Hey guys and gals, welcome back to Hero of Remnant and this time around it's going to chapter 9.
This is going to be another filler chapter, where I'll be introducing more Rwby character's early and we'll be getting back to the actual Rwby episodes next time.
It's confusing I known but just watch and you'll see.
But anyway with that said, let's do this thing

Beacon
Third person P.O.V.
It was the usual weekend at Beacon academy, with most of the students doing their usual thing, hanging out, playing video games, all of it.
As for our heroes, they're doing the one thing hunters should probably be doing…making bet's on sparring sessions!.
"Put up your bet's folks! Who's going to win! Ventus or me!" Yang said, as she and Ventus stood in the empty gymnasium while everyone else sat on the benchers.
Ventus and Yang had met bet after they told Team Rwby and Jnpr about their special training class, the bet was that whoever could destroy the most drones would pay for the winner's lunch all week.
"I've got 20 on Yang" Reina said, holding up some Lien.
"Wow, thanks sis" Ventus deadpanned, while Reina just gave a wink to him and Omni direction confusing Ventus
"Hmph, I'm the same, I've got 70 on Yang" Weiss said.
"I'll bet 20 on Ventus! He's got so many aliens it'll be easy" Ruby said, as Nora nodded "Yeah! With all those aliens he'll definitely kick her butt!" she said, as Ren elbowed her shoulder.
"Oh right, no offense" she said, looking at Ruby making her sweat drop.
"I've got 15 on Yang" Jaune said, as Pyrrha joined in "Yeah same, I've got 20 on her".
"I've got 10 on Ventus" Ren said, as Blake nodded "Yeah same, 10 for Ventus"
Yang nodded in response. "Alright so we got 60 on the shortie and 70 on me," Yang said, with a smirk. "Things are gonna get interesting" she said, as they walked to the tournament ground.
When they made it to the field, several precipice drones flew towards them as Ventus and Yang smirked.
"Alright! Let's do this!" Yang said, before she dashed towards the drones while Ventus looked through his watch.
"Alright Omni, looks like we'll need something big, like humungousaur" he yelled, before proceeding to slam down on his watch causing a bright green flash.
However when the flash died down, Ventus was surprised to find he had transformed into a different smaller alien, the insectoid alien BallWeevil.
"Aaaawww, it's so cute!" Some of the girls gushed, as Ventus looked at himself.
"Huh?! BallWeevil! Omni I said Humongousaur" he said, looking up to see Omni smiling.
"Reina said if I gave you a handicap she'd get me a bunch of new movies from the start" he said, with stars in his eyes.
"Oh you've got to be kidding me" he said, looking back to see Reina looking at him smugly.
"Hey! You better keep up shortie! Or you're gonna lose" Yang yelled, as she punched through a drone before throwing the body to another one causing it to explode.
"Ah crap right" he said, before puking up a small green energy ball before he kicked it towards the drones making it explode.
"Ew" the spectators said, in disgust.
BallWeevil continued doing this however it was evident that he wasn't going to catch up with Yang.
'Crap what, am I meant to do… wait a minute' he said, noticing the debris on the ground 'I think I have an idea…'.
BallWeevil then proceeded to puke out another green ball before he leapt on it and began rolling towards the debris.
We see BallWeevil dodging the blasts from the drone while rolling over the debris from Yang's attacks causing the ball to grow bigger.
"This looks good, alright takes this!" He yelled, before kicking the ball towards the drone causing several of them to explode.
"Woah not bad, but you might not want to use that weird alien if you don't wanna be called Shortie" Yang smirked, landing on the ground making the alien growl.
"Fine! Omni, could you change me into another" BallWeevil asked, as Omni gulped.
"O-Okay" he said, as the Omnitrix flashed with a bright green light.
The drones beeped before turning their attention to the flash as they all began firing at them but then the flash died down.
"RRRRAAAAAAATTTTTHHHH!" Ventus roared, as we see him in a muscular bipedal tiger form with two black blades on his fist. The only thing he was wearing was black trousers with black and white boots and an Omnitrix on his belt, this aliens name was Rath.
Drones began driving the alien but their blasts didn't do much to him.
"LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING HOVERING TRAINING DRONES! YOU FIRING AT RATH DOESN'T HURT! IT JUST MAKES RATH MAD!" He roared, before he leapt on to one of the drones and began stabbing it with his blades.
"W-Woah, w-what's up with the angry kitty" Jaune asked, as everyone looked over at Reina.
"Uuuuhhhh, Omni can you explain?" Reina asked, as Rath's Omnitrix beeped.
"He's in Apoplexian form! Their a very powerful, aggressive and extremely argumentative species! Most of them believe the only to solve a problem is by hitting it! The DNA's agrresive personality must have boosted Ventus' usual aggressive tendencies" Omni explained, as Rath crushed two drones together.
"THAT'S NOT TRUE! RATH ONLY GET'S MAD AT PEOPLE WHEN THEIR BEING BITCHES!" he roared.
"Uuuuhhh, Reina translation?" Blake asked, as Reina gulped "The alien species is apparently meant to be very aggressive and now the DNA is boosting Ventus's usual aggressive tendencies".
"Ooh, that actually sounds kind of exciting" Yang said, cracking her knuckles "So how does it sound Tiny Tiger? Wanna have a round or two?" She asked, as Rath stomped on the drones' remains before growling at Yang.
"LET ME TELL YA SOMETHING YANG XIAO LONG! HALF-SISTER TO RUBY ROSE AND THE CLOSEST THING I'VE HAD TO A POSITIVE OLDER SISTER!" He roared.
"Uh…thanks?" Yang sweatdropped.
"Hey!" Reina yelled, as Rath glared at her "SHUT IT! RATH WILL GET YO YOU!".
"NOW! RATH IS SICK AND TIRED OF EVERYONE CALLING HIM SHORT STUFF! OR TINY! OR PIPSQUEAK! I'LL SHOW YOU THAT YOU DON'T WANNA MESS WITH ME ONCE AND FOR ALL" he ran on all fours towards Yang.
"Alright here we go!" Yang said, entering a fighting position as Rath rushed towards Yang.
Rath then proceeded to send several slashes with his blade hand at the Huntress who dodged each one.
"Oh come on, I thought you're going to be someone strong" Yang taunted, dodging each of Rath's and returning them with a dust powered punch knocking him back.
"Let me tell ya something, Yang Xiao Long! Nobody taunts and punches Rath but Rath!" He roared, tackling Yang to the ground.
"That doesn't even make any sense kitty" Yang smirked, kicking Rath back..
"I KNOW!" He roared, before slashing at Yang who barely dodged it.
"Heh, is that all you got-" Yang said, stopping herself as she saw a few strands of hair falling in front of her.
"Hah! Look at that Rath is so strong Rath was even able to cut off a couple of strands of your stupid gold hair… I just messed up didn't I?" he said, realising what he just did.
"You…" she said, her eyes turning red and her voice filled with rage.
"YOU MONSTER!" she roared, throwing her arms to her sides, causing a minor explosion propelling her towards Rath.
"TAKE THIS YOU ORANGE BASTARD!" She yelled, as she then sent a series of explosive punches at the alien.
She then gripped her hand before punching him in the face sending right to the wall before he crashed into it.
"R-Rath…will…destroy you" he said, dizzily before falling towards the ground before with a red flash he returned to normal.
"Vent!" Ruby said, helping her friend up "Are you okay, you were pretty crazy out there".
"Yeah thanks, I don't know what came over me" he said, shaking his head.
"Yeah but you're totally cool! Those tiger aliens were freaking awesome and kinda funny" she said excitedly.
"Hehe yeah thanks, guess it was pretty cool" he said, as Omni materialised next to him.
"Sorry that I got you into that mess, I didn't mean to turn you into Rath like that" He said, as Ventus smiled "Ah don't worry about it, I rushed you after all" he replied, when suddenly he got a notification from his scroll.
"Ah crap, I gotta go" he said, as Ruby raised an eyebrow "Go? Go where, it's the weekend".
"Well you see-" "I'M NOT DONE WITH YOU! BASTARD!" Yang screamed, as everyone tried stopping her.
Ruby was then met with green flash as she looked over to see Ventus had no turned into Xlr8.
"Welp, gotta run" he said before using his speed to run away as fast as he can towards Vale.
Tukson Book Trade
Ventus P.O.V.
"Phew, just made it" I sighed, as I brushed the dirty floor with a broom stick in a small book store.
This was Tukson's Book Trade, a small bookstore that I was currently part-timing in to earn some extra cash.
Now you may be wondering why I'd be working in such a small place when I could've gone somewhere that was bigger and paid better.
Well it was a simple answer….I kinda crashed into the place while I was trying to stop a fleeing van.
The owner saw me turn back as well, so as an apology I used Upgrade to fix the place up and he said that he wouldn't tell anyone about the Omnitrix if I worked for him.
'And now I'm spending my weekend working in an old book store' I thought, as I cleaned up the place.
"Hey Ventus I've got a job for you" I heard, as I turned my attention to the owner of the store Tukson, who was a Bear Faunus.
He wore a short-sleeved quarter-zip burgundy and black shirt with a visible white undershirt. His hair was cleanly cut, and he had noticeable sideburns, along with hairy, muscular arms. He also had really sharp nails, almost like claws.
"Yeah boss?" I asked, walking towards Tukson who dropped a bag of books and a list of addresses in front of me.
"I need ya to use your to deliver all of these packages, I'd do them myself but unfortunately I got a lot on my plate right now" he said, as I nodded "So go and deliver them, and be back right away".
"Sure thing boss" I said, lifting up the Omnitrix "Alright Omni, we're going to need something fast".
"Hold up kid" he said, as I looked at him "Uh, what?".
"I don't want you using that nifty watch for deliveries again, remember last time you used the watch" he said, "I'm still finding green slime in different places".
"R-Right" I sweatdropped "Fine, I'll just walk to the places" I sighed, taking the bag of books and a list of addresses.
"Well guess I'll see you in a bit" I waved to Tukson, walking out of the store to deliver the books.
"Ah man, This would be a whole heck of a lot easier if I could just go alienthen I'd deliver these books like a snap" I said, walking down the street with the books in the bag.
"Well you have to admit Ventus, you have been relying on the Omnitrix a bit too much as of late" Omni said, materialising next to me as I rose an eyebrow.
"Say's the literal A.I. Of the Omnitrix" I said as he rolled his eyes "You know what I mean, it might be good for you as a hunter not to rely on it so much".
"Yeah, guess you got a point there alright well then how about we make this a bit of training as well" I smiled, making my partner blink.
"Training? What do you mean, these are just deliveries" he said, making me smirk as I started stretching.
"True, but that doesn't mean I can't get a good job out of it. So mind timing me?" I asked, as Omni nodded.
"Alright, time to go!" I said, before running ahead to my first address.
Elsewhere
Third person P.O.V.
Meanwhile somewhere else we see a Faunus walking down the street looking pretty bad, he wore a ragged hoody and torn up trousers and worn out shoes, he was a hedgehog Faunus with dark skin and spikes on his hair.
He was walking outside of a large concert hall with many posters all over the place for one, Jazz Willows, a musician playing tonight.
He glared at the posters, looking at the human on it, before growling and ripped the poster off.
"How dare they… how dare they replace me with some human! I wrote those songs! I wrote the beat! Heck it's my technology they are using! How dare they replace me!" He thought, crunching up the poster before tossing it away.
"Well then, how about you get your revenge" he heard looking behind him to see a woman with a long brown ponytail and a pair of black shades, she was also wearing a green suit, a white shirt and a black tie.
"Who…are you?" He asked, as the woman smiled "That isn't important, what is important is you, we can help you get your revenge by ruining this concert, and all you need to do is record yourself attacking the place" she explained.
"And why do you want me to record it?" He asked, as the woman smirked "Let's just say there's someone who will most likely arrive that we are very interested in.''
A few hours later
Ventus P.O.V.
"Phew okay and that's the last one done" I sighed, wiping off some of the sweat off my head.
It took me a while but I've finally finished delivering most of the books around Vale,
"Good job, are there any more addresses?" Omni asked, as I pulled out the list "Just checking now… huh? Looks like we're done".
"Well that wasn't so bad was it" Omni said, as I rolled my eyes "Yeah yeah, your right" I sighed, typing on my scroll so I could tell Tukson that I was done.
"Looks like we're done for the day, think Yang's still pissed at me or…" I said, before noticing that Omni was looking at something with a distracted looking face "What are you looking at?".
"T-That girl over that" he said, pointing to someone as I followed his direction.
He was looking at a girl who was looking all over the place as if she's never seen anything like it before.
She had orange curly hair with green eyes and freckles on her face, with a pink bow on the back of her head. She wore grey garments that were styled like a blouse, as well as black stockings with green lines going up the legs.
"Huh, kinda reminds of how you acted when you first visited the city" I smiled, remembering when he first saw the city.
"What I wasn't that bad, was I?" Omni asked, making me snicker.
"Dude you were absolutely like that" I said, as we both began laughing.
"Salutations!" We heard, looking over to see the girl who suddenly appeared really close to us.
"Gah!" I yelled leaping back "D-Don't freaking do that!".
"Ah I apologise, I didn't mean to scare you" she said, as I calmed down "N-Nah it's fine just surprised me".
"Oh okay! I'm Penny, it is wonderful to meet you" she smiled, making me rub my head.
"Oh well Uh, I'm Ventus, Ventus Valiant" I said, as she nodded.
"Oh, so that's your name!" She ooed excitedly, waving back. "Salutations Ventus, Ventus Valiant!"
"Uuuh, Just call me Ven" I said, making her giggle "Very well, Ven".
'Jeez, what's up with this girl…' he thought, before looking up at Omni to see him looking anxious.
'Don't tell me…' I thought, before noticing Penny turning her gaze.
"And what is your name?" She said, looking at…Omni?
"Wait…you can see me?" "Wait, you can see him?" We both asked, at the same time.
"Yes!" She smiled, before turning her head "Is that odd?"
"Y-Yeah, most people except for me and my sister can't see him?" I said, before sweat dropping 'Guess her semblance let's her see Aura like Ozpin' I thought, before noticing Omni squealing with excitement.
"OH MY GOSH! YOU CAN SEE ME YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE ME!" Omni said, with complete excitement.
"Yes, but may I ask what you are?" Penny asked, as she scanned Omni's body "You look like you're made out of Aura, but I've never seen or heard of anything like you before".
"It's kind of a long story" I said, scratching.
"Ooh! I really enjoy stories! Please tell me!" Penny asked, clapping her hands together.
"Can we tell her Vent! Can we! Can we! Please!" Omni said, as both her and Penny looked at me with stars in their eyes.
"Pleeeeaaaasssseeee~!" They both begged, making me sweatdrop.
"Okay, okay just Penny I need you to promise that you won't tell anyone, anyone" I said, as she saluted.
"I promise" Penny saluted, making me smile.
"Alright, well pretty much Omni is made out of my Aura thanks to this" I said, showing off the Omnitrix as Penny examined the device.
"I've never seen any kind of technology like this in Atlas, or anywhere in Remnant?" She said, as I smirked.
"Wouldn't be surprised, I didn't find this anywhere in Remnant it came from space" I explained, as Penny looked at me "Amazing! You have a device another planet!".
"That's right, I'm an A.I. from the Omnitrix though my memory is damaged, so I don't remember how I came to this planet or why I was created" Omni explained.
"Amazing! So what does this Omnitrix do" Penny asked, and Omni was about to answer but I quickly covered his mouth.
"Let's leave that for a surprise for now, don't wanna do the thing yet in the middle of town" Ventus said, as the two looked down with disappoint.
I did honestly feed bad since the two seemed so excited, but I didn't want to blow our cover of being the Alien creatures yet.
"S-So what are you doing in Vale Penny, I don't think I've seen you here before" I asked, crossing my arms.
"Oh! Well I was so excited to come to some new place! So I ran away from the others so I could look around" she smiled, confusing us.
"You ran away?" We both asked, making her freeze up.
"Oh I mean, I got lost from… my family?" She said, with a small hiccup.
She's clearly lying… but I don't wanna call it out, that'd just be a dick move.
"Okay… well why did you get lost, what did you get distracted by all the new sights in Vale" Ventus asked, as Penny got excited.
"That's right! It was so amazing seeing everything! Then I got lost from everyone else" she said, as Omni smiled.
"Is there anywhere in particular you wanted to go?" Omni asked, as Penny smiled.
"Yes there was! I heard from many people around here, exactly 80%, have been talking about this new technology that represents music that's capable of what they say 'The Wub Wub'."
I legit resisted the urge to snicker at the way she said that, I guess it could be one of those concerts. I guess she's a music fan.
"Do you mean a Concert?" I asked, as She nodded. "Yes, I'm very excited to see the works of the famous musician, Jazz Willows!" She said in excitement before looking down "Although I will not be able to go…".
"Why not?" Omni asked, as Penny looked down.
"I'm not allowed to go out after dark…" she said, as I smiled.
"Then why don't you just sneak out? I used to do it all the time, as long as you make it look like you're asleep it should be fine" I said, making her look up at me.
"Really? I have never done anything like that before" she said, as I looked over at Omni before smirking.
"Don't worry about it, heck I'll come with you to the concert" I said, surprising her and Omni "Really?"
"Yeah, I mean did you have anyone else" I asked, which She suddenly flinched at before quickly shaking her head "A-Are you sure it's alright for you to come with me, someone you just met".
"Course, I mean after all we're friends right?" I said, making her look up at me.
"What… did you just say…?" She asked, making me and Omni blink "Huh? I just said we were friends".
"A-And Omni, d-do you think the same of me?" She asked, making Omni blush a bit "O-Of course, you're one of the only people I can talk to so I'd obviously consider you a friend".
She stared at us for a couple of minutes before growing the biggest smile that I've ever seen.
"SENSATIONAL!" She screamed, surprising us "O-OKAY! I'll meet you here tonight at exactly 3 hours and 46 minutes from now!" She said, before running off much to our surprise.
"O-Okay" I said, awkwardly as I looked over to see that Omni was looking excited.
Ventus and Reina's dorm
Ventus P.O.V.
"Okay, this looks pretty good" I mumbled, as I put on a new outfit for tonight.
"What are you doing?" Reina asked, as I looked back to my sister walking into the room.
"Ah, I'm just getting ready for tonight" I said, as Reina looked at me confused
"What's going on tonight?" Reina asked, making me chuckle "Omni's going on a date".
"WHAT!" Reina yelled, in surprise and shock as Omni appeared next to me.
"Ventus! I told you before! It's not a date!" Omni yelled, his entire face blushing.
"Yeah we met a girl who could see Omni, something with her semblance I think, anyway she was new to Vale and she invited us to a concert tonight" I explained "You wanna come too?".
"I-I don't know I mean we have a curfew and we'll probably find out if the teachers find our room empty" she said, as I smirked.
"Don't worry, I've already planned that out" I said, as Omni entered the Omnitrix activating it.
I turned the dial on the watch a few times before slamming it down causing a bright flash.
"Vent! Warn me next time" she said, rubbing her eyes recovering from the flash before seeing my new alien.
"Web Weaver!" I yelled, as we see my new alien form which was basically a male Archane who's bottom half was a large spider and his top half had blue skin, long black hair and many eyes with different web's around his body to represent clothes.
"Okay, what kind of alien is that?" Reina asked, as Omni beeped.
"This is a Arachnoid, a half human and half spider race who has the ability to stick to walls, sense different things with the hairs on his body and shoot strong web from his finger tips, the race is normally all female but thanks to the Omnitrix's gender change ability it was able to make the first male Archanoid" he explained.
"Huh, that's cool but how does it hel- wait the Omnitrix can change your gender" Reina asked, as I nodded "Yeah, but I haven't tried it out yet".
"Okay…well anyway how is this alien meant to help?" She asked, as I smirked.
"Just watch" I said, raising my hands before shooting out some webs.
I then proceeded to use the webs to make exact statues of me and Reina.
"Woah! These look really good!" Reina said, as Ventus returned to normal.
"Of course, there's a reason why Archanoid's are known as the Fashion masters of the galaxy," Omni explained, as I moved in close.
"So what do you think, wanna come?" I asked, as Reina thought about it.
Concert Hall
Third person P.O.V.
Back at the concert hall, we see many people waiting outside for the concert however we see the hooded man walking towards it.
He was wearing a new outfit that looked like an all black high tech suit with a long black hooded coat, with his hood covering his face.
We see him gripping his hand, before making his way into the building.
He walked and pushed through the many people waiting to get in as he made it to the backstage only to be met by two guards.
"Sorry, but you can't get in without a pass" the guards said, but the hooded man's face and hands began glowing purple.
"oH yOu'Ll bE lEttInG mE In, rIgHt nOw!" he said, in a distorted voice before firing a powerful sound wave which knocked the two to the ground.
"W-What!" One of the guards yelled, his body vibrating as he struggled to get up.
"C-Can't… move…" the other guard said, as he felt his body being pushed to the ground as the man passed them.
He continued walking down the hallways of the Backstage until finding the room the main musician was in, before he entered the room
"Huh? Who the hell are you?" Jazz Willows asked, as the man's face glowed.
"i'M ThE pErSoN tHaT yOu rEplAcED, aNd I Am HeRe fOr mY jOb bACk" he said, as Jazz rose an eyebrow.
"I replaced you, wait don't tell me… your Pewter Cornel!" He yelled, but the now named Pewter pushed him back.
"wRoNg! PewTEr wAs a wEAkLinG! I aM sOmEOne sTronG! I aM lORd DeCibEl!" He declared, removing his hood to reveal a high tech helmet to go along with his high tech suit.
"AnD tHIs iS mY sHOw nOw!" He said, moving in towards Jazz as he screamed in fear.
Meanwhile outside we see a large crowd at the concert ground, waiting in anticipation for Jazz to come on to the stage.
Within the large crowd, we can see Ventus, Omni, Reina and Penny waiting for the show to start.
"Sensational! This is amazing! I've never seen so many people in one place before!" Penny said, excitedly.
"I know! I thought Beacon was packed but this is incredible!" Omni agreed as the two looked around.
"Jeez, this just looks surreal" Reina sweatdropped, watching the two.
"True, But you gotta admit they are kinda perfect for each other" Ventus said, as Reina stared at them.
"Yeah, I gotta admit they do look cute," Reina nodded before the stage lit up.
"Ah! It's starting!" Penny cheered excitedly.
Everyone began cheering Jazz Willows's name, but then they were confused when they saw Lord Decibel walking up to the stage.
'Who the heck is that…' Ventus thought, as they watched him getting on to stage.
"grEEtiNGs pEOPle Of vALe! yOU cAn cAll Me lORd DeCibEl!" he declared as he placed his tools on the stage.
"anD I gOT a ZpeCIal ShoW fOr YoU tONiGHt!" He yelled, before turning on the lights revealing the tied up body of Jazz and the producers.
"Wait, isn't that the singer! And who are those other guys!" Reina gasped, as Lord Decibel smirked.
"tHAt'z rIgHt fOlKz, tHeZe FaUnUs haTiNg bAStArD's rUInEd mY jOb aNd mY lIfE! AnD nOw yOu'Ll bE thE oNe puNiShinG tHEm!" He declared, which caused the audience to begin booing and some of them began leaving.
"oH yOu woN'T bE bOOIng fOr lOnG!" he said, as the doors around them suddenly closed and locked before he activated the machine in front of him.
Suddenly several purple sound waves coursed through the concert, which caused the people's eyes to gain a purple colour including Ventus and Reina.
They began screaming and yelling making Lord Decibel smirked.
"gOOd! gOOd! Now tImE To lEt tHe sHoW bEgIn!" He said, kicking Jazz and the Producers on to the concert floor.
They tried to get back in but Decibel created a sound barrier keeping them on the floor "oH you Don'T WaNNa EnD tHe sHoW yEt!"
The audience the rushed the group and began attacking them, their screams being drowned out by Lord Decibel's music.
"MuaHaHaHaH! yEs mY sLave'Z! pUnIsH tHeM!" Lord Decibel laughed, watching his enemies getting beaten up.
"What the heck is going on! What's wrong with everyone! They're acting like zombies" Omni said, watching them unable to stop them.
'Everyone's out of control, and I can't do anything if I transform Ventus, it'll just make things much worse…' Omni thought, trying to think of something when noticing.
"What are you all doing? Oh! Is some kind of concert ritual!" Penny said, who looked to be not under the mind control waves.
"Penny, you're Okay" Omni smiled, moving up to her "But why aren't you being affected by the waves?".
"It seems that the frequency of the wave only affects hu-" Penny then stopped herself from finishing the sentence while looking at Omni "I-I mean, I'm not sure maybe it's my semblance" she said, with a hiccup.
"R-Right…" Omni said, concerned before shaking his head "Anyway, we need to get out of here could you bring Ventus as well".
"Right away!" She said, before running up to the Ventus and picked him up before running towards the door.
"HEY! LET ME GO! THEY NEED TO PAY!" Ventus roared, catching Lord Decibel's attention.
"afTeR tHEm yOU FooLS!" He yelled, sending some of the mind controlled crowd towards Penny and Ventus.
"Uh Penny, you're gonna need to mo- woah!" Omni gasped, surprised by how Penny was able to crash through the door "Woah…".
She then turned around before running down the hallways of the building before hiding around the corner as several of the people in the crowd looked for them.
"LET ME GO! YOU'RE NOT GETTING AWAY WITH-GAH!" Ventus yelled, before Penny slapped him in the face.
"Ow! Penny what was that for- wait what was I just doing?" He asked, shaking his head.
"The masked guy, he mind controlled everyone, luckily Penny wasn't affected so we're able to get you an escape" Omni said, as Ventus looked at Penny.
"Oh wow all of that happened, thanks for that Penny" Ventus said, looking at Penny as she smiled.
"You're welcome" she saluted, before they heard the rest of the crowd running away.
"Oh no! They're coming!" Omni gasped, as Penny got up.
"Don't worry guys! I'm combat ready-" Penny said, before being cut off by a bright green flash as she looked back "Huh?".
"SwampFire!" Ventus yelled, now in his methonosian form as Penny looked at him both surprised and confused.
"Ventus?…Omni?…is that you?" Penny said, scanning SwampFire's body.
"Yeah, let's just say we aren't your normal hunters" he said, walking towards the crowd as Penny looked at him 'Just… like me'.
SwampFire walked towards the crowd as they rushed for him but he then gripped the seeds on his arms before pulling them off and throwing them in front of the crowd.
The seeds then cracked open as several vines came out and blocked their way however one person leapt over the vines before rushing towards him.
"Oh come on Sis! Stop it!" He said blocking her attacks before she pulled out her weapon and swung it at him.
He then dodged the attack before shooting a stream of fire at her so she used her Aura to create a barrier blocking it.
She the threw several energy projectiles at SwampFire cutting through his body which just grew back "Hey! Stop it Sis!".
"Don't worry Ventus! I'll help you!" Penny said, moving in front of SwampFire before several swords flew out of her back and dashed towards Reina.
Reina blocked several of the swords however some of them passed her weapon and stabbed into her clothes sticking her into the wall.
"Wow Penny, how did you do all that?" SwampFire asked, as Penny smiled and saluted "Like I said, I'm Combat Ready".
"LET ME GO! YOU'RE NOT GONNA GET AWAY THIS!" Reina yelled, struggling to break free.
"Alright sis, time to break you free" he said, moving his hand in front of Reina's face releasing some of the methane gas from his palm.
"What are you! Guh, Ventus you know how much I hate that smell, huh?" Reina said, breaking free from the mind control.
"Looks like it worked" he said, before turning to the other civilians and using the gas to snap them free.
"Ugh what happened" "My head hurts" "Where are we" some of the civilians said, before looking up at SwampFire.
"…Boo" he said, making them scream before quickly making their way out of the building.
"Don't you think that was a bit mean?" Omni asked, as Ventus returned to normal.
"What we had to get them out of here somehow and if they call more hunters then we'd be getting back up" he shrugged, crossing his arms.
"Okay can you please tell me what the heck is going on?" Reina asked, as Penny smiled.
"Well you see, the musician that crashed concert played some kind of strange music that hypnotised the audience, luckily I wasn't affected and Omni told me to take Ventus and to escape then when we broke Ventus free he did that cool monster transformation ability and freed all of you of the mind control by distracting you from the music" Penny explained, really quickly.
"R-Right, well did you free everyone Ventus?" She asked her brother, who shook his head.
"No, I think there's more civilians back there and I doubt the same trick will work with music at the strongest back there" he said, looking back.
"Yeah, and if we go out there we'll just get put his control again, not only that but how will we go through that sound barrier" Reina sighed, when Penny smiled "What if you go through a node"
"A what?" Ventus and Reina asked, making Penny smile.
"A node, a point along a standing wave where the wave has a minimum amplitude it'll mean the sound barrier will be at it's weakest and Lord Decibel mind control won't be as effective" she explained.
"Penny, that just might work!" Omni smiled, as Ventus looked through the Omnitrix.
"Would one of my sound based aliens be able to do the trick?" Ventus asked, as Penny shook her head "Unless you are able to match your frequency with Lord Decibel's you music, then no".
"Hmm, then we'll need a speaker and the right kind of player for this to work, not only that we'll need some who can play it" Reina said, making Penny smile "I can! I'm DJ ready!".
"Okay… but you'll need to move around to avoid his sound attacks for it to work" Reina said, as Ventus smiled.
"I think I got just the alien, Omni mind doing the thing" he said, as Omni nodding entering into the Omnitrix while he smacked the watched causing a bright green flash.
"Jury Rigg!" Ventus yelled, now in a ready small Red Devil like alien that looked like he was in biker or airplane clothes.
"Oh!, what does this one do?" Penny asked, as Jury Rigg smiled before laughing.
"Hahahaha! Fix! Fix! Build! Build!" He yelled, jumping around before moving past the two girls.
"Hey! Get back here!" Reina yelled, as the two chased after Jury Rigg.
Back at the concert hall
Third person P.O.V.
Back in the concert hall, we see Lord Decibel smirking as he gave the payback the people that wronged him deserved.
"muAhAhAhAh! wiTh tHiS tEcH nO oNE wiLL bE aBlE tO stOp mE! I cAn do anYthInG!" Lord Decibel laughed, but then other music began playing "whAt?".

"I don't think so!" He heard, looking up to see Penny with some kind of tech around her playing the music.
She was equipped with a DJ set apparatus in front of her, with two large speakers on the side and two in the front with several switches and buttons in front of her. She's also wearing green see through glasses showing the brow and eyes as displayed.
"whAt! WhO tHe heLL aRe yOU!" Lord Decibel yelled, as Penny smirked.
"I am the DJ of justice! P3N-3! And I am DJ ready!" She said, as Lord Decibel growled.
"fInE lEt'S sEE hOw u dO agAinSt tHiS!" He said, powerful sounds waves toward Penny who used her set to send another sound wave to block the attack.
"GrRr!" He said, sending several sound attacks as Penny dodged the attacks firing her own sounds attacks back at him.
"Jeez I did not expect Penny to be so good at fighting" Reina said, with Ventus nodding "Yeah I was surprised too".
"Anyway, now that he's distracted, let's get the civilians out of here, Omni are you charged up yet?" Reina asked, as Omnitrix beeped.
"Yeah, and I got just the alien" he said, as the Omnitrix's button popped open.
"Alright, let's do this" Ventus slamming the button as he was engulfed by a bright green light.
"WildVine!" Ventus yelled, now in his Florauna form.
"Okay and what can this plant do?" Reina asked, as Wildvine smirked.
"Just watch sis" he said, grabbing the seeds on his back before he tossed them towards the civilians.
The seeds the burst open, releasing a gas which knocked out all of the civilians.
"Now quick! Let's get them out of there" WildVine said, as Reina nodded covering her ears before the two rushed towards the civilians.
Meanwhile we see Penny continuing to attempt to use the sound attacks to break through the sound barrier while dodging Lord Decibel.
"yOu aNNoYinG bRAt!" Lord Decibel yelled, getting more and more annoyed.
"GuEsS iT'S tIMe tO TuRn uP tHe AmP's aNd dROp thE bEAt" he said, twisting some of the knobs and inserting some black dust crystals into his set before he blasted a powerful sound blast at Penny knocking her towards the wall.
"G-Gah" Penny said, struggling to break free due to the black dust.
"Penny!" Omni said, looking towards her before he switched Ventus's alien.
"Huh? Omni why did you switch me to Upgrade?" He asked, looking at his Galvonic Mechamorph form.
"It's Penny we need to help her!" Omni said, as Upgrade looked up "Oh shit, okay I'll merge with her set and blast that barrier away".
"Go ahead, I can handle these guys" Reina said, using her semblance to bring the civilians to safety.
Upgrade nodded as he melted into an Upgrade puddle and climbed up the wall before he reached for Penny's set.
This gave it bigger speakers and jet boosters however the upgrading didn't stop there.
Upgrade covered the rest of Penny's body turning, giving her an Upgraded power suit, with a green star shaped visor and her hair turning green and spiky.
"Woah…" Reina gawked, looking up at Penny.
"wHaT!" Lord Decibel yelled, looking at them.
"Sensational!I'veneverfeltasensationlikethisbefore!It'samazing!" Penny said, even quicker then she usually is.
"R-Right…,well then how about we give this new armour a spin" Ventus said, as Penny quickly nodded "Affirmative!".
Lord Decibel then sent several sound blasts towards the Upgraded Penny who easily dodged the blasts before she crossed her arms, all the green on her suit glowing.
"SuperSoundBurst!" She yelled, firing a powerful sound wave blasts which burst a whole through the barrier.
She then passed through the hole before it closed, and landed in front of Lord Decibel who stepped back.
"G-gEt aWaY!!" He yelled, firing his sound blast from his palm however Penny dodged the blast.
She then dashed towards Lord Decibel and punched him in the stomach "gUh!"
She then perform a spin kick cracking his helmet, and knocking him towards the wall knocking him out.
"Thatwasincredible!I'veneverfeltthisstrongbefore!Iwannadoitagain!" Penny said, before Upgrade removed himself from her before returning to normal.
"Phew you feeling okay Penny?" Ventus asked, as Penny smiled "I sure am! I've never had that much fun in a fight before" she smiled.
"Yeah, that was pretty crazy I never knew upgrade could do that, why didn't you tell me Omni" he said, looking up at his Partner who seemed distracted "Omni".
'Strange, I know Galvanic Mechamorph's are able to make armour for people but not to that degree… the only way that could've happened is if Penny was an Android!' he thought before looking over at Penny who was looking back at him with a worried look.
'It's true I have to…!' He thought, before seeing Penny looking down '…No…it's her secret…I should just…keep it to myself' he then placed his finger on his mouth trying to tell her he'd keep the secret.
Penny blinked before gaining a big smile on her face.
"Hey if you guys are done, we should get outta here before the police get here" Reina said, as Ventus nodded.
"Right, I'll give you guys a lift" he said, slamming his watch being engulfed in a bright green flash.
We then see Big Chill flying through the sky while carrying Reina and Penny but as they did we moved back to see a camera watching them.
"I'm sorry that the test subject failed sir" the suited woman said, watching the video.
"No… he did exactly what we needed, more data to learn about these Alines" A long black haired man in a suit said, watching the screen "Keep getting us data like this, and your brother's cure will be guaranteed".
"Y-Yes, Mr Van Kleiss" she said, leaving the room as the now named Van Kleiss smirked.
"I hope our project will please you, my queen" he smiled, sinisterly placing his hand on the screen.
And done, woo boy this was a fun chapter to write and thanks again to YuukiRyugaTaros for letting me base this chapter off of his.
Penny and Lord Decibel was also a lot of fun to write, and I'm looking forward to using them in the future.
Anyway I've got a lot of ideas for the upcoming chapters with Van Kleiss and providence going to be one of the main antagonists of volume 2 I'm really looking forward to it.
