Hey guys I hope you are well

I have seen the follows and favs on this story and it is getting close to becoming as popular as my first story A new life and this story is not close to being finished yet. Thank you all for that. Fun fact about the last chapter. I planned on revealing Harry's dragon form at that point of the story but as you know I changed my mind. Anyway enjoy the chapter.

Chapter 24

"What the hell?" Neville exclaimed.

"Where did Harry go?" Gabrielle asked.

"I can sense him. I'll go talk to him." Goku said.

He teleported to the planet where Harry went to and saw him looking at the sky.

"Thanks for not bringing the others here." Harry said.

"I guessing you came here to master the form." Goku said.

"Everyone at Hogwarts has been lucky twice now but a third time won't be the charm." Harry said.

"We've been lucky so far. I can remember when you first transformed into your dragon form." Goku said.

"Yeah. You know what would've happened if you, Vegeta and the others weren't there. Surprisingly Pan didn't hate me." Harry said.

"She knows that you didn't have control of the form." Goku said.

"I know but I…" Harry couldn't finish.

"The thought terrified me too. No one blames you for what happened back then. You've been working hard to master that form." Goku said.

"Yeah and I've gotten nowhere with it. There's something I'm missing." Harry said.

"And you'll find it Harry. You just need to be patient." Goku said.

"How much more patient do I have to be? It's been 7 years since we discovered this curse of a dragon form. I haven't gotten close to master it." Harry said.

"It will be worth it in the end." Goku said.

"That may be true, but I'm not risking it anymore. I'm not wasting anymore time. I'm not going back until I master this transformation." Harry said.

"I'll be ready if things go crazy." Goku said.

"Not this time Dad. I want to be alone. Every time I've tried to take control you've always been there and I attacked you every single time. Maybe if no one is around I can finally make effort in controlling the form. It won't have anything to attack." Harry said.

"What if you destroy this planet?" Goku asked.

"Luckily it is uninhabited." Harry said.

"You got a point. I will check on you every day though. If you've destroyed this planet I'll take you to another one. If you've mastered the form then you're coming home." Goku said.

"That's fine by me." Harry said.

Goku then pulled Harry into a hug.

"Good luck son." Goku said.

"Thank you Dad. Make sure everyone is ok." Harry said.

"I will. Everyone will miss you." Goku said.

"The feeling the mutual but they'll be safe. That's all that matters." Harry said.

They separated and Goku prepared his Instant transmission.

"What will I tell Lily and the others?" Goku asked.

"I'll be back." Harry said.

Goku smiled and teleported back to Hogwarts.

"Oh Goku. You're back. Is Harry ok?" Lily asked.

"He's fine. He wants to be alone so he can master the transformation. He won't be coming back for a while." Goku said.

"What?" Hermione exclaimed.

"But why?" Gabrielle asked.

"He doesn't want to come back because he wants you to be safe. We chatted for a bit and I agree that everyone here at Hogwarts has been lucky both times he transformed here. I don't blame him. He brought up some bad memories which makes me understand his reason for not coming back." Goku said.

"What bad memories?" Fleur asked.

"Sit down." Goku said.

Flashback 7 years ago (3 months after Harry was saved)

"Come on Harry you can do better than that." Pan said.

Harry and Pan were sparring in the woods. Both Pan and Harry were Harry was in their base forms since Harry couldn't transform into Super Saiyan yet.

"I'm trying." Harry said out of breath.

"Come on. You can do it. Get angry. Let it all out. That way you can unleash the power you have and become a Super Saiyan." Pan said.

Memories of what happened with the wolves flashed inside Harry's head. How James had left him for dead. Harry clenched his fists as his anger built up inside of him. He screamed as his hair spiked upwards. Flashing from black to golden blonde as each second passed. With one final scream his Ki went from white to yellow. His hair now golden blonde. Pan smiled as she grabbed her camera and took a picture of Harry. Pan went to transform but before she could do anything Harry rushed up to her and she blocked his attacks.

"Jeez you won't sit still for long. Let's see what you can do. Kaio ken times 5!" Pan shouted.

Pan and Harry fought on equal terms. Both blocking and attacking each other. Pan jumped up into the air with Harry in tow. Pan dodged another attack from Harry and slammed her foot into his back sending him flying into the ground. Pan was breathing heavily.

"Wow. You did well Harry. Now let's go back home." Pan said landing on the ground.

After a few seconds Pan started to worry as she got no response from Harry. She ran up to the crater and saw him standing there completely silent.

"Harry?" Pan asked.

She saw that his hair was back to normal so he wasn't in his Super Saiyan but was surrounded by a red aura. She grabbed his shoulder. He looked at her and Pan saw something she did not expect. Harry's face was full of anger. His eyes were no longer the emerald green that he inherited from his mother. Now they were as red as the blood flowing in their bodies. Harry grabbed her wrist and squeezed tightly.

"Harry this isn't funny. That really hurts." Pan said.

Harry's exhales had hints of growling. The tone of his skin changed. Harry then punched Pan sending her flying breaking through trees. Harry screamed. Pan groaned as she stood up and heard Harry's screams.

"What's going on?" Pan asked.

Pan rushed back to Harry body was changing. His screaming turned to roaring. Pan grabbed him held him tightly.

"Come on Harry fight whatever this is." Pan said.

Harry roared again as he grabbed Pan's throat and slammed her into the ground. Pan groaned as she crawled away. She watched as Harry grew larger and wings formed on his back.

"I hope everyone can sense Harry's power and see this from where they are." Pan said.

Pan looked at Harry's new form in shock. She could remember the size of a Saiyan's Oozaru and this form was just as big. Harry roared as he walked towards Pan who tried to run away but one of her legs were broken so she could move very fast. Harry swung his tail at Pan who was sent flying once again. She landed on the ground and saw Harry looking down at her and one of his feet towered above her. Pan closed her eyes knowing what was going to happen. As Harry proceeded to slam down onto the floor he was pushed away onto the ground by Gohan who flew down to Pan while Goku kept an eye on Harry.

"Pan are you ok?" Gohan asked.

"I'm fine Dad." Pan said.

Gohan handed Pan a Senzu bean which she ate and her injuries were healed.

"Pan, where's Harry?" Gohan asked.

"Dad, that IS Harry." Pan said pointing at Harry.

"What? Since when can he transform into a 50ft dragon?" Gohan asked.

"I don't know. We were training and Harry managed to transform into Super Saiyan and after we sparred. He was back in his base form but was surrounded by a red aura and next thing I know he is transforming into that form of his. I don't think he can control it." Pan said.

"Ok. You get out of here. Get the others." Gohan said.

"Gohan. The dragon's getting back up." Goku said.

"Go." Gohan said and Pan flew away.

Gohan flew to Goku who powered up with Kaio ken.

"Dad. Pan told me that's Harry." Gohan said.

"You're joking." Goku said.

"How are we supposed to get him back to his senses?" Gohan asked.

"Maybe we can try and talk to him." Goku said.

"That's kind of cliché but it might work." Gohan said.

As Harry stood up on his feet Goku floated in front of him.

"Harry. It's Dad. You alright son?" Goku asked.

Harry just stood there looking at him.

"Harry. I need you to control your form. Can you do that?" Goku asked.

Harry roared and tried to attacked Goku moved out of the way of his mouth.

"Come on son. I know what it is like to not have control. I was the same. You can control it. You need to be strong." Goku said.

Harry attacked again.

"Great. I guess we got no choice but to knock him out." Goku said.

"I agree." Gohan said.

Then Goten, Vegeta and Trunks arrived.

"Hey. Pan filled us in. I'm guessing that's Harry." Goten said.

"Yeah." Goku said.

"What's the plan?" Trunks asked.

"Tried talking to him but nothing. We're going to knock him out cold." Gohan said.

"What if he doesn't revert back to his normal form?" Trunks asked.

"Hopefully he does." Goku said.

"Enough chat." Vegeta said.

It took them three minutes to knock Harry out. When they did they saw Harry getting smaller. His skin returning to its normal colour. His wings disappeared and his hair went back to black. When he returned to normal he was naked.

"Get me something to cover him up with." Goku said.

Goten flew back to the house to get a blanket.

"Could this have something to with him being a wizard?" Trunks asked.

"Maybe." Gohan said.

"If he has no memory of being a dragon then we don't speak of this. I don't think he can handle knowing he nearly killed Pan." Goku said.

"I agree." Gohan said.

Then Goten came back and covered up Harry body with the blanket.

"Take him back home. I'll be back soon." Goku said.

Gohan and Goten went back to take Harry while Vegeta and Trunks went back to their home. Goku flew to where Harry's ancestors lived. When Goku got to the front door he went to open it but before he grab the handle, the door opened and revealed one of Harry's ancestors.

"I was expecting you Goku." The man said.

"Why didn't you tell us?" Goku asked.

"We were waiting until Harry was older. We didn't expect him to transform." The man said.

"Why did he transform?" Goku asked.

"It is hereditary. It happens when he gets too angry. The thing is though his transformation was supposed to be sealed." The man said.

"Well clearly you thought wrong." Goku said.

"The theory I have is that the blood ritual broke the seal that prevents the transformation. The amount of power he got it may have contributed towards that." The man said.

"Look I would've appreciated if you had told me. Harry would've killed Pan if me and Gohan had gotten there too late. Do you realise how Harry would've felt?" Goku asked.

"I'm sorry. Is Harry ok?" The man asked.

"He's out cold but he is ok." Goku said.

"We'll come over and see him when he wakes up." The man said.

"Tell him what he needs to know." Goku said.

"We will." The man said.

Goku flew away back home. He got in and saw Harry on the settee asleep. He patted Harry's shoulder before sitting down.

Flashback ending

"So Harry nearly killed Pan?" Hermione asked.

"Yeah." Goku said.

"If you weren't planning on telling him then how does he know about it?" Daphne asked.

"He overheard a conversation me and Gohan had about it. You should've seen his face." Goku said.

"I can imagine." Lily said.

"I'll be checking on him often and when he has mastered the form he's coming home." Goku said.

"The sooner the better." Lily said.

2 weeks later (Be warned there some gruesome parts that you might not like. If so then skip ahead.)

Harry groaned as he woke up from his sleep. His head was pounding. He stood up but he fell to his knees.

'Did-did I do it? Have I mastered the form?' Harry thought in excitement.

His excitement left as quick as it came as he looked at his hands which were coated in a thick layer of blood. Then he suddenly started to feel sick. He puked but instead of normal puke, blood and small bones came out of his mouth.

'What the hell?' Harry thought.

He looked around and there were fires all around him. He saw massive footprints around him.

'What happened here?' Harry thought.

Harry managed to stand on his feet. He mustered all his energy and flew around to figure out where he was. He couldn't believe what he saw. Trees were on fire, wildlife were either dead or dying. Then he saw something he didn't expect to see. He was in London which was also on fire. He saw Diagon Alley in flames. People rushing out of building their bodies on fires. There were kids crying for their parents. He landed onto the ground. He saw a man lying on the ground but was still alive.

"Sir what happened here?" Harry asked.

"It was horrible. A massive dragon came out of nowhere destroying everything." The man said.

Harry started to get worried.

"How big was the dragon?" Harry asked.

"50 feet at least." The man said.

'I caused this?' Harry thought.

"Last I saw it, it was heading to Hogwarts." The man said as he died.

"No. No, no, no." Harry said.

Harry then flew in the direction of where Hogwarts. When he got there he saw the castle in flames. He fell to the ground as he used up the last of his energy. He landed in the lake. Harry swam to the surface and he gasped for air. He swam to the ground. He stood up and walked toward the castle. The blooded bodies of students rested on the ground.

'How did I get to Earth?' Harry thought.

He froze in place as he saw something he was dreading. His mother, his sister and his friends dead. Their bodies covered in blood. He dropped to his knees.

"No, no this can't be." Harry said as tears fell from his eyes.

"I'm afraid so Harry." Someone said.

Harry turned around and saw Goku looking at him with sadness.

"Dad. Did I do this?" Harry asked.

Goku remained silent.

"TELL ME! DID I DO THIS?!" Harry shouted.

Tears fell from Goku's eyes as he nodded.

"You did. We tried to stop you." Goku said.

Harry broke down completely. His tears dripping from his chin onto Lily's body.

"I can't believe this is happening. I knew this would happen." Harry said.

"Come on. Let's go and give them a proper burial." Goku said.

1 hour later

Goku and Harry rested everyone's bodies in the ground. Vegeta, Bulma, Trunks and Bra were there.

"I'm sorry everyone. If only I could've controlled my form." Harry said.

"Harry. This is not-" Videl said but was stopped.

"Don't tell me this is not my fault. It was my transformation and I killed them." Harry said before running in a random direction. Pan went to follow him.

"Harry wait." Pan said before Gohan stopped her.

"Just give him some time on his own." Gohan said.

Harry just ran until he reached a lake. He kneeled down and reached into his pocket. He took out his wand. He placed the tip of it against his temple and closed his eyes.

Meanwhile

"It isn't the same without him." Hermione said.

"I agree." Daphne said.

"It really must be difficult to take control of that form." Susan said.

"I hope he comes back soon. I miss him." Gabrielle said.

"We all do Gabby." Neville said.

"How's everything going with you and Hannah?" Hermione asked.

"Amazing. I'm glad you guys encouraged me to confess to her." Neville said.

"Just giving a friend some help that's all." Daphne said.

Then Fleur suddenly gasped and dropped her fort in what appeared to be shock. Fleur could feel her Veela magic going haywire.

"Fleur what's wrong?" Hermione asked.

"I don't know. Something's wrong." Fleur said.

"I can't sense Harry anymore." Daphne said.

"Neither can I." Susan said.

"Something happened. We need to get Goku." Fleur said running out of the great hall.

"Fleur slow down." Hermione said following her.

They rushed to Lily's office and barged in on a naked Goku and Lily.

"What the fuck!?" Lily shouted.

"Sorry." Daphne said.

"You're lucky that we're covered up and finished. What's going on?" Goku asked.

"It's Harry." Fleur said.

"What about him?" Goku asked.

"Don't ask me how I know but somethings wrong." Fleur said.

"Fleur calm down. I went to see him earlier. He's fine." Goku said.

"No. Something doesn't feel right. You need to go see him again. We can't sense him anymore." Fleur said.

"Alright. Let me get some clothes on." Goku said.

"We'll leave." Hermione said.

Fleur and the others left.

"This will be something we'll never forget." Lily said.

"You're telling me." Goku said putting his gi on.

"Do you think something is wrong?" Lily asked.

"Harry is pretty far away so his power may be low enough for them not to sense him." Goku said.

"Maybe he's mastered the form." Lily said.

"I'll be back in a minute." Goku said.

Goku then teleported to the planet where Harry was. Like he saw earlier a third of the planet was destroyed. He couldn't sense Harry's energy which was strange. He saw a small puddle of puke near where he was standing. He flew around for what felt like an hour until he found Harry. Goku froze as he saw Harry lying on the ground. Goku flew down to him and placed his ear against Harry's chest. He couldn't hear a heartbeat.

"No, no, no." Goku said.

Goku started to perform CPR on Harry for a 1 minute.

"Come on son." Goku said pumping Harry's chest.

The CPR didn't work. Goku then created a ball of Ki in his hand which he placed on Harry's body which was then surround by light.

"COME ON!" Goku shouted as a light from the Ki disappeared.

Harry didn't wake up and Goku broke down in tears. He was about to pick Harry up but Goku saw Harry's wand next him. He picked it up looked at it for a moment.

'Maybe Lily can find out what spell he used and maybe why he did this.' Goku thought as he put it in his pocket.

Goku took off his shirt and covered up Harry's lower body. He teleported back to Hogwarts but on the grounds near the lake. He was about to pick Harry up but then a student came up to him from his appearance he looked like a third year.

"Mr Son. Is he…?" The student asked.

"Yes." Goku said his voice breaking.

"Do you want me to get Professor Evans?" The student asked but Goku hesitated for a moment.

"Yes please but don't tell her about Harry. She needs to see for herself." Goku said.

"Here. I'm good at transfiguration." The student said.

The student turned Goku's shirt into a pair of trousers and left. Goku sat there for a minute.

'Give me strength for this.' Goku thought as he stood up and picked up Harry.

He walked up towards the castle. As he got closer his heart beated faster dreading Lily's and everyone else's reactions. When he saw Lily running out of the castle he closed his eyes as more tears fell from them.

"No. He can't be…" Lily said.

Seeing the tears on Goku's face was more than enough for an answer. Lily broke down her crying could be hear from the great hall. Fleur and the others came running and when they saw Harry they broke down as well.

1 hour later

Goku and Lily were in the hospital wing sitting next to the bed where Harry was in. Alain, Apolline had arrived along with, Tonks' as well Hermione's parents with Amelia and Neville's grandmother with there with them. Goku held Raven in his arms as she cried. Dumbledore came into the room and walked up to them.

"My condolences Lily. Goku. He was a good student. No doubt a much better son." Dumbledore said.

"Thank you." Goku said.

"Lily I may know the feeling of losing a family member but I know that losing a child is the worst pain there is. You will be having bereavement leave. Take as much time as you need." Dumbledore said.

"Thank you Albus." Lily said.

"Headmaster, it is possible to look at someone's memories after death?" Goku asked.

"It is possible to do that but only the last few days." Dumbledore said.

"I need to know why. His wand was lying next to his body." Goku said.

"I see. I'll examine his wand." Dumbledore said as Goku handed Harry's wand to him.

"Do you think something caused him to do this?" Lily asked.

"I know so." Goku said.

"It appears he was the killing curse." Dumbledore said.

"That leaves the question why." Goku said grabbing the wand.

"There is a Pensieve in my office. I'll be right back." Dumbledore said as he left.

After a few minutes Dumbledore returned with the Pensieve.

"How does this work?" Goku asked.

"I need to extract a memory from Harry." Dumbledore said placing his wand on Harry's temple.

Dumbledore then moved his wand away pulling some silver string like object and placed it inside the pensieve.

"Now we watch." Dumbledore said.

The pensieve floated in front of them and displayed what Harry saw. Everyone was shocked to their dead bodies.

"He was hallucinating. He thought that he had killed us." Susan said.

"Enough. I can't talk about it anymore." Lily said.

"Of course. What will you do?" Dumbledore asked.

"I want him to rest in peace. Give him a proper burial." Lily said.

"Where?" Goku asked.

"Close to home." Lily said.

Meanwhile

Harry sat on a bench in overworld for what seemed like forever. He knew where he was. The guilt of killing everyone still fresh in his mind.

"At least I'll be able to see them and apologise." Harry said to himself as he saw a bright light.

It blinded him for a second but which it disappeared he saw Nick and Perenelle looking at him. He walked up to them and he was within arm's reach Perenelle slammed his head.

"What was that for?" Harry asked.

"You're here a lot sooner than you should be." Perenelle said.

"After what I did, I'm surprised I'm in heaven and not in hell." Harry said.

"You're an idiot." Nick said.

"I wasn't expecting this from you." Harry said.

"Let us walk and chat." Nick said.

2 days later

The Son family watched as the coffin in which Harry rested in was lowered into the ground not too far from where their home was. Everyone else was there. Harry's friends, Bulma, Trunks, Bra and even Vegeta was there to pay their respects. Vegeta looked at Goku who was comforting Lily and Raven. He may not admit it but even he felt sorry for the Son family. When the coffin was lowered. Everyone stayed for a couple of minutes before going back to the house.
