"Film?" Dash asks, waving a hoof in front of the stallion. He has his head resting on his hoof, which is resting on the booth table in the dinner. He was mindlessly slurping up his chocolate smoothie as he stairs blankly at the ceiling. Fluttershy sitting next to him with a worried expression on her face. "FILM!" Dash yells in his ears. Film jumps as he covers his ears with his hoofs.

"What was that for?" Film says, rubbing his ears.

"You just spaced off on us," Dash says, sitting back down in her seat across from him.

"Oh! Sorry about that," Film responds, sitting up straight. "I was just thinking…" Film trails off.

"Are you still regretting saying no to Clear Skies?" Dash asks, slightly annoyed.

"No, not really," Film replies. "It's just.." Film trails off as he looks down at the table.

"Go on," Fluttershy gently edges him on.

"It just feels like everypony has a pony."

"You feel left out?" Fluttershy asks.

"Ya," Film replies.

"Pphhhhsss.." Dash says, leaning back and crossing her hoofs over her chest. "You don't need a mare. You are cool the way you are," Film's ears perk up as he looks over at Dash.

"Ya think?"

"I don't think, I know," Dash replies. "Just look at me, no stallion to hold me down. And I'm still amazing,"

"Ya… ya! You're right," Film says more confidently. "I shouldn't rush it, the right mare will come along," Film leans back and mimics Dash's chill look. "Until then I won't let it bother me,"

"Not what I meant, but that works," Dash says with a light chukel. Dash looks over at Fluttershy who looks back at her. Dash knobs to her. Fluttershy looks away worried before gulping down her fear and turning towards Film.

"F-film?" Fluttershy stutters out as her heart starts to race. Film looks over at Fluttershy in slight confusions.

"Ya Flutters?"

"C-could you.. I mean.. W-would you…. Never mind.." Fluttershy says, her face bright red as she turns away. Dash face hoofs as Film's jaw drops slightly before a small smile forms on his face.

"Are you asking me to prom?" Film asks. Fluttershy, without turning around, nods yes. Film's smile widens into a full grin from ear to ear. "Of course I would," Film finally replies. Fluttershy lets out a little squeak before turning to face Film.

"R-really?" Fluttershy asks.

"Ya," Film replies. "And to show you how much I mean," Film says as his face turns a light red. He gently grabs her head and locks lips with her. Fluttershy lets out a surprised squeak as Film sloppily kisses her. Dash gags as Film separates from her. Fluttershy looking at Film with surprise on her face. Her face burned bright red like a star.

"Did you have to do that?" Dash asks, resting her head on her hoof as she places her elbow on the table.

"What? You don't like kissing?" Film asks, turning to Dash. Film puts his arm around Fluttershy's back. She smiles as she nuzzles into him.

"It was just unnecessary," Dash replies back.

"I'm home!" Film yells out as he walks into the house. He places his bag at the door as he sniffs the air. "Pizza?!" He says out loud as he walks into the kitchen. Avi had just put a pizza into the oven as Film walked in. Sitting on the table is a medium-sized bell pepper pizza.

"Yep, mom's going to be a little late," Avi says, turning around as Film walks up to him.

"I didn't know you could cook," Film says as the two hug.

"I haven't cooked for about as long as you have been alive," Avi responds as the two nuzzle into each other's necks. "How was school?" He asks as the two separate.

Film groans as he rolls his eyes. "School was slower than normal," Film turns to walk away.

"Assembly?" Avi asks. Film knobs yes as he disappears down the hallway. "I always hated those," Avi whispers to himself as the door opens again.

"I'm home!" Acid Flask yells out as he places his bag next to Film's. He also sniffs the air as it dawns on him. "Pizza?!" Avi lets out a quiet laugh as Acid walks into the kitchen. "Hi dad, where's mom?" He asks as he walks up to Avi.

"Still at work, she is going to be a little late for dinner," Avi says as the two hug. Avi places his head on top of Acid's spiky hair as he rubs the back of Acid's neck. Simultaneously, the two ponie's faces turn into confusion as they smell a light burning in the air.

"Sugar High In Treasure!" Avi yells as he rushes to the oven and quickly, but carefully pulls out the pizza. Acid laughs at his dad as Avi places down the pizza on the counter and spits out the mouth mit.

"What's so funny?" Avi asks, turning to look at Acid.

"You have some very creative ways at not saying curse words while also saying them,"

"Wwwhhhaaattt?" Avi stretches out the word in sarcasm.

"You just said.."

"Don't you have homework?" Avi interjects. Acid rolls his eyes as he walks out of the kitchen and down the halfway. Avi sighs as he goes back to his pizzas.

Acid walks into the bedroom as Film digs through the closet. Acid closes the door as he walks over to the closet. He tilts his head in confusion as a small smile forms on his face. He looks into the closet to see Film trying on a black tuxedo. Film turns his head slightly as he looks into the mirror at the end of the walk in closet. He looks up to see Acid behind him before turning around to face his brother.

"There is no way," Acid says in disbelief.

"Fluttershy asked me out," Film says, a big smile on his face. Every word dripped with happiness in his voice.

"The shy one?" Acid asks in even more disbelief. Film knobs before turning back around to look at the mirror. "Honestly, I thought you would have asked out Dash," Film scoffs at Acid's remark.

"She's a loyal friend," Film says, turning back to look at Acid. "But she has to big of an ego for me,"

"A big ego?" Acid asks. Looking at him with that look one gives when they have said something ironic.

"Don't look at me like that," Film says as he unbuttons the tuxedo.

"You two would have been great," Acid says, walking over to him as he hangs the tuxedo back up. "You both like flying, you both brag about it,"

"I don't do stupied stunts that get me in the hospital," Film shoots back.

"Ok, ok," Acid chuckles, raising a hoof in defense.

"Pizzas are ready!" Avi yells from the kitchen. The two stallions look at each other before walking out of the closet and towards the door. Acid stops right when Film retches the door. Film opens the door and looks back.

"Film," Acid wispears as he walks up to him. "No matter how much I bug you, I'm glad you found somepony," Acid says before walking past. Film smiles as he follows Acid down the hallway.

(Time Skip)

Film walks into the hotel wearing a black tuxedo. His hair combed nicely back, still spyking down his neck. He is greeted by a stallion pegasus at the front desk. "Good afternoon," Film says as he walks up to the stallion.

"Good afternoon, here for the Cloudsdale Prom?" Film knobs yes. "First double doors on your left," The stallion says as he points down the hallway to Film's left.

"Thanks," Film says as he walks away and down the hallway. He combs his hoof threw his hair, causing it to flatten a bit before popping back up. He takes a deep breath in as his heart starts to race. He slowly lets it out as he looks at the double doors. Right above the door was a banner that says Cloudsdale Star Night Prom in bright white letters with a night sky background. The music from inside barely makes its way to his ears.

"Here goes nothing," Film says as he opens the door. He walks in as his senses are overloaded by sights and sounds. The music pounds against his head as the flashing lights bombarded his eyes in the dimly lit room. In the center of the room was a dancefloor with changing colors with a DJ pony at the turn table. He steps away from the door to let himself get used to the room. He squints and looks around, reconsing many faces, but none of them Fluttershy or Dash.

"Where are they?" Film asks as the door opens again, letting a blinding flash of light blind him again for a moment. Film looks over to see a slightly shorter than him mare pegasus. Her fur was bright pink with blue zebra-like stripes going down her leg. Her muzzle was a bit more stallion with her eyes being bright orange. Her hair, which was up in a bun in the back and a mess in the front, was a duler pink then her fur with blue stripes through it.

Her dress is a night time blue with lighter blues streck in it. Her dress looks silky soft and covers most of her body. The two make eye contact. In the back of Film's head, something was off about the pegasus. "Not to be rude, but I've never seen you around Cloudsdale High School before?" Film says as the mare also walks out of the way of the door.

"Of course you haven't," The mare squeeks out in a very gravely but still girly voice. Sounding almost like Rainbow Dash if she had gone through stallion puberty. "I moved here about three weeks ago,"

"Hu.." Film responds in slight confusion. He couldn't put his hoof on it, but something was wrong with that mare.

"Hope you have a good night Film," She says before walking away. Film stands there watching her until she is lost into the crowd of ponies. It then dawns on him he never said his name to her.

"How the heck?" Film thinks to himself, but shakes it off. He has more important things to worry about. He starts wandering around to try and find Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. He walks around the room looking for his friends, but after a bit he makes his way over to the corner with the punch.

He takes a cup and fills it up with some of the red punch before taking a sip from the cup. He turns around and looks back into the crowd of dancing ponies. No sign of Rainbow Dash or Fluttershy in sight. He sighs to himself as he takes another drink from his cup.

"Where are they? What happened to them?" Film thinks, starting to now worry for his friends. "Dash can handle herself, but Fluttershy.. Maybe she backed out?" Film thinks before shaking the thought out of his head. "No, she would never do that,"

He takes another sip as he notices the mare from earlier now getting her own punch. Film looks around to see she was alone, no sign of a stallion or even a group of mares with her. "She really is new," Film thinks before walking over to her.

"Hey," Film says, slightly surprising the mare. "Oh! Sorry," Film responds in embarrassment.

"That's ok," She says, grabbing her cup.

"I never got your name," Film says before taking a sip of his cup. The mare takes a long sip of her drinks as her eyes look around the room.

"I'm Cilka Fads," Clika responds.

"Hu.. interesting name," Film replies.

"Ya, that's what everyone says," Clika responds.

"Do you have anyone here with you?" Film asks.

"No,"

"You do now," Film says, putting down the cup and extending his hoof out to her. She looks at it and backs up at him.

"I couldn't," She replies. "Don't you have a mare with you?"

"She's not here," Film replies, slightly dejected.

"What?!" Clika yells as her voice cracks. Good thing the music was loud. Film lowered his hoof as it was getting tired. "How could a mare just not show up with a stallion like you?" Film looks at her in confusion as he doesn't know if he should feel offended for Fluttershy or flattered he was just called hot.

"There's definitely a good reason for it," Film responds. "I hope," He thinks as he extends his hoof again. "Again, do you want me to accompany you?" She looks up at him as a small smile forms on her face.

"That would be nice," She throws away her cup as Film does the same before the two shake hoofs.

(Time Skip)

"What did the pony say when she fell down?" Clika asks as she and Film walk out of the hotel. Other ponies follow them out.

"What?" Film asks, still laughing from the last joke.

"I've fallen and I can't giddyup!" Calika says, laughing at her own joke. Film chuckles at the slightly weak joke. Calika looks up at the moon up in the sky. Film looks at her, still something about her bothers him. The way she looks up at the moon feels very familiar to him.

"I guess I'll see you at school?" Film asks.

"Hm.." Calika says, looking back at Film. "Oh! Ya, I'll see you later," She slightly rushes the words out of her mouth. Film turns around and starts walking away as Calika walks the other way. He looks over his shoulder to see her slip behind the hotel.

He raises an eyebrow as he stops. He looks down at the ground as he hesitates for a second. "I should make sure she's ok," Film thinks as he quickly runs over to the side of the building. He slows down and peeks his eyes around the corner. His eyes widened in shock. Undressing from the dress, out steps a very red body with an orange flask cutie mark.

"Acid!" Film thinks in surprise as he tries to comprehend what happened. "What the hay!" Acid wipes off the die from his body before taking the bun out of his hair and combing his hoof threw his hair to spike it back up.

"Note to self, if I ever do that again, don't come in at the same time as Film," Acid thinks out loud as he stands up. Film smiles as an idea comes to his mind.

"Didn't take you as trans," Film says as he walks around the corner. Acid screams in the high pitched tone he had used to mask his voice.

"F-film!" Acid replies. Film's smile only gets wider at his brother's embarrassment.

"Or somepony to break gender norms," Film replies, walking closer to Acid, who starts backing up.

"F-film hear m-me out," Acid says as his brother stops walking towards him.

"I'm listening," Film says, with the biggest grin on his face.

"I just wanted to m-make sure F-fluttershy showed up," Acid starts explaining.

"Do you not trust her?" Film asks, raising an eyebrow.

"N-no," Acid says, looking away in shame. "I just wanted to make sure you were ok,"

"Why wouldn't I be?"

"Oh! I don't know," Acid replies. "Being bullied and harassed to the point of depresion sounds kind of bad," Film's smile fades away. The two stand there in silence as the wind blows past them, messing up their manes.

"Does mom or dad know?"

"No,"

"Then you better get home before they do," Film replies with a small smile as he turns around. Acid smiles as he watches his brother take off into the air before turning and running towards his home.
