Hey guys

I bet you weren't expecting another update this soon. Well due to the lockdown in Britain because of obvious reasons, I've had a lot of time on my hands but don't always expect a quick update like today.

Chapter 23

1 month later

After the finding out what the second task was Harry and the girls got closer. Gabrielle was ecstatic to hear that they were all together. Fleur hadn't told them about the bond yet as she wanted to wait until the year was over. Harry was sitting in the great hall thinking about the second task.

'What have they taken?' Harry thought.

"Hey Harry." Fleur said.

"Hey Fleur." Harry said.

"Have you seen Gabby?" Fleur asked.

"I haven't seen her today. I haven't even seen Raven today." Harry said.

"That's strange." Fleur said and Harry figured it out.

"Those bastards. The second task." Harry said.

"They wouldn't. What are they thinking? Veela and water don't mix. To top it all off, Merpeople are down there." Fleur said.

The bell then rung.

"Time to go." Harry said.

10 minutes later

"Welcome to the second task. Last night a treasure of sorts was stolen from each of our champions which lie somewhere in the bottom of the black lake. The champions are required to find their treasure and return to the surface. They will have one hour to do so and only one hour. They may begin at the sound of the cannon." Dumbledore said.

Harry grabbed Fleur's hand.

"She'll be alright. I'll make sure of it." Harry said and Fleur smiled.

The cannon fired. Everyone but Harry activated charms. They jumped in and Harry inhaled and followed suit. He tried to sense where the hostages were but he couldn't find their energy. Harry saw Fleur swimming towards the bottom of the lake. He decided to look in another direction. He swam in the opposite direction of where Fleur was going but after searching around that direction he went to find Fleur only to find some Grindylows near the large seaweeds. They spotted him and swam to him fast.

Harry fired a spell at them and they swam away Harry could sense Fleur's energy back on the surface.

'Great.' Harry thought as he swam through the seaweed.

Harry come across some ruins and saw some figures. Merpeople swam around the ruins as he swam towards the hostages. The hostages were Raven, Gabrielle, Hermione and Cho. Harry saw some of them floating around Gabrielle.

"Veela." A Mermish woman said holding to tip of her spear against her neck.

'If you value your life you better leave her alone.' Harry said telepathically.

The Mermish looked at him and pointed their spears at him.

"Don't not interfere creature. This is between the Merpeople and Veela." The Mermish woman said.

'That Veela happens to be a friend of mine. I think of her as a little sister. I will kill all of you if try to harm her.' Harry said.

"You will die along with the girl if you even try something. Take your hostage and go." The woman said.

Harry powered up and sent out a massive ripple throughout the surface. The Merpeople were terrified at the sudden increase of power. He grabbed one of them by the neck and crushed it.

'Who's next?' Harry asked looking around.

They swam away in fear. Harry smiled as he as he release Raven and Gabrielle from their binds. He saw Viktor swimming towards him. His entire head was transfigured into a shark. Harry knew he was here for Hermione. He grabbed Raven and Gabrielle and swam towards the surface. Then a bunch of Grindylows attacked them. Harry sent out a burst of energy forcing them to back off. He swam up to the surface. As soon as they did, Raven and Gabrielle woke up and coughed up water as Harry brought them up to the podium. Fleur ran to them and pulled the three of them into a hug. Harry stood up and saw Crouch walking up to them.

"Congratulation Mr Son." Crouch said.

Harry grabbed him by his shirt and slammed him against the railing.

"Do you know the relations between Veela and the Merpeople?" Harry asked.

"Yes. They're enemies." Crouch said.

"THEN WHY WAS GABBY, FLEUR'S HOSTAGE IF YOU KNEW THAT!?" Harry shouted.

"M-M-M-Mr Son, c-c-c-c-calm d-d-down. They're ok." Crouch said stuttering.

Cedric and Viktor came up from the surface with their hostages and saw what was happening.

"I SAW THEM POINTING THEIR SPEARS AT GABBY'S NECK! THEY WERE GOING TO KILL HER!" Harry said as his eyes turned blood red.

Harry clenched his fist and raised it. Crouch braced himself for the punch. Goku grabbed Harry's wrist stopping him.

"Harry calm down. Let him go." Goku said.

Harry didn't listen and Goku got him off of Crouch. Harry screamed he started to transform.

"Come on everyone. We need to leave now." Dumbledore said.

Everyone evacuated the podium as Harry's skin changed colour and grew larger.

"Lily go get out of here." Goku said grabbing Harry.

Goku flew away with Harry in his arms. Harry struggled in his arm delivered a blow to Goku's stomach with his elbow. Goku lost his grip and Harry flew into the lake. Goku went in to get him. He saw Harry thrashing about in the water. Harry roared as his wings appeared.

'I hope everyone is away safe.' Goku thought.

Meanwhile

"What is going on Albus?" Crouch asked.

Then Crouch saw Harry in his dragon form towering above the lake.

"Dragon!" A student shouted.

"I'm calling the aurors and dragon handlers." Crouch said.

"They won't help." Dumbledore said.

"They're trained. I'm pretty sure they'll be fine." Crouch said and Dumbledore sighed.

Harry roared and breathed out fire in the sky. Harry looked towards the castle and flew towards it.

"We got a problem." Lily said.

"He's coming towards us. Everyone inside." Mcgonagall said as the students ran in.

As Harry got closer. Aurors arrived.

"That is a big dragon." One of the aurors said.

"It's coming towards." Another auror said.

"Amelia." Lily said.

"What's happening? Why has Harry transformed?" Amelia asked.

"The second task. Gabby was hostage and Merpeople were down there." Lily said.

"I swear the tournament officials are just a bunch of idiots." Amelia said.

"Boss, it's coming this way." Auror 3 said.

Then the dragon handlers arrived.

"Where is the dragon?" One of them asked.

The aurors pointed at Harry. The handlers looked at him and if they were in a cartoon their jaws would've dropped to the ground.

"You seriously don't expect us to capture a grand elder dragon do you?" The head handler asked.

"Grand elder dragon?" Auror 1 asked.

"They're the origin of all dragons." The head handler said.

"Move!" Amelia shouted.

They dodged Harry's flames and he landed on the ground.

"How are we supposed to take that thing down?" Auror 2 asked.

Then Goku flew grabbed Harry's tail and pulled him away from the castle.

"Get out of here! Kaio ken!" Goku shouted.

"Holy shit." Everyone but Amelia and Lily exclaimed.

Then Minister Fudge arrived.

"Minister. Why are you here? It's not safe." Auror 3 said.

"Is that the creature that's attacking?" Fudge asked.

Lily clenched her fist and glared at him. She felt familiar energies coming. She looked up and saw Vegeta and everyone else who was here last time.

"What happened now Kakarot?" Vegeta asked.

"I'll explain later. Krillin. I need you to use solar flare on him again. Like last time." Goku said.

"Just get me an opening." Krillin said tossing Goku sunglasses.

Then a wall of fire formed around Harry's entire body. Everyone tried to get close but the fire was too hot.

"How are we suppose we get past that?" Gohan asked.

"Down there. The Atlanteans." Goku said.

They landed in from of them.

"Acacius. Just the man we need." Goku said.

"What's going on?" Acacius asked.

"Can Atlanteans move water?" Goku asked.

"We can manipulate the temperature but as for moving it, I'm afraid I can't help you there." Acacius said.

"Damn. How are we supposed to get Harry to go into the water?" Goten asked.

"Goku!" Lily shouted.

"Lily what are you doing?" Goku asked.

"I've been practicing with my water magic. I can move it but I can't do it for long. I'm not skilled with it as Harry is." Lily said.

"We'll have to stun him in order for the water hit him." Gohan said.

"Let's do it." Goku said.

Everyone but Lily flew towards Harry dodging his fire breath.

"Gohan, Goten. We'll use our Kamehameha at Harry to stun him. After Lily uses her water magic get a hold of him." Goku said.

"Got it." Gohan/Goten said.

Trunks flew in front of Harry's face and taunted him.

"Come on Harry. Give us your best shot." Trunks said.

Harry roared as he tried to grab Trunks.

"Acacius make sure that water is really cold to dowse that fire." Lily said and he nodded.

"Kamehameha!" Goku/Gohan/Goten shouted as they fired the attack at Harry.

Harry roared in pain and was stunned. Lily's hand glowed blue and the water behind her moved and flew over her head. The water hit Harry's fire wall and was extinguished.

"Kaio ken times 10!" Goku shouted.

Krillin flew to Harry's face.

"Solar flare!" Krillin shouted.

Harry was blinded by the light. Trunks and Vegeta grabbed his head and Goku knocked him out. Harry fell to the floor and reverted back to his base form. Lily ran up to him and covered his body with robes.

"What the hell happened that caused Harry to transform again?" Trunks asked.

Lily then told them about the second task.

"Who the hell thought of this task?" Gohan asked.

Fudge then walked up to them with the dragon handler's.

"There it is. Capture it now." Fudge said.

"What is the meaning of this?" Goku asked.

"We need to capture that thing while it is unconscious." Fudge said.

"HE has a name Minister." Lily said.

"Take it away." Fudge said.

The handler's tried to reach for Harry but Gohan and Goten stood in their way.

"You are not taking our brother." Goten said.

"Step aside. If it wakes then it will go on another rampage." Fudge said.

"HE only transform into his dragon form whenever someone makes him angry enough. Long as you don't piss him off then we're fine." Goku said.

"I don't care. Stun them and take that creature away." Fudge said.

"No you will not take my son away. He's done nothing wrong. If you want to blame anyone then blame Crouch." Lily said.

The handlers fired stunners at Gohan and Goten but it did nothing. They along with Goku transformed into Super Saiyan.

"You are not going to take Harry away. I suggest you leave." Goku said.

"We'll be back muggle. We will make sure that creature is safely away from this school and it's students." Fudge said.

Lily glared at him. Fudge along with the aurors and handlers left.

2 days later

Harry groaned as he woke up. Harry grabbed in his head.

"My bloody head." Harry said.

"You're awake." Goku said.

"I transformed again didn't I?" Harry asked.

"Yeah. We got a problem." Goku said.

He then handed a copy of the Daily Prophet to Harry. The article was about him and his transformation. Harry could tell that Skeeter made it as bad as she possibly could.

"Great. What else has been happening while I was out?" Harry asked.

"Minister Fudge is lucky I haven't killed him yet. He is very determined to get you out of this school and into a cage." Goku said.

"He's trying to use this to his advantage. He wants to show people that he is doing something heroic for the next election for Minister of Magic." Harry said.

"Lily told me." Goku said.

"Is there any good news?" Harry asked.

"Some. The headmaster is flooded with letters from parents wanting you out of here." Goku said.

"I don't blame them. What's the good news?" Harry asked.

"Alain has been around and he's been busy trying to make sure you don't go in a cage." Goku said.

"How does he plan on doing that?" Harry asked.

"I've already done." Alain said.

"Hey Alain." Harry said.

"Glad you're ok Harry." Alain said.

"How does making me a French citizen help?" Harry asked.

"Well I've reach out to a few contacts in the British Ministry. They think that your dragon form is a Animagus form. Since you can't control it right they seem to think that they can put in cage at a dragon reserve. In France there have been a few incidents where some people have an Animagus form but don't have control. Something that effects all witches and wizards around the world but some countries don't do anything about it except France some other countries. A law was passed that if someone who is in an Animagus form but has no control over it attacks someone random, they are not at fault although the Animagus will receive a fine and are legally required to learn to control their form in a secluded environment." Alain said.

"This helps us how?" Goku asked.

"Years ago after I met Lily, Harry and Raven, with Lily's approval I made the three of them French citizens. As such the British can't legally do anything to him. I have had meeting with Fudge." Alain said.

"I'm guessing he wasn't happy about it." Goku said.

"He wasn't." Alain said.

"But I transformed on British soil." Harry said.

"True but let me explain something else about the law. It was passed in 1746. The French tried to convince the other countries to do the same. Most didn't approve but some countries like India, Egypt, Japan and China did. Britain wasn't one of those countries but there was a clause put in place that if a French, Egyptian, Japanese or Chinese citizen who has no control of his or her animagus form were to transform on any country who doesn't have the law in place said country aren't legally allowed to detain said animagus." Alain said.

"I see what you mean now. The British ministry can't legally do anything to me." Harry said.

"Your transformation isn't animagus related." Goku said.

"Are you going to tell them that?" Alain asked.

"Good point." Goku said.

"Both the French and British ministries think it is a animagus so Harry is not in trouble." Alain said.

"Thanks Alain. I owe you one." Harry said.

"You don't. You're like family." Alain said.

'At some point you will be.' Alain thought.

"Where is everyone?" Harry asked.

"Lessons are on right now." Alain said.

Bells then chimed.

"Speak of the devil." Alain said.

After a few minutes everyone else came to the hospital wing. Gabrielle rushed to Harry and hugged him tightly.

"Glad you're awake." Lily said.

"Thanks." Harry said.

"I heard Fudge is trying to take you away. I don't want you to go." Gabrielle said.

"He won't take me anywhere." Harry said.

Alain then told them about what he told Harry and Goku. Gabrielle ecstatic to hear that.

"What's been happening with you lot while I was out?" Harry asked.

"Not much. People are afraid of you." Fleur said.

"That's no surprise." Harry said.

"How are you feeling?" Daphne asked.

"I'm fine. Did I injure anyone?" Harry asked.

"No." Susan said.

"Good." Harry said.

"What are going to do now that your form is public knowledge?" Hermione asked.

Harry looked at them for moment. He placed his fingers on his head and teleported out of the hospital wing.

Like I said at the top of the page don't expect quick updates all the time. Now I still haven't decided when I will be posting the new stories I spoke about in the last chapter but as soon as I decide when I will let you guys know.
