Welcome back to another chapter of this fic! Well, this chapter focuses on the second day of the beach arc. Let's just say after this arc will be a minor time skip that will take us to the start of Canon. Well, a while before the canon of the story.

By the way, sorry for not updating, I was busy with Code vein. I died a lot of time to that fucking butterfly of Delirium. Thankfully the insatiable despot was easy but that assassin in the howling pit and those urchins and glowing blue tentacled insects. God! I am now in the cathedral of sacred blood, farming queen steel.

Oh... that was a nice sleep. Oh, Nahida is still asleep huh, good thing she still has her blanket on. Wait... who... who's the one near Nahida?

Nahida, my adorable little girl, is currently between two persons, Me, her amazing adoptive father, and... a woman? Who?!

Ryuu Lion, level 4, former adventurer, currently a waitress, and Nahida's aunt. While she is one of her aunts, I won't leave Nahida alone with her... in the kitchen. The elf has my daughter in her arms. So cute!

"Hehe... Washi... ja..." Oh, Nobu is here too. Wait... why are there so many people in my cabin?! Speaking of which... Nobu is asleep, using my leg as a pillow a bottle of Sake in her hand. Wait... Where's Anya?

holy shit! This feeling... Allen?!

Turning to the side, I can see my mood Kindred is asleep on the couch with a blanket on her. What's more bizarre is that Allen was on a chair near her couch with his arms crossed and eyes closed. Ah... how cute!

Well, while this is cute... where the hell is Freya?!

Gently making sure that the others won't wake up and that Nahida is tucked in safely with Fou around her, I made my way to the beach and let the fresh scent of the sea invade my nose. This is nice!

"Morning, Yngvi," Freya said as she was still in her Syr disguise.

"Hey, Freya," I called out to her as I looked at the beach. "Where were you?"

"I was visiting my father," the goddess of love and beauty replied as he sat down. "Can you be honest with me?"

"I always am," I replied as I let my arcane marksman take form in the shape of a pistol.

"Do you think... I can find my Odr?" She asked while keeping her sight on the sea. Wait... holy shit! Is she asking me this?

Okay, calm down, Renny boy! Freya is your boss and friend. Be honest.

"Yes," I replied as I sat down on the sand. It might be coarse, rough, and gets everywhere... though I got a show when Lunoire was complaining about it yesterday. "One day. It might not be today or tomorrow. But one day, you will." And I know who it is exactly.

"You do?" Freya looked at me, hope in her eyes.

"I do. Wait and hope, Freya. Wait and hope. When that time comes, you will be the one to choose your Odr." I said to her with a grin. "But your Odr might become a ladies' man and if that happens, try to win him by being you, not by being some sort of obsessive stalker. Trust me, it will help... a lot!"

Wait... if Bell will become a ladies' man then... Oh no!

Nahida! Do not fall in love with the bunny! Don't even fall in love until you're...

"Thank you, Ren," Freya replied as she sat down beside me. "What about you? You just canceled your engagement and Nobility status in Alf's Royal forest."

"I don't need it. I just want to keep Nahida safe and go back home."

"I understand," Freya said with a smile before taking a fist full of sand and throwing it... toward me.

"Okay, you asked for this," I said while letting my gun disappear and taking a handful of sand. The sand fight turned to a splashing match that lasted for a while and after that, Freya and I found ourselves, laughing our asses off after I got a crab pinch my nipples.

After an hour or two, everyone was awake and I am on a makeshift floatie with a little umbrella as a shade and a coconut cocktail in my hand. What am I doing? Well, I am sunbathing fabulously on top of the sea.

I might as well take a nap.

I should not have taken that nap!

It was probably around 9 in the morning when I took that floatie nap and now... it's around 2 in the afternoon. It's not that bad but... I am now on a ship.

Yes, a ship.

How? I do not know. But... there are lots of murderous people here. Women... all of them were women! Normally, this would be a dream come true, because, Snu-Snu. But... I am on a ship filled with Amazoness.

"The lamb is finally awake."

Fuck this shit! My daughter needs me! Hold on Nahida, Papa is coming.

"Well, well. It seems like you will be a good breeding stock for my children." Their leader... a child? No, a Goddess.

Fuck you!

"Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap!" I shouted as a distraction and fired a teleportation bullet connected to my little girl's hairclip.

Someone moved. An amazoness dressed in red with sand-colored hair moved. Shit! it would take a while for the teleportation to work without my gun. Activating distortion world to control the gravity and giving me partially superhuman strength comparable to that of a level 6, I deflected her hand with a knife-hand block and punched her cheek. The moment my fist hit her cheek, I let the distorted gravity around my hand let loose and it exploded. The impact sent her flying through the air, destroying one of the masts, a portion of the ship, a floor, and into the blue with enough force to create one of those water thingie when you hit the water hard enough.

Sadly, the other sand-colored woman moved. She was fast. Faster than the other woman. Luckily.

"Dojyaaaannnn~~~~" I said just before she reached me, her hand outstretched to grab my form. Sadly, just as she reached me, I was already gone.

Holy shit! That wa fucking terrifying!

At least I saw some boobs!

Now, where am I this time?

I should be near Nahida. Unless she removed her hairclip...

Oh no.

"Hey, Ryuu!" I called out to my friend. Why am I in the Cabin?!

The poor elf, meanwhile, was shocked and was halfway only on closing her bikini top. Oh shit, she just started chanting.

"That looks good on you!" Okay, Nahida, sweetie. I leave you everything that I have.

"Luminous wind!" And with those words, I was launched through the cabin and back into the ocean.

Error has crashed.

3rd person POV

Ryuu just paled as she noticed what she just did. She would have to pay for the cabin just because the idiot...

Wait. He was missing for hours now and even Nahida was worried about him. Where did he just come from?

'That looks good on you!' The cheerful voice of the 'father' of her co-worker echoed in the mind of the elf as a red tint covered her face.

"Oh my, what happened?" Syr Flova, also known as Freya in disguise, said as she entered the cabin alongside Nahida.

"Oh, Papa Ren was here!" Nahida called out, happily skipping as she took the hair clip and skipped to where her father was launched to, followed by Fou.

"Ren?" Syr asked, only to stop as a mischievous grin appeared on her face at the red face of her friend and co-worker. 'What do you know, every cloud has a silver lining,'

Woohoo! Man, being Ren is a struggle.
