Chapter 4: Settling In

Chapter Recap:

"Huh, that's new. welp, let's go explain this thing to the Hokage." said Sakumo while jumping on top of a building carefully not wanting to make the one year old wake up.

Infront of the Hokage tower, a figure suddenly appear in a black flash. It is our one and only Protagonist, Uchiha Namikaze Naruto.

Right after appearing there he then started to wait for a few minutes before a white hair man arrive beside him with a one year old in his hands.

"Heh, your getting slower uncle." said Naruto.

"It's not my fault that I can't use chackra to get here faster." remarked the white hair man. "Plus I didn't go at my full speed, it will wake this guy up." said the white hair man while pointing at the one years old in his hand.

"Hai hai, now let's not make the old man wait any longer." said Naruto while entering the Hokage Tower closely being followed by the white hair man. Both of them are also wondering why isn't there any other ninja around. It's probably because the Hokage ask them to go home early or something, it must have something to do with him being here.

Hokage's office

Sitting on the Hokage's chair is the current hokage that is Sarutobi Hiruzen still in his battle armor but with a pipe on his mouth probably to calm his nerve a little for what is about to be the most stressful moment of his life.

A few minutes later a knocking was heard on the door. Taking a deep breath and a puff from his pipe, the hokage then said "Come in" with authority in his voice.

A 'creak' sound was heard and three people comes into the office. Once all three entered the one with black hair close the door behind him and stood at attention infront of the old kage while the with hair man stood behind him with the one years old.

"Greetings Hokage-sama, it is a pleasure to be in your presence." said the black hair male with utmost seriousness in his voice.

Nodding to his words the old hokage said "It is also a pleasure to meet you Uchiha." said the Hokage while emphasizing the word 'Uchiha' in his name. "Before we start our conversation, please introduce yourself so I know on how to address you." said the Hokage.

Nodding to the Hokage's word, the black hair male replied "My name is Uchiha Namikaze Naruto, I'm 18 years old. My father's name are Yagami Uchiha and my mother's is Yuna Namikaze. I was born in a village located on the outskirts of the Fire Country bordering the Land of Lightning." said Naruto giving the Hokage his full information.

"What about the little guy there? Who is he to you?" ask the Hokage with narrowed eyes after hearing the name Uchiha and Namikaze.

Both are a clan that are once famous in their respective field. For the Uchiha it is their Kekkei genkai the sharingan and their mastery of fire ninjutsu while for the Namikaze clan that has been wiped out during the waring clan era by a combination of many other clan, this clan is famous for their speed, assassination, battle strategies that could rival the Nara clan and their Kekkei genkai Ranton release.

"His name is Uchiha Namikaze Obito, my biological younger brother, he is 1 years old." answered Naruto.

Nodding to his words the Hokage then ask look at the one who is holding the baby. Hatake Sakumo. 'It seems that he trusted Sakumo enough to allow him to hold his little brother.'

"Then, what is the relation between you and my subordinate, it seems that you trusted him enough to even call him 'uncle'?" ask the Hokage with narrowed eyes.

"Hokage-sama, let me be the one to explain it to you." said Sakumo.

The Hokage then nods accepting the request.

"It all happens during the 2nd war 10 years ago or so..."

"I still remember it clearly, the day I almost die.. I was on a solo mission to intercept an enemy supply carriage, we dont have enough ninja to deploy so Lord 2nd send me alone to the Land of Lightning to intercept it since he knows of my skills." said the Hatake with pride in his voice for being acknowledge by the 2nd Hokage.

"There is only around two squads of chunin protecting the supply carriage since there's not much supply that are being escorted. I managed to defeat six of them with the element if suprise on my side, but the last two are jounin level shinobi." continued the white haired male.

"I fought with both of them for some times on even ground but they managed to get the upper hand with their teamwork. One of them shot a lightning jutsu right infront of me at a close distance without using any hand signs and that caught me off guard, I managed to dodge it and kill him using my blade but his teammate caught me using a paralysis lightning jutsu. He was about to end me when he suddenly started screaming and falls on the ground dead. I tried to look around and I saw a man, an 'old man'. He has long black hair with a mixture of white and a wrinkle face. Before i could register who he is, I loss consciousness." said Sakumo while handing Naruto his little brother.

"Then what happened after that? Who saved you?" ask the Hokage waiting in anticipation.

"After I regained my consciousness, I was in a house made out of the combination of stone and wood. I also noticed that my body has bandaged all over it. I tried to sit straight but felt a hand on my shoulder, when i looked to my right, i saw a blond woman that I've never seen or met before. She then said ask me to rest while her hands glowed green to check on my injuries. She said that her Father in Law is the one who saved me and brought me back here." said Sakumo.

"Im guessing that this blond woman is your mother isn't it Uchiha-san?" ask the Hokage.

"Yes she is my mother, and please just call me Naruto, I hate formalities the most." said the black haired man.

"Understood, please continue on with the story Sakumo." said the Hokage.

"Simply put, the one who saved me is Uchiha Madara. After I was fully healed, he warns me that if I tell anyone about hum being alive, he will come to Konoha and finish what he started." said the Hatake while looking at the now wide eye Hokage.

"Impossible! Uchiha Madara is killed by the 1st Hokage at the Valley Of The End! It's not possible that he is alive and has started a family of his own!!" said the now enraged Hokage at the explanation.

"It is true Hokage-sama, I would never lie to you." said Sakumo with calmness in his voice.

"How... How did he survived? How did Uchiha Madara escape after being stab by the 1st Hokage himself?!" ask the Hokage towards Sakumo.

"I'm sorry Hokage-sama, but I don't know-"said Sakumo before being cut off "I know." said Naruto.

"Then how?! The first Hokage himself has confirmed it himself that Madara is dead! Then hiw did he survived after that?!"

"It's pretty easy actually, there is this forbidden jutsu that only an Uchiha with the Mangekyou can use but are not allow by the clan elders since it took away one of their sharingan turning it white and unusable. The jutsu is called.. Izanagi." explained Naruto.

"The Izanagi allowed the user to applies an illusion to reality itself, giving the user control over what is and is not real for as long as Izanagi is active. Users typically do this in order to protect themselves, negating any injuries that they receive or even their deaths. When this happens, their injured self fades away as an illusion and their non-injured self immediately materialises in the previous self's place." said Naruto giving the full detail of The Izanagi to the Hokage.

Slowly taking the information in The Hokage took a deep calming breath and plop down on his chair then release a sigh from his mouth. "I'm too old for this shit.." said The Hokage. "Is there anything else that I need to know before we continue this conversation? " asked the Hokage.

"I don't know if you notice this during the explaination but.. I'm the grandson of Uchiha Madara and so is Obito here." said the Uchiha Namikaze while rocking his arm slowly as the one years old is still sleeping there.

"...HOW THE HELL DID I MISS THAT?!?" shouted The Hokage while he smash is palm on the wooden table so hard that it crack a little, unknowingly he released a killing intent and glared at Naruto "What is your goal for coming here?! Do you want to finished what your grandfather has started by destroying The Leaf?!?" said the Hokage.

"First of all calm down old man, you will wake Obi up with that KI you are releasing, and no, I'm here to join The Leaf and protect it. I need somewhere safe to raised Obito and I'm damn well are not going to stay in a village so close to the Lightning country. All i want is to raised Obito in a place where he can grow up without needing to be exposed to war." said Naruto with utmost seriousness while covering Obito in his chackra once more to not wake him up.

"And how should I know that you are not lying?! For all I know you could just be lying so that you could finish what your-" "I'll vouch for him Hokage-sama" before the Hokage could finish talking he was cut by the Jounin Commander.

"Hatake Sakumo do you understand what you just said?" asked the Hokage.

"I do Hokage-sama, if Naruto here betrayed the Leaf village in any way, I , Hatake Sakumo, will commit seppuku." said Sakumo.

"U-uncle, you don't need to do that! We could find another way-"

"There is no other way Naruto, this is the only way to convince the Hokage." said Sakumo while looking at the Hokage's frowning face.

Sighing again the Hokage took another puff of his trusted pipe and said "Fine then, but both Naruto and Obito will be put under probation and will be watch 24/7 by an ANBU squad for 6 month, only after 6 month that he will be able to go on missions, even though you know about this but im just gonna said it anyway that it won't be long before the 3rd Great Ninja War would be announced, give or take probably only 9 month or so, our spy has been gathering intelligence that the other villages has increased their supply of weapons, food and much more."

Nodding to the Hokage's words Naruto replied "Yes I know that a War will come soon, that is the main reason why I wanted to move to Konoha, there is other reason too... but.. it's not important i guess.." said Naruto while an image of a red haired beauty appeared in his mind. Unconsciously a smile made itself known to the young man face. This sudden action didn't goes unnoticed by the other two people in the office.

With a widen eyes after looking at his surrogate niece's smile Sakumo voice out his thoughts "No freaking way..!!" said Sakumo without hiding his shock.

"W-what?? What's wrong uncle??" asked Naruto.

"Y-you y-you..."

"M-me m-me what?!!?" asked Naruto again.

"YOU'RE IN LOVE!?!?!" exclaimed Sakumo loudly.

Going paled a little after being caught he tried to denied it "Wh-What?!? How the hell did you come out with that conclusion?!??!?"

"I know that smile anywhere brat! Now tell me, who is the lucky girl?!" said Sakumo.

Going red in embarrassment Naruto said "I-i-i uh I-i uhhh, y-you don't need to know!! It's my private life! P-plus! Stop embarrassing me infront of the Hokage!"

"Fucking hell... I'm to old for this shit.." said the Hokage out loud 'but perhaps.. this might actually be the best for the leaf.. having the grandson of Madara will greatly increased the strength of our military' thought the Hokage while the other two 'adults' are bickering with each other.

"Alright alright stop it you two.. I think that's all that I need from the both of you, is there anything else that I can help you with?" asked the Hokage.

Thanking the god for the change in subject Naruto said to the Hokage "Yes actually.. I would like to buy a compound, preferably the biggest one you have."

With a nod the Hokage said "Yes, that can be arranged as long as you have the money, is there anything else?"

"One last thing.." said Naruto while his eyes suddenly goes serious like a polished shinobi, his body shows nothing but confident and somehow the Hokage felt like he was talking to Madara himself.

"I wish for The Namikaze Clan to be apart of this village and I as the Clan head." said Naruto with authority laced in his voice.

Eyes narrowing the Hokage said "And what power do you have to be the one deciding that decision? You need to ask for the 'permission' from the Namikaze Clan head in order to join this village, and you also should know that the Namikaze Clan is like the Uzumaki and Hyuga, they are a Clan govern by the main family, if you are not from the main family then you can never be the head...unless..." then realization hit him in the face, once again the Hokage eyes goes wide at seeing the smirk on Naruto's face.

"Unless I'm from the 'main' family" said Naruto with a smirk. "My mother, Yuna Namikaze, is actually the one of the remaining member of the Namikaze Clan main family, her family has been in hiding since the Clan was destroyed in the Warring Clan Era. So that makes 'me' one of the last remaining main family member. The other being my brother, and maybe, just maybe there is a few survivor spread out across the Elemental Nation, and I intend to give them somewhere where they could live peacefully." said Naruto with a smirking face and a sad smile at the end.

Sighing at the new information the Hokage add his two cents "But if what you are telling me is true, you being Madara's grandson makes you an Uchiha too. And I'm sure that the Uchiha elders will make a fuss abouth it. They might even threaten you or try something else to get you on their side."

The temperature in the room suddenly goes down, the sudden change in temperature put the two experience shinobi on edge. Both of the shinobi look towards the cause of the sudden drop of temp only to stare into two glowing red orbs.

"T-that's the same eyes as Madara.." said The Hokage with his mouth slightly open and fear in his voice. Even the man who is called The Secong God Of Shinobi after the 1st Hokage is scared of those two red orbs. I mean, those same red orbs could allow its wielder to level mountains! Who won't be scared of it?!

"Indeed they are.. And I dare them (the Uchiha Elders) to try anything, anything at all and I'm gonna show them what this eyes can do and why they should fear the descendants of

The Ghost of The Uchiha. Plus, my Uchiha genes is from my father side, and my father is only half Uchiha. While me, I'm only a quarter Uchiha and half Namikaze since my mother is a full blooded Namikaze." said Naruto.

After a few minutes of silent the Hokage regain his senses and quirk an eyebrow at the last bit of information. So the Hokage asked him "Can you please elaborate, I don't think I quite understand"

"You know what, let me just tell you my 'family tree' " said Naruto.

Naruto's Family Tree

Father: Yagami Uchiha Uzumaki

Mother: Yuna Uchiha Namikaze

Little Brother: Obito Uchiha Namikaze

Grandfather (Father's side): Madara Uchiha

Grandmother (Father's side): Kinowi Uzumaki

Grandfather (Mother's side): Karuto Namikaze

Grandmother (Mother's side): Mina Namikaze

"And there you go, that's my family" said Naruto with a smile on his face.

Feeling a migraine coming the Hokage accepted the explanation and give Naruto a form to fill in. One for his new Clan compound, One for being a citizen of The Leaf and one for him to fill in as the official Head of The Namikaze Clan that might/will be joining the council as one of it's high members.

"Is that everything Hokage-sama?" asked Naruto.

"Yes it is, but one/a few more question, you say that Madara's wife is an Uzumaki right? Does that means you and Obito are also an Uzumaki? If is so, do you know on how to do seals?" asked the Hokage

"Yes, my grandmother is an Uzumaki, and yes me and Obito are quarter Uzumaki as well as Uchiha, but somehow i took more after my dad in appearance, and for your final question yes i do know how to do seals, I'm a certified Seal Master by my grandmother's approval." said Naruto answering all of the Hokage question. "Is that all Hokage-sama? I can't wait to go back to my compound and took a nap, it's been one hell of a day explaining those things to you." said Naruto.

Nodding to his question The Hokage allow them to leave the office and goes their respective ways.

"Phew.. the council will go mad when they heard about this.." said The Hokage feeling the migraine coming again. "Ugh.. where did I put the sake that Tsunade gave me again? I could use a bottle or two." he then opens his drawer to search for the sake, when he found it he bring it out and put it on the table beside the... paperwork.. blinking once, blinking twice...

"WHERE THE FUCK DOES THIS PAPERWORK COMES FROM?!?!?!?"

Outside The Hokage Tower

"Well the conversation goes better than expected.." said a white haired man.

"Yeah.. I thought I might be put into prison if you are not there to vouch for me, so thank you uncle." said Naruto with gratitude.

"It's not a problem Naruto, I just hope that Obito can become friends with my son Kakashi, he is also a one years old. " said Sakumo

"Wow, you already has a son huh.. that's fast. Anyway can you help me to get to my new compound? I want to sleep" said Naruto.

Chuckling at his surrogate niece antics Sakumo then said "Yeah sure, it's right beside the Uchiha Clan Compound actually."

"What?! My Clan Compound is going to be beside the Uchiha?!? Damnit, I don't think I will have a quiet life here.." said Naruto with anime tears running down his face.

"Haha don't worry about that, I trust The Hokage will be having a meeting with the council soon because of you. Anyways how did you get that much money to buy a Compound bigger than the Hyuga? It literally cost an arm and a leg for it." asked Sakumo.

"Oh that? I did some bounty hunting after my father's death to put food on the table, plus its not really that much my mother and grandmother left me quite a lot of their clan treasure including many other scrolls containing weapons, clothes, money, gold, some clan jutsus and instructions, and many more. Im basically rich af with a ton of sealing scrolls that I haven't opened yet. There might even be a tailed beast in one of those, who knew?" said Naruto with a shrug.

Simply put, Naruto is in possession of many of the Namikaze Clan jutsu including their fighting styles, old records, and many other valuable thing that a once feared Clan possesed. Not only does he had the Namikaze Clan treasure, he also has inherited many scrolls from both of his grandparents clan, The Uchiha and The Uzumaki although not as much as his mother's, it is still much more valuable, such as The gunbai on his back, The armor that he is wearing, the seal on his arm also contains many other scrolls from his grandmother. What a rich son of a bish he is.

Both Naruto and Sakumo then walk towards the now Namikaze Clan Compound at a comfortable pace with Obito still sleeping in Naruto's arm. How he did not wake up during all those shouting not even I know..

Well.. That's chapter 4. I really hope you guys enjoy it. It might be shorter than other chapters, so im so sorry.

I'm thinking of making Kushina live with Naruto in the next chapter and maybe make a little bit of smut scene, but who knows. Btw, one of the reasons why I make The Namikaze Clan Compound just beside the Uchiha is to set things up for Naruto and Mikoto to meet.
