A/N: Kinda on a roll right now, which is why I'm able to update this at all. It's all thanks to starting another story (that I haven'tposted) that allowed me to update this story and Freak, believe it or not. I'm trying not to overwhelm you all with unfinished new stories though, so it's going to be staying on the back burner for some time. Anyways, I know it's short, but it's the best I could do right now, as I've been struggling to finish this chapter since before I took the break. Literally had two and a half pages of it and just couldn't continue. So hooray for finally finishing, and I hope you all enjoy!

Chapter 7

Bella didn't understand it. After struggling for so long, she had made up her mind. She had planned to finally allow Heidi to do whatever she wanted to Bella so that the vampire would get bored and let her go. Yet once she had pulled herself together and had made it clear to Heidi that the vampire could take her whenever she wanted, even however she wanted, Heidi now seemed to want nothing to do with her.

Well, that wasn't completely true. Heidi only appeared to want nothing to do with her sexually, but otherwise, the vampire was strangely attentive and would always ask what Bella wanted to do or eat or if the vampire could get her anything. And when Bella tried to look sexy or ready-to-fuck-and felt stupid doing it every time-Heidi wouldn't do anything to her. Like it was clear Heidi wanted her in the way the vampire's eyes would darken and appear to burn, and how her fingers would twitch, and how sometimes Heidi would reach for Bella then seem to catch herself and stop. Still, Heidi wouldn't do anything to her, wouldn't say anything about Bella's behavior. Instead, she would only eye her in this wary, confusing way, as if she was afraid of Bella.

In other words, Bella had no idea what was going on, and she was being driven just a little bit crazy.

Could Bella be doing something wrong? Was Heidi trying to fuck with her? Or could Bella have been driven crazier than she thought, and Heidi saw and knew that Bella was crazy now and Bella could snap at any second? All three possibilities made quite a bit of sense, so she guessed all of them could be true.

However, that didn't explain why she was still here, supposedly a fuck toy that the woman in question didn't want to fuck.

Today when Bella woke up was no different. The second she opened her eyes and rolled onto her side with a yawn, Heidi was there. Clearly, Heidi was trying to give her space, as she was sitting at a desk doing some kind of work. However Heidi also obviously straightened, and while Heidi didn't turn to face her, it was clear Heidi was focused on her.

Usually Bella would, depending on her mood, either grumble a good morning or ignore Heidi completely. But it had been a week. A week of staying with Heidi, doing all sorts of things that had nothing to do with her original purpose of being here. A week of trying to hurry up and let Heidi do what she wanted so she could get out of this creepy ass castle, only for all of her attempts to get the fucking thing over with, for both Heidi and for Bella's own crazy, almost primal lust for the vampire, to no avail.

So, without a thought in the human's sleepy mind, Bella blurted, "Why won't you fuck me already?"

Heidi was so surprised, she nearly broke the desk she had been gripping in both hands since Bella had woken up.

"What?" Heidi asked in complete shock as she turned to face her mate.

Bella blushed hard the second those bewildered eyes were on her, but decided since she had already said it, she might as well keep going. "Why won't you have sex with me? Isn't that why I'm here? What you wanted? You wanted to have sex with me before, so why won't you have sex with me now that I'm actually okay with it?"

Heidi's mouth opened, but no words could come out. Yes, she had noticed how Bella had seemed more sexual, teasing, but a part of her thought it was just the human fucking with her. At the same time, even if Bella had been completely willing, Heidi was smart enough to know that there was a reason behind the sudden change and to be suspicious of it. Of course, even if Bella had suddenly decided to have sex with Heidi for no particular reason, Heidi had this strong instinct that if she were to go through with it, it would damage their mating bond, possibly permanently. Which meant Heidi had to tread very, very carefully.

"Why do you suddenly want to have sex with me, Bella?" Even saying it out loud made Heidi horny as images of what she wanted to do with the brunette flashed through her mind. Thankfully, she was able to suppress them.

"Because that's what you want, isn't it? That's the whole reason I'm stuck here." How was Bella supposed to eventually be freed if the person who was holding her prisoner for sex, didn't have sex with her?

The way Bella said it made Heidi's undead heart drop, all of her cautious excitement melting away. Bella didn't want to have sex with Heidi because Bella wanted to, Bella wanted to have sex to "get it over with." Heidi had been right, and while it hurt, she was more thankful than ever for keeping her urges in check.

"It's not the only thing I want."

"Well what else do you want then?" Bella snapped, trying not to let her desperation show, even as she hugged herself for comfort. "Whatever you want, just take it. Please." Just get it over with already.

Oh, Isabella might not have realized, but she might as well have burned Heidi's heart to nothingness. Just how badly had Heidi fucked up? Maybe if she just blurted out that Bella was actually Heidi's mate...no, that would never work. It was clear by the look in Bella's eyes that the girl wouldn't believe her for even a second. The only way was to show Bella what the human was to her and hope for Bella to realize.

"Fine, I will," Heidi said. She was suddenly in front of Bella, and for a moment, as Bella stared into Heidi's pitch black eyes, Bella thought she might be drained dry. Instead, Heidi crawled onto the bed, stalking towards Bella on hands and knees in a way that made Bella's arousal skyrocket despite herself.

Of course Heidi could smell it, and of course Heidi wanted to answer it. However, that wasn't what she was after at the moment. Instead, she climbed on top of Bella and slowly laid down on top of her.

"Breathe, Isabella." Heidi's husky order sent a shiver down Bella's spine, but it was enough to get air moving through Bella's lungs again. Despite telling herself that the fucking was just a means to an end, she was hoping way too much for Heidi to press one of her thighs between Bella's legs, to help soothe the ache that was burning in her core.

Instead, Heidi rolled onto her side, bringing Bella with her, and pulled the human close. The human definitely had no idea what was happening anymore as Heidi pressed their bodies together, buried her face in Bella's hair, and just held her.

"Um, what are you doing?" Bella managed to ask after minutes passed with them just laying there.

"Isn't it obvious? I'm taking what I want." What Heidi wanted more than anything right now; comfort from Isabella. Holding the human against her was soothing in a way that Heidi could never have dreamed of. "Please, try to enjoy it, Isabella."

"Oh." Bella really had no idea what angle Heidi was trying at, but when the vampire started to purr, she couldn't help but relax. It was just such a lulling sound. As Heidi's unique scent surrounded her, Bella found herself breathing it in and actually feeling comforted despite herself.

Bella had to have been doing it unconsciously, Heidi knew that. However, it was definitely a trying moment when the human's hands cupped Heidi's ass. A happy sigh slipped from the human's lips as Bella gave Heidi's ass a nice squeeze. Of course, Heidi's answering desire made the vampire want to groan and slam her head against a wall in frustration.

There was no other option; until their relationship changed, Heidi was just going to have to resign herself to suffering.
