"I mean, when Nahida wants to." Nahida stopped herself from almost crying and hugged my arm. My adorable daughter... this fills my heart with joy. "Besides, can you imagine me as a royal?" I asked, suddenly, Nobu and Anya started laughing their asses off. I can't blame them, especially at what kind of insanity we do on our king's game during our sleepovers (secretly supervised by tsundere cat big brother).

"I see," Freya, you evil woman, stop that! "Then, from now on, Ryuu will be your new mother, Nahida." Syr pushed Ryuu. How? I dunno. But she pushed Ryuu towards me. The young elven woman looked panicked but recovered and stopped herself before she can fall on top of me. Which she would have if not for a certain Shota-con.

Sensing what Syr wanted, Chloe tripped Ryuu while Lunoire took Nahida into her arms. The blonde elf fell towards me. Tired from having to escape an insane redhead that is not Loki and being launched off the cabin by an angry elf, I could not move out on time. The elven missile clad in her swimsuit hit me. Oh... she is so soft... and warm.

"Oh, I'm so proud, Nya~," Chloe said while Lunoire covered Nahida's eyes. Why? Well... something was in my mouth, it was soft and warm, a bit wet.

"Hoh, it seems like your plan is not a complete fail, Hedin." One of the Gulliver said as he looked at the elf in front of him. Where were they? Well, they were in Folkvangr, watching over their fellow executive.

"That elf might be the key," Hedin said, glasses glinting ominously as he looked at Ryuu. "With the cancellation of the engagement between Riveria and Ren, it seems like luck is on our side! With this event, we now have the key to ensure that Ren's love for lady Freya will never surpass that of a brother to his sister!"

"Yes!"

"The faction of the saint agrees!" one of Ren's subordinates said. "Our boss needs a woman in his life! He needs to get laid and enjoy his life rather than wasting his to fix our mess!"

"The simp faction agrees!" The rest of the people who are madly in love with Freya said as they stood up.

"The saint needs a lover! Nay! A harem!" One of Ren's subordinates announced, resulting in cheers from all factions.

The people chanted and Hedin just had a shit-eating grin. Oh, it was all coming together now.

Ren POV

I'm a fucking wuss! I ran away after kissing a girl! Granted, she can kill me easily but still! Fuck! What should I do?! Ryuu would be fucking pissed at me and I became a bad influence on Nahida. Fuck...

Man, I wish you were here Rukkha... I know we only met for a while but I can say that in the week we met and stayed together, you made me appreciate life in a better way. I just regret... that I had to kill you to save Nahida. If only I was stronger back then... even now, all I can do is run away from my problems.

What should I do? I don't know what to do! What should I do?

I hate this! Why am I so indecisive? I just want to go home! But every time... I feel my resolve get weaker. If I do get home, what about Nahida? My mood kindred, Anya? My best friend and a constant source of headaches, Nobu. What will happen to them when I leave?

"Why not start by accepting that you are starting to love this place?" This voice... I know this voice. This voice is mine. But? "Dojyaan~" I could see... myself? he stood in front of me dressed in a pink shirt over a black and red jacket with a pair of ripped jeans and combat boots.

"Well, I am you so I understand but if you do want to atone, then..." The me(?) in front of me took out a blanket and swished it and produced some people. Four women. What the fuck?! "Your is a path of redemption, do enjoy this gift, help them and you MIGHT forgive yourself, me." My other self said as he draped the blanket over himself, strangely enough, the blanket kept on falling down, however, he was gone as if he did not exist.

Holy shit! I just felt that my life got a lot harder! I think... my life is just a game for some sort of higher being...

"Ren... there you are..." Ryuu said only for her voice to crack as a sob escaped her mouth. What the?

"Ryuu... do you know these four?"

"Alise... Lyra... Kaguya... Ardee..." the elf whispered and I felt my eyes widen. I know of them, but how?! They were supposed to be dead! Ardee Varma died in a suicide bombing around three to four years ago while Alise, Lyra, and Kaguya died two to three years ago due to the Juggernaut as Freya told me.

'Don't think too much, just focus on the present, my dear Ren,' Rukkhadevata's voice echoed in the memories I had with her, along with the embrace she gave me.

I don't know what is happening but I should focus on what is happening now.

Oh what is this?! Does the plot thicken?
