It had been almost 2 years since the wedding. They were the best two years of Luffy's life. He had sailed around the world and met tons of people. His favorite island that they visited was Little Garden he was amazed by how cool the Giants were. The most notable was Coby a shy kid he ran into on an island who ended up becoming a marine on Gramp's ship. When Grandpa couldn't train him at sea cause he had to do marine business he was left with Rayleigh. As a consequence Rayleigh ended up training Luffy as well. The 2 years sailing the seas had given Luffy great control over his haki and devil fruit powers. But the best part of the 2 years was the moments he shared with Nami. He called her every day to tell her about his adventures when he couldn't see her in person and Nami listened intently. In a couple of days, the ship they were on would reach Foosha village. Nami split her time between Cocoyashi and Foosha village. Traveling between the islands when they had time was one of Luffy's favorite memories with Nami. And soon he would be traveling with Nami every single day.
A/N: In terms of strength Luffy has gears 2,3, and 4 as well as the ability to use all 3 forms of haki. He doesn't have advanced haki yet. To me, it makes sense because he would've seen Garp using Soru and stuff while traveling with him, along with the fact he saw the giants already so he has the inspiration needed for gears 2 and 3. Plus he trained for 2 years under Rayleigh and was able to use Gear 4 and his haki properly under him. So that's why I'm giving him the ability to use those abilities. But he is weaker than his Dressrosa self cause he hasn't developed physically enough. But I do have a dilemma I wanna continue this story with OnePiece's story + obvious additions but I don't know if I should continue it under this fanfic or make a sequel pic separate from this. You tell me.
