I will not be uploading chapters as much since I have got an apprenticeship now. I will not stop uploading chapters but I won't be uploading as often. I will be updating existing chapters to remove the typos. Enjoy the chapter.

Chapter 30

1 month later

A yellow aura erupted from the grounds. Goku stood smiling as Raven felt her new power. Her hair was now spiky golden blonde but it didn't stick upwards unlike Goku's super saiyan.

"Incredible." Raven said.

Raven flew towards Goku and went to punch him. Goku blocked the punch and pushed her back. Raven swung her leg at him but Goku just jumped to avoid the kick.

"Not fast enough." Goku said dodging another attack.

"When do you reckon I can go Super Saiyan 2?" Raven asked.

"You have to master Super Saiyan first. We will work on that during the summer since you will remain in Super Saiyan for a while." Goku said.

Then Lily walked up to them with some food.

"Who's hungry?" Lily asked.

"Starving." Goku said as they returned to their base forms.

"Where's Harry?" Raven asked.

"He's busy with Godric and the others. They're planning on expending the castle." Lily said.

"For when Hogwarts becomes a wizarding and muggle school?" Raven asked.

"Yep." Lily said.

"It will be very strange when it does." Raven said.

"I agree but it will bring them together." Lily said.

Meanwhile

"Ok. We'll start with the great hall first and work our way through." Harry said.

"Agreed." Salazar said.

Then two bats flew through the nearby window.

"Aren't bats nocturnal?" Godric asked.

The bat then transformed and it was Dawn.

"Dawn. Vlad. What are you doing here?" Harry asked.

"Great to see you too Harry." Dawn said.

"Been a long time since I've been here. 1562 if I remember correctly." Vlad said.

"Count Dracula. Great to meet you. Harry has told us about you." Helga said.

"Good things I hope." Vlad said.

"He told us that you were friends with one of my descendants." Godric said.

"Yes. Alexander. He was a good kid." Vlad said.

"I thought he was 29 when you met him." Harry said.

"When you're my age, everyone is a kid my boy." Vlad said.

"So what brings you here?" Rowena asked.

"I wanted a chat with Harry. I've been expecting him to come and visit." Vlad said.

"Sorry Vlad. Making changes to the castle so planning has kept me busy." Harry said.

"No worries. Is there a place where we can talk?" Vlad asked.

"We can talk here." Harry said.

"You sure?" Vlad asked.

"Of course. We can keep secrets." Salazar said.

"Alright. What I want to talk about is you Harry." Vlad said.

"About me?" Harry asked.

"Yes. I sensed something when we first met. Dawn sensed it too. Did Orpheus ever tell you about that kid I saved in 1652?" Vlad asked.

"He did. You made him a vampire and gave him a new family." Harry said.

"I did. For vampires the odds of having a child is now very high. Christopher the kid I saved was lucky to have one. His son was a day walker like Dawn. He travelled the world and in the process found a human mate. They got married and had a child in 1756. Half human, half vampire. I met Thomas' mate once." Vlad said.

"No way." Harry said.

"Yes." Vlad said.

"Christopher's second name was Ravenclaw before he became a vampire wasn't it?" Harry asked.

"Yes. Despite him being a vampire he was still a Ravenclaw. He made sure the name lived on." Vlad said.

"If this was in 1752 then Christopher's son was named Lawrence and his grandson was named Reginald." Harry said.

"Correct." Vlad said.

"Harry's a vampire?" Godric asked.

"Yes but he's had many relatives come and go over the years so his vampire side is dormant." Vlad said.

"I did not expect this." Harry said.

"That ain't the only thing. But that's for later. I'm going to offer you a choice. To have your vampire side activate or leave it be." Vlad said.

"Leave it. Who knows what will happen if I have my vampire traits active while I've got my dragon side and my-" Harry said but stopped.

"Harry. I can smell a creature on you I've never sense before." Vlad said.

"I know." Harry said.

"You can trust me my boy." Vlad said.

"My father Goku is not my father by normal means but by a blood ritual. He is from another planet. He is a species called a Saiyan. N." Harry said.

"I see. Your vampire side may not pair well with your saiyan side." Vlad said.

"Yeah. I'm not longer human because my dragon and saiyan blood were in a sense fighting each other and it destroyed my human blood in the process. I combined my dragon form with a saiyan form and I had a friend run tests on both blood types and they are merged together perfectly. Who knows what will happen if I have my vampire blood active." Harry said.

"Understandable." Vlad said.

"You mentioned you had something else to talk about with Harry." Helga said.

"Yes. Your mates will need to be here for this." Vlad said.

"Why?" Harry asked.

"You'll see." Vlad said.

Harry tapped his wrist communicator and called them.

"Hey Harry." Tonks said.

"What's up?" Fleur asked.

"Where are you all?" Harry asked.

"I'm near the lake with Daphne and Susan finishing off our essays." Hermione said.

"Why?" Fleur asked.

"A friend had something to tell me and he wants you here." Harry said.

"Where are you?" Tonks asked.

"In my room. I have teleportation runes ready for you." Harry said.

"Ok." Tonks said.

After a minute they were teleported to the room.

"You need to teach us that." Hermione said.

"It took Harry 3 years to master it when we were teaching him." Godric said.

"You choose your mates well. Although I can't smell the Veela on you so you two haven't do it yet." Vlad said.

Fleur blushed as she stood behind Harry. What shocked her was the she could feel a connection to Dawn like the others.

"Vlad. Meet Hermione, Tonks, Daphne, Susan and Fleur." Harry said.

"Nice to meet you all." Vlad said.

"Girls. Meet Vlad the Impaler and his daughter Dawn." Harry said.

"The vampire?" Tonks asked.

"Don't worry. He's a nice guy when you get to know him." Harry said.

"You have nothing to fear from me young ones." Vlad said.

"What did you want to talk about?" Harry asked.

Vlad then told them about the blood love bond.

"Jeez Harry. You are lucky when it comes to girls." Tonks said.

Harry wrist communicator beeped and he answered it and it was Amelia.

"Hey Amelia." Harry said.

"Harry. Me and the Prime minister talked about your meeting with the vampires. Could you arrange a meeting with them for us?" Amelia asked.

"As a matter of fact, the leader with me right now." Harry said.

"I see." Amelia said.

"It is about time I should introduce myself." Vlad said.

"He'll be there soon." Harry said.

"You go with him Harry. We'll finish the planning. Plus I think the girls should have a chat." Helga said.

"Come Harry." Vlad said.

Harry grabbed Vlad's shoulder and they teleported out the room.

"Let's just skip to the point." Hermione said.

"Look. I don't want any friction between us. This bond is out of my control. You have a right to know about this. If you want me to stay away from him then I will." Dawn said.

"Dawn. There's something you should know. All of you do." Fleur said.

Fleur then told them about her bond and the connection she has with them all.

"Wow." Susan said.

"So there is a connection with me as well?" Dawn asked.

"Yeah. I do admit that it is quite unexpected with you being a vampire." Fleur said.

"I agree." Dawn said.

"We don't mind you being with Harry. Besides it may help in the future when Harry brings equally to all creatures." Daphne said.

"Thanks." Dawn said.

Meanwhile

"So we have deal?" Frank asked.

"We have a deal." Vlad said shaking his hand.

"It will be a while until the next Wizengamot meeting but with Harry's support, vampires and various other creatures will have more rights. I will honour my deal with handing the prisoners in Azkaban over to you." Amelia said.

"Thank you Minister Bones." Vlad said.

"I may need your help Harry. It will be difficult to get people on board with having criminals being given to vampires." Frank said.

"No problem. It is best to help them in the wizarding world first along with the other creatures." Harry said.

"Could I have a word with you Harry?" Amelia asked.

"Sure." Harry said.

Amelia left the room and Harry followed. They went to a balcony and looked at the view.

"I hope you know what you are doing Harry." Amelia said.

"Of course I know what I'm doing." Harry said.

"You're going to piss a lot of people off in the wizarding world. Voldemort included." Amelia said.

"I couldn't care less about them. I'm doing what no one else will. You know the old saying; you want something done right, do it yourself. If it was someone else who had the amount of power I have with the Wizengamot then nothing would be done." Harry said.

"Harry I support you 100% I really do but with how powerful you are Voldemort will never attack you directly." Amelia said.

"You think I don't know that?" Harry asked.

"He'll go after Lily and everyone else." Amelia said.

"I know what Voldemort will do. I'm prepared. Amelia if you want to back out that's fine. I'll find someone else for minister." Harry said.

"I appreciate your concern but I'm not backing out. I want to make these changes happen as much as you do. When Susan's parents died it tore me apart. Susan was the only thing I had left in this world and I don't want to lose her as well." Amelia said.

"Neither do I Amelia. I don't want to lose any of them. I've been planning this ever since Godric and the others started to train me in magic. If Voldemort ever try to attack Mum or any of the others then I'll send them somewhere they will never be found. To a place that the public doesn't know exists." Harry said.

"Don't tell me anymore of it." Amelia said.

Harry understood why she didn't want him to continue.

"Amelia. I need your help with Bellatrix." Harry said.

"I knew I should have put her in a cell." Amelia said.

"She didn't do anything wrong recently. I want her criminal record wiped clean." Harry said.

"You must be joking." Amelia said.

"She didn't do all that stuff she did willingly. It was due to the spell she had on her." Harry said.

"How do you know that isn't something she came up with?" Amelia asked.

"When I was dead I met her uncle. Sirius' father. He told me everything. I even went to hell and met his wife Walburga who placed the spell in the contract that she created with Rodolphus Lestrange's father." Harry said.

"Not happening unless you have proof." Amelia said.

Harry smiled as he reached into his robes and pulled out a sheet of parchment.

"I learned the location of the marriage contract thanks to my little chat with Walburga. I recommend you have the goblins scan this contract. You never know who might be in league with Voldemort within the ministry." Harry said.

Amelia could understand but if Harry wanted her to go to the goblins then what he said must be true since the goblins are experts with dark magic and have never take sides with the dark.

The next day

After the meeting Harry and Vlad returned to Hogwarts while Amelia went to the ministry. The girls had told him about their conversation and accepted Dawn's bond so it could grow. Everyone was now in the great hall. Harry was standing near the teacher's table.

"You'll do great." Lily said.

"If you say so." Harry said as he walked to the podium.

Mcgonagall tapped on her glass getting everyone's attention.

"Crazy year. Most of it because of me. Me revealing this world to the muggles. Some of you think that I may have doomed the wizarding world, I know most of you like the idea but not all of you. For too long this world has been cruel to muggleborns because of the laws limiting them. First year muggleborns are wondering what I am talking about. I will tell you. Muggleborns aren't allowed to have high ranking jobs in the ministry. They are forced to find low paying jobs which they may hate. You may be wondering why this a law. It is because purebloods have always been on top and they don't want muggleborns to take that from them. The thing is they already are. Every day muggleborns are showing to have more magical power than purebloods and they are jealous." Harry said.

A lot of the students started to chuckle at the words. Malfoy's rage was building up as he gripped his wand.

"I will be putting an end to all of that. No longer will muggleborns be limited. As some of you may know I am friends with Fleur Delacour. Most of you know that she is a Veela. More bigots in this country try to make Veela their slaves because they see them as such but they are not." Harry said.

Most of the students shouted in agreement which made Fleur smile.

"I'll be honest. I've known a werewolf since I was a baby. He was a teacher here last year. Remus Lupin. Some of you may remember him." Harry said.

"I remember him. He was the best DADA teacher ever." A second year student said.

"Yes. He had to quit because someone leaked information about him being a werewolf. Isn't that right Professor Snape?" Harry asked.

Snape glared at him but he was knocked out of the glare by a plate full of food being thrown at him.

"Who did that?" Snape asked.

"Shut up." Harry said silencing with a wandless Silencio at him.

"By the time I am done, I will make sure that all people and creatures have more rights and have opportunities to have normal lives like everyone else. No more limitations." Harry said.

The students shouted in agreement again and clapped.

"I want to give you all a heads up for next year. Things will be a lot different with the castle. It will be triple or quadruple the size of what it currently is. As for why, by the time the next year begins in September this school will no longer be a wizarding only school. It will also be a muggle school as well. This will help bring both worlds together and co-exist the proper way." Harry said.

"WE DON'T WANT MUDBLOODS IN THIS SCHOOL! AVADA KEDABRA!" Malfoy shouted.

A green shot from his wand and Harry smirked as the beam hit him square in the chest. What shocked everyone was that he didn't fall to ground.

"W-what?" Malfoy exclaimed.

"I knew one of you dark purebloods would not be happy. I'm not surprised with you Draco since my father killed yours." Harry said.

"How are you still alive?" Malfoy asked.

"Simple Draco. The killing curse is powerful. No shield can block. But like everything else in this world there is always a flaw. For the killing curse to be an instant kill the user has to be stronger than the victim." Harry said.

"We all know who's stronger!" A third year student shouted.

"In that case AVADA KEDABRA!" Malfoy shouted again.

This time the spell was heading for Lily but she powered up and didn't die to the spell.

"Like I said Draco. Muggleborns are getting stronger than purebloods every day. Mum always suppresses her by at least 60% to make people underestimate her. She fought Voldemort and won. 2 times." Harry said.

"No! Mudblood are not superior to us! They will be what they always have been! Below us like cattle!" Malfoy shouted.

Harry fired a Ki blast a Malfoy who was knocked out.

"Now I can finish. The castle will be bigger when the summer is over. When muggles start their education I want you to make friends with them. I know the pureblood bigots in Slytherin will bully them so I want to make one thing clear. Bully them once then your parents better be ready to find you another school because if I hear you or anyone else bullying Muggles and other students included, you will be force of the grounds by using the wards. I'll throw you out myself depends on the damage you do." Harry said.

"Like you can stop us." One of them said.

"Yes I can Flint. After today Malfoy will be gone after his performance. One thing you should know is that now I've claimed my lordships and ownership of the castle, Hogwarts is no longer British soil. I know you know that aurors cannot stop me from causing… 'accidents.' I know you will NOT bully the muggles." Harry said with a smirk.

Flint and the other bigot purebloods paled as he knew what Harry was talking about.

"I hope that you accept muggles into our world. There things we can learn from them and the same goes for them learning from us. There is still some prep work that needs to be done over the summer but it will be worth it in the end. Enjoy the last day of this year and have a good summer." Harry said.

They clapped for a few seconds before they went back to eating their food.

"That was amazing Harry." Lily said.

"Thankfully you're alright." Harry said.

"What are we going to do with Mr Malfoy?" Mcgonagall asked.

"I'll give him a taste of his own medicine." Harry said.

Malfoy unconscious body floated up and Harry grabbed him and teleported out of the castle to where Narcissa and Bellatrix were.

"Harry. Nice of you to visit. Why is my son unconscious?" Narcissa asked.

"Good to see you too Narcissa. I gave a speech at Hogwarts a minute ago and he was not happy about what I talked about. About muggleborns getting more rights and other stuff. He fired a killing curse at me and Mum which failed both times." Harry said.

"Is Lily ok?" Narcissa asked.

"Don't worry. Like I said to Draco, in order for the killing curse to be an instant kill, the user has to be stronger than the victim." Harry said.

"I didn't know that." Narcissa said.

"Not many do. I was tempted to toss him onto the streets to teach him a lesson but it was best for you to decide what to do with him." Harry said tossing Malfoy to her feet.

"Thank you." Narcissa said.

"Don't expect him to return to Hogwarts. Since it will become both a muggle and wizarding school and if his performance is anything to go by, he will make life difficult for the muggles. I can't have that. I've given a warning to the other pureblood bigots." Harry said.

Narcissa sighed as she looked at Draco.

"I wish I could've done more to help him. Lucius' grip on him was very strong. During the summer last year he called me a trophy wife which is something his father told him I was." Narcissa said.

"Cissy." Bellatrix said.

Narcissa broke down in tears. Bellatrix hugged her as she cried. Harry couldn't help but feel sorry for her.

"Why?" Narcissa asked.

"You did what you call Cissy. You don't have to cry." Bellatrix said.

"Let her. She has been suppressing her pain for a long time. Let it all out Narcissa." Harry said.

She cried for a full 2 minutes before she stopped.

"How do you feel?" Harry asked.

"Like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders." Narcissa said.

"You've held onto that pain because you couldn't express it at the time. Now you've let all out and now you feel better about it. You can't suppress emotions. It may take a toll on you." Harry said.

"When did you become an expert on mental health?" Narcissa asked.

"I've been taught a lot of things by the founders and Nicholas Flamel." Harry said.

"Wait what?" Bellatrix exclaimed.

"Oh yeah. You weren't there." Harry said.

Harry told them about the founders and his lordships.

"Wow. Can we-" Bellatrix said before a teleportation rune appeared.

Lily appeared from the rune.

"Lily?" Bellatrix exclaimed.

"How did you know I was here?" Harry asked.

"Godric helped. Turns out those teleportation runes leaves some magical traces and can be used to go to the same location. It was a go job you used the teleportation runes when you exposed Voldemort." Lily said.

Bellatrix walked up to Lily.

"Wow. You haven't changed a bit." Bellatrix said hugging her.

"Great to have you back Bella." Lily said.

"Surprised you came considering what I did." Bellatrix said.

"Harry told me everything. I know that it was not really you in control. None of what you did was your fault." Lily said.

"That reminds me. Amelia wanted me to give you this." Harry said handing Bellatrix some parchment.

"Amelia Bones? Head of the DMLE?" Bellatrix asked.

"Minister now, thanks to me." Harry said.

"So Bella has her record wiped clean?" Narcissa asked.

"Yep. Found the marriage contract and gave it to Amelia. She went to the goblins and they confirmed the spell on it. She brought it to the wizengamot and they cleared your name. She'll go public in the next few days about it." Harry said and Bellatrix smiled.

"You really are Lily's son. Thank you. You raised him well." Bellatrix said.

"I can't take all the credit. Goku did a good job as well." Lily said.

"Who's Goku?" Bellatrix asked.

Lily told her about what happened when Harry was 7 and that he is her fiancé.

"So you got rid of James Potter? Good riddance. Never liked him." Bellatrix said.

"You still haven't gotten over that prank?" Narcissa asked.

"What prank?" Harry asked.

"You two better keep your mouths shut." Bellatrix said.

"In third year James and Sirius set up a prank for Severus and Bellatrix ended up being the victim. All her clothes disappeared off of her body in the middle of the third floor corridor." Lily said.

It took all Harry had to keep himself from laughing.

"Do you still keep in touch with Cousin Sirius?" Bellatrix asked.

"Yeah. Made Harry his heir since he can't have kids." Lily said.

"You're the next Lord Black?" Bellatrix asked.

"Yeah." Harry said.

"Before I forget, Godric and Salazar need your help." Lily said.

"You coming?" Harry asked.

"No. I'm going to stay here and catch up with Cissy and Bella." Lily said.

"Ok. See you later." Harry said.
