was actually a very impressive display of power, the most powerful wizard couldn't lift a feather on his first try, you lifted a 6 kg coffee table, I increased its weight to 60kg and you still held up for much longer than expected."
"Wow." Percy suddenly gained a new respect for the wand in his hand, it was beginning to dawn on him at that moment just how many things he could do with this magical piece of wood.
Percy mastered potions, charms, and transfiguration in just two weeks. He already knew the spells, their functions, and their history, but now he needed to practice and learn their practical applications.
To fully understand the spells, he had to study how they worked in detail and get effective and fast invoking his knowledge.
Potions required a theoretical understanding of ingredients and how they interact, fortunately, Hecate had already given Percy this knowledge, and he enjoyed the subject.
Ancient Runes was pretty simple for Percy. He just had to carve runic words and symbols into the stone using an Iber pen. He already knew every symbol, and with his superhuman strength and great hand-eye coordination, he was able to master the subject in a day.
Arithmancy, the history of magic, and care of magical creatures were all theoretical subjects, and Percy was grateful to have received the knowledge from Hecate without having to learn it the hard way. In fact, he even started sacrificing entire pizzas to her as a thank-you for the god-given knowledge. Percy shuddered at the thought of just how difficult it would have been to learn these subjects without her help.
Percy really wanted to start duelling and move on to advanced combat spells, but first he had to build a strong foundation.
This wasn't just to pass his OWLs, but also so that he could create his own spells. The idea was exciting, and Percy's ADHD mind was going crazy with ideas. He had even come up with 35 different ways to become the number one arsonist!
"Go!"
Percy shouted "Fiendfyre!" and his wand immediately released a stream of white-hot fire that ignited the air. The flames took the form of a pegasus as it galloped into the forest, burning all plant life in its path. It then turned into a hellhound, consuming the evil fairies that wanted to bite Percy out of existence. Finally, it transformed into an Ophiotaurus and dove into the water. Percy willed the flames to dissipate, and some of the fire returned back to his wand.
Percy was now slightly panting, controlling fire was hard for the son of Poseidon. However, it was also incredibly rewarding. It seemed like an oxymoron - a son of the sea controlling fire - but Percy was able to do it, and he loved the feeling of being able to do so.
"That's enough for today," Hecate said cheerfully, she finished the marshmallows that she had somehow managed to cook in a violent life-consuming fire that was almost unstoppable, She was wearing a sundress that made Percy want to melt. She lopped her arms around him and they teleported back into the living room of Petrive Drive 3.
"It's night time and I am sure you can do astronomy on your own, I would help but there are some matters I need to attend to right now," Hecate said before she glowed an ominous purple, Percy averted his eyes as the living room was filled with a bright flash as Hecate flashed out to wherever she goes.
Percy looked at the clock.
10:23
Percy had to renew the mandrake leaf in his mouth in 7 mins. He had put that there so that he could get his animagus, which was basically an animal that Percy should be able to transform into effortlessly by the end of the month.
Percy started practising a few spells to pass the time, a very fun pastime.
"Confringo." the mug sitting on the coffee table blew up into a thousand pieces in a short-lived fiery inferno. Percy then willed the water in the air to concentrate into liquid catching every piece of shrapnel and then the water spread out into the shape of beautiful angel wings, the water angel wings glittered and Percy mentally pushed.
The angel wings let out all of the shrapnel into a watermelon sitting on the table and with pinpoint accuracy, every shrapnel piece hit the watermelon causing it to have more holes than cheese.
"Reparo." Percy imagined the mug fixed and just like that he had a normal cup filled with watermelon juice with no trace of the cup being shattered into a thousand pieces.
Percy drank from the cup.
"wingardium leviosa."
Astronomy books and a telescope followed him up the stairs as he went to the roof and smiled at the night sky, it was a clear night sky and Percy could see a million stars in the sky, it reminded him of the mansion of the night which had been mesmerizing now that the primordial goddess of the night wasn't trying to kill him. Good times.
Percy identified Sagittarius and was learning about its properties when something strange happened,he started to hear whispers.
Every star in the night sky seemed to have gotten closer to Percy and the whispers grew louder. Percy went to grab riptide but his hand fell limb as the stars in the sky turned into eyes.
Percy was struck in absolute terror, this was a godly influence on another level, like the sheer hopelessness he felt when Tartarus took a mortal body but the fear he felt fear was 100 times the intensity .
Giant eyes with dark pupils filled with hatred had replaced every star in the night sky and they glared at him like he was an insect on a cosmic level, all he could do right now was hear whispers but his mind could not comprehend them.
"kill."
"destroy."
"3 tyrants."
"Prodigal son."
"Footsteps."
The eyes started having rings full of eyes, the eyes were like those of warriors going to war, revolving around them.
Percy fell to his knees in abstract terror, he could feel blood running down his face and Percy dully noticed that he was crying blood.
The voices were loud now like the voice announcing the entering of the king into his court "Be not afraid!" the all-composing terror left Percy's body "For thou shalt be the bringer of fear into the hearts of thine enemies."
All of the eyes now getting closer like they were going to crash into him.
"The new light will guide you to the destroyer of destiny and thou shall follow its light."
Percy's consciousness left him with the scene of a billion eyes judging him from every angle of the universe.

"Percy."
Percy could feel an earthquake, which was weird since he was the son of the earth shaker.
"Percy."
He felt like he was in the middle of nowhere, he couldn't see anything.
"Wake up!"
Light suddenly assaulted Percy's eyes and he groaned trying to block the light from his eyes, he hit something hard.
"Ah!"
Percy blinked, his eyes adjusted to the light and he saw Harry and Hecate looking down at him with the sun glaring into his eyes.
"What happened?"
"You're a wizard," Harry said with a smile on his face, Percy was reminded of Nico when he first met the then go happy mythomagic playing kid.
"Hecate!" Percy hissed "I thought magical Britan was supposed to be a secret!"
Hecate raised an elegant eyebrow, her wand was emitting a violet glow on the roof.
"It is, Harry here is already a wizard, in fact, he is the toddler who killed Voldemort, he's also a student at Hogwarts."
Percy just blinked at her and then turned to Harry "You're a wizard, Harry."
Harry smiled like he had just heard an inside joke "words that changed my life."
"That's cool," Percy said getting up, "What am I doing here?"
"I was hoping you could answer that, I checked the entire house, and there are no traces of anyone being here other than you and me last night."
Memories of whispers and eyes entered his mind and he almost collapsed, thankfully his reflexes were able to stabilize him.
"Weird dream, I'll tell you about it later," Percy muttered.
"Hey, the good news is that you're a wizard!" Harry said with an excited smile. "And you're joining Hogwarts."
"Yes and today is the day of your OWL examination, I figured you can take them all in one day." Hecate added oh so casually.
Harry and Percy stared at her. Harry turned to Percy with a sympathetic stare
"You're screwed."
-x-x-
"That wasn't too bad," Percy said, he had just completed his last exam, astronomy. His OWLs had gone better than expected, he had used a few new spells that Hecate had taught him so he had left the jaws of every examiner on the floor for his practicals and his written exams were even better since he knew all the information, plus Hecate had given him a magic quill that allowed him to write fast and neatly, and glasses that bypassed his dyslexia by turning the writing to greek, his dyslexia had gotten better but nonetheless it was still much easier to read in ancient greek.
"Great job," Hecate said with a grin and a glint in her eyes that promised mischief. "We should celebrate."
Before Percy could object, he found himself gazing at the London skyline while wearing a suit.
"Did you just change my clothes?" Percy asked, surprised.
"Yes," Hecate replied. "And now, let's get excited, this is the best pub in the country." She was wearing a long dress with slits up the sides, revealing most of her legs.
"Close your mouth, dear," Hecate said with an amused smirk. They walked into the fancy club, which had a lot of strong alcohol and two beautiful godlings who were very attracted to each other.

Percy was awoken by a loud thunderclap. He buried himself deeper under his blankets, wrapping his arms tighter around the body next to him. Suddenly, he realized there was a head resting on his biceps and a naked body pressed against his own naked body.
Memories of the previous night flooded into his mind– he remembered drinking too much champagne and being all over the goddess of magic, Hecate.
"Morning, lover boy," Hecate said with a smile, snapping Percy out of his thoughts.
"Enjoyed last night?" Percy asked in a sleepy voice, gazing into her mesmerizing purple eyes. He wasn't sure how he wasn't freaking out, but he assumed Hecate was using her powers to keep him calm.
Hecate simply buried her face in Percy's chest and they lay there in comfortable silence for a few blissful moments.
"I just slept with a goddess," Percy suddenly realized.
"And I slept with the great hero of Olympus," Hecate said cheerfully as if she had won some kind of prize. "You're good, are you sure it was your first time?"
"Y-yeah," Percy stuttered, his mind starting to clear and the reality of the situation sinking in.
"I am the only goddess who has managed to bed the greatest hero Olympus has ever seen," Hecate said with a proud grin. "I'm going to brag about this for eternity."
"Please don't tell me I'm going to be a dad," Percy interrupted, his voice laced with barely-contained panic.
"Don't worry," Hecate reassured him. "As a titan by birthright and the goddess of magic, I have much better control over my womb than the average goddess. Though you were making it very tempting to give you a child," she added with a wicked smirk that made Percy want to do many things.
"That's a relief, I guess," Percy said with a smile. It felt great to have just slept with a hot goddess for his first time.
"I wish I could stay here for the rest of the day, but I need to teach you how to make your own spells and advanced combat magic," Hecate said.
"I'm sure you can make it rewarding," Percy said, embracing the situation and making the best of it.
Percy pulled Hecate onto him, who let out a squeak before pressing her forehead against his. "I like the way you think," she said.
Percy had no difficulty learning that day.
-x-x-
Percy was bored, he had the day off. Hecate had some work to do in Olympus- namely, bragging about being the first goddess to bed the hero of Olympus. Percy wasn't sure how to feel about that but decided that if an actual goddess was bragging about sleeping with him, he should be proud.
Hecate and Percy weren't in a relationship, though Percy thought he could start one if he tried hard enough, however, he was still hesitant about the whole "goddess and mortal" thing. Hecate seemed happy either way, as long as they continued what they were doing,. Percy had discussed this with her – his mother had raised him to be a gentleman. Of course, his mother couldn't scold him for premarital sex, that would be hypocrisy.
Percy had spent the morning reading a book on dark and dangerous potions from the library of Atlantis and brewing a draught of living death, which was just a fancy name for a strong sleeping potion.
He could have continued reading or making more potions, but he was exhausted from all the magic work and decided to go outside.
As luck would have it, he found Harry in the garden, cutting the grass. Percy and Harry had grown closer over the summer since Harry was the only sane person in all of Little Whining. They bonded over pranking the Dursleys and making their lives a living hell. Percy got a lot of enjoyment out of these subtle pranks, and the Dursleys never noticed or blamed Harry for them.
Percy had also been feeding Harry, who was only 14 and had an appetite similar to a mini elephant. Percy remembered having a similar appetite when he was that age, and now he had the appetite of a fully grown elephant, so when Harry mentioned the new diet he was being forced to follow because of Dudley, Percy decided to have at least one meal a day with the kid, - basically, when Hecate wasn't around.
Percy chuckled as he approached Harry. "Harry, I'm surprised to see you out here. I didn't think you'd be gardening first thing in the morning."
"First thing? It's almost noon," Harry replied.
Percy scratched his cheek and gave a nervous chuckle. "I, ah, I'm not the best with time."
Harry smiled. "Well, to answer your question, my dear aunt Petunia asked me to attend to the garden. She gives me chores to do, and I sort of have to do them."
"Chores in summer? And you British call us uncultured," Percy said with a laugh. He looked around and saw that they were the only ones outside. He turned to Harry and smiled. "Need some help?"
Harry blinked in surprise. "What? Oh, no, I couldn't possibly ask you to do this."
"Oh, relax Harry. It won't take a second," Percy said, whipping out his wand. He waved a basic herbology weeding spell but overpowered it so that every weed in the garden and a small rose bush disappeared in a puff of smoke.
Harry blinked in amazement. "I'm really happy you're a wizard."
"Me too, kid," Percy said with a chuckle. "It's lunchtime. Want to grab some McDonald's?"
"God, yes," Harry said excitedly, following their usual routine as they headed to the city center.
"Tell me about Hogwarts," Percy said as they walked. "I'll be attending 7th year."
Harry smiled, and Percy felt like he had just asked Annabeth about a book she had read. "It's amazing. I don't want to spoil too much, but the staircases move. You'll be sorted into a house, which is like your family. They share most of your characteristics and you should get along well. Gryffindor is the house of brave and bold. Ravenclaw is the house of the smart and wise. Hufflepuff is the house of loyal and hardworking. And Slytherin," Harry paused at the name and a frown etched itself on his face, "is the house of the ambitious and cunning. You don't want to go into that house."
Percy was going to comment on the hostility in Harry's voice but he heard rustling and went for the riptide, but then remembered his company and with a flick of his hand, his wand was in his hands.
"Something's in the bushes," Percy said with a glare at the little garden of bushes beside the lake.
Percy then noticed the wood in the lake moving and flicked his wand, the wood sprouted out of the water and the wood turned to look into a menacing crocodile.
"A Dugbog!" Harry gasped, "One had gotten into the great lake near Hogwarts last year and Hagrid had shown them to us, they are relatively peaceful but do attack sometimes."
Percy guessed the mist worked on wizards because all he could see was a crocodile the size of a tree with bronze metal for the skin and eyes of a monster.
"I'll take care of it, you should go wait at McDonald's, if I don't come in 5 minutes you can come with your wand." Percy gave his best reassuring grin, he had practiced from bringing a lot of new demigods to camp, he knew Harry's type and if he hadn't given him the option to come back again then he would have stuck around.
Harry just gave a hesitant nod and carefully ran towards the city center.
"Confringo."
The azure beam struck the crocodile's tail, causing it to detonate in a burst of energy. The crocodile emitted a fierce hiss before launching itself at Percy with sluggish movements. Tendrils of water ensnared the creature, dragging it down to the depths beneath. Percy quickly transformed it into a rat, the small lungs of the rodent would not allow it to survive for long underwater.
Percy caught up with Harry.
"I almost got worried there," Harry said, relieved to see the older Wizard.
"I specialize in combat magic and monster hunting, it was actually a pretty easy monster to beat." Percy replied with a shrug.
Harry nodded and put in the information for later, maybe one day he would gather the courage to ask the wizard to tutor him in defence against the dark arts, he could use it against Voldermort or whatever other problems that would come up at his year in Hogwarts, but he felt better with Percy at Hogwarts even if it was for only a year, he seemed fun, responsible and powerful, it had taken Professor McGonagall an entire day to get rid of the dugbog and Percy had done it in a few minutes.
Percy looked at the date displayed on the screen, "19 days to my birthday", counting down to his birthday was a habit he had picked up over the summer before the 2nd Titan war.
Harry looked at where Percy was looking, "Tomorrow is my birthday!" He realized.
Percy blinked, "Tomorrow is your birthday?"
"Yeah." Harry blushed in embarrassment, how had he forgotten his own birthday? Normal people like Percy counted down a month before their birthdays!
"Well, why didn't you tell me before, now I need to get you a gift at the last second."
"You really don't have to."
"Oh shush, you're a friend, I am getting you a gift," Percy said with a grin and Harry grinned back at him.
'Yeah,' harry thought, 'This year had no chance of being bad with Percy around' the 14-year-old thought naively.

"Here is the solution," Hectate said, before Percy could even open his mouth, handing Percy a bead similar to the one on his camp necklace. "I knew that monsters would eventually come for you, so I have found a way to conceal your scent. No concealment charm is capable of hiding something as potent as a Demigod's scent, which is essentially a part of the Demigod. However, since you are a very strong Demigod, you should be able to control it, the bead cannot hide your scent, but it can store it in your wand and sword so that you're not a beacon for all monsters."
Percy took the bead - a green one showing seven heroes with Percy holding the Riptide at the lead and the earth mother towering above them like an unstoppable threat that they had stopped - and began adding it to his necklace.
"Why can't we do this to every demigod, it would save us a lot of trauma," Percy asked.
"This would kill a weaker demigod since it has mine and Poseidon's powers mixed into it and there needs to be an intense relationship between the god and the demigod, in this case, parent and child, and goddess and demigod, in this case, lovers, "She added the last part with a smirk and an adorable look that made Percy want to melt into a puddle.
"Just so you know, You are awesome."
-x-x-
"Percy!" Hectate had barged into his room and rudely woke Percy up.
"Let me sleep." Percy muttered sleepily as he buried himself in his blankets, the curse of Achilles had a residual effect on him, he was stronger and his skin was impenetrable to most things but he also needed 8 hours of sleep to function. Coffee did NOT help at all.
"Your OWLs came in." and just like that Percy was awake and had snatched the letter out of Hecate's hand.

Percy's eyes bulged out, it felt good to get great results in academics. He had gotten Hecate's help but it was still amazing to be this good.
Hecate read the results over his shoulder, "Congratulations, you did very well."
"Thanks, couldn't have done it without you, the entirety of theory is thanks to you." Percy acknowledged, he felt very grateful towards the goddess, he would have taken the rest of the year if it weren't for her mind implantations.
"You can thank me later," the goddess chuckled, "plus now that OWls have been taken care of, we can focus on combat magic plus some useful advanced magic, and I can start giving you little side quests."
Percy smiled, he was going to make sure Voldermort and Death eaters knew the meaning of fear.

Harry was jolted out of the book about magical animals that Hagrid had given him when a blue cake floated into his room.
"Happy birthday Harry!" Percy said jumping into his room with a THUD!
Percy put a silencing charm over Harry's door so as to not wake up the other Dursleys and ruin the young boy's 14th birthday.
Harry gave an excited smile, "Is that cake?"
"Yeah, and it's almost 12 soo." Percy flicked his wand and used a non-verbal fire whip to light the candles "Make a wish!"
"MY BED IS ON FIRE!"
Percy gave Harry a sheepish smile and doused with bed with water and reparoed it back to normal.
"Sorry! I just learn that spell and really wanted to use it though it seems I need to practice control." Percy wasn't sure how to control a magic fire whip and his main problem was to control the amount of power he used which he was still not able to do, the side effect of trying to master his power to the max for the last 6 years is that he knew how to overpower a spell but not how to limit it.
"Your absolutely bonkers mate!" Harry said with a smile on his face. He blew out the candle and Percy gave him his gift, it was a dagger.
"I am new to this country, is it legal to give kids weapons?"
Harry took a second out of admiring his gift, "if it's legal in America I am moving there."
They both chuckled, "It is just a normal dragger I got from a muggle shop but I enhanced it a bit, it should be able to break through a shielding charm and go block most spells."
"Best gift ever," Harry said before giving Percy a hug.
They talked for a while longer and Harry was very impressed with his OWL scores, Percy agreed to help him with subjects if he needed it.
Harry got other gifts and letters from all of his friends and Percy gave him a defense against the dark arts book from Hecate's side even though Percy was the one who choose and bought it, that Harry seemed to like more than the dagger and let the boy enjoy the rest of his day.

"The Weasleys are here to take me,"
"Well, I guess I'll see you at Hogwarts," Percy said, waving to the family of redheads, there were the twins that reminded him of the Stolls, like that one time the Aphrodite cabin dyed their hair pink for switching their lipstick with Gorilla glue.
There was a boy about Harry's age, Ron if he remembered correctly, who was tall for his age, and their father who had a twinkle in his eyes, the same one his mom had when he came back from camp and had a fresh batch of blue cookies to be sacrificed to the black hole in Percy's stomach.
"It was nice having you as a friend here, made the place bearable, dare I say even fun," Harry said and gave the older wizard a hug.
"Oh, I wouldn't say that," Hecate said from behind him, she was wearing a simple bathrobe like if she had just come out of the shower, and she was holding two golden tickets, "I heard you got tickets and I haven't been to a quidditch world come in a long time."
"I thought they ran out of tickets?"
"They did."
Harry just rolled his eyes, "see you at the field then?"
"I will try," Percy promised, "but from what I heard we won't have space to see our own feet."
"I am sure we will find a way." Percy and Harry chuckled and Percy bid him farewell.
"I have a mission for you," Hecate said when the door closed.
"Go on." Percy was now giving her his full attention.
"I want you to prove Sirius Black's innocence on the account of serving Voldermort and mass murder. I also need you to befriend a few people in the Ministry and start setting up an information network, a lot of death eaters were not put into Azkaban because of their family connections and I want you to make sure they aren't a problem. Do as you must to make sure of it."
