Later.
Exterior: Hyperspace.
Interior: Tantive IV, bridge.

As he and Shaak Ti entered the bridge, Galen greeted, "Bail, Padme, it's always a pleasure to see you again."
Bail and Padme returned, "Likewise."

"Where are we going, by the way?" asked Galen who turned to Ti, "I don't believe I was briefed."
Shaak Ti informed, "We're going to sort out some matters on Kamino."
"About time. The chips violate the Republic's anti-slavery laws.
Basic sentient rights, our moral integrity, and our ethics.
Plus, the Sith are in on it."
"Indeed."

"Also, growing up with a family of clones who were secretly being brainwashed into learning how to commit genocide against one of ner aliite should've given me all sorts of trust issues and trauma."
"Did it?"
"I live in the same building as people who cold-bloodedly murdered ner second aliit, in front of me when I was a child, upon the order of a corrupt politician that I know to be a Sith Lord."
"Good point."

"I wonder who we're meeting with besides Buir, Lama Su, Nala Se and Taun We."
"We'll be meeting with Wilhuff Tarkin, Mas Amedda and Orson Krennick."
"Ugh, I can't stand Tarkin," groaned Galen, "he's a vile hut'uun and a disgraceful excuse of an officer, second only to Kendall Ozzel."
"Agreed," replied literally everyone on the ship.

"99 has brought to my, Kal and Jango's attention that several clones have gone missing."
"And he believes Tarkin and Krennick are behind it?"
"Yes."

Later.
Interior: Kamino, Tipoca City, mess hall.

As the two Jedi, Padme and Bail were on the way around the facility, they heard an argument in the mess hall.

Though he looked old and frail, 99 demanded, "You tell me what you've done to my brothers!
Or I'll-"
While several onlookers watched, Tarkin punched 99 in the gut, shoved him to the ground, kicked him in the ribs, and stepped back, "You'll what, you senile old reject?"

Krennick wasn't particularly impressed with Tarkin's actions, and Mas remained void of emotion.

"You're nothing more than a degenerate born in a lab.
A failed experiment." taunted Tarkin as he drew a blaster pistol, "A failure, and one I shall be happy to eliminate."

Appearing between 99 and his antagonist, and cutting the blaster in half, Galen authoritatively commanded, "Stand down!"

A pair of cadets helped 99 to stand up while a medic rushed over to check on the aged clone.

Tarkin rolled his eyes as Mas said, "Of course the Jedi Knights come racing to the rescue," then Bail and Padme entered, "And Senators Amidala and Organa.
Why am I not surprised to find you meddling in our affairs, once again?"

Deactivating the starsaber, Galen walked over to 99 and gently held his hand, "Are you ok?"
"I'm alive, but they're hiding something.
They were trying to silence me."
"Where one voice fades, a multitude will rise," said Bail.

Interior: Kamino, Tipoca city, meeting room.

After hearing what 99 had to say, Jango asked, "Well, Amedda? Krennick? Tarkin?
Are you going to explain yourselves?"
"We only want to bring peace to the galaxy," dismissed Krennick.
99 scoffed, "You're confusing peace with terror."
"We have to start somewhere." replied Mas, earning unsettled looks.

"You've made this a family matter by involving many of Galen's brothers. Jango, Plo, Kal and mine's sons, against their will," said Shaak Ti.
Taun We gave a curious look, "The clones are not your children, Master Jedi."
"I have over 200,000 mother's day cards that say otherwise.
And many of the clones have personally addressed me as their mother."

"You do share a rather close bond with them.
You mentor, protect, praise, encourage and nurture them as a parent would their children.
And see them as people instead of property."

Bail sternly frowned at Tarkin, "The Senate's not going to like your behaviour, Captain."
Galen sensed Mas, Tarkin and Krennick's thoughts, "So, that's where you've been sending ner vode whilst wasting funds and resources.
You're building a planet-killing battle station."

Tarkin, Mas and Krennick excluded, the present company's eyes widened.

Mas replied, "It will bring order to the galaxy."
Padme said, "The Senate will never approve such a project."

"The senate's too principled. They lack the conviction to do what's necessary," dismissed Tarkin, in a deadpanned tone, "and I serve my Emperor." disgusting Krennick who stepped back from him.
"Our honour, principles and morals are what separates us from those who spread tyranny, aruetii." interjected Kal Skirata.

Tarkin turned his vile face towards Galen, "I'm surprised you're only accompanied by one of the tail-headed whorish schuttas you're so fond of.
Nor by that Dathomir freak. The Mirialan wenches.
Or other dames amongst your filthy Order.
Nor even more than one Senatorial bitch like Chuchi."

"What'd you just say, aruetii?" growled Starkiller.
"Many of whom we'd quite frankly take great pride and joy in making our own personal pleasure slaves, including Amidala." continued both Mas and Tarkin, "Putting them in their places.
Having our way with them, and repeatedly ra-"

Cutting Amedda and Tarkin off mid-sentence, Marek's eyes burned orange-yellow as he tore apart their minds whilst overloading their pain receptors.
Then slowly tore them apart cell by cell, molecule by molecule whilst slowly disintegrating and incinerating them with lightning, not even leaving ashes.
Furious at the words, actions and intentions of the scum, no-one even considered trying to stop him.

As his eyes turned back to their natural blue, Galen growled, "That needed to be done."
Bail gave an understanding look yet it was full of concern for the young Mandalore.
"Ani surely would've killed them too," said Padme.

Lama Su added, "Your response was quite warranted."
"That was rather brutal, but I appreciate you defending my honour, and the honour of others, Galen." said Shaak Ti, "I had half a mind to kill them as well, though I chose not to let them provoke me."

Krennick trembled in fear of Galen's power, "I swear I had no idea they were Imperial spies."
"We know you wouldn't have." bluntly said a nearby trooper.

Marek turned to Lama Su, "There's something serious we need to discuss about you know what, you know where, that do you know what."
Lama Su asked, "How did you come to know of our inhibitor chips?"
"Did you really think you'd be able to hide something like that?" asked Marek, "especially from me?"

After some convincing, the Kaminoans exchanged looks before thoroughly confirming the deactivation and removal of the chips, amending the contingency orders, and gathering evidence.

When they were done, Lama Su asked, "Are you going to arrest us now?"
Shaak Ti replied, "You were under duress and unaware of the true motives, allegiances and intentions of some of your clients who even lied about their identities."

Padme chimed in, "There are however some other laws and ethics the Republic has in place that we're going to need a long debate about in the Senate."
Lama nodded, "We will of course be happy to further discuss this when the threat of the Sith Empire is handled."

"We once thought you may have an undesirable effect on our clones because you were a rogue element of unpredictability.
However, your mere presence improves their performance." said Nala Se, to Galen.
Kal pointed out, "They are Mandalorians, and he is the Mand'alor."
"A rather violent culture by my standards, but I cannot deny the effectiveness and efficiency of Mandalorian trained soldiers."

Later.
Interior: Starhawk, briefing room.

Looking about to bust a blood vessel, Windu's hologram asked, "You executed Tarkin and the Chancellor's advisor?
What could they have possibly done to warrant that?
Do you have any idea how that will look in the Senate?"
Galen replied, "They were Imperial spies," then nonchalantly played a recording.

Taking a moment to process what'd been shown, Luminara admitted, "They most certainly had it coming, though the methods were rather extreme.
And I appreciate having my honour defended."
Galen simply said, "No-one disrespects ner aliit like that.
As far as I'm concerned, that was merciful.
And I had the authority to execute them."

Re-watching the recording, Mace froze a frame, "Are we going to ignore that upon the dirtbags' confessions, Marek fully embraced the dark side?"
"That was just him using Force illusions." assured Shaak.
"Know this for a fact, I do." chimed in Yoda, "in young Marek, balance, I sense."

"Speaking of, we now have more than enough evidence to lawfully move against Sidious and his allies in the Senate.
Plus, I think they'll be very interested in seeing some footage from some of our communication logs, and the Hutt holo-diary"
"Carefully done, this must be."

Rather abruptly, a red hologram of a Dathomiri woman in red robes appeared in the middle of the chamber and looked at the Mandalorian, "Mand'alor the Starkiller, descendant of Revan Sunrider and Meetra Surik."
Realising who he was speaking to, Marek greeted, "Mother Talzin, it's both an honour and privilege to finally meet you, my fair lady."
"Such good manners you have, my darling.
And so handsome.
I can feel your presence… your power all the way from Dathomir, the eternal flame of a starbird."

"To what do we owe the pleasure?"
"There is a truth you've known for years.
You may ask its question to me, for I know its answer as well."
Galen asked, "Mother Talzin, is Sheev Palpatine truly Darth Sidious?"
With no ulterior motive, Talzin confirmed, "Yes, Palpatine is Darth Sidious, the architect of the Clone Wars, and a member of the Dark Council of the Sith Empire."

Careful, Yoda inquired, "Telling us, you are, why?"
"Master Yoda, the Sith have betrayed and stolen my kin from me on more than one occasion.
For that, I would see them and their allies defeated.
The Emperor himself tortured and broke Asajj, but Galen freed her from his control," answered Talzin before the call ended.

"Return to Coruscant, please, young Marek." requested Yoda before the holograms faded.
