Hey guys and gals welcome to chapter 8 of Hero of Remnant and woo bit I got a whole load of ideas for this one.
Yeah, I decided to do a few chapters before the next Rwby episode since well if you think about it there was a clear time skip between the two episodes.
So if you got any ideas for any original chapter ideas then please tell me.
Anyway, this chapter will mostly be focusing on team JNPR with the whole Jaune getting rocketed to Emerald forest by Cardin.
So with that said, let's do this!

Beacon Combat Room
Third Person P.O.V.
"Ozpin" Ventus glared, as he looked up at the teachers in the room as they made their way to the combat room.
"Sir, what in the world was all this about," Reina asked, as Ozpin smirked.
"It's quite simple, some of my associates here so you two during the initiation and wanted to see your skills up close," Ozpin said, as someone passed by him.
"What an incredible technological feat! Being able to change into several different aliens species! This can completely change our scientific and technological thinking!"
This man was Beacon's Weapon development teacher, who focused on upgrading and developing new weapons.
"Amazing! So many species that I have never seen before! I wonder what allows them to use those special abilities they have without aura, maybe their habitat or maybe just evolution".
This woman was Beacon's science teacher mostly focusing on dust and different plants' effect on Grimm.
"Hey! Let me go! Stop grabbing the Omnitrix! Hey!" Ventus yelled as the two fiddled with the Omnitrix.
"They just want to see the Omnitrix, what's wrong with that?" Omni asked, from the Omnitrix as Ventus continued shaking his free arm.
"It's annoying! Now let me-" He said, but then was interrupted when with a bright flash he transformed into Wildvine.
"Hoho, quite an energetic little guy isn't he," Professor port said, as the two teachers continued swapping the alien Ventus was.
"HEY! WHO! YOU! CALLING! LITTLE!" He said, switching aliens on every word "Can you stop that!?".
"Okay, I get why they wanted to see Ventus but why me too?" Reina asked as Ozpin looked at her.
"Well you see during the initiation that person who had an Omnitrix as well, Grimm seemed to scan your Aura, and seemed to have noticed something" he explained, "You wouldn't happen to know anything would you?".
"Um…" she said, thinking back 'Could it be… that dream from when I was a kid was…' she thought, as a scene flashed in her mind.
We see the scene of a 10-year-old Reina walking through the forest calling out to someone.
The scene then flashed as we see Reina finding an 8-year-old Ventus being surrounded by several Grimm.
She ran up to the wounded boy, as she raised her hand trying to discover her Semblance to protect her and her brother but it wouldn't activate.
The Grimm got closer and closer, and as Reina hugged her brother to protect him a pink light came crashing down from the sky.
When the light crashed into them, the entire area was engulfed in bright pink light with the silhouette of someone inside the light.
Reina quickly blinked before shaking her head "Oh no, I don't remember anything that would make him think that" she said.
"Hmm, very well then" Ozpin smiled, as he looked at the two.
"You two will be reporting here after classes to practice with the Omnitrix," He said as the two nodded.
"Sure, that's fair," Several Echo-Echo's said, as they combined into one before with a green flash he returned to normal.
"Come on Reina, let's head back. I need a nap after all this work" he yawned, as Reina nodded.
"Alright come on then, come on you baby," she said, as he glared at him.
"I'd punch you if I wasn't so tired" he threatened, as they walked off.
"Goodnight Mr Ozpin" Omni said following the two siblings.
Ozpin smirked as he looked at one teacher next to him "So did he live up to your expectations, Terra" he said, looking next to him.
This was the Beacon Strategic and hand to hand combat teacher, Terra Diamond, he was a large muscular man with long brown hair and a goatee. He wore a black jacket and trousers with boots as well as two blasters connected to his belt.
"He was certainly more impressive with the Omnitrix but he has a lot to learn if he wishes to live up to his and the Omnitrix's potential," he said, crossing his arms.
"Hmm, then I guess we'll just need to see how he does" Ozpin smirked.
A few minutes later we Ventus and Reina in the dorm rooms making their way back to their room, with Omni resting in the Omnitrix.
"Finally, goddamn I need some sleep" Ventus yawned, stretching a bit with Reina nodding "Yeah, I need a nap after all this work".
"Oh no you don't buster" They heard, looking back to see Nora with the rest of their friends from team RWBY and JNPR behind them.
"Oh right, I promised I'd show off the Omnitrix" he yawned "Fine let's make this quick".
They then walked into Ventus and Reina's room so that Ventus could show off what Aliens he has.
Two weeks later
Earth
Third-person P.O.V.
In the city of Belwood, we see a large robot stomping through the city, as the citizens began fleeing away in fear.
What was noticeable was that these citizens were both humans as well as different aliens.
We see Jetray flying through the sky as it chased after the robot while firing its lasers at the robot, but it didn't cut through its metal.
Back on the ground, we see a truck driving towards the robot as it fired several blasts at it, but the attacks didn't do anything.
"Ben, our weapons are not piercing its metals body, I suggest a new tactic" Rook said, as he drove away from the robots attacks.
"Good idea rook, after all, there's a time to go hero and there's a time to go ultimate," he said, slamming the watch on his chest causing four plates to sprout out forming an X shape.
"ULTIMATE JETRAY!" Green energy courses around Jetray's body as his body began changing. He turned to a blue colour with red eyes and his arms had moved to his chest like a dinosaur, a jet booster on his back replacing them with two wings on his side like an aeroplane, he also had a long blue tail instead of his legs becoming like his new arms.
"Take this! You big lug" he said, firing a powerful red laser melting the metal on the robot's body.
He then flew higher and higher, before diving downwards towards the robot and the faster he went the more a red aura emanated from his body.
He then crashed right through the hole on the robot's body, causing it to fall onto its knees as it broke down.
Ultimate Jetray landed on the ground and with a bright green flash, he returned to normal.
We see Ben's eyes flash with a pink colour before he shook his head 'That again? Weird'.
"Ben!" he heard, looking over to see his partner driving up to him in a late orange and beige coloured truck with a picture saying 'Max's plumbers business' on the side.
"Heya rook, I did a pretty good job didn't I" he smirked, as Rook blinked "I would say your was a decent performance".
"Dude, come on" he sighed, shaking his head as he got into the car and began driving. "Anyway, mind giving me a ride? I need to get back soon".
"Oh right, how is your college classes going? I have heard that can be quite challenging for most people" Rook asked as Ben sighed.
"Bah, it's fine but draining," he said, as Rook looked at him.
"I do not believe your course involves blood draining," he said, as Ben looked at him with a deadpanned look "Ah, hyperbole right".
"Anyway yeah, college is pretty tough but if I want to achieve my dream then I need to work hard," he said, as he sat back in his seat "Guess it means I don't have enough free time for hero time anymore".
"That is a shame to hear Ben" Rook said, before smirking "But it will be much easier now that I don't have to watch your back all the time".
"Hey! What's that meant to mean dude" Ben asked, punching his partner's arm when suddenly they heard beeping from the Vans dashboard.
"This is Rook Blonko, what is the emergency?" Rook asked as he continued to drive on the road.
"Good thing you picked up Rook, is Ben with you?" An older voice said as Ben spoke up.
"Right here Grandpa, what's the problem," Ben asked his grandfather.
"We have detected two signals which are similar to the Omnitrix's, we may have found a lead on where it might have ended I'm having our top people map out the area now" Grandpa Max said, causing the two partners to look at each other surprised.
"Thank you for informing Magister Tennyson" Rook said, hung up and continued driving "This is excellent new, we are close to finding the Omnitrix".
"That's not what I'm worried about…" Ben mumbled, thinking about it 'What did he mean by two, could that Grimm guy have found it but why would he release the energy… unless someone else found it but..l no the Omnitrix is locked to my dna there's no way anyone else could use it'
Remnant
Third-person P.O.V.
In one of the many classes in Beacon, we see Ventus who was sitting down in his seat whilst staring out into space.
"Mr Valiant!" He heard, making the young man jump as he looked over to the teacher.
"Do you think you can answer the question?" he said, looking at the dust studies he was in.
"Oh Uh right well each dust mine is different, some can be found underwater, some can be found in a more warm area and some can be found in colder climates," he explained.
"Hmm correct, but make sure you properly listen next time," she said, as Ventus nodded.
"Yeah Uh sorry miss," he said, embarrassed as all of the other students began snickering while Reina just stared at him a bit annoyed
A few minutes later, we see Ventus and Reina walking through the halls of Beacon with Omni following from behind.
"Jeez, you were so embarrassing back there seriously were you asleep back there?" Reina asked, as. Ventus crossed his arms.
"Sorry, I was just thinking about what happened last night" Ventus sighed, rubbing his head "I mean why would Ozpin tell the teachers about me and Omni without our permission".
"Well maybe he had no other choice, I mean how else would he convince the other teachers to allow someone younger than everyone else to join beacon," Omni said.
"Yeah, plus they could've just seen you transform during the initiation" Reina said, as Ventus nodded.
"Yeah I guess you got a good point there partner" Ventus mumbled, before perking up "Welp anyway race you to the cafeteria!" He declared, running ahead.
"Hey! Wait! Don't run off like a kid your causing a commotion" Reina yelled, chasing after him.
The two siblings soon arrived at the Beacon Cafeteria which was gigantic with a large variety of lunch items for the students to eat.
"Hey, Ventus! Reina!" The two heard as they looked over to see Ruby with the rest of her team Ren and Nora sitting there as well.
"Ah yeah, we'll be there in a sec," Ventus said, as the two siblings grabbed their food and ran over to their friends.
"Hey, where are Pyrrha and Jaune?" Reina asked as they sat down at the table.
"Well, we kind of lost Jaune on the way here so Pyrrha said she was gonna look for him" Ren explained, as Nora looked toward Ventus.
"So Venny, where's your little ghost friend? Ooh is he haunting people!" She asked as Ventus raised an eyebrow.
"I'm not sure if you're being honest or you're trying to mess with me, I can never tell with you," Ventus said, as Nora smiled.
"Of course I'm being honest, I mean you're always talking or whispering to nothing" she said, making Ventus and Omni sweatdrop.
"G-Guess we weren't quiet enough" Omni sweat dropped, as Weiss sighed.
"I seriously can't believe someone as reckless as you would just find a weapon as powerful as that in the woods" Weiss said, as Reina looked at her.
"Believe me, I was just as surprised as you are but at least Omni can keep an eye on him" she said, as Rwby gushed.
"Ah man! You're so lucky Reina! I wish I could meet Omni too!" Ruby gushed, as Yang looked at Ventus.
"So what's it like when you transform? Bet it feels weird right" Yang asked, as Ventus shrugged taking a bite of his curry.
"Meh, feels like something covering your body, like when you get a shudder going down your back but for your whole body" he explained, as Blake raised an eyebrow.
"That's certainly… an explanation" Blake said, before continuing to her book.
"Okay, well do you have any names for them? Or do you just call them by their species" Yang asked.
"Well Omni said that a number of them have already been named but they sound like they were named by a ten year old or something" Ventus said, leaning back before noticing Pyrrha running towards them.
"Oh there you are Pyrrha, Did you find Jaune?" Ren asked, as Pyrrha looked at the group worried.
"No I haven't, and I'm starting to get worried, last time I saw him he was walking off with Cardin's team" she said, and as if on cue.
"Bahaha that was fucking great!" They heard looking back to see Cardin laughing with the rest of team CRDL as they walked inside.
"Yeah, that freaking idiot's screams were amazing," Russel said.
"We won't be seeing that dumbass for a long while" Dove nodded, making Ventus glare at them before standing up.
"I think I got an idea on what happened to Jaune" he said, walking towards team CRDL.
"Oi! Cardin!" Ventus yelled, catching the team's attention.
"Oh heya Valiant, how's it going man?" Cardin asked, clearly trying to act nice to Ventus as he crossed his arms "Cut the crap Cardin, what did you do with Jaune?".
"Jaune, never heard of him, now get out of here shorty" Cardin said, causing Ventus to grip his hand "What was that?".
"What? Could you not hear me from down there shortstuff" Cardin said, standing up and looking down at Ventus "Now why don't you get out of here you pipsqueak".
"THAT'S IT'" Ventus roared, punching Cardin which sent him flying.
"Holy Shit!" The other people watching screamed, at the sight of what just happened.
"CAN A PIPSQUEAK DO THIS! SAY IT! SAY IT TO MY FACE! WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANNA CALL ME A HALF-PINT MIDGET! I'M STILL GROWING YOU ENTITLED RICH IDIOT!" he screamed, beating Cardin down.
"Okay! Okay! I'm sorry!" Cardin screamed, as Ventus pulled him up "Now tell me what you did with Jaune you bastard".
"Okay! Okay! We stuffed him into a locker and had it fly off somewhere I have no idea where!" Cardin said.
"YOU DID WHAT!" Pyrrha, Ren and Nora yelled, in surprise.
"Pyrrha, you and your team have his scroll location on your location right? Do you know where he could have landed" Reina asked.
Pyrrha nodded, as she pulled out her school and checked it "Looks like he's landed in the emerald forest…".
"Ah Geez, if we don't get him out of there soon he'll be ripped to pieces" Nora said, as Ventus looked at them.
"Mind if I help you guys out" Ventus said, making Ren look at him "Are you sure? You could get in trouble for leaving the school".
"It's alright, I'm sure they would understand," he said, before turning to Reina "Think you could go and inform the teachers?".
"Sure, just be careful and don't do anything reckless alright" Reina said, crossing her arms.
"Do you seriously think I would do anything reckless?" Ventus sarcastically said.
"Yes" Literally everyone in the cafeteria said, including the older students and even Omni.
"Dah, fine let's just go" Ventus said, as the rest of team NPR followed him out of Beacon.
Emerald Forest
Third person P.O.V.
"Alright, here we are" XlR-8 said, as he stopped just outside of the forest while bringing the rest of team JNPR with him.
"Ababababa, that was crazy" Nora said, as she dizzily tipped around the place.
"How do you do that all the time? '' Ren asked, before they were blinded by a bright green flash.
"I dunno, you usually get used to it after a while" Ventus said, Pyrrha walked up ahead.
"How are we meant to find Jaune in this deep of a forest?" Pyrrha said, looking at the forest.
"If we had something he owns then we could use the Vulpamancer dna to track his scent" Omni suggested, as Ventus shook his head.
"Nah, what are the chances they would have anything Jaune owns" Ventus said, as the other looked at him.
"What did you just say?" Ren asked, with a raised eyebrow as Nora got excited "Oooh! Did you your ghost friend say something".
"Omni, and yeah he did, he was just saying that maybe we should try following his scent with one of my aliens" Ventus said, pointing to Omni with his thumb "But what are the chances we have something like that".
"Oh! I have something of his" Pyrrha said, quickly pulling out Jaune's Sword causing the others to just stare at her "What?".
"Dude, why do you just have that on you" Nora asked, as Pyrrha blinked "I-I thought Jaune could use it so I quickly took it from his locker…"
"But how did she know his password…" Omni said, as Ventus shook his head.
"Okay… we'll anyway that should work" Ventus said, not questioning it "Welp time to do our thing Omni".
The spirit nodded as it flew into the Omnitrix before it popped open revealing the alien.
"Ooh this is going to be awesome!" Nora said, as Ren nodded "I am curious which alien it will be this time".
Ventus slammed the watch causing a bright flash blinding everyone as Ventus transformed into an alien.
When the light died down they found Ventus had transformed into a vulpimancer which was a orange dog like aliens with no eyes and gills on his neck with a shoulder armour showing the Omnitrix, this alien was known as WildMutt.
"Woah! It's a big doggie!" Nora cheered, jumping on top of the alien much to it's annoyance.
"Doesn't look like it can be very useful without eyes' ' Pyrrha said, waving her hand in front of its face.
"I'm not so sure about that, I've heard about animals that have evolved without vision" Ren explained, picking up a stick "Let me show you".
He then proceeded to swing the stick towards WildMutt, as the gills on his neck twitched before he leapt back landing on a tree.
"Woah! How could you see that Vennny" Nora asked, as WildMutt barked a few times "Aw man, you can't talk".
"Looks like this alien uses his other senses to help with his lack of vision" Ren deduced "That must be why your friend told you to use it, it must have a heightened smell".
"Wow, he really is a smart one" Omni said, as WillMutt nodded, landing back onto the ground.
"Here Ventus, can you find Jaune's location with this?" Pyrrha asked, lowering the sword in front of WildMutt as he barked a few times before sniffing the sword.
He then perked up before turning towards the forest and looked back at the others, barking a few times.
"Oh! I think he wants you two to get on him as well" Nora said, as the others nodded jumping on WillMutt's back.
He then roared, before rushing into the forest after Jaune.
Beacon
Third person P.O.V.
Meanwhile back in Beacon, we see Glynda Goodwitch walking down the halls while checking her scroll.
'Hmm, that's right I have to inform Ozpin of Providence's experiment with Grimm in the Emerald forest today' she thought, walking towards Ozpin's office.
"Ms Goodwitch!" Glynda heard, looking back to see Reina behind her.
"Miss Valiant? what is it" Glynda asked, turning to her student.
"It's Jaune, Cardin used the locker's rockets to send him flying into the emerald forest," she said, as Glynda's eyes widened.
"What!" she said, shocked.
"His team went after him, but with all the Grimm I'm worried there might be too much," she said, as Glynda thought about.
"Okay, don't worry there's a military group called Providence that is experimenting in the forest at the moment, I'll just inform them of what happened and have them escort the team back," she said, as Reina sighed in relief "Thank goodness".
Glynda proceeded to place her hand on Reina's shoulder "You were very smart to inform me of this, but for now just head back to your brother, class is starting soon".
"Well, actually my brother went with them to give them a hand," Reina said, making Glynda's eyes widen.
"What!" she said, as Reina moved back "H-He thought he could help them out with his aliens, is there a problem?".
"Yes, the group are experimenting on Grimm, if they see him transformed then there could be problems," she said, causing Reina to gasp.
"I'll try to inform them now but just in case I'll send someone to go and get them" Glynda said, with Reina nodding before the two ran off.
Emerald Forest
Third Person P.O.V.
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" Jaune screamed as we see the blonde hunter running away at full speed from a group of Ursa and Beowolves.
"I can't believe this is happening..." he yelled before he leapt onto a tree and began climbing up it to avoid the Grimm.
This didn't halt Grimm however as they attempted to climb up the tree as he tried to kick them back.
'Oh oum! Why is this happening! I just wanted to prove to my family that I wasn't a wimp kike everyone calls me!' he thought as the Grimm got closer and closer but then.
"Jaune!" he heard, looking up to see Pyrhha and his other teammates riding WildMutt as they rushed towards him.
The hunters then leapt off of WildMutts back while swinging their weapons at the Beowolves while WildMutt tackled into the Ursa causing the two of them to roll down the hill.
"Pyrrha! Guys!" Jaune said as he got off the tree with Pyrrha running up to him.
"Jaune thank goodness you're okay," she said, handing him back his sheathed sword.
"Why did you guys come out here… Just to save me," Jaune said, as Pyrrha smiled.
"Of course, we would, you are important to us," She said before blushing "B-Because y-you're out teammate a-and our leader".
"R-Right" Jaune nodded, as they turned to Ren and Nora to help them out.
"TAKE THIS!" Nora screamed, with triumph as she swung her hammer weapon at the Beowolf's head causing it to crash into the ground.
Several more Beowolves leapt towards Nora as she switched her hammer into its cannon mode as she aimed at the Grimm.
"EAT DUST BITCHES!" She yelled, shooting down the monsters.
Meanwhile, we see Ren kicking one of the Beowolves in the face, knocking it back before he quickly twirled his weapons in his hand.
He then dashed past another Beowolf, using the kunai on his guns to decapitate the Grimm before he spun around and fired at them.
Finally, the last Beowolf was slashing at Jaune who raised his shield to block the monsters attacks.
The Beowold continued smashing at Jaune as he gripped his and attempted to stab the monster but the Grimm caught the sword before bumping into him knocking Jaune back.
However before the Grimm came in for the attack, Pyrrha soon dashed in before stabbing her spear into the Grimm's back chasing it to burst into black dust.
"You okay?" Pyrrha asked, offering a hand as Jaune nodded, accepting the help "Y-Yeah, thanks".
"So… where's Ventus?" Nora asked, as they all regrouped.
"Ventus? He was here?" Jaune asked, as Pyrrha nodded "Yeah, he turned into that monster we rode and followed you're here by your scent".
"I think he fell down that hill over there" Ren said, as they we're about to go and check on him.
However they suddenly heard a crash, as they quickly ran over to check on him.
A few minutes earlier.
We see WildMutt and the Ursa Grimm crash into the ground, as WildMutt turned to the Grimm.
It was the much bigger version the Ursa Grimm called Ursa Major, which means it was much more violent and stronger then the Minor one with more boney armour and spikes coming from it's back.
The Grimm roared before it leapt on to the Alien and began slashing at the orange dog but then there was a bright green flash.
When the flash died down, the Grimm was met with a strong stream of water which knocked him back.
"Phew good call partner" Ventus said, now in his Overflow form as Omni nodded "No problem, but be careful I have a bad feeling about this guy".
The Ursa roared as it dashed towards Overflow who quickly shot a jet of water onto the ground propelling him in the air.
He the kicked the monster back before firing a powerful jet of water at the Grimm sending him flying towards the tree.
The Ursa roared as it got back up before dashing toward Overflow to continue the fight.
However as they continued to fight we see a small camera drone watching the fight from the trees.
Within a dark room, we see a group of figures watching the fight on a computer screen taking down notes and analysing Overflow's abilities.
"Shall we activate the Nanites sir?" One of the figures said, as the head figure considered it.
"Very well, have the soldiers inject the Nanites' ' he said, as they began typing "This experiment seems to be much more fruitful than expected".
Meanwhile back in the forest we see Overflow landing back on the ground as the Ursa glared at him.
"Jeez, this guy's sturdier than I thought, '' Overflow said, looking a bit tired.
"Maybe we should try switching aliens again? Change into something stronger" Omni suggested, with Overflow nodding "Yeah good idea".
He was about to slam the Omnitrix symbol to change aliens, but then something shot passed Ventus "What the?!".
Suddenly some kind of glowing needle had stabbed into the Grimm before something injected into it's body.
The Grimm soon crouched to the ground as his body began shaking.
"What the heck was that?!" Overflow blinked, watching the Grimm.
It's body then began mutating and changing, growing bigger and bigger as well.
"I-Is that normal Ventus?" Omni asked, as Overflow shook his head "No I haven't seen a Grimm do that before…".
The Grimm evolved into some kind of freak, it stood up on it's heindlegs gaining a second set of arms as it did, it also gained a long tail from it's back which had a hammer on the end of it.
"What kind of Grimm is that!" Overflow said, shocked as the Grim dashed towards him.
"Vent! Quickly we need to change now!" Omni said, as Overflow nodded "I was thinking the same thing" he said, slamming his watch.
The Grimm dashed towards as he was engulfed by a bright green light before it punched back.
"Let's wrestle, you freak" Ventus said, as the light died down revealing the Hunter in his Four Arms form while cracking his knuckles.
The two then proceeded to run towards each other before they began wrestling, each pair of arms gripping each other as they tried to one up each other.
The Grimm reeled it's head back before head butting Fourarms knocking him back, before the Grim swung its tail at him.
"Gah!" FourArms yelled, as he crashed into a tree before skidding to a stop.
"Damn, he's even stronger now" FourArms said, as he got back up.
"That stuff that was injected into it must have forced the Grimm to evolve" Omni said, as FourArms nodded "Yeah this is gonna be tricky".
He was about to fight the Grim, but then several blasts shot at the Grimm much to it's annoyance.
"Huh?" FourArms blinked, before he looked up to see team JNPR on the hill above them.
"Guys!" He said, as the Grimm roared and began rushing them but Four Arms rushed in and put the Grimm into a full nelson.
"What the heck kind of Grimm is that?!" Nora yelled, pointing at the mutated Grimm.
"I thought you were just fighting an Ursa? But I've never seen a Grimm like that before" Ren asked, as Four Arms looked up at them.
"I don't know, some kind of needle injected something into the Grimm turning it into that" he said, as the Grimm pushed him of before attempting to slash Four Arms.
Four Arms blocked the attack as he swung his other set of fists at the Grimm knocking it back.
He quickly picked up the needle that hit the Grimm before tossing it to the others "You guys take this and get out of here! I can handle this freak!".
"Are you sure Ventus! It's looking really strong!" Jaune said, pushing the Grimm back.
"Hah please I can take this freak! Just watch-" Four Arms said, before being cut off by a bright red flash.
"…me" Ventus said, before looking up at the growling Grimm while laughing awkwardly.
"Hehehe…sorry?" He said, before the Grimm roared and swung it's arm sending Ventus flying towards the hill.
"Gah" Ventus cringed in pain, as he fell to the ground, his aura covering his body so it could heal his wounds.
"Ventus! Are you okay?" Omni asked, as Ventus shook his head "Y-Yeah, just think I got a small concussion".
The Grimm made it's way towards Ventus, but then Team Jnpr landed in front of him.
"What are you guys doing! You need to get out of here!" Ventus said, as Pyrrha looked back at him "No, we wouldn't be good hunters if we couldn't fight a Grimm".
The team got ready for battle, as the Grimm dashed towards them but then a Figure landed behind the Grimm and use it's weapon to cut the monster in half, causing it to dissolve into a mass of black dust.
"Huh?" All five hunters said, as they looked at the figure that saved them.
It was a large man in some kind of black full body black and grey armour with some kind for dome shaped helmet with a green triangle on the front, with an axe like weapon in his hand.
He then looked up at the group before pointing to the distance "There is a Bullhead coming in that direction, you kids can take it to get out of here".
"That… that voice" Omni said, gripping his head as Ventus looked at him "You know him?".
"I-I don't know… it's blurry" Omni said, as Ventus stood up.
"Hey! Who the hell are you! What are you doing here!" Ventus yelled, as he turned to him.
"You'll learn my identity soon enough, but you'll also be facing with many threats in the future so keep the Omnitrix safe, Ventus Valiant" he said, shocking the others.
He then took out some kind of device and threw it towards the ground causing it to change into a hover board as the man leapt on it before flying off.
The five watched the man flying off, many questions coming to mind about who he was and why he knew about the Omnitrix.
And done woo boy, it's been a while since I worked on this story and man it was fun to do.
Anyway yeah, this chapter was mainly used to build up some character for example for Providence I'm planning on them being a much bigger antagonist during volume 2 since I'm doing some original stuff for it.
And for the guy who helped Ventus and Team Jnpr, well if you know about Ben 10 it's exactly who you think it is.
Anyway onto the reviews.
